The End of WINGS and the Death of the Old

One last note…to those who have seen my good-bye posts in the past….
Now I can look back and see why I always had this feeling that I “was leaving”. My whole process over the course of these months has been preparing me for this time (much like Karen’s had with her). Hence, why I kept thinking it was “the” time…and then realized it was not…not yet. This evolution of our consciousness is NOTHING like our 3D minds can begin to fathom. So, once Stick told me that the drama of my coming and going did not serve me. Well, it was NOT drama for the sake of drama. It was the process of my letting go fully and absolutely of 3D (or dying while being alive) playing itself out. And it actually did serve me and my process. All I ask is you take me seriously this time, and wish me well. Thank you.

OK guys and gals….
I come in peace… I found myself writing a whole new kind of message to post here, since receiving clarity about what happened among some of us on Monday.

What I feel about this site is that it is a great place for people to meet and hang out and talk and share about a wide range of issues pertaining to the present state and process of life we all find ourselves in, and being the creators of. I have no qualms nor judgments; and I certainly have not “copped an attitude”! I am simply heeding the pull of my inner knowing telling me to move on from what no longer feels to be the BEST fit for me.

After reading responses to my posts on Monday, (and thanks to those who posted them), I began feeling the pull to share again, but on a more down-to-brass-tacks level. From some of the responses, I see that what I offer here does make a positive difference to some of you, and yet at times I also see that what I mean to express is often misinterpreted. I realize that is because I need to make my sharing more “relateable”….maybe more descriptive. I write because I can’t not…..it is the gift I’ve been given to share in my service to others. For that reason, its effectiveness does matter to me. So, I am going to try a different tack here, and see where it goes.

I am NOT writing this from my ego or because I want to talk about myself, as some may have felt in the past. I am writing this to show what my process of awakening has asked of me, and how I have allowed it to unfold. I do this because I feel so passionately that we each have both the right and responsibility to do what it takes to REMEMBER WHO WE CAME HERE TO BE!! Like, when the call came out to us from our Creator, and we knew in a heartbeat that we could do this, and that we WANTED TO DO THIS, we raised our hands and WE VOLUNTEERED!! We were told we would forget, that it would be hard, and that we would have to work to remember why we came, but that THEY NEEDED US TO DO OUR JOBS ONCE THE TIME CAME!! And so….I feel it is VITAL to get it that our jobs are NOT to just limp through the changes, hanging onto our duality mind. Our jobs are to CHOOSE, through the conscious use of our free will…..to remember and BECOME once again, our God/Spirit-centered selves, THEREBY DOING WHAT IT TAKES to release our Duality-minded, self-centered, brainwashed, fear-based, survival-mode self. As we all know, we do not get instruction manuals for how to grow into ourselves, and the truth is, nothing does! Plants and animals just be where they are in every NOW moment, in their perfect process of becoming more and more of what they are. They do not feel separate from the process and so they simply ARE the process of creation unfolding AS that manifestation.

And so, this awakening process for us is about consciously moving back into that flow of perfection, with the added bonus of being the conscious co-creators OF the creation and the Beings we are becoming. But many are still unknowingly UNconsciously creating ourselves to remain stuck in the illusion, blocking their own awakening process. This includes me, up until the recent internal shifts within my process, spurred on by what occurred here on Monday for me. This is why I feel moved to share the following.

FIRST & SECOND WAVE AND BRIDGES IN 2010

2010 is going to have a massive effect on our roles as First & Second Waves and Bridges. Many of us will move to a new level by emerging as a True One. As we do, we will come together in a unified purpose as never before.

THE FIRST WAVE

The First Wave are those older souls who have been on this planet for a very long time. We came here under the Master Number 11 to Anchor the New. We have lots of Earth experience and have gathered an abundance of wisdom and knowledge.
….some First Waves will choose to leave the planet this year, feeling that their work here is now complete. Others have simply given up and resigned themselves to living out their final years in isolation. They are so tired and beaten down by life that they no longer believe in their Wildest Dreams.

This always makes me a bit sad, for I am one of the First Wave who knows that we are right on the cusp of the fulfillment of our Wildest Dreams. We are the First Waves who are still rowing with our full beings. Even though we have already completed our monumental task of Anchoring the New, we know that this is the time when we are most needed. It is during the Time of Transition when we have many sceptres of wisdom, knowledge, experience and responsibility to pass on. We also know that we aren’t meant to leave this planet weary and embittered. When we do leave, we shall make our departure singing a joyous song of love and victory.

During 2010, many First Waves will feel a true sense of relief for the first time. This deep relief comes about due to the unprecedented activation and stepping forward of the Bridges and Second Wave. (THANK YOU!!) The First Wave will finally be able to start dismantling their lifetimes of rigorous training to hold on and keep on, no matter what. They will no longer need to put their own personal lives aside so they can continually serve. Now is the time for their Wildest Dreams to blossom.

What I have come to realize is that the label is not important, but the intensity of the spiritual pull from within is. I have just recently realized that my path is that of one of this first wave, and that I will need to be moving on to work beyond this planet, on behalf of this planet. I tell you this because all of you that consider yourselves lightworkers are meant to be FULLY stepping up to the plate, as it is to many of you that the first waves are needing to pass on our wisdom, knowledge, experience and responsibility. I can feel strongly the collective of the first waves, and we truly have become weary and are evolving to a level where we are no longer able to keep carrying the load. The amount of work it has taken for us to get to this place is taking a toll on us, as the report mentions. In some ways this has been heartbreaking to me, as I can see that what it takes to truly take the baton and run with it is largely going unheeded by many. The channeled messages since I have been reading them have told you all in a hundred different ways what is being asked of you, and yet the dedication just does not appear to be there on a level that it truly needs to be.The way it feels to me, we urgently need the rest of you to step up and reach out for the batons that you are to now carry, as we are needing to continue to heed the calls of our souls, too. What a waste of our efforts over many lifetimes if you do not end up wanting to honor and use that which is yours for the asking. And what a loss to all!

There is nothing much at all written about this by those of the first wave, and so I am basically sticking my neck out here with little to back this up, except the knowing that I have a heck of alot of good stuff I am meant to pass on, and so few who seem to want it. That is why I have become relentless in how strongly I speak in my messages to you. Please hear that I say this to you from the depths of my heart and soul, and know that my intention is only to express this to you in a way that may get your attention on a deep, soul level. I, and others like me, are truly exhausted and we simply must begin to put ourselves and the call of our own paths first now.

