12 Stages of Light Body Ascension

1. First level :

when the body drops density it commonly displays mutational symptoms of flu, headaches, diarrhea, rashes, muscle and joint aches

Most flu epidemics are actually Light epidemics!

Brain chemistry changes, right and left brain functions blend and the pituitary and pineal glands begin to change in size.

The DNA structure and chemical components begin to change and pick up extra hydrogen atoms and chemicals that the cells need to take undifferentiated higher Light and break it down into useable Light encodements for the DNA.

2. Second level -
the etheric blueprint floods with light and releases karmic experiences, individuals may feel disoriented as well as experience of ’bouts of flu’. Â Many begin to question “why am I here”.

Light in the etheric blueprint releases 4th dimensional structure and causes spins in the geometries of the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. Â Change is rapid and many feel tired.

3. Third level -
physical senses become much stronger. Your bodies not only absorb Light for its own change but also acts as a transducer – decoder of higher light energies to the planet as a whole.

The process of the in-breath is now irreversible, like an elastic band that has been stretched to maximum capacity, been let go of and will return to its natural state.

4. Fourth level -
major changes are in the brain and its chemistry and electromagnetic energies – symptoms are often headaches, blurry vision, loss of hearing and sometimes chest pains.

Crystal regulators in the etheric body keep lines of light within the 5th dimensional blueprint from connecting again until you are ready.

Chest pains are due to the expanding energies of the heart as it opens to deeper levels.

Vision and hearing are being realigned to function differently. The mental body begins to wonder if it really is in charge and individuals get strong unexplainable and undeniable urges to follow spirit without hesitation.

Individuals may get lashes of telepathy, clairvoyance and nearly all begin to experience empathy. Â This is a time of feeling, of honoring and accepting and validating the emotional body and learning to control it.

5. Fifth level -
the mental body decides to tune to spirit, dreams change and may become more ‘lucid’, you get feelings of de ja vu. Thought processes become non linear. Â Being’s oscillate between knowing and doubt.

We realize the habitual nature of thinking and behavior and look at de-programming and re-programming to create the “I” we wish to be, not the “I” we thought we were from our interaction with parents, peers and society etc.

Change seems to be constant and we consciously begin to discern from our heart rather than judge from ‘conditioned responses’.

6. Sixth level -
we draw to us others for mutual support and stimulation of growth. Â We question what is real, our mental process and how we identify with others and ourselves changes rapidly.

Re-evaluation may be uncomfortable but we feel it must be done – we look at our relationships, jobs, home environment, living styles, it is a time of letting go, of moving on.
We change our friends, everything feels to be in a state of flux but we feel lighter, vaster, freer somehow. Â By this stage the Light quotient in our being is 33% – we feel as though we are opening up our inner senses and clairvoyance, clairaudience etc. seem normal and natural to us.

7. Seventh level -
the heart chakra opens more, we become more ‘real’ with other emotions, we just have to be ourselves! We release blocks and old patterns – it is a time of great emotional clearing and great intensity as we seek to rid ourselves of emotional baggage.

We feel more in tune with each moment, feeling very present and flowing with life. Â Often old relationships end or change rapidly as Being’s dig deep and honour their feelings – there is simply no room for denial on any level. We begin to lose emotional attachment to others.

Chest pains (angina) are more common as the heart continues to open its energy fields.

(Doing the Unified chakra meditation will assist in the heart opening).

Fear at this time is released as the energy fields of all the bodies are realigned through the heart and when aligned, fear drops away.

Pressure at the forehead or back or the head is due to the opening of the pituitary and pineal glands as they absorb more light, when these glands are fully open, activated and functioning at the highest level, aging and death cease.

When the pineal gland is fully open we experience multi-dimensionality yet duality seems to increase as we leave it behind.

Some days we feel connected and joyous, others we are in fear and caught up in survival issues.

Many wish to ‘ascend’ and leave the planet as we sense the very real possibility of ascension through our deepening connection with spirit.

As we learn to follow our joy, we may then want to ‘save the planet’ and have everyone follow their joy.

ALL are stages of progression and reflect our changing perception. Â Dietary wise, you feel to eat less, more light, live food -
many at this stage have ceased to eat meat, sugar and drink alcohol as they ‘feel’ the effects of these substances on the vibrational fields of the body.

