The days are speeding by and things are happening that signal a crucial time on Earth. The dark Ones hit out at those who have opposed them, and their wars have moved from conventional weapons to those that are very sophisticated. You have just seen further evidence of it by what has happened to Chile, and it is part of the continuing attacks within an area where leaders have opposed the dark forces, which were intent on removing them. As we have often informed you, we cannot just interfere with what is happening to you – unless we are given the authority to do so. However, as known to you, we are allowed to prevent an even more devastating scenario. Bear in mind Dear Ones that in Atlantean times they were also very advanced technologically, and had for example developed the laser beam. It was used in such a way that it caused a weakening of the Earth’s crust that broke up, and Atlantis finally disappeared under the waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
You are now at a similar point in your experiences, as the Atlanteans were in their end times. Indeed they developed in a very similar way to you, using advanced technology obtained from Extraterrestrials, putting it to misuse and personal gain. The country that is the U.S. is largely populated by those souls who were in Atlantis in its demise, and the challenge has been to see out this cycle without destroying the Earth. Civilisations experience very much as individual soul and where lessons are not learnt, and you face the same ones until you progress sufficiently to successfully come through them. You will therefore understand, that we cannot take away your opportunity to overcome the weaknesses that have caused your downfall in ancient times. It is not however all left up to you, and as we have explained previously we can help in ways that often prevent matters getting out of hand. Total destruction of the Earth will not be allowed, and we protect Mother Earth and the human civilisation, by limiting the extent to which it occurs.
You must understand that because we are full of compassion and love for all life, we would dearly love to release you immediately from the dark powers. The time for our open arrival is however determined by the Higher Councils of Light, and we abide by their decisions. Therefore, we are fully prepared for the rapidly approaching changes, that will bring an end to the dictatorship that you know as the Illuminati. It is then that our presence will enable world peace to be declared and an end to all hostilities. If there is opposition to it, we will still the weapons of war and end it in a peaceful way. We do not come to fight battles as that is not our way, but we will impose the Will of God for the betterment of all souls upon Earth. You have cried out for release from the traumas and negative conditions associated with the rule of the dark Ones. Heaven has agreed that it is time for the Light to fully return to Earth, and it has already grown exponentially over the last decade or so.
Do not allow the chaotic events on Earth to distract you from your goal to ascend because as you might say, you must not take your eye off the ball. Your strength and protection is by keeping centred within your Light. In so doing you are also helping others, who may weaken when their senses are assailed by the last attempts of the dark Ones to continue with their plan. Death and destruction is their aim to de-populate the Earth, but please be assured that they will fail to achieve their ultimate goal of total world control. You have determined the outcome by your steadfast approach by bringing the Light to Earth. This result was indeed foreseen a long time ago, and was always part of the plan for this particular cycle. It could have changed but the Lightworkers brought in to keep it on track, have proved their worth and ability to stick to their tasks. All of you connected in this way deserve every bit of praise you get, and we of the Galactic Federation are so proud to work with you.
Because of hundreds of lives throughout this cycle, you have grown in strength that has seen you refuse to capitulate to the dark Ones. Now the full reward for doing so is about to manifest, and all that has been taken away from you will gradually be returned. You are to become the sovereign Beings you once were, and better still allowed the opportunity to ascend and leave duality for once and for all. It has served you well and you have become powerful Beings, that will carry the Light and Love to many civilisations that exist in the Galaxy. Your experiences are invaluable where other developing civilisations are concerned. You can help them avoid the same pitfalls experienced during your time in duality. Can you see Dear Ones, that when you first started your journey, you knew how it was going to benefit others. As a Being of Light you made certain sacrifices to achieve those goals, as part of your quest for knowledge and to serve as Lightworkers to other developing souls.
We feel that at last you are beginning to comprehend how great you are, and why we adore you all and heap our praises upon you. We are fellow souls on a great journey together, and we stand by your side as equal partners working for the Will of God. Let your minds accept what we say, as it is not to boost your ego and we know that Beings of Light do not think in such a way. Where praise is deserved it is nice to acknowledge what you have achieved, as for too long you have been oppressed and could be forgiven for believing you were worthless entities. That is what the dark Ones hoped so that they could exert full control over you. Fortunately you have woken up and can see through the lies and falsity of the way you have been made to feel inferior. You now know otherwise and stand up for yourself, and it is achieving results inasmuch that you are breaking the hold the dark Ones had on you.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and know that whatever you have been promised as part of the changes that is for the good of all, will come into being and it is mainly our responsibility to ensure that they do. Keep your faith in the plan that releases you from duality, as it is positive and will regardless of any interference come into your lives in the very near future. We have all the time we need to play our part, but we know for you the impression is that time is very short. It does not really matter when we commence open contact, as everything will be completed in time for the final curtain to come down – and all in readiness for Ascension. Know that we love you Dear Ones.

