I know, they are going to crush you with this in the final analysis, that is where you are headed. It is a trap door from which you will have difficulty in return to your own life, as your will is being weakened and your independence taken away. Of course they may not have that many incarnations, but just to give a worse case. In all these incarnations people will have forgotten all about their previous lives, and have time to work on issues.

Issues like unexpressed emotions that we are so good at repressing and thus get diseases due to the energy blockage it causes, and we dull the pain of unexpressed emotions by e.g. sleeping too much, using drugs/alcohol, overusing sex, over eating – all to anaesthetise the pain and discomfort that is being felt by the inability to express ones emotions, because it is e.g. social unacceptable to display emotions like rage – instead of going to the woods and hit on some dead trees and get it out of the system (live trees will not like appreciate it

You say that people want to continue in 3D? Once they realize that this is just an illusion and there is a choice, don’t you think the majority might want to get out of these low vibrations?

Yes, the dark hats have been planning something like this for a long time in pure desperation – that is why they are stock piling vaccines all over the world. Planning and doing are two different things.

There is no emergency and yet governments across the globe are buying vaccines like there is no tomorrow. That alone tells you that there is something being planned (other than the usual payout to the pharmaceutical industry). It is not just the US that is affected.

However, if they succeed to pull this off even partially, then it will wake people up across the globe. People know there is no emergency despite the panic being spread in the news. The death toll even at the current grossly exenterated level is still far less than what seasonal flu kills every year.

The dark hats will have exposed themselves and their game will be visible for all to see. They may be able to declare martial law, but will they be able to keep soldiers loyal when the whole world starts to wake up and ask questions? Soldiers are trained to fight an enemy, but will they have the heart to continue to attack their own people when they them selves doubt the cause?

Let us see what they think they can do, and let us defeat them not with arms, but Mahatma Gandhi style with love and peaceful resistance. Soldiers have a heart too!

They will not succeed in changing millions of people’s soul contracts – that will simply not be allowed. So unless it is meant to be – I do not expect people to be killed off Hitler style anytime soon.

Jacob, maybe the stasis chambers are not for everybody, just the ones who need extra help in ascension.

A stasis chamber (also called a stasis unit, stasis pod, stasis tube, or bio-pod) is a coffin-shaped device used to preserve life in critically-injured or terminally-ill patients until their conditions can be stabilized in a fully-equipped medical facility.

The stasis unit suspends all cellular activity and disease processes, keeping the patient from succumbing to their illness or injury for an indefinite period. The device is not meant for saving a dead patient. Time is required to get the ailing patient into the unit before they succumb, presumably so that more time is available as they come out of stasis to effect proper treatment. (TOS: “Space Seed”; TNG: “Reunion” Stasis units have become standard equipment on Starfleet vessels, including the Galaxy-class and Defiant-class starships.

There is much you will learn as time progresses, not the least of which is that the life you *think* is so hard was chosen by you prior to your embodiment here. I know that’s a tough one, but there it is.

Now, before you go “dark” on that, look at this way: I am here to learn, I created my life’s plan so that I could learn *something*, now, what is that something? What is it that everything I seem to currently view as negative holds for me that is a lesson and therefore positive?

Many of us look for these answers in our daily lives as well – you are not alone there!

And that is also something to know: you are not alone. You never have been. You never will be. You have angels surrounding you (sorry I am unable to view them for you), you have guides, you have guardians. And, of course, not the least of which you have God and Creator too.

Call to them. They will answer. Perhaps, at first, not the way you might want, but they will answer.

Meditation is a good thing. Invest in some good meditation CDs to help. Doreen Virtue has some nice stuff, but don’t limit yourself to solely that individual. Iasos is also wonderful.

Find a group you can associate with that will assist you with your spiritual growth (a psychic development class, meditation, etc.). Perhaps there’s a Native American group. Look for a crystal bowl ringer.

Find a good healer – Reiki, Shiatsu Shin Tai, etc. They will help open up that which needs to be healed. From your writing I would say you have much that needs to be addressed.