8. Eighth level -
we see the Master in all and purely wish to be of service – we leave the ‘saving and rescuing’ mode behind in favour of the desire to serve Divine Will.

The pineal and pituitary glands change shape, if headaches persist ask the Being’s who are working with you to simply ‘tone it down’ for they don’t feel pain, or ask them to release endorphin’s – the brains natural opiate.

The brain is being activated – particularly the cerebrum, the ‘sleeping giant’. Â Cranial expansion is common; triangular ‘seed crystals’ in the brow and recorder crystals in the right side of the brain are activated along with the 8th, 9th and 10th chakras.

We begin to be hooked into the languages of Light.

The pituitary and pineal glands are opened fully and work together to create the ‘Arc of the Covenant’, a rainbow light that arcs over the top of the head to the third eye that is a decoding mechanism for higher dimensional language.

You may find it hard to find words to express yourself as you may think in geometries and tones.

If confused do the unified chakra meditation and ask for messages to be decoded and translated.

Again you become much more aware of the vastness and multi-dimensionality of your nature, that you can be anything that you want to be, you cease to operate from obligation and relationships become transpersonal. You share words from your heart and soul and others may feel disorientated when dealing with you as they no longer have ‘hooks’ into you to link with.

You operate from a deep level of serenity with heightened sensitivity and awareness yet feel grounded and transformed. By this stage, it is possible to be sustained purely by Light and prana, to take no nourishment from the atmospheric realms and to be healthily sustained by the etheric.

9. Ninth level -
decoding geometries and toning is easier, spirit is using the languages of light which shift the 6th dimensional blueprint into a new template for your 5th dimensional Lightbody.

Your body may change shape as the energy fields shift. Â You feel interconnected to all Being’s everywhere and less connected to the opinions of others.

You release the desire for and the energy to sustain the ‘game of separation and limitation’ and feel truly free.

The 9th level sees a mass descension of the Lightbody into physical form.

As with the 3rd and 6th, this level sees a strong re-evaluation as we begin the final surrender to Spirit and we truly become the Divine instrument.

Here Spirit determines our income, our work, other being’s in our lives, everything. Â This is the dissolution of the ego-self and while ecstatic, it can be most painful. Â Making the leap can be fearful even though we have evolved through eons of time to reach this point.

We may go back and forth, clinging to old comfort zones before completely letting go – there is no turning back and all must be released.

9th level is surrender and then ecstasy; the letting go of the “I” – we realize that while free will is real it is also an illusion as it only there to guide us and to empower us to be One with Spirit.

Survival fears leave – focus in on the Now at one-at-ment. Â Though fears may surface, they seem unreal and are easily put aside.

We tend to disconnect from consensus reality and our choices and reality seem unreal to others. From the 7th, 8th and 9th the inner light noticeably radiates out and by now you feel unbelievably grounded, connected, centered, filled with purpose and desiring only to serve.

For awhile you may slip between the 8th & 9th, from feeling complete at-one-ment to being ‘ a limited human being’ again, this settles down by the end of the 9th level.

You then continually feel connected and operate from your Christ level and your intention and motivation is always for the highest, although others, due to their own inner triggers and issues, may not always choose to see that.

The 9th is where we begin to hook up to our I AM.

The last three levels unify all energy fields, all chakras are unified and you become totally connected to your I AM.

10. Tenth level -
you are one with Source consciousness and know all is possible. Â DNA is no longer 2 strand but 12 strand; teleportation, manifestation etc. are instantaneous.

The Merkabah (another name for our Lightbody) has been built and allows you to pass through space, time and dimensions complete in your totality.

It has its own consciousness to be directed by you.

11. Eleventh level -
all levels of the lightbody have been constructed and activated and are connected to your physical body via ‘spin points’.

These light matrix’s lie along the physical acupuncture meridians and are lines of light intersecting in beautiful geometries
- a new 5th dimensional circulatory system of Light.

Cellular regeneration has been accomplished.

Time is no longer linear but simultaneous – past, present and future co-exist – all exist in parallels.

There is no separation and you will fully manifest your vision of Heaven on Earth and express the ecstasy of Spirit.

In this ‘frame’ of conscious awareness many now access and create new types of Light based technologies, new community living, new systems of government and equitable food and resource distribution systems.

All have received specialist training and skills to help create and manifest the New World – the ‘Golden Age’.

