Update on Mark huber from Steve Beckow. I love Mark in the same way you do, John.

My information comes from Kauwila, his associate.

Mark was not shanghaied by his family. That news came from the same associates whose relationship with Mark was questionable. Those associates are now gone from Mark’s life.

Mark had a stroke, as you know, and entered the local Veterans Admin hospital. When he came out, he needed round the clock attention from a team of nurses and therapists and they needed to move into his house to monitor him. So Tara and Rama had to leave, which they did.

Mark’s family support his work, but also his health and he was losing that.

Mark has been progressing under the care of that team. I’ve seen a recent Internet page that shows that he’s organizing meet-ups and taking local hiking trips. I’ll pass that page along to you, but I’d suggest being sparing with its circulation because I suspect that Mark is enjoying his relatively unknown status for a while. I can tell you from my perspective that this work can be gruelling after a while and, if a person does find himself relieved of duties, so to speak, he can sometimes welcome it. I think this is the case with Mark at the moment. I think he’s happy being out of the public spotlight for the moment.

Any time he chooses to come back, he’ll probably regain his admirers because the man is a very loving and far-seeing being.

I was born in 1952. (Indigo ‘Scout’!).. so I’m not quite 104 years old yet!!
Each day of the year has a Galactic Signature consisting of various Mayan bits and pieces like ‘Castle’ ‘Wavespell’ ‘Kin’ and ‘Number’. Because the Mayan calender is based on cycles of 260 days it takes 52 years before your Galactic (Mayan Calender) ‘signature’ date synchronises and lands back on your actual Gregorian Calender birthdate again.
So it takes 52 years to complete one full cycle at this level. At this point, one may consider that the 52 years one just spent experiencing all these various different combinations, amounts to a knowing that one may choose to begin the NEXT 52 year cycle sharing with others. In other words one is basically ‘officially’ an ‘Elder’ from this point onwards..

SO your Gregorian Birthday lands on the same day every year and your Galactic Birthday only lands on that same day once every 52 years.. today was my Galactic Birthday. White Lunar Worldbridger Day. My Gregorian B’day is in November.

However, those women who reported regularly taking fish oil supplements, which contain high levels of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, were found to have a 32 percent reduced risk of invasive ductal breast cancer — the most common type of breast cancer. The use of other specialty supplements, such as the herbs black cohosh and dong quai which are often taken by women to relieve symptoms of menopause, was not associated with raising or lowering breast cancer risk.

Illuminating the Shadow

The recent eclipses have caused much of the hidden energy, both individually and collectively, to come to the surface. This may have been experienced as lethargy, lack of motivation, unhappiness, being unsatisfied with the status quo, and even deep anger and sadness.

Eclipses are a very important Astrological event as they help to illuminate the shadow side within everything and everyone. This helps humanity to recognize and release all of the pockets of energy that have unknowingly been hiding. These pockets can contain things from childhood, or emotions and feelings from experiences elsewhere in your current lifetime or even from past lifetimes. If you were someone that experienced some emotions during the first part of this month, and yet you could never quite figure out where those emotions came from, this is because this energy is from your past life experiences. Past life energy is much more difficult to get to the source of because it doesn’t always make sense in the confines of your current lifetime.

The energy of the eclipses are also helping to change things on a global scale. The unfortunate events of the Gulf Oil Spill and the Oil spill in China’s Yellow Sea are going to be precursors for change in that industry. In years to come, these disasters will help people to remember what was the beginning of change in regulation, finances and alternate fuel sources and so much more. Just like many other industries, the Oil companies have been working with the government for many years, and this event is allowing for this relationship to be very different in times to come.

Another event that occurred during this timeframe had to do with unemployment benefits in the U.S. These benefits were withheld from 2.5 million souls due to bureaucratic policies and procedures. This event had a greater purpose of allowing these individuals to face ideas about money and worthiness in themselves. Now that these benefits have been reinstated, many souls will go forward with the lessons that they have learned from this time. This experience allowed some souls to recognize that they were giving all of their power away to the government or to their situation, while others decided to look at their own relationship with finances in a new way.

Each of these events is illuminating the shadow side of what is going on, and once one can see the shadow side of things, then that shadow can be addressed. Look at how that is working in your own life: the shadow side of you is the part that follows after the guidance that you receive from spirit, that shadow can be referred to as the Ego or the self. When a soul get a piece of guidance they are usually very excited and want to act on it, but then the shadow comes in and says things like; “But, why would they listen to you?” or “That won’t work”, “Last time nothing happened”, and so forth.

Whenever you hear this secondary part to what you are thinking, this is the shadow side. But, the shadow side is not all doom and gloom; it plays a very important role in helping you to uncover what has been hidden. And, if you listen very carefully to what the shadow is saying, then this allows you to see where the energy still needs to be worked on.

With the Gulf Oil Spill, the shadow side was that the oil industry has been so focused on profits, that it failed to develop the proper proactive methods of safety to prevent this disaster. But, thanks to the shadow being illuminated, humanity can now work on changing this industry for the better in many ways.

With the unemployment benefits being withheld, it illuminated a shadow side of many individuals and how they had put their power on the money they earn. It also illuminated the shadow side of the legislature and aspects of the earlier bills. This time the bill that passed only contained what was necessary to provide these benefits, instead of the add-ons that often accompany such measures.