Now, about that happy place. There are definitely many in your life you could find. Start with childhood memories – I’m sure you have got some happy ones there. If not, no matter, imagine what WOULD make you happy. Focus on that (in the beginning, something material would be fine, but know that isn’t the best route in the long run).

Most importantly, BELIEVE IN YOURSELF. Know that you are indeed a higher being who is only here temporarily to learn something. Know that you are Loved in such a way that there is no comparison nor words to describe it (I have felt that Love, and believe me, it is indescribable in human terms). Know that you can indeed do most anything you want – you just must believe.

In the Bible Christ most emphatically states that if one only had a bit of faith, there is little one couldn’t accomplish.

Start your journey now – it is a very good time to do so!

@JoAnn: I would take that theory one step further. First, remember, we chose the life we are leading before we got here. This introduces a human conundrum of sorts – i.e., I’m poor and destitute and desire the penthouse in the sky and I do truly believe I can get there, yet there I am not, so, why?

The answer is that it may not be in your life plan.

That particular thinking is more of “I have not…” Whereas it ought to be “…wow, look what I do have…”

By focusing on what you do have, and with gratitude for it, you can then either decide that, well, the penthouse really isn’t necessary, or, work on the manifestation from a more positive angle. Whether you achieve the penthouse or not, from that vantage, makes no difference as what you do have you appreciate perhaps more.

I’m reminded more, or less, of the move Shark Tale in this instance. If you haven’t seen it, watch it. It makes the point rather well.

Relative to one’s life plan, again, such “goods” may not be in them. It doesn’t mean one doesn’t deserve them, or shouldn’t dream about them. What it does mean is that we shouldn’t focus on them.

So, I suppose your natural next question would be: “well, what about those people who ARE poor, destitute, and starving, etc.?”

A good question that.

The answer is: that is their life plan. They came here to be that way to serve some higher purpose. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t have compassion, nor should we deny them assistance, etc., as that would not be acting/behaving/Being our Godselves. It only means they came here to be that way for a period of time to serve a purpose, nothing more. We SHOULD assist when we can. BUT, we should NOT “attach” ourselves to their plight – they did choose it and on a spiritual level know that quite well. Of course, we can choose to attach ourselves, and so on – that is our prerogative. I am not very good at explaining that, so this is probably a poor attempt as it isn’t an easy topic to write words concerning.

Well, that’s enough for now. I’m sure Quad can do a far superior job of writing this out than I.

wow i’m gone for a day and you peeps have a novel’s worth of stuff up here. you were right admiral lol. my fav was robert dean. he just has that grandpa feel to him. he seems so sincere. as far as luciean. i guess if we stepped out of our box for a minute like we had never heard of any of this, his post wouldn’t seem that far fetched as some of the other post do proof or not. he has his own truth and since we all seem to have our own truths that we hold dear. we should not give him a hard time about it. i guess i’m learning to be more open minded, well at least i think i am lol, i don’t know there’s so much to take in it gets confusing sometimes. i like being here i do know that for sure, every time i come here i learn more and more. it feels like the flood gates are cracking and everything is going to be disclosed not just the alien thing. i for one am ready and willing to forgive all the peeps behind the cover ups and wrong doings. i think we have too to actually ascend because that would be the ultimate showing of unconditional love.

I was asked to put this information here on behalf of the Ashtar Command, Amasrias and Verzarda Commands. Many communicators from these groups have contributed to this. We hope it clarifies things for some people.

The Ashtar Command, What Is It?

Many races have been watching the growth of this planet for a long duration. Groups such as the Ashtar Command have been monitoring the progress of Earth for centuries of your history, and some of their people were once resident on earth (many of whom have returned to play a part in earth’s transformation). There are two main focal fleets – the Ashtar Command and the Amasrias Command. After a combined council decision, the Amasrias Command was merged with another three fleets, known as the Verzarda Command. Each fleet has its function, and each answer to a central base craft – which is a complete base station facility.

Several key personnel were involved in the setting up and facilitation of the fleets, namely Commander Ashtar, Sananda, Monkaa, Soltec, Sanaat Ku Mara, and several others.

