There are few people that are unaware that time as you know it is passing faster than ever. Those who take time to understand and follow spiritual events, are fully prepared for the resulting changes. However, there is a sense of occasion, and a feeling that something important is on the verge of happening. This results from the effect of the incoming energies and the opening of your consciousness. It can be unsettling for some, yet others feel elated and experience higher levels of awareness. These conditions will gradually become more intense, and in the ultimate become too much for some people to withstand. Release for them comes with the end times when there is the inevitable dividing of the ways. It is quite natural and brings the cycle of duality to its conclusion.
Meantime you see matters moving forward as they always have, but this is only the outer appearance. Behind the scenes many opportunities are being taken to prevent them escalating into utter chaos. We talk here of the legacy left behind from previous eras, and the intent of the dark Ones to further their plans for a World Government. It will not come to fruition and when they make their move; we will control the situation for your benefit. For a long time we have been building a network of our allies for this very purpose. We have to be careful not to divulge too much of our plans, as surprise is still a valuable weapon with which to defeat them. You of course would like to be re-assured of our plans by knowing more, and at appropriate times we will share that information with you. Indeed, after First Contact when changes to your Governments have taken place, we will then be able to fully inform you of our immediate plans.
So Dear Ones we once again ask you to be patient, as all things will happen in due course. It cannot be any other way, and we are here to ensure completion is a wonderfully joyous event. Matters can change quite quickly on Earth, and it will only need a thrust from you the people to bring out more revelations about the plan against you by the dark forces Their actions are already bringing about a response against them bringing different factions together, and it is in your numbers where your strength lies. We can assure you that the dark Ones are fearful of you, and know that collectively you represent a strong challenge to them. Voices are coming together in unison, and your creative energies will bring results.
By the Law of Attraction you will become more powerful, and nothing will be able to stand in your way. We of the Galactic Federation are permitted to help you by the very same Laws, and your hand is strengthened even further. We are currently preventing the staging of an incident that was intended to discredit our name. Those of you who follow us would not be fooled, but there are many who have already linked us and other Beings with the negative forces. We have emphasised so often our peaceful intentions, and we have carefully avoided the slightest possibility of confrontation. We are not of course the only Extraterrestrials to drop into your atmosphere, however restrictions will not permit them to come close to you.
We would have liked events to move on quicker, but for us the timing is of no real consequence as we can adapt our plans very easily. We have all the back up we are ever likely to need within the Galactic Federation. There is every conceivable aid and the scale of our operations presents no difficulties. There are millions of craft that can be called upon at any time, and are always at the ready. Furthermore we can operate at some distance from Earth, safe from likely attempts to interfere with us. It is for these reasons that we can confidently deal with your problems as required, and ensure you are all ready for Ascension.
On Earth many souls have awakened to their reason for being there at such an important time. They have undertaken to serve others to help them understand what is happening, so that out of all the chaos they can begin to see the real purpose of life. The old ways have to be replaced by more suitable ones that manifest the conditions for the new order. Some people are reluctant to let go of the old, but when they become fully aware of the benefits to them and the planet it will become easier. Humans are quite adaptable, but need to be fully informed as to what is going on now and to take place in the immediate future. It is for this reason that we welcome these opportunities to speak directly to you. As we see it, your consciousness levels are at a point where they are ready to transform your collective ways of thinking. You are soon to leap into the future, but need to be prepared and then you will welcome the changes.
Life will never be the same again once we have openly appeared to you. In fact we are already aware of the excitement and anticipation our presence is causing. Meeting us and coming together is a most natural development in your lives and not at all strange, but familiar because you have been this way before. Quite a few Lightworkers know of their family connections with us, and are guided by their companions who have linked in with them for this special time. They come aboard our craft but do not necessarily have full memories of it when they return to Earth. This is intentional so as to keep them focussed on their work; otherwise their attention is likely to be distracted from it. Collectively you are being helped by immense numbers of Beings from different Star Civilisations, some you see but others keep a low profile. In the early days of contact in the last century, you will find that apart from the Greys the majority have been made by human type Beings. In fact, many times they have walked amongst you unnoticed.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and can tell you that we are also very human in appearance. It is the form that was selected for this Universe, and from which many different species have evolved. Even now new variations of the Human form are being developed, always seeking a more suitable vehicle for whatever planetary conditions are involved. Perfection is sought in all things, and created out of the love of the Creator.

Maybe our main task NOW is to do our best to STAY IN THE NOW, because “love needs you now.” It’s truly the only way to not feed the dark. They thrive off of us being afraid for what the “future” will, or will not, hold. That’s the prison they want us to remain in!
In the NOW, we can FEEL who we REALLY are! The dark does not want that. In the NOW, we can FEEL our freedom! The dark does not want that. In the NOW, we can FFEEL and BE Love and Light! The dark does not want that. In the NOW, WE ARE VICTORIOUS. In every little itsy-bitsy conscious NOW, the dark is rendered powerless and IT IS DEFEATED!
In the NOW, only LIGHT, LOVE, TRUTH AND FREEDOM remain.

