Dear Ones, we tend to focus on the spiritual aspects of your evolution, because they are so important to your upliftment and opportunity to ascend as this cycle ends. However, there is not a day that passes by when you are not confronted by some challenges, that are part of your progress to a better understanding of Self. You may eventually rise up with a physical body that has become crystalline, but meantime it is still a great responsibility to keep it in good health and fitness. It is a wonderful creation that you have proved can be capable of overcoming the most difficult challenges. Through many lifetimes on Earth, you have experienced near starvation, serious illness or injuries yet overcome them. For sporting reasons you have pushed your body to extreme limits to see how far you can go, and it seems that it is almost indestructible. Man’s inexhaustible quest for self-power and knowledge seems to be insatiable, but it is part of the learning process.
To some degree how you treat yourself is how you tend to treat others, and clearly self-respect needs to be learnt. All in all, the love of self is important but not to the extent that it is to the detriment or abuse of others. However, many a problem has arisen over the so-called “respect” demanded by those who are ego centred. In the eyes of those who have already ascended no soul is looked upon as superior to another, but recognition is given to those who have a highly developed consciousness. Neither therefore, are any souls looked down upon, as all are considered equal. On Earth you measure status by wealth, power, or title but none have any value away from it. You might ask how you assess yourself, and if you are on a spiritual path it is by the level of your spiritual consciousness and perhaps even more importantly, how you apply it in your everyday life.
Many people are mired in their problems which are often self perpetuated. They seem weighed down with an unproportionate amount of worries, and find little satisfaction or comfort in life. It may sound easy to say that you should try to let go of what does not serve you ay longer, but while you hold on to grievances, disappointments and lack in your life you perpetuate those very conditions. Some simple problems remain for want of knowing the answers, but others are carried around as you continue to believe you are a victim of all that constitutes bad luck. We have stated a number of times that you draw things to yourself, mainly by thoughts and actions. Whilst it is also true Karma plays a part, it is by no means responsible for all of the difficulties in life.
If you seem to spend more time chasing your tail try to slow down and make allowance for time to seek the cause of your problems, and see where you can adopt a different approach and release them. Personal problems are no doubt high on your list, and where these involve family or friends decide to change your mindset to one of allowance and forgiveness. It will serve you well to look for answers to your problems, as if you are one who at the same time aspires to ascend these will have first to be cleared. It follows that when you reach a certain level of attainment, you will have found the answers within and will know that you have overcome them. Ascension does not come without the upliftment of Self, and once you place yourself on that path you will draw upon more spiritual help.
We of the Galactic Federation continually send our love to you, and we simply see beautiful and brave souls bouncing about in the sea of consciousness, often adrift without any particular sense of direction. In your present period of experience that it is not at all surprising, as you are bombarded by so much negativity as the dark try to make a last stand. It is whilst in this mix of Light and dark you need to know where you wish to head for, rather than be tossed around without any direction in your life. Set your sights on Ascension and be determined to set a course that leads you to it. Focus on the positive around you, and let your beliefs became your way of lighting up the path ahead. When you can do this you become quickly uplifted as you are drawn towards the Light. Like attracts like and soon your life will settle into a more peaceful routine free from the worries of yesterday.
Mankind is so near to achieving remarkable success in the quest for positive changes. In most countries you are learning of unrest, and it is because of the awakening consciousness of the people. You no longer desire to be at the mercy of those who dictate how your lives are led. You have glimpsed the future and felt the joy of happiness and freedom, and know that it is yours to rightfully claim. To that end our allies and we are determined to help you bring that about as soon as possible. The stage is now set for the last act to be played out and it is going to plan, in spite of the interference from the dark. No matter how it looks to you at any time, be assured that events have now really taken off, and out of the gloom the Light is gaining in brilliance and permeating your Earth. Remember, Mother Earth is affected by what happens on her surface, and looks to you for help in making good centuries of damage and abuse. That will not fall on your shoulders alone because as we have repeatedly informed you, we are to be a team that tackles the problems together.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius and wish more of you could share our understanding and knowledge about you and your planet. You have been on Earth for many cycles, and mostly during the Lemurian/Atlantean epoch. They have covered thousands upon thousands of years; giving you both high and low points but each have had times of high spiritual advancement. The experiences remain in your subconsciousness even today, and are responsible for many of your attitudes and response to challenges in your life. Spiritual advancement is always ongoing, and indeed what else may you expect to take from your experiences. In the near future you will be able to visit the past, and see “first hand” exactly what it was like to live in those ancient times.
We and other sources of information have been with you for quite a long period. It is extremely pleasing for us to find how so many of you have sought out our messages, that carry our energy signature of Love and Light.