General Monkaa now runs all the projects and craft of the Ashtar Command, having relieved Commander Ashtar to pursue his interests as an independent negotiator. All Ashtar communications are taking place by Command personnel in his name as Ashtar. This has been so since 1992.

Uplift

A while ago there was an increase in communications relating to uplifts and ascension. Uplift simply referred to people of earth being ‘uplifted’ (mass evacuated) onto various craft around earth and transported to various planets or base stations to be educated about earth changes and how to change your current situation etc., and then if the individual wished it, returned to earth to pursue a mission of teaching other persons of earth. For us to pursue this arrangement meant breaking many fundamental laws, and this was not possible. Communicator groups who were enthused by this sudden decision shared their enthusiasm with many people of earth, and caused great growth – especially when the communicators were issued orders to cease the discussion of this impossible task. Meetings were held and the council voted against the action of upliftment. It meant disappointing some individuals, but certainly it was for the greater good. Uplift is not a priority. We have no intention whatsoever of rescuing anyone, it is their growth and the growth of their planet which is important. We cannot take away responsibility for their own growth. Nor that of earth, or any other planet. Responsibility belongs where it was given. Uplift for people of earth was a ‘hope trip’ also and now. Faced with the reality of remaining, they are provided with the opportunity to ‘do it themselves’ and put earth and its human structures the way they want it to be. There have not been any uplifts from our people, nor will there be. Please do not disappoint yourselves by waiting, nor by attracting renegade groups to remove you, for they will not have the intention of using you for training purposes!. Come back into your center and start focusing on living here on earth. She needs you more than we do.

Why Can’t We See Your People / Why Can’t You Be Here In Your Own Forms?

We exist as multi-dimensional beings to one extent, and yet we focus within our own structures (body). Everything has its own energy vortex which spins at a certain speed, each being relative to its environment and form. Our vortex revolves at a faster rate than yours, which makes us invisible to your eyes. We are not invisible, but appear so when upon your planet. Nothing below a certain rate of revolutions will be operating fast enough to perceive us, although like with your spirit forms, often children or animals can perceive us, as also psychic people may do so through their ‘third eye’ centre. This is done more so through projected imagery rather than actual physical observation. With children and animals also, it is more through feeling senses. So, everything within our own environment must be suitable to our needs and therefore is constructed or manifested to fit our dimensional existence, rather than to fit someone else’s. So it is therefore with our craft, which are made to house us, and any individuals we choose to co-habit with us. Therein, special adaptions are often necessary to those who come to our various craft from dimensional states which may not correspond well to ours. Alterations are usually done through re-encoding the DNA and energising of the electromagnetic field. This results in a speed up of vertical ‘spin’, which in turn enables the being to live comfortably on our various vessels.

An alternative would be to slow down our current rate of spin, and realign ourselves to whatever dimensional state we are preparing to enter (referring to lower frequencies viz. Earth). So, whatever way we choose, there still remains an alteration factor, and for now, we are happy existing as we are. Occasionally various being choose to be sighted by those of earth to reinforce your belief in us, but when we do so, problems occur with your government and military. We do not wish to be forced to take defensive action – it is not a way that is comfortable with us. We prefer to vacate when faced with Government officials etc. When we feel the time is right, we will be on earth in our own forms, but for now, this is enough.

We have no plans to initiate a “de-cloaking” of Ashtar Command craft for the reasons outlined above.

For those Starseeds and others who have an overpowering desire to have physical contact with us on earth at this time – you need to examine why you feel this way. We have no need to prove our existence (to you and to others), and in this sense, your inner knowing and faith must come into play. Our sudden physical manifestation on earth would NOT cause instant spiritual awareness, but rather would generate panic, fear and misunderstandings at this time. You will come to a point where you realise there is nothing to prove.
In many cases, you desire this kind of contact because you wish to recreate something that you have known before. In this instance, you will learn that nothing remains the same for ever, and if you were to return to worlds you have lived on before, you would see that much has changed. The one constant in the universe is CHANGE. Without change and flow there would be no growth. In some ways, this kind of thinking is a distortion of your true purpose – to “bring heaven to earth” and to pull through knowledge and energy into the earth’s density which is of a higher form and nature. You do not have to do this if you choose not to. However, you are completely equipped to carry out whatever tasks and goals you have set yourselves before incarnating on earth.

