There is a sense of relief amongst so many of you who have been following the path leading to Ascension. You have become aware that whatever personal beliefs you have as to how it will proceed, that there is a point where we of the Galactic Federation must fully enter your lives. It has been known for quite some time and the scene has gradually been set for open contact. That is only the commencement of many more that will ensure the purpose of our presence is fully understood. Many already know what is planned, but the vast numbers of people with little or no knowledge will need to be gently informed of what is to come. There have been so many disruptions to your lives already, that our intentions and the authority by which we come needs to be clearly stated. Whatever your personal beliefs, those who believe in a god should be able to accept the idea of the Creator as the ultimate intelligence behind all that exists. Even those who have denied such a possibility, will in our opinion find it easier to accept than those with a set of rigid beliefs. The reason is that the Creator is not tied to any religious organisation and simply stands for all that is the Truth.
We are those who have gone before you and we come back to enlighten you in all matters, and represent stages of evolution that you are to achieve with Ascension. Consider what drives us to serve you at this time, as it is certainly not for gain, except for the satisfaction of doing a job done well. We are the Creator’s representatives carrying out the plan for your deliverance from the dark Ones. Their time as the dominant force has come to an end with the closing of the cycle of duality. If there were no force for good you would continue to live in chaotic conditions without relief. The Divine Plan is perfect and allows for your experience in duality, whilst at the same time limiting its ability to totally overcome you. Subconsciously you know it to be so, as you agreed with the plan when you first volunteered for the experience. You might ask the reason that you should be prepared to undergo such a dramatic change, from the peaceful and happy existence that you left in the higher realms. It is Dear Ones to fulfil that driving force within you, that propels you ever onwards and back towards the Source of All That Is.
What we tell you is only a fraction of what we have to pass on to you. The Truth must be made known to each one of you, if you are to have the opportunity to make an informed choice as to whether or not you follow the path of Light. Freewill is your most valuable asset, and we come not to cajole you into doing anything other than what is your choice. However, it comes within the Laws of the Universe, and according to your vibration you will find yourselves exactly at the level where you are entitled to be. Now you will understand that when Ascension takes place, that it can only be for those who have lifted their vibrations sufficiently to be part of it. Not every cycle ends in this way, but this one is the end of a solar cycle that moves you into a new vibration. Because it is universal in nature it means that everything in your Universe must change, and that affects each and every planet, its satellites, their moons and the Sun.
The preparation for the great changes has been going on for such a long time, not least of all for your awakening so that you would be ready to accept the wonderful upliftment that would carry you onwards to Ascension. You will observe that so much emphasis is put on this aspect of your experiences, as you are a most important part of the plan. We cannot help but admire your great tenacity to overcome so many obstacles that have been placed in your way, as the dark Ones have tried by all means to prevent your success. It has always been a battle between the dark and the Light ever since your present cycle began. You have all touched the depths of darkness, yet you have arisen above them and now your Light shines out brighter than ever. You have gained strength and purpose from your experiences, which will serve you well in future times. Let no one feel that they have been a waste of time, and any damage to your psyche will soon be made good in the higher vibrations. There is much coming to you in the way of healing once we can safely walk amongst you.
Music has proved to be such a remarkable outlet for your emotions, and a great tool of healing. Dear Ones, sound will be one of the most used means for healing and bringing about a balanced and healthy body. Music is a means of expression that can excite you, or bring calmness and peace. It can also have a disturbing effect, as in duality you have the whole spectrum of different levels. As you become more of the Light, you will find that you are drawn to the more pure sounds and these are largely found in classical works. Composers such as Mozart were spiritually inspired, which is why he often awoke from his sleep with a composition already in his head. Raucous and loud music that is a cacophony of different sounds damages your auric body, and can even lead to physical or mental illness. There are two sides to most things that you encounter and that my friends is duality in action.
All the guidance you need is within, if only you will listen – but often you dismiss that small voice inside you because it gets in the way. That “small voice” is your Higher Self trying to get through to you, and you would be well advised to listen. You can call it your conscience or intuition; it is a part of you equally important if not more so, than your waking mind. As more of the truth surfaces we note that people are standing up and declaring their Truth, and it will continue to grow as the Light steadily becomes more powerful. For your part you need only be discerning and you will know what to make part of your belief system.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius and with time we have been able to be more outspoken, and take you onto higher levels of understanding. It is all part of your education in the higher truths, that you will need to know to understand who and what you truly are in your relationship to the Creator. We are you, and you are us on a never-ending journey through life until you become One with the Source of All That Is. Allow yourself to merge with the Light and Love that surrounds you always, and you will open your minds and hearts to the truth.

Another enlightened session, however as a musician of all music, I have to disagree with the loud music part to an extent. I personally love the sound of metal as much as I do classical. The issue that lies within myself regarding this is that it is really about the message. I can listen to “Cannibal Lord” and “Goatwhore” not quite as much as I used to but do I appreciate the musical complexity and speed, however the mindless messages in these types of work focus that of a very R rated horror film and thus is an empty message to me. Then you have bands like Killswitch Engage, Hatebreed, Dream Theater and Opeth among tons more that actually do have a positive message. Some more than others and some like Megadeth that focus on corruptness in politics to yes even ICP (Insane Clown Posse)in a similar since. If you can disregard all the negative bashing those guys get on a daily they actually have a very in tune message of spirituality, you just have to listen… AGAIN LISTEN!!!! Too many people blow off things and miss out on a lot because they listen to others ridicule and disregard potential learning experiences as a result. i.e Pre-judgment.
I guess what I am saying is that I believe any music just like channels you have to discern and pull from it what you resonate with.
Gees, who would have ever thought I would be disagreeing with ET’s regarding music preference LOL

