Energy.. Yes, what I do is consciously work it in which ever ‘direction’ I feel I most need.. so if I’m not feeling grounded I allow energy to run down me to the Earth’s Centre through my Base and if I’m not feeling ‘Light’ I bring energy UP through me to Light Source via my Crown.

Now you mention it the UP one seems to go through my spine and the DOWN one goes through the front of my body-chakras.

Maybe that’s a matter of preference or of M/F functioning?
I guess the ‘trick’ is to get them both happening at once!

Hello again all
I have not posted in a few months, but I have been keeping up to date. I’ve been spending my days barefooted and outdoors around my home, watching nature and learning. Fireflies, natures fireworks as I called them, have gone away, to be replaced by crickets. August in the north, summers last hurrah. I call it the death month, as my garden plants slowly die away. I would guess that crickets are associated with death, as they arrive as plants die off. If I was an ancient, I would make that connection.
I was going to post while the whole Davinci debate and his punch in the mouth pathway to higher learning was going on, and again over the ‘did Jesus really live’ discussion of a few days ago. I also had written about a two page paper on the first day of summer, celebrating it’s arrival and my joy at nightly observing “natures fireworks”, but I never posted it. (That one was even longer than this one.)
I decided to finally post again tonight in order to wish all of you, tomorrow, the 24th of August, a great first day of the second month of the real time 13 month calender. (I enjoyed reading that July 26th was the extra day of the year, and started July 27th as the first day of the new year.)
The last few months nature has shown me several insights, of which there are two I would like to share with all of you now. (This first insight is one long run-on sentence)

Beginning in March, as I saw nature slowly revive, with greening grass and trees and plants blooming, planting my garden and watching things pop up out of the ground, watching the sun continue to rise higher and higher in the sky, peaking on the 21st of June, and watching as the sun began it’s slow at first but quickening daily sinking from the sky, even as it continues to do so until bottoming out on Dec. 21st, and observing that nature is now starting it’s fade away along with the sun, that this cycle is the breath of the divine. Inhale to summer, exhale to winter. When I read of spring times arrival for some of you, you are now witnessing the inhale.
The other thing I realized the last few months is that nature is geared to win. Since we are all part of nature, I totally agree with these messages, that things will advance in their time, and we will all ‘win.’ And just as these messages stress, if now is not the time to ascend, that’s all right. There will be another chance, there will be another inhale. I know this because even though I planted all of my rows of beans within minutes of one another, and they all had the same rain and the same sun, they did not all pop up on the same day. Some were sooner, some were later.

I will share some more tales that nature taught me this summer with all of you later, knowing it will have an impact at a different level than they did when I shared them with co-workers. (You should have seen some of the looks I noticed, and the coolness I sensed, when I shared my ‘nature and the seasons are the breath of God’, and over my excitement about watching fireflies)

There have been reports of alien encounters throughout recorded history. But since the end of World War II, alien encounters have adopted a darker, more menacing demeanor. No longer just spirited lights dancing in the sky, UFOs turned more brazen, announcing themselves with surprising ferocity.

Most alien activity on earth in this century seems to have been sparked by the single most profound technological achievement in human history. The atomic bomb did more than blow away every conventional notion of combat. It also saddled mankind with the awesome responsibility of life and death for the entire planet.

But what the world didn’t know in 1945 was that the atomic bomb’s brilliant burst of energy would also be mankind’s cosmic calling card, announcing to the universe that a technological society had evolved on a small blue planet in the backwaters of the stars. So as the world celebrated the war’s end in 1945, aliens who heard man’s atomic trumpet were already charting their course toward earth, responding to our open invitation.

As early as 1947, the large alien ships began to arrive, navigated by living creatures. Their advanced physics allowed them to traverse the galaxy and pierce earth’s atmosphere with amazing speed. The U.S. military immediately went on the alert against the unknown menace. Sightings were perceived as threats to the security of an America still reeling from the edgy consciousness of war. And the sightings were taking place all across the country.

