Time marches on gathering speed, and it is bringing the changes ever nearer. No time has in fact been lost, although we would have liked to commence First Contact earlier. However, regardless of what you see happening around you, we place ourselves in a position where we can move into action at short notice. There is a clear defined plan for your future, but we can easily accommodate any changes necessary. We follow all events taking place on Earth, and as a result can adjust our actions accordingly. However, there is a core plan which shall manifest and take you through to Ascension as intended. As the dark Ones continue to lose their power and authority, so the chances of them escaping the inevitable collapse of their power base is unavoidable. Stubbornness and arrogance motivate their resistance to admitting defeat, but it shall be so. In ways that are legal and carry the authority of the Galactic Federation they will be removed.
In a manner of speaking, life goes on as before in spite of the many problems facing you. However one thing is for certain, it shall not return to the previous period that started at the commencement of this Millennium. Since that time you have progressively lost your way, and through contrived situations have been steadily subjected to draconian laws. The dark Ones played their hand realising that time was not on their side, but have failed to achieve world control as intended. Their attempts to do so have left you with few rights and subject to rigid controls, that have taken away your freedom. Have no fear all of that will change, and the unjust and unnecessary laws will be repealed. The path to Ascension is to be cleared of any attempts to prevent it from manifesting, and be sure Dear Ones, that when a divine edict is given it is the Law of the Creator.
We know that some of you wonder if every soul on Earth has the same opportunity to ascend, and you think of those who are living a simple life away from the influence of the West. You may not be too surprised to learn that in their own way, they are nearer to God and Mother Earth than you are. They live in a way that respects nature and all life, and understand its cycles and the energies all around them. Their needs are few, and when they leave there is no trail of damage and pollution. They may not have your awareness of the end times, but lead a highly spiritual life and have every opportunity to ascend. It is not wealth or intelligence that is necessary to create your own pathway, but your spiritual wealth and knowledge and its application to your way of life. After all you do realise that upon leaving the Earth, you cannot take anything of material value with you. Furthermore, there is no such thing as rank or importance in the higher realms such as you experience on Earth. In Spirit souls are equal except that their Light will determine which level they are entitled to be in. Of course there are Masters in the higher realms, but their spiritual achievement to reach such a level in no way elevates them over anyone else, but they do command great respect and acknowledgement.
The Earth has proved to be a distraction to your spiritual advancement, but when you succeed in finding your true Self your achievement is all the more commendable. You have had so much difficulty in deciding who you can trust or otherwise, and there have always been those who would mislead you for their own gain. It was not too long ago that only the priests were privileged to interpret the scriptures, and you had to rely upon them for guidance. As has been proven, it has not always been accurate when compared to the truth. The pathway of those seeking it has therefore been extremely difficult, and ultimately you have had to use your own discretion as to what to believe. Also bear in mind that in the course of many incarnations you will have had lives touching upon the different religions and beliefs. Subconsciously all that you have learnt forms your present beliefs, even if you have no awareness as to how it came about. You are therefore continually reassessing your beliefs, and gradually you make positive spiritual progress.