Many of you are trying to practice the law of attraction, LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE. This law says that if you are a negative, selfish, angry person, you will surely attract that kind of relationship or situation in your life. If you are positive, you will surely attract positive influences. Only the Creator knows your motives and your heart. However, the secret to making this law work for you is to follow all the laws of the Universe. Just one does not work without all of them.
Remember there are Four Great Universal Laws:
THE LAW OF KARMA; Whatever you give out, comes back to you. These laws are as old as time. There is nothing new about them. They have been taught by every religion since time began. This law says that if you sit and think about what you can get out of life, you will get nothing. But if you are generous with your time, love, money, and you are a hard worker, it will multiply. When you close your hands and keep your success just for you, you stop the flow of plenty.
THE LAW OF MICROCOSM AND MACROCOSM: This law says that whatever you plant in your mind from childhood, will affect the rest of your life. THE LAW OF CREATION: This law requires that we co-create everything in our lives along with the Great Creator. Think of yourself as the little Creator and the Creator of the Universe as the Big Creator. The way you spend your time brings success in your life. @Rob, #1: Personally, I find the post right on regarding music. I used to enjoy some of the more “heavy metal” bands, etc. Now, I find them to be grating and noisy, despite the lyrics. I am now leaning towards 80′s stuff coupled with good ole classic rock. Not too much speed metal in that genre…Of course, I do quite often listen to crystal bowl, native american tracks, etc., as well. Much more peaceful and definitely easier on the ears…
I can’t remember whether ’twas the Rolling Stones or Aerosmith or some other band who said this regarding Rock ‘n Roll: “It is the Devil’s music, when done properly.”
And I can sure see that in some songs!

Understood, and I can totally see your point. The problem I have is I love metal too much to let it go. Not out of ignorance or stubbornness but there seems to be a great feeling of unity at most metal concerts I have been to and even played on stage at. I do believe that there are some lost souls with big hearts within that type of scene. I guess I am not letting it go but sharing it rather with spiritual, classical, and natural soundscapes that I also enjoy. I continue no making my music now in a different light as to hopefully help these lost souls who care to listen with enlightened messages in a very heavy but respectful environment LOL that is the only way I know how to explain it. I guess I just feel that there is work to be done in that sect and I am not seeing too many pull it off, and given my new awareness it has made it possible for me to add new meaning in my love and if I read all these galactic messages correctly the past year that is what it is all about. Being happy while helping others without direct intervention.
So Jon to that I say Cheers mate! There are a lot of good people on here even among all the Psy-Ops cronies that are often too obvious. (Thank the creator for that eh?)

This is true for some of the music however it is not metal as a whole. If that were the case you would have christian metal bands in a whole world of contradiction. Or is that the point? hmmmmm
Also to note that metal actually has been traced back to classical roots, to the credit of one

So you can start to see that any music is subject to the same ridicule as metal just has not been to that extent over the periods of time.

@Rob: I grew up with classical and fully appreciate and enjoy the work it takes to play that properly (I’m a bit of a musician myself).
That being said, I got tired of the classical station here as it become extremely political in bias and, well, I really didn’t want politicians dictating the music score…
I miss good classical, but don’t miss the political bias that went with the station…

Agreed on that as well my friend. Too much dis-info news and scare tactics on the classical stations around here. Plus lack of traditional classical as well. I tend to prefer more of the baroque era of piano classical. They were throwing down chops on the keys in those times that matched only that of any of the current top 5 metal/rock guitarists today.
That being said this has become a bit of a thread-jack regarding music, my apologies to the mods.
However on a closing note I did hear Alex Collier state in one of his interviews that some ET’s (Andromedans?) use the sounds of planet bodies and space mixed together overlapping to create music. I find that most intriguing.

I mean that there are some that I have observed that comment on here in a negative light. Now that obviously doesn’t mean all the ones that comment out of ignorance are Psy-ops but there are a few that I have seen on here that comment negatively on these topics that seem to be a little too well informed.
All I am saying is something this big, the CIA or other secret alphabet agencies are sure to be keeping close eyes on this and it is obvious to me is all.
It is really actually quite amusing to think about it, it shows in a spiritual light that they are no more than bullies that refuse to grow up. Instead of taking lunch money however the stakes are a bit higher it would seem.

This is some new to some, and to others well you know what kind of game to play. Keeping drinking your bottle water, causes water is element of Mother Earth. Thanks for your perspective. I too have been a musical eclectic since my youth. I think I was the only one in high school who had a cassette of RUN DMC and Metallica in my car. I’ve found my recent awakening being accelerated via the messages of certain bands e.g. Staind, System of a Down, Taproot even bands like Dry Kill Logic and Mudvayne have some great lyrics to offer. Serg Tankian (lead singer for System of a Down for those who don’t know) in his new album Elect the Dead quite literally addresses, a bit to my surprise, the reptilian agenda as well as its ties to Israel and our current monetary system. Incredibly inspiring lyrics if you know where he’s coming from.

this salusa has never once mentioned MEDITATION, hes or shes saying that sit back relax and listen to CLASSICAL music wich in my opinion is old and outdated theres so many good AMbient music out there but he or she has to mention bethoven and loud he has to be kidding. If we just wait for good things to happen they might and might not happen I tell you you must at least try to meditate and visualize a better tommorow and send light energies to earth no one else is going to do for us. its the second time Salusa mentions listening to classical music what bogus crap.
listen and creat what your heart wants and if you stand with the light youll see that dark heavy music wont agree with you anymore.

Oh yeah, I agree completely and thank you for being able to put that the way I couldn’t at the time LOL. What is really freaky is that once you start becoming aware on the level that most of us are now you start to see even older rock bands in the 60′s and up with shocking messages (see zepplin, even black sabbath) the thing is you cannot really deny once you start looking into these things that rock and heavier music have always had its messengers of good and a following to support the artists. However like everything else there is the other side to it then you get into these3 extreme satanic death metal bands that claim to sacrifice and burn churches etc.
And to Vinny dark heavy music is exactly what I am talking about that I no longer listen to anymore. That being the satanic worship metal (Dimmu Borgir, Cradle of Filth.. pretty much any band with evil make-up AND spikes. But they have to have both or it doesnt count LOL)
However bands like System of a Down, Unearth, etc are bringing the message home to an aggressive however a positive light.

rob i get what your saying on your first post i have been playing metal for over 25 years and i love it. a lot of the new stuff i can’t deal with because you can’t understand what there saying but the music itself is great that’s why i rarely write lyrics to my stuff because people judge it on what the singer is saying and bypass the music itself. metal in my opinion always gets a bad rap but if it makes you feel good who cares what other people think. i never have listened to any metal and wanted to smash things or hurt people plus there’s plenty of pop music that always talks about sex and partying people overlook it because the music makes them happy even though one could say that is one of the reasons for the high number of teen pregnancy’s but i don’t look at it that way. personally i think most peoples problems are derived from their upbringing and people just use music as a scapegoat to put the blame on.

