It is true, I also first thing each day check to see if there is another message with hopefully more information. It really really helps! Especially for some of us Lightworkers who have known for a very long time that this is not our real home. And you just can’t fit in and no one understands you. I look forward with great anticipation and excitement of your ships landing upon our shores soon!! And you being able to help us to help Mother Earth!! Thank you so very much!!!!!

Beloved Lightworkers,

Get ready for a great increase in the downpouring energies. The next month will be filled with many changes taking place within you as you continually receive these powerful attunements and as this occurs, many wonderful events will take place. It will first take place in the situations that have been taking your focus and attention during the previous months and all of a sudden, it will be as though none of it happened at all. It will leave many of you confused about what just occurred. Was what you were experiencing real or a figment of your imagination? Life will take on a surreal feeling and you will be questioning yourselves constantly. Our advice is to become still and get out into nature and just be. Allow yourself to reconnect within and breathe, and get back to the basics of who you are, at your core, the wonderful Being of Light and Love who has always cared about ‘the other’ more than about yourself.

You have been carrying a heavy load, for you have taken up some of the load of the mass consciousness grid and you have each been playing out these energies in your own lives. Many strange and puzzling things have been taking place and the more you have tried to solve the puzzle of it, the more confused things have become. The secret here is to let go of it all and take a rest from everything. If it is at all possible, find a quiet and tranquil place where you can be at peace and observe what is around you, the birds, insects, flowers and trees, the clouds and their formations, the sun shining upon your skin or the rain dropping from the sky onto your face. Attune to these simple events and allow yourself to be in observation and detachment mode.

Your calmness and equilibrium is much needed at this time. Bring out your sense of humor and laugh often at any amusing thoughts that come to you. We from the Higher realms are endeavoring to bring to you feelings of joy and lightness in order to help you move beyond the situations that you find yourselves in and hopefully, break free of them. Many veils you have lived under are now being removed and your life will suddenly make more sense than ever before. You will start to remember your Higher purpose here on Earth and the role each of you have chosen to play in the Divine Plan and all the puzzle pieces will begin to come together. It is a playing out of all that is in the process of completion and you will soon find yourselves in a much happier and more joyful place. All that went before will seem to have been just a dream and as with all dreams, will fade from your memories.

We thank each of you for being willing to experience these emotions and situations in order to come to a place of balance. This voluntary service has enabled the Light quotient upon the Earth to rise to a higher level. It now remains for you to maintain this momentum and keeping it firmly anchored into the Earth’s core. Most of you now maintain your central core and meet all new experiences and changes with the greatest balance and equilibrium. We say ‘well done’ and ‘thank you’ from all upon the Higher planes. Through all your feelings of pain, suffering and confusion, you maintained the concept of the Higher purpose being at work within your lives and now, the time has come to release and let go. Laughter and light heartedness will make this process easier. Everyday, find things and situations to laugh about. Observe yourself laughing, observe your feelings and your reactions and responses and learn the difference between these. Know that at your central core, you are united with the greater purpose of Life, which is to go forth and experience all that can be experienced in order to discern all that the situations have offered you as the gifts of learning and growth.

Stay as relaxed as you possibly can in these times and just send the energies of the Love that you are to everyone and everything around you. Love will overcome all that has been presented to you. Search deep within yourselves and realize that this is your bottom line. Love conquers all else. Love is the most powerful force in the Universe. With Love all things are possible. With Love, the burdens and cares are lifted and the new day and the new way beckons onward. Many golden opportunities will present themselves to you and you will be choosing what role to step into. These times are exciting and exhilarating and ready to be explored and experienced to the fullest. Stay centered at all times. You are each loved and adored beyond measure. All will make sense as you continue this journey.

Addy I have this guy I work with that is not getting it at all. He does what he is told, but he knows not the purpose of his function. The scary thing is he has worked at this place for four years. I figured out a way to get the msg across to him one night. Yet in attempting to help him I discovered why the world is the way it is…
I believe that the ancient egyptian priest knew how to Manipulate the populace. If you know what people Value you can Control them or use them. The egyptians didn’t go to schools like we do today. So what if they created a system like we have that Teaches us what to value? Because we were not taught how to learn we were taught how to fit into society and how to regergitate what they tell us for the sake of competition and testing. Just a thought..! The Pentagon and US government have drawn up emergency plans to evacuate much of the population surrounding the Gulf of Mexico in anticipation of toxic rain and severe environmental damage, a military intelligence source says. The extreme environmental destruction and the deliberate failure to put an end to the oil leaks are all part of the dark cabal’s bargaining strategy since all they have left to bargain with now is the threat of mayhem. At the same time, a senior oil industry source has approached the White Dragon Society with an offer of $60 billion a month to be spent on saving the planet so long as the money goes through the Vatican, the BIS and the Federal Reserve Board.

The moves by the Feds, the BIS, the Vatican and the oil people are a clear sign they are at last recognizing the handwriting on the wall. The situation is not looking very good for them at all right now.

First of all, the attack on the Euro is moving ahead via the weakest dominoes. After Greece, the next targets of speculative attack will be Spain (already happening), Italy and the five Baltic states, according to a senior member of the Rothschild family. After that, the next phase of the attack will proceed against France, then England and finally the United States. The result will eventually be revolution followed by banksters hanging from lampposts as famously predicted by George Bush Senior.