PLEASE ask your Higher Self to help you FEEL the true calling of your soul, and see if you don’t feel a stirring that feels more real than ANYTHING 3D duality has ever told you. If you do, then keep listening, “step up to the plate”, commit the rest of your life to remembering and BEING who you are, and who you came here to be; then do what you can to get that process started. If you show me you are serious, I will share all I can here with you, and I will share some of the past channeled messages that I feel are “right on” for helping you to do the work that is actually expected of you to do. The good news is, is that now there are so many amazing energy waves helping in the release process from our 3D selves and into the alignment with our Higher Selves. That, along with time compaction and your commitment to release what holds you back, means that the process for you is now greatly accelerated. But, nothing can happen until you step up, start to FEEL your life from within your heart and soul, and commit. And I’m talkin’ FAR MORE than talkin’ the talk. I’m talkin’ BEING the BEING you are within, who already knows HOW to WALK THE WALK, in every now moment. Free will is a gift, and NOT choosing is still a choice!

Please give this the consideration it deserves…..that YOU deserve. I will continue to write and share with you what is radically flowing through me now since Monday. Thank you for reading this and giving it heart-felt consideration and respect.

A bit more just now “came across the wire”…

MY “NUTSHELL” VERSION

Think of a flower seed. Within that tiny seed is ALL the (invisible) information that will orchestrate the be-coming into form of that individual and uniquely exquisite flower. With the help of the soil, the sun, and water, that seed will manifest a miracle into the physical world.

Once planted, the seed receives the message that it is time to grow, and so it does. But in no time, the FORM of the seed must burst apart in order for the sprout to emerge. From then on, a plant that was only invisible potential AS the seed, comes into manifestation. The form of the seed had to give itself over to the process of becoming that which it was meant to become.

THIS is the Big Yes. ALL of life does this, including humans.

Yet unknowingly, we have been split from ourselves and the natural flow of our own growth, through all of the fear-based programming, numbing and dumbing-down that we have endured. Now, we have become aware of this. Now we can take back this awareness of our true nature and MAKE NEW CHOICES for our lives. Now we can see fear for what it ISN’T, and really begin to make our choices for our lives differently.

Now….see and feel YOUR life as that seed. Behold the hidden potential for all of what you are meant to become here on Earth, just as you did for the seed planted in the ground. The natural flow that all of life goes through from being a seed and growing into its full potential is the flow we HAVE BEEN IN ALL ALONG…we were just asleep to that fact.

So, our “Self-seeds” have basically been TRYING to keep growing all along, and yet they have been stifled. This is part of the plan, as duality means learning through the law of opposites. The law says we must master that which is NOT who we are, in order to KNOW who we are. Through this, we learned how to give our power and the use of our free will over to create the illusion of that which we are NOT.

Now, we are waking back up. Now we are realizing the truth about us. And now, we GET to UN-stifle ourselves, because we are seeing through and finishing with the illusion of 3D duality. We get to reclaim our inner power, our inner authority, and the highest use of our free-will. We get to become and know ourselves, once again, as the innocent, precious beings we naturally were as children. As children, we were naturally unafraid and felt the true flow.

This is why I put out the call for you to say the Big Yes. It is a declaration and a promise you make to yourself to consciously reinstate the natural growth process of YOUR life’s “seed”…your seed of Divinity that IS YOU!!! It is now time for THAT YOU to GET to COME BACK TO LIFE, and to keep emerging into the world in all of your glory!

Duality was the seed portion of our divine Earth walk. We are finishing up with our need for duality. We are being asked to allow the “seeds” in our lives that keep us tied to duality consciousness to “burst apart”….BECAUSE of the miracles that are meant to replace them. Our growth process resumes now, and the flow is now able to move us along as freer and freer Beings of inner authority. This resumes life BEYOND fear, and beyond the threat of danger.

I feel it is imparative for each of us to “get it” that even though we were not aware of it, we have been tricked into using our free-will against ourselves. The Big Yes just simply jump-starts the process of using our free will in loving and creative ways, once again, and forever. I feel it is the most powerful way possible, at this point of “time”.

I simply encourage you, when ready, to give your power back over to its rightful Owner….YOU…..your invisible Self-seed who already KNOWS how to grow beyond it’s time in duality, and live through you. This one act of using your very own free-will sets your life BACK on the road you were on before you got “stifled”. THIS is the conscious road to ascension.

Here’s to your sweet time of “flowering”, free and sovereign!

While I have been writing what I am posting here today, it occured to me that those who feel real drawn to this site may very well be members of a soul group that is coming together. We’ve been told in numerous messages that this is happening now on a grand scale, as it is part of how we connect our energy and vibrations for ascension. Sometimes these connections can feel like strong positive OR negative reactions toward others, but the soul connection is always one of only love.

Does this resonate with any of you!?? I feel like it helps me to see why I have not felt a pull to share anywhere else like I do here…..!!! I feel strongly that it is time for us all to allow ourselves to FEEL and talk about what our nudges, and intuitions, and the clues in our lives may be saying to us!!! Feedback!!??

My friends: I encouraged AAR to post her opinion that we could very well possibly be a soul family here on the GF site. Here we are people from all over the world, uniting on this site. And like any other family we can have vastly different opinions. I don’t bother to post anywhere else, because I feel entirely “at home” with all of you out there. People come and people go, there are those that only read, but do not post—-and yet it continues to feel like we are family. Some of us post back and forth, others don’t even answer questions when asked of them. But I figure, that goes on in families too! Think about your own families, sometimes we get pissed at them. So what? We still love them deep down inside. And I also remind you that if you have a really knarly relationship with someone in your own family,—–what if that person, or you agreed to play that role ahead of time? What if they loved you so much “on the other side”, that they agreed to be a “villian” for you in this lifetime? Food for thought… I will continue to look forward to all of your postings out there my friends. Let’s keep on keepin’ on, TOGETHER!!!

I think we are a little space/earth family and I am so happy to be here with you all right now. I kind of got addicted to posting here also. I tried to stop and said nah…… It’s too much fun. philfromB…Hi there. What I mean by “commit the rest of your life to remembering and being who you are and what you came here to be” is not about forcing anything. And the remembering is a natural process. However, since most of us have been so limited in our thinking and feeling as to our true nature and worth, and have been heavily programmed through fear, the natural process of remembering has a whole lot of “extra” layers. Much more than I believe was originally intended. So, I have found that if I proclaim my intentions and commitment TO remember, the part of me who feels fired up to awaken and ascend begins to come forth much more readily. Said another way, the conscious free-will choice on my part to commit to “remembering and being”, turns the power over to my heart and soul. Without making the conscious free-will choice, my 3D life, (by default), has me unintentially giving the power of my process to my unconscious fear-based ego self.

Another issue that isn’t clear to me is why all this frustration with people not stepping up to the plate?
Does this matter in the greater picture?From God’s point of view I don’t think it does…if people aren’t ready,they aren’t.It’s not like ascension won’t happen if there aren’t enough souls ready.It will.It is done.
Eventually all will ascend.I don’t quite understand why you think that all of these efforts over many lifetimes in preparing all of this is such a waste?I assume there will be many nonetheless and satisfaction lays in the fact of those you’ve helped to awake.
And I’m confident that once the ball will be rolling many who haven’t showed their true colours yet,will step up.