Illuminating the shadow releases the energy and starts the process of change. It is up to each individual and group to take the information that was illuminated and do with it, as they choose. The eclipses help to bring out this shadow side of things, but those that hear this message must choose to use that information wisely, or the changes they wish for will take longer in coming.

Look within, how does your shadow side keep your from moving forward? What does it tell you? Now turn this information around an use it for your benefit. If it tells you that you are not good enough, find our where the source of that feeling is from. It is from your parents? From an experience in school? From a relationship? There is no spiritual reason why you cannot accomplish your dreams in life, so thank the shadow for showing you the source of this energy and use it as motivation for you to change your life!

It is a great delight to bring forward this special activation which I believe will assist you in moving to a new stage of your spiritual growth. In my previous communication I spoke of the three parts of holding an Ascended Master state of existence, the ability to embody and realise the loving heart, expansive mind and luminous light of the Creator. I also expressed that to become an Ascended Master was simply a stepping stone on your spiritual journey to unity with the Creator rather than it being your ultimate goal. It is my wish to guide you through a meditation which incorporates invocations to assist you in experiencing an Ascension Light Activation.

Sitting peacefully I wish for you to focus on the words ‘peace and stillness,’ repeating these in your mind. Repetition is a wonderful technique of allowing energy vibrations and intentions to sink into your consciousness and physical being without the mind realising or resisting. Allow yourself to feel that the words have their own consciousness, energy and active presence which begins to influence and soothe your being, assisting you in entering into a sacred meditation state.

We first invoke the protection of the Angelic Kingdom to banish all negative energies and to illuminate your being and surroundings with the presence of love and joy. You are safe and protected at all times, allow yourself to relax with this certainty.

I, Master So Ma, stand before you now, I emanate a light of a pale blue colour into your being as I ask you to grasp my hands which I open to you with love. Allow yourself to feel my vibration flowing through your body, increasing your light quotient and developing the speed at which you vibrate.

When you wish to return to your reality on the Earth, simply ask me to transport you back to your physical life on the Earth. oh YEAH, Robin #84… i was “convented” good and proper!!! but there were some psycho nuns at all the convents i went to. My mother had to remove me, first from the boarding school, after one of them physically attacked me, and then a year later from the convent for mental and emotional abuse… hmmm… a story or two THERE!!! so this whole exposure thing around the vatican is very pleasing to me, for more than the obvious reasons. And the “useless” thing brings back some other hideous memories – “you’ll never amount to anything” was a favourite. How the hell we turned out vaguely “normal” after that indoctination and crap, I will never know. But, yeah, in light of what you have just shown me here, there was good reason for it, and it has provided experiential learning

Is this ‘Billy the Bee?’

There it is Steffie. Now when I first read this I went (Here we go again ) for a smoke break. Sitting on a parkbench, this small bee comes and hovers one foot in front of me say at my stomache. It just hovered there and then slowly began to rise. It rose to my eye level and there we stood looking each other in the eye at about a foot away. The bee stayed for like a whole minute and then took off. It was wild when I told this to Natalie she repled that when she was doing a bee consciousness reading at one of her slasses, someone came up to her and said as she was doing this there was a bee on her hair the whole time. Well it is that time again. The week actually was going slow at first then went into super high gear from wednesday on. Have a great weekend everyone much love and light to you all.

Full Moon says open your heart for a Moon bath, go into the night time and let feeling flow and move through you both to wash your heart of what it has been holding and to fully expand into the emotional, receptive state that the night holds.

The Full Moon is almost secondary to the bigger drama being played out by the major T-Square formation created by ******, Uranus and ***** that started forming in Nov. 2008 and has been creating big changes all around, internally and externally ever since. We’ve been through a large astrological portal with the Summer Solstice, followed closely by the lunar then solar eclipses with the T-Square as a backdrop. But currently, almost every other day provides a new ratcheting up and emphasis of the T-Square formation as the faster traveling, more personal planets jockey for position to also add their weight to the configuration.

7/21 ****** changed signs moving into Libra changing its focus to relationship and balance. Also, Chiron retrograded into Aquarius returning to Pisces 2/2011.

7/22 Sun moved into Leo shifting our focus from moon-ruled Cancer to an expressive, fiery solar influence calling for heart inspired action.

7/23 ******* in early Aries aligned with Uranus turns retrograde stopping and then moving slowly back into Pisces on 9/9 giving many months to reconsider and realign our long held beliefs that may be needing and getting the boot when ******* re-enters Aries in 1/2011. Old paradigms and inherited belief systems have a very limited shelf life now.

7/24 ******* in exact square (90º) to ***** giving us just the crisis/opportunity we need to see the big picture and dig deep into that belief package to get some transformation energy moving. It’s a giant teeter-totter with ***** as the fulcrum point squaring both of them. ***** in Capricorn is clearly focused on exposing the shadow side of our authoritarian structures. Uranus in Aries wants to see change implemented now. And it’s happening. The manifestation of equality between the mind and the heart, man and woman, manmade technology and
nature could symbolise the synthesis of the Creator’s heart and mind energies uniting once more as a strong
core of light or energy. When we accept this explanation as one of the basic intentions of the Creator for the
Earth it becomes obvious that unconsciously each person is working to the ultimate goal of heart and mind
integration. The bees hold this understanding along with many sacred insights as a breath of energy within
their consciousness and DNA. It is as if the Creator has manifested the most divine breathe of light holding
the ultimate consciousness and truth that would empower the Earth and its humanity, allowing true
integration of the Earth with the Creator’s soul to occur. This breath has been placed within all nature
incarnations on the Earth. While humanity also holds this divine breath of light within them it is not so easily
recognised because of the battle and friction between the mind and heart, but the bees are principal keepers
of this most sacred breath of consciousness because we act as a symbol of growth, integration and
evolution. We have also anchored the balance between the mind and heart aspects gaining harmony, we
understand that this is not so easy for humans due to the complexity of emotions and the power of the ego. It
is our purpose and mission to share this breath or awaken it within the souls of the nature kingdom and
share it with humanity when they have began to manifest harmony and peace between the mind and heart
aspects.