In this present age you have so much information at your fingertips, and can follow whatever path takes your fancy. You may even be spoilt for choice, but this is where your intuition will serve you well. It will not mislead you, but direct you to the experiences you need at the time. This is why it is important to be open minded and able to assimilate knowledge without being tied down by it. Be ever ready to move on when a new idea or understanding comes your way. Also remember that once you are on a spiritual path, you will attract Guides or Teachers to yourself who will help you make decisions. The truth is quite simple and uncomplicated, and can be summed up as Love Is All That Is. Applying it to your life in duality has been your sternest test, and if you are succeeding you have surely found the key to understanding. You can only take one thing at the time, and one of the ultimate achievements is to live in the Now.
Whatever you consider life is about, there is nothing wrong in experiencing pleasure or even wealth. It is how you acquire it and how you use it that is important. Spiritually you can lose or gain, and it is a fact that the more wealth you accumulate the greater responsibility falls upon you. Some become greedy and hoard money and valuables, whilst others will invest in people for the good of all. Money will not create happiness, but simply security in a material world. Imagine being in the higher dimensions where money has no use and is unnecessary, because that is what you will experience. Of course that is possible because all of your needs are supplied for free, and in many instances you will create what you need for yourself. We know that the idea of bartering is active in some areas of your world, and it shows what can be achieved without money. All of these things enter your mind, and sometimes it brings you to desire something different to the traditional way of doing things.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and Dear Ones you know life is one experience after another and it moulds your future. Sometimes you benefit from another souls journey, but often you choose to experience things for yourself. When you become part of a group consciousness, then you shall benefit from every soul that is part of it. Sharing is a very spiritual gesture that comes with awakening to the Oneness of all life. Dear Friends,
This morning we have a message from a power animal that I know well. I first met him years ago when I was doing power animal retrievals, then again more recently in my Power Animal Adventures. He is an enormous sperm whale known as The Ancient One; it is always so wonderful to hear from him. And is now our way, Quado has added a few words at the end of his message.
The Ancient Whale Says, You Matter
I have been here since time began, since the earth first went through her birthing pains and before. I am as old as time itself and hold within me all of the wisdom of the ages, every tick of every clock, every movement of the spheres.
I live beneath the sea and hold court here, an ancient king surveying my kingdom. And today, I wish to impart a bit of wisdom to you.
Life matters. Everything that you do with this moment on earth matters. You are vitally important and have come here with purpose, with intention. It may feel as if a veil separates you from that purpose, but it is known in your heart. You need only go deep, as deep as I am, down here where it is completely still and you cannot hear the clamor of society or the noise of fear, come down here in every moment and see yourself mirrored in my eyes, feel yourself in the ripples of the ocean that pass through you as you gaze at me.
You have chosen to come here on this earth at this time, to enter my realm in order to do something. It may be as simple as bringing to earth a touch of the heavenly rays that shine, to be a channel for God’s grace, to bring uplifting energy through your smile and the twinkle in your eyes. Or it may be as challenging as lifting the energy of those around you, or healing their bodies, or opening their eyes. But if you are reading these words, you have been led to me and to this knowledge that you have a purpose and that it matters deeply.
You know yourself. You know why you are here. Come deep, down deep to me. Spend time deep until you understand it fully. Spend time here expanding and growing into yourself. Do what you feel you should do. Try this and try that, always checking in with your intuition. And in this way, following your own guidance moment by moment, you will be led to an ever-deepening knowledge of who you are and why you are here on earth at this moment, right now.
Every moment matters. Every action. Every dip into your courage to take the action that your heart speaks to you. You are vitally important. Know it and treat yourself and your life accordingly.

