Admiral No video but I did see the picture of the dog sitting on the couch. On the show Rob and Big and fantasy factory Rob Drydek has 2 bulldogs and they try to do everything humans do. RUSSIA IS TRACKING UFO’s….they are here!!!

Air traffic control radar in Yakutsk, Sakha (Yakutia) Republic, Russia is tracking a UFO. Radar system gives it speed of 9800 km/h and altitude of 19780 meters. Object is also changing direction instantly. Nice detail I noted is that, as the object has not sent any ident signal to the secondary surveillance radar, or SSR, the system has tagged the object with default number 00000. the source stated also that the object “interfered on the aeronautical frequencies, complicating the work of pilots and air traffic controllers”

Morning All! Hey Spedman! Dont Stress too much about the chat thingy. It is a cool addition to the site but I sometimes find myself only being able to get on the computer for short amount of time throughout the day and not really having time to enter into a conversation with people. 5min here 10min there. So in order to not appear to be rude I have’nt really gone there much myself lately. I hear your complaints about people coming and going and not introducing themselves and it is a little Creepy how 5 people can evesdrop on your conversation. One day, they too will lift their eyes and hearts to the heavens, and they will answer the whisperings of Spirit as they turn inward for the comfort and guidance of their Soul Self. However, as you are aware, a grand cosmic cycle is swiftly coming to a close; and the Earth is spiraling into a new position within the solar system regardless of who is ready to ascend with it or who is not. And so, my beloved Light Bearers, this is where you come in. This is your grand opportunity to SHINE YOUR LIGHT and SHARE YOUR VISION.

Yes, we hear and understand your protests. You think you are not good enough or wise enough to teach. It frightens some of you so much that you want to withdraw and no longer make an effort to expand your awareness and claim your mastery. This message is to assure you, beloveds, that you are already a teacher for those around you. You are teaching by example. You are teaching through your words and actions. You are teaching with every word you speak and every thought form you send out into the ethers. Your auric field affects the people around you in either a positive or negative way. Are you radiating Love, faith, hope and freedom? Perhaps you are not adding to the fear and negativity; however, let us assure you, you cannot remain at a status quo or in the inertia of non-action. Universal law demands that in order to maintain a constant influx of Creator Love/Light, it must flow into you and then radiate out from you after you have taken the portion you need. This is an immutable, infallible law.

In past messages, we have explained to you how the Avatars, Ascended Masters, the Angelic Kingdom and the great Beings of Light, along with a swiftly expanding number of earthly Initiates on the Path, will be working together under the guidance of the Cosmic Council of Light to bring forth the advanced wisdom teachings for these unprecedented times of transformation and ascension. Make no mistake, all of you who are on the Path are teachers, whether in a formal manner or just by example, and what is needed most of all is your radiance.

Remember, you magnetize energy to you and you radiate energy from your Solar Power Center (front and back). As your Energetic Signature becomes more refined and is attuned to the higher frequencies of Light, you will still draw forth a portion of the half-spectrum, Primal Life Force substance as long as you are still in a third- / fourth-dimensional environment. However, it will mix and meld with the higher frequency Adamantine Particles of Light and will be automatically transformed by your loving intention into higher frequency energy as you align your free will with the Will of our Father/Mother God.

You are the ones who must be the receptacles and transformers of the Divine Light from the Supreme Creator which is filtered down to you from our Father/Mother God. Just as our beloved universal parents reduce and filter the Creator Light out into the galactic suns and it is then transduced down through the suns of your solar system, you are needed to filter the Light through yourselves. You must then activate it with your unconditional love and radiate it out into the world. The only way you can become pure receptacles of the Light is to become Self-masters, and the only way you can do that is to become “en-Lighten-ed” via the wisdom teachings you have been offered. This requires that you integrate these cosmic principles into your lives so that you may become living examples and guiding Lights.

In order to become a living tributary for the River of Life, you must prepare yourselves to allow the Essence of Life to flow into and through you. You must use what you need and then allow the remainder to flow forth, ready and available to be molded into wondrous new creations. In this way, you will become Bearers and Servers of the Light. This is the ultimate message of all the teachings we have given you over these past years. This is the goal of Self-mastery. This is the way of ascension.

* The enlightenment process begins when you shift your ego personality and outward-focused, left brain consciousness to incorporate your right brain, inward-focused intuitive consciousness and you begin to listen to your Soul Self.

* New pathways in the brain are opened as you begin to unlock the light packets of wisdom and your history stored in the higher-dimensional levels of your Sacred Mind. The old pathways and painful memories of your third- and fourth-dimensional past begin to fade, and you will find that it becomes more and more difficult to remember the failures and suffering of your past lives. Have we not told you that you are healing the past as you spiral into the future? You will remember who you are and your history, but only the positive, harmonious events.

* The moment of awakening is when the Kundalini fire ignites in the root chakra and moves up the spine through the chakra system, opening the Seven Seals of Higher Consciousness. The medulla oblongata or the Ascension Chakra, which is sometimes called the Mouth of God, is activated and the pineal gland begins to pulsate and function as it was originally designed to do. This in turn opens the crown chakra or the lotus of en-Lighten-ment at the top of the head, thereby connecting with the shining column of Light, which ultimately leads to your God Self or I Am Presence. Once you make this connection you are forever changed. The empowerment of Spirit begins to flow through you as you begin to reclaim your mastery of Self along with the godly gifts of your Divine heritage.