PhilfromB…It’s no different than stepping up to the plate in your everyday life. Either you do, and you are owning your power to do so, or you don’t, and you aren’t. If we are already saying Yes to the process consciously, it will flow much more smoothly for us. If we are resisting it and basically saying no to it, then we are not doing the jobs we came here to do.

And it’s no longer about whether or not people are ready….we’ve been HEAVILY messed with TO NOT BE ABLE TO GET READY!!! So, as lightworkers we are being called on to go beyond the way it was originally meant to be, and do the extra work to wake up from the mass illusion. That’s what I mean by “stepping up”. If we don’t do more to wake ourselves up, we may very well have too much repressed fear and anger that will get triggered when the changes do happen, [like "the masses" will no doubt have], to be of much use to them. This is how I sense it.

philfromB…Thank you for showing your appreciation for my posts, and for your great questions! I’m certainly not saying I KNOW the truth here. I’m just sharing the immense push from within me to talk about this. I’ve noticed others are beginning to write in a similar manner about how there seems to be “something” holding many lightworkers back from feeling the passion of their emerging Master selves; to me it feels like a heaviness that is holding folks back in their own lives, keeping them from facing down the fears that keep them locked into their 3D jobs, and life restraints. That’s why I am supporting people to just go for it….to take the plunge, and risk letting go of what they know they are holding onto that is making them feel flat and miserable in their lives….to trust there is something better and real just waiting for them to ignore the fear and trust the process; and trust in who they are beyond the fear that tries to stop them!

To answer your question in #85: To me, the Big Yes is unique for every person and very personal, so it may be different for you than for me, or for anyone else. To me,
it means getting down and dirty with YOURSELF. Search within yourself to find all of the things that bother you, that make you resentful, that make you hold grudges, or make you hold back your love. It means opening your heart and filling it with unconditional love. It means releasing your ego and forgiving others. It is about clearing karma. It is about being TRUTHFUL to your self and releasing your innermost regrets. Well, I hope I helped, it is really kinda hard to explain all of this, and I may have a better understanding once I’m deeper into it. Like I said, it’s different for everyone.

A while back as I tried to figure out WTF my life was about, I realized that I had beliefs about myself that I wasn’t aware of. Many of us have these hidden beliefs. It doesn’t matter where they come from but it does matter that we find them, acknowledge them and let them go. I believed I wasn’t worthy of many things in life….very common…but once I faced these beliefs and changed them, my life changed. This is part of becoming and realizing who we really are. We are all deserving of love. We are all divine beings. So I experienced what it was like to feel separated, that I didn’t belong. Now I find really wonderful friends coming into my life and it just gets better. As within so without. If you walk around with love in your heart, that is what you will attract.

For what it’s worth…

Even before I heard of NESARA or disclosure or any of this stuff, my personal ascension process began pushing me hard to own my deepest truth, and nothing BUT my deepest truth.

A quote I have had for awhile has proved to be extremely helpful in doing just that. And here it is:

I listed out all that I held precious, and one by one, I asked myself what it would take to be prepared to let go of them…for the truth inside me. Ultimately, I have come to believe that “the truth inside” me is the most valueable possession I have, and I always remain willing to awaken to my deepest truths as they nudge me to.

So when I REALLY want to know what’s going to happen with all of the great happenings outside of myself, I try to keep coming back to facing my fears of truly risking it all, and that is then how I can, at that moment, do my personal work of “lightening up”, and cleaning up my little corner of the “fear factor.” Because, the truth is, if I’m not willing to let go of even any part of my life in the illusion, that stops me from waking up.

I have become so much freer of the mental constraints of what 3d tells me I “need” to do, be concerned with or be afraid about. So, if it could serve anyone else as it has served me, here it is.

’cause, yip, we are all One, and we all deserve to know what THAT collective consciousness feels like!!!

I just remembered that the following information is in a book I have. Falling in line with our frustration and ‘waiting on them to get with it,’ I think this is INVALUABLE INFORMATION for us all, and very timely!!!

“The Law of Opposites is the second of the five great Principles of Life and it works in perfect harmony with the Energy of Attraction. This principle states that no sooner will you call something into your reality than its exact opposite will also appear–and always FIRST.

“…the moment you choose anything–any outcome, object, or experience–the EXACT OPPOSITE of that will come into your life in some way. It may show up in some far distant quarter, or it may pop up right in front of your eyes, but it will be there, absolutely.

“It is NECESSARY for the “opposite”of whatever you are choosing to create with the Energy of Attraction to show up, for the reason that LIFE CANNOT BE EXPERIENCED IN A VACUUM. A CONTEXT must be produced in which you may experience what you have chosen.

…Concerning The Law of Opposites…

It occurred to me, that if we, collectively, ultimately wanted to experience ourself (oneness) as WHO WE REALLY ARE, then wouldn’t we therefore HAVE to create a hell on Earth as the backdrop of contrast TO our DEEPEST DESIRE TO EXPERIENCE, AND THUS KNOW WHO WE REALLY ARE!!

So, what if we COLLECTIVELY decided that we, as the whole of Humanity, have now done a supurb job at creating the masterpiece of “what we are NOT and DO NOT wish to experience”??!! And, further, as any of us know from any project that we have worked on, what if we realize it is NOW TIME that we stand back and “GET IT” that there is not even one more brushstroke that needs to go into the masterpiece because it is now THE perfect OPPOSITE representation of that which we DO WISH AND DESIRE TO EXPERIENCE? This would then give us a real good reason to both embrace with love our 3D world and all of our brainwashed thinking and shenanigans, AND now be ready to fully let go of “THAT WHICH NO LONGER SERVES”!!!

This would call forth ONLY loving ways to look upon what it is we wish to release, for we will see that each part of that which no longer serves us, DID SERVE us as the backdrop of the opposite, and now we can more easily allow it to move out of our lives, to now COMPOSE and create the true experience of that which WE DO WISH TO HAVE IN AND ON THE NEW EARTH. We would no longer look with disdain on our “negative tendencies”, or wish to stay in denial and push parts of ourselves away! We could rather lovingly embrace each shortcoming and each fear-based situation in our lives, (as we see them come up into our awareness daily), seeing how they have served to show us that which we no longer wish to create and experience. Then we can even THANK THAT aspect for what it has taught us, and lovingly set the energy of it free, to be transmuted from outpicturing the opposite of what we truly desire, to now outpicturing the ABSOLUTE LOVING TRUTH of that which WE ARE, which is our TRUE DESIRE!!