12. Twelfth level -
the continuation of the Creation and implementation of the New World systems – hook up with other 12th level initiates who bring into existence new governments, new financial and educational systems, better system of food and resource allocation etc. as all will be redefined in the final stages of Earth’s ascension so that all may exist in joy, equality and harmony.

By this time the planet and her inhabitants will have been ‘rewoven’ into Light to shine in their full glory as the final stages of this Divine Plan unfolds.

The planet goes to Light, shifts out of this dimension and is brought into a multi-star system where everyone is a lightbody and follows Spirit in total Mastery.

John Smallman: Good morning, dear Saul. I was getting very irritated yesterday as I was retyping book material: so much “joy,” “delight,” “bliss”. . . and “SOON”! And the illusion seems to roll on — essentially, seemingly unchanged. How can I go on putting your continuously upbeat forecasts about humanity’s imminent move into full consciousness and the New Age into the public domain? You (and others) have been saying “soon” for at least ten years, yet conflicts, wars, and environmental destruction continue apace. Comments on the blog that question the use of the word “soon” and that remark that this kind of message is not new and that nothing changes, all seem quite valid to me.

So how do I overcome my doubts and my lack of faith that all is as it should be and help our readers to do the same? I am ready for your words of advice and encouragement. Please help me to relax and allow, and then guide my pen.

Good morning John, your doubts and anxieties are understandable. God has promised joy, and He always delivers, but you have to. . . accept.

Very many of you continue to argue and fight among yourselves about which channeled messages — if any — are valid. They all have validity, but their messages vary because those receiving them are different, have different hopes and prejudices, and have different basic vocabularies through which the messages are filtered.

To change the world you have to change yourselves, which means being forgiving, loving, accepting, and cooperative. When you are at war with yourselves, you see God, the Holy Spirit, Angels, guides, and channeled entities preaching Love and Light. And you look and see where it hasn’t got you! Humanity’s outlook is still: What’s the point, It’s a dog-eat-dog world, You’ve got to protect yourself. . . no one else will. You are not extending and sharing the energy of God’s infinite Love for you, instead you continue to create and send out mistrust, doubt, and fear, which feeds and strengthens the illusory reality instead of helping to dissolve it.

Jesus was loving kindness, forgiveness, and acceptance. Yes, in the short term, He was crucified, but He set the foundations for a new way to live, and many of you have followed His example and found peace in your lives. For the world to change you all have to offer peace and love and acceptance in every moment. So long as you wait for others or your governments to do it, so long will you continue to wait.

You know non-violence works, it has been demonstrated — Gandhi in the first half of the twentieth century, young people in the USA in the 60s and 70s, and young people in Eastern Europe in the 80s and 90s — but when the cause is won people tend to go back to their old ways, complaining and seeing themselves as victims (of some other form of injustice), and they close themselves off again from one another in fear.

The way forward is to love your way through your fear by dropping your defenses, and responding to perceived attacks with kindness, compassion, and a desire to understand the other’s pain. Then accept yourselves and others with compassion — always. Responding to perceived attack in any other way maintains and strengthens the state of conflict. You have to open your arms in love in every situation, releasing your fears and your doubts. It most definitely does work, but you cannot know this until you do it.

When you start to respond with love and acceptance instead of fear and anger, your whole life experience will change. More people than ever before are doing this, and it is having an enormous effect. The balance is shifting rapidly toward non-violence, while confrontation and attack are becoming most unfashionable and will soon be unacceptable. So do your bit; respond always with loving kindness, and watch peacefully and joyously as weapons are laid down forever, and the attitudes that encourage and support them melt.

It will happen — one person at a time. Except that the moment is fast approaching when all the rest will do it at the same instant, to bring in the promised and long-awaited new Golden Age. God has promised it, and as you all know deep in your heart, He always delivers. Embrace love once more, and this time maintain that state, knowing that you are divinely supported and that you cannot fail.

JG-dude. 1500$ a month? I can’t even get the father of my 3 kids to pay 250$ a month for child support. You got screwed.
Just shack up with some lady twice your age and don’t work and claim disability and you can get out of paying 1 cent. That’s what my idiot ass did. I have had to support these kids basically on my own all of their lives no thanks to him. If my husband (now) is 1 day late paying his child support they threaten to take away his drivers license but the Ex moron I had kids with gets away with murder. Maybe our space family will get us out of this mess soon. That is a total rip off for you though. I used to live on Ramen Noodles. You can get a bunch of those cheap. Also, Mac N cheese and PB and J. You could buy those packs of rice and beans too. Maybe treat yourself with some corn bread. I thought my life sucked. At least we eat. Many Blessings to you. If only they would come soon. It would solve all of our problems.