Ah, such wisdom from our great friend, the Ancient One. I would add only this: take yourself seriously even as you live with abandon and joy. For nothing is as seriously important as loving yourself and this life every moment of every day, embracing it, dipping into it, playing with being who you are as you enjoy the wondrous and vitally important journey of awakening fully to yourself.

Ho-hum, just another week of sweating the small stuff on Spaceship Earth? Not likely! While the first two weeks of March have been quiet and constructive (for the majority) get set for some heightened responsibility and soul growth/infusion during the last half of the month. More depth revelation could attempt to steer you toward frustration, anger, tightness, and friction. Strive for serenity to avoid falling into a temporary stupor of disharmony and discontent. Remain sensitive to your cosmic contract of becoming multidimensional during this ascension cycle to avoid feeling the sway of the Universe is beyond your control.
Until recent times you have driven and pushed yourself to keep up with an accelerating world. Energetic events and unfoldments have been occurring with significant velocity as you set to launch your consciousness into a new system of dimensional awareness. Now comes the time when the process gets to morph into an easier, more natural state of existing. After this next cycle, which begins in earnest on the Spring Equinox, connecting to, downloading and transitioning into higher levels of your multidimensional self will simply be the norm without much concentrated thought or effort toward it.
This is good news because the events ahead for planet earth are going to be so dramatic, so all-encompassing that, if the 3D reference is all you know, you will really be terrified. However if you have been one of the souls who can see the “bigger picture” view and understand that an invisible transformation is taking place within and upon our home environment then you will be anchored and able to go about your day-to-day tasks calmly. Sure, sometimes you’ll doubt, and sometimes you’ll see as clear as day but what’s different is thatyou’ll always trust that this is the process as we continue to expand.
For a few thousand years humanity has lived in a very dualistic reality, which allowed for the experience of third dimensional life. Now as we travel through the galactic center of the universe and reality shifts to a more omniversal experience, we enter into an existence that will not identify separation. As we claim our fifth dimensional abilities we all become more intuitive, telepathic, unconditioned, and in touch with our true inherent essence. For most of you reading these words, this is very good news! For many others, it is a very fearful and chaotic time because it means that they will be exposed if they are attempting to control, deceive, conquer, or manipulate.
As mentioned earlier, the Spring Equinox will open for you a portal through which you may step to freedom. Let me give caution though concerning the manner in which you will have designed this most important stage of your awakening. On the surface, it will seem that what I tell you is both obvious and inconsequential, especially when measured next to the many trials and problems that bombard a person everyday on planet earth.
Part of the mechanism that binds together the 3D world is a “blocking” from your consciousness the full representation of all you are and all you (Self) are doing. Since 3D is a “defined territory” – there is just not room for the entire Self here. Until now your focus of Self has been a very limited view. As the solar system rotates the grand procession of planets into a livelier stellar village we are granted a potent crystalline infusion of energy that allows you to feel more of that Self.
As that result is produced for you in full manifestation, “issues” will surface. Hint: Surprises and unsettled conditions are the usual Earth itinerary for spiritual evolution. As the incoming energies become quicker for the next vibrational shift allow yourself to have the “me time” you desire. Be patient and listen to your Inner Brilliance and problem solving genius as mass consciousness processes the karmic debt patterns tied to being enslaved from self realization. Most of all listen to the directives from your body and do what it tells you it needs.
If you are feeling any kind of energy drain or physical exhaustion from the quieter aspects of the month I would advise meditating for guidance as you journey into anchoring the high, high crystalline freedom energy into the bones, blood and nervous system of your physical vessel. As your Soul soars to luxuriate in higher fifth dimensional atmospheres of unconditional love, gratitude, peace and calm your earth vessel has to jettison what would hold you back. Take care of it.
On those days when you feel you are spinning out of control or a bit spacey simply use a “cube” as an energetic stabilizer. Use your imagination to place a cube under your feet or take a couple of moments and breath into your vertical tube (prana tube of energy that runs the length of your spine) passing a cube up and down within it. My guides are also saying that we can use the essential oil of rose geranium for it is a sacred balancer.
The illusion between physical and consciousness is closing. You are physical/matter intermingling with Spirit/Light. You are an interaction where the observer influences the outcome so welcome the change, or shift. Be open to meeting active energies this week. As Saturday approaches create an intention of consciousness to be an interactive force field of Soul awareness that activates an alignment with the etheric freedom rays that are beaming into your multidimensional first and seventh chakras.
The rest of the month is a period of dedicated, calculated movement. The guides say we must follow nature and make certain that the expanded energies we now generate are grounded, anchored and fertile before we move onward or forward with any creation. A good practice for the rest of the month would be to create ritual with all new endeavors. Consciously creating and choosing with a renewed reverence will put you in alignment with the Infinite. In doing so you will be tapping into and using skills from within your Ancient Self.
Keep your eyes focused on the mountain top, as you stay centered within the God power of the moment and you will not be set apart from your Light. You have the potential to become physically vibrant, emotionally fulfilled, mentally aware, financially abundant and spiritually en-Lighten-ed. It is your Divine Birthright to experience your life’s journey in the physical realm to the fullest. You were designed to savor and enjoy life each day with passion, to experience physicality with full awareness and conscious intensity.

Thank you for your true and kind words. I knew that where I was yesterday WAS that “darkest before the dawn” place for me, and it was actually a very necessary move for me to make to let ya’ll see my vulnerability. Today, I had a most amazing therapy session where I remembered what was said to me in the “meeting” or the “briefing” I attended before incarnating into this ME….I remembered being told what my job “here” was/is, and how the very experience of the intolerable nature OF THE ILLUSION OF SEPARATION IS what would ultimately move me to fully wake back up!!!
With the gift of hindsight, I can now see today that the “on the verge” place I found myself in yesterday was the precursor place of “intolerability” that I NEEDED TO EXPERIENCE in order for my process of awakening to get to the place of today’s rememberance….of a very real and actual time in which I WAS NOT YET IMMERSED IN THE ILLUSION AND I FULLY KNOW WHO I AM, AND WHAT I AM QUITE EXCITEDLY AND WILLINGLY SIGNING UP FOR…..and of course, knowing that I WILL BE ABLE TO WAKE UP AND COMPLETE IT!! I am still smack-dab in the middle of the process that began in my session, as I allow myself to experience this “in-between” place and what all IT has to wake me up to!
What a ride this truly is…every minute, every step, every awareness….they all serve to be a part of our beautiful awakening and renewed belonging, as you put it!