WOW, I can see why many have to post hopefully meaningful comments. Salusa seems to run on and on for years, I would say that is quite a stretch. Without really saying anything new or complicitly constructive. Perhaps she should be selling vacumm cleaners door to door as that would be as mundane as all of this has totally become.
Hey Salusa, do you think you could for a change tell us something we don’t already know. I bet if you try just a little harder, or maybe you need to ask for permission. If that’s the case just go for it, don’t be afraid. I know you can do better than this. Fear accomplishes little, you would know. Just stand up free yourself and breath.

I’ve been getting into Mozart and Bach a lot more these past 6 months, which is funny to me because it’s coincided with the time I’ve been reading these messages. I love metal and all kinds of music, jazz, folk, rock, etc. But there’s a specific time and place when I like Mozart and Bach. I like listening to the music while I read these messages. It has to do with the unity and freedom of the sound. Mozart’s stuff is colorful and spontaneous, but it adheres to a logic that sounds divine. SO DOES ALL OTHER MUSIC. But, Mozart really understands how to accentuate a melody by filling it out with other similar notes that gravitate to each other. So does Miles Davis. Bach likes to go as far as he can to demonstrate the singularity of harmony, I like Chopin, Gabriel Faure, Claude Debussy, and Ravel more.
Another thing, sometimes it’s just pleasant to listen to music without drums or music with hand drums. Addressing Vinny’s comment on music, the Solfeggio frequencies help to heal your DNA; these can be found in Sacred Choral music, (not so widely now, since the R.C Church ‘lost’ these frequencies a few centuries ago). One can meditate to these sounds, they are special.
I’m 61 now, and love the Grateful Dead, but have plenty of headspace for the Classics, try exploring them.

Entheogens, which are the class of psycho actives that you’re referring to, are here for the very purpose of ascension!! These chemical “switches” realign the vibratory matrix in which the holographic construct of your thoughts operates in. DMT or Dimethyl Triptamine I wouldn’t classify as a drug per say given that it is a naturally occurring molecule found in ALL living things. Entheogens (specifically Psilocybin and LSD-in heroic doses) have also played a huge part in my own spiritual- awakening and belief in the importance of “Contemporary Shamanism”. I personally consider Terrence Mckenna’s work to be as valuable as Yogananda, Watts, Tolle, Ruiz, Steiner, Castaneda or any other spiritual teacher I’ve read. For more recent information on these subjects I also highly recommend Daniel Pinchbeck’s books. “Breaking Open the Head a Psychedelic Journey into the Heart of Contemporary shamanism” and “2012: The Return of Quetzacoatl” are inspiring additions to psychedelic literature.
Bottom line for Virgin Psychonaut’s: Do your research. The psychedelic path is NOT for everyone. Don’t jump into the deep end without some idea of what you’re getting into. If you’re serious a great starting point is: erowid.org- In my experience using these substances to “party” is very foolish indeed.

I was just noticing the feeling of impatience again and am reminded of something I read in the Michael Teachings many years ago.
It says somewhere in there that we can’t move on, graduate into the next level until, we “get” the grade we are in. We don’t get to move ahead because we hate where we are. We only move on when we have fulfilled all of the requirements for the level we are leaving. In other words we will get to move to 5D when we understand and are happy in 3D.
I’m thinking that happiness here in 3D has much to do with the realization that it’s only “real” on this level. Just a game. Sort of.

Re: Patience and Repetitive messages. I have long ridden the roller coaster of these emotions within myself and I have had periods of great frustration with the repetitive messages. So, I think that the repetition in these messages is designed with the intent to build a new way of thinking…to actually rewire our brains. I am appreciative and grateful to be in the position to receive this information.

I was one of the first to volunteer to jump into the channels. Come in from the future with a small unit, like paratroopers into WW II. Of course 3 enemy ships were decloaking, one to the right, and 2 the left of us. We jump into the tubes immediately. Then greys found me later on when I was about 6 yrs. One thing for sure, we scattered across the North America. Then the rest of you, (those coming from Star Nations) were to come in and dropped in different places.
I do hope all of you do think about the rebuilding part, after the shifts. Part 2 is come up, the splitting of pure Light of hearts, and Dark of hearts. Just remember that square buildings won’t work, were we are going. Circle configurations will work. Then the Terran Fleet, of course with Terran style.

Wow. Thanks for that. It triggered my memory that ever since I was a little girl I would be up at the crack of dawn before the stars were all gone, but before the sun came up. I would go out in the back yard and I would swing on the swing set. I would feel so safe and secure because this phrase of “I GET TO BE ME!!!!!” would just fill me up inside.
That same knowing has helped me through all the rest of these years to keep on keepin’ on, ’cause there is something that is gonna happen that will make that “I GET TO BE ME” knowing of mine come true. And I think THIS, this THIS that we are all talking about here, is that very thing that I’ve always known was part of my destiny!!!

My favorite episode is from season 3, called Transfigurations.It is about a guy they came across who is in the process of ascending from a human-like species to a higher dimensional light being. I am very sad to see Sped leave! I hope wherever he goes, he can learn everything he can and become closer to his true self. Maybe we’re all here because of destiny. Dear Cosmic Family,
I’ve spent the past decade living more on the Net than off it, and always looking for home. More than ever before, I feel like I’ve arrived. I haven’t felt compelled to post anything here as yet, simply because you are all doing such a Fantastic job of “distilling the essence.” I am floored by the humility, courage and ever-expanding awareness of this small group of wanderers.
I have long wondered what my earthly purpose might be, and I’ve had grandiose visions of creating a content organization system based on reputation, rather like Amazon or Slashdot. I’ve been disappointed to find the same static, linear comment system used everywhere. I’m tremendously excited about Google Wave coming out, as it seems perfectly tailored for a modest group like us wanting to fully connect.
Now Laurinda, don’t you wish to gather up your Jedi for our mission? We’re obviously going to need to collaborate much more extensively than we are currently able through these disjointed posts! I think that most of our needs could be met for now with a simple Wiki with implicit shared authorship. Everybody’s links and posts on this board are easily as important as anything coming from the head honcho channelers who never involve themselves in the ensuing discussions.
I’ve written this post three times, never being able to commit myself. I’m no technical wunderkind, so it’s a bit overwhelming even to think of organizing the thousands of words I copy each day, many of them from you awesome folks. Quad, Jon, Admiral, Stick, Sped, Laurinda, FormerAssassin, Lyrae, ET AL . . . you’re amazing, and take that from someone who sits here a solid 10 hours a day reading about this stuff. I’m truly impressed, and I feel like I owe it to each of you to help organize these insights so they are more accessible.
I’ve been wanting to do this on my own for quite a while now anyway, but I think we’re all learning that NOTHING can be accomplished alone. I’m writing up an introductory Google Doc to try and get things off the ground. I ask you to peruse it at your leisure. Please note that I don’t want to be in charge of anything! But I have copious amounts of time and a heart full of love in which to organize the hundreds of pages of excellent quotes I collect.
Finally, think about it: This marvelous, Serendipitous connection we have, and seemingly so tenuous. At the very least, I feel as though you should each have everybody’s email address. Let us get past the paranoia & distrust! Again, I have never felt as connected to anything on the Net as I feel right here. Whoever you ‘peeps’ are, haha, you’re definitely the real deal. *SPED!* Let us organize this great wisdom we collectively represent.
By the way, I can confirm that a HUGE transformation is taking place, and though I often doubt it, other times it becomes too real to know what to do with. I just can’t do it alone!

