In view of the relatively short time you now have before Ascension, it is wise to put your house in order. It would make it easier all round for you, and your Guides will be able to help you more directly. They are with you from birth, and as you might say allocated to you because of their experience which fits in nicely with your life plan. Knowing that you would be living the fullness of this particular life, they like you want to ensure that you clear any outstanding karma. In your moments of quietness and contemplation, you may find that you become aware of the lessons that you came to work out. After this cycle ends you will no longer need to experience quite the same, as you will have become uplifted and able to live completely in the Light.
Your whole time in duality has been to find your way from the limitations of the lower dimension, and be ready to ascend as the opportunity presents itself. If you are honest about your shortcomings, it will not require too much application to overcoming them. Much help is with you as soon as you ask, and it would be unusual if in those circumstances you failed. Once you have the intent to uplift yourself and move into the Love and Light, there is really no reason why you should not achieve total success. You can certainly do it, and it is a path that you have walked before and simply forgotten as you dropped into duality.
The affairs of Earth will gradually hold less and less interest for you, as you detach from the lower vibrations. Your focus quite correctly will be on the future of beauty and the peace of the higher vibrations, and you will be helping to bring them into manifestation. It is possible for you to let the world pass by without becoming involved in its problems. Be aware of what is happening but do not connect with it unless it is in your interests. Your energies should not be wasted, but applied to anything that is uplifting. There is plenty you can do if you desire to serve others, and you will not have far to look to find an opportunity. Since you are all One, any help you give is lifting another soul up and exponentially increasing the level of mass consciousness. Everything is about energy, and your power of thought can mould it in any way you may wish. As you climb the ladder to the higher dimensions so it becomes more instantaneous. As you do so you will also learn to correctly control such abilities.
There are all kind of developments awaiting you, and gradually you will realise that the promised changes are under way. Once they commence there will be no stopping them, and Man will have to be alert to follow everything that is happening. Speed will be of the essence to minimise any inconvenience to you, but you will sail through it with your usual courage and strength. The dawn of changes will continue increasing, until the Light fully illuminates the Earth. Then you shall experience the peace that knows no equal, and will carry into the New Age.
The Galactic Federation is not here just for you to see the changes through, and we have much to offer where your spiritual advancement is concerned. For centuries you have been misinformed as to the purpose of your life, sometimes through ignorance and other times through deliberate intent. All about you will be revealed, with particular care to ensure that you are clear in your minds as to what Ascension is about. Your world history has been distorted for the same reasons, and when truthfully revealed you will be shocked at how you have been used. However, it has to be said that if you had collectively aspired to raising the Light upon Earth, you could have moved onto a different pathway that would have rewritten it all. We do not chastise you in anyway, but facts are facts that cannot be denied. Perhaps some unknowingly conceded their power to those who were only too eager to rule you for their own benefit. Now you are becoming aware that each of you is a soul from the Source and has unlimited power. Use it now wisely and you shall play your hand in bringing a successful end to this cycle.
You wish to be like us, and that indeed is your destiny as divinely decreed. We are where you are intended to be as you take your place in the 5th. Dimension, where you will be able to fully express your Divine Self. Many serve others now and are consciously working at the higher level already. There is a powerful force within that motivates you, and brings out your spiritual expression in whatever you do. You are an excellent example of what can be achieved when you have a good contact with your Higher Self. As we often recommend, it can be achieved by finding yourself a suitable meditation that brings you peace and harmony. You will benefit from such direct communication, and you will know quite positively when that link is made. In such circumstances, the ego will be set aside and there will be no mistaking the source of them.
Remember that every soul on Earth is travelling a path of their choosing, so allow for many approaches to reach the same goal. They will differ inasmuch that you are at different levels of understanding, and some are way behind others. There is no deadline involved, as you progress at a speed to suit you. However, anyone who desires to ascend will need to set themselves a target, to ensure they are ready for it at the end of this cycle. You will already have a good idea as to your prospects of achieving success, but never give up trying to raise your consciousness. Success is often shown by subtle changes in the way you conduct yourselves. Suddenly you will find your caring and love for others extends to everyone, as you recognise the soul within as one of Light.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and when I ask you to see us as your brothers and sisters, it is because our relationship is one of being in a great Galactic family. You may at times feel you are lesser beings, but that is far from the truth. It is simply because you have felt alone and separated from the Source. That was necessary in part so that you could deeply experience what it would be like. However, it was also intended to allow you to find your way back, and at this point in time many of you are well on the way back to full consciousness. You are on course to complete your journey in duality with the closing of this cycle. You are encouraged to call upon us should you require our help, and we will respond with love and help you where possible.