(HUMOR) DIARY OF A SNOW SHOVELER
SNOW SHOVELER
December 8 – 6:00 PM
It started to snow. The first snow of the season and the wife and I took our cocktails and sat for hours by the window watching the huge soft flakes drift down from heaven. It looked like a Grandma Moses Print. So romantic we felt like newlyweds again. I love snow!
December 9
We woke to a beautiful blanket of crystal white snow covering every inch of the landscape. What a fantastic sight! Can there be a more lovely place in the whole world? Moving here was the best idea I’ve ever had! Shoveled for the first time
in years and felt like a boy again. I did both our driveway and the sidewalks. This afternoon the snowplough came along and covered up the sidewalks and closed in the driveway, so I got to shovel again. What a perfect life!
December 12
The sun has melted all our lovely snow. Such a disappointment! My neighbor tells me not to worry- we’ll definitely have a white Christmas. No snow on Christmas would be awful! Bob says we’ll have so much snow by the end of winter, that I’ll never want to see snow again. I don’t think that’s possible. Bob is such a nice man, I’m glad he’s our neighbor.
December 14
Snow, lovely snow! 8 inches last night. The temperature dropped to -20. The cold makes everything sparkle so. The wind took my breath away, but I warmed up by shoveling the driveway and sidewalks. This is the life! The snowplough came back this afternoon and buried everything again. I didn’t realize I would have to do quite this much shoveling, but I’ll certainly get back in shape this way. I wish I wouldn’t huff and puff so.
December 15
20 inches forecast. Sold my van and bought a 4×4 Blazer. Bought snow tires for the wife’s car and 2 extra shovels. Stocked the freezer. The wife wants a wood stove in case the electricity goes out. I think that’s silly. We aren’t in Alaska , after all.
December 16
Ice storm this morning. Fell on my ass on the ice in the driveway putting down salt. Hurt like hell. The wife laughed for an hour, which I think was very cruel.
December 17
Still way below freezing. Roads are too icy to go anywhere. Electricity was off for 5 hours. I had to pile the blankets on to stay warm. Nothing to do but stare at the wife and try not to irritate her. Guess I should’ve bought a wood stove, but won’t admit it to her. God I hate it when she’s right. I can’t believe I’m freezing to death in my own living room.
December 20
Electricity’s back on, but had another 14 inches of the damn stuff last night. More shoveling! Took all day. The damn snowplough came by twice. Tried to find a neighbor kid to shovel, but they said they’re too busy playing hockey. I think they’re lying. Called the only hardware store around to see about buying a snow blower and they’re out. Might have another shipment in March… I think they’re lying. Bob says I have to shovel or the city will have it done and bill me. I think he’s lying.
December 22
Bob was right about a white Christmas because 13 more inches of the white shit fell today, and it’s so cold, it probably won’t melt till August. Took me 45 minutes to get all dressed up to go out to shovel and then I had to piss. By the time I got undressed, pissed and dressed again, I was too tired to shovel. Tried to hire Bob who has a plough on his truck for the rest of the winter, but he says he’s too busy. I think the asshole is lying.
December 23
Only 2 inches of snow today. And it warmed up to 0. The wife wanted me to decorate the front of the house this morning. What is she, nuts?!! Why didn’t she tell me to do that a month ago? She says she did but I think she’s lying.
December 24
6 inches – Snow packed so hard by snowplough, I broke the shovel. Thought I was having a heart attack. If I ever catch the son of a bitch who drives that snow plough, I’ll drag him through the snow by his balls and beat him to death with my broken shovel. I know he hides around the corner and waits for me to finish shoveling and then he comes down the street at a 100 miles an hour and throws snow all over where I’ve just been! Tonight the wife wanted me to sing Christmas carols with her and open our presents, but I was too busy watching for the damn snowplough.
December 25
Merry f—ing Christmas! 20 more inches of the damn slop tonight – Snowed in. The idea of shoveling makes my blood boil. God, I hate the snow! Then the snowplough driver came by asking for a donation and I hit him over the head with my shovel. The wife says I have a bad attitude. I think she’s a freaking idiot. If I have to watch “It’s A Wonderful Life” one more time, I’m going to stuff her into the microwave.
December 26
Still snowed in. Why the hell did I ever move here? It was
all HER idea. She’s really getting on my nerves.
December 27
Temperature dropped to -30 and the pipes froze; plumber
came after 14 hours of waiting for him, he only charged me $1,400 to replace all my pipes.
December 28
Warmed up to above -20. Still snowed in. The BITCH is driving me crazy!!!
December 29
10 more inches. Bob says I have to shovel the roof or it could cave in… That’s the silliest thing I ever heard. How dumb does he think I am?
December 30
Roof caved in. I beat up the snow plough driver, and now he is suing me for a million dollars, not only the beating I gave him, but also for trying to shove the broken snow shovel up his ass. The wife went home to her mother. Nine more inches predicted.
December 31
I set fire to what’s left of the house. No more shoveling.