The attempt by Germany to ban naked short selling is healthy in the sense that naked short selling creates volatility but ultimately, it is just a case of shooting the messenger. The underlying reality cannot be regulated away. The fact of the matter is the Mediterranean, British and US people have been living beyond their means for a very long time and their international credit has dried up. Each of these regions either needs to issue a new, devalued currency or else watch their economies implode until wages fall to developing country levels. A debt write-off is also definitely a must for all of these regions because the alternative is the politically impossible scenario of hundreds of years of debt slavery for these peoples. The debt will be paid in gold and the White Dragon Society has enough for all.

In the US, meanwhile, white hats in the Pentagon are steadily making their preparations for a major move against the Washington D.C. Corporation. The mobilization of militias and military outfits around the country are not directed against the American people, Pentagon sources say. Although as little as a year ago about half the US military establishment was ready to support the Federal Reserve Board crime syndicate, that is no longer the case. The Pentagon has now told Washington they will not move against the US people. Furthermore, if necessary, the Chinese and the Russians will help the American patriotic forces defend themselves against Blackwater (Xe) S.S. Stormtroopers should things come to a head.

The last source of Federal Reserve Board strength would seem to be their corporate propaganda media but that is just a paper tiger. All the Pentagon would need to do is occupy the main networks and newspapers and force them to do what they have long since stopped doing: tell the truth.

The Cabal that has secretly ruled the West for thousands of years is running out of time to reach a deal. What used to be a unified monolith is now splintering into increasingly small fragments.

As we have already seen England has split from the US, the Mediterranean countries are splitting from Northern Europe and the US is internally split too.

Furthermore, the Vatican is now split into three groups that are engaged in a vigorous internal struggle: Opus Dei, the Jesuits and the Vatican itself. Ultimately, the Pope will have to resign and the Vatican will have to reveal its secrets before this dispute can be settled by God-fearing average Catholics.

The situation in Israel is also coming to a head. The flotilla that is attempting to break the blockade of Gaza is backed by Turkey.

Turkey, once a strong ally of Israel, is now spearheading an Islamic movement against the Zionist state. This completely alters the balance of power in the region and makes Israel look increasingly like the Crusader state at the time of Saladin. Take a look at the amount of soldiers (including reserves) available to each side should things come to a head:

Turkey 1,075,000

Syria 536,000

Iran 3,675,000

Lebanon 85,000

Egypt 1,109,000

While it may seem premature to include Egypt in this list since they formally signed a peace treaty with Israel, Egypt is definitely headed for regime change. It should also be noted Turkey has a state-of-the-art NATO-equipped military Nor is the United States likely to intervene militarily on behalf of Israel given the current political situation in the US these days.

It should be noted that the offer of $60 billion a month to the White Dragon Society was made contingent on coming up with some sort of settlement of ancient disputes between the three main peoples of the book: the Jew/Protestants, the Vatican and the Muslims.

The solution is really quite simple to reach now that the nightmarish Satanic plan to enslave humanity is coming to an end: live and let live. If you look at the situation objectively you will see there is no reason for conflict between these groups, all the fighting and strife between them has been artificially engineered.

As usual, there is a lot we are being asked not to report at present in order to prevent ongoing, sensitive negotiations and preparations from being derailed. We do not expect any public announcements yet but we can say that this week’s Bilderberg meeting in Spain is being countered by a secret, extremely powerful non-Bilderberg meeting elsewhere. The secrecy is only temporary and is meant to protect people’s lives until the situation is ready for the long-awaited public announcements. Until that happens, hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

Welcome, sweet ones. It gives us great pleasure to be before you at this time and with great sadness too as we see what is happening to this beautiful jewel on which you exist – planet Earth. The greed of humanity has caught up and caused a disaster that has spread through the oceans, of unequal proportion to this moment in time. There is certainly a focus through light workers, and those awakened in many traditions and cultures, in bringing the thoughts and intentions and prayers that this oil spill and the mechanical failure will be able to be sorted, and for events to unfold in the most positive light. And we can hope for this too, sweet ones, for the shifting on a consciousness level certainly creates a large part of one’s reality. However, when we look at the oceans, or we look at the land, and we see many of these seemingly tragic events, we are seeing simply many of the negative aspects to humanity. There has been a call to the space brothers and sisters to assist in this man-made disaster, and to assist in looking to stop this oil leak as much as possible. While it is possible that Divine Intervention may be given at some point, at this moment in time we wish simply to work with the elements of the Earth and Nature Intelligence in particular, with your focus and assistance in bringing about the necessary change, in bringing about the necessary momentum to assist in stopping this oil spill.

So breathe deep into your body now, coming into that sacred space within yourself, honoring yourself as this Being of Light, feeling the essence of Love, and most importantly, of the empowerment and the knowing of your ability to affect change. So bring yourself into that deep space, call upon the energy of your Master Guides and Guardian Angel, create this energetic connection now to your Higher Light, breathing through the Light of who you are as this Master Being, coming into that space within yourself of Love and peace and harmony, regardless of what is happening around you. Hold this focus, sweet ones, as you initially now visualize a vortex of Light within and around the area containing this oil spill, off the Gulf of Mexico. As you bring your focus and consciousness to this area, you notice you are connected to Light Beings, Light Workers, and many Beings of Light that are assisting as your Star brothers and sisters of the Light. Further to this, this Overlighting is occurring with Mother Earth herself, Nature Intelligence , and in particular all the devas related to the sea creatures and to all life that is affected at this moment in time, in the oceans of this world. Hold the focus, sweet ones, as you visualize now the mechanical failures initially being sorted out, this oil spill stopping, bring a focus simply to the intention of this occurring and with this visualize a golden light coming through within this vortex of light, bringing through the energy of Unity Consciousness, the golden ray of this beautiful Age of Enlightenment. Allow this ray simply to connect in Love to the hearts and minds of all life on this earth plane, taking away the lower negative vibrational frequencies as much as they can be lifted at this moment in time, and bringing simply the sense of unconditional love.