Why Haven’t Things Happened as Channelled Messages Have Said?

We understand many have felt frustration, even anger, because things did not happen or turn out the way you thought they would, or the way you had been told. But this process of transformation is huge, and it is constantly shifting and changing in accordance with changes in the collective conscious of humanity. This phase is a state of flux, it is not static. It also changes constantly due to the degree of high frequency energy being beamed to earth and utilized by Starseeds and other enlightened ones on earth. You must be able to adapt and flow along with changes, or you will quickly become exhausted and burned out on all levels.

We have not misinformed you or deliberately lead you astray, but you must realize that information that comes through channels is subject to distortion and can be influenced by the beliefs, attitudes and thoughts of the channel. It is better for you to heighten your own frequencies and learn to ‘hear’ our telepathic communications yourself. At all times you are encouraged to use your own inner guidance and discernment – your intuitive senses and common sense.

Perceptions of Us

We thought it prudent to add this section, because it appears there are many misunderstandings occurring among Starseeds and others because the perception of how we are, and how we should act, is quite unrealistic and even puritanical in nature. This is mostly down to misinformation that has been channelled on earth, and also the programming from your dogmatic religions. Many seem to think we exist in a constant state of bliss. How boring!.
Many of our personnel express through physical forms (albeit at a higher density than yours) and are subject to the full gambit of emotions that earth humans experience. However, the difference is in how we express and deal with negative emotions or feelings. We do sometimes get angry, frustrated, worried or upset (or have bad hair days!), but if we feel these things, then we have techniques and mental programming in place which helps us to quickly process these feelings and then let them go. It is hoped that over time we can teach some of you these same techniques through our earth-based operatives. Many of us do also have a sense of humour, although it may differ from yours somewhat!.

What is Ascension?

Again there seems to be some mix-up between the idea of ‘Uplift’ and ‘Ascension’. We think this stems from taking the word ‘ascension’ too literally in some cases, since it means ‘to move upward’. Some seem to have interpreted this to mean “moving upward onto the ships”. However, the process of Ascension has nothing to do with coming up to our ships. It is a natural part of the process of your spiritual growth. To be ‘Ascended’ refers to a state of being which is reflective of a complete merging with your Higher Self (Christed Self) and a reconnection to God all-that-is. As previously mentioned, we have no intention of artificially ascending any of you, since this is something that can only be accomplished through your own growth. Ascension only occurs when you have completed all your physical experiences and lessons, and you are ready to let go of any attachment to limitation in any form. You will not experience Ascension whilst you are still having relationships, raising families and reaching personal goals – since this is clearly an indication that you have not completed your physical experience and that you are not ready to move on to the next phase.

Also, it is not necessary to suddenly throw away your relationships, attachments and possessions in order to reach ascension, since it cannot occur until you have truly completed everything you need to, and you are ready on all levels.

An Ascended being is one who has achieved Self-Mastery on all levels. They express as a being truly representative of their Christedness. Some examples of people who have done this are: Yeshua (Jesus), Buddha, Sananda, Ashtar, Monkaa etcetera. They choose to hold form (manifest) when desired, and can also experience things which pertain to physicality if they wish. But for them it is more an option than a need for growth. They do still have personalities, viewpoints, senses of humour etcetera.

You all carry a special code in your DNA which is sometimes called the ‘God Code’. This is a Divine Blueprint which gives you the ability to become one with God all-that-is and achieve Ascension. It is a kind of map of sorts. Starseeds also carry special DNA and soul coding as well, which is specialized knowledge pertaining to whatever role they have chosen to undertake and to whatever cosmic skills and knowledge they are bringing into the earth density.

Therefore you are all on a path of Ascension. However, the paths will all be different in accordance with what you wish to learn and experience. You will also all progress at different rates (although this has been greatly accelerated by the changing times) But the destination is the same. Yet even then there is still more to learn and experience!.