“FEAR
…
Allow us to remind you that we are ALWAYS here within your consciousness. Feel your physical body now. Feel every ache and pain. Feel your dizziness and your overall sense of disorientation. You are disoriented because you are in the process of shifting realities. A higher frequency of light has come into your earth vessel, as well as into your third dimensional reality. You have released the desire to live in illusion and have welcomed your own higher frequency SELF into your earth vessel. Because of this, your reality is shifting into a higher frequency of vibration.
In your third dimensional reality, birth is preceded by death. Therefore, as you begin your transition into Lightbody, you must first move through all the many deaths of your old reality–the reality that you are leaving. Do not attend to these deaths. Bless them free. They have served you well while you lived in that vibration. However, now you can feel the burden of the low frequency envelope that you have wrapped around your higher frequency SELF.
You may well continue to feel dizzy and disoriented. While anxiety and depression nag at you, your ego/self tenaciously holds onto them for comfort. Yes, comfort! Anxiety and depression are comforting as they offer a reason for your dissatisfaction. They gave you something to hold onto rather than the many external dramas that are vying for your attention.
At least with anxiety and depression, you remained focused on your self and on your own inner world. That is an important lesson, as your inner world is where your outer world begins. Now that your frequency of vibration is rising, your focus of attention creates your reality more and more quickly. Be ever vigilant of what you think, and the emotions that accompany your thoughts, for you will be manifesting them almost immediately.
Your ego/self is emanating much fear now as it anticipates its demise. Immediately upon recognition of this fear, release it and bless it free from your aura.
Chant: I AM LIGHTBODY. I AM LIGHTBODY. I AM LIGHTBODY.
This mantra will remind you that the fear is not from a drama/illusion “out there.” It feels like your deepest, most primal fear, fear of survival. And, indeed, it is! Your ego fears for its survival. Release this fear, and hold your ego in your heart while you chant the mantra three times. Your love will assure your ego/self that you are not rejecting it. Instead, you are transforming it to be the grounding cord for your Lightbody. Remind your ego that you will not leave it behind, and that you will absorb it into the Lightbody that you have always been.
In the past, we have assisted you by taking your third dimensional consciousness into the sixth dimension. Now we are here to assist you in bringing your sixth dimensional consciousness into your third dimensional matrix. We say “matrix” instead of mind, as your mind is no longer third dimensional. You still have the 3D channel so that you can operate your 3D Vessel. However as you discipline your mind to operate more from the 5D/6D channel that you are currently downloading, your ego/self’s fear will no longer be a distraction.

Ah, yes, fear is the most difficult death. Fear has been such a constant condition of your third dimensional experience that it has invaded every thought, every emotion, every action and every cell of your body. However, remember, our one, fear was meant to protect you from a dangerous world where survival was your goal and happiness a vaguely possible side effect. Fear was placed into Gaia’s 3D frequency net, and into your consciousness, at the beginning of the 3D Game. Fear is the edge that makes the game different from the Cosmic Flow from which you came. But fear is no longer fun, is it?
At this time in your planetary transmutation, you can edit out fear from your 3D matrix. As Gaia’s people merge their consciousness into Planetary Consciousness, you will ALL have the ability to re-write the program of your 3D Game. Unfortunately, there are humans on your planet who still wish to play the 3D Game, and they do NOT wish to edit out fear. In fact, they are tenaciously adding as much fear to the Collective and Planetary Consciousness as they can. They know that the Moment of Awakening is here, and they wish to sabotage it. You can attach yourself to their version of the Game, OR you can “refuse to play.” How do you refuse to play? You refuse to allow fear to attach to you.
Observe fear, and feel the “feeling of fear” without comment. Then release it without discussion. Fear is the waste material of the third dimension. Fear simply IS, like garbage IS. Neither is bad, they are only “leftover,” no longer needed. As you focus on the fifth and sixth dimensional channels, the fear that once hid in your unconscious mind comes to the forefront of your awareness to be released. From the 5D and 6D channels, you can perceive fear that was too threatening for your lower “channels” to consciously perceive. Confront fear with a calm recognition. Excuse it from your Emotional Body. Push it through your Mental Body–before you have a chance to think about it. Allow your Causal Body to see the cause and effect of it, and your Spiritual body to dissolve it with Unconditional Love.
Learn to identify FEAR simply by its “feel.” Do not “attach” to it anything external or internal. Learn to allow Fear to just BE, like a flea, a snake, or a sunset. FEAR JUST IS! If it doesn’t attach to anything, it will merely FLOW through you. When fear merely IS, and you do not attend to it, the energy field of fear begins to dissipate.
Fear is a highly charged thought-form that wishes to experience physical life by attaching to humans. A thought-form is a 3D thought that has taken life in the fourth dimension. All thoughts that are “charged” with emotion take on a life in the fourth dimension as “thought-forms.” If you feed a thought-form with your conscious, or unconscious, attention, it will attach itself to matter and take on a 3D life. This is why you must not feed your fear. This thought-form of fear is like the neighborhood cat that cries at your door. You know not to feed it, or it will begin to live at YOUR house.