As this occurs visualize the waters clearing. Create a sacred space within this for those sea mammals that have been affected by this oil spill, see the essence of Nature Intelligence creating a vortex of Light and lifting these beautiful Beings into their next level of conscious awareness. Hold the focus of healing, of clearing, of bringing about this change that will assist in not only the clearing of the waters, the stopping of this oil spillage, but in holding this energy of love as these beautiful sea creatures that have been affected, are taken into the heart of nirvana.

You now repeat the following invocation:- “In the I Am presence that I Am, I assist in the healing of Mother Earth, and in the healing of myself. I visualize the waters clearing as I bring through the golden flame of Love. I hold this sacred space for all life, and particularly at this moment for these sea creatures of Light. I hold this sacred space for all life, for Mother Earth, as I assist in the transmuting of lower frequencies on this earth plane, and in assisting the oceans of this world. I bring joy and love, I bring the intention of change that will create a beautiful planet of Love, I hold this in consciousness as a reality of co-creation in One Unity Consciousness. May all life be blessed and lifted into the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God, in Love, in unity, in peace and harmony.” Good.

Just hold this focus , sweet ones, bringing your consciousness simply to assist in creating this change that will stop this oil spill, and clear the oceans of the Earth.

Welcome to June folks!

First of all may I apologise on behalf of my mailing list programme. It decided to play up last week when I sent out news of a new channelling on 27th. Some received it twice and some not at all. I am TRUSTING all will be back to normal when I send this out!!

So then, what words of upliftment, what wisdom is to be imparted as we move so speedily on through into THE NEW WORLD?

Truly is there actually anything left to be said? Indeed there is much taking place … so many circumstances strewn across this globe that requires all the tender loving care we can offer. Yet, is it not that we now KNOW what is required of us? We have been offered teaching from so many different angles. We are at liberty to pick and choose that which suits and resonates. We KNOW now that the only thing to do ABOUT EVERYTHING is to BE OF LOVE. The question is … have we sussed out how to BE THAT LOVE?

I am working at it. Every day I find myself presented with situations that require me to ‘think’ for a minute and then act in an appropriate manner. And depending on the situation although I may KNOW that I must simply BE OF LOVE , it can sometimes take a few hours until my heart space is in correct alignment to actually FEEL that TRUTH and GRACEFULLY allow LOVE to take over without me interfering. I am working on not having the few hours before that takes place, or indeed any time at all.

I feel we are all ascending to a place within ourselves when whatever occurs is simply reciprocated through LOVE. WE ARE OF IT as we KNOW, yet it seems we still have quite a few remnants of the part of us that we no longer require. The part that has restricted and maimed the extraordinary essence of who we are. When you consider the damage done to our purest souls, it is no wonder that a healing process must be put in place. Deep wounds take longer to recover. Yet we are now experiencing a time when ALL HEALING is to be upon us. We are soon to be FREE. And yes, it may feel at times that NOTHING is changing and on the outside the planet seems to be in a worse state than ever before. But on the inside … deep within side each one of us WE KNOW … don’t we? … WE KNOW SOMETHING … we just need to hang on in there for a little while longer in order for that something to be revealed, so we can claim ‘ I KNEW IT’.

These days now and ahead require our TRUST on a level far greater than we have so far offered. For it is NOW that we musty diligently HOLD OUR LIGHT , anchor it steadfastly into the heart of Mother Earth and FEEL the union … the bond of each individual coming together in order to seal the pact that we made AS ONE before we entered our earthly life this time round.

IT IS NOW that we must keep on keeping on and not succumb to forces that are in their very last throws of attempting to disrupt this glorious plan.

What we came here to do is about to be done … I long to meet so many as we nod in silent agreement in a place that is to be our new home.

I recently watched a video by Drunvalo Melchizedek (and I thought my name was unusual!!) It is an hour and twenty minutes long .., but for me I found it so worthwhile to know the information he shared. Might not be everyone’s cup of tea, but I felt the need to pass it on.

“Greetings.

It is I, Aca’u who speaks to you now.

Tempers flare as the oil leak continues and environmental catastrophe unfolds. So how will you handle it? Damn them? Curse those responsible? Or send Light & Love to your Mother, Earth. You cannot do both. It is from a loving heart that healing occurs. For love is the only healing energy there is. Love heals. The results will progress more smoothly if you send love daily.

The company must take full responsibility for what it has created. That is the Law of Cause and Effect. They seek solutions. Bless them. It is far more effective than damnation. This catastrophe has caused each person to consider the true price of oil. It pushes the search for alternate fuel sources. Nature takes a toll. It has the power to heal with your assistance. You are each so very powerful if you would but recognize it.

Remember to take control of your thoughts! They are manifesting more quickly than ever. Pay attention to what you are thinking and saying throughout your day, for that is how your future is created.

In your personal lives many continue to find challenges arise. Is this not the fodder for soul growth? With each challenge you face, you gain strength, awareness, wisdom. Look at who you were 12 months ago and who you are today. Growth, progress, evolvement. Take note of it. You are not the same person you were then because the universal vibration has increased many fold in the past year, spurring on accelerated growth within each one of you.