Feel so good. I just love those little white pills they keep giving me. Why am I tied to the bed?

I find, in particular, the first paragraph significant. As soon as I had heard about the earthquake, I knew it was not all that it seemed. It felt so unnatural. That is one thing about living in Hawai’i, you do get in touch with the land. And the manner in which the news media covered it…It was just so, I can’t think of a word to describe it. It felt like the coverage that they gave 9-11. Then after the terribly powerful tidal surge of 3 feet hit (*insert sarcasm here*), they spent 45 minutes justifying it, the sensationalism. And the head FEMA bozo…It reminded me of watching an actor who had been taken off the set of Gone With the Wind and inserted into Star Wars. It was surreal to be honest. He was still trying to convince Scarlet he didn’t give a damn, and Chewie was ready to rip his arms off.
I don’t normally watch the trash on TV, but it seemed a good thing to do on Saturday.
As for the tidal wave not being as they said it would be, I know a bunch of us out here envisioned in our mind’s eye the Tsunami arriving as a spring breeze here in Hawai’i, and that is pretty much how it got here. So basically, we reached out with the newspaper of light, and smacked the dark right across the nose, and sent it yipping into the yard, tail tucked.

Blue,the BBQ was great. It is always good to be with friends. We had even more fun laughing at the local news media. It was pretty durned funny.
As to when the Dark Gomers will strike again, I don’t know…But I suppose it will be as successful as anything else they have tried.