This came to me about 10 days ago, and I have been working from this premise with all of what faces me in my days since then. And, as I’ve expressed in some of my latest posts, my heart is just opening wider and wider, the more I see the gift I have gained from each “negative”. And then I actually feel the gratitude in my heart for having received the gift of a “job well-done”, or a “lesson well-learned”!! And finally, I know that I have just used my own free-will to 100% lovingly walk through the process of being done with something that no longer serves me. Some thought forms are more ingrainded than others, and they need to be worked on in layers. But the point is, the messages keep telling us we need to create our New Earth OURSELVES, and……..with LOVE…….and here is what my inner guidance and inspiration has shown me as to how we can do just that!!

Today…
Since writing this, the above short process has proved invaluable to me in my learning how to LOVE duality, with all of my heart. I’ve come to realize that duality is not the bad guy; that there IS NO BAD GUY!! Duality was meant to be visited for a time, and we’ve been told in other messages that we knew that when we signed up and chose to come to duality for the EXPERIENCE of WHO WE ARE. I’ve come to realize that it was vital to my process to face down every lie I believed that told me there was something wrong with anything here in duality. Duality is always simply being duality, and me finding fault with it did not change it. Resisting it only made me close my heart off to the loving wholeness OF duality. But my passion to BE love no longer allowed me to resist my awakening to the gift that duality is for Humanity’s growth. And so now, I see the opposites of duality ALL DAY LONG, and because I choose love above all else, I just “let it be”, in gratitude and love.

When Duality Becomes Intolerable….

A couple of months ago I had the memory of my “briefing session” before incarnating into this life. I was told the following very clearly: When we reach the point of realizing that the consequences of our belief in the lies of duality has become intolerable to us, THAT IS the “switch” for our awakening…for our hearts to open with compassion for ourselves and each other. In other words, when we can no longer bear to feel the suffering of that which we create from the belief in that which we are NOT, we will become willing to let it go and awaken to that which we ARE.

A few days later, I became very aware that the lies I listen to and believe all day long from that L-O-U-D voice in my head was MY microcosm of “torment” equivilent to the outer world’s macrocosm. The internal beating up of myself all day long ALSO then became intolerable to me, and THAT is when I woke up to the need to embrace ALL of duality, and to being willing to love it for just what it is. I learned first hand, in my process of this, that I came here to learn about love under ALL circumstances, and THAT love needs to be unconditional. I saw that I had to be able to hold with love the gut wrenching creations of my own duality, together with the sweetest and most exquisite creations…..That was the first time I have ever truly felt freedom! And it is now where I get to live internally. I choose this for us all!

In other words, I woke up to the fact that duality is just being duality. ME NOT GETTING THAT IS WHAT CAUSES ME TO THINK IT IS REAL, AND TO THEN FIGHT IT. It is not easy to be IN duality while waking up to the truth OF duality. LOVE is all that we truly are; LOVE is the only vibration that can truly wake us up from the illusion of separation. The intererable suffering that we create from NOT knowing that IS what wakes us up! It’s a paradox!

“Sweet” Nudges From Within….

Most of the time, the “sweet” nudges of the Loving Voice within show up to me as feelings of love and oneness, and seem to always include invitations for me to extend myself; to give of myself, my love, to others.

Here are a few of the ways I feel the “sweet” inner nudges from my soft Inner Voice, the voice of Love that IS Me.

–When I feel a surge of love inside that translates into gratitude. I then often feel the nudge to express my gratitude to the other person (or people) involved. I then choose to “answer that nudge” by taking the action of sharing. It’s when I feel I just “can’t not” express my gratitude; and once I have, I feel “complete”…like I have “filled an order”. This always brightens the others’ day, and I always feel wonderful, too. I’ve seen time and time again how expressing my gratitude is a creative endeavor that raises the vibrations of all concerned…even on-lookers.

–When the lovely, giddy feeling that says “I can barely contain myself” comes over me. I often feel this after I have just witnessed someone (2 & 4-leggeds alike) being authentically themSelf; like something in how they “are” in the moment strikes me as so incredibly loveable and cute. Like when a baby anything just “bes” itself in the moment and is just “way too cute”, just BEING! Or when I notice a mannerism of someone that just strikes me as sooo cute and “so them.” With these last two I say they are “smushable.” Or when I see that my cat has just stuffed himself into his “portal cube” and his head is hanging out of the opening….like that can possibly be comfortable. Or when my daughter told me on Mother’s Day that she is so glad that I raised her the way I did in her earlier years. All of these move me to where I can feel my heart being wide-open, and I feel I just MUST express my love somehow.

–When my heart feels like it is overflowing in the moment from the sound and/or lyrics of a song I am listening to. I get a catch in my chest and tears well up in my eyes. It’s like the feeling of being overcome with pure love and sweetness and preciousness all at once. This feels like the deepest Me has just been touched and brought fully forward into my life in duality. It’s exquisite.

–Whenever I feel inspired to spread “Love Mischief”! This feels like an inner ‘giddy” feeling, mixed with a sense of creative mystery and surprise…just for the fun of spreading love and cheer. This can be like leaving change on the copy macine at the library after I have used it. This can be like stuffing a $5 bill in someones purse when they aren’t looking. This can be like unexpectedly showing up to a friend’s or family member’s house in the nick of time, to give them a ride to a challenging appointment, instead of them driving themselves. This can be like leaving a bag of food or a meal on the doorstep of someone whom I know is injured or in a real bind.

–Whenever I get choked up watching a touching, love-filled scene in a movie, or even on a Hallmark card commercial. This is the nudge that has spoken to me every day of my life, telling me that I AM connected to all Beings through my heart. This is the nudge that has balanced out the LOUD voice telling me lies about myself, because THIS nudge always helps me feel the goodness of myself.

–Whenever I notice something I feel is beautiful about someone, or that I feel appreciation about. This can be that I like someone’s hair color or cut; or the scarf they have on; or their shoes or eyeglasses; or the loving way they just spoke to their child; or how they just handled a delicate situation with a customer;…anything! The feeling is often followed by an urge to tell the person about it…to connect with them by paying them a compliment. I used to hold back from extending the compliment when I felt this type of nudge. Now I know that it is a subtle yet extremely meaningful way to allow my love to flow out into this world. It feels so good to me to take a moment to connect through appreciation.

–The inner nudge I feel when I am meant to “help out” and “share my excellence” in any sort of situation. This can be when I see someone needs me to slow down for them in traffic so they can have an easier time of merging. This can be when I see the need someone has for more than 2 hands, and I rush a bit to open a door or catch a falling item from their grasp. This can be when the man in front of me in the check-out line does not have enough money on him to cover the total for his groceries and I offer to help out….and give him some extra. It seems like these simple little acts help give folks a reason to KNOW that life IS better than what “the news” would have them believe.