For many, this has not been easy. You have been asked to review your core beliefs. Also, you are asked to examine, What are my true priorities? What are my core values? How do I want to spend my time? How can I express who I really am? You are realizing how precious life is and how precious you are.

For many, it has been a time of reconnecting with loved ones on a different foundation. One with eyes wide open as to the strengths and weaknesses in the relationship.

Unexpected change is occurring quickly on many fronts. Flexibility is key. For in these times of accelerated evolution, life can quickly change to put you with people, jobs, and into situations where you are most able to grow And not only for your growth but where you are most able to assist others You are in a giving and receiving space. Those you need, you will attract to you and those who need you will be drawn to you. Some of these relationships will assist through positive interaction while others create opportunities for growth through very challenging interactions.

Know this, relationships are the focal point of the Summer Solstice period. You will find yourself drawn to examine your relationships in several different areas:

1. Your relationship with nature: There will be a pull deep within to connect with nature, to feel it’s beauty and healing quality, and to examine how you relate to it. Have you appreciated it? How do you acknowledge it? Do you connect with nature? It is good to do so on a daily basis. Take a walk outside, breathe in the sweetness of fresh air, touch the petals of the fragile yet intoxicating flower, admire the strength and flexibility of the grasses, the industriousness of the ants, the pollination by the bees who provide much of your food, the gracefulness of the bird in flight. These everyday occurrences are wondrous miracles in their reflection of the Divine. Strengthening the bond between humanity and nature is crucial to this stage in your evolutionary process. Foster it.

2. Your relationship with others: We have spoken of this throughout the past year. This is a time to review relationships. You will find yourself able to love others more deeply than ever before as your capacity to love heightens. This is a love that is unconditional, a giving with no strings attached. It is in accepting the other for who they are today, lumps and bumps and all that I speak of here. In that acceptance is the love. In the love is the healing. As you love, you deliver healing and are yourself healed. Thus, your world is healed.

Your heart expands to encompass the capacity for expressing Divine Love, a love far beyond emotional feeling. Through this increased capacity to love, many of your relationships will deepen and grow as never before.

As in all things, polarity rules and therefore, you may choose to end some relationships that no longer resonate with you. These volatile times can bring out qualities in people you may not have seen before. You see others in a new light as the veil lifts. And you may discover that some relationships have outlived their time in your life and will be shed. This is as it should be. As I have said many times before, it is best in the attitude of “Thank you for all that was. I wish you well”. Be and let be without the judgment factor.

Please continue to foster independence in yourself and in your loved ones. This is a time for people to stand on their own two feet, take responsibility for their lives and for their decisions. This doesn’t mean you don’t help others in need but it does mean you don’t allow over-dependence. Take a close look my friends, at who is dependent on you and to what degree. If it is out of balance, correct it. In this space, can you both grow.

3. Your relationship with the inner plane: My world of the more subtle forces and yours of the physical are closer now than ever before. Your ability to communicate and connect with the inner plane has vastly increased in recent years. You are able to communicate with angelic force, guides and master teachers as the veil between your world and mine continues to lift. It is a matter of stilling the mind and going within. “Ask and you shall receive”, “Knock and the door shall be opened” are very true statements. If you will but ask, Divine Assistance will be there Trust. Some may hear the answer to their need, some may feel it, some simply know from a deep inner level how to handle a challenging situation. You are never without Divine support.

Those you love who have crossed over are never really separated from you. The bond of love spans beyond time and space. Our worlds are one, separated only by your thoughts that they are. Your loved ones are with you even now, for life is everlasting. Reach within and touch that space. It is always there for you.

4. Your relationship with your Reality Self: This is by far the primary relationship to foster, your connection with your Divine Reality Self, your High Self with. This is Who you Really Are. You are a Divine Being living a physical existence. You are immortal. You are wise. You have all the answers you need, the guidance and support within. Allow that Self to guide you daily. Let that small Light within the very center of your being grow until it fills you and pushes out through every cell of your being, enlightening you. It will feed you throughout your day. Just as food fuels your body, let your inner Self fuel your mind and heart. For you are moving towards living in the Light Body more and more. Go within, connect and know that this Reality Self can see you through absolutely anything you experience.

You have chosen to live in a changing world with all the challenges and joys it holds. You are the bridge between the old and the new, as one world passes and a new world dawns. Harbingers of change, rejoice in the honor it is to be on Earth at one of its most exciting and dynamic times. You are never given more than you can handle. Reach deeply within yourself to the core of strength, wisdom and resiliency that is there. You’ll know what to do and how best to do it.

Trust that the future is one of peace, happiness and fulfillment.

As the divine plan for humanity and Planet Earth continues to unfold, every one of you is doing your part, as you all agreed to do. When you observe the illusory reality you have built for yourselves, and all the suffering and disharmony that is occurring within it, remind yourselves that by focusing your attention on what is wrong with it you are supporting it, and all the wrongs you see therein. Without your focused attention and support the illusion will disintegrate.

So many of you have become aware that the apparent reality in which you are experiencing life is an illusion, nevertheless it still fascinates you and succeeds in attracting a large percentage of your attention. You do know that Reality, All That Exists, is contained within God Who is limitless, that there is nowhere else apart from Him, and that within Him is infinite divine harmony, peace and Love.