JG- I totally agree with you. I read all the Abraham books and I know what you’re saying about living positively. I try to create a positive day everyday and show my appreciation for all that I have. A good husband, 3 beautiful girls, a Chihuahua and a beautiful house. We have plenty of food. I have came a long way. I created this reality. I used to be depressed all the time but now I am not. We lived in low income housing and barely survived and I pulled us out and told myself that my kids deserved better. I became a truck driver, met my husband and we traveled all across the U.S. as team drivers. Husband and wife teams make good money. It was fun but now we have jobs where we don’t travel. I got to see every state but Maine. I do have a blessed life. I had to spend a Thanksgiving on the Jersey Turnpike one year. I got Burger King for dinner. I really hated picking up loads in Newark. No fun. Isn’t Trenton one of the worlds most dangerous cities? I spent plenty of time in Jersey. My across the street neighbor is from New Jersey. She loves it here in Texas. I told her she sounds like those kids from Jersey Shore and she told me “Nice to meet you, now get the hell off my lawn.” Ha Ha Anyway, I wish my Ex good blessings and hope he has a good life. I have kept him out of jail all of these years but every once in a while I just get a little agitated that he doesn’t care about these great kids of ours. He has cirrhosis now and has a horrible life so I just thank him for the children that he gave me and go on my merry way. I have happy, healthy kids and that’s all that matters. I see all the bad news we see everyday as prayer requests. In the end I know everything is going to be ok.

JG-It’s a small world after all. I liked Jersey Shore too. I have an Aunt from NJ. We just moved to TX from the Sunshine State (FL) and there were lots of peeps from NJ there. Anyway, I heard on the news yesterday something about the north east was getting hammered by snow? School closures? It’s almost MAY!
We are having 80 degree days here.

Message from the Angels

My dear friends, we love you so very much.

As your world continues to change, understand that you too are changing. You are energetically tied to your mother earth and as she moves through her growth, so too you move through your own. Many of you noticed a certain pressure within your bodies shortly before this last volcanic eruption. Many of you noticed how irritable people had become. And so too dear ones, as your mother earth is spewing from her depths, you too are being asked to dig deep inside of yourself and bring your feelings to the surface – not to take them out on anyone else – but rather simply to bring them into the light of day and give them acknowledgment.

Suppose you are weary but feel you must always be strong. Dear ones, cry the tears when they arise. They will cleanse you and you will feel renewed strength. Suppressing emotions in is what exhausts you and can even make you ill. Suppose you are harboring old anger. By all means don’t take it out on anyone else – rather give it a voice… in private, in your journals, with a punching bag or some good old fashioned pillow pounding. Emotions are just energy, dear friends, and energy must flow in some healthy fashion before it finds outlet in ways that are not as easy.

And by all means when you feel the purest energy of all – LOVE – please express it as you are motivated to do so. Do not hold back the kind words that want to be given to a stranger, the kind gesture that you feel like doing without thinking, the little present that you feel like sending. So many of you hold back your love for the fear that it will be misunderstood, not reciprocated, etc. But love, dear ones, seeks only to give, not to get. Love is a River that flows from the eternal spring of God’s heart that wants to flow to you, through you, and from you into a world that is desperately in need. Of course you deserve to receive love as well, but never “give to get” dear friends… for that is not real love. Give only when it comes from the joy and authenticity in your hearts.

Your mother earth loves you. She has taken on your pains, witnessed her children bickering amongst themselves, and tried so hard to help you learn that you are cared for and loved. But every now and then, dear friends, she too must release her pressures, and she does so in the kindest way she possibly can. Earth changes are not punishment from God. Earth changes are simply mother earth releasing her pressures, allowing herself expression and renewal.

If you can release your pressures before they build up inside of yourselves, you will not only feel a renewed sense of emotional and physical energy, but also you will be helping your planet. Everything, and everyone, dear ones, is eternally connected. After you push through the fertile soil of your own heart, then dear ones, then you can truly blossom!

How come out of the thousands of UFO videos that we’ve seen and all the proof of E.T. life, the government still acts like we’re all stupid?