–The inner nudge to be willing to go out of my comfort zone to be truthful from my heart with someone. This often starts with the feelings of love and gratitude, and the need to remain in my integrity. The sharing of real feelings with others helps them to “see” me, (something I felt too afraid to do in the past). Now that I am fully and consciously committed to my path, I am “nudged” to “go for it” anyway. I know that holding myself back from sharing love no longer serves me. I now choose to share myself honestly with others, knowing that miracles await all concerned. This allows others to feel and see the possibilities that this can create in their own lives.

These are a few of the ways I hear, experience, and answer the “sweet” nudges of my quiet Inner Voice in my everyday life. This is the voice of Unity Consciousness emerging. NOW is the time…for us all to say YES to living from the “nudges” of THIS voice in our NOW moments!

The following is an interaction I had with Admiral on Sunday May 23. I include it here because it was an important piece for me to walk through here on my journey. Also, I feel that it shows how I was led to put some of the pieces of my truth into action, as far as getting down to deeper levels of truth within me, while being committed to remaining in an open-hearted and loving.

Admiral…
You were the first person to talk to me and welcome me here after I made my first post. I was really nervous to post, so when I finally did, you helped me to FEEL welcome. Thanks so much for that! Since then, we’ve shared lots of laughs (my cat never has been the same since his plunge into the tub full of water, and has way more respect in general for the tub!!). We’ve shared lots of great information, great music, and even went swinging together! I enjoyed hangin’ here with you back then, and it helped me get through some of my personal transitions. Thanks for all of it.

But now, I know that I’ve obviously messed up in something I’ve said to you, (or otherwise posted), causing you to stop interacting with me the way you once did. I of course know hurt and misunderstanding from my own life, and so I can surely relate. I wish to take responsibility for any misunderstanding and/or hurt I have caused you to feel. I’ve been quietly practicing Ho’oponopono, and yet the block remains. Maybe because it happened through text, I am to also address it that way. And so, I wish to say directly to you, from the bottom of my heart…I am sorry, Admiral; please forgive. I love you as my brother, my equal, on this journey. Thank you…for being you, and for listening.

I don’t mean to put you on the spot and I certainly do not expect anything from you. I just mean to send peace to you, from my heart to yours. So, Cheers, and peace to you…..and thanks again for all that I have gotten here from your contributions!!

Here’s Gordon’s post #55 to you about all of that. It is right on the mark for why I said what I did to you in #24.

Admiral #53. ARR is showing a bit of wisdom that is frankly more common in women than in men. The wisdom is the understanding that difficult emotional situations such as being challenged in our beliefs are best faced head on, plunging in and through, to the other side, which is a good healing experience and ultimately leads to resolution. A lot of us have habits that avoid tension, but if we overdo these we miss out on opportunities to heal and grow.

I was simply expressing my view on allowing the mood on the site at that particular time to work itself out. However, I see I have caused you hurt by my comment in #24, and I sincerely apologize. I meant no harm, as I see you meant no harm in your posts. What I’ve learned from this is that I need to let things just “be”, as well. I now ask you to read my #100 again, and see if you can allow healing of this now.

I am deeply moved by realizing the pain I have unconsciously caused others simply by doing the best I knew how to do at the moment….not knowing that I wasn’t being real. My whole life I felt that I was defective, and it translated as “wrong and bad”. So I unconsciously spent most of my life trying to be “right and good”. This means that I have not been in touch with BEING my true self or loving my true self. From this place, I could not possibly be truly loving with others nor could I know (from my heart) how I might be affecting another person through my actions.

This and another situation in my life today (family stuff, from the past) have me realizing that the unconscious me who is not being authentic hurts others and myself simply by NOT KNOWING HOW TO BE REAL.

Admiral…I can now feel and see how you are absolutely correct in saying I had no right to have said that to you. I did not realize that I was in my shit of trying to be “right”, and I can see and own that now. I am also sorry for projecting onto you my judgments and my unconscious shit, and for disrespecting you. I have disrespected both of us, and have been out of my integrity, toward both of us. None of this was intentional, and yet that is no excuse. I hurt us both out of acting unconsciously. After seeing this and feeling my own pain over this, I have compassion for us both, and I forgive myself for hurting us both. Thank you for participating in helping me to learn a very uncomfortable lesson, and to find a deeper level of humility and integrity.

I see that calling my unconscious stuff “my shit” is judgmental….it is simply the opposite of WHO I AM. So now, an hour later, I am seeing it in the light of that which no longer serves me to create from, since I have woken up to it’s unreal-ness. It was necessary for getting me to where I can wake up to this.

Cleaning Out Our Inner Closets…..Raising Our Vibrations

Many of the channeled messages talk to us of how important it is that we as individuals do what it takes to raise our own personal vibrations. This allows for more light, joy, peace, love and intuition to flow through us.

Here are some of the most important ways we can clean up the messes of our lives, in order to raise our vibrations and that of those around us. I encourage all to truly give these your consideration.

–Let go of pride. Let go of the energy it takes to be angry, resentful, judgmental, “right”, vengeful, sarcastic, and in control. All of these radically dim our light, and keep our vibrations low. We can ask ourselves if it truly serves us to keep hanging on. Let’s let ourselves and all others in our lives off the hook! No matter what it is, everyone has always been doing the best they knew how at the time, including ourselves.

–Let go of secrets and deceptions. There is a phrase that says, “You’re as sick as your secrets.” Secrets keep us living from an in-authentic place, and keep our light and vibrations extremely limited. They make us limp through life. They are a way we keep ourselves imprisoned and enslaved, as we are never free to be “in the moment” as long as the ol’ noggin has to stay one step ahead, and the fear of being “found out” runs through our veins 24/7. It’s up to us to set ourselves free, and to choose to live from our authentic selves. Consequences or not, at least we can begin to find your inner integrity and have true connections once again with those in our lives, and with life in general.

–Make “right” the things we feel guilty for. Also, get back into integrity with ourselves. We can become willing to call forth the courage and humility to make amends to ALL people concerned, including ourselves. Again, we can choose to let everyone off the hook. We can clean up our personal messes and complete them once and for all.

–In general, anything that nags at us or haunts us internally, just under the surface of our everyday lives, is what the channelings have been asking us to release. All of these restrict our light and vibration, and steal the energy we are here to use for our Light jobs, and to share with the world. Again, cleaning up and releasing these issues allow us to raise our vibrations, and be available for our true Light jobs!

Please consider how much more love and ease and peace we can bring back into our own lives by cleaning out those old, smelly fear-based closets. Please consider how much more of you can be “present and accounted for” once things start to pop if you choose to release the accumulated junk of being asleep to the truth of love. This is where and how we can start to shine brighter in our lives NOW, this day…..and the next, and the next. This is the work to be done while we live our way into the days of “S00N.” This is how the Galactics are are asking us to partner with them NOW.