Once you can consciously identify the “feel” of fear as a vibration, rather than a reality, you can better stay detached from it. This detachment is best maintained by neutral thinking, which is “thought” without judgment.” Thought without judgment is accepting, compassionate, interested, detached. Pay close attention to your thoughts. Try to go one entire day without a single judgmental thought–positive or negative. Judgment is emotional and emotion is what maintains the 3D matrix.
On the other hand, you can have thoughts with emotions if they are not conditional, such as Unconditional Forgiveness, Unconditional Acceptance, and Unconditional Love. These thoughts are non-polarized and non-judgmental because they are fifth dimensional in nature and arise from Detached Compassion. Hence, there thoughts are filled with Divine Love and will greatly assist you in downloading the fifth dimension into the third dimension.

It’s becoming unbearable and I don’t like being there…just drains my energy. If I knew that First Contact will happen next month…I would just walk away from my job and enjoy the rest of the days up to First Contact.

Addy, you must trust your internal instincts; if you’re feeling this way then it’s telling you something; perhaps the time has come to really let it go as you know your energy cannot deal with it any longer; you just don’t vibrate at that level any longer; I know what you’re going through; that’s why I left my job, for the exact feeling…….All this tells me something is about to change in a drastic way…..too many of us is getting the same signals…..it CANNOT be coincidence!!!!!