12/12/09 is THE HIGHEST energy wave released to Earth, in all time, ever before.
This energy wave is a Cosmic Burst of Love pouring into the hearts of every man woman and child.
It is in this Cosmic Burst of Love that the core issues will be healed, hearts will open up,
old programs will drop, and the merkiva in the crown and the merkiva in the heart will be

Archangel Michael Update Dec 5/09
I have been asked by Archangel Michael to write this article in order to help the many people who undergo the experience of a rapid shift into multi-dimensional awareness, or, the shift from the Indigo state to the Crystal state of consciousness.
There are people who make the transition in a relatively gentle way, but there are many who experience a crisis when this happens. These are usually the people who have chosen to open up to the higher dimensions. This choice is not made logically by the rational mind, but is rather a soul choice made in response to the available transitional energies of the Earth herself. So, sometimes a person is thrust into psychological, emotional and bodily changes for which they can find no logical explanation. This can cause a crisis. My experience has been that orthodox doctors and psychologists are of very little help as they have no idea of what the person is experiencing. When tests come back negative, the person is often considered to be hysterical or ungrounded or even schizophrenic.
This transition often happens to people who have been on spiritual paths and are better equipped to handle the shifts. But, my experience is also that Indigo Children, no matter what their state of spiritual awareness, are particularly vulnerable to the spontaneous experience of transition or breakthrough to the awareness of higher dimensions. I must also add that the use of any kinds of drugs, fairly common among Indigo adolescents, quite often precipitates this transitional crisis before the person is really ready to deal with the effects.
Below are a list of the symptoms experienced in the process of crisis or breakthrough:
* Sudden extreme sensitivity to people and environments. A person who has previously been sociable and active suddenly finds they can’t bear to be in shopping malls or in crowded environments such as restaurants. * An increase in psychic ability and awareness. This most often manifests in the ability to almost “hear” the inner thoughts and feelings of others. This can be disconcerting if the person imagines that everyone else can also read their thoughts and feelings. Also an extreme sensitivity to negative energy in certain environments or people, including the inability to tolerate certain people who had previously been close.
* This increased sensitivity can lead to panic attacks or anxiety attacks. These can occur at any time, even when the person wakes up at night. Often there is no valid reason for the attack, although the person will often seek to find a reason.
* The person might also find themselves “zoning out” for long periods of time, just wanting to sit and do nothing. This can be irritating to someone who has previously been very energetic and active. This is just the consciousness adjusting to spending more time in the higher dimensions and less time in the 3rd and 4th dimensions. Related to this is the need to rest and sleep for far longer than previously, and a general slowing down.
* Obssessive anxieties about humans being destroyed (by pollution, lack of resources, aliens, technology etc). This is because multi-dimensional consciousness can access all levels of the group mind, including that part which holds the fears and anxieties about the survival of the species. Since the person is often concerned about their own survival, they tend to resonate with this part of the group mind or morphogenetic field.
* An obssessive need to understand what is happening, leading to the mind becoming overactive and the person fearing they are losing it or suffering from “burn-out”. Also a fear of going mad and being unable to cope with everyday life in the future. Again, psychologists and doctors seem able to offer very little help.
* Depression for no reason, or related to the crisis state. This is often just the consciousness clearing out old layers of energy that need to be released. It is not necessary to “process” or relive the experience, just allow the body to release the energy. Have patience with the process and know that it will pass.
* Disrupted sleep patterns, often waking up to 3 times a night, or just at about 3am. Again this is just the consciousness adapting to new cycles of activity. Higher consciousness is often more active at night since the lower dimensions are quiet at this time.
* Feeling strange electrical energy waves through the body. The Crystal body is incredibly sensitive, and feels solar and lunar waves, cosmic waves, and energies from the galactic centre. Often these energies are assisting in the process of “rewiring” the body to carry higher energies. Speaking from experience, I know how uncomfortable this can be. But the body eventually acclimates to dealing with these energy waves. You will probably find them to be more intense around Full Moon. The best way I have found of dealing with this phenomenon is to go outside and stand barefoot on the ground and imagine the energy running through your body and into the earth.