More than one alien craft crashed and was recovered for secret U.S. military research. The most famous case took place in July of 1947 just outside the community of Roswell, New Mexico – famous, because local officials openly admitted they had retrieved an alien ship before their commanders instructed them to keep the story confidential. What you can’t explain, they reasoned, you must deny.

This is the actual site where the Roswell saucer was discovered, along with the bodies of three extraterrestrial missionaries who didn’t survive the collision. The debris and the dead were impounded and taken away for top secret study, while a classified investigative committee called the Majestic Twelve was organized by President Truman, and a government cover-up was initiated with a calculated disinformation campaign.

But while the Pentagon refused to publicly admit aliens had arrived on earth, their top secret internal memos told a different story, even detailing the various ships and the creatures they had autopsied.

By the early 1960s, UFOs were having a chilling effect on our defense operations. Their tremendous speed often caused them to be misidentified as incoming intercontinental ballistic missiles, putting American air bases on red alert. There needed to be some way for the U.S. and the Soviets to distinguish between nuclear attack and alien visitors.

Clifford Stone [retired army officer]: The Hot Line between Moscow and Washington was set up so that they could go ahead and make last-minute pleas, that “We’re not attacking you, and you’re not attacking us.” The purpose of this was to insure that a nuclear war would not be touched off by a UFO appearing on the scopes and being mistaken for enemy aircraft.

Urich: The Hot Line eased some international tensions, but it didn’t halt the interaction between the military and the aliens, which continues to this day.

Stone: [In] November of 1975, essentially every SAC [Strategic Air Command] base in the United States was visited by UFOs. We have reason to believe that the UFOs went ahead and had some effect on changing the codes within the missiles, within the launch control facility, to change where the missiles would hit.

1976, September, Iran, two F-4s try to intercept a UFO and shoot at one of the UFOs. The weapons systems of the planes go dead, the communications systems go dead. These are just two examples of cases which sound like they came out of science fiction, but in reality, they’re from government documentation, documents released by the State Department.

Urich: Indications are that government, military and scientific leaders will soon release nearly a half-century of official documentation of ongoing alien encounters on earth. Perhaps they feel it would be too embarrassing not to reveal the truth, before the truth reveals itself. But these FBI files acquired through the Freedom of Information Act outline nearly fifty years of UFO reports investigated by federal agents all across America, overwhelming evidence that something sinister is at work.

Thanks for sharing that story. My first reaction when you said it made you cry your eyes out was what Stick said, in that there is some connection with a past life. I certainly get the feeling that a part of this story relates to you from a previous life. You said it did not have that affect on you the first time you read it and I feel that the second time you read it you were in a different place mentally, possibly a lot more relaxed and open to the message contained.

You also said you had not cried in a loooong time and that makes me feel that this experience allowed you to have an emotional release which was probably looooong overdue.

A year or so ago I had a very similar experience, not with a book, but with a person. I was researching a very well known young man over here in the UK called Rik Clay. His material resonated with me and I felt a strong connection to him from the start. I found out that he took his own life (he was in his mid 20′s) which did not make any sense and upset me greatly. There were all sorts of conspiracies going around the net that he was murdered by TPTW as he touched on some very sensative stuff. I had a few sleepless nights too as I could not get my head around it.

My point is at the end of the day what does it matter. We are all on our own journies and I guess the most important thing is if we can take some spiritual nourishment from people like Elizabeth and Rik, then we should be grateful, thank them and move on.

As far as the view count goes, I believe I am correct in this, google counters go up to 50 million and ZG exceeded that number of hits a couple of years ago. The count of over 1 million on the video you have posted is actually small in the grand scheme of things.

In the 8 years since writing the article, Solutions for Ascension Symptoms, I’ve received hundreds of e-mails and letters from readers. A typical response was, “Thank you so much! Your article makes sense of what I’m feeling.” It was very gratifying to know that the article brought relief even if it was only understanding. Though the symptoms list I provided was pretty thorough, none of us could foresee that we’d be experiencing even more effects thus requiring an update. Yet, here we are. The following is my attempt to define and explain the newer symptoms while providing solutions…if any.