Lightworkers, how are you doing?
How is your energy holding up throughout the day?
How are you handling your relationships?
How are the smaller interactions that you have during your day?
If you say, “It changes day to day, and sometimes moment to moment and situation to situation,” you are right in alignment with everyone else.
There is much movement, not only on the physical Earth but also in our own lives physically, emotionally and spiritually.
We want to encourage you to continue to try your best in each aspect of your life, no matter what you are seeing with your physical eyes.
Here are some reminders of how to live during these times we are in:
~ Remember to say your prayers and affirmations before you start your day and have interactions with others. It is easier to start your day and then rebalance later as needed than it is to have things happen to shift you and then try to get back to the highest space.
~ See what prayers are helping and which need tweaking or thrown out altogether. There are very few prayers that will be said over a long period. If your prayers are working, they will need to be changed because you will change and therefore you need new words to bring the next step in. We don’t pray for where we are, we pray for where we are going.
~ Ask questions to your Soul / Angels on a constant basis. We have a few more months before being able to communicate spiritually is going to be a necessity for Lightworkers. After that it will be difficult for people to get grounded enough to trust they are receiving accurate information. If you want to be able to receive accurate information then, practice, practice, practice now. You will be able to make your mis-steps and learn from them to perfect your connection. Everyone can communicate with the Angels of their Soul but the issue is that most people don’t believe they can. Even if it has been difficult in the past, commit to trying for 30 days and see what the results are after that time.
~ Drink water every day. Tea, coffee, cokes, etc. do not replace the water that your body needs to be its healthiest. But for our purposes here, drinking water helps to conduct your spiritual antennae and will help make your spiritual connection clearer. If you need a boost in your abilities, reconnect with water in some way. Take a bath. Showers don’t do the same thing for your connection as sitting in the water. Go swimming. Get in a Jacuzzi.
~ Exercise consistently. As Lightworkers some of us are anchoring in the highest energy that has even been on Earth. All of us are ascending to that energy. With our ascension, our bodies are changing and sometimes it feels like we are taking a beating. Being physically fit will help you go through these periods easier. Yoga, walking and weights are all you need to do. There is no need to overwhelm yourself and give up on working out by placing too much demand on your schedule or your body. Start slow and build up. Anything more is great but not necessary. We are not suggesting you become body builders, just physically fit to be able to handle the times soon arriving. Make a commitment to be more physically fit in a month and then work from there.
~ Sleep when you feel like it. This means it is okay to take naps! We know that the biggest part of the Ascension process is losing sleep time. If you are one of the lucky ones that are able to fall asleep at bedtime, then you might be waking up at 3 or 4am. If you take a while to fall asleep it sometimes is difficult to stay asleep. Remember we used to use our sleep time to connect to our Soul. Now we are connecting to Spirit all day and night so the only thing we need sleep for is to rejuvenate the body and to do that you only need to sleep 3-4 hours. However, with all of the physical Earth changes and the emotional shifts of people in your life, you may feel that you need more. Take naps when you have the time and don’t feel guilty.
~ Work now on seeing where you are still holding judgments. Do you think of yourself as Democrat, Republican or Independent? Do you think of yourself as American, French, Italian, Russian? Or Buddhist, Christian, Jewish, Muslim? These are just a few things to make the point that if you are still seeing yourself as these things, you are not seeing the One-ness of All. If you are for something, that places you in judgment against something else. Practice when watching TV or talking to friends about current events to not be for or against something. Pull yourself outside of the situation and see all sides. Don’t take a side, just observe. Be the spiritual human being you came to be, with your spiritual non-judging side taking first place in your life.
Even with everything that is happening, we are still in a quiet period before the actual birthing process of the Earth. Remember to pace yourself as it is easy to get crisis fatigue. It is helpful to say the prayer, “I AM not moved by the things that I hear nor by the things that I see.” Saying this over and over when there is nothing major going on for you personally will help you stay grounded when something is happening. This prayer given to me years ago is only one of a few prayers in which you cannot change the words. Also, you cannot just tuck this prayer away and say it at the time of the crisis. This particular prayer works in you at a Soul level and builds in energy each time you say it. Saying it now several times a day, will help you in the latter part of the year when things start to become much more intense around us. Remember you have your Angels always with you for they are you. They get energized to do things for you as you call them forth and speak what you need and desire.
For those 144,000 Lightworkers who are anchoring in the 5th Dimension energy, remember you have two Angels from God (not from your own Soul) to support you in your efforts. They do not talk to you as there is no need for communication. When your task is complete, they will leave as quietly as they came. But know during this time you are fully supported in your daily path of bringing in this energy. This was not an easy calling for you to answer but each one of you is up to the task or you would not have been chosen. You have everything you need inside of you to complete your journey.

Lyrae, I have not a doubt in my mind that it was the intention of setting up a Indonesian Style Tsunami. It was there goal to kill hundreds of thousands in an attempt to create mass panic in an effort to keep us anchored in the third dimension. They failed.
And indeed…Leave the peaceful alone, for there may be Warriors among them.

Hummm, it looks like we still have a long way to go before we get to first contact. It seems we are neck to neck with the human side of the dark hats, since the negative beings were suppose to have been removed. It also looks like we as humans are going to face even more disasters from the dark hats because there is still not enough people observing and understanding what is going on. So I will still wait for the sign when more people will finally get it. I will also help then if they should ask because that is what I’m here for.