The disharmony and the suffering that you see and experience are the effects of your combined imaginations that build and support the illusion, as you focus your attention there. Your task is to focus on the Love on which your existence depends, by opening your hearts to receive It abundantly, and by allowing It to flow freely through you. As you do this you will realize that every one else is also enveloped in this divine energy field, and that it flows through them as it does through you.

Once this knowing starts to permeate your awareness what you see as wrong, unacceptable, and threatening in others will begin to dissolve as the light of Love in them, which is who they really are, becomes apparent to you. Their unpleasant aspects, on which you previously focused your attention, will be seen for what they are — calls for love and acceptance — just like aspects of yourself with which you are not terribly enamored, but which you may have used in self defense.

The way forward is to cease using defensive behavior in response to perceived attack, and to cease attacking those you perceive as wrong or threatening. You know from experience that this behavior encourages similar behavior in retaliation, and both parties end up feeling unfairly treated, and bearing grudges. Each one of you is a perfect creation of divine Love, so allow the light of that Love within you to direct all your thoughts, words, and actions. Truly this is what you all want, otherwise you would not pray for world peace.

World peace will occur, but you have to bring it about by being peaceful, not by defending peace. That truly is an oxymoron. The first time you make the decision not to defend yourself when attacked and act on that decision is the most difficult. But as it becomes a habit it becomes easier, and brings you increasing inner peace. It is a decision to forgive instead of to react, and it results in your personal energy field becoming peaceful. Everyone has an energy field, and its natural state is one of loving kindness, but when you are fearful or anxious your field becomes distorted and unstable, and others feel it and adjust their fields accordingly. This occurs mostly below the level of conscious awareness, but as you practice being peaceful you will find your awareness of energy fields strengthens.

When you are peaceful so is your energy field which encourages the energy fields of others to resonate with it, spreading peace like ripples on a pond. Be peaceful, share your peace, cause world peace to occur, and allow the illusion to fade away.

Good mournig all and a happy tuesday to everyone. Great 3 day weekend ( it relly should be 3 days every week) I did a lot of house cleaning and then had a barbecue on monday at my mothers house. Oh Yeah I forgot about saturday. Well no wonder I forgot as i drank too much vodka.We were doing shot after shot and watching american idol and some other mindless shows but the more you drink the harder it is to even watch tv as you want to talk and laugh so much. I had a great dream sunday night with a huge sighting. Lately there have been spirals of cloud formations being reported. I know the canadian was a hoax but did you see the one over russia Well in the dream i look to the sky and there were 4 spirals inthe sky. One was huge and perfectly formed with the other 3 circled around this circle. They were so clear, perfectly forme and did not move or dissapait at all. I remember thinking as the dream felt so real that I cant wait to go to work to tell all the folks on the GM about this. Louie: Thank you for posting the A. Deane link on project camelot The Mechanics of Ascension. I was very drawn to watching this. I enjoyed listening to her. But I woke up this morning with the same feelings that I came away with after watching the video: For almost 2 1/2 hours I watched, listened, studied her diagrams, maps…When it was over I realized that I never heard her say the word “LOVE” even one time! She didn’t mention names of other people, but said what they were doing was mis-guided. She also said that channeling hurts the DNA… So I sad there with a hollow feeling…none of my usual “reactions”. She said this is a 200 year EVAC and we would not ascend the usual way. And that the earth would be destroyed. I just wonder, where is the “heart” in all of this?! The whole point in my limited understanding was that humanity would be ascending not thru death this time, and that the planet would ascend with us. She spoke at great length of a warring universe(S). I did not get my usual “hit” either in my solar plexsus or heart chakras….and that is what I find entirely interesting….I also found her descriptions of light beings very interesting, but yet again no Love found there either….What she says and what the Galactics say is two entirely different takes on what is going on, now isn’t it? I find it entirely interesting in that we are offered on a daily basis now every opportunity to go within and find our our truth!!!

Hey! Remember reading a few weeks ago about actor Kevin Costner having invested in some oil clean-up company years ago when he was doing Waterworld? Last I heard the tech was very promising, & very simple, too. Centrifuge-like in that it would collect, spin & separate water & oil, then return almost pristine water back to the Gulf, & store the oil for reuse later. Can’t remember how much gunk it could process in an hour or a day, but it wasn’t an insignificant amount. Plus, these machines would be easy to build (or they already had several set to go). What happened to that?? Sometimes simplest is best.

SG1- You know what really upsets me about war. The rich (I got nothing against rich people or any people) they dont have to send their own families. Mostly minorities. Most of the people join the military due to economic conditions or to get school aid. Then all of a sudden they are in a war zone. Hey isnt it crazy with the statement they hate the french. In america we grew up being brainwashed that the French hate americans. I thought the Japanes would hate us also because of WW2 but the 3 and a half years I sapent in Japan were great and the people there treated me with so much respect and openly accepted me.
Sassy- I know I know I gotta go back to the chardonnay. Vodka does not make me crazy but causes blackouts when I drink too much and anything can happen when you experience a blackout. Once when I was 20 we did too many shots of vodka and I blacked out. I awoke in my attic bed all cozy and tucked in. I said to myself wow as drunk as I got last night I sure made it home safe and dound. When I seen my mother she screamed at me as I was walking up the back stairs and never made it past the first floor. I was sprawled out on the steps and the neighbor downstairs screamed when she seen me. There I go from one extreme of making it home to the next within 15 minutes. Very funny on the willis spelling of watchyoutalkingabout. That should be one word. I think inside he may have wanted to cross over. I have watched him on the Howard Stern show and other reality shows and he always seemed so angry at the world. Most of the times he would walk out of the studio. Also he had so many medical problems. I always seen an air about him of anger and just wanting to get out of this place. God bless his soul.