Since I explained the process of ascension in the previous ascension articles, I won’t address it here. You’ll find that explanation in the article, What is Ascension?

As for the previous ascension symptoms list, here’s a condensed list.

Flu-like symptoms
Fatigue
Inability to focus,
Non-refreshing sleep
Headaches
Achy muscles and joints
Weight gain
Ringing in ears
Many, including myself discovered they had developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) that included Fibromyalgia (FM); a more severe level of ascension symptoms. At this level we experienced chronic physical exhaustion, prolonged headaches, foggy headedness, impaired mental acuity, memory loss, and word searching along with muscle/joint pain that was more like having one’s nerve endings on fire. I used to call the days when the fibromyalgia specific symptoms flared up “truck” days because on those days it felt like I had been run over by a truck. (It’s my theory that those of us who developed CFS/FM did so because we are either chronic enablers and/or workaholics, walk-ins or some combination. We drive our bodies into the ground in order to rescue someone, achieve goals and/or save the world.)

Though many of the more severe symptoms went away—thanks to emotional clearing and learning to take care of my body—the normal ascension symptoms remained but to a much lesser degree. Now, though, as stated previously, a new set of symptoms have manifested. They include:

Mind scramble
Inability to stay grounded
Thinking you already did something only to discover that you didn’t.
Unexplained periods of hopelessness.
Unexplained bouts of listlessness; staring blankly into space.
Erratic eating patterns
Clumsiness; severe and chronic case of the dropsy’s
Feeling wired –as though nerves are in hyper drive
Though some of the symptoms have been around for some time, like the problem with grounding, one or two have escalated and so I put them in the new list in order to highlight them. Additionally, keep in mind that you may not experience all of these symptoms, or experience in the same manner or to the same degree as defined here. I’ve divided the list into three categories, mental, emotional, and physical. Let’s look at each one and any possible solution.

Mental

The mind scrambled feeling occurs when after a night of fitful sleep I wake up feeling as though my brains have been put through a blender. I can’t seem to focus, concentrate and feel well–blurry. It’s not the same as foggy-headedness which is like viewing the world through frosted glass. My mind is clear but I see the world through coke-bottle glass. Taking “Natural Calm” and a nap will usually bring me out of it.

Staying grounded is critical during times of ongoing change yet many of us are really struggling with it. When we are ungrounded we pay the price in many ways. We may forget things like important appointments, or our children at the babysitter…done that! We may bump and bruise ourselves and run into things with our bodies…and our cars! We find ourselves unable to follow through and complete even the simplest tasks. Yep, being ungrounded can be mighty costly. What’s the solution? The best thing I’ve found is to slow down! I mean make yourself go at a slower pace. This means walking slower, talking slower, taking time to enunciate words, and eating slower. Taking time to breathe a few long slow breaths also helps. When I find myself getting anxious and in hyperdrive (I’ll talk about that shortly) I stop myself and consciously slow my pace, taking a moment or two for some deep breathing.

I also sit down and write a list of things I need to do. This helps with the mind scramble because it takes the thoughts swirling around in my head and puts them on paper. It can be likened to emptying my head and I feel instant relief when I do. I then break the list down into the details for each task and prioritize the list after that. Having it all laid out and organized brings a sense of calm not to emotional feeling that I can handle doing the tasks…that’s a big one…feeling like you can do them!

Next, I give myself permission not to finish them all in the same day. As a recovering perfectionist and workaholic this is crucial if I want avoid feeling overwhelmed…which then leads to a sense of hopelessness. I remind myself that these are challenging times and taking more time to complete tasks will ensure I don’t have to redo them. Of course, the traditional solutions such as going outside and standing barefoot on the ground, massages, Essential oils, NHRT, salt baths, wearing malachite, and eating “comfort” foods such as meat and potatoes are still helpful, they just don’t seem to resolve these new symptoms.

One new solution, release your stuff, really is an old one for manifesting abundance seems to help with the grounding. I find that when I get overwhelmed because I am ungrounded, I go through my closets and get rid of things. Letting go of personal property releases the energy that I expended to hold on to them. That energy is now available and I can use it to keep myself grounded and focused. So, if you feel the need to repeatedly purge belongings, know that it may be for this reason.