Hi.
It’s always the same shit.
I’m starting to loose patience with all this blahblahblah that leads to nowhere.
We’ve been told the same thing again and again with diferent words or examples.

Davee, we are all changing “this life” right now whether consciously or unconsciously. You are a creator! Use your power wisely…I too am very often inpatient but have realized that it doesn’t matter if any of this ever happens. It only matters if you live each moment of your experience with an open heart. I like to say, “live it, love it, and leave the rest behind”. All the best…

Timing..
I reckon what’s happening is that as the darkside continue to delay ‘proceedings’ the GF are becoming proportionally and increasingly ‘impressed’ by our ability to handle what IS occuring around us!
My understanding therefore is that Dec 21st 2012 is a kind of Cosmic ‘deadline’ that ‘waits’ for nobody.. GF OR otherwise and that there are certain fixed Solar alignments that are due to occur only then, what EVER stage of development we have by then reached! So in 8 months time it will be exactly three years until that takes place.
I sense that this alignment is essentialy going to provide the Quantum-electromagnetic environment for Gaia and this part of the Universe to ‘flip’ easily, smoothly and directly into ’5D mode’. It is also, almost as if the FURTHER we can advance prior to that point, the FURTHER we are subsequently ‘catapulted’ into our New Future or ‘timeline’. Thus there is no panic.. we are doing really well at this new game and as Linear Time collapses, ‘NOW’ becomes the new ‘clockface’!
SO.. in the intervening times (or ‘NOWS’) let’s just try to focus not so much upon ‘how long we have to wait’, but more upon just being fully content the the ‘NOWS’! This way the ‘waiting’ will pass in ‘No time’!

I just finished a tax season job. (I really didn’t think there would still be an IRS this year but nothing has really changed. I am close to 82 years old and have known about the GF for years and have had such high hopes. Also about NESARA and since I am in a financial squeeze have been placing hopes on big changes. Today I am feeling quite discouraged and do not read much about big changes from the GF anymore, just what courages Beings we Humans are. Special things that used to happen to me that kept me encouraged don’t weem to be happening anymore. Is the dream still on or is it all just a fantasy dream? Blessings Lili

‘Lili’.. Maybe the bigger the beast, the harder it falls, but also the longer it takes to actually hit the ground.. and die?
The GF have made no secret of the fact that the dark here are proving greatly more obstinate and intransigent than originally assumed! Because this is a freewill zone, they (the GF), can not just march in and arrest/remove the purpetrators! The demise of the old system has therefore, to be an ‘organic’ one!
Perhaps this is why you feel frustration at the inordinate amount of ‘time’ that the Cabal appears to be taking to finally fall over?
It may be of some (perverse) comfort to know that our own financial ‘squeeze’ is probably NOTHING when compared to the extreme crushing evidently taking place at the higher levels of the financial system! Where you and I may ‘lose’ tens or hundreds of dollars.. those guys are losing millions + .. hand over fist!
Not that ‘two wrongs make a right’ but suffice it to say, that the sooner the old system falls over, the sooner Global Abundance CAN become a reality for us all!
The ‘dream’ IS becoming our reality.. so perhaps we should learn to see it as such.. I think we are being told instead how ‘courageous’ we are, BECAUSE it was not originally forseen just how long the dark would persist in hanging onto THEIR faded ‘dreams’! That we are still here, still holding strong in our beliefs that the final demise of the dark is ever closer, shows our courage indeed!
Perhaps as recently pointed out here, that very quality of ‘obstinance’ so displayed by the dark, also reflects the Light side of that great Human characteristic to NEVER ‘give up’? To allow Love and Compassion and Hope to drive us, UNTIL that is the reality that we actually attain!
Perhaps also, your very change of focus is WHY the ‘special things’ that you say used to happen for you, in fact no longer are? You are no longer FEELING them into your reality?
Do not the recent messages, implying our potential to REjuvinate ourselves, give your 82 year old body some further cause for Hope and Joy?
They would mine!