* A whole range of physical sensations and experiences, usually related to detoxification. The Crystal body holds no toxins, but allows everything to pass through it. In fact the eventual trick to being Crystal is just to allow everything to pass through and hold onto nothing. The ultimate state of detachment. But at this stage the body needs to release years of “toxic” waste, whether physical, emotional or mental The release is always through the physical body, which presents symptoms such as intense fatigue, muscle and joint pains especially in the hips and knees, headaches, especially at the base of the skull, and neck and shoulder pains.
* Dizziness and “spaciness”. This is because you are in “higher” states of consciousness. You need to get used to being at these levels and staying grounded at the same time. These sensations tend to increase with solar flares and full moons as well.
* Increased appetite and putting on weight. This is because the body needs huge amounts of energy to power this process.
* The ability to see beyond the veils. That is, to become aware of spirits, divas,E.Ts and angels as a reality and to communicate with these. This can be very frightening if the person is not accustomed to this kind of other dimensional awareness.
Coping Skills for the Transition The best advice I can give is to be accepting of the process and do not resist. My own transition has been going on for nearly 18 months. I found that the key was acceptance. I kept hoping that I was going to wake up one day and feel “normal” again. It was only when I accepted that I would never again feel “normal” as I knew it, that I was better able to feel more comfortable in my new space and to cope better. Then you can begin to explore the adventure or the positive side of this new state.
Below are some tips for dealing with the transitional crisis:
* Be at peace with what is happening to your being. You are becoming a Crystal being. Another term for this is a “Christed being”, which refers to a mutli-dimensional being with full access to 9 dimensions, and maybe even 13. My experience at this point is that some people only open to 5D, others go through to 6D. If you make it through to 6D then you will probably achieve full 9D awareness in this lifetime, if not in the very near future. What a privilege and a blessing!!
* Be kind to yourself and nurture yourself. Remember, as a Crystal being you carry an equal balance of the “mother” energy and the “father” energy. The mother says, nurture yourself as you would a new-born baby, for in fact that is what you are. You will need time to grow in strength and learn the skills of your new environment. Trust is very important here. I made the transition as a single self-supporting person in my own business with very little resources. I was terrified that my physical state would prevent me from earning enough to survive. But I was held though the process, and still have my home and I have always had enough although there have been some close calls.
* Don’t take drugs of any kind if you can help help it. Obviously if you are on medication for your health then you will need to continue. But do not take recreational drugs of any kind, these will aggravate the process and you could get lost “out there” in the higher dimensions. Also try to cope without anti-depressants or tranquilizers, although again if you are on these you will need medical advice and should not just stop them. The best path to take is to use homeopathic and naturopathic medicine, and I have found that Flower Essences are very helpful as well.
* Avoid crowds and crowded places. I have perfected the art of the weekly one hour shopping “blitz” in order to care for my needs while not spending too long in tiring and toxic environments. Gradually you will be able to tolerate more and more exposure to these environments. The key here, of course, is to hold your own peace and harmony so strongly that instead of you being affected by the environment, you in fact affect the environment in positive ways. The Crystal person always holds and carries positive energy, but you will learn to use it in incredibly powerful ways once you have gained your balance and are able to move among people again with ease.
* Stay grounded and centered. This can be very challenging for those who are acclimating to higher dimensional awareness. You will often feel dizzy and spaced. But try to pay full attention to the physical and grounded aspects of life. The key here is to spend time on exercise, walking, food and artistic occupations. Don’t spend hours in front of the TV or lost in computer games. These will only serve to increase the ungroundedness.
* Spend as much time as you can in Nature. You will find spending time in fresh air and sunlight will assist to strenghten the new bodies. Also the devas are there to support your processes.
* Eat simply and eat as much fresh vegetables and fruit as possible. I have been told by guidance that brown rice and vegetables are the best kind of food for this new body. However, indulge your cravings – mine have ranged from calamari to chocolate cake. This is not the time to diet. Your body needs huge amounts of nourishment to fuel the processes you are passing though. You may even put on weight, but you will need to accept that this is part of the transition.
* Finally – Celebrate your transition. You are becoming a Galactic human, the next step in human evolution! You are entering into your birthright.