Emotional

Another disturbing and potentially dangerous ascension symptom is thinking you already did something only to find out you didn’t. Yes, we have been doing this for years, but like the ungroundedness, it seems to have escalated to a higher level. Back then, I’d leave the house without thinking to lock the doors, or even worse, get out of my car and walk away with it still running; my brain just wasn’t functioning on all levels due to the CFS. Nowadays, it’s a bit different. Though my brain is sharp having healed from the CFS, I find myself not doing things that I am certain I had, like leaving the house unlocked when I was certain I had locked it. It makes me crazy sometimes!

My theory is that we are living on two separate timelines or another way to say it is that we are ahead of ourselves sometimes. I recall Greg Braden in his book, Walking Between the Worlds, the Science of Compassion, saying that there would come a time that we would literally live in two worlds at once. I think we are there! So, perhaps what I and you are experiencing is that the part of us existing in the higher dimensional timeline, which moves faster than our normal 3D timeline, we already locked the doors, but that is not the case for the 3D part of us, which happens to include our body and our house. Hope that makes sense.

So what’s the solution? If in doubt, double check. That little nagging feeling of doubt is my Inner Child trying to warn me. As I understand it, the Inner Child is the body’s 3rd dimensional navigational system, constantly scanning and warning us of potential danger. Seems my Inner Child is working overtime these days. How about you?

Unexplained bouts of hopelessness seem to be particularly debilitating for many folks with some feeling as though we want to cry but don’t know why. It’s as though we are locked in a field of energy that grips us in the gut, causing wave after wave of despair. My personal theory is that this is due to the near constant changes we are facing now and that includes weather related ones. Of course, the constant hyping of these events on TV doesn’t seem to help. We are literally inundated with bad news 24 hours a day now. The “field effect” may be HAARP related. It’s well documented how the ELF waves emitted by from a HAARP facility can be used to control us at the biochemical level of our brains. Could it be that we are being bombarded with ELF waves that are calibrated to cause hopelessness and despair while media hyping of negative events further increases the effect?

Being a normally optimistic person, I have trained myself to be on alert for this symptom and take appropriate measures to dissolve the field. I remind myself that HAARP along with everything else that appears negative has a purpose in a planetary ascension. I sit down and write a list of all the things I’m grateful for. I also call someone that I trust and share my feelings. Just verbalizing them seems to take the energy out of the hopelessness. Laughing is also very effective. When I talk to my friend, we share the silly things we have done as a result of our ascension symptoms and laugh at ourselves. When I hang up the phone, I feel much better.

The final emotional symptom is the mind numbing listlessness. I wake up some days and my mind feels frozen and numb. I find that on those occasions though I can think, I can’t complete a thought, much less verbalize it. It’s sort of like being catatonic. It’s not uncommon on those days to find me standing in the kitchen just staring into space. In addition to being unable to complete thoughts, I have no energy. Unfortunately I know of no solution but to let it be. In my experience, this symptom usually lasts no more than a day.

Physical

If you are watching your weight this next symptom can play havoc on any dietary regimen. I’ve found myself having intense hunger one day, and then virtually no hunger the next. The other thing is craving a particular food for weeks at a time and then not wanting it afterward. No, I’m not pregnant! I know of no solution to this one but to realize that my body needs a particular nutrient and, again, just let it be.

The next symptom is one that has plagued me most of my life; clumsiness, but, it seems to be on the rise now. I reach for something and think I have grasped it firmly only to have it drop because my fingers had not yet fully grasped onto it. I dropped an entire carton of eggs in the grocery store a couple of weeks ago as a result of thinking I had a firm hold on it when I didn’t. Once again I feel it is due to living in two worlds. My mind is functioning on 2 levels and my poor body just doesn’t know how to cope. The more I slow down, stay grounded, and focus, the less I find this to be a problem.