I have a great deal of respect for Daniel Pinchbeck, and highly recommend his books ‘Breaking Open the Head: A Psychedelic Journey Into the Heart of Contemporary Shamanism’ and ’2012: The Return of Quetzacoatl’. -The Norway Spiral is also something that I feel should not be glossed over; but rather represents one of the more significant “unexplained” aerial phenomenon/events ever! I certainly hold it right up there with the “Phoenix Lights” fifteen years ago. Anyway his blog on the Spiral is quite an interesting read. (I’ve also read the Ashayana Deane books he mentions, and think they are definitely worth checking out for those wishing to add another mind-blowing piece to the Intergalactic puzzle)
Thoughts on the Norway Spiral

Two nights ago, an extraordinary event took place over the night sky in Norway: A white spiral that emanated a bright blue spiraling beam before it disappeared into a black circular hole, apparently witnessed by thousands of people across the country. Authorities have issued a conventional explanation, proposing this amazing apparition was caused by a failed Russian missile test. However, this seems extremely unlikely – in the category of explanations that includes the theory that the most complex and virtuosic crop circles were the products of board and rope, or that Building 7 of the World Trade Center fell as a result of the Twin Towers collapse.
The magnificent spiral spectacle manifested one night before President Obama’s speech accepting the Nobel Peace Prize, in Oslo, and during the Copenhagen conference on climate change. It therefore seems to be a kind of focusing event for human consciousness. Following the works of the Russian scientist Alexey Dmitriev and others, Mark Heley, author of The Everything Guide to 2012, proposes that such an event could be plasma phenomena — plasma that is artificially induced and intelligently guided. It is possible that such an apparition is somehow co-created or imprinted by the collective field of the human psyche. Whatever the case, it is hard to escape the impression that the Norway Spiral is a kind of thought-form that took tangible form and inscribed itself in the atmosphere.
The Norway spiral has resonance with the Hopi prophecies of the Blue Star Kachina, which appears at the end of the Fourth World — if not that signifying event itself, perhaps a foreshadowing or retro-causal echo of it. The spiral seems like a message, invitation, or indication that the earth and its inhabitants are on the threshold of a deep transformation. While most of my work over the last years has been an effort to understand this transformation and help myself and others prepare for it, I admit to feeling, if anything, an increasing confusion and uncertainty about it. What is happening seems to be taking place beyond the reach of the conceptual and rational mind, requiring an innate, intuitive, heart-centered response, as much as a logical and empirical one.
I have spent a good deal of time trying to fathom the archetypal signature of Barack Obama, who seems to me, generally, not like a normal human but more like some kind of eerie interpellation into our reality. Personally, I could not bring myself to vote for him, and when I hear him speak, I am put off by his capacity to dissimulate ingeniously, to fake compassion that he does not feel, and to twist rhetoric in service of the status quo of earth-destroying Empire. This is the second significant example of “signs and wonders” seemingly associated with him: the first was the “Miracle on the Hudson,” the crash-landing of a jumbo jet in the Hudson River where all passengers and crew survived, a few days before the inauguration.
I have been studying Voyagers, a series of books by Ashayana Deane, who claims to represent the Guardian Alliance, a benevolent federation of extraterrestrial and extra-dimensional civilizations, as well as the works of David Icke and Michael Tsarion, who propose the earth is under a type of quarantine and currently ruled by an extraterrestrial race that they characterize as “reptilian.” Icke and Tsarion have proposed that this control group continues its dominance through genetic “bloodlines” that can be traced back to royal families in Europe. From this perspective, it is quite interesting that Obama is a distant cousin of both Dick Cheney and George Bush. I don’t know how much credence to give these ideas, but I increasingly resonate with them. Obama seems like a necessarily ambiguous manifestation, a transitional agent in some larger galactic narrative that is becoming increasingly apparent to those who question the nature of this reality.
The Voyagers books propose that there are multiple dimensions and time-lines, multiple “harmonic universes” that are parallel yet contingent upon each other, and also “holographic inserts” into our seemingly solid-state reality that manifest as tangible events we collectively experience. The books are vast and detailed, and the galactic history they outline is difficult to fathom or absorb seriously. I spend a lot of time meditating on the nature of myth, story, and history. I love the writer Patrick Harpur’s proposition that “history is the mythological variant we have chosen to take literally.” It seems possible to me that the “end of time” proposed by many religious traditions could be a shift from the form of historical progressive linear time which we currently conceive to a far more latticed mythological unfolding. Any story we construct, like the confident explanations offered by science, is a necessary limitation. A story or a myth or a historical narrative is like a warm coat we weave around us for protection and comfort.
Deane proposes we have the capacity to reshape past, present, and future events, in this life as well as other incarnations: “Just as your internal dreams seem to take place within your consciousness while you participate within them, your external reality is also a dream-scape, manufactured by your consciousness, through which energy particles are shaped into thought-forms that will later become manifest,” Deane writes in Voyagers II. “Your present manifest illusion is composed of the thought-forms of your past and future selves, and the thought-forms you presently hold. … Your past thoughts and deeds will show themselves in your present reality, but you have the absolute power to change them, by using your present focus of attention to create new thoughts and redesign those that are undesirable, whether they are coming from the past, present or future.” As you evolve, Deane states, “you will train your consciousness to move backward and forward in time, to recreate undesired events and redesign more desirable outcomes.”
Is it possible that the Norway spiral is a type of transmission, indicating our increasing capacity to utilize our thoughts and intentions to influence the space-time continuum? It seems to indicate some new power or energy becoming available in the world, breaking through from thought and concept to direct manifestation and percept. I frequently use the analogy of lightning and electricity to explain how a formerly untapped and unknown force could be shaped and transmuted by human consciousness in a short period of time, then channeled into a force that transforms the earth. Is it possible that psychic energy is becoming increasingly available to us, suggesting we may soon pass across a threshold into a different state of being? Is the Norway spiral the first bolt of lightning, beginning to awaken us from our long psychic slumber?