LIGHT BODY/SACRED GEOMETRY ACTIVATION
Your Lightbody is a gridwork of light and sacred geometry that brings together your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual being. This body radiates light energy and electromagnetically links your multidimensional self with the infinite universe. It connects you to your encoded data through high electrical currents that assist you in translating and manifesting your hidden talents and soul purpose. As you activate, build and integrate your Lightbody, you reorganize your molecular structure, allowing your body to be less dense and more free to express itself with the source of the universe.
The sacred geometry of the Lightbody is also called the “Merkaba.” This is both an Egyptian and Hebrew word for the spinning field of light energy and information that radiates from the human body as the star tetrahedron, also known as the Star of David. The Merkaba is a geometrically precise field that is formed from the pattern of the first eight cells of the fertilized ovum or zygote. The location of these eight cells is in the geometrical center of the human body in the base or root chakra. The eight cells also provide the center point for all of the energy fields and grids that surround the body. Thus, the Merkaba field is the matrix of creation. Stated another way, it is the blueprint from which your physical and subtle bodies are formed and from which your life’s journey and soul purpose is made manifest.
The Lightbody or Merkaba is sacred geometry that transcends space, time and dimensions. It is an aspect of the body that activates each cell to a specific resonance and reestablishes a higher connection with the creative Light of God. Sacred geometry concerns the balancing and integration of the feminine and the masculine aspects of your being. The right brain or feminine side intuits unity consciousness and trusts feelings over the intellect. The left brain or the male side sees duality everywhere, wants proof that only one spirit exists in everything and perceives that feelings are not enough. As the polarities integrate, you begin to move into wholeness.
With this law of One, you bring an increased dimensional light and wisdom into your life, moving you closer toward ascension. The ascension process is the merging of the physical body and the spiritual body into a perfected being of light. This merging with your higher self is created by a series of descensions of spirit. Descension means that a vaster part of who you are in the upper dimensions comes to reside in your physical body. As your cells gradually metabolize light energy, every cell of your being becomes spirit in action. Each descension increases the amount of light you are holding in your molecular structure and physical cells and is equivalent to one level of your Lightbody.
As discussed in What is Lightbody? by Tashira Tachi-Ren, activation of your Lightbody consists of twelve levels. As each level is completed, the energy must be integrated physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. For example, as spirit brings higher light vibrations and information in contact with your mental body, the mental body may say, “That’s not real.” The emotional body picks up the same impulses from spirit and can close down rather than expressing itself. Eventually, the physical body could become imbalanced which may result in some form of disease. This creates an ongoing cycle of limitation that is based on the illusion of separation from spirit. However, as you progress through each level, you will embody greater wisdom and clarity about your connection with spirit through the process of clearing and releasing the deepest layers of your core human issues.
At the end of each level of Lightbody Activation, there is a void space that can be likened to an ego death that is characterized by a form of depression or a sense of nothingness. In this energetic void, you are asked to rest and vision a new picture of yourself and your life before moving to the next Lightbody level. You may notice flashing colors of light across your third eye, visualize geometric shapes or hear humming sounds. This transformative process will allow you to turn the light codes in your physical body into cognitive clarity and wisdom. During this time, if you focus on filling the void with joy and shifting the old forms of your life in a gentle, loving and timely way, you will create a life of balance and harmony.
The Lightbody Activation process is non-linear yet it has an overall structure or pattern. It is not a measurement of your personal spiritual achievement. The levels are parallel transmutational stages that can take years or a few minutes to move through depending on the will of spirit. Each person has a unique tonal sound signature, the tone that you are. The Lightbody process activates different cords and resonates sound in accordance with the particular level or levels that an individual is consciously and unconsciously processing in their present life experience. Your soul and divine blueprint determines where you are in any given moment of your evolution and what is needed to best serve the Christ Consciousness. A brief summary of each level as discussed by Tashira Tachi-Ren follows:
First Level Lightbody: It is as though a light bulb goes off in your DNA saying, “It’s time to go home.” There is a sense of wonderment and elation that comes up from inside the body. At the same time, the body says, “Time to drop density”. Most people have the flu and release old traumas, toxins and stored emotions from the physical body.
Second Level Lightbody: You may feel a little disoriented, be tired and continue to experience flu symptoms. You begin to have an inkling there is something called spirit in your life and that you are connected to your soul.
Third Level Lightbody: Your physical senses become strong. Each cell has increased light focused directly into it by spirit that promotes understanding of higher dimensions. A two-way conversation between your physical body and spirit has begun.
Fourth Level Lightbody: The chemistry and electromagnetic energy in your brain changes. You may experience headaches, blurry vision or difficulty hearing. The hemispheres of your brain begin firing electrically across both hemispheres at the same time. You may feel this electrical energy running across your scalp or down your spine. There are flashes of clairvoyance and a sense of being connected to all things.
Fifth Level Lightbody: You begin to remember more of your dreams and are more cognizant of non-linear thinking. Old thought patterning begins to shift and is released out of the body. You begin to ask yourself, “Who am I?”
Sixth Level Lightbody: Spirit brings you in contact with information and people who are working with the Light to assist you in having a vaster understanding of your own reality and how you operate within that reality. You have flashes of multidimensionality, the feeling that nothing is real and the experience of objects not being solid. You experience compassion within yourself and others to do whatever is necessary to assist them or yourself in going to the next higher step of evolution in service to all life.
Seventh Level Lightbody: You enter the emotional stages of Lightbody Activation and focus on deeper levels of opening the heart center. There is a childlike playfulness from which you operate. You begin to experience the now, the energies of synchronization and of being fully present with spirit.
Eighth Level Lightbody: Your pituitary and pineal glands start to grow and change shape. When your pineal gland is growing, it can feel as though someone has their finger between your eyebrows and is pushing against it. You may feel pressure at the back of your head as the pituitary gland is expanding and experience cranial expansion. You start to think in terms of geometries and tones. Your decisions begin to be guided by spirit.
Ninth Level Lightbody: You are opened more fully to understanding the geometries of tonal languages. You are beginning to embody divinity. You may experience body shifts such as growing taller or shorter. Your weight may go up or down. This is a powerful shift into your multidimensional self and is the final passage to understanding and embodying that you are the source.
Tenth Level Lightbody: You begin to manifest the abilities of an avatar or spiritual master. You are fully conscious of being one with the source. You begin to build your Merkaba, a crystalline geometric light structure that allows you to pass through time, space and dimensions.
Eleventh Level Lightbody: Your structure is made up of many lines of light intersecting in beautiful geometries. A new circulatory system has been built. You are operating fully from your God-self and there is no separation. Everyone at this level is manifesting their vision of heaven on earth.
Twelfth Level Lightbody: This is the final activation of the Merkaba field. You are the divine plan for the planet Earth. You will be affiliated with new and different group structures of councils, governments and families that have come into being for Earth’s final ascension. There will also be different types of community living and new rituals awakening the sovereignty of spirit. In the new world that is emerging, we will each live in our spirit, delighting in our present. As we are fully present, we are in the world, not of the world.
You must manifest clarity at the micro personal level to be able to have the same experience at the macro collective level. This is divine law, as above so below. Each of us must first create in our own lives what we desire in our families, communities, societies and countries to be able to shift the entire global collective around the issues of social structure, politics, economics, government and law. You will be living a new life without the need for violence, polarity and disease in a world filled with peace, joy, security and equality. Your new reality perceptions will be ones of clarity, humility, forgiveness and love.
All the angelic assistance you need is available but you must ask for it and learn to trust the process. Each person is responsible for their own life. As you clear away the fears from your inner life, magically you will experience a corresponding shift in your outer life. This, too, is divine law. Ascension is a very simple process. The shift in Light Bodies can occur in an instant. The difference in your life will be your ability to feel and live in joy. The greatest way to serve God, serve all mankind, serve the planet and serve ourselves is to create our lives as a masterpiece of joy. If you focus on the entire process of Lightbody Activation, you will become the adept or spiritual master you desire to be.
During a Lightbody Activation session, you will receive tonal sound, color and geometric patterns through the practitioner’s hands that are placed on or above the physical body. The practitioner is a conduit of the I AM Presence, receiving it and transferring it to you on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels while activating the Merkaba that is both within and outside the body. Lightbody Activation works in partnership with your conscious intent, higher self, angelic guides and the Universal Mind. The amount of energy received and integrated will be exactly that which will best serve the recipient’s highest soul intent at that particular moment in time.