Feeling wired, as though my nerves are in hyper drive is the final symptom. It’s as though my nerves are singing with energy…much like it felt that one time I tried Speed. Though I prefer it over the listlessness, it is too much energy to feel comfortable…makes it hard to concentrate. I just walk around unable to settle and accomplish anything. I can’t focus either and I find myself a bit agitated due to a song playing repeatedly in my head. I’ve learned to just let it be and be grateful that it only seems to last one day…thank goodness!

With all the challenges of ascending, it can make the process seem just too difficult to complete. I’ve felt that way from time to time. What keeps me going is knowing that life beyond the symptoms, the pain, and confusion is only going to be better. Why? We’ve dumped the emotional baggage these symptoms were pointing out to us. Without that baggage, we will be fully capable of manifesting the kind of world of harmony where we can have oneness without giving up our individuality. So keep those e-mails and letters coming and I’ll keep writing, walking the path right beside you. Together we will complete this journey.

Worldwide the evidence is starting to stack up against soya. In the United States especially they so so worried about the possible health risks that the government is funding 19 seperate research projects. These findings will be due in at the end of this year.

Priliminary findings are that Soya Infant formulas, which are the sole foods for thousands of babies, has an oestrogenic effect on rats.

Soya contains various toxic chemicals. It was understood that these would be fully destroyed after cooing but this have proved totally wrong. These toxic chemicals are; 1) phytates, which block the bodies uptake of minerals, 2) enzyme inhibitors, which hinder protein digestion, 3) haemaggluttin, which cause red blood cells to clump together and this inhibits oxygen take-up and growth.

The most startling fact is that Soya contains high levels of phytoestrogens (also referred to as isoflavones), genistein and daidzein.

Vegetarians are especially at risk of mineral deficiencies. This is because soya contains high levels of phytic acid, which blocks the absorption of essential minerals in the digestive tract.

For Soya Infant formulas the news is also bad. A newborn babies sole food is the milk that it drinks. A soya fed baby will receive the equivalent of five birth control pills worth of oestrogen every day. The levels of insoflavone levels in these babies was found to be between 13,000 to 22,000 times higher than babies on non-soya formulas.

Soya-fed babies are taking part in ‘a large, uncontrolled and basically unmonitored human infant experiment’, said Daniel Sheehan, director of the FDA’s National Center for Toxicological Research, in 1998.

Due to this oestrogen overload, soya-fed babies have a two-fold risk of developing thyroid abnormalities including goitre and auto-immune thyroiditis. Boys risk retarded physical maturation, while girls risk early puberty (1 per cent of girls now show signs of puberty, such as breast development or pubic hair, before the age of three) and fertility. Last year, compounds in soya were also implicated in the development of infantile leukaemia. Current government advice is that breast is best and that soya formula should not be given to infants unless on the advice of a health professional.

Soya blocks calcium and causes a deficiency of vitamin D, both of which are needed for strong bones, say American nutritionists and soya debunkers Sally Fallon and Mary G Enig.

Infact the only soya product that you could safely eat would be fermented soya products, such as soy sauce, tempeh and miso. Due to the long fermentation process the toxins are eleminated.

Unfortunatley no matter how hard we try it is almost impossible to avoid soya products. They can be found in breakfast cereals, ice cream, convenience foods like hamburgers, fish fingers and all types of baked goods from cakes and biscuits to tortillas and bread.

Scientists are only just beginning to research and understand the harmful long-term effects that eating large quantities of soya can have on the human body. As Fallon and Enig write: ‘The industry has known for years that soya contains many toxins. At first they told the public that the toxins were removed by processing. Then they claimed that these substances were beneficial.’

I now leave it to you to decide if Soya is good for you or bad.

From my experience with the Soya Milk I think I will be giving it a miss for a long time to come. However as indicated many foods do contain some soya products but these are mostly blended in with other ingredients. Naturally it would be difficult to avoid these products and since they only contain small levels we should not have any problems.

If the adverse facts are assertained then it would be the vegetarians that are at risk as they depend on soya to a very large extent. I hope that all the negative information is not substantiated but to me the signs do not look good.

