I have had the same issues waking up early for “no” reason….there is a lot of work that is being done with many of us when we are sleeping…Also our sleeping patterns have now changed with the increase of certain higher level frequencies coming onto the planet….many people are having this same situation as yourself…don’t worry things will even out once you integrate these frequencies and you will feel more aligned in your physical body. This is a common ascension symptom…good luck and keep your higher truth coming…In love and light…

I too am going through an awakening, over 5 years now. I also went through a phase like you mentioned about the waking up in the middle of the night at set times. Now I take this very seriously so I would hope you believe but I would wake up around 3-4 times a night spontaneously, always looking staight at the clock. I sleep GREAT! no insomnia or anything. So 3-4 times a night I would see either, 1;11. 2:22, 3:33, 4:44, somethimes 5:55. This occured for over a month, Mellisa, somesome is trying to get your attention but dont walk past the first obvious answer, maybe its just yourself doing it, your higherself trying to wake you just as you would try to awakening your leg if it fell asleep.

Real nice, however, I believe they should have been here a long-long, time ago. Their lack of luv and ReaL concern for their brothers and sisters, (would be us) has allowed EXTREME corruption to embed itself deeply into us and our planet over all these years while the majority reap the hell in it, and the elite enslave.

Also allowing them to drain the arteries of the planet for oil and burn it into the atmosphere while making this place close to a real sewer. They ALLOWED us to live like that. They could have INTERVENED a long time ago and taught us as they do THEIR OWN CHILDREN, but they wouldn’t because they are too self serving and did not care ENOUGH.
Who has time, right….

I don’t care what they say, just because they say it, and it should be true, and we believe blindly. The scenario is no different than the churches here that spread their so called complete truth, there is still manipulation or we wouldn’t be sitting here like THIS. As allways there is some truth, but a whole lot that we are not being told.

Just because they’ve got millions of years of experience does not mean that golden truth rolls of the end of their tongues. Like they are not allowed to intervene, who made that CRAP up, definitely WAS NOT GOD HIMSELF that is forsure…Just sounds like something conveniently invented so as to allow for whatever…We’ve been subjected to that very same kind of bull by our little buddies the illuminati for how long. duh .

In fact the others personal BELIEF SYSTEMS and their self serving attitude have disallowed them to help which makes them totally NO DIFFERENT THAN US.

The Pleaidians are a perfect example of that, they were supposed to intervene a long-long, time ago, but simply did not CARE enough to do any real GOOD and defaulted on their agreement with the COUNCILS, so they all just sat there, turned away, and went on with their so called, …more important business, while the elite here took everyone by the throat, and -forced them to the ground with a do or die attitude.

The OTHERS have leaned on our inadequacies all these years while saying to themselves that “oh if they don’t do better -we- won’t help them” and that I think is disgusting, as it is not only unprofessional, but with no heart, which reveals the fact that they also hide behind the LIGHT of CHRIST as MANY DO HERE, and in the background consort with a self serving behavior. GOD IS HERE, and he is watching all of them, and the celestials. .duh.

I believe they have used our ignorance as a crutch to stand back and say “oh they’re just not ready yet” and that is a real sick joke because our EDUCATION would have been the KEY and the answer to all the bloodshed with absolute corruption that has occured here in the mean time. They could have started with some real simple stuff,

And they say that it is gods will, will-swill. I don’t think so, as they have had FREE WILL and sucked the very life out of it.

I believe that god has simply had it with their shit (as they are also his children) and is giving them no choice but to NOW step in and do what they should have a long time ago.

By moving this entire universe up one step and waking the HELL out of all of THEM, and in that process,

…to bring his FAMILY together.

I suspect the light being shed on the universe at this time will also bring in many of the so called dark ETS and create an even greater foundation in all of this dimension.

I don’t think that all this was necessary, but they would have you think so as to cover their ass. They have been prompted in the -BIGGEST- way to get off their asses and provide…

Oh Dear!!

I am not going to comment on your post at all…..instead I would like you to read your own post. Read it with an open heart; open to be able to feel what is fear based and what comes from your heart of hearts. Read it again. What makes you feel doomed and what releases you. Is this what you want as a legacy??

Did your post promote unity, love, joy, abundance??

Is it in any way Christ like? Is he not your role model?

Is everyone feeling more joyful than the last few months?

Dreams have to do with how you handle your energy. It’s your own energy. How it moves inside your brain and how it expands but let’s concentrate on the brain. If you really want to dive back in the subconscious and exhaust it, it will happen you will go beyond dreaming. Equally if you pay too much attention and concentrate on outer reality when you are awake. At one point both these sides of the mind will awaken in one center that is your energy. And this energy which is you and which is beyond dream/thought extends to the universe, to the higher densities, physically. And you can create on the 5th dimension from a very different mind, since you have known and done everything that you wanted to do in the physical reality of the 3rd density. So this is what dreams are, energy. Everything is possible within the universe, i am not calling dreams fake, i am not saying they are not real in some other form of energy, that they do not respond to another lifetime. But what i am saying is that your center is the most important because once you find it on the 3rd density consciousness, body mind consciousness, then you can stop creating inside these dimensions. And then you can go on creating on a lighter, different, higher dimension. With more information than before. And this is also why sexuality issues need to be healed totally, because it is the most basic energy that needs fulfilling and needs to come to the surface and help you go beyond it. It can cleanse the body, heal it and open it to the heart of the 5th dimension. All of those things. Sexual energy is normally suppressed and then all the system of chakra consciousness takes a downfall. It happens in our society everywhere. We work to ensure survival by suppressing survival energy most hours in our day, where if we simply allowed sexual energy to be transformed to intelligence and intuition everything would be perfect. Instead we suppress it through the mind and get stuck in thoughts. While it should be playfulness and divine manifestation. Perfect resonance between mature beings.

Melissa, dear heart, the 4am waking period is your time to commune with your Higher Self, your guides and Masters, the GF, etc. The “veils” are “thin” then, allowing greater perception for all humans, seeking guidance. Use the time well!

John Due: YOUR attitude is full of hate, just the kind of energy the Black OPS are always looking for to recruit….how is that helpful to any higher cause I ask you?! How is it possible that you would be attracted to this site in the first place? If “WE” (myself included here), match the darker frequencies with EQUAL INTENSITY, then how are WE any different???? What if you were to take that intensity and “bend” it just a bit, move it up a few octaves—-THAT is who the great Warriors of Light are looking to recruit. It only takes one little opening in a human heart for the light to come streaming in… I suspect you have a great potential to carry great light….Please consider transmuting your anger into action to serve a higher cause, a higher purpose.