Big Bang Experiment May Reveal Dark Universe: CERN

Dark matter, which scientists believe makes up 25 percent of the universe but whose existence has never been proven, could be detected by the giant particle collider at CERN, the research center’s head said Monday.
Rolf-Dieter Heuer told a news conference some evidence for the matter may emerge even in the shorter term from mega-power particle collisions aimed at recreating conditions at the “Big Bang” birth of the universe some 13.7 billion years ago.
“We don’t know what dark matter is,” said Heuer, Director-General of the European Organization for Nuclear Research on the Swiss-French border near Geneva.
“Our Large Hadron Collider (LHC) could be the first machine to give us insight into the dark universe,” he said. “We are opening the door to New Physics, to a discovery period.”
Astronomers and physicists say that only 5 percent of the universe is known currently, and that the invisible remainder consists of dark matter and dark energy, which make up some 25 percent and 70 percent, respectively.
“If we can detect and understand dark matter, our knowledge will expand to encompass 30 percent of the universe, a huge step forward,” Heuer said.
HIGHEST ENERGY
The LHC, the world’s largest scientific experiment centered in a16.78 mile oval-shaped tunnel deep underground, is presently moving to colliding particles by the end of the month at the highest energy ever achieved.
These multiple collisions at a total of 7 tera-electron volts, or TeV, will each create mini-Big Bangs, producing data that thousands of scientists at CERN and in laboratories around the globe will analyze.
One widely publicized aim of the LHC is to try to find the theoretical particle that gave mass to the matter that spewed out after the primeval explosion and thereby made possible the emergence of stars, planets and eventually life — on earth and perhaps elsewhere.
The mysterious particle has been dubbed the Higgs boson after the Scottish physicist who three decades ago proposed it to explain the origin of mass in the universe.
“We know everything about this particle. The only thing we don’t know is if it exists,” said Heuer, a German physicist who took over at CERN 14 months ago. “And if it does not exist, we are bound to find something that is very much like it.”
Once collisions in the LHC are begun at 7 TeV, they will continue with only very brief breaks until the end of 2011, and then the machine will be shut down for a year to prepare it for years more of experiments at 14 TeV.

Life is eternal because it was given by the Father to His Son and nothing that He creates will ever end or die. God is Love, infinite, unconditional, and eternal, and that is what you are because everything that He creates is like unto Himself. The perfection that is God completely envelops and suffuses His Creation, because He is His Creation, All That Is.
Consequently, every sentient being is perfect unconditional love. However, in the illusion — the dream state in which humanity has chosen to hide itself — this is not apparent. Occasionally, loving acts occur which inspire those who become aware of them to do their own loving acts. But what needs to happen is for humanity to move out of the illusion, to awaken from the dream, so that their lives may become once more lives of continuous loving kindness.
Loving kindness is a state of being. It is not doing good deeds, offering help, treating others with respect. Those are activities that flow naturally from that state, but they are also frequently undertaken for the benefit or honor that the person undertaking them hopes to receive.
It is a state in which what you think, what you say, and what you do is directed by the energy of unconditional love that flows through every sentient being who allows it. You are all unconditionally loved by our divine Father, but in the illusory reality in which you appear to have your existence it is very difficult for you to accept that infinite abundance of love. If you accept it, it flows through you without interruption and with tremendous vitality, washing away all grudges, resentment, judgment, unacceptability, and suffering, replacing them with peace, joy, and the inner knowing — not a belief — a true knowing that you are one with all sentient beings and with God.
Knowing this, it is no longer possible to live in anything other than a constant state of love, acceptance, and peace because you have become aware of the oneness of all. Any state other than this is obviously insane, because any form of judgment or attack would be judgment and attack on yourself — if that were possible, which it is not. It is the state into which you are to awaken when you become fully conscious, and its brilliance, its vitality, its enthusiasm, and its joy will fill you with infinite delight. It is your destiny — the divine destination at which you cannot fail to arrive.
So relax, allow the abundance of God’s unconditional love to flow through the conduit that you are, as you and He have always intended. When you do so, miraculous things happen, just as they should. The power that suffuses your entire being and flows through you as you live in complete acceptance of and harmony with the divine Will is astounding. There is nothing to which it can be meaningfully compared as it is far more efficient, effective, and finely focused than anything your most brilliant scientists could possibly imagine.
You are truly powerhouses of infinite potential through which your (Almighty)Father can create universes. Yet while you hide in your tiny illusory reality, doubting God’s power and existence, you effectively limit the flow of energy through you to little more than the drip of a leaking tap or faucet. Turn to your Father, to the inextinguishable divine flame within you, and allow the warmth of His love to flow through you freely and without restriction once more, as He and you have always intended. Then watch with joy as miracles occur!

I have read somewhere that the electric companies have been working over time, makeing new transmitters to replace the ones that will go out from this wave that is expected. It was said that they wouldn’t have enough of them to cover all of america and it would take lots of time to get them up and running. If this should happen we will be without electricity for awhile. Just be prepared, but don’t focus to much on this. We’ve lived without electricity before and we can do it again.