Malps, I am not too sure if organic is OK though, I would presume it is OK but why dont you have a baby, feed it organic soya milk and if it starts growing a pair of Knockers when it is 3, then you have your answer! Simple really!

Yep.. Unfermented Soy products contain Phytoestrogens.. the plant equivalent of the mammalian version. The Human body can’t tell the difference. Confusing for men. Food for Breast Cancer. Not Good!

You are witnessing the real possibility of using all the lessons you have learned to literally transform yourselves out of the fear-driven instincts that brought you to the edge of being swallowed up in your own unconsciousness. You are seeing that you accepted your illusionary limitations because you were taught that they were necessary for your very survival.

Over the centuries, human beings forgot how to live from the depth of their authentic capacity to love.

They lost their connection to themselves as a Divine Spark of Source and they even disconnected from being stewards of the Earth. During the end days of Atlantis the elite began seeing your glorious Earth as their own personal playground and eventually everyone began to experience and accept the pain of separation until at the end fear, survival, sexual abuse and all of the dramas that naturally arise out of wanting more power and control became the foundational principles of your third dimensional world.

You even learned how to enjoy being afraid and this tendency is still evident in the dramas that you are either living or watching in your theaters. These dramas also demonstrate the belief that you must fight for what you want or be in a state of accelerated excitement to feel your aliveness. Yet I share with you from my heart, beloveds, that Divine Love is the key to unlock what you are truly seeking.

Imagine a perfect garden on a warm summer day, the sunshine only obscured now and then by cool clouds drifting overhead. However, this day does not end, but is continual, since the “sun” (the “central sun” within the heart of the earth) never moves. This body of light is just the right size and intensity to keep the inner surface at a warm (not cold nor hot) temperature perpetually. Since there is no “night” there, the inhabitants simply take occasional “naps” to replenish their energy.

This is the setting just outside the library of “Porthologos”, which is a magnificent jeweled structure such as has no equal on the surface of the earth, like a structure out of a living dream.

Porthologos is not just a library, but also a holographic “observatory” of our multi-dimensional universe, where all spaces, times, and dimensions may be studied in depth. Truly, Porthologos is a “doorway” to the Omniverse…In Porthologos, you will meet people from other worlds in space, from various underground cities, and even from other dimensions as well.

Unlike your Internet, Porthologos has a Psi-net much like the virtual-reality chairs and helmets that you see in the movies. However it is not “virtual” reality, but “true” reality, as the Psi-net takes you through the virtual galactic info-net to explore other worlds and dimensions with your thoughts AND feelings. Or, you may experience the crystalline recordings of all the recorded history of our Omniverse, if you wish.

Before the deluge, a canopy or firmament surrounded the entire planet, blocking out the harmful radiations of the sun. This is why centurions such as Methuselah lived to be over 900 years old. But with the falling of this canopy, the protective shield was lost, and man’s life span decreased dramatically.

The inner sun, with its electro-magnetically-focused “auroral” nature (its reflection is sometimes seen through the northern and southern openings as the “polar lights”), does not possess the harmful radiation that would otherwise deplete the life-force of its inhabitants, causing these inhabitants to live in the hundreds of years, or even longer than Methuselah’s 900+ years. Some of these Inner dwellers, like Mikos himself, live to be many thousands of years old. With the canopy that once covered the earth, the outer surface was once as lush as the inner surface. However, with the fall of the protective canopy that kept the outer planet at an even climate, and blocked out the harmful radiations, the inner surface alone remains in an “Edenic” state.

Most of the cities in the inner surface are underground within the vast caverns of the inner crust, in order to protect and preserve the natural beauty and foliage of the inner surface. All the buildings on the surface of the inner hollow sphere are circular rather than possessing sharp corners.

The crust of the planet is 800 miles thick between the inner and outer surfaces”. Since the center of gravity is not the center of the earth, but some 400 miles down from each surface of our ‘hollow’ sphere, those on the inner sphere might seem to live in an upside-down state from us (just like those living on opposite sides of the outer sphere).

The inner surface of the earth contains only one-half of the gravity as the outer surface. In other words, if one weighed 200 pounds on the outer surface, they would weigh only 100 pounds on the inner surface, possibly explaining why some of these people are nearly twice our size.