Thanks so much for the inspirational messages and the wisdom that it brings us at this time; however, Mike (or anyone who might be able to reply) if you would be willing to clear up for me some confusions that i have; recently i viewed a youtube video “Teachings from the Pleiadians” which warned that we should be careful not to be fooled by those of the dark who will falsely come and do great works, for many will be fooled; my heart burns to be re-united with my GFL members but please tell us how are we really to know?? We know that the dark ones have technology beyond what we can comprehend with the intellect; so SaLuSa i believe that i need your reply and guidance on this concern that i have.

-Last night’s full moon ushered in March’s buoyant enthusiasm of stellar assistance that will be traveling here to accompany Earth as we rock in 5th dimension. As an explorer ship gallivanting the universe in the form of a planetary body Earth has entered her next frontier of reality and is being received with excitement, delight, and curiosity. Many ambassadors of other worlds await our awakening so that an interaction of Greater Remembrance may take place. Often I speak of Oneness and enough humans have now embodied the truth of the concept that we can expand our collective consciousness to include universal aspects that up-until-now we did not have the ability to recognize.
As we each awaken and shimmer in 5D Light we will recall more intensely “being All within One.” Beginning this month a new sense of trust and acceptance is going to wash over the enlightened collective of Earth. No longer will we be spellbound by the ignorance of our third dimension illusion. For those ready there will be a rejoining with the greater population of universal beings who live and know cosmic levels of Love & Light therefore we can enter a field of Refined spirituality. For many of us a renaissance of Soul Fire is beginning.
This new positioning of Earth, along with the energetic tune-ups she is receiving, is sending wave upon wave of liberation that will allow the Open Ones to express a new level of their Highest and Best potential. Not only will the physical body be rapidly assuming its original template form and design, the mind will be finishing up the cleansing of perceptions and beliefs that have sabotaged our authentic agenda of Wholeness.
So what might all of that suggest as we look at our week ahead? For the most part it will feel creatively high yet physically low. By that I mean our mental, imaginative, creative centers will be reeling with ideas on how to reach long-sought goals. Harness the power of positive thinking on maximum levels of astuteness, imagination and sensitivity. Know multiple solutions to problems you have been pondering about will simply come forward. Because we connected with another octave of personal truth in February you should be feeling (or will soon be feeling) the freedom that comes from releasing personal suffering. In turn that allows you to be supported by the incoming crystalline stellar intelligent energies.
The physical lows will develop individually based upon the needs of each unique, organic, biological field. Some bodies are still letting go of older, denser energies in order to make space for the quantum crystalline configurations that are beginning to spin and activate within the fluid centers of the physical. The “lightbody” process has begun so the body may signal being “tired and worn down.” Please continue to be wise and get plenty of rest for it is certainly necessary. Be intuitive and follow the guidance you get when asking what you can do to comfort the physical this week.