On Change.org, there is less than 1 day left to vote for the creation of a U.S. Department of Peacebuilding. This idea is currently in 11th place, but if it makes it to the top 10, it will be presented to key members of the Obama administration. Here is a brief description of the idea:
“The science of peacebuilding deserves a seat at the table when it comes to making decisions about foreign and domestic policy. The use of violence to resolve personal and international conflicts needs to be a last resort. The Department of Peacebuilding will build the institutional structures needed to help put peaceful means at the forefront.”

In the illusion you spend a lot of time waiting for things to happen, or waiting and hoping that certain things do not happen. Either way you do a lot of waiting, which is stressful, boring, and unprofitable. In the illusion time is a major issue for you and seems to control your lives – because without it there would be no cause and effect.
In Reality there is only the eternal now. Here, cause and effect are one, ever present, undivided. Being so immersed in the idea of time you cannot conceive of life without it, let alone imagine what that might be like. In Reality you have no needs, so time would be irrelevant. In the illusion time is a cruel master whose slaves you all appear to be. You are governed by the passing of time because what you have waited for with joyful enthusiasm will pass on with it, leaving you once more bereft and discouraged.
Living in the now moment — accepting what is, without concern for what has passed or has yet to arrive — is the way to peace. It takes a lot of practice, but if you persevere it will become second nature. Children do it all the time when they are left free from the constraints and pressures of the adult world — a world which adults are so keen to impose on their children! When you live in the now you are relaxed, and your creative ideas flow much more smoothly and easily than when you set yourselves goals and dead lines to meet.
In the illusion it seems counterintuitive to attempt to live outside of time — in the now moment — and yet you do see people doing it, very happily, and you wonder what is the matter with them! If they realized how insane it was, then they would be worried! (How come they do not realize how impractical it is? And why are they not worried and pressured?) This obsession with time is endemic in the industrialized areas of the planet, where you are all crowded together and seemingly getting in one another’s way. So you build more roads and airports to enable you to move out and find more space for yourselves, but it does not work, as you then spend even more time travelling — which is also a form of waiting — to places where you work, live, or just visit. And time rushes on, leaving you anxious and confused, so you rush about some more, worrying all the while. Who is it that is insane?
In Reality all is sublimely content and at peace, as there is no time threatening you with wastage of it or with the deadlines it imposes on you. Reality just is. This is a difficult concept to grasp when you are so deeply immersed in the illusion. The illusion places stress and anxiety upon you because it can offer no certainties. At any moment catastrophe might strike — you see it happening to others every day — and so you have to take all kinds of preventive precautions. These are then found to be inadequate and new ones have to be devised. Life is a constant struggle to provide safety and security, and in the illusion this is impossible. You distract yourselves with grandiose plans and schemes that seem to work, and then yet another unforseen and unforseeable event occurs, throwing you once more into a state of perplexity and distress, in which you feel a strong need to fix on someone to judge, blame, and punish.
To awaken and let go of the illusion is the path to joy and freedom; and you are going to awaken — it is unavoidable. To help pass the time until that moment arrives, practice living in the now moment. As you become more accomplished at it you will start to find peace and joy, even within the illusion. Your energy signature will change as your stress dwindles and your serenity increases, and this will be sensed by others below the level of their conscious awareness.
Wherever you are, you will extend a palpable field of calm effectiveness that will bring a most beneficial consequence to all with whom you interact, be it from a brief passing on the street, from thinking about someone or e-mailing them, or through a more extended physical encounter. When others call you to mind, the overriding impression they will have will be one of a calm and peaceful nature that is without any need to judge, condemn, or find anyone unacceptable.
If you continue to do this during the remaining time you spend in the illusion, you will be adding most helpfully and powerfully to the intensity of the divine field that envelops the planet and which is assisting in the awakening process. And of course you, too, will reap the benefits of this satisfying way of living. You will find that the involuntary judgments and condemnations you are accustomed to making will occur far less frequently as your acceptance of what is intensifies, bringing you an increasing sense of peace and an increasing awareness of it, as you approach the moment of your glorious awakening into full consciousness.
You are all divinely loved and cherished in every moment, and you are infinitely honored and respected for the path you have chosen to follow — a path that is leading you unerringly out of the illusion and towards your heavenly destination.