@admiral my friend and bro your tuning in very well i had to take my father in law to the hospital today and get chest x rays he’s back home now but he’s getting really weak now. he can barely walk. i feel it wont be much longer and he will be gone. he has to stay on oxygen all the time now as his emphysema is getting the best of him. he sleeps most of the day and night getting up to take a pain pill get a bite to eat and he’s right back to sleeping. my youngest is having a real hard time of it cause she’s a paw paws girl. i would ask of yall for prayers but only to ease the physical pain as he is just that far along i dont think prayers to make him completely well would do any good. this is all coming on kinda a quick i mean he’s had emphysema for a long time now but the past couple of weeks he’s just gone way down hill. i pray that he will get better it’s just one of those gut feelings i have. he’s losing track of time. today he was asking my daughter where her momma was and i was the only one here with him. it’s really sad. i’m kinda like being his nurse in a way like i was with my mother in law when she past a few years back i think a lot of it too is he’s lost his will to live since she past. like he has no purpose. love and light yall

“The energies you are experiencing are like a roller coaster right now. This will last about 10 more days. (Till bout 3/20 give or take a bit) With each energy influx comes a raise in your vibration, but as the energy subsides, you feel as if you have crashed. Up and down, up and down on a roller coaster ride. But the reason is quite clear. You rise up to a higher vibration of being, but at this time can’t sustain it for very long. Energy lifts you up, then crash. This is deliberate with a two fold plan.
First it is like a high…you reside at this wonderful vibration of being that is arriving, it is then pulled away. Second, the crashes allow a very rapid shifting and releasing of all that can’t withstand the higher vibration. These crashes are a time of detox, releasing of all that which no longer serve you. It can be very intense depending on how much you are willing to let go of. General feelings of malaise, upset stomach, sinus pressure, hunger for comfort foods, a burst of energy, then sitting unable to accomplish anything. It may also include sever symptoms of complete and utter exhaustion and intense joint pain as the old is being released.
These energies of March are intense, but you will see, the extremes will not be as big of a shift as the month goes on. You will be able to receive more, hold more, sustain it over longer periods of time preparing you for the wave of light, creation, manifestation that is beginning to flow throughout these ever lengthening days. This continuous flow of energy is, slowly being turned up in volume and frequency as the summer unfolds. I realize this Spring Equinox is VERY special to the New/Indigo/Crystal Children.
I have been having a lot of symptoms. Since last week I can’t sleep well because I wake up in the middle on the night full of sweat. My neck and around my back/shoulder is killing me with pain. I can’t think straight for too long, and I forget many words in English and Spanish (I speak both). I’m 21 years old and its not normal, so I guess they are the ascension symptoms.
It is VERY relieving to see so many channeled messages about the same thing this last week. It has begun…

wow hey thanx yall for the support much appreciated as always i feel yalls love growing everyday…. i was wanting to tell yall something. on the previous salusa message i had mentioned about hearing voices in my dreams and when i woke up i was still hearing them, well for a few seconds anyway. well last night when i finally went to bed, as soon as i closed my eyes i started seeing an array of colors swirling around, then i started seeing images of all kinds of people walking by me like i was in a train station or airport lobby. it was very strange and they were speaking incoherently at first, and instead of being afraid i started talking to them. just saying hey and i hope they make it wherever they were headed. some actually stopped to say hey back and as i was saying walk in the light and that your all always protected. one in particular said “not me” i felt sad for this one and we had a few minute convo where i told him it would be ok and that he needed to accept that he was protected and that he was loved by spirit. i know this was real cause i was awake for one thing and now this is the really weird part. i could feel the energy of some of the spirits there. as they walked by it was like a warm breeze against my body and i could see there auras and one actually bumped my shoulder lol i almost fell outta bed. these times are very strange especially for a guy like me who was an atheist most of my life. as per the constant nudging by arr and laurinda telling me to trust in spirit and my guides, my whole outlook is constantly evolving. i ALWAYS ask for protection now even if i dont think anything will come through for me in meditation. it’s just a habit now and a good one i recommend to everyone new to this. one thing else i was thinking about was that i know every single soul on this planet is just as important and powerful as the one standing beside them, but i really believe that some of us have an important role in the ascension process meaning were here to help out the sleepers and things of that sort i’m not saying that were completely awake just a lot more than the majority and i think thats where a lot of our frustrations come from. were all ready to get the show going and the galactics kinda keep holding us back in a way. not that we can’t do little things to past the time or help out others, but for reasons we really dont know about we have to wait for the right time to spring into action. so what i’m saying is just like what others are saying, hang on were gonna get there. love and light my family