We are understanding of the fear generated on Earth because of the situation you are going through. Without a strong spiritual belief there appears to be no future for Mankind other than a continuance of the present turmoil. However, there will be hope arising from the action of certain people who are sufficiently far sighted to see the new direction you need to go in. Their voices will be heard, and because they are inspired notice will taken of their ideas. There has never been such an open period as now, where those in authority are desperately seeking help. We assist by getting behind our allies, as they know what is best to move matters on so that a satisfactory outcome is assured. Changes are needed as stepping-stones to higher and more suitable conditions, that will easily accommodate the new technologies. We cannot flood you out overnight, and certain preparations are essential to enable you to step into a new era. There is muddle and confusion all around as the old collapses, but like the Phoenix emerging from the ashes, you will take your opportunity to introduce a completely new way of working. New ideas will abound, and with our direct help you will be well on the way to establishing a more acceptable and free society.
There is so much to learn to enable you to play your part in determining your future. Fortunately your minds have transcended the old ways, and are drawn to new ideas that are awakening your consciousness. You see where Mankind has been held back, and desire to remove the barriers that have been erected to delay your progress. You have also realised you have an innate power that can project your thoughts, so that they become your reality. It is the realization that everyone can partake of such changes, that is bringing people together in a common cause. The time is up where the old brigade are concerned, and they are beginning to accept their fate. The more they try to re-establish their power, the more problems they encounter and their whole structure is breaking up. You have many opportunities to loosen their hold upon you, and our allies wait for such times ready to identify the areas that are ready for change. It is a waiting game but our vast knowledge of what is happening on Earth, will ensure we know when it is best to make our moves.
We expect some major event to signal the first opportunity to bring First Contact that bit closer. It will not take too much to create the degree of assurance, that is needed to gain the necessary cooperation required to make the first of our announcements. These will be carried out diplomatically and authorised by the powers that be at the appropriate time. Like everything else connected with our arrival on Earth, it has already been well rehearsed and the procedures tailored to follow your protocol. Do we have a Crystal Ball, the answer is no, but we do have magnificent computers that literally have a mind of their own. Yours by comparison are very basic, but serve your requirements for present. All of the new technologies will be yours to use to speed up the changes, and establish a communications network that will seemingly overcome the impossible. Distance will be no obstacle wherever you are in the world.
Over a period of time we have gradually given you information of the benefits that are to be yours. But for the deliberate concealment and blocking of many discoveries, you would for example have already been using a range of free energy devices. However, the Illuminati have kept you dependent on oil based fuels that are extremely profitable to them, and easily controlled where prices are concerned. They have little or no interest in curbing their use although they recognise that they are seriously polluting the earth, seaways and atmosphere. They try to justify the continued use of dirty fuels, such as nuclear energy from which they also maintain a supply of enriched uranium for their nuclear weapons. It seems that they are happy to ignore our authority, that allows us to prevent such use as starting a nuclear war. We know that there are some of you who find such facts unbelievable, but that is because you have been brainwashed for many years to accept war as a normal part of human experience.
Dear Ones, for many thousands of years you have given away your rights and allowed those with ambition for power to take over. You may have trusted them to look after you, and there were certainly many ancient times when you felt vulnerable and in danger from marauding gangs, or foreign incursions. Wars have been perpetuated as a deliberate means of keeping you in fear, and lining the coffers of those who always make fortunes from them. Now you know why there is no serious intent to bring world peace into being. However, people power is supreme, inasmuch that with their awakening as to how they have been used, they now sense that they can move Humanity onto a new path. Those who have a deeper understanding that includes those who follow spiritual messages, have learnt that they can create their own future. Needing no more than a focus upon the conditions of peace and harmony that they desire, they have set in motion the Laws of the Universe that have responded by allowing a great manifestation of positive energy that answers the call. We say that you have not only exercised your power of creation, but have attracted exactly what is required to achieve your aims.