In the illusion you spend a lot of time waiting for things to happen, or waiting and hoping that certain things do not happen. Either way you do a lot of waiting, which is stressful, boring, and unprofitable. In the illusion time is a major issue for you and seems to control your lives – because without it there would be no cause and effect.
In Reality there is only the eternal now. Here, cause and effect are one, ever present, undivided. Being so immersed in the idea of time you cannot conceive of life without it, let alone imagine what that might be like. In Reality you have no needs, so time would be irrelevant. In the illusion time is a cruel master whose slaves you all appear to be. You are governed by the passing of time because what you have waited for with joyful enthusiasm will pass on with it, leaving you once more bereft and discouraged.
Living in the now moment — accepting what is, without concern for what has passed or has yet to arrive — is the way to peace. It takes a lot of practice, but if you persevere it will become second nature. Children do it all the time when they are left free from the constraints and pressures of the adult world — a world which adults are so keen to impose on their children! When you live in the now you are relaxed, and your creative ideas flow much more smoothly and easily than when you set yourselves goals and dead lines to meet.
In the illusion it seems counterintuitive to attempt to live outside of time — in the now moment — and yet you do see people doing it, very happily, and you wonder what is the matter with them! If they realized how insane it was, then they would be worried! (How come they do not realize how impractical it is? And why are they not worried and pressured?) This obsession with time is endemic in the industrialized areas of the planet, where you are all crowded together and seemingly getting in one another’s way. So you build more roads and airports to enable you to move out and find more space for yourselves, but it does not work, as you then spend even more time travelling — which is also a form of waiting — to places where you work, live, or just visit. And time rushes on, leaving you anxious and confused, so you rush about some more, worrying all the while. Who is it that is insane?
In Reality all is sublimely content and at peace, as there is no time threatening you with wastage of it or with the deadlines it imposes on you. Reality just is. This is a difficult concept to grasp when you are so deeply immersed in the illusion. The illusion places stress and anxiety upon you because it can offer no certainties. At any moment catastrophe might strike — you see it happening to others every day — and so you have to take all kinds of preventive precautions. These are then found to be inadequate and new ones have to be devised. Life is a constant struggle to provide safety and security, and in the illusion this is impossible. You distract yourselves with grandiose plans and schemes that seem to work, and then yet another unforseen and unforseeable event occurs, throwing you once more into a state of perplexity and distress, in which you feel a strong need to fix on someone to judge, blame, and punish.

Ram Dass tells the following story: He was approached by a professional, scientific organization, and asked to comment on various photos, presumably related to the use of psychedelics. One of them depicted a man, lying on the kitchen floor, gazing at a puddle of spilled Coke. Ram Dass said that the picture gave him pause, for it brought to mind the many hours he himself had spent in just such a position, staring in awe at puddles of spilled Coke or something equally and allegedly “mundane.”
News reports have appeared recently speaking of people who see Avatar and subsequently fall into a deep depression at their inability to access a world in reality as beautiful, entrancing and spiritual as Pandora, the mythical planet depicted in the film. But before you join a Post Avatar Depression Syndrome (PADS) support group, consider the lesson of the spilled Coke, or really, one of the lessons of LSD. Yes, it is a drug-induced state, and yet, for the time that it lasts, the habitual filters through which we ordinarily view existence are removed, revealing a magical universe residing in the very spot that we would have dubbed “mundane” and passed by without a second glance in our non-altered state.
Such eye-opening revelations of the deeper mystery of everything, animate and inanimate, can occur not only through ingesting a possibly dangerous chemical (the ER and I can attest to that part, but that’s another story), but also via intentional practices as well as random circumstances — death or great loss, “Acts of God,” the birth of a child and so forth. Virtually anything, if the timing is right, can temporarily jolt us out of our blind slumber and awaken our inner vision to a grander vista.
Ram Dass eventually realized that no matter how much or how often he took LSD, he would always “come down” to ordinary reality, and be left with, like the Pandora-smitten viewers of Avatar, a powerful hunger to live in those deeper realms all the time. Thus, he proclaimed at one point, “The spiritual path is not about ‘getting high,’ it’s about ‘being high,’” and that, he explained, requires discipline, long hours of spiritual practice, and Grace.
Another contemporary spiritual teacher, Adyashanti, has shared that he noticed at some point in his development that no matter how far out his experiences sometimes were, no matter how blissful, insightful and other-worldly — or how terrible — he always seemed to return to “this.” Just this ordinary, regular moment.
There is really not much use in continuously revisiting artificially induced states if it is at the expense of doing the actual work required to integrate the teachings from those selfsame states into one’s life in a meaningful and less transient manner. Philosopher and Zen practitioner Alan Watts compared it to a scientist in a lab who discovers something under the microscope; she doesn’t just keep on repeating the experiment and staring at the result; she takes new actions informed by her discovery. Or, switching metaphors, Watts also said, “When you get the message, hang up the phone.” Because it only takes one such mind-shattering epiphany to recognize that William James was indeed onto something when he declared in The Varieties of Religious Experience that, “Our normal waking consciousness … is but one special type of consciousness, whilst all about it, parted by the filmiest of screens, there lie potential forms of consciousness entirely different.”
A single glimpse of this truth upends our entire world-view, and reality is never quite the same. We are suddenly launched, for better or worse, onto a path that is fueled by our yearning to part the veils that shield our eyes from seeing a puddle of spilled coke as anything less than a fantastical, mystical, miraculous and mysterious appearance in the midst of an inexplicable infinite universe! And the same for every blade of grass, our little finger, and all of our fellow creatures. Our earth-Gaia-like Pandora, is teeming with life, every quark connected to every other and all linked to the whole through the vast web of Indra’s net. Sneeze in Kentucky, and a cockroach in Calcutta moves a little to the left.
The alluring world of Pandora is not “out there.” It surrounds us every moment, it is the very atmosphere in which we live and move and have our being. Hell and heaven are separated only by an infinitesimal turn of the mind and inner view. The longing to live on Pandora is our deepest soul cry to be who we really are and see life as it really is.
The late guru Adi Da Samraj used to find it interesting that people would gaze up at the night sky, hoping to see a shooting star, as if the sky itself, just as it is, isn’t already completely mysterious and beautiful. It just wasn’t quite enough; people needed just a little more to be properly bewildered and awestruck!