With the growing pollution and lack of respect for the nature kingdom it is becoming difficult for the bees to
remain as activate as they are intended to be. As keepers of the breath of enlightenment and the original
intention of the Creator’s soul for the Earth, if the numbers of the bees decrease then the enlightenment that
we carry will diminish also. Although the enlightenment exists within every consciousness of the Earth
without the bees consciousness and presence the valued intention of the Creator that binds the energies of
the Earth will be lost causing tremendous chaos until it is brought forth once more through another aspect
on the Earth. The codes, symbols or intention that the bees carry fuel the Earth, reminding humanity of their
purpose whether they realise it or not.

We ask that humanity begins to share their love and compassion with us, we have so much to share and to
teach you, we are treasure chests of wisdom concerning the past of the Earth and how to bring forth unity
between the mind and heart aspects of the Creator. Whether you choose to care for us in a physical or
spiritual way we ask you to pour your love into the consciousness of the bees, teaching other’s to respect
our purpose. There is a need for humanity to exist in harmony with the nature kingdoms, this can only occur
when humans allow the nature kingdom to exist in health and vitality, free from toxins, pollution and
chemicals. With these alterations the breath of intention and enlightenment of the Creator will continue to live
on within its keepers, the bees, allowing it to integrate with all of humanity. The bees are suffering because of
the current manifestation of the Earth, but humanity may suffer in the future if change is not instigated to
nurture and develop the energy of the bees and nature kingdoms. The enlightenment and intention of the
Creator is anchored into the air and energy that the bees travel through and so in truth the bees pollinate the
atmosphere of the Earth with the original intention of the Creator for the Earth. Humanity then accept this and
absorb it into their energy thus assisting in their awakening to the energy of the Creator. Many animals,
plants and even humans also have the same influence and purpose but the bee is most dominant at this
period of the Earth’s evolution, this will only continue if humanity begin to take action and realise the harm
that has been caused.

We ask for your support now and share with you a practice that will allow you to share your love, directing it
to where it is needed.

During meditation we ask that you invoke the Christ consciousness which is the golden loving energy of the
Creator to pour into your being. Allow the light to flow down the centre of your body and into the Earth, feel
the energy building within you and blending with your auric field. Imagine a golden beam of light extending
from your heart to connect with the heart consciousness of the bees, you are sending your love to the bees.
You can imagine our energy as a source of light. You can imagine your love being distributed to every bee or
you can envisage your loving light flowing into the gird energy of the nature world and connecting with the
bee grid or energy line consciousness. Feel a connection with the heart consciousness of the bees as you
send peace, harmony and love to the bees and the nature world, empowering the power and intention of the
Creator within all.

Imagine a golden beam of light extending from your third eye chakra and mind that holds numerous thoughts
of love and support. Imagine this positive loving light flowing to connect with the mind consciousness of the
bees. Again you may imagine your light being distributed to every bee or you can envisage your loving light
flowing into the gird energy of the nature world and connecting with the bee grid or energy line
consciousness. Allow a bond to build as you unite the energy flowing from your mind and heart, assisting
you in existing as one vast beacon of support and love.
Then state;

‘I invoke the energy of the Creator, elementals and fairies, ascended masters and angels to unite their light
with my soul now, as I pour my light into the consciousness of the bees to aid their survival and abundance.
Please allow my light to have a positive influence on the bees and the nature kingdom, while awakening
humanity to the importance of the bees and nature kingdom, assisting positive alterations to the Earth’s
environment to manifest instigating harmony, peace and health for all on the Earth.

I ask that each bee is surrounded in the most appropriate vibration of golden Christ consciousness light and
that a golden path is placed before each bee, in order to clear their journey of any obstacles or negativity that
may hinder their purpose on the Earth. Thank you.’

It is important to realise that the bees have vital information to share with humanity. Please do not be fearful
of us, we may draw close to you to impart the wisdom within us, allow a connection to build between your
energy and ours. We wish to teach humanity how to care for Mother Earth and to nurture her inhabitants. It is
only humanity who has the power to make the necessary changes; this must come through the power of
listening.

From time to time, it seems that members of our family here feel that, as 8daisies and others have said, the “vibrations have lowered”. Whilst we all understand why this happens, perhaps we should sometimes just take a step back and breathe… as we’ve noted before, we are a very diverse group with differences in background, upbringing, nationality, religion, spirituality, and general life experience. It is natural that every person will interpret words or actions, based on their own personal frame of reference – which is so very different for each of us.