Yeah, he is. And it makes me well up a bit thimking and feeling about what it is about him that is touching all of us. I can’t speak for anyone else, but for me, Sped shows me that we are all (including me) so preciously innocent in our want and need to be where we belong, to be true to our core Selves; and that “not knowing” is so much more of a powerful place than is trying to know stuff in a “worldly way”, because we learned to believe that that is us being our authentic selves.
Wow. In the short while I have been hanging out here with you all, Sped’s sharing of his true, authentic self is helping me to see myself much more lovingly and with a more tender heart. Thank you Sped, for showing up where your heart led you and sharing your realness with us!

@Bilbo Baggins: One of the reasons that we are all “here” in this space is due to the way it is set up. What would be a good idea is if the comment system were expanded so that people could become part of a forum/group and exchange information.
I don’t know if the mod has any plans for that or not (I’m not in touch with the mod, Quad may have better ways of reaching him/her).
I like the openness of this space and its “spontaneity” due to the set up.

If the “R” factor as Jon puts it bothers you, then all I can say is I have spent many lifetimes balancing mis-use of power. I work only with the white hats, teach, and work in the healing arts. I even left a comment or two.
I appreciate the links to other channelings and will continue to search the comments for them, but don’t know that I’ll be commenting much myself.
I’m not quite sure that I’d have the “right energy”. Especially since I normally have to know a person somewhat before I would be so affectionate. And that seems to be the ticket “in” here.
As long as this “leave a comment” space is open to anyone, I am of the opinion that any energy should be welcome. Even if I happen to not like it.
But some of you folks are downright intimidating.

And glad to see you back.
I’ll no doubt still just be lurching around here. Unless of course someone wants to get into a real discussion about what’s all gonna happen here. I’ve been reading about this first contact for around 15 years now. And there is a lot to discuss.
But I don’t know a thing about TV or movies and I’m more into discussion than I am into love and light. And you will have to say something incredibly intelligent to get a compliment out of me. And the cryptic thing just leaves me really cold. Totally frigid. Or maybe that’s just the movie talk that I don’t get.
Not that much into the music talk either.
But this restoring our DNA thing. Some kinda useful information here..I’d jump into a discussion like that. If it were to somehow happen. Wouldn’t be able to help myself. And surprised that that isn’t what this has been.
But I can see that many folks here are quite taken by what it is.
Of course “all” the energy is welcome. So maybe I’ll get interested later. Somebody who wants to talk about it may come along.

Bravehearts: I think that I owe you all an explanation after a very wise woman pointed a few things out to me. First of all I take responsibility for possibly over-reacting to Admiral2012here’s question about his dream and Ra. Having just disclosed my own R connection, I took it as a possible test. If that was not your intention Admiral, then I owe you an apology. When you commented “reverse psycholoy” I thought you had directed that towards me, and a wise person on this site said that may not have been the case at all!!! If I misinterpreted you again, then I apologize yet again Admiral. What I did today I felt compelled to do—to stand in my integrity and state who and what I am to all of you. I felt very vulnerable after that long posting of mine, needless to say. BUT, the “Clarion Call” is much bigger than who I am. IT, took presidence…. Then I posted my email address to you all. But I must say that when I did that a year ago, one of you became my fiance and the other my spiritual teacher from half a world away!!! So I put myself out there again. In answer to your question, I frankly don’t much like looking at the ads on the Lightworkers site. Almost every website suffers from clutter. I’d prefer the pure information. I want the following pieces of data attached:
Who wrote it, when was it written, where was it originally posted, where has it been distributed, and a way for people to comment, highlight and rate, and respond to each other. Just makes it easier to process.
You surely realize that all you’re doing here is standing around the watercooler, right? As someone mentioned, it’s incredibly cliquish. That’s why I Rarely ever post anything online, and usually regret when I do. The whole idea of employing Google Docs and the Wikis is to create a Collaborative environment. We are all co-creators here, but people are so used to the top-down approach. All I can say is that these endless threads never weave into any meaningful or coherent whole!
I’m actually relieved that nobody’s interested in “further discussion,” because I’ve been hoping it will all happen telepathically. I did think that in the meantime people wouldn’t mind trying to Organize even a little bit the unruly mess of conflicting opinions we’re all being inundated with! Do it for Sped? Haha. I’ve come across a lot of information that is quite relevant and incisive, but it usually comes after a fair bit of digging, and then I’d have to format it and find a place to host it. Wikispot has some great tools I was checking out tonight. Often the most fascinating tidbits I encounter are posted anonymously deep in otherwise trivial threads. How about you?
The Underlying problem with all of these discussions, of course, is that there is still too much fear due to ignorance. I’m the first to admit I know nothing more than any of you! So that is where the faith comes in. I’m as genuine as anyone here, and I believe that Laurinda is too. And I rarely ever give out my email, but I trust this group. Laurinda, if you’re serious about everything you’re saying, I’ll happily get in touch with you, and I suggest that Jon, Quad, and FormerAssassin do as well. Unfortunately we are all STILL such islands! Quad made a comment a while back about how people think he’s on drugs because greater awareness is so intoxicating, and I immediately had to comment on his blog about how my own mother thinks I’m nuts these days, and she’s pretty far down the ‘path’ herself. I’m getting incredibly sensitive, and it has a lot of drawbacks. Take Admiral getting a bad read on me because I’m a bit effusive. Wow buddy . . . though I do get that all the time, I still feel kinda bad for you. I am literally the guy who is ready to hug everyone I see. Clearly you’re not quite there yet! ‘Course, I no longer have to wear a tie everyday. I haven’t felt like I belonged in this world for ages. I was 14 when I decided that my one goal in life is to ‘ascend,’ though I had a rather foggier notion about the whole process then, haha.