Thanks RR and Rob! I feel like we all here are of a kindred spiritual phenom. I had the hardest time trying to figure out what was going on out there, but had to look inside to get it! When I first heard that point, I did not accept it well, but as the truth became clearer to me, it resonated not from without, but within. the heart chakra is the center of the universe and is inexplicably linked to the Creator, the source of all things……let us keep everyone on this wonderful planet grounded in love by seeing exactly what we wish our answers to be; peace on earth for all!

#23 I can relate to * Dizziness and “spaciness”. This is because you are in “higher” states of consciousness. You need to get used to being at these levels and staying grounded at the same time. These sensations tend to increase with solar flares and full moons as well.
Two time this week I put my shirt on inside out. Once I was at a restaurant and the second time her at my nursery. A customer said your shirt is on inside out, I said no the pockets are just stitched up for some reason and I looked down and sure enough inside out. I am forgetting names of plants that I should know with out thinking and I can identify 99 per cent of my plants and I look at them puzzled. So glad it is ascension and not old age creeping in. kathy

WHAT ENERGIES AND EXPERIENCES CAN WE EXPECT IN
DECEMBER 2009?
There is a crumbling energy and sense of emptiness in the energy of this month. December will bring the crumbling of old structures, beliefs, relationships, or anything that is no longer working toward your highest good. Any structures that you have in your lives that do not work for you anymore are going to crumble. They are not going to begin to crumble – the beginning occurred a long time ago. This month they are going to actually crumble.
The crumbling will not necessarily cause mass devastation this month. It is likely to be most evident in your personal lives, and it may feel quite dramatic to some of you depending on how you choose to react.
The emptiness is the energetic reflection of the fact that all of you, individually and collectively, are wiping the slate clean. You have been working hard to assess and understand what no longer works for you and what you need in order to sustain your forward movement. This month will bring a sense of a final letting go. Some of the behavioral patterns that you have struggled with all of your life, some of the relationships that you felt would never be resolved, and many issues you have faced time and again — all of them are available to be reset this month.
This clearing the slate and resetting will not occur through work. All of the work has already been done. This month the clearing of the slate will be accomplished through passively and graciously letting go. This is a great month to try to let go of control, and to let go of your expectations. It is an important time to acknowledge the other peoples truths, or to finally shrug and decide you will be okay either way, no matter what the situation may be.
The energy of this month certainly does have an element of destruction and that emptiness can feel a lot like despair to some of you, but it does not need to feel like despair. The emptiness is also incredibly enlightening and incredibly refreshing if you are willing to let go. If you find yourself despairing this month, consider that you are holding onto something that no longer exists. You may be holding onto an illusion, an old hope or expectation, or an idea about what should happen. You may be holding onto an attachment to other people’s behavior — which is something you have never been able to control, even if you were very good at manipulating it.
If you feel despair this month, look for what you are holding onto and find a way to let it go. Embrace a sense of emptiness this month. Empty yourself of ego, empty yourself of expectations or agendas and sit back and enjoy the show. Make room this month to connect with loved ones, to embrace the relationships that do work well, and to embrace the simple, beautiful perspective that comes when you operate from allowing — allowing what is to be exactly what it is as opposed to trying. Work on allowing rather than trying this month.
Are there any power days that we should be aware of this month?
December 12 is kind of like a tethering point, a grounding point. December 12 for some of you will be a turning point. You will find a distinct opportunity on December 12 to make a decision to either hold on or let go. The thing that will serve you best this month is to let go. For others of you will find it is a really grounding day. It is a day that is just like the way a tether works when it is holding down a balloon or holding a boat in place. It is a point that keeps things in place, it holds them down so they do not float away or get out of control. You will be able to find a sense of reassurance. This is a great day to focus on those things that do work for you, to turn your time and attention toward those relationships and activities that do feed your soul, that do nurture you and help you feel as if you are your best possible self.

There is a sense of a collective inhalation this month, as if all of you are taking a breath in and pausing for a moment. You may find this month that there is a sense of insularity. People may become less open and more protective of their time, emotions, and other parts of their lives. You will see a lot of people feeling so overwhelmed that they cannot take in any more information, or feeling so overwhelmed that it is difficult for them to reach out and empathize with others.
For each of you individually, do your best to release judgment and trust that people will be on their best behavior later. This month will be overwhelming for quite a few of you, particularly those of you who are not aware that this energy is coming. For those of you reading this message, you are likely to understand when you feel overwhelmed that you need to let go of something. Have patience and compassion for those around you who may not realize this, who will get so locked up in the battle to hold onto something that no longer works or even no longer exists, that they get really tired. They are going to draw into themselves.
It may appear as if many people are more selfish this month than usual. Know that it is only because they have become insular. They have drawn into themselves in order to survive their own resistance. Rest assured that resistance will be forced to release in the coming year. Do not fight with people. Do not try to push them to understand things or do things that they are not ready to do. Trust that their own lives will lead them to their best selves later on. This is a great month for compassion and patience. You will be most successfully by being passive rather than active this month. Do not look for things to do. Look for reasons to sit back and watch events unfold through the eyes of Love. This is the best way to work with this very open white light, peaceful energy of letting go.

Hey all~~
In this month of “letting go”, we may need to let relationships go; but we may have so much of our old selves wrapped up in the relationship that we don’t know where we leave off and the other person begins. I have found that saying fhe following statements, either aloud to myself, or in written form (like in my journal), is VERY helpful in FEELING the space between myself and the other person. This allows for a more fluid feel to the letting go process, rather than feeling like something is being ripped from me. I learned this from my very wise therapist, Sandra Felt.
To the other person:
“I give you your life, I give you your death, and I give you your right to choose.”
To yourself:
“I TAKE BACK my life, I TAKE BACK my death, and I TAKE BACK my right to choose.”
For me, this creates the ability in me to see the other person as separate from me (like letting go of the co-dependent stuff), and to trust that both they, and I, have a different future that is calling to each of us, separately…..And that out of the old and out-dated, a new sense of belonging to Life as a whole, can emerge.
It has also been very empowering for me to FEEL that I AM, in fact, MyOwnPerson, and that I GET TO move beyond the limitation of the old ways of defining myself in the relationships I am outgrowing.
And again, all……I offer this “for what ever it’s worth!”