Imagine that you have the natural ability to see everyone’s auric field and therefore can read or understand a person’s state of Being at any given moment. Imagine that you can envision clearly that which you wish to manifest, and it takes only a little time and effort for your visions to become reality. Imagine that you have the ability to communicate and interact with the archangels and the vast angelic realm, as well as the ascended masters and the great Beings of Light. All of these attributes and abilities are a part of your natural state of Being in the higher realms, and you are now in the process of regaining these God-given talents, as well as the ability to assist in the evolutionary process of humanity and the Earth.
We have explained many times and in many ways how you separated your Divine Self into a masculine Spark of Essence with the characteristics and qualities of our Father God and a feminine Spark of Essence with the virtues and attributes of our Mother God. Since that first separation, each facet of your Self has refracted into a multitude of smaller Sparks of Divinity, and you have assumed a myriad of forms and innumerable missions throughout this universal experience. The next grand stage of universal expansion and the evolution of all sentient Beings are well under way, and each of you has an integral part to play as a Star Seed and a bearer of Divine Light.
The ascension process requires a letting go of those things that have kept you in the stifling, restrictive reality of the third and fourth dimensions. It entails returning to balance and harmony in all facets of your earthly Being, which will result in your memory banks being cleared of all the discordant energies/events of your rich and varied past. All that will remain is the wonder, joy and successful endeavors you have attained as a cocreator in the material realms. As you traverse the path of ascension, you are reclaiming the wisdom stored within your Sacred Mind, and you have tapped into the rich storehouse of Creator Light called Adamantine Particles. You are beginning to demonstrate and use many latent abilities that have been kept in reserve until you were ready to reclaim them.
You were designed to be a transmitter of Light in a world of illusion and shadows. You are on Earth to become a master conveyer of energy. Your breath is the mechanism by which you draw forth the Primal Life Force Substance of Creation while you are functioning in a third- / fourth-dimensional environment. However, as you open and activate your Sacred Heart and Sacred Mind, you have the ability to gain access to the Full Spectrum Light of this universe, and also the Divine alchemical properties of the Violet Flame will be available to you in full measure.
The Law of the Circle insures that the vibrational patterns you send forth will be returned to you along with an accumulated measure of similarly-qualified energy (or vibrations of the same frequency patterns). You are the center of an energy vortex that is made up of a circle/loop of vibrational patterns that you have projected from you via your Solar Power Center. Your solar plexus is aptly named; for just as the Earth receives cosmic energy from the Sun of your solar system, so do each of you radiate life force energy from your own Solar Power Center. For a moment, envision yourself as the central focus of your world. You are the power source and your thoughts, actions and intentions radiate forth from you in a loop of energy that connects with like energy.
That energy magnifies and manifests in the world of cause and effect and then returns to you, reinforcing your picture of reality. Your body absorbs a portion of that energy, creating pain and suffering or joy and blessings, depending on the frequencies. The remainder flows out behind you, creating the other loop of your Infinity pattern, while the residual gradually flows into your personal wheel of creation. You are constantly adding to your personal prison of energy or your vehicle of Light and your personal reality on Earth. Have we not told you that you came to Earth as cocreators with the God Force?
Returning to balance and harmony is a prerequisite to staying centered within the Sacred Heart. In order to do so, you must constantly evaluate and upgrade your awareness of Self. Your emotions are affected by your beliefs, and your intentions are affected by your emotions. Listening to the nudgings of your Soul, the wisdom of your Sacred Mind and the emotions of your Sacred Heart will help you to fine-tune your discernment abilities so that you can make the right decisions and always choose the highest path. Reverence for all things and God-inspired choices lead to Self-mastery.
One of the most important things you can do to initiate the process of returning to balance and harmony within the reality you have created is to apply the Law of Forgiveness to all your miscreations and interactions with others. Doing so will immediately accelerate the process of returning to center, for it erases or breaks the energy cords you have attached to other people’s solar plexuses, and it will also shut off the radiations to and from any negative collective consciousness belief systems that you have taken as your own. You are taking back the vibrational patterns you have exchanged, added to or participated in, thereby allowing you to move into the state of grace process. Be aware that as you do so, you will experience the transformational clearing process and all it entails; however, it will not be as traumatic or as drawn out as it would be if you had not willingly and whole-heartedly agreed to take the initiative. The Law of Forgiveness includes aligning your will with the greater WILL of our Father /Mother God for the highest and best outcome for All. The Divine Plan for this universe is at a critical stage of the evolution process, and time is of the essence. Becoming an active member of the Light Brigade and a new World Server will open a portal of new possibilities. Those of you who have diligently stayed the course will reap the rewards of Self-mastery and discipleship. As you move into the realm of Self-mastery, you automatically begin to view your life and the world from a higher vantage point and with much wiser insight. You begin to embrace your reality through a filter of Love/Light, and nonjudgment and discernment become a natural part of your State of Being.