I know that in the past mediums have told you what I’m doing, but this is the first time you have thought of me in the same natural way you do your other children, by directly talking with me about what I’m doing. Mother, do you see the great difference in how we in this realm are regarded versus people on Earth? Even by you!

MATTHEW: I can feel your heavy distress, Mother, and I didn’t mean to cause that. I overreacted to your question, and I’m sorry. This has given me new insight and a valuable reminder that some things I still expect. Having expectations of others is just as undesirable as making a judgment, which I also was doing. Now I see my need to more readily recognize and avoid these two characteristics, as progress in spiritual growth, here or there, is outgrowing them. You see, just as I’ve told you several other times, you still are giving me opportunities to learn from you!
I’m glad you’re feeling better about this, Mother. So am I. Now then, I’m immensely pleased to tell you what I do! In brief, I help souls who need specialized assistance after their arrival. Like the others in the soul transition assistance field, I think of my work as a service, not as a job.
I didn’t start as a medical assister. After I adjusted to leaving my Earth lifetime, I became a welcomer, which is greeting transitioning souls who arrive in relatively healthy psychic condition. At that same time I was studying medicine and, later, psychology. Then, in addition to my greeting work, I started helping babies and little children adjust to this realm. That experience and my studies led to my initial assignment as medical assister.
When I became proficient at helping the souls whose situations were especially difficult, I was assigned permanently to this specialized assistance. I moved along the ranks quite rapidly to a position of higher responsibility than most of the others. That meant a greater number of assisters to be responsible for as well as personally tending the most difficult arrivals’ particular needs.
Without scanning for an accurate count, I’d say that I have treated about 10,000 people. That’s not counting the ones I helped as a greeter or those who didn’t require much medical attention, but only the more difficult souls whom I helped to make transition. Maybe that doesn’t seem like a lot for the time I’ve been here, but most of those souls required intensive and lengthy therapy, and, just as physicians there remain with their patients until full health is restored, I do also.
Mother, the reception and care of arrivals is so crucial for people on Earth to know that I want to explain the entire process starting at the beginning, with what you call death and we call transition. When the physical body dies, there is an instantaneous adjustment in the electrical system of the etheric body so it can leave Earth intact and arrive in Nirvana already attuned to the higher frequency here. That adjustment is made in the lightning flash moment when the etheric body separates from the physical body and clothes the soul for its alignment on the way to that light passage often described as a tunnel in the “near-death experience.”
There is absolutely NOTHING stressful or fearful about that journey! But it happens so quickly that the arrival’s memories of circumstances immediately prior to transition are as real upon entry here as they were when the person was experiencing those circumstances on Earth. The memories profoundly affect the arrival’s capacity to adjust to his etheric body, and when the memories are of traumatic experiences, a personalized and usually long healing process is required.
Since the etheric body has been with the soul throughout its physical lifetime, it is intact when it enters with the soul into this realm, but it needs assistance to usher in its strength. When the arrival is in sound condition, that ushering-in process can be accomplished with ease. In the case of a severely traumatized arrival, the process requires the combined energy of a highly trained medical assister and an attendant group of ten aides.
It is the unique soul energy stream of each arrival that lets us know his identity and psychic condition. Through an energy correlation process, each arrival enters the station appropriate for his immediate needs. The energy streams also let us anticipate the number of arrivals so that sufficient assistance always is at the ready.
Although telepathic communication can be understood by arrivals, native speech is important, particularly in a stressful entry, so the welcomers and assisters converse with them in their native tongues. Many of us study languages in order to do this.
The welcomers, who also may be called transition greeters, are the first to meet arrivals at our “regular” entry stations. They’re like hospitality people anywhere who assist newcomers, and they’re present in addition to family and friends on hand. Often emotionally well-adjusted arrivals need only greeting and introduction to the realm. In this case, the welcomers describe the spectrum of the realm’s accommodations for their immediate needs, comfort and interests. Housing, food, studies, employment, social events, the realm’s governing system—all of that is explained prior to the administrators becoming involved in the actual logistics of helping the arrivals get settled.
Mother, you’ve been thinking how impersonal it is to refer to the arriving souls as “arrivals.” Yes, it is, and I’m doing this only so you can distinguish between persons in arrival status and their own souls, as well as to differentiate between those newly arrived souls and the soul population already here. As you’re thinking, “newcomers” sounds a lot friendlier, but there are constantly newcomers to the realm who are not transitioning from Earth. Our general word for arrivals is “souls,” but every one of them is known by name and addressed by name. So you see, our reception of every “arrival” is intensely personal, and all care is individualized for the specific needs of each.
S: Thank you for mentioning that. Let me get in a question here. You’ve said that we remember our other lifetimes when we enter Nirvana, so why is the same information given about the realm every time?
MATTHEW: Memories of other lifetimes don’t come instantly at the soul’s moment of entry. When there is an easy and quick adjustment, full awareness of previous residency here emerges smoothly and steadily, like molasses being poured, not like toast popping up. Remembering comes more slowly to arrivals who need “regular” medical assistance and much more slowly to those whose death was under traumatic circumstances.
Re-introduction, if you will, to the realm is gracious, considerate and helpful, and I assure you, it is welcomed by the arrivals.
Now then, people who need “regular” medical assistance are those whose experiences immediately prior to transition were relatively free of trauma, but due to debilitated health, their physical bodies have a lingering hold over the etheric bodies. We must treat that condition so the etheric bodies are not injured. These arrivals enter at treatment stations with tranquil, quietly cheerful private rooms and wards, where sweet-smelling natural fragrances lightly fill the air and pastel colors waft like fluttering sheer curtains at an open window. Outdoors in these areas the sky is softly blue, not its usual brilliance, and there are warm, light breezes. Soothing music is almost inaudible, yet gently stirring for the emotions due to its beautiful chords and fragile harp-like sounds. The entire setting is fluid, with a sensation of soft, warm motion, and all elements are gentle in composition, color and tone.
This restorative setting is ideal for arrivals with relatively healthy psyches and bodies that endured only a short terminal illness, or bodies frail and weary simply from a very long time of functioning. Even though these arrivals don’t require any extreme measures of medical care during their recuperation, always medical assisters are in attendance because this is reassuring to the convalescents.
The reception and treatment environment is much different for arrivals in acute distress. They enter at intensive care stations where they immediately start receiving individualized care. In treating these traumatized arrivals we are dealing with both the body and the damaged psyche. Whereas the soul is liberated into spiritual awareness, the person’s psyche is still operating at its lowered capacity in the last events experienced by the physical body on Earth. The soul is constant. It grows from the experiences, but it is beyond the captive aspect of the psyche, which has great need for healing. Without the healing, life here, just as anywhere else, would be hell for those people with brutalized psyches.
Some of them endured lengthy illness that caused intense physical pain, vastly restricted activity, and grief. Perhaps fear, also, and sorrowful regret at their conditions’ effects on family and friends. The etheric bodies of those souls who are worn out from battling disease, debilitation and anxiety have to be medically tended because the memory of physical pain is powerful even in the shadow effects associated with loss, mutilation or degeneration of physical body parts. Obviously, these people’s spirits also are in need of tender nurturing for recuperation, so both medical and psychological care is required.