This keeps us from our pain and from realizing the intolerable stuff we do WITH duality consciousness. THIS INCLUDES LASHING OUT AT EACH OTHER, PLACING BLAME! (There's the paradox again!)

This is a collective devastation, felt worldwide, and ALL can feel in the DEPTHS of our ONE SHARED HEART, the loss and damage to us all, and our beloved Mother Gaia. If we allow ourselves to FEEL how precious we all are, and FEEL how WE ARE ALL AFFECTED AND HURTING, then THIS TRAGEDY WILL SERVE IN HUMANITY'S HEALING AND ASCENSION.

Everything works together for the greater good, for all concerned!

You know, I once read that once a caterpillar spins its cocoon, and the metamorphosis begins, that the form of the caterpillar turns into GOO, and that GOO then becomes the raw material out of which the new species, the butterfly, gets formed.

I find that sooo fascinating, and yet we are going through a similar transition, in that our molecular structure is changing, and we are, in fact, slowly becoming a new species!!!

I am very aware of a deep feeling of compassion that I have for all of us precious souls of Humanity who said we wanted to be a part of this, NO MATTER WHAT!! What we all are going through IS NOT EASY, and yet WE LOVE ENOUGH TO DO IT FOR THE GOOD OF ALL, FOR OUR DEAR MOTHER, AND FOR LOVE, ITSELF!! We truly are awesome, and precious, and we deserve our own love and compassion, and the deep belief in ourselves that WE KNEW WE WOULD DO THIS when we signed up!!

Just had to let ya all know that I think you are awesome! No, I KNOW you are! And I acknowledge you for what you do for the awakening of Humanity!! Thanks to one and all!

So everyone…
A bit more…for whatever it’s worth….

Frustration, doubt, impatience, and all the rest are feelings of the lower frequencies. I’m not saying we are wrong for feeling them. But feelimg them is only part of the equation that has been ASSIGNED TO US….The next part of the equation is for us to see that THESE FEELINGS AND THEIR ASSOCIATED THOUGHT FORMS NO LONGER SERVE US OR HUMANITY IN CONTINUING OUR JOURNEY OF AWAKENING AND ‘LIGHTENING’ UP, INDIVIDUALLY AND COLLECTIVELY!!!

When we feel these feelings, this powerful, loving energy of today’s Solstice Stargate, is right here, waiting to help us consciously release the need for, and the fall-out from, feeling these feelings EVER AGAIN!!! “They” are telling us to NOT limit what we ask to have released from our consciousness right now, NOR what we ASK TO RECEIVE, and to know that it is US creating that for ourselves!!!!

It’s very powerful stuff that THEY HAVE ASSIGNED TO US TO DO INDIVIDUALLY, AND THUS COLLECTIVELY, THAT “THEY” CANNOT, I repeat, CANNOT, DO FOR US!!!!!!! So, each time we feel our fear, frustration, doubt, etc. come up inside of us, we are being asked to wake up to where those feelings REALLY COME FROM, (within us!!), and to take responsibility for their release and OUR UPLIFTMENT, emotionally and vibrationally.

Projecting these emotions “out there” onto “them”, while it may FEEL in that vibration to be warrented, is simply what humanity has ALWAYS done, because of our lack of awareness of WHO WE REALLY ARE and the brainwashing we have endured. No “they”, “out there” can do this un-brainwashing for us….it is an “inside job” for EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR DOING!!

So, that is how this occurs to me, for how we can shift our thinking and KNOWING, to BE AND ACT FROM, RIGHT NOW, the CREATORS THAT WE REALLY ALREADY ARE!!

Let’s all dig deeper, and accept the huge amount of loving help that these Stargate energies are offering us (from today until the end of the month), for our transcendence out of fear and into our TRUE NATURE….Pure Power of Love, Light, Joy, Peace…..PURE ONENESS WITH SOURCE! Namaste’!

Two days ago during my visit to Wal-mart, despite her answer of “OK” to my question of “How are you today?”, the woman who was my checker was in obvious emotional distress. When she and I finished our ‘exchange’, I went around the corner from her and internally practiced Ho’oponopono, intending that ALL would receive healing from my efforts for taking personal responsibility for the situation and for ‘doing something’. I then went back and bought something else from her, and I made sure she ’saw’ me ’see’ her….and I said, “I know you are hurting, and I care, and I am sending you prayers.” Her whole countenance softened in that instant, and both a smile and eyes-welling-up showed up on her face. She was able to feel that someone cared, and it was important to me that I extended myself in that very simple way to her. That was MY JOB in that moment….to “lift another soul simply with a smile or kind word”, as SaLuSa encourages.

Again, SaLuSa encourages us to just do the best we can, and yet to see that there is always more depth to what ‘our best’ can be, look like, and create! I say, “Thank you, SaLuSa”!!!

Some of you have told me that you value my posts and wish me to continue posting. However, I have another “job” that is now calling me onward, and my life is currently heading in a new direction. Therefore, I have copy/pasted many of my posts onto another message board…that of Karen Bishop’s article, “The End of WINGS and the Death of the Old.” (I’ve included the link to that page here, so that if you wanted to you could put it in your favorites). This I have done so that in the future, if you find yourself feeling like you would like to hear from ARR, you can head over to that board and re-read something there that could give you a dose of the vibration your Soul is seeking for you.

I AM being “readied” to move on from within, and from within I know that I am meant to leave my message here in a way that it can be easily accessed by anyone drawn to it. So for anyone interested, this board can be like a booklet of essays sitting on your bookshelf, available for you to go peruse at any time. If you feel moved to, you could re-post the link to the “End of WINGS” board on future boards so newer peeps to the site can see if anything there calls to them. If you feel moved to want to share with others in your lives something of what I’ve compiled there, I say go for it. Copy/paste all you want, and share anything you feel moved to share. It is not important to me that you give me credit for the writing, so share away. We’re all in this together!

It’s about the message, not the messenger, yet being “the messenger” has been my honor and my privilege, and I have been (and am still) equally well served by all of you. I know this is what I am meant to do; a way to share what I was meant to share!

As of Saturday night, it seems that my posts are no longer accepted at this site….they will not “take”. So, I see this as my cue that NOW is the time for me to go–to “move on”. I must honor my life’s process and I must honor my time here with you all. Since I feel the communal nature of our group here, I simply feel like I want to share with you what’s up with me for those who are interested.

It’s been a great pleasure hanging here with all of you; the Soul connections I have made with you are with me to stay! Thank you one and all for all that you give, and all that you ARE! Traits of Unity Consciousness………

Here is a brief list of some of the traits of Unity Consciousness. I wish to bring to light why we are being urged so strongly to use our free-will choice to release our use of duality consciousness in lieu of Unity consciousness, right now, in our daily lives.