Short answer: Disclosure would end the reign of power for the dark hats, and as John Gunner points out – they hope we are stupid enough to not figure out they exist.

Long answer: There has been a massive ridiculing campaign since the Roswell incidence, and it is deeply ingrained in peoples minds that this is all just loony fantasy and stories from people who have seen too many movies (if such a thing is even possible), or tales from people that desperately want attention/fame and money. This campaign includes deliberately planting fake movies that are meant to discredit the whole disclosure movement.

People are all too eager to ridicule others, and fear of ridicule is still present today, so much so that it is almost a kneejerk reaction that they think you are a gullible idiot if you believe in UFOs, and politicians really don’t want to present themselves as that (they fear losing their perceived power and pay way too much for that).

It is much safer to ignore the issue, and go with the “consensus” notion that they don’t exist or as many scientists publically say: “They most likely exist, but are unable to visit us due to the distance, so it is not really of any importance, except possibly some religious importance”, but even the Vatican have seen the picture on the wall, and have said that the existence of aliens poses no threat to their beliefs. People always want to be on the winning team, and the Vatican are also playing both horses.

This distance argument is of course absurdly arrogant – they actually think they know everything there is to know about the Universe, so they can claim it is impossible for a more technological advanced civilization to visit us – this is coming from science that had are hard time grasping that “heavier-than-air” flight was possible a little over a hundred years ago.

The whole reason this ridicule campaign was started in the first place was that the dark hats know disclosure will lead to open contact, and this will effectively end their lies and control over people i.e. it will end their power. Contact would eventually lead to us getting free energy technology (technology that the dark hats have been fighting very hard to suppress for a long time) which will end the dependency on very expensive polluting oil (no CO2 is not a pollutant) and make us instantly much richer (no need to pay for transportation, heating, electricity and the cost of everything is much less).

More importantly our alien friends would be in a position to tell the general public, that are too traumatised to see the truth now, how manipulated and controlled they have been, and once the truth is out there is no way a small number of manipulating dark hats can control 7 billion people who know what is going on, and know they are diving beings being kept down and have had their free will manipulated to serve the dark hats. It is no wonder they want to reduce the population of the world to 1/10 – less people are more easily controlled. Forget those disinformation ploys about there being a major catastrophe and they need to cull the population, because there will not be enough resources for us all at that time. It is insane to kill people now because of a fictive future event, but the killing does serve the top dark hats, regardless of the cover story.

They also don’t want people to find out that the government have made secret deals with the Greys selling out their people to experimentation in exchange for technology that the public doesn’t get the benefits from, and scientists and universities have been discouraged from researching into fields like anti-gravity, to keep public science in the dark of any such technologies.

That is why the dark hats want disclosure so very much hidden, and will do anything in their power to keep people from having “first” contact and publicly have any official authoritive figure saying “Yes, we are not alone”.