Just inside the polar openings there are vast “spaceports” which accommodate galactic visitors who come to visit their friends within the earth.

This we define as Ascension…….

It is the joy of awakening the memory of where the soul has gathered information and also their connection to their Creator. It is also the remembrance of all the truths and what was learned from the many journeys of the soul. This memory is a distant memory as it has been a very long time since souls understood their journey through memory.
It is possible to move through your previous lifetimes and explore some facts of that lifetime through accessing akashic records in some form, but it is not been because of memory. You see when someone REMEMBERS their past, they REMEMBER their soul abilities. Souls understood their abilities and they understood their connection to their Creator when they were brought forth from nothingness into spiritual form at that very moment when the Creator breathed life into their souls.
As they left the center of the cosmos and began their journey, at the Creator’s request to experience and bring those experiences back home, they forgot who they were because of the changing vibrations that they experienced. These experiences in vibration were so different from those experienced in the center of the cosmos, that they forgot as they continued on their journey and they had nothing to compare the vibrations that they experienced throughout the cosmos to those that they experienced in the center of the cosmos where they were initially created.
We bring this up because this is so special to remember and when souls were between lifetimes and reviewing their previous lifetime and understand in some diluted form the memory of their Creator, they felt a strong desire and compulsion to understand to the fullest the ideal of who they are again in full ability and in full recall.
You as a soul who is ready for this wanted so desperately to follow this string of experience and actually be in full memory and connection to your Creator. This is why you came this time. Indeed you have served this planet to your fullest ability and that is why you asked the question of staying behind to help as you have the remembrance of this service that you gave to Earth to the full acknowledgement that you did this for the love of God and your love for humanity.
Beloved, you have earned the right to understand your full and complete soul history and feel again that love when the Creator created you. That is what memory is actually; being in that moment when the Creator created you and connecting in a very personal way and loving the Creator and feeling that great love that the Creator has for you their progeny.

I consider you my children and I am here to support you as a mother supports her children. Therefore, I perceive Ascension as the next step rather than a grander perspective that is held by Lord Metatron. Mind you, I do not disagree with his assessment, but rather I am here to give you the next step in your progression.
Humanity seems to be caught up in what comprises each dimension and how you can tell which dimension you are working with. I do not see that as germane to the question of advancement. I feel it is best to make certain one has opened up the heart structure to receive love and to give love freely. I feel that if one can do that then arriving at the next higher dimension is assured.

We have spoken of this before, but I will mention it again as I feel this is extremely important. There are three aspects of the heart structure that involve love. One is the beating heart itself, the second is the heart chakra and the third is the heart mind. These three structures comprise the heart structure which is necessary to give and receive love to the fullest.

The dark understood that this was of great importance to the development of the soul and very early in humanity’s existence, the dark wove its nefarious web in order to shut down this composite center. This was done through the emotions of shame, feeling LESS THAN and lastly being dominated and controlled in their (humanity’s) belief patterns and other forms of abilities.

This has been a tool of the dark for aeons as they understood that to prevent humanity from living joyfully and being able to connect with the light of God’s love, it was necessary to shut down the love center. And once this was shut down it became difficult to open up the heart to love again.

I see the progression of Ascension to open first the love center to give yourself completely to your God and to be in service to humanity in general and support the health of your planet Earth.

This is the pattern of awareness of what is around you. I feel that you cannot become cognisant of the longer path if you cannot become aware of what is around you now. It is these day to day activities that are the seat of power and progression in the present. Therefore your energies must be aligned with God’s energies and those energies are love.

If one cannot love then one is lost to the process of ascending to the next higher dimension as it is the vibrations of love that will allow entry into the next higher dimension. I call that a checkpoint where the dark cannot enter. You might consider this the 5th dimension. We consider this the angelic realm and it supports your future in the near term. Each dimension has the support of beings in a higher dimension. That is a law which is universal. No-one is an island so to say. Each owes their support and guidance to beings more advanced and developed than them. That also is a law that is universal. When Source created all of their works, they created a world of cooperation and understanding for all life. It is the way.