First….What does NOT exist in Unity Consciousness:

All traits of duality consciousness….including:
Fear; opposites; survival issues of any kind; lack and limitation; we/they and I/me/mine thinking and behaviors; fights/arguments; “sides”; debates; struggle; competition; judgment; sarcasm; hierarchy of power; deception; lies; jealousy; “outer” power or rules; loud head voice of ego/fear/lies; disease; destruction; violence; cruelty; excuses; procrastination; game-playing; a sense of separation OF ANY KIND.

What Unity Consciousness IS:

–Oneness
Feeling and BEING connected in our consciousness with all of life. Thinking in terms of “We.” Feeling in terms of “We.” Knowing from the place of “We”, as ONE! “All for One; One for All”

–Knowing from within (intuition); harmonious intuitions with each other; leads to harmonious energetic knowings among people

–Abundance of love energy to manifest anything from, since desire for ANYTHING is coming ONLY from God’s ONE Mind; perfect health, pure, DEEP inner well-being; joy; inner peace; delight; glee; total acceptance of everything and everyone; exquisite beauty; truth; cooperation; full integrity of all; integration of ideas into perfect creative endeavors; grace; gratitude;

–LOVE motivated living–through thought, word and deed! Loving God above ALL else, your neighbor (brothers and sisters) as yourself, and yourself as a connected, wholly loving Christed Being….a conscious Co-Creator Spark of the One Source;

–Equality; spiritual “peerships” no matter the age differences in ALL relationships; everyone ALWAYS in their integrity, as a natural state of Being; honesty always; loving kindness in and through all, always; excellence; openess; authenticity; simply beyond exquisite from duality mind!

The way to Unity Consciousness from Duality Consciousness is through consciously choosing to let go of that which we use in our daily lives of duality consciousness, but which no longer serves us as we are now choosing the traits of Unity Consciousness. We must choose to live from Unity Consciousness while still in duality consciousness! This is a free-will choice! This is the only way to raise our vibrations to more closely match the traits of Unity Consciousness.

Unity Consciousness is God (or LOVE) Centeredness. Duality Consciousness is SELF-centeredness. You must choose Unity Consciousness in order to ascend. Otherwise, by default, you are choosing to remain in self-centeredness (service to self) and that is what 3D earth is for…..self-centered, duality consciousness, where we learn from “that which we are not”! The time is now to drop the density of the traits of self-centered duality consciousness, as we, with our Earth Mother, are moving beyond that. We now must choose to step into “that which we REALLY ALREADY ARE”!! As we make choices NOW, from our softer, Heart-centered Inner Voice, we automatically live more and more IN Unity Consciousness!!!

Finding “Zero Point”: The Doorway Beyond Duality

The way I have come to understand it, life naturally seeks balance. So, in a dualistic system, balance is achieved through the pendulum swinging back and forth, from one pole to the other. And the further out it swings to one side, it must swing that far out on the other, to maintain balance. The law of opposites doing its thing.

Hence, what goes up, must come down. What we praise, we will ultimately need to fault or tear down. What we love the most, often becomes that which we also feel the most disdain for. And on and on it goes….until a conscious choice to intervene is made.

In May, I wrote here on the site about my process of waking up to the intolerable level of pain I had come to experience from the incessant loop of dualistic thought tapes that played loudly in my head. THEY are the messages that told me what was right with something or someone, and then later, what was now wrong with them (including myself). The flip-flopping felt powerful and righteous to me for most of my life. And yet, in May, the part of me that was awakening could no longer be numb to the pain I felt by my inner judgments of myself or anyone else (the “ONE love” was waking up!). I could feel the violence toward myself and others simply from believing the judgments those tape loops shouted to me.

This particular time, I became aware of how intolerable it felt to still be unconsciously listening to…AND BELIEVING…the lies of the negative tape loops telling me how my body was flawed, when I saw myself in the mirror. Even though I KNOW the loving truth about my body, I realized that I would still unconsciously listen to the hateful, negative lies of the tape loop, and then before I knew it, I was thinking about how awful this or that looks…..picking myself to pieces, like I’m a “thing” with “parts”. I just could not stand it any more!!!!!!

Also, at the same time, I was judging my sister, whom I dearly love and feel such a special, precious bond with; and yet, the voice in my dualistic thought loop was telling me how wrong she was and baiting me with that false sense of power that comes from feeling self-righteous and “right about what was wrong” with her. I “woke up” in the moment, and KNEW that this was NOT what I REALLY felt and knew to be true about her; and yet I could not make the obsessive and compulsive thoughts about her alleged guilt, stop. The combined pain and powerlessness I felt regarding these two awarenesses was suffocating. I knew there was no where to “run” to, and I was sick of all the running anyway! I felt like I literally was going mad.

This put me up against a vortex of suicidal feelings, as that scathing, loud voice in my head basically said, “OK….If you can’t stand this anymore, then you might as well kill yourself, because there is no way out. This IS your life!” What I knew from being at this wall many times before, is that if I was willing to face down the lies of this dualistic choice, I would get through to the other side. THIS time, however, I was sooo fed up with getting to this place that I was fully open to finding a NEW, third option…..and that is when I “woke up” from being trapped in the dualistic loop of my consciousness.

The night this happened for me, the emotional pain I was in was excruciating, and no longer tolerable. I laid down on the floor, and I asked for major help. I turned inward and faced those deep feelings of powerlessness. I allowed the deep sobs to come up, and I finally just let myself cry, without holding back. I literally felt like I was dying, and like I had no idea what was going to become of me.

When the crying stopped, a big, quiet, wide-open loving expanse opened up in my inner awareness (that’s the best way I know how to put the experience of this into words). I was shown….like through grace…. that the third option was for me to CHOOSE to LOVE all of what duality does and is, without judging the one polarity of it and embracing the other…because that is what kept me engaged in the cycle. This meant that I could feel myself outside of duality, looking in, and loving it for being the place I had chosen to come to, to learn about “that which I AM”. In those moments, with wet and snotty Kleenexes all around me, I felt a calm and peace come over me, the likes of which I have never known before. This realization, and the accompanying calm and peace and quiet, loving expansiveness, have not left me since.

I’ve heard it said that it takes a “breakdown” to get to a “breakthrough”. This is so true in my experience. It took surrendering into the breakdown of my prior reality, before this breakthrough to a new way of Being could occur! This showed me that all the studying I had done, and all the knowledge I had gained in 3D duality, truly could NOT serve to wake me up FROM duality. Letting go into my feelings of utter powerlessness and hopelessness to change duality, to find true peace there, or to move beyond it, is precisely what led me on out of the prison of my duality mind. I had finally made it to the crossroad where facing the void of “not knowing” had now become the best option, even if it did kill me. (This is precisely why I feel so passionately about saying the “Big Yes” in our lives! For me, already being committed to my full destiny through living the path of my Big Yes is the ONLY way I was able to trust and surrender to this degree).
I still feel triggered into the opportunity to become polarized in my thinking, but most of the time, I am now able to see what is happening within me, and I can choose right then and there to face what has just come to my awareness for release (that which no longer serves me). I now see duality as the very tool I can use for my continued awakening, by facing the dualistic feelings that get triggered, from a different vantage point. I realize that this IS how I am ascending in my consciousness, from duality into oneness. I truly do experience this as being a “system” or “paradigm” shift in my consciousness.