We are a microcosm here. We are also a very, very powerful and loving “family unit” and, as such, have our differences and disagreements from time to time. Can we not learn to hear each other’s thoughts, feelings and words, without assuming what is meant by them??? Should we not allow for one another to make mistakes, to have differing opinions, or to even screw up badly… yet still be there to provide acceptance, understanding and support for the other’s journey? One of our biggest lessons on this planet is to learn tolerance, compassion and empathy – this does not mean that we always have to agree, approve or like it – we merely have to allow… and continue to love unconditionally

It is not that someone “else” (In Lak’esh, remember!) does or says something that offends or upsets me – it is in my response or judgement that I find myself looking in the mirror.

1- I always knew in this life I AM NOT TO HAVE CHILDREN, and I am determined to keep it that way! My partenaire too.
2- I remember me and the planners discussing this life: the “mission”, all my life, and how it will evolve, the impact of ETS, Ascenssion being a possiblity that we ALL had to work hard for, if not there was going to be a VERY HIGH possibility of Earth’s worse disaster ever! I knew that in this life experiencing death for us is not supposed to happen any longer. Knew that what is happening for Earth is very unique.
3- I remember being born and before being born, including a few segments of previous lives.
4- I skip some of the best parts about my childhood! It might get a little too mad if i start talking about it
5- I always knew that underneath the inside of Earth and of Mars lies the greatest secret of all times! Had no idea why, I only knew it has to do with water and life…
6- Always knew of Extra terrester life was very real, and that there are ruins and living beings on the surface Mars and of the Moon.
7- I knew that I would lose all memory as soon as I would enter Earth’s life again. So while entering the process of being born into this life, I kept telling myself: “You must remember! You must remember” and tried to repeat to myself while my body was born the most important things I wanted to remember.

Having said all of the above, as it was pointed out to me, I knew all the above when between 3 and 8. These memories slowly began to resurface, but I grew up till almost 8 in Romania, meaning only 2 hours per day was allowed on tv program by the state, and it was only news and communist propaganda, same with the radio. We could only afford a tv when I was 5 or 6 anyway. So it was a very different world from the one we live in now: no internet, no New Age thinking at all there. I grew up in the country, all natural stuff.

In my case however, I remember lives on Earth, as well as stuff from Mars I think mainly. I think I just got my karma cleared on Earth, and when I passed, I was like: “Yes! I am going to get off this planet!!!”
However I was asked to come back again, because what I “did” to get the right to leave, was done a little by accident I was explained. They wanted me to go back this time and do it all again, the difference this time is that they wanted me to do it all “consciously” and they did tell me that this time “I would not be alone”, I would not have to go trough the same amount of pain and suffering, and most important to me, this time there would not be a physical death involved ! So I got redrafted in, when I heard of the possibillities, I had to say: “Ok, I am going to do this!”

I never did any regression therapies or hypnosis, I remember this since very early age.

I remember at 3 saying to myself: ” Ok, you are 3 now, what are you doing here? Who are you?… Humm… I can’t even remember what I ate yesterday… oh no… how am i ever going to remember why am I here for?… Ok… from now on, I will remember this day, I will remember what I am supposed to do here, I will never forget anything anymore”

**The Toxification of the Gulf**

Truthout recently covered the hidden threat to those in the Gulf as experts warn that residents and administrators need to start planning an immediate evacuation of the region.

Marine toxicologist, Riki Ott, has been traveling from Louisiana and Florida for the past two months, monitoring the effects of the current Gulf disaster. In late May she began meeting people in the Gulf who have been experiencing numerous amounts of maladies such as: headaches, dizziness, sore throats, burning eyes, deep rashes and blisters that are leaving scars. And according to Ott, the culprit is the near two million gallons of “Corexit,” the chemical dispersant being used by BP to break up and hide the oil below the ocean’s surface. The chemical agent is an industrial strength solvent and degreaser that is actually chewing up boat engines off-shore, and is the likely cause of the maladies Gulf residents, and clean-up crews are experiencing with toxic exposure.

As a community activist, Ott has been exposing the public to this unspoken truth, urging people to contact detox specialists at The Environmental Health Center in Dallas, and warns that these symptoms are in result of chemical poisoning. Since she has been dealing with the public and local communities directly, Ott has been receiving an influx of communications from concerned people who are frightfully in the dark about what is happening to them, and exactly how to combat the situation.

After expressing her concerns during a meeting in May with the Environmental Protection Agency, the administrator told Ott that they do not want to create a panic amongst the people. This past Tuesday a whistleblower, Hugh Kaufman, who works as a senior policy analyst in the EPA’s Office of Solid Waste and Emergency Response, “is accusing the agency of deliberately downplaying public health threats and its own role in regulating the chemicals being dumped into the gulf ‘to protect itself from liability and keep the public from getting too alarmed.’”

Furthermore, samples were of water and soil from five Alabama beaches and were taken to a local lab to be tested. Chemist Bob Naman, didn’t expect there to be more than five parts per million of oil and petroleum in the water, but when the water sample was tested it showed 66 parts per million and the sand showed 211 parts per million. When Naman actually began the test, the sample collected from Dauphin Island Marine exploded. Naman says that it is most likely in result due to the presence of methane gas, or the dispersant Corexit.

Ott and Kaufman are urging the press to follow the paper trail of money to expose the truth behind the cover-up, and how the dispersant is actually just masking the amount of oil actually being pumped into the Gulf. That the EPA is siding with BP in hiding the environmental and public health risks resulting from the spill and the chemicals being used to mask it, is a true crime against humanity, with which the press needs to redeem itself by shedding light on the real dangers behind this disaster that are putting the public at greater risk.