The same is true of arrivals whose physical death was caused quickly by massive injuries, perhaps in vehicle crashes or fires or violent storms or earthquakes. The psyches of people who were tortured and murdered suffer profound trauma, as do war victims—troops maimed and killed in combat as well as the civilian innocents whose Earth lives were ended by the horrors of war. People who made transition during or soon after any of these situations arrive traumatized in spirit beyond description, still psychically experiencing their recent terror on Earth.
Rarely do they understand that they now are safe in this realm. They believe they have been rescued from the hell so recently endured, but usually they think the rescue was on Earth. When they no longer need the ultimate in private care, they are moved to rehabilitation wards where their recovery is aided by therapists in an atmosphere carefully designed to uplift their spirits and give reassurance of their healing progress.
There is another kind of arrival very needful of loving attendance. Those who come with heavy guilt, remorse or sorrow require extensive psychological care to heal their damaged psyches. Generally they respond more quickly than the arrivals from traumatic physical deaths, but not always. When those emotional conditions are in conjunction with other psychic and physical traumas, recovery and adjustment time is far greater.
S: With realigning energy and providing a healing musical environment as your only treatment modalities, I don’t understand where all the individualized care comes in.
MATTHEW: This isn’t a cookie-cutter heaven, Mother. We reach out to each soul in its most recent incarnated personage, and personalized care and conversation is just as essential here as it is for all patients in hospitals on Earth. It’s exactly those same psyches we greet and assist in adjustment here. We have the advantage that the soul remembrance comes forth as soon as people adjust to being here, but as I have told you, it comes much more slowly to those who arrive in seriously traumatized condition.
S: Is there group treatment, like our support groups for people who have suffered similar devastation?
MATTHEW: No. Every arrival’s treatment is customized throughout recovery. Not even families are treated in a group when they make transition simultaneously or within moments of each other. Each soul arrives by itself and is treated individually because each has unique needs requiring instant and intimate attention. Those who were together at the time of death may wish to be reunited, and that happens as soon as they are healed enough to do so.
S: I think it would be beneficial healing-wise and compassionate to treat family members who died at the same time or within moments of each other as a group so they can know they’re all together.
MATTHEW: Mother, I’ll give you an example of why that can’t be done. A mother is in pain from injuries in a civil war she abhors, in shock and grief for her little daughter who has just died in her arms after a brief illness, and in great anxiety because her teenaged son is in the thick of combat. Moments later she arrives here, after a fatal head injury from flying debris, and her anguish, fear and pain are as acute as they were during the area-wide bombing that caused her physical death.
Her son is in excellent health until the moment he is blown to bits in that same bombing that caused his mother’s death. He has no knowledge of what has happened to his mother and sister. He is young, imbued with a sense of indestructibility that tempers his fear in battle. Furthermore, he was schooled in war and taught to consider it his right and responsibility to kill the “enemy.” You can see that both his psyche and his body would require considerably different treatment than either his mother or his sister needs. That is why group treatment, even for a small family, never would be attempted. It would not even be possible, because it is the individual soul, not unified souls, that makes transition.
S: Thank you for explaining that, Matthew. All of this is so new to me that I guess I’m superimposing on Nirvana what could happen in the same situations here.
MATTHEW: Mother, it’s natural that you would try to relate to some of the things I tell you, because other things are so astounding to you that sometimes you think I don’t know what I’m talking about.
Now then, I’ll give you an actual example of how we treat a traumatized arrival. You are seeing a wounded soldier in combat uniform sitting on a cot, in heat-of-battle anger, fear and fighting forcefulness, and someone who is gently trying to soothe him. Just as in the image I’m sending, the soldier’s body appears here to be solid, like Earth flesh, and the cot also appears to be solid. That is an illusion we manifest because it is necessary at this stage of his acclimation to this realm.
Soldiers in combat have to balance the reality of death with a sense of their own invincibility so they can focus on survival. This difficult psychic maneuvering, plus the shock of battle and the horror of being surrounded by dead comrades and the screams of the wounded, has put this soldier in an extremely agitated state. It’s necessary to let him realize that this is a change from his last Earth surroundings, which we do by easing the battlefield conditions in which he had been living and dying. Little by little his last memories are eliminated by that gradual removal of the scene around him until he is able to accept that he has left his Earth body and has entered this new life. The transition must be slow and realistic to him or his psyche will be shocked into a state where healing is a major repair. Not that the assistance already needed and being rendered isn’t of major significance, but I am speaking relatively.
S: It would seem that realism for that soldier would mean having acres of fighting around him. Can he see his dead comrades if they’re receiving the same kind of treatment nearby? Well, since you’ve said every soul arrives separately, I suppose he’s alone with his medical attendant in a battlefield atmosphere.
MATTHEW: No, Mother, he’s not the only solider there—I just sent you a close up image so you could clearly see the solidity of his body and the cot. Yes, he can see some of his “dead” comrades nearby, and that is at once helpful and a hindrance because of possible confusion, as other men he just as recently had seen are not there. Grouping these men at this stage is not in conflict with our treating each arrival individually in accordance with specific healing needs. To avoid further psychic damage, it is essential that these soldiers’ dying environment be portrayed accurately, and their comrades’ presence is part of this realism.
This group of soldiers who were killed almost simultaneously numbers about ten, with varying attitudes regarding death and heaven. They arrived at stations where their soul level energy permitted and their psychic adjustment can best be served, the initial stage of which you just were viewing. Each in the group has his own energy attunement to follow from this point forward. Some of these men may be quite advanced in soul evolution and very soon be aware of their entry into the spirit realm. We have seen newly arrived soldiers with such advanced evolvement that they knew instantly where they were and quickly helped others nearby accept their transition. Other men in this group may have very serious review ahead.
As for the image you saw, yes, it was only a small portion of a reenacted battle environment, minus the deafening sounds and the gore of Earth reality. However, “acres of battle” would not have been an accurate image to send you because we don’t see that, either. What we see is more like flash scenes in a movie, where viewers have a glimpse of one character and his situation, then another character and his, and so on. Even though a little time is spent developing each vignette, viewers are meant to understand that all of the developments are happening simultaneously.
We see glimpses of individual souls in varying stages of comprehension and needs for transition assistance. We’re led to the place where we need to be by the energy connection that is established. I know you’re wondering how the differentiation can be achieved in that chaos, and I don’t know how to explain this to you, Mother, but I can assure you that it works to perfection.
As I’ve mentioned before, our primary healing mechanism is vibrations, which is why music is so essential. Healthy individuals here have a vibratory rate between two definite points, allowing for some variation corresponding to rising or falling enthusiasm, excitement, or whatever emotion causes a rate change. Since we have no fearful or angering circumstances to deal with, a rise from the normal rate is only for positive reasons. Arrivals have a much different set of rates, which are geared to their belief systems throughout life on Earth and the circumstances of physical life and death.
S: I see. Are children received the same as adults?
MATTHEW: Every child is greeted with special tenderness and loving energy and given the same personal and diligent care as all other souls. Children who arrive in comparatively sound body and mind soon are able to join the children in the large cheerful homes I’ve described, where they are lovingly nurtured.