Thank you for including that link to David Icke’s take on the balance you speak of!!! Seeing it helped me understand your passionate stance on this point.
I must say, that prior to today, and for about the past 2-3 weeks, I have felt “scolded” by the tone of your posts, and scoffed at for the particular way that the passion expresses through me. Now of course I know you are not personally speaking to me in your posts, but what I have felt from your posts is a sense of…”‘they’ just don’t get it and so ‘they’ are adding to the problem with all this love and light shit.”
So, the passionate nature with which I feel and express my truth has the need to make something very clear. I have spent decades facing the truth of the “reality” of what went on in MY own life to keep me at a level of existing just enough above being completely checked out or suicidal to keep me breathing. I suffered unimaginable trauma as an infant, inflicted on me by those whose brainwashing about the “evil and unclean nature of red-headed females” was so complete they tried to render me sterile. (Yes, people, there’s a thing out there called “gingerism”…the fear and hatred toward redheads….just like with any other group who has been feared or hated, it’s an issue about squashing the inherent and obvious INNER POWER of those targeted)!
That early trauma was NOT for nothing!!! It WAS part of my contract to be strong enough this lifetime to endure this, and to do WHATEVER IT TAKES TO HEAL FROM IT, and thus wake up from it…….and thus, BRING THE TRUTH OF THIS OPPRESSION AND REPRESSION OF THE IMMENSE POWER RED HAIR DID AT ONE TIME CONNATE FOR THE ONE ADORNED WITH IT OUT OF THE SHADOWS AND INTO THE LIGHT. And that is exactly what I have done. And it has been my honor to do so. For I not only committed to do the work for me….I committed that the work I had the luxury of time to do would serve far beyond the healing of just me.
I believe that we KNEW who we are when we made our choice to be here, ESPECIALLY now at this time of humanity’s
“his”-tory. I believe we knew we would each go through stuff in our lives that would give us our share of the shit that we would need to be bring up to the LIGHT OF DAY FOR the shadow to be rendered powerless, to do our part for lightening up humanity’s load!
So, Stick, what I’m saying is that I KNOW FOR SURE that my talk of “Love and Light” is ONLY a possibility in this little bird’s life BECAUSE I HAVE GONE DOWN INTO THE TRENCHES AND GOTTEN VERY FAMILIAR WITH THE TRUTH OF WHAT HAD BRAINWASHED ME, SUPPRESSED MY LIGHT, AND MADE ME HATE MY OWN SWEET SELF for most of my life. I AM NOT in denial….far freekin’ from it. I have earned every ounce of my ability to be able to even freekin’ FEEL the love and light in me. And my hunch is that there are many out there like me, who have uncovered the shit, brought it up to the light of day, and burned off the dark’s hold on them, one person at a time.
So, I can’t speak for anyone else on this site, but when I put my truth out there and it appears to be syrupy to you or anyone else, just know that it is only BECAUSE I HAVE DUG myself out of denial, and I FACED all of the ugly TRUTH about what the dark has done to keep me from knowing who I AM, that I am now awake and free FROM their hold…..and I will NOT apologize for finally getting to FEEL the Love and Light that I AM from within.
We are each a brushstroke in the masterpiece the Creator of All is painting. Your brushstroke is very powerful, indeed, and it stands on its own. And the same holds true for all of the rest of us brushstrokes. I think at this point, many who express the “Love and Light” sentiments actually have faced denial, taking that “mother/father bear” stance in their personal lives, and have found the “message in the mess”. I, for one, wish to give ALL in this boat a big “Whooo Hoooo”, for their hard work and courage to face the denial, the fear, and the ugly truth of how the dark has worked to extinguish their light.

@All: KOS is “The King of Swords.” A reference to the Tarot card of the same name. It is an alias I assure you. I haven’t seen anywhere, yet, where the “true” or “real” name of who KOS is revealed. I suppose that will come when “all is said and done.” Suffice it to say, he is one of the “leaders” of the team(s) that is(are) making things “happen” here on this plane to forward the Ultimate Goal of reclamation of our sovereignty and thus allow us to Ascend more freely. According to what I have read, he and his have been instrumental in freeing things up behind the scenes. KOS may or may not be an ET, but, it seems, KOS has the ability to travel places that “we” would not ordinarily be able to. That is all I am able to discern about KOS.
@Robin., “acid” reference…LOL!!! At times, it does seem that way. Mark, Beth, Rama, and Tara have access to far greater knowledge than most of us. So, I take what they say from that perspective. They’re “in the know” so to speak, and if I were to “know” as they do, I wouldn’t have any trouble comprehending the sometimes confusing discussions.
Being “realistic,” again, it comes down to “it happens when it happens.”
No-one can argue that there aren’t changes going on at all. There are plenty of news headlines available that point to some of the things going on.
And, relative to KOS – all the help we get the better!!!

I DO NOT like the “world” situation any more than you do, and, most likely, anyone else here either (though, I’d wager, some who do come here relish those things). Be assured, I am not some hide-at-home, blinded-by-wanna-be-love, narcisistic, zombie. I do pay attention to what is going on. I am also able to acknowledge there are higher purposes in many “ill” things in this world, and thus choose to express compassion for it when I can do naught about it.

It has taken me years to unravel all the “junk” about red hair….and I am sure there are others out there far more educated on it than I. But….many priestesses in the Goddess religions in Europe had red hair, and it was considered to be a symbol of great knowledge and power.
Also, Mary Magdalele is depicted in most renderings as having long, red hair…..and we all now know of HER true status and how SHE, HER POWER AND HER FEMININE ESSENCE AS THE EQUAL TO THAT OF HER BELOVED JESUS, has been repressed and suppressed….to help create one of the biggest cover-ups of humanity’s truth of all time!!! (That’s how I feel it in my bones)! I feel a deep affinity with Mary Magdalene, and this very issue may be part of that for me.
So, I don’t even try to be an expert on this, but from my internal FEEL of it, red hair (what some call “ginger”), has historically been an outward symbol for the “Feminine Principal of the Divine”, which becomes a “hated” symbol by those who seek to quell the power of that part of the Divine which does not fit into their agenda for controlling and suppressing personal power.