Admiral, over a year ago i was watching a show “the best waterparks in America,. The one in Texas was rated number one. I want to go so bad as I love the water parks. Even at age 49 I can keep up with the young ones. I havent been to one in at least 4 years. I need a vacation. **Nostradamus and 2012**

If you were to take the years that have been earmarked as the due date for the End Times, you would find few over the last two mil­lennia that have avoided this peculiar honor. The twelfth-century Italian prophet Joachim of Fiore contended that the year 1280 would mark the dawn of the Era of the Holy Spirit, the dawn of spiritual freedom for all. William Miller, a self-educated preacher in early nineteenth-century New York state, predicted on the basis of his intricate scrutiny of biblical texts that Christ would return sometime between March 21, 1843, and March 21, 1844. Although his followers were disappointed, they regrouped to form the vari ous Adventist denominations that still survive today. In the late nineteenth century, Charles Taze Russell, a Pittsburgh haberdasher who delved into scriptural mysteries, claimed that 1874 marked the 6000th year of man’s creation and would inaugurate the Time of the End. Leaving a forty-year “harvest” period brought the target date to 1914. The events of that year seemed at first to prove Russell right, but, at his death in 1916, the Armageddon-like carnage of World War I was still continuing without any providential rescue. After the war had come and gone, Russell’s followers, known as Bible Students, decided that 1914 was the beginning of the end. The largest segment of these (renamed Jehovah’s Witnesses in 1931) later pointed toward a date of 1975, which their revised calculations indicated was the real 6000th year of man’s creation. But this year passed without any serious damage to the heavens or the earth. At the end of the twentieth century, Nostradamus’s date of 1999 was greeted with some apprehension, but, it too, proved to be like any other year.

New Age prophecy, which has retained the habit of apocalyptic speculation while detaching it from the Bible, is now looking to ward 2012. It’s curiously appropriate that the best article I have read about the 2012 phenomenon appears on a website called Cracked.com. Written by Luis Prada, it is entitled “The Six Best 2012 Apocalypse Theories (and Why They Are All Bullshit).” Prada writes, “You may have noticed a recent trend of trying to fit every hackneyed doomsday prophecy into the same red- letter year of 2012. The theories are obtuse, their connections are flimsy and the perceived consequences are completely unsubstantiated. Un­surprisingly, these prophecies are enormously popular.”

Prada’s number one theory is credited to Nostradamus. But Nostradamus makes no reference to the year 2012 in any of his prophecies. Fur thermore, when he does mention dates in the future — 1580, 1609, 1703, 1999 — they are almost always years in which nothing of any great moment occurred. Why, then, has he been connected with 2012? There is, frankly, no good reason. It is simply that Nostra damus has become associated with apocalyptic prophecies as a whole as Prada puts it, “No one else in history has caused more people to stockpile Spam in their bomb shelters” and so has the year 2012, so it was inevitable that the two would be connected.

Then there is the History Channel. Discovering that its most successful shows were not the ones that delved into the saga of the Kentucky rifle or the air tactics of the Third Reich, the net work began producing specials on more exotic subjects such as Nostradamus and 2012. Here is the network’s own write-up of its show Doomsday 2012: The End of Days: “A surprising number of prophets from ancient oracles to contemporary Internet-crawling software ‘bots’ point to December 21, 2012 as the End of Days.” And for “Nostradamus 2012,” we are told, “December 21, 2012 is bearing down on us with alarming speed. Whether or not we are able to collectively heed the warnings and affect a course to avert disaster may be the defining moment of the modern age.” Pre sumably the “may” provides an out in case we don’t have to heed the warnings after all.

These documentaries have, of course, attracted critics. John Major Jenkins, author of Maya Cosmogenesis 2012, described the 2006 History Channel program Decoding the Past: Mayan Dooms day Prophecy (for which he was interviewed) as “45 minutes of unabashed doomsday hype and the worst kind of inane sensation alism.”

I doubt the History Channel will be dismayed by such characterizations certainly not as long as the ratings hold. I have appeared on some of these shows myself, and I can testify that the producers offscreen asking me the questions sometimes have trou ble keeping a straight face.

All this said, these programs would not get such high ratings unless they met a need in the collective psyche. The thought of doomsday generates a weird pleasure in those probably including all of us who feel a deep ambivalence about advanced civilization. We are the creations of this civilization; we could scarcely survive for a week outside the shade of its umbrella; but it is so exacting and artificial that we often find ourselves hating and resenting it. Fantasizing about apocalypse offers a way, even if it is an unsatisfying way, of recon ciling these contradictions in ourselves.

But why 2012? Popularizing this year as a target date for apoca lypse (or universal spiritual renewal) was originally the work of Valum Votan, or, as he is more commonly known, José Argüelles, the alleged “closer of the cycle and messenger of the new time.”

Argüelles is best known as the prophet of the Harmonic Conver­gence of August 16-17, 1987, which attracted tremendous attention worldwide and is generally reckoned as the point at which the New Age entered mass culture an outcome that did not please Argüelles. As he told me in a 1998 interview, “It was the beginning of the New Age as commercial marketing, which was anything but our intention.”