A good affirmation to remember and use is: I EMBRACE THE WHOLENESS OF MY DIVINE REALITY. There is power in humility. There is power in forgiveness. There is power in gratitude. Love is the power which contains all the virtues and qualities of God Consciousness.
Many of you are aware that in the beginning stages of the initiation process there is a crisis as the battle for supremacy begins between the ego and the Soul. Each person must endeavor to clear his/her illusionary, distorted reality of the astral planes. The ego desire body is controlled by the energies and impulses of the three lower chakras and these out-of-balance inclinations must be brought under the control of the Soul Self once more. This period is often called The Dark Night of the Soul or traversing the valley of shadows. When you are in the midst of the process, it is important that you understand you are not being punished. After you have successfully traversed the shadow lands and emerged triumphant, you will look back in retrospect and you will realize that you were given a great opportunity.
A spiritual aspirant is a consciously aware human being who is seeking en-Lighten-ment and Self-mastery. In the beginning stages, he/she is still somewhat “self-focused,” often prone to temper and irritability and may experience bouts of self-doubt and depression. A spiritual aspirant must develop sensitivity and a loving, understanding nature. The aspirant’s life purpose will gradually move away from personal ambition and love of power into a desire to be of service to humanity. A desire to serve others is a Soul instinct.
An aspirant gradually begins to let go of the “It is all about me and the I, me, my” concept, as the external focus slowly begins to fade. There is a gradual turning inward and the major focal point becomes the Solar Power Center which is comprised of the heart, thymus and throat. As this area is bathed in the higher frequencies of Light, the Three-Fold Flame in the chest area begins to blaze forth once more in preparation for the opening of the portal to the Sacred Heart.
Allow us to give you a few more important key points to assist you in integrating the wisdom necessary to become a full-fledged spiritual aspirant on the path of en-Lighten-ment:
• The Emotional Body is a reflector. It responds to external stimulation, such as other people, events, emotional attachments and addictions.
• Tread the path of life gently and reverently. Speak softly with discernment. See that your actions reflect the purity of your God Self and leave footprints of Light for others to follow.
• There is an ebb and flow to the cycles of the Soul just as there is throughout the Cosmos.
• The Soul draws forth the Essence of life from its I AM Presence in preparation for a new life cycle of experience. At the end of that cycle, the life Essence is slowly withdrawn and the physical death process results; however, the real You in Spirit form remains, for you are immortal.
• The Soul’s impulses and influence are much stronger in a Being who has stepped onto the path of awareness than there are in an unawakened person who is still caught up in the illusion of a third- / fourth-dimensional existence.
• You must strive to maintain an ever-expanding state of Soul-consciousness in order to progress on the upward spiral of ascension. It is time for those who will be among the new World Servers to become aware of each other.
• Criticism is a faculty of the ego and the lower mind. Criticizing or finding fault with yourself or others is detrimental to the extreme. You add energy to that which you focus your attention on; therefore, it is of the utmost importance that you look for the good in everyone and everything.
• Constructive criticism is sometimes necessary. However, it should only be used to assist someone to correct harmful behavior, take the right action, or find the appropriate direction.
• YOU CAN ONLY FAIL IF YOU QUIT TRYING. You may lose time; however, you should gain some knowledge with each failure. Growth and wisdom come from learning what not to do and in perfecting the skills that will help you become proficient in your chosen field of endeavor.
• Lower vibrational energy creates discordant frequencies within your Soul Song. The vibrations of discord cause discomfort within the area where it originated or where it is focused within the physical vessel. If the negative energy patterns are strong enough, they can create disease and will eventually contaminate the entire body.
• You must tame and gain control of your emotional body via your Higher Self, guides and angelic helpers in order to become receptive to the refined frequencies of Cosmic truth. You must clear the mind of distorted, negative, defeating thoughts. Only a clear vessel can receive and transmit the wisdom teachings of the cosmic libraries of God-consciousness.
• A spiritual seeker refuses to pay attention to public opinion, judgment or failure. Aspirants are recognized by their vibrational frequencies or Light quotient, not by their knowledge or their deeds.
Remember, beloveds, THE CLARION CALL FROM YOUR SOUL SELF WILL CONTINUE TO ECHO UNTIL YOU HEED THE CALL. Many of you have begun or are ready to begin your true mission, whatever that may be, but never forget that the ultimate goal is to be a conveyor of Creator Love/Light.