Triggers from duality now call me to find the “zero point” place on the continuum; to walk straight down the middle of the two poles of duality; and right on into my heart, into the ONE HEART LOVE, where I can embrace and release my beliefs in the wrongness or rightness of anything, and ALL things. This is the place where I can truly appreciate all experiences of duality, (from outside of the system of duality), for I have needed them all to learn about that which I AM, from the backdrop of that which I am NOT. In the zero point place of Loving It All, I can now feel the value of everything that I have walked through IN duality. I feel EXTREMELY humbled and grateful that I am now able to experience life this way!!

Arguing with Reality — by Andrea Hess

Do you ever find yourself thinking or saying things such as “I can’t believe that…” or “This should/shouldn’t be happening”? These are some of the ways we argue with reality. We “can’t believe” we didn’t get that job. We “should have” gotten that promotion. These thought patterns attempt to avoid the reality we have created. They are our mind, resisting what IS.

Not only is arguing with our reality a complete waste of mental energy, but it also prevents us from witnessing our life circumstances as the vital information they represent. Every circumstance in our lives is simply a reflection of ourselves. Our reality is information, plain and simple. It is not “good” or “bad.” Those are labels that we create about our reality. Our reality in itself just IS.

When our mind starts living in the “should,” all that valuable information contained in our reality goes out the window. We start removing ourselves from our creation, rather than taking responsibility for it. And in removing ourselves from our position as Creator, we also remove ourselves from power. Eventually, we become the hapless victims of circumstance. Most of us are somewhere in between empowerment and victimization – we take responsibility only when we create what we want.

Many of us are terrified to look our reality squarely in the eye and learn about ourselves based on what we’ve created. We’re scared that our reality may reflect what we don’t want to see. Maybe we’ll find that we’re not actually ready to receive love, or abundance, or success. So we retreat into the “should” where we can tell ourselves whatever we want, in spite of our life circumstances. We rail against what IS, because we’re doing all the right things. We’re leaving no stone unturned, we’re working hard, we’re putting ourselves out there. Why, oh why, are we not creating what we want?

Because we are energetic beings, far more complex than our conscious mind can possibly grasp. We are little radio stations, sending our energetic frequencies constantly. Our reality reflects those energies perfectly. Our conscious mind, caught in the vast divide between what it understands and what IS, employs an age-old survival mechanism: denial. It creates its own little reality of “shoulds” and “if only’s” and “I can’t believe’s.” This works until our actual reality smacks us in the head with life’s big stick. We may try to argue with reality, but in the end, reality tends to win that argument every single time.

If we’re happily in love, it’s a reflection of our energetic state of being. If we’re miserably lonely, it’s a reflection of our energetic state of being. If we’re raking in serious money, it’s a reflection of our energetic state of being. If we can’t pay the rent, it’s a reflection of our energetic state of being. If we’re in perfect health, it’s a reflection of our energetic state of being.

Our Reality is Information

We can use that information to shift our perception beyond what the conscious mind is able to grasp. It tells us what hidden programs may lie buried in our energetic state of being. Our reality tells us where we need to expand our awareness. Our reality also tells us of our greatest gifts. Let’s not argue with it.

A comment from me….

I love this article! I wanted to share it here with my GM family.

This “arguing with reality” is exactly what I refer to as our “brainwashed tape loops” and how we have been so conditioned to use our free-will choice in very disempowered ways….every single day.

When I came across this article, I was shown that THIS is the very reason that I was led to opt for “no comments” on those 2 posts I made 2 weeks ago.

For what transpired as a result of me making that choice was that the “default setting” called “argue with what IS” became triggered in some of you here. There is NO judgment here, only observation as to how what Andrea Hess describes here in her article, played out here on the site.

And the end result (the reality) of that “no comments” matter, is that there was far more discussion as to why I “should” have allowed comments, than there EVER was about the actual subject matter of either of my 2 posts. Also of importance to note here is that when both posts were pasted elsewhere AND the comments sections were opened, no more interest seems to have been present to explore the topics. THIS shows that when we try to “fix” or “control” reality (what IS), this type of “doing” has no true power in it at all, because the effort is being put into something that attempts to resist what is….something that isn’t even part of the original reality.

We have been so conditioned to do this that it has given us the feeling that we CAN, and SHOULD TRY TO change reality….but that is resisting reality, and “RESISTANCE IS FUTILE”! Can you see that so much of our lives are based on a false sense of reality, primarily because we are so brainwashed to stay away from what truly IS, because THAT is the basis of WHO WE REALLY ARE, and of our awakening, and thus ascension?!

Notice if there is a part of you, right now, that really wants to put IN your 2 cents as to why this is flawed, or wanting to defend something to oppose this….THESE are the methods we have learned to employ to keep us in a sense of separation using opinion and debate. Going back to the example of my 2 posts: there was information in “what IS” for all who felt there was a problem with no comments being allowed, but that level of knowing was blocked by the default setting to “argue with reality”. Thus, true power was not readily available with which to see, and make choices from, the information that was truly present in the reality of the situation.

This reminds me of another example that played out here on this site….but in a much different way. In February, when the site needed some “intensive care”, to my recollection, QuadHealer did not make one comment that argued with reality. He took in the information that the reality of the situation–the “what IS”–was giving to him, and from an accepting and empowered place within him, he creatively and open-heartedly came up with a solution that he then offered to all of us. His choice to stay present with “what IS” benefited all affected by the reality of what happened to the posting situation here. Yes, that is his “area”; but THAT is NOT what made this sweet flow happen for us to be able to transfer over to his site. It was his alignment with reality, and the power that was available to him FROM THAT PLACE that allowed him to be of selfless service to us all. This in turn brought others joy and relief, and THAT then kept the vibrational frequency high among the group.

When we are willing to accept reality with no fear and an open heart, there is no reason for debate and opinion….that’s because growth and awakening will take place in this open place of allowing what IS, to simply BE what IS, knowing that there is loving information here for us to embrace and grow and benefit from.

Again, I know of no other way to move beyond this “land of the default settings” in our duality consciousness than to wake up to how our free-will has been hijacked; and that it is up to each one of us to “get” this, and then to USE our free-will to RE-CHOOSE, by declaring and committing to our Big Yes, thereby reinstating our sovereignty on the original path of our awakening.