I for one am looking for a hell of a lot more than proof from any one person, entity or federation for that matter. Time itself is demanding more than proof. We’re well beyond the point of video footage, pictures and testimonials. Shit, there’s so much proof of the existence of our Galactic neighbors it’s absurd. I suspect that people who still see us as alone in the Universe are similar to ones who insisted the earth was still flat despite “proof” that it’s round. -As extensions of Gaia herself we are being asked to raise our individual frequencies beyond the “time loop” or “five sense prison” and tap directly into the Akashic Records. Gaia’s Merkaba and Unity Consciousness grids are active and in the process triggering our so called junk-DNA. This ultimately organic chain of events is a very real part of our birthright as multidimensional awareness in the flesh. Ascension doesn’t seem to be so much about learning or leaving, rather it’s about remembering who we actually are. Knowing who we are. We are part of the Earth herself. Not seperate. One. We were born into a wicked system run by slave-masters who’s very job is to make us forget these facts. GAIA IS OUR MOTHER, AND WE HER CHILDREN. REMEMBER?! WE’RE INSEPARABLE. WE ASCEND WITH HER- OR NOT AT ALL. If the Galactic Federation want to stand with us arm in arm to stamp out the Draconian Annunaki forces that are killing us and our planet; so be it. If on the other hand they choose to stay in the shadows playing semantic games I say: ENOUGH! The only time that ever was, is, or will be is NOW. Please no more mind games.

BTW has anyone seen the new version of “V”? I watched the trailer online and I find it’s timing strangely coincidental. I remember the old version from when I was young and I definately enjoyed it for the popcorn value but I wonder about the intent of this new version.

Remember the aliens pretend to be our friends but in truth they want to take us back to their planet as frozen TV dinners. We also have movies coming out like “2012″ which seems to be just a total destruction movie and then “the Fourth Kind” which is a movie about abduction but the people look like they are possessed by demons.

I am not worried about any of it but it seems really bizarre…any thoughts?

few months back, maybe early september, one of the gfl messages warned us that the contact between lightworkers and the higher realms would be lost, albeit temporarily. I feel we are in “the” time and that’s why many lightworkers have “disbanded” and some of us are “taking up new assignements”. It is a time to go inwards and remember who we are.

I don’t understand all the commotion about post #120? I found it in no way contradictory to my truth or any of these messages here.

I find it straightforward and loving, and very precise. There is no mention of NESARA or any other kind of economic reform that will inevitably happen, so I don’t understand why you would conclude that it would happen?

I have my doubts about some of the descriptions of NESARA, but it goes without saying that we will have total economic reform soon, as the current system has collapsed – it just takes time for people to realize that.

The message is only referring to the actions of the Ashtar Command, and cannot and does not speak on behalf of any others.

They are merely saying that they are not here to save us, and frankly I rejoiced when reading these messages, because it does set straight some absurd misconceptions.

Am I missing something? Can you explain what it is in these messages that make you feel like the rug has been pulled from under your feet?

We may perhaps be in for a rough ride, but I most certainly still have an very positive view on the future that we are about to create!

Like I said…I DO understand your frustration. I certainly have my moments of the same issue. I just think that 3d means we cant see it, and even if we did, our 3d brains would find a reason to not believe what we are being shown.

Truth is, what I get from you is that since you have the desire to see it, there IS already a part of you that does already believe it, which means you don’t have to see it…just FEEL what you already do feel about the validity of all of this from the vids, etc. And that adds to the critical mass of readiness FOR them to physically prove it…..

Regarding my last comment (#241), I think this explains why the Galactic Federation is being so cautious regarding First Contact. They are well aware of the inherent dangers of acting prematurely. This does not mean that they won’t try to make their presence known to us publicly. I get the impression from what I’ve been reading for the last year, that there are other reasons for them to arrive in this timing. Don’t forget, the GF is not the only game in town, there are others with nefarious plans. I’m holding the light that a peaceful outcome can be had, and we will someday be celebrating the arrival of our star brothers and sisters.