Thanks for all of the positive words again today everyone. People at work are all getting upset because cameras are being installed everywhere to make sure workers are working hard. Moral is waining, and one worker stated that maybe if we were given raises instead of spending money on cameras we would work harder. The response from management was if we don’t like the way things are run, then leave. There are no jobs available. Not much of a choice. Our boss is going on a 2 week tropical cruise and the rest of us get “be happy you have a job.” I’m tired of working for the king. Nothing has changed for a thousand years, we all are working for the king. Just so tired of it. Feeling salty today.
And then I came here, forgot about the day, and started feeling the love again. Thanks again, kindred souls.

Thanks Rosie, Sped, and Admiral. I was venting, sorry to lay it all out there. I’m just so anxious for the changes. Not just the ascension, but for spring! I’m an avid gardener, grow many varieties of veggies, and I can’t wait until I can start my plants indoors and outside. I have so many beautiful, spiritual moments in my garden. Last summer, watering early morning, a hummingbird hovered 5 feet in front of me. Not by a flower or anything, just right in front of where I was watering. It was fantastic. I looked away for a moment, and when I looked back it was gone. I look forward to the day when everyone will garden again, and feel the bliss that it brings. When flowers and grass will replace roadways and concrete.
I am more positive then my previous message indicated. Many times I am asked by co-workers why I’m always smiling. I answer them with “why not”, instead of saying something like I’m raising the planets vibration.
For the last few months I’ve been waking up 2 or 3 times a night. So if that is a symptom of the changes coming, I’m there.
Realizing that we create our reality, and that thoughts are builders, I concentrate on looking for the good. But as you are all aware, duality is a challenge. It’s a challenge, but one we’ll make it through. Love and light to all of you.

salusa is 100% accurate source. and whoever is caught in some other dimensional ladder has still clearings to do. Both quinsey and nidle channel the sirians and their ships are coming closer and closer to us each day, i can feel that sense the energy increasing as pure benevolent force. You need however to be a fifth dimensional being in order to tune into the first contact and get the coordinates holographically through your body’s frequency in order to ascend and have yourself the first contact in a practical sense. I see many people visiting this site who are caught on the very first 3d earth. Who will barely notice that aliens have landed here energetically and that will not be able to ascend. They’re mostly capable of being in lower frequency ships and i have to tell them that they’re visiting the wrong site. they should tune somewhere else because they’re very far even from the 4rth dimension. They’re wasting their time, it is ok to get the information but beyond that it’s not your path. You are trying to stretch and open channels in way that is not possible yet. You need to first have stretched and expanded in power over matter in order to ascend otherwise there is no thrust there to open you to a higher flow permanently. People who cannot even master this realm and find balance between their own kind will go where in the higher realms? you need to integrate yourself as the whole higher density in order to ascend, you need to have reached a certain growth on your astral body and in that case you would be up there and not down here trying to think what the message is speaking about. Just concentrate on love of life and let the rest flow. You would have visual connection to everything that is spoken.
They’re in plain material perception they have not even developed not even intellectual frequencies yet, how could they possibly pass through the higher metaphysical astral an the darkness of the energy being created there? it’s impossible. wrong ship. I’m just mentioning it because i see them suffering in the wrong portal.

Sped, I can relate to you, last night I couldn’t sleep either; too much joy after leaving the site and then was an energy presence in the room feeling like it wanted to lift me up; and everytime I tryed to drift off to sleep, I would be awaken by knocking; getting up to find no one at the window; so I know that they’re around.

Quincy and Nidle are spiritual peers on this Vision Quest we call life; nothing more, nothing less. Their ability to convey the messages of the Galactic Federation 100% anything is questionable at best. They, like us, are susceptible to the same limitations within the Gaian Matrix. If nothing else this makes their efforts to interface with the Galactic Federation and lay out the information they are receiving more courageous. -but 100% accurate? Sorry, no. ~Of course the biggest problem is even SaLuSa has not been 100% accurate with his/her predictions. Not even close.

Stick, I hear you loud and clear; this I believe is what we must not loose sight of; my take is that we are to observe without judgement; take what resonates and keep our awareness at its peak. We must not ever look to any entity seen or unseen as higher than ourselves. Respect everyone and everything, but kneel to no one for we are all one and the same.
There’s more than one reason why infomation from a channel should not be taken as 100% acqurate; in the channelling process the filter may not be as clear for any given reason; love to Mike for his ability to even attempt to merge us with our spiritaul brothers and sisters in the “now” and peace and joy to all of you as we work together to go forward.