Good Morning to ALL, sped I know how you feel with the love; it seems to be constantly flowing amongst you guys here.
….Also I viewed G. Kavassilas’ video part 1 & 2 and I didn’t receive his message as fear one iota, to me some of the things he spoke seemed to be familiar, I heared him on that evacuation thing, whilst I’m ready to fly I can say it’s not in their space ships and also, I’ve always known that in 4D there’s manevolent and benevolent beings and I know that I don’t want to be there as I’ve always been told that 4D isn’t much different from 3D where the love is not really unconditional. In 5D however, is where the dark forces cannot enter, so that’s were we all want to go….So I’ll say that we gotta to be careful with some of these messages, who are they coming from, our desires, and see any kind of battle as existing in duality, cause in 5D its just oneness, I don’t think any form of battle/war comes from there. So as I’ve said before, all these repeated messages of war, winning/loosing, big brother & sister who needs to take of us and save us because we can’t take care and save ourselves really states that the God with us is weak. We are all at a level to know that there is no saver comming from the heavens to save us, we are saving ourselves constantly with that God within and we made this far. Let’s continue to trust our inner selves and prepare for the day we take ourselves through those portals that take us to 5D (eat good foods of the earth, get out doors, meditate, keep using our situations to evaluate our growth and evolution) these things we must continue so that we will not be fooled, as we have been forewarned by many spiritual teachers of our past that many will be fooled.

I agree with you Sped, I watched some of his vids a year or so ago and I got that same impression and didn’t pay him any mind afterwords. He speaks half truths. He’s promoting fear of the GF. If you want to fear anything it would be staying behind when evacuation takes place for the upcoming earth changes and frankly I wouldn’t want to be on earth when that happens.

He never said his GF was the right one.
He only talked abouth the devine femine and the goddess gateways, wich is organic, and not technological.

What Masaa @#57 said concerning the vid, in my view, is correct; he never said anything ill of the GF, in fact he even said they also believes that they are doing good, the GF in my opinion is not out with a deception plan, however, they do have a plan and I’m simply saying that their plan and mines may not be the same; the universe is expansive and limitless, and within me resides all there is, I want to experience all that lies within me, in 5D, 6D, 7D and beyond; and I believe that the God within me is powerful enough to take me beyond whether I have to pass through the gates of death or not, but running from death may not lead there, at least not with this train and I’m not missing this train!!!!

Rosie, why would I want to perish through earth changes when I can hitch a ride on the ship until it’s all over with and come back to earth to help rebuild our new civilization.
I’m not afraid. Nobody really knows how this is going to play out. It’s not like the GF is going to come down here and hold you at gun point and make you get on the ship. There are going to be “Announcements” that will clearly state what is going on and that they come in peace. We will be informed of everything and it will be our free will choice to decide what we want to do.

If it is true that there is a false GF/GFOL that claims to be of the light, and that they want to help us, all while they only want to keep the worshiping going from us, and make sure that we do not ascend (=end of us giving power to them), but only ascends into their manipulated world that is mapped into the 4th dimension that will seem high vibratory seen from our current point of view, then although you have nothing to fear you will not really ascend until the next time it is a possibility (if that is true and you go with them).
Who says we will perish if we stay on Earth? There is supposed to be portals opening that we can use before our planet ascends (=turns into a Sun seen from our current point of view), and they are supposed to use any means to persuade us from staying here and ascending, e.g. put us in chambers or evacuate us to “safety”. This could be what Sheldan Nidle is talking about.
Let’s see what happens, but I would not trust anyone, and board their ships unless they have some really good persuasion techniques, and fear based arguments like “stay here and you will die” will not work for me at least.
Our intuition will tells us what is the right thing to do. We might not even be faced with any decisions.
I’m going to be excited either way – let’s get this show on the road!

About Mr.Kavassalis: I agree that he had some very fear based manipulated views in 2004, but after having watched his new lectures I have to say that he actually does make a lot of sense, and advocates no fear as opposed to his previous lectures that I had to stop watching due to negative fear energy. Of course it may be that he has just gotten better at lying and manipulating, but I’m sure that he believes what he says, and I resonate with a lot of what he says today. I don’t agree with everything he says, but his view do actually explain some of Sheldan Nidle messages.