Children with acute needs for physical or psychic healing receive continuous customized care and medical expertise in an environment designed appropriately for their age and condition, with some appointments manifested to be happily familiar to the child. With progress toward health, the child is treated to companions other than the constant caregivers and entertainment suitable for his or her recovery level.
Understandably, the younger the children are when they come, the easier they adjust to the realm. Older children remember more and are more aware of missing Earth family for the time their souls are growing beyond their psyches. Once that happens—and again, in some cases this is almost immediate because of soul evolvement—they eagerly join the other children in those inviting big homes and enthusiastically embark upon a happy fulfilling life.
S: If their families could know this, it could be such a great comfort to them. I have more questions. How many transition assisters are there in total, and how many are on duty at any one time? Do you have scheduled work periods and time off? Without clocks or any sense of our time, how do you know when to report and leave?
MATTHEW: I can’t give you an exact total, Mother, but millions are trained in this field. That “count” doesn’t include welcomers, only medical assisters. With souls constantly leaving as well as arriving, and naturally, the departures include many in our field, I’d say that only our census takers know moment by moment exact numbers of us with sufficient training to fill service posts. As is true on Earth, there are ascending degrees of expertise and experience, with corresponding degrees of responsibilities. Interns, you might call them, are not given full time assignments until they have mastered all of the education and training and completed a period of supervised service, and until then they are not considered part of our ranks. Also, please remember that each assister stays with the souls he met at transition until their recovery is complete, and many of us cannot add to our “case load.”
The number of assisters on duty varies with the situations on Earth, but always enough of us are on hand so that arrivals never are left ungreeted instantly or unattended in any moment. With deaths happening there en masse, many thousands of us are ready to meet and assist in the first instant of transition. There aren’t thousands of separate entrances, but there are thousands of individual entries, often simultaneously, say casualties of a massive earthquake who are in addition to those who are dying from all other causes. Space is not a consideration since we don’t have the bulk of physical bodies needing room as you perceive it.
No reason is urgent enough for any assister—or welcomer—to desert the service post and leave arrivals unattended. Since time doesn’t exist, it’s not easy to assess how long we work without a break, and since we have no sensation of tiring physically or emotionally, fatigue is not a limiting factor. We simply work as needed. When many arrivals are anticipated, obviously more assisters are needed and for longer periods.
We have an infallible energy notification system. A series of energy pulses lets us know whether the worker ranks are filled or are in need of replacements or additions. Because of our great numbers, not all of us are needed at once even in those peak times in numbers of arrivals, but it isn’t a haphazard arrangement of simply whoever feels like it can show up, such as when relatives or friends may be arriving. When the need is automatically registered through the energy connections, at only a thought we are transported to the scene. When another soul already is there, the second to arrive may stay for a team effort or move to the next energy blip that signals another imminent arrival.
S: How do you arrange free time for our sittings and all your other interests and activities?
MATTHEW: We have an established hierarchy responsible for the overall welcoming and assisting of arrivals, and when all service posts are manned, the rest of us are free to be doing whatever we wish. That is true for all souls here—we never feel work interferes with our other avenues of interest. My work is not only a significant accomplishment, it is a great pleasure and honor to be involved in this service at my level of responsibility. And I can assure you, Mother, I have plenty of time for all of my other pursuits!
S: What happens if you are on duty and you learn that one of your family here has an emergency?
MATTHEW: If I were attending an arrival and you were in an emergency situation, this is how things would proceed. Gregory, your guardian angel, would be the first contact with your emergency vibration. His energy call automatically would reach me and all others in this realm who are closely bonded with you. When I receive this notification I summon my assistant, who is trained to take over. He instantly appears on the scene. Then I’m released of the energy bond with the arrival and I can direct this energy toward bonding with you. All of this happens within a wink, like a light coming on, yet many steps of energy bonding and releasing are accomplished so there is no delay in reaching you and no interruption in aid to the arrival.
S: Matthew, thank you for all of this information. I never imagined that such complex care and coordination would be needed—and supplied—there.
MATTHEW: There’s another aspect of all this that I think you’ll find interesting, Mother. When each person arrives, Nirvana is exactly what that individual imagined heaven to be during his Earth lifetime. The energy of the convictions within the individual’s psyche creates for him the heaven of those convictions. Usually this is in great error!
The truth of Nirvana comes to each person with adjustment to being here. Maybe I should say that accepting that truth is the adjustment. It is not what the person’s soul realizes, but what the person’s psyche holds. During the period of remembering what this realm truly is—because the knowledge IS there, it simply has been forgotten—the arrival’s erroneous ideas remain intact psychically, but they cannot be permitted to remain very long.
Every soul’s realities affect this placement, but the effects are especially impactive when those realities differ from the universal laws. The energy frequency of all souls in this level of the realm is the same, otherwise they couldn’t even enter here. But their thought forms in error of the truth and their negative attitudes in any respect cannot be allowed to continue because they would change our entire energy field.
That is one reason the therapy so carefully designed for each individual is of paramount importance. Our entry stations are far more than gracious welcome areas and medical care facilities. They are the initial stage of adroit efforts to quickly transmute that negatively-affected energy that is so pervasive in arrivals and avert its proliferation.
S: It’s almost overwhelming to think about all of this, Matthew, but it’s comforting, too. Heaven definitely is NOT just the eternal serenity and all-knowing place I used to think it is! On a lighter note, what do you wear when you’re working?
MATTHEW: We wear whatever is expected by each arrival, and because we are completely aware of all the expectations of each, we know ahead of time the most appropriate dress. A familiar Earth-type outfit helps prevent further shock to people who need easing into this placement, so we wear whatever is in keeping with the circumstances of the people’s physical death.
For instance, at the hospital stations for arrivals from Western cultures, the usual clothing is the white or pastel-colored uniform of your medical professions, or casual clothing, most often jeans and T-shirts. When arrivals come from cold climates, they most recently have seen people in heavy coats, so we wear heavy coats. Attire familiar to soldiers would be a uniform like their medics wear, while a member of a street gang would more likely expect to see someone in sneakers, jeans and leather jackets, and we dress accordingly.
Jeans, the universal dress code on Earth, is much more common wear for our welcomers and medical assisters than white robes. However, arrivals who pass over due to long-term illness, or simply many decades of living, usually are met by welcomers in white robes, or perhaps suits or dresses. People in fragile conditions are expecting to die, you could say, and they feel more comfortable seeing someone in a traditional white outfit they’ve associated with the pearly gates.
For arrivals from areas where ethnic dress is common, we wear outfits appropriate to their regions, and for tribal populations, the ceremonial attire of the gods of their religions. It takes no extra effort to be thoughtful in this respect. It’s just as easy for us to manifest a lavish headdress or multicolored gown as it is white robes and jeans.
S: That is such a sensitive and practical consideration. I never thought before what you’d be wearing when I arrive—now I’ll expect to see you in jeans. What do Nirvana’s residents typically wear?
MATTHEW: During adjustment to the realm they usually wear clothing they were accustomed to on Earth, so a wide variety of styles is always evident, but eventually a white robe with a sash becomes the usual choice for ordinary occasions. Because it’s comfortable, Mother, that’s why!