I once consciously and voluntarily lowered my own vibratory rate in an effort to create more ‘harmony’ in a relationship.. it did NOT work and it was not a pretty ‘sight’, as it allowed access to all facets of myself that were also of a lower frequency.

Interesting excercise though.. and the ‘return journey’ SO much more worthwhile as a result!

REgarding WATER… I found it quite sad to read from a few of you (Malps, I think as well?) that you cannot use water from your taps for drinking or cooking??? Every time I open a tap, I bless the water and am so grateful that it is still reasonably ok to drink – blessing it also just purifies any negativity… here is a beautiful little blessing from Kwan Yin every time you run a tap, shower, bath, or drink water:

Indigo Dyeing

In Sangha, a large collection of villages in the ‘Dogon country’ of Mali, the birthplace of this technique.

Traditionally the dyes are made using entirely natural ingredients. The leaves and stalks of the indigo plant are harvested and pounded into concentrated balls that are then left to dry in the sun, allowing them to be preserved for longer. To create the dye, the indigo balls are soaked in large pots of water to which a natural fixative, or mordant, is added. Sadly, due the relatively scarcity and rising price of natural indigo, synthetic dyes (imported from the UK) are increasingly mixed with the natural dye in the production of indigo cloth in Mali.

Before being added to the dye, the cloth (made from locally grown cotton) is prepared in the same manner as tie-dye, through stitching, tying or covering sections of the cloth to create the desired pattern. The cloth is then soaked in the dye, often for a whole day, and then left to dry in the sun.

The stitching and tyeing is then is removed to reveal the striking blue and white designs recognised around the world. The process of preparing and dyeing the cloth has traditionally been the domain of women in Mali and this is still very much the case today.