We stand in your presence, so peaceful and strong, no words pass between us, very few acknowledgements are made and yet we stand as a supportive energy for all on the Earth. Within every manifestation of a tree on a physical level you will discover different vibrations and consciousness of the Creator’s soul. In different areas on the Earth you will notice our energies vary in order to support our surroundings and maintain a balance in the Earth’s energy. If you were to hold in your hands a branch, leaf or touch our trunks or roots you would feel a current of Creator energy flowing into your being from our manifestation. This is not our truth nor is it yours, we are each high vibrational pure beings of love but when energy is slowed it can become stagnant and so create the appearance of negative qualities, but these are simply extreme or exaggerated energies. When one is able to find their centre then they are able to connect with the truth of their being and the truth of the Creator, bringing forth peace, love and joy.
We are asking you to come to us with your truth so that we may share our truth with you, come to us in a state of peace and love and we will open our peaceful, loving and wise energies to you. Let us link on a level that allows us to unite our Creator’s energies, heightening our vibration and ascending to greater states of freedom, expansiveness and bliss. We are here to assist you in any way that we can and to share with you the ways and methods that you can help in the positive development of the Earth and ascension of humanity. There are many methods that can be placed into action by humanity in order to bring peace, harmony, balance and love to the Earth and this can be accessed from our energy, because in truth these ideas have been in the consciousness of the Earth for much time, it is just that humanity is choosing to ignore what is essential and needed on the Earth. We, the tree consciousness are calling you to connect with our energy either in meditation in your own space or to go forth and connect with us physically by touching or linking with a tree of your choice. We wish to prepare you for the changes that will and need to occur within you and on the Earth. We wish to enhance your connection with the Earth and the Creator so that you may exist in a similar way to us; as holders, beacons and anchors of the sacred light manifestations that exist on the Earth and the Creator’s universe. We wish to act as a support network, as anchors of the Creator’s light and as healers to all.
All that we ask of you is that you take time to link with our energies and allow yourself to experience our light, sensing its influence on your being. Below is an invocation that can be stated if you wish to connect with the tree consciousness while not in nature.
‘I call upon the protection, light and love of my personal guides and the Creator; I ask that you assist me in gaining a state of love within my mind and heart while adopting an existence of peace. I am love, I am peace.
I now invoke the light, love and wisdom of the tree consciousness of the Earth and the Creator’s soul to anchor into my being allowing the most appropriate vibration and level of energy to flow through me. I ask that as I open my truth and love to the tree consciousness, that I am able to sense and experience the trust and love held within the tree consciousness. Then allow yourself to sit peacefully in a state of acceptance and peace.
If you wish to connect with our consciousness in nature then we ask that you first allow yourself to activate from within you a state of peace and love, radiating this abundantly from your being. Allow yourself to be drawn to a tree as each tree holds different vibrations and so you will feel a greater bond with some rather than others. Sit or stand near the tree sending your energy of peace and love and notice if you feel a bond or blending of energies building. You may find that the tree, experiencing your energies, extends its light to you. When you feel ready move forward and place a hand on the tree or lean up against it. Ask for your senses to be open to experiencing the light, energy, love and consciousness of the tree. It is important to follow your own guidance and to also be alert to any thoughts or insights that you gain from the tree. You may speak with the tree; trees are naturally receptive to the sound or vibration of your voice. Ask the tree to allow the united consciousness of the trees to flow through you or you can ask the tree to align you on a deeper level with the soul of the Creator. You may even ask the tree to assist you in connecting with the energies of your soul deep within you. With practice and dedication a connection will build and as a trust develops so you will receive needed wisdom and enlightenment to aid your connection with the Earth and the Creator and to assist you in supporting the ascension of the Earth and humanity.

Wild energy today. It will be in the 80′s today and I say this because I have recieved 2 static electricity shocks. I never get them in the warm weather and I mean never. I just talked to this girl Ashley and she was telling me of a weird dream she had and had in the past similar dreams with the same characters. The point is she was out helping someone last night and I didnot talk to her last night or this mourning. I asked her just now what time did you get home last night but in my mind I knew it was 1030. How? I had to ask her now if we talked this mourning or last night because I know I had already asked her of the time she came home. Well she told me in her dream I had asked her the same Question. unbelievable!!! Also I went to the bank and seen they were chemtrailing us but the slyphs were all over the place. One chemtrail was slyphed right in the middle of it and when I walked a half of block i seen the left side of the trail was gone and the slyph looked like a gigantic bird with a huge wingspan.
Another thing about ashleys dream is we were to see this man that i had a question for . Ashley knew he was not who he preached to be and to make a long story short at the end a ship came down and the occupants took this man onto the ship. Im telling you all things are really gettng wild lately and time is accelerating faster and faster as we go. I mean wild in a good way. Hello Beloved Lightworkers,

Each of you have been clearing all that you are not and this is an ongoing process and will continue unabated until your Light Body has fully descended into your physical body system. It has been a difficult time for many of you as you continue to wrestle with your own self identity and sense of who you really are, and not only yourself but those that are closest to you. Please understand, Beloved Ones, that there are a great deal of energies intermingling at this time, from the past, present and future, all is coming together, all that needs to be addressed, acknowledged, observed and released. Do not despair, but rather, realize that in the overall Plan, this is actually a very positive occurrence. As you release what you are not and let it go, more Light takes its place within you and this is how you are making inroads on your spiritual journey.

It is very important at this time, Beloved Ones, to keep firmly in mind that your thoughts are powerful and that what you focus on, will manifest for you, so it behooves each of you to keep your thoughts turned to the positive, to the highest vision and highest outcome in all situations. We realize that this is very difficult to do when you are in the throes of releasing, just know that you have an incredible amount of support and that you are never alone. Your spiritual guides, teachers and angels work unceasingly with each of you, inspiring you from on high, uplifting your spirits when you grow weary and helping you to sleep so that we can better assist in the adjustments to your physical bodies. The changes within you are happening at a much faster rate now and those of you reading this message are at the forefront of the metamorphosis taking place within you and upon and within the Earth. As you change, Mother Earth also changes and you help each other along the path to Ascension.