At any rate, from his interpretation of the extraordinarily intri cate Mayan calendar (or calendars — there are apparently seventeen different ones), Argüelles contended that August 16, 1987, marked the end of a “hell cycle” for this planet and that the next five years would be a time of cleansing in preparation for the dawning of a new era on December 21, 2012. Argüelles explains:

“In 2012, the Earth will be in a condition of rapid, unprece dented evolution and change due to the enlightenment of the human species for having returned to living according to the natural 13:20 cycles of time . . . . The oneness of human ity will be the result of the universal telepathy reawakened by returning to the natural cycles. Because of this fact, there will no longer be any need of government, and humanity will have abandoned industrial technology for the develop­ment of spiritual, telepathic fourth-dimensional technologies. Creature comfort needs will be supplied by applications of solar and telepathic crystal technologies. The human race will be living and fulfilling UR, the Universal Religion on Earth. The order of reality will be known as the Dominion of Time. Everyone will be getting ready for the great mo ment of galactic synchronization, July 26, 2013, Yellow Ga lactic Seed, the completion of the telepathic construction of Timeship Earth 2013 and the advent of the Planetary Man itou, the galactic brain on Earth.”

Arguelles urges the world to adopt the Mayan calendar, which is based on a beneficent “13:20″ proportion — the Mayan tzolkin cycle is 260 days or 20 times 13 instead of the pernicious “Baby lonian” calendar, based on a “12:60″ rhythm (with twelve months in a year), which, he contends, has warped and damaged human consciousness.

Argüelles’s ideas do not necessarily become clearer with further explanation. A more lucid account is provided by John Major Jen­kins, who says that December 21, 2012, will be the day on which the point of the sun’s rising at the winter solstice coincides with the “Dark Rift” of the Milky Way, a gap in the galaxy as seen from the earth. The Mayans were aware of this “galactic alignment,” as Jenkins calls it, and believed that it portended a renewal and trans­formation of the age.”

Still another 2012 prophet is the late Terence McKenna, who in the 1990s replaced Timothy Leary as the pope of psychedelia. Mak ing his own hypercomplicated calculations using the I Ching, he arrived at a date for the dawning of a historic “singularity” in mid-November, 2012, but changed it to the Mayan date when he learned of that.

These speculations dovetail with a widespread expectation that we are entering the age of Aquarius, although the date of this oc­currence is far more tenuous. Again, it has to do with the point of the sun’s rising — in this case at the vernal equinox. Over the last 2,150 years (this figure is vague, as is its starting point), the sun has risen on March 21 with Pisces in the background. At some point it will rise, or has already started to rise, with Aquarius in the background: that will mark the dawning of the age of Aquarius. The dates for this event are unclear because there is no clear line between the zones of Pisces and Aquarius in the sky. Dates I have seen range from a.d. 1600 to 2500; C. G. Jung, in his work Aion, which deals in depth with the symbolism of Pisces, suggested that it might begin in 1997, for intricate astronomical reasons.

A third element that converges in this wave of New Age apoca lyptic thought is the Hindu concept of the Kali Yuga, the age of darkness under which, it is widely agreed, humanity now labors. By one fairly standard calculation, this began on January 23, 3012 B.C., although its ending date is, again, a matter of dispute. Most Hindus believe that we are still in the Kali Yuga, although a few say it is over. Sri Yukteswar, teacher of the celebrated yogi Parama hansa Yogananda, argued that it actually ended in A.D. 1699.

The starting date for the Kali Yuga bears a curious though admittedly far from exact-resemblance to the beginning of the Mayan calendar cycle, which is 5,125.36 years in length. Reckoning back from 2012, this takes us back to August 11, 3114 B.C. not the same date as that of the commencement of the Kali Yuga by any means, but reasonably close. There is another, though even less exact, resonance with the traditional Jewish calendar, which dates the creation of the world at 3761 B.C. Although these dates span over 700 years, they fall in roughly the same era. Considering that traditional Jewish reckoning assigns a life span of 6,000 years to the world, we come to an ending date of A.D. 2239.

Most people will respond to these arcane reckonings in one of two ways: to dismiss them as too obscure or to embrace them pre cisely because of their obscurity. Practically everyone who looks for ward to the 2012 target date as the deadline for planetary awakening understands the calculations only dimly but somehow believes that they portend an apocalypse of disaster or is it enlightenment?

It’s instructive to see how the 2012 prophecies have been ma­nipulated by mass culture, notably by the History Channel. Nearly all of the 2012 visionaries see the date as a harbinger of a new and enlightened consciousness for humanity, but the wizards of televi­sion have transmogrified this vision into something that looks very much like a fundamentalist’s Last Judgment. Ironically, this may help explain why the phenomenon has become so popular. The apocalyptic genre has been a vibrant, if corrosive, part of Western civilization since the second century B.C. But today the Western mind has been secularized to the point where many people are likely to laugh at reckonings based on stray verses in Daniel, Eze kiel, and Revelation. At the same time, apocalyptic expectation remains so habitual in the Western consciousness that it still continues to look for signs of doomsday even when it has lost faith in the religions that gave birth to the concept. For the New Ager, or, if you like, the “cultural creative,” psychedelic visions, calendars created by the ancient Maya, the utterances of indigenous sha mans, and calculations based on the I Ching as well as the pro nouncements of Nostradamus are likely to have much more resonance and authority. Hence 2012.