“‘Well the doctor says I’m going to be in this cast for two months!’ Could turn out to be two weeks if you want to create it so, you know. There is nothing – We want to tell you right now if you’re not a believer on that – Start believing! There is nothing that you can’t do, Beloved Ones. And if you choose to co-create healing with another who is gifted and who is wanting to utilize their gifts to effect that healing then by all means do so, it will only be more empowering for, guess who, both of you! How’s that? There is nothing that you cannot accomplish that you set your intent for. What do you think all of these supportive energies are all about? They’re here to perhaps shake you up a bit, we agree. Some of you might feel that you have been bumped out of your comfort box, but look around you, Beloved Ones, how does it feel to breathe the air of freedom, to be unlimited? That’s what this is all about. Take off your limitations.
“Now we understand that for some of you this is a bit of a stretch, but for many of you you can go back in time if you wish, just for a second now, don’t stay there. There are not very many of you on this planet who have not, at one time, worn the burka. Do you know what that is? I t is a deliberate creation to bind your heads so tightly that you have a constant headache so that you won’t think about freedom, so that you won’t think about expressing yourself, so that you won’t dare go beyond the box that you have been placed in. Now get out of that box real fast, we don’t want anybody to get stuck there, and we know that none of you have had that experience in this lifetime, well there may be one or two of you who have tried one on. The voice tried one on once and she can still remember how completely and suddenly she felt stifled. The only reason we’re bringing this up is because we want you to understand that you’ve moved beyond that. That was only a symbol for you, a little picture that you could picture for yourselves so that you would understand that you are free from all of that boxing in, from all of that restriction. Oh goodie, the lid is off! The sky is unlimited in its welcome for you. The more of these changing energies that you accept, that is, these energies of change, and yes they do feel different don’t they? Sometimes they can shake you up a bit. Sometimes you may feel that your chakras are not all aligned and perfectly balanced, there may be one or more of them that seems to be a little out of alignment.
“Pay attention to yourselves, Beloved Ones. Take stock, if you will, that’s a good old-fashioned expression. Make a list! Check yourself out, give yourself a check-up! Self-directed, self-managed, self-sovereign. And don’t just stop with your physicalities – go through your entire being, all of your energy fields, and ask questions. ‘How is my fabulous brain today, are we all synchronized? What can I do to facilitate synchronicity within all of the areas of my fabulous brain?’ You see? Or you can say, ‘of you, fabulous brain, part of me the one we all are.’ How ever you want to do it, that’s up to you. Design your own check-up list. You can put on a white jacket if it makes you feel more official. You can take a clipboard and make a list if you wish and then start addressing it. You’ve got the power. Or you can get a wand, or you can consult.
“By all means the practioners- let’s talk about the practioners of healing for a moment. They’ve been getting a lot of upgrades. For some of them, it’s taken years, and some of them are quite recent; they don’t even know what to do with all of it but they’re starting to get the picture, it’s starting to fall into line, into balance and harmony for them. And they’re starting to reach out and connect and say, ‘Well I’m not sure why I can do this but all of a sudden I have this to offer to you,’ or, ‘You know, I just feel like we should get together and connect because there’s some service that I have to give to you that I feel as though you are asking me to provide.’ Oh yes and an exchange, of whatever. Money is energy, you know. It’s all energy, everybody’s energy. You’re energy. S o you can exchange energy units, just exchange energy units and all is well and wondrous.
“Pretty soon there will be other forms of energy that will replace the dollars, but for now, dollars are good if they facilitate your passions, your dreams, your visions of how you, yourself, can give service to yourself and to anyone else you choose. Precious metal dollars are better and are in use in various parts of the planet. They’re coming soon to your country! It’s already there but it’s being held in safe keeping, in some cases. And pretty soon everything is going to be based in Love. And Love will be the energy unit of exchange because you’re going to become, you’re going to really get in there and open and start using your gifts, your talents. And as I say, if you want an orange – voilà, look in your hand and there it is. So you won’t have anything that you need to purchase with dollar energy units. If you want to look at it this way, you can see that first of all you’re going to have so many dollars coming your way, and backed by precious metals that are clean and pure, you might not even be able to spend it all, now how does that look? And in the next moment everybody will have everything or will know that they can create anything they might not have in the moment, and there you have it. It’s going to be as simple and easy as that.
“We want to put out a little reminder here. You know the old saying, you can’t take it with you? To heaven? Well you can’t take it with you to 5D either, the number of zeros in your bank account are just exactly that, zero in 5D. It doesn’t matter if you’ve got a one or some other number in front of all those zeros. You won’t need it and you’re not going to take it with you because you’re going to be in your light-bodies and you’re going to be light-body travelers from now on. Oh yes, you can come aboard the beaming ships, made of special materials. They will reflect back to you your own high vibrations. How about that? Does that give you a clue? Zero point. Think about that.
“You see, we have gone beyond, we have trekked to the far corners of the universe and we know about these things, these materials, if you want to call them that, that these ships are constructed of such that when you walk into a particular room or compartment, or whatever, guess what you are going to feel? Your own high vibrations. How does that sound? How does it sound when you walk onto the bridge, you can call me Captain Kirk if you want to, but I am of course, Ashtar, and how does it feel when you walk onto the bridge and you add your energy to those of us who are already there? Ooh, it’s going to be so great when you come aboard and add. Are you starting to feel how important you are in all of this? We certainly hope so.
“We can’t tell you enough how much we love you, and we honor you for the great missions that you are doing. And we have a biggie tonight. Now, we know that you are looking out at the world as it appears in 3D. We can see 3D too, you know. Just because we have what you might call an elevated presence, we have a perception which is perhaps different, it is not despairing, it is seeing the light everywhere. But nevertheless we are cognizant of the challenges that are presenting themselves on planet Earth.
“We have compassion for you and for all of Mother Gaia and all of her kingdoms, but believe us when we tell you that the events that are happening now have a sacredness to them because they are serving to awaken. They are a call to spirit. They are a call to raising the consciousness, and most of all, it’s for all of us to always be mindful of the fact that all of those who are participating – plants, minerals, animals and humans, are in service and that they have each in their own way contracted to undergo this experience to further the ascension process, to counteract, or counterbalance what remains of the dark programs.
“And yes, these dark programs are visible for the world to see, and we hear the calls and we are in connection with you always. And we are coming in behind the scenes as one of Mother Earth’s children, regardless of which kingdom the child belongs to, and this is true for all of Mother Earth’s children as they make their transitions to the light, as they leave their physical bodies, whatever form their bodies may have been in. You can be assured that we are there, that we accompany them upon this journey to the freedom from these bodies. The Masters, the Angels, and yes, the Ashtar command.
“And we stand ready with hugs and honors of every description to welcome them and to thank them from our hearts for the great mission that they have participated in. And we promise you, Beloved Ones, that for those of you who are ascending with Mother Gaia you are seeing the last of the missions worldwide.
“I stand with my brother Sananda and we promise you in all sacred honor all that you see around the world in Africa with the war, the killings and the starvations, in South East Asia particularly with the exploitation of the children and the drugs, in Western Europe with all of the arguing and the fighting ready to break forth at any moment into violence, in South America with the young ones that have guns and are forced into hardship, deprivation, starvation and killing of others, in Australia where the exploitation of the country’s mineral wealth and all of its resources continues, and yes in North America with all of its intrigue and corruption, and indeed in the entire world and the entire planet, all of these things are taking place everywhere and it’s all at the eleventh hour.
“And it is all about to come to a big and fabulous end. Why fabulous? Because it will happen no more, in ascended Earth it’s gone. And it will not be at the final moment of Ascension that peace will come to the planet, it is seen to come much sooner. So lift up, Beloved Ones, this is what we are going to advance the timeline for, this peace, this joy coming to the planet, this celebration, this blinders off, this one heart, one mind is now.
“We are going to come together in an exercise and my brother shall come forward upon the stage. I, Ashtar, am Kumara. And while I have not embodied here upon Earth as I, Ashtar, I have been around the block, so to speak, a time or two. I’ve experienced third-dimensional energies and I still do. We are bonded, we are connected, Beloved Ones.
“I am Kumara, we are all brothers and sisters through our connections, through our bonding and through our acknowledgement that we are Family. We shall stand together in a mighty and empowered exercise and we shall have our moment to include the entire planet, the Ashtar command, all of the angels, masters and guides. All of the Kingdoms of Mother Gaia, and this is all what we are here to do tonight. And as we do so our voices shall be heard around Planet Earth andwe shall move the timeline for peace and abundance for all, and move celebrations forward even more. So, when we say it is the eleventh hour we simply mean – this is it.
“The consciousness has been elevated already to such an extent that we have an opportunity here to move things along at warp speed. That’s Ashtar command lingo for real fast. So we know you’re up for it because we already checked all this out. Everybody who needs to be here is here and we will be joined by our Family who are waiting to read the words of this or who are connecting in, even though they are not perhaps at their telephones, their hearts are with us, their spirits are with us. So look around the room you’re in, the place that you’re in is full! Standing room only, and some might, frankly, have to hang from the ceilings because there are so many of us here gathered.
“And this is entirely appropriate because we come in service because you are here! We come in service to support you in the service you are here to give. And that, Beloved Ones, is a holy and sacred mission.
“So all of these situations are hereby transformed and transmuted into 5D, or Christ-consciousness energies. And as we do this exercise we only ask that you hold out your hand and that you join together with us in reaffirmation of the bond that we already have between, among and within us. That is our purpose – sacred and solemn. And we ask that you open your hearts to receive, perhaps some of you for the first time will receive energies you have not felt before. Perhaps a pain you have had somewhere in your physicality will diminish or dissolve, or maybe, you will have the inspiration to connect with someone whom you have some kind of an issue in your relationship.
“We will share an example or perhaps two. We have full permission, it has been given. We will share that the voice has had many experiences where she has thought of someone and perhaps had a little bit of guilt – ‘ooh I haven’t talked to this one in a while,’ or, ‘I forgot to do something,’ or whatever. As she thinks the thought, she is learning to bring it up into a higher vibration so she can send love to whoever is involved. And she likes the ho’oponopono, too. And then she either makes the call or whatever, and then a door opens and there is that very one and the hugs and the love are messaging to both of them that all is well, all is healed, and all is forgiven. And there is really nothing to forgive because they have both accepted.
“She has had a joyful experience just now. The other day, she was sort of out of it, and we gave her to understand that that which she has passion for, one of the things, which is the reunion with her unicorn, was happening. When she came back she had a name and she had reason to ask today if this was really for real – Had she really ventured into the realm of that unicorn and had the unicorn really been there to meet her? And furthermore there were some much-beloved doggies who were there with that unicorn the other day. She instantly was reunited, had confirmation of the name, felt the loving energies of the unicorn and the doggies and was invited to ride on that unicorn whenever she wished. Now, you may be already in knowledge that unicorns are not generally for riding upon, so this was a big thing for her today.
“You never know who you are going to meet and what the circumstances are going to be, but get out all of your passions and dust them off and take them out for a spin, as Mother Sekhmet would say, because they are there for you, your fulfillment of your desires. Many of these are things which money cannot purchase so you can quickly see what we are talking about when we say there really isn’t any in the realms of Christ-consciousness. But you don’t need it. Just take yourselves there. How do you do that? Well, we’re going to take you on a step, but it is your intent, Beloved Ones, and again we say to you take yourselves there, give intent to do so. Always ask your higher self or your guides, if you wish you can ask Mother/Father to take your hands, or hand, and accompany you on your journey. It’s a good idea. But you do it however you want to do it, and you can go there in your sleep-time, or you can do it in your meditations, or you can do it when you are sitting in your favorite place, or sitting in front of your altar. Sometimes the connection is instantaneous, sometimes you really do need to get into a little bit more of a high-vibe connected state. It makes no difference, you’ll discover what works for you, just get on it.
“This entire month that you call July is most powerful. The energies which have already come have been welcomed by many, that is what is making it possible for us to go even higher in this gathering. Cherish these energies, accept them with intent for the highest and best, for you and for everyone that you are connected with, and that’s pretty much everyone – well it is. So there you have it. So we ask that you create sacred communion with us, a communion of hearts, a communion of spirits, a communion of your energies, your precious, precious energies, coming together in a high sacred space utilizing all of the gifts that we all have, it’s time, it is time to create this. Another occasion of togetherness, yes, but also an occasion of advancement, evolvement and transcendence for the entire planet, we are here with you, we are ready to co-create with you, so please do enjoy these precious moments for this extreme, if you will, connecting and bonding. Remember we are all brothers and sisters, we are Ashtar Command, Ashtar Family, and by extension Kumara. And so it is, Salut!”