We advise, as before, great amounts of pure, clean water, more than adequate rest and as much time outdoors as is possible, for these three things do much to restore and maintain your equilibrium at this time. Many of you are feeling the desire to bring your physical bodies into greater health and performance for you are responding to the urges of your Higher Self as you are being prepared to embody your higher bodies and to become more multi-dimensional than at present. It is a challenging time for all and also the most exciting time to be alive and expressing upon this Planet at this most significant turning point in Her history. Mother Earth is truly grateful for all the energies of Love and healing that are being sent to Her. If you are one who tears up as you decree the Invocation to the Cosmic Light, we wish for you to realize that what you are experiencing is the immense gratitude of Mother Earth as you do this and this gratitude expresses through you as the welling of tears and choking of voice, for Her gratitude knows no bounds. The more you are attuned to Mother Earth, the greater the feeling of empathy with Her.

Keep on keeping on, Beloved Lightworkers and rest assured that your efforts are not in vain and that what you have and are, accomplishing, far surpasses all former expectations. Each Light that turns on adds to the momentum and is having a far reaching effect. Remember that where you are situated on Earth at this time is exactly where your Light is needed and those in your communities are blessed beyond measure for it, whether they are consciously aware of it or not. The time of the Lightworker is coming to the fore. The Great Work has begun and we of the Higher realms are so very excited by all the possibilities and probabilities that lie waiting to manifest upon your World. Take heart and listen to the still, small voice within you, for this is your greatest ally at this time.

Admiral and John, it is clean the house day so I have been busy. I just got done reading that David Wilcock blog. Good stuff but it is so long. I could sit here all day reading all the stuff and watching all the videos you all post. Good Lord. My whole family has been feeling sick this week, like the flu or something. My mom says a stomach thing is going around. I figure it’s got something to do with the dark hats trying to poison us or something.
Quad and John, I understand why there has been no disclosure so far but I thought we had defeated the dark and all that had been resolved? So why are they still pretending? Like you all say, something feels different, a lot of signs are starting to point to disclosure. Why else would they go after

Sassy have they been doing heavy spraying in your area lately. I mean if they are really sick they should see a doctor but it could also be ascension symptoms which appear as flu like symptoms. tell them to drink plenty of water. When I go through bad symptoms I try to concentrate and releasing the old energy with blessings and then I take in this new energy. Here is something I read that I feel is important with the new energy. I was reading a channelled message and one reason we have so many symptoms is when this new energy comes into our physical body it is kind of like a foreign substance coming into us that our bodies have not experienced. So our body acually fights this off and causes some of these symptoms. The trick is to bring this energy into your body and give your body permission to accept this new energy.
On the dark hats, like matthew saids they still have their evil tentacles hanging around. This is left over energy. Also the ones incarnated as humans are fighting tooth and claw to not have disclosure or the ascension occur. They even planned a fake alien invasion where they would have murdered many and blamed the ET’S.Slowly but surely they are falling and most dont know what to do. Some have actually turned to the light.

- Famed astrophysicist Stephen Hawking isn’t the only man concerned about the potential ramifications of an extraterrestrial presence on Earth.

Turns out, a growing number of people are becoming involved in “exopolitics,” the study of the political ramifications of alien visitors — whether they be friend or foe — and how humans should prepare for either scenario.

Take Michael Salla, an international politics scholar who in 2001 started dedicating his time to exopolitics. Since then, Salla, an expert in conflict resolution, has been lobbying for extra transparency from the government regarding extraterrestrials.

He says that it’s imperative for the planet to have a plan just in case an E.T. decides to make Earth his new home.

“It’s not necessary to assume E.T.s are real, just possible,” Salla said. “Then you prepare for it and think through all the issues.”

According to Salla, those issues include deciding how the alien presence will be announced (he advocates announcing the presence of microbes and working up to more sentient beings), and who will be in control — a secret committee or a corporate entity.

Even more important: If the E.T.s have superior technology, should they be forced to share it?