I read on Mark Huber’s GRT Intel site that KOS is way up there in the Obama cadre. Not in some official capacity, but just ‘there’. Huber even says there are pix of this man (who is of the Light) often around the Prez yet always in the background. I agree admiral. KOS<KOE mark tara and others are way out there. Everyone seems to be a clone and some have multiple clones. They seem to be good people but are constantly going to saturn. kos and St germaine are in constant cotact with obama. Diane and dodi are alive. I just dont know. When i read into the archives a lot of info never came to pass. I thought Hillary clinton was going to resign. Oh yeah he said she was executed under obamas orders. If obama is so highly evolved why would he authorize executions as he would know you cannot stop killing with killing.

We arrive at Aldeberan. I see a pool just like the one on The Mall in Washington D.C. It is rectangular shaped. There are massive rectangular stones surrounding the pool and I see a round tower made of these stones. I looked up and saw a tall rectangular compound. Then we are walking up an ancient stairway and then back down another stairway into the center of what I now recognize is a Ziggurat.
When we descend the stairs there are ancient gigantic stone statues of Kings that make up pillars. They look like Egyptian Pharoah statues. KOS is there and he says: This is it.
There is a secret portal in this ziggurat that will immediately take you to a Star Gate in Pakistan. I will show you on the Pakistan map where the Star Gate is. For years the Illuminati fought over the Iranian StarGate. That was always a false story. That Star Gate goes other places, but not to Aldeberan. There has always been Kumaras taking Ships in and out from Afghanistan, and that was a decoy spot. There is another Star Gate there, the one I showed you a picture of. That one is another important one, but does not lead here. That large stone tower is where the StarShips enter and exit from.
Aldeberan is where the Language of Light originated from. This is the beginning of Creation for this Galaxy. The Orion Wars ended here.
Archangel Metatron is the King of Angels. His sons, Jehovah and Lucifer waged battle when Angels began incarnating into Human Forms. This new Creation, the Human Angel was something these brothers were jealous of.
The Wars spanned millions of years and carried on through many Star Nations. Earth is a model of this last vestige of War. The Ones warring then were the Illuminati on Earth now. These are descendants of Metatron and Mother Sekhmet: The Children of Ra and the Children of Light. Some of these Ones never fell from Grace. They remained immortal and incarnated again and again and again on Earth to hold the Light for when the Wars Would End: The Kumaras, including Sananda, Ashtar, and St. Germain. There are many others. St. Germain collected the gold he has now and stored it secretly to prepare for this time of Announcements. He worked together with the KOS and Lady Master Nada, Twin Flames, to create the legal structure and Secret Forces to deal with the Human Angels who were fallen. Ashtar is the Supreme Commander of the Galactic Federation and he heads the Forces in the Skies, off Planet, and on other Star Nations coordinating this effort.
Mother Sekhmet will escort the Beloved Fallen Ones, of Earth, and either return them to Source, as she is their Mother, or send them to a place more befitting the experience they desire.
Lord Metatron is the Lord of Light and he Guides the whole process, working with the Angels and ArchAngels, especially closely with his son, AA Michael, who works with the Angelic and Galactic Forces of Light. KOS is their Leader on Earth, he heads up the Galactic Human Secret Forces. This right here is what all the fighting is about. To enter this portal, and come to Aldeberan, one has access to power. Aldeberan is the City that Atlantis was based on. It is the Cradle of Civilization in the Local Galaxy. Here on Aldeberan is a giant dome structure. It is where the Adam Kadmon Human Body Form originated. This is where Metatron reconstructed the bodies of all the Ones who were destroyed in the Orion Wars. It was a devastating blow to this Father to see his children destroying each other again and again.
The Ones who did not fall, you know them as the Goodly Company.
Many of the Goodly Company are incarnated now as Galactic Humans and they know they will not give up until this job is done, the fallen Ones are removed from this Galaxy and Earth is returned back to a Planet of Peace.
Sananda last incarnated as Jesus the Christ and he laid the ground work for this Now moment. Many of the Illuminati Elite were dark ones who were the immortal fallen human angels. There are endless stories written about these tales, it is all the same story and it ends now. There is a Temple on Aldeberan which holds all the sacred knowledge of Creating Life. All the knowledge of making hybrids is here. There are sample tissues here for all DNA ever created. Therein lies the Power. The Power to control, manipulate, and create species of Slaves. I feel I am a combination of BOTH the vulnerability and sensitivity AND a deep core strength. My point was that when I hear you make generalizations about the “love and light talk” here, that does not take into account anything that I have done on a personal and group level that IS taking the very same kind of stand that you take.
As for the scene from Braveheart, my intention was not to imply that we are at war. It was to portray the energy of taking a stand for what one believes in, and standing in the integrity of that no matter what. Personally, I see it as NOT being at war AGAINST anything or something, but rather being FOR what is my deepest truth, and thus FOR that stand. I believe there is a big difference in the energy, and its power, between those two.
You and I are both very passionate in our views and our stances, and I love and respect that in each of us. Beware of barers of faulse gifts and broken promises. Much pain but there is still time. Believe there is still good out there. We oppose the deceivers. The conduit is closing.. The limitation of language is an ongoing frustration for me, but ultimately I feel my posts state very clearly where I’m coming from. Am I angry? You better believe it. Either way, knowing how to channel anger is a strength not a weakness. Summed up – We are eternal consciousness looking thru a filter (Telescope) we call reality. The reality can change drastically and will end, yet the eternal consciousness will never end, it will just construct another telescope in order to learn other valuable lessons – not as the telescope (individual life), but as eternal consciousness. Our goal is to realise the purpose of the erected telescope, fulfil that purpose and one has fulfilled one’s life path. Salutations of Love Light to ALL
Carlos Casteneda intoduced the concept of self importance vs self worth. Lets not forget these teachings.
Our self worth is consciousness realising itself – no judgement, unconditional love.
Self importance is the mind attempting to be more important than consciousnes – judgemental and selfish.
It is very often difficult to pass on a feeling through written word – so lets cut out all possible misunderstandings by operating from heart to heart. We actually DO feel what each other is saying, but our self importance protects our “personal” space and thereby not allowing consciousness to realise that we are connecting.
Take exceptional pride in the fact that ALL those you confer with, are acting from heart to heart, thereby re-inforcing the unconditional love that is.
Even if those do not seem to be relating from heart to heart – consciousness knows what it is that is being said.