It feels even better to realize that we are all experiencing profound changes in our lives and around the world. Confirmation is an awsome thing! I feel as if I have come full circle and this is the place I was meant to be in, all those many years ago. I say that with absolutely no regret but with gratitude for the journey. Frought with peril and moments of extreme darkness; I am warmed now by the light of love!

Thanx for your kind consideration ARR (BTW, very nice new avatar!). The article was helpful, esp regarding the high highs followed by the crash ‘n burn. The whole up/down cycle makes sense, but is not easy–or fun–while going through it. Still feel lethargic & fog-brained, & joint pain has me hobbling around like a lil old lady.
A real point of contention with me lately is that ‘they’ have been heavily chemtrailing here since the beginning of the month; it drives me friggin’ wild to see our beautiful spring skies turned into filmy grey soup. What miscreant could possibly give such orders to befoul our lovely blue skies? Obviously someone who doesn’t understand the concept of One: what you do to one, you do to all (even themselves). I know we’re supposed to remain calm & centered during this time of revelation & restructuring. But times like this call for standing out on the deck, punching the air with my fist & yelling “Lousy rat-b@st@rds!” as the jets go by…but then, I really don’t want to alarm the neighbors.

It is interesting that you bring up the subject of your feelings concerning the recent increase of chemtrails. I’ll share this from my own recent feelings about them.
On this past Saturday, the skies here looked like a blue and grey plaid flannel shirt, the way the many chemtrails had been criss-crossed. I was heading out to go on a walk (and a swing!) to my favorite nearby wilderness park when I noticed them. My initial reaction was much the same as you described.
But then, when I was at the park, lying down on Mother Gaia near the stream, feeling the sun on my face and feeling the breeze blow over my body, I felt the immense POWER of our Mother Gaia, AND MY immense POWER as a Being of the ONE LIGHT OF ALL THAT IS, and a real calm came over me. What came to me in an inner-whisper was the phrase, “They know not what they do”. In that moment, I felt not only the strength of the LIGHT of ALL of us and of our Earth Mother, (that I knew was way bigger than the damage “they” could be doing to us with the chemtrailing); but I also felt an enormous amount of compassion for “those thems” who are so far from the light inside themselves, that they already live in a hell I cannot even imagine.
My inner instruction, at that point, was to breathe in the energy of the 4 earth elements around me (earth, air, water and fire/sun), including the chemtrails, the pollution, the pain, the suffering, the violence…including all of the things that we THINK can hurt us but that really NO LONGER CAN, WITH THE CRITICAL-MASS KNOWING OF WHO WE ALL ARE, and WITH THE SOLIDARITY OF WHO WE ARE WITH THE WILL OF THE ONE CREATOR OF US ALL, and then, using that KNOWING, offer up my exhales to THE ONE PURE LOVE THAT TRULY IS ALL THAT IS, knowing that IT can and will perfectly transmute all into love, once more.
This was a very important experience for me because increasingly, I have been coming up against how awful it feels inside of me to have **ANY** us/them, or me/they divisions in my thinking! I realized that, yet again, here was another major part of my brainwashed thinking, and it clearly NO LONGER SERVES ME in my process of awakening and becoming the ME that I know that I already AM! So, instead of remaining angry about the presence of chemtrails that day, I allowed their presence to WAKE ME UP to yet more of how I had been keeping my sights small, through the separatism that STILL is at work within me.
I am so grateful for that experience, because my inner guidance just led me through it, once I had the conscious inner acknowledgement that I felt awful and out of my integrity being “against” “them”….like my day felt “sucky” while I was thinking in me/they terms. It proved to me that when I REMEMBER WHO I AM AND WHAT IS REALLY REAL and COME FROM THAT KNOWING, I am led to a whole new level of thinking, seeing, and acting. I’m not trying to change your experience….just wanted to share mine with you.