It appears I must play the fool once last, for I was given a wonderful insight by this message board last night and thus feel obligated to share. Yesterday I decided to make my first post here and people were immediately suspicious of me. I was shocked. Think about it: Who & how are you to say that I haven’t been with you, contributing in spirit? Rather short-sighted to be suspicious of any ‘newcomers’ inspired by your good vibes.
I did indeed write to Laurinda, and if any of you die-hards want a more serious discussion with some meatier stuff than the SaLuSa and Nidle channelings, I’d suggest you contact her. FormerAssassin, McKenna is my hero and I very much appreciate your thoughts. You shed a lot of light, brother!
I didn’t sleep very well last night, because I came here in complete good faith and many of you simply couldn’t recognize that. It shows me that humanity isn’t quite ready for unconditional love, which is no surprise but something I haven’t experienced too much lately since I’ve been focused inwardly. Thus, on a macrocosmic scale, it is also absolutely no surprise that ‘disclosure’ hasn’t yet happened! See the gist? I’m the kind of person who will look someone in the eyes and tell them, “I LOVE YOU!” the first time I meet them. Needless to say, I have never fit in very well! And I can see that many of you still need to face that hurdle. It is incredibly humbling to truly witness your Oneness with all of creation. Jewel’s lyric, trite as it is, sticks with me: “In the end, Only Kindness Matters.”
I made a sincere offer to collect all of the great wisdom here and put it into a more readable format for future reference. Have you ever read an old blog entry? You have to dig and dig through the comments to find the gems. It can be worth it, but why must each and every person do so much digging? Every discussion has its gems, and most of them stay buried. It’s an interesting state of affairs in this world. A quote springs to mind, “Don’t comment your code . . . it was hard to write, so it should be hard to read!” Touche.
So I leave you with that. Anyone who got bad vibes off of me or Laurinda simply has way too much fear & animosity inside. Trust me, it’s all internal. If you think that *I* am screwing with you, you’re going to be majorly confused by the supposed rapidly coming events. I admit that since I’m still very human, the responses here upset me. Normally I wouldn’t care since the Web is chock full of vitriol, but I hoped that it might be different on this lone site. However simplistic the channelings here are, they still inspire me unlike anything! David Wilcock has a great recent post about all the negativity on these message boards and also how people unnecessarily lambasted his music. (Then I dreamt last night that Wilcock was performing, it was healing.) Honestly, if you don’t have anything uplifting to share, comon! Please try to Further the discussion, not Devolve it.
Lastly, Stick . . . I’ve gone by Bilbo on the Net for years. In the end, even poor Bilbo redeems himself. In case you haven’t noticed, we are All Bilbo. We have all been tempted by the darkness. I sure have. And with a little help *from each other*, we make it through and are stronger and better for it. Bilbo lived to become the oldest Hobbit in history, or does that not suit your own narrative. I promised you I will always serve the light — can you promise me the same?
If y’all can’t see the good in old Bilbo Baggins, then good lord, I truly do not belong here in the slightest! I think Stick’s quote from LotR summarizes everything about judging someone on their worst moment instead of their best. Congratulations then on supporting “Business As Usual” for the past several millennia. Stick, think about it buddy: You go and select the absolute most damning element of a character and fail to provide any hint of the whole story. Bilbo Baggins is one of literature’s great heroes, and he is an inspiration to me. BECAUSE of the humanity he represents, not in spite of it. Any bit of wool pulled over your eyes is your own silly doing.
Indeed, choosing to focus on a tiny fragment of the greater whole is something I can fully understand, as it’s currently all this world knows. All I can pray is that it eventually leads us to the . . .