Of course, another big issue is determining the protocol for contact between humans and aliens, lest either side be exposed to strange viruses, a Romeo and Juliet situation between Martians and Earthlings — or worse.

“A big question is how will humans interact with aliens,” Salla said. “If someone is threatened by one, will they take a shot at them while driving by? And, if so, will this be as illegal as shooting a human?”

Luckily, for Salla and the others in this pioneering form of paranormal political science, they aren’t the only ones asking these questions.

“In the last six months, both the Vatican and the Royal Society of London have held astrobiological conferences studying the implications of life found on other worlds,” he said.

Exopolitician Alfred Webre is confident that an alien discovery would have a major earthly impact. He believes that the politician or head of state who announces an encounter with an E.T. will have an incredible amount of political capital internationally.

No wonder, he says, that many UFOlogists believe that JFK planned to make such an announcement before his 1963 assassination.

However, Webre also admits that if, say, President Barack Obama were to make such an announcement, it could likely fall prey to the partisan battles that have plagued other big issues such as the economy, immigration reform and health care.

“There have been rumors that Obama might make such an announcement, but there have been so many immediate crises that what might be a political slam dunk hasn’t taken place,” said Webre, who recently shocked the world by claiming that both the U.S. and Russia have developed electromagnetic weapons that can trigger earthquakes.

Webre concedes that while being the person who announces the real presence of alien life will make history, it’s possible that E.T.s might not want to put their eggs in one basket, politically speaking, since they wouldn’t want to give the appearance of favoring one nation over another.

“Exopolitician” Alfred Webre says the United States and United Nations need to plan how to deal with extraterrestrials that may land on our planet.

If and when aliens “do surface, the thought is that they’d do it through a neutral party such as the United Nations,” Webre said.

Other exopoliticians, like political activist Stephen Bassett, believe that the governments of the world — especially the United States — don’t want to give such a momentous announcement to the U.N.

Bassett, a registered lobbyist who wants Congress to release information about the presence of aliens, says any announcement made about E.T.s — at least in the U.S. — is only likely to happen with the express cooperation of U.S. military intelligence.

“Barack Obama won’t say he wants to reveal the truth; the military will come to him and say, ‘You’re the guy,’” Bassett said. “Then there would be a substantial press conference with all the evidence anyone could want that proves the presence is real.”

And he says that announcement would come quickly.

Registered lobbyist Stephen Bassett says once a world leader like Barack Obama decides to announce the presence of E.T.s, he will move quickly to prevent the possibility of a leak.

“You can’t have a leak 20 days in advance,” Bassett said. “You don’t float trial balloons. You make the decision and you move quickly.”

Bassett, who is organizing the X-Conference 2010, an exopolitical gathering May 7 to 9 in Washington, D.C., says that after a nation makes the initial announcement, others would promptly follow. But he admits, “This is a transcendent issue. Whatever country makes the announcement will get most of the historical attention.”

Although Bassett believes any such announcement would be made by one nation, Webre says he and other exopoliticians have been talking with members of the U.N. General Assembly regarding U.N. Resolution 33/426, which is a proposal to set up a Department of Extraterrestrials Affairs.

He is more confident of this happening than Salla.

“There has been a 60-year period where any information that the governments of the world may have has not been shared with the public,” he said. “Whatever is decided, it needs to be done with transparency and accountability. It’s important to share such information with U.N. and U.S. office holders.”

Of course, a lot has changed in that 60-year period. Webre says that in 1961, studies indicated that a sudden announcement of an alien presence would scare people and cause psychological distress and panics, like the one that surrounded Orson Welles’ 1938 “War of the Worlds” hoax.

“A more recent study showed that 85 percent view an announcement about aliens on Earth as something positive,” he said.

However, Webre may get some argument from Hawking, who is still pessimistic about trying to make friends with an alien species.

“If aliens ever visit us, I think the outcome would be much as when Christopher Columbus first landed in America, which didn’t turn out very well for the Native Americans,” he said while promoting his new Discovery Channel series “Into the Universe With Stephen Hawking.”

But Salla says the extreme divide between cynics like Hawking and optimists like the Vatican, which has declared that God may have created theologically minded beings on other planets besides Earth, is OK, just as long as the debate is happening.

“While one can heartily disagree with Hawking’s public policy recommendation of ignoring intelligent alien life, he is to be congratulated for elevating exopolitical study as a ‘perfectly rational’ discussion,” Salla said.