…You are standing in that moment when the rejuvenation of the physical body will begin to come forth and this event alone will be recognised around the world, because there is nothing in your science, nothing in, by and large the perception of humanity which is able to explain this phenomenon. There is no basis other than from the understanding of what is unfolding that you can understand this coming forth. You see, this is not just about winding back the age of individuals who have moved beyond their chosen age. It is about bringing forth a transformation of the physical body. Some of you are aware of that term Adam Kadmon, which has been coined to describe a new form of the physical body which will emerge over the next few years, and the rejuvenation process brings forth the foundation of that physical form. Individuals will not look greatly different on the outside. They will look younger, of course if they have, you could say “matured”; but the changes internally will be extraordinary. It’s like there’s a new internal structure to the physical body and this is the structure that is required to, firstly withstand the energies that come forth with that solstice of December 2012, to be able to support the reactivation of the DNA to over 2,000 strands which will occur at the end of December 2012, and then the transition through to a higher level of consciousness with the Ascension process in March of 2013; and it is at this moment when this process truly begins…

It is what was intended from the very beginning, when this globe that you call Earth was created and all of those beautiful planets that are companions to the Earth that revolve around the sun, it was determined that love be brought down to your planet and to the other planets. Fifth-Dimensional Consciousness Happens inside your Present Moment..

Within the scope of your present moment, you have it all. Right now, as you read this, you are all that you have been and all that you ever will be. To understand and experience the vast and infinite being that you are, all you need to do is expand your definition of the present moment.

By accessing fifth-dimensional consciousness, you are able to connect with every aspect of your consciousness past, present and future. This form of inner connection and oneness allows you to bring about needed healing, view and believe in future probabilities and work in collaboration with your full being to manifest your highest visions into reality. All of this is accessible from your present moment.