Bravehearts: Okay, in one of the above postings, it is mentioned that there are currently 19 studies being conducted on the safety of soy here in the US. Okay, WHO then is conducting the studies I ask? Since Monsanto is the main provider of soy in the US, how can I trust THEIR findings? I wonder WHO’S money is backing these studies, and the real reasons WHY. And since we are under the heavy influence of an evil Eugenics program provided for us by our compassionate globalists (NOT), this seems like a good way to get rid of many people who thought they were eating healthfully….So where does that leave the average person–screwed if they eat meat, or screwed if they eat soy products??? I can tell you this much, eating mainly tempeh, is not gonna be real tempting… I have read in a posting here that brown rice and steamed or raw veggies is very good for the ascension process. So what do I do now, throw a bunch of nuts in it for the protein?! Bodies that don’t receive protein start failing too… Well, I guess we could all join the Breatharien Movement—yeah, that one is real likely in the good ‘ol US of A!!! lol So does that just leave us with simply blessing any food or drink that we put into our mouths? Holding a strong intention that it WILL be used for our bodies’ highest good? Food for thought my friends, food for thought—no pun intended!

When most people get up they shower using chemically drenched toiletries, then a good spray of aluminium laced deodrant, have their tea/coffee made with contaminated water from the tap. A good brush of the teeth with flouridated toothpaste (just to dumb them down that bit more)then go to work breathing air which was a chemtrail just a few hours before. Then lunch again laced with chemicals , return home and have an evening meal which will probably have some crap in it and then off to bed to sleep in their non organic cotton sheets (cotton is one of the most sprayed crops too) and get up and do it all over again!

Its been happenng for years and look at the majority of folk who are all well and fit following that routine! Hey, apart from them being asleep at best or in a coma at worse, they seem to do all right!

I have read many times that it is important to bless what you eat and drink so that way you stand a better chance of surviving!!!

I read a very interesting article about bread which comes from the supermarket. It turns out that when we are walking around and can smell fresh bread cooking in the in store bakery, all is not as it seems.

We have a water softener device at home which removes nearly all of the crap in the water but not flourine. Thats why we have a water distiller. I tell you what, when you take the lid off of the distiller when it has finished, the shit in the bottom looks and smells disgusting!

Hey Steffie! yeah George Green has a very interesting Story, there is a u tube video of him telling his whole life story and how he…woke up. You might be able to find the story printed somewhere I imagine. The handbook series was a bit of a mystery @ first, So I e-mail George and asked him the source of the books, it took a few days but he replied telling me that page 30-31 in the handbook answers the question. I might be wrong about that, it actually might be in the Second book called embracing the rainbow.

Yes I think both Leslie Kean’s new UFO book and the surrounding media coverage (see Camino’s post #69), as well as the possible announcement Thursday of the discovery of an Earth-like planet are sort of converging toward a Disclosure-type event. Leslie Kean has the backing of some major figures, including John Podesta, head of the Obama transition team, and Michio Kaku. Both are essentially saying that UFOs are a real indication of something out-of-this-world. They are being deliberately vague and careful not to imply anything beyond the basic admission that there is something unknown going on.

Steffie, I do have to comment on the wand. My daughter is going through her 4th round of kemo for uterine cancer. Her legs hurt her so bad. I saw the mention of the wand on here and bought two. They were expensive but if they worked what is a better life worth. Well it worked on my pain and when I saw my daughter in pain I brought one to her. Well was she surprised when it worked on her legs to stop the pain. She has to refresh it about three times a day as it wears off but no more do I see the pain in her. I was just at Jelaila Starr home for her Kansas City workshop August 14…I went there to here what she had to say about the DNA decoding, and other stuff. Left realizing Jelaila lives in her own world, and nothing makes sense, at least me. She was telling people the Extraterrestrials are here to harm US…go figure? She was not really friendly to anyone, it pretty much was All about the money. Very disappointing, a complete waste of time. That’s what I get for not looking into it further to see what she was really, about.