Re: The message from the grey crop circle cd
I don’t know if we can glean much from the cd message. FIrst, we don’t know who wrote it. Was it ETs or our government? Both certainly have the capacity to make crop formations. Not knowing this, we can’t discern the intention of the message. Was it someone who wanted us to fear the future, or was it someone who wanted us to fear ETs coming? In any case, taking it for the words on the page (or on the plants that is) it looks like the purpose of the message was to make us fear something because of words such as “beware”, “much pain” and “deceivers” thrown in with the ‘yeah, but really, we believe there might still be some good out there…a smidgeon……maybe….we don’t KNOW it, we just believe it…’.
My point, I think such a fear inspiring message was probably a trick on someone’s part. Just my view. Should we worry about broken promises? Well, depends on the situation I guess. Our own discernment. In any case, I’m with you, I’m just going to stay in my light because for right now that doesn’t seem to be hurting anything, and it does seem to be helping. Love, light, and harmony to you all.

What I am a little bit confused about is the ridiculous redundancy of these and other messages; not because they don’t have anything meaningful to offer, but, because we all know that there is a lot going on out there, and in here, it is ok to tell us and reveal more details.
Why are they not telling us more?!
There is certainly an awakening going on, but how much more could there be, if the truth were to be blurted out?!
Why not, with their messages and channelers, why not give us more?!

BUT from what I understand they can’t reveal all because they don’t want the dark hats to know what the plan is, because if they do, it will set us further back for disclosure. I’m sure the dark hats read each message the GF puts out and certainly why the GF don’t give dates.

I think you pegged it in your last paragraph: “it is as if someone or something is squeezing the world for just one more final battle of wills.” I think that’s exactly what’s going on, and that soon all of that will be over. I’m sick of hearing the word “soon” too, but I have faith that soon actually is going to come. Why? A second wave of ascenders actually woke up in 2008. We had a second wave, just like we believed we would 10 years ago. There are so many more into this stuff than there were even in the beginning of ’08, that I know that’s going to happen again for more people. When it does, we will be a force to be reckoned with, even moreso than now.

Former Governor of Minnesota, ex-Navy SEAL and retired pro-wrestler Jesse Ventura raised some important unanswered questions regarding the 9/11 attacks in an interview with Larry King on CNN last night.
Ventura spoke about and gave a sneak peak of his new Tru TV show, Conspiracy Theory, set to air Wednesday night.
Footage from the 9/11 based episode showed Ventura attempting to gain access to the infamous hanger 17 at Kennedy International Airport where debris from the World Trade Center is kept away from public scrutiny.
“The 9/11 conspiracy is simply that the government hasn’t been truthful with us.” Ventura stated.
“I mean, Larry, a couple weeks ago, the head of the 9/11 Commission legal, I believe former attorney general Farmer from New Jersey, came out publicly and stated unequivocally that at some point the government decided that the American citizens would not hear the truth about 9/11. I find that very disturbing.” he continued.
“I find it very difficult that those buildings could fall at the speed of gravity without being assisted in some way. And I used to do demolition for a living. And how could those buildings fall as fast as I used to freefall out of an airplane?”
“If you took a billiard ball and dropped it the height of the twin towers and you just merely stopped it and started it every floor in freefall, it would take over a minute and a half to reach the ground. The buildings were down in ten seconds.”
“So you think there was something on the inside.” King replied.
“Here is the big point I make on 9/11,” Ventura asserted.
“Why is it off limits to talk about it? Why is it off limits to question and ask questions? You know when I went through Navy SEAL training I was taught in demolition that there is no dumb question, that if you don’t understand it then it is not dumb. That’s how I have lived my life and I have a lot of questions that the government refuses to answer.”
King also asked Ventura his opinion on the troop escalation in Afghanistan:
“It angers me because it reminds me a great deal of Vietnam.” Ventura answered.
“I mean, the Russians couldn’t beat them, the English couldn’t beat them over there. You are not going to get a military solution in my opinion in Afghanistan. It’s impossible, yet we’re just like in Vietnam, are we propping up a phony government, like we did in Vietnam?”
“Remember, the United States blocked free elections in Vietnam. Had there been elections in Vietnam, Ho Chi Min would have won in a landslide. Well is this the same thing going on?”
“I would pull out of Afghanistan and I would pull out of Iraq and I would bring our boys home. It is our job to protect their safety, and not be sending them off to wars. What are we accomplishing there? I look at it from a personal point of view. I don’t see how these two wars have helped Jesse Ventura or the USA one bit, other than to drain our economy.” Ventura fumed.