If you feel this is not possible for you, it is likely you have bought into the erroneous and limiting belief that all our moments, all our realities, all the aspects of our being are compartmentalized, divided and cut off from each other. Divisive thoughtforms keep us from allowing the greatness of our being, which is founded in the essence of oneness and unconditional love. Divisiveness keeps us fighting within ourselves and consequently, with each other.

The good news is that all limitations we impose on ourselves have the power to help us move beyond them. This is just as all “problems” contain the seed of their own solution. This seed always flourishes in the rich soil of our higher understanding.

Expanding the Definition of your Present Moment

The key to freeing yourself of limitations is to expand your definition of the present moment. Ask yourself, who are you within this moment? Are you limited to what you see in front of you, or do you hold within your consciousness a vast repertoire of possibilities you can activate at any second? Do you hold within you maps of consciousness that point to infinite locations and states you can access at will? Do you feel your past (in this life and others) is inaccessible or do you feel connected to these past aspects and even assisted and supported by them? Are you able to travel through the doorway of your imagination to visit your future and learn what you’re creating in order to fine-tune your present moment?

Steps to Expanding Your Present Moment

A first step to expanding your definition of the present moment is to examine your present beliefs about who you are. If you believe you’re a vast, multidimensional being of infinite capabilities, you’re well on your way to expanding your present moment. If, however, you believe your present physical reality is all you have and that you’re limited to the information you’ve programmed into your personal CPU, your definition of the present moment could use some stretching.

When you view the world through the eyes of spirit, it’s easy to see how each person is spirit incarnate. Spirit, with its infinite nature, has the ability to be all places at all times. The word “omniscient” is often used to describe this unlimited potential.

Some of you might say, “But this is the word we use to describe God.” Now we are finally getting to the root of things. Do you see God as separate from yourself or as a part of yourself? We offer this holographic definition: you are to the universe as a drop of water is to the ocean. A drop of water has the same properties as the ocean. It is holographically the same as the ocean, just as you’re holographically the same as God and with the same properties and potentials. This is a second step in expanding your present moment – to see God, all-that-is – whatever word you choose to describe the infinite – as a part of you.

You are an Omnipresent Spark of Spirit

You as an omnipresent spark of spirit have likely been incarnated hundreds and even thousands of times. We say “likely” because some entities in this universe incarnate only on a few occasions and for specific purposes. Younger souls have by definition experienced fewer incarnations than older souls. (The fact that you’re reading this says you’re an older soul).

You have been incarnated in numerous timeframes throughout history, both past and future. You may find it a stretch to contemplate the possibility that your spirit has incarnated into future timeframes.

You are Simultaneously Incarnated throughout Time

There is no “time” in the expanded concept of the universe. All your incarnations are occurring simultaneously in various realities. If you had a lifetime in Egypt in 550 AD, that “you” is still alive and well in its own energetic coordinate in the universe. Likewise, if a future “you” is incarnated in the year 2550 on your home planet of Betelgeuse, that being is alive and well within its own energetic timeframe.

Some incarnations are closer energetic matches to your present moment than others. These other “yous” are creating other experiences and understandings in their own timeframes, but they still hold various levels of resonance to the “you” that exists in your present moment.

Your higher self is in tune with all these various incarnations occurring simultaneously. It is by tuning in to your higher self that you learn about these other “yous” incarnated throughout time. As you learn about them, you can choose to visit them in consciousness. In this way, you’re able to share information, knowledge and skills.

It’s by learning about and connecting with these other “yous” that you are able to come more fully into latent talents and abilities. A Mozart or Einstein is not created in one lifetime. True genius develops over an arc of lifetimes and culminates in a timeframe where the individual is able to merge with other aspects of themselves to consolidate understandings and abilities honed throughout time.

HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE LOWERED BY ADDING SALT AND CALCIUM
Studies have shown that high blood pressure can be prevented and lowered by consuming a diet high in calcium, and surprisingly, a diet high in salt. Using calcium is far more effective with the essential use of salt. The recommended daily allowance (RDA) of calcium is 800 mg, and by meeting the RDA along with a diet high in salt, we will not raise, but lower our blood pressure. This is responsible for some of the lowest blood pressures in our society. Studies have shown that people who use the saltshaker more frequently and consume salty snack foods tend to have lower blood pressures than those who do not use salt with such frequency. This may also come as a shock, but low salt diets are associated with increases in blood pressure, and this is consistent with data from the U.S. Clinical sites participating in the INTERSALT Study. This study found that the highest blood pressures were found in those with the lowest salt excretion in their urine. If we want to lower our blood pressure and prevent high blood pressure, we must use salt as well as calcium, as higher blood pressures were noted in the small percentage of the population eating high-salt low-calcium diets (which lessened the potassium, magnesium, and phosphorous). People who consumed large amounts of salt and had high blood pressure lowered their blood pressure by using calcium. The same thing happened for those who were using a lot of calcium and had high blood pressure; their blood pressure lowered when they started using salt. All of these studies show that calcium’s effect on blood pressure is most visible in those consuming at least the RDA of salt. Therefore, it makes sense for doctors to make sure that patients who have or are at risk of high blood pressure consume enough salt and calcium daily. I hope this information will provide Americans with a more attractive and nutritional approach to lowering their blood pressure.