Right now, the necessary military and legal elements are being positioned and readied for action. In pursuance of this, we are sending down specific technologies to be used to offset any last-minute glitches. It is essential that the final moves in our Earth allies’ plans be carried off without interference. Meanwhile, our allies’ European and Asian contingents are putting together a variety of procedures designed to accelerate the globalization of your new economic and monetary systems. Your world is to embrace total debt forgiveness once the last few obstinate banks of the dark cabal are in full compliance. The key factor here is swift compliance, coupled with the nullification of the vast swamp of illegal derivatives and other dubious financial packages.
Once this is done, it is quite a simple matter to mandate global debt forgiveness. This requires you to recast your deepest core conceptions of self. Such a makeover, in turn, transforms the relationship between citizen and government, forcing government to concede that its only true role is that of servant to the people. Those rights long espoused by many fundamental philosophers such as Locke, Paine, and Rousseau now logically become the wellspring of what follows. The sovereign individual and his/her unalienable rights become the building blocks of not only a prosperous society but one that is more fluid and responsive than the sclerotic constructs you are used to. This philosophical paradigm shift is essential to accommodate the demands of your expanding consciousness and can give rise to a framework that paves the way to a nascent galactic society.
As they grow in consciousness and wisdom, humans tend to reach out for something more than mere survival, wealth, and power. The level of technology (albeit mostly withheld) that you currently possess gives you this option. A lot of it is being prevented from manifesting in the public arena by the power and control exercised by the Anunnaki’s earth minions as they wish to keep you in the dark. In fact, these dark ones have kept you down for millennia! At last this grip is waning and will ultimately subside completely, allowing for the start of the many shifts of perception mentioned above. The amount of economic and political collapse you see around you is a harbinger of this. We feel the need to bring these issues constantly to your attention because your present world has reached a point of non-sustainability. Across the globe, species, ecosystems, and your many societies are increasingly subject to systemic resource depletion on a huge scale. A new consciousness and a new direction are urgently needed.
In short, your world is roughly split between those who believe that the status quo and its level of technology are basically “it” and those who see the absolute necessity to transform this “it” into something very different. Normally, a society such as yours would require decades to bring about the requisite philosophical restructuring. However, you do not have the luxury of such a time frame and need a way to hurdle this obstacle to enable you to progress your reality to a new consciousness and operating paradigm. Knowing this, Heaven sent us here to be the prime catalyst for this change. The logistical demands of your situation require us to be recognized as real and present, and accepted as mentors for you. Ending the global UFO cover-up is a basic first step toward this, and it is why we are putting on the pressure to end this nonsense. We must be in a position to assist you in what needs to be done.
The reformed reality will be a very different place. It will operate from an expanded consciousness that actively seeks its lost heritage. This new mindset will also accept us as family and will wish to use our ideas and wisdom to restore your society to what it once was in Lemuria’s heyday, some 900,000 years ago. Accomplishing this feat means that you will have dismantled to a large extent what has passed for “normal” for nearly 13 millennia. This process needs, in effect, to turn your upside-down world the right way up again. This miracle is underway, and is sponsored by Heaven and endorsed by us. @arr wow the vids in the other post were awesome. and i really enjoyed your story of being at the park i myself have never seen any of the chemtrails that people talk about well on vids but not around where i live but i guess because the population here is so small. your way of breathing in the pain and breathing out love is pretty darn cool and i’m gonna start doing that myself.
on another note i like laying on the ground too and starring up. when i was younger i would get scared a little because i could feel myself sorta drifting out of me. dang i wish i had friends like yall when i was younger. it sure would have been a much funner life growing up but i know what was, was meant to be.

Beloved Brothers and Sisters of Earth, the separation has begun.
Gaia has entered the 8th segment of transformation; she is now in the point of no return.
Division has started at third-dimensional level, and the groups of frequencies present in your plane of existence are being regrouped.
From now on, you will be seeing many signs of division and regrouping manifesting in your reality. Companies will split, friends will stop seeing each other, families will separate, groups will be divided, etc. And at the same time you will be witnessing the absolute opposite; you will join new groups, you will feel closer than ever to your loved ones, family and friends.
This change is neither positive nor negative. It is existential.
This is a natural step in the mass-ascension process.
Existence consists only of vibrations, and when the vibrations that builds your world change, your whole reality changes accordingly.
At soul level you know that at the moment you decided to embark on this journey, you have been empowered by the Infinite Consciousness to be the architect of your destiny. Remember, giving and receiving happen simultaneously, so when you help Gaia, you are being helped too.
If she makes the ascension, a monumental change will occur in the universe, and you will be part of it. The last time a change of this magnitude has happened in any third-density world was 21 billion of your years ago.
The divine plan for the whole cannot go ahead without you, your individuality was given to you for the good of the whole, and your role is utterly irreplaceable.
Once you understand this, you can start helping others to see the responsibility they have at this crucial point in human history. Everyone in your world has divine power that they do not realize he/she posses. The divine powers from within surfaces when consciously he/she start focusing attention on awakening it from the inner core of his/her very consciousness.
Help them and help Gaia by making the most of yourself, raising you personal vibratory frequency towards the Creative Principle of Love. This requires a transformation of your being, a conscious attitudinal shift from your side.
At the end of Gaia’s ascension process/separation, two inter-dimensional gateways will open, one leading to fifth-density and the other one ending in third-density, your consciousness will align you with the gateway that best support your most dominant awareness frequency.
The re-union has begun. Little by little your group-soul will get together. In the process you may separate from others, but the shared moments and learning that has been gained in the company of others, will always remain in you as a gift of the beyond.