I don’t know….that is a nice explanation, the stargate one, I can hope that is true! Some are saying it was a rocket test, but I certainly never saw a rocket look like that either. Often rocket missile tests look like fireballs (meteors), they go faster than the one minute people say that was in the sky, and don’t leave tails that last like that.

The money sprinklers are running scared as the new financial system looms
All those little old men who ran the world by sprinkling illusory funny money are running very scared now. Their system of control lasted so long, they thought they were above the law and above God. They are now getting their come-uppance. In Japan all they had to do was hand out a few billion in bribes in order to steal trillions. The people who worked for this system (mostly gangsters and politicians) are all worried about their futures. Only a few of the top traitors like Nakasone need to worry. Japan will be getting back its trillions so we can pay all the subordinates double what they used to get if they promise to never again betray their country.
On a different note, there are logistical and technological issues to deal with before the new financial system can be launched. The best guess is January 2010 at the earliest. At that point people will get their money back.
On a further note, we are hearing that all the top Nazis in the US, from Henry (Heinz) Kissinger on down, are now under arrest. When people find out what these criminals did to the people of the world there will be a lot of anger. Despite the huge injustices that have taken place, now is a time for forgiveness, not revenge.

#184 honeybee. Thanks for your interest in my post. I to beleive that it ( the crop circle) was put there to cause confusion and FEAR. Its a bit strange that it was,what looks like a GREY ALEIN. Greys as far as im lead to beleive are the dark ones,am i right?.. only god knows the real answer to that probably. But it aint gonna cause me to be in fear, as fear as ive said on many posts is somthing that has left my vocabulary. Death i used to fear most,but now..BRING IT ON

If you don’t already, I would recommend looking around and reading as many different channels as you can, with a very detached viewpoint. I find that many of them are similar to this one, in that they repeat over and over the same general ideas, with nothing particularly new.
That said, sometimes there are interesting nuggets in them, and even NOVELTY at times, but it seems few and far between. There is a lot of “noise” you need to filter out. Channeling is a fascinating phenomenon, but don’t forget that, at root, it is a human phenomenon, and must pass through a human being’s nervous system and mouth (or fingers) to reach you. Sometimes I forget to account for that. It helps put a lot of the syrupy stuff and redundancy in perspective. Mixed in with the truly nonhuman awareness are distinctly human hopes and dreams and fantasies…
The original Salusa message which mentioned disclosure was really novel to me, but like you I’ve noticed how they’ve gone on and on saying nothing new in particular.
Who knows? Maybe the subsconsciouses of all these channelers are tapping into some forthcoming event, or maybe they’re all subconsciously (or consciously) wanting to tap into the current “meme” and fad of predicting disclosure.
Seth via Jane Roberts apparently wanted at times to talk about things like Atlantis, but since Jane was so opposed to such new-aginess, he wouldn’t really go there. (This is mentioned in The Unknown Reality, vol 2, and probably other places)
Likewise, I think many of these channelers are hinged on the love-and-light paradigm, and of the (to me) immature tendency to view reality through black-and-white filters (the Light vs. the “dark ones”). So many of them are essentially talking about the idea of Christian rapture!! All the bad people (that they don’t like) will vanish into some other dimension or die, and all the good, righteous people will get to stick around and cavort with the savior aliens. Rrright.
I’m not saying there aren’t any “dark ones,” just that it’s not a clear cut thing. We all have some elements, maybe even a lot of that inside ourselves. The capacity to want to control and kill and all that. But over time humanity as a whole is evolving away from that very entrenched mentality and way of being. But unlike what these guys say, there is no way in hell that that’s going to happen overnight. There is soooo much deep psychological preparation necessary before we as individuals, much less as a species, are capable of adapting to the truth of non-human life in our immediate environment.
So step back and look at this phenomenon as a whole. If you follow any particular channel and think it’s the whole truth, or of cosmic significance, you’re bound to be disappointed (or bored). Instead, look at the interplay of these ideas on a more general level, with the society that is totally outside of it.
Something is going on with this push within the channeling community toward disclosure, but it’s a little more subtle than the individual messages make it out to be. Don’t forget to be a skeptical human most of the time

I feel nothing but love for Sanni and her plight. Is everything she says true? Each has to use their own discernment on that one, as with everything. One thing she says is that reptoids took the form of greys to do some of the abductions and blame the greys. I feel now that maybe there are good and bad of every species in the 3rd density, just like with humans, we don’t all fall under the same adjective. I believe there are some good reptoid beings, and some good grey beings too.

That is also the premise behind the tv show that just started in the US in November called V. Since it is also a television show, I feel that it is more anti-ET propaganda designed to make people afraid. I can’t know, none of us can, really. I have chosen not to be afraid though. If an ET walks up to us one day and says hello, then we will just have to use our discernment at that time about whether they feel good. To worry before that day is only unhealthy for us.