Prophecy is far more significant for what it says about collective needs and wishes than for what it says about the future. And yet I would stop short of dismissing the 2012 prophecies whether or not they are adorned by gleanings from Nostradamus as entirely a matter of wish ful fillment. While it seems to me ridiculous to single out specific dates “of that day and hour knoweth no man” the general pat tern seems to have some significance. As we’ve already seen, several traditional reckonings date the beginning of the current epoch to sometime around 3000 B.C. And one thing is unquestionably true about this period: it is the watershed between history and prehis tory. This period around 5000 years ago marks the beginning of civilization as we know it in Egypt and Mesopotamia and India; of what went before, we know nothing except for fanciful myths and tenuous theories cooked up by archaeologists analyzing pot tery shards. The world was not created in 3000 or 4000 B.C., but our world, the world of man in history, was indeed created then.

Unfortunately, history is a tale of crimes and follies and failures. Even its brightest moments are faint. A civilization reaches a sub­lime flowering, and a generation later plunges back into darkness and decadence. A saint emerges to remind humanity of wisdom and goodness; a few decades afterward his followers turn his teach ings into an excuse for coercion and violence. On the whole, it is far from an inspiring story, and in a way the prediction that every thing will continue as usual is as dark a forecast as the gloomiest mutterings of fanatics. Today we find ourselves saying, with Joyce’s Stephen Dedalus, “History is a nightmare from which I am trying to awake.” Do the prophecies for 2012, however ludicrous they may seem, underscore a hope that humanity will finally awaken collectively?

I believe they do. More than that I cannot say. I am not a prophet, and as this book proves, I do not believe in prophets. But I do sense that the human race is attempting to shake off a long and terrifying slumber. What will come after is sealed off by as impenetrable a wall as the one that shields us from prehistory.

*Fury and despair as BP admits oil could leak for months*

An uncontrollable fountain of oil could gush into the Gulf of Mexico until August, the Obama administration warned today, as BP conceded it was moving to a containment strategy after failing to plug the well at the centre of the most environmentally disastrous spill in US history.

As anger and despair grew in the coastal communities of Louisiana, BP began preparations to cut a leaking drill pipe on the ocean floor and attach a containment cap intended to capture at least some of the 12,000 to 19,000 barrels of crude spewing from its Macondo well every day.

The oil company, which has come under withering attack for its handling of the crisis, acknowledged there was “no certainty” of success in the effort, which will take four to seven days and which some experts say could make the leak worse.

A White House adviser said the US government was “prepared for the worst” after efforts to halt the leak by pumping mud, golf balls, tyres and other debris into the well were halted without success yesterday.

Carol Browner, the administration’s energy czar, said there may be no solution until two relief wells being drilled into the oilfield by BP are complete later in summer. “There could be oil coming up till August when the relief wells are done,” she said. “This is probably the biggest environmental disaster we have ever faced in this country.”

At the weekend, as the failure of BP’s latest attempt became clear, President Barack Obama vented his frustration at the situation.

“It is as enraging as it is heartbreaking, and we will not relent until this leak is contained, until the waters and shores are cleaned up, and until the people unjustly victimised by this manmade disaster are made whole,” Obama said in a statement.

Another two months of leakage from the site of BP’s sunken Deepwater Horizon oil rig would mean that the spill, which already eclipses the 1989 Exxon Valdez disaster in Alaska, would cause even more damage to marshland wildlife habitats and to the livelihood of shrimpers, fishermen and tourism workers in southern states. Oil already stretches over a distance of 130 miles by 70 miles.

Browner said: “We are prepared for the worst. We have been prepared from the beginning.”

As the crisis moved to its fifth week, both BP and Obama faced attacks for failing to come up with a solution. Billy Nungesser, president of Plaquemines parish, Louisiana, called for immediate funding to build a network of sand barriers to protect the coastline.

“It’s time for BP to step up to the plate – don’t wait for the president,” said Nungesser. “Every time that oil takes out a piece of the marsh, a piece of Louisiana is gone forever.”

Oil has been leaking from a broken drilling pipe on the ocean floor since the rig caught fire and sank on 20 April, killing 11 offshore workers.

At the weekend, BP abandoned a “top kill” operation to fix the leak after engineers were unable to stem the pressure of oil with thousands of tonnes of drilling mud. “We’re disappointed that oil is going to flow for a while and we’re going to redouble our efforts to keep it off the beaches,” BP’s managing director, Bob Dudley, told CNN. “We’re moving to a containment operation.”

BP’s new plan involves using underwater robots and a diamond wire-cutter to create a clean cut through the leaking pipe, then attach a “riser” allowing oil to be pumped to the ocean surface and collected by a ship. Experts say it will be difficult to create a watertight seal on a high-pressure gushing pipe at a depth of 1,500 metres (5,000ft).

Former US secretary of state Colin Powell joined calls for the military to take command of the operation from BP. Powell said the problem was beyond the capacity of BP to solve and the government should bring in “decisive force”. He said: “The military brings organisation, it brings control, it brings assets.”

I have been a FedEx Home Delivery driver for a little more than three years. I am what is called a supplemental driver, meaning I work for a contractor who owns the vehicle I drive. I get paid by the day rather than the hour or by the stop, so no matter how long I work it is the same pay. Some days I get home around 5PM and some nights (around Christmas) it may be 10PM.

On my typical day at FedEx (Tuesday-Saturday) I get up at 4:30AM and get ready for work. I leave home shortly after 5 and gas up my van. When I get to the FedEx terminal around 5:45, I start scanning my packages and loading my van. I am one of the first drivers there on most mornings because I like to get the loading done and get dispatched as soon as possible