I believe that part of the reason that we go through what we do is so that NOW, we can bring THAT pain and all like it on the planet (sort of like in my park story), out of the darkness, and out into the LIGHT, where it is “poofed” into nothingness…..or becomes part of ALL THAT REALLY IS…LOVE!!!

@ARR#47, Girl…you really remind me of myself in that post, I say all the time that once we hold negative thought patterns of their actions, we are still not leaving them behind, hence there will be no example to follow; instead we will be subtlely caught up in a web of war that seems never-ending; its makes me glad to see another taking notice of that consciousness……also, I couldn’t past up mentioning that the time on your post is 333, girrrrrrl, you’re really in the ascension energies, check out Doreen Virtue’s number sequences from the angles…

THANKS, Sister! And I did notice the 333 and looked it up!
The messages have been telling us to call in ALL the help we want to, and I have taken them very literally!!!
Also, I am coming to the conclusion that as long as ANY brainwashing (the mental self-talk loops of judgment, self-abuse and self-loathing thoughts, separatism of any kind, etc.) is still at work within me, I have no business hangin’ out on someone else’s “side of the street”!! Because, truthfully, listening to these, and even having them playing inside of me any longer, has become intolerable to me……for us all! THIS IS WHAT NO LONGER SERVES ME….LISTENING TO LIES IN MY BRAINWASHED THOUGHT LOOPS ANYMORE…..EVEN HAVING THEM THERE….NOT OK!!! And only I can do the work of waking up to them to release them. I just got it that through these internal lies ARE HOW DUALITY IS FORMED and perpetuated! I’ll write more as I become aware of ALL THAT IS FLOODING INTO MY AWARENESS TODAY!!!

Rosie, I would like to comment on what you just said about your friends. This has happened to me too, in that one of my oldest friends and I are no longer resonating. At first I was shocked at this, but now it is well over a year, and I still haven’t seen her, and we live in the same town. Never did I dream that this would EVER happen….BUT, I would also like to add that as we change we come to the attention of others of a similar vibration…and we are then blessed with new friendships, far more compatible!

Thank you ARR you brought tears to my eyes; I too have been very conscious of my inner thoughts these days; also I’m taking notice not to be judgemental in anything and anyone; I have a friend who I love dearly; sometimes when I look that person I see the consciousness aligned for 5D other times I see works for 3D and I’m concern because really want 5D for that person; so the part about asking for any help we want lighted my heart, tho I know that we’re only responsible for ourselves I want all the help in prayers for that soul….so thank you again you are really a blessing and I love you…..ALL OF YOU here; Love

Hello again to everyone. Although I don’t always write a post, I still read all of these each day. Leaves me feeling recharged and reinvigorated. Nice weather here for March, so I’ve been outside doing yard “work”. To me, it’s not work, it’s a pleasure. Listening to the birds and seeing robins (ascending, I’m assuming) and mourning doves again makes me feel like a kid. I love spring, watching all the browns and grays of the world turn to green and blue sunshine.
I have started several plants for my garden indoors, and some have germinated and popped up. I meditate and contemplate plants a lot. Today I placed five small brussels sprouts, about an inch tall with 2 small leaves, under flourescent lights. From this small start they will grow to almost 6 feet. I mention sprouts because I’ve discovered they are the perfect duality, either you love them or you hate them. Not much middle ground with brussels sprouts.
Wednesdays are my one full day off each week, and I have so much I want to accomplish. A good nights sleep will go a long ways. I’m still not adjusted to changing the clocks last Saturday night. Losing an hours sleep is just wrong. I think we should turn the clocks ahead an hour at, like, noon on a Monday, or, three in the afternoon on a Friday. No lost sleep, but lost profits for big business. lol