* You are returning to your natural state of Being, and you are reclaiming your cosmic consciousness as you refine and prepare to be the new prototype “Adams and Eves” of the new Golden Galaxy of the future.

* You must seek to align with the many facets of your Higher Self and always strive for the greatest good. You are no longer just an individual focused on your own welfare as you move deeper into the Oneness of Spirit. As you move into a state of harmlessness, you also move into a state of grace, and this is when the magic begins. There will be neurobiological restructuring of the brain, and you will eventually achieve an irreversible state of Cosmic Consciousness.

* Be assured that enlightenment of the masses is possible in this lifetime, and each of you has an integral part to play in this grand drama.

* The Age of the Seventh Ray and the Violet Flame is a pivotal point within the process of evolution, whereby the Threefold Flame of God Consciousness dramatically accelerates its direct influence upon the Earth and humanity. As it accelerates, it spins or spirals downward via the Seventh Ray, upward from the great, ageless Violet Fires within the Earth, and outward in frequency from within the heart centers of you, the en-Lighten-ed Light Bearers around the world. We, the People of Earth, regard the need for freedom to be universal. MEMORIES OF MY HOME WORLD…….
Sheldan and I moved to Maui in December, 1996. We were invited to stay with a family who lived in Kula which is up-country~~very different than living by the ocean.

All around us were Jacaranda trees. In the spring, for one month, they blossom into the most beautiful purple flowers. Then the flowers fall from the trees creating a blanket of purple~~a breathtaking sight.

One day Sheldan and I were driving back home from a shopping trip. As we drove up the highway the fallen jacaranda purple flowers were covering the road. My heart welled-up in a deep yearning that I could not explain. I started to sob deeply. I told Sheldan, “This is the most beautiful sight I ever seen. I don’t know why I’m crying. Now aren’t I silly, why am I crying?” He casually responded, “Oh, you are just remembering your home world, Sirius B. Their vegetation is various shades of purple, browns, rosy corals and oranges. The purple on the ground is reminding you of what might be considered their grass. It is beautiful, isn’t it! Oh, and the daily sky of Sirius B is like the fiery rosy/coral/orange of a beautiful Maui sunset.”

WOW! I will never forget the mind-jogging and heart-expanding feeling I experienced looking at the purple ground. I wanted to get out of the car and run gloriously through the purple fields~~it ignited a desire in me to return to Sirius where Love is the constant~~a place where I am eternally happy and nurtured.

For many years, coffee was considered a vice, linked with sleepless nights and cigarettes. But scientists have discovered that coffee contains potent antioxidants that can fight numerous ailments, including heart disease and diabetes. According to the American Coffee Association, 54 percent of Americans drink coffee on a daily basis, and they drink, on average, over three cups each.

The diseases coffee can benefit include:
• Dementia. Drinking moderate amounts of coffee during middle age — classified as three to five cups daily — can decrease the risk of dementia by 65 percent, according to a 2009 study by Swedish and Finnish researchers.

• Liver disease. In those who drink too much alcohol, those who drank the most coffee — more than four cups every day — reduced their risk of developing alcoholic cirrhosis by 80 percent.

• Heart disease. Research associated with The Nurses’ Health Study found that women who drank two to three cups of coffee daily had a 25 percent lower risk of dying from heart disease. Along the same line, a Spanish study found that men who drank more than five cups of coffee each day lowered their risk of dying from heart disease by 44 percent, and that women who drank four to five cups each day reduced their risk by 34 percent.

• Prostate cancer. A recent study from Harvard Medical School found that men who drank the most coffee slashed their risk of developing the fastest growing and most difficult to treat prostate cancers by more than half when compared to men who drank no coffee.

• Gout. Drinking four or more cups of coffee each day dramatically reduces the incidence of gout, say U.S. And Canadian researchers. Men who drank four to five cups daily lowered their risk by 40 percent, and those who drank six or more cups daily reduced their risk of developing gout by 59 percent when compared to men who didn’t drink coffee.

• Breast cancer. Coffee can either reduce the risk of developing breast cancer or delay its onset, according to Swedish studies. They found that coffee alters a woman’s metabolism and produces a safer balance of estrogens. Women who drank two to three cups of coffee a day reduced their cancer risk by as much as two-thirds, depending on the specific type of breast cancer.

• Diabetes. Enjoying six or more cups of coffee daily can cut chances of Type 2 diabetes by 54 percent in men and 30 percent in women over those who don’t drink coffee.

• Parkinson’s disease. Several studies show that drinking coffee lowers a man’s risk of developing Parkinson’s up to 80 percent — and the more the better.

• Colon cancer. A Japanese report found that women who drank three or more cups of coffee every day slashed their risk of developing colon cancer in half.

What’s responsible for coffee’s healthy benefits? Most researchers believe it’s the antioxidants (polyphenols or flavonoids) in coffee, but there are hundreds of compounds in coffee that may be partially responsible.

I have some questions… I’m reading the Handbook for the New Paradigm. While it all makes sense, and I recognise a lot of truths, it kind of feels a little fear-based…?????

Manta put me on to that, and as I had never heard of George Green, I googled him and found an interview he did with Kerry Cassidy in 2008 – Messages for the Ground Crew. It was interesting, but I’m not sure about him. Something just doesn’t FEEL right.

We simply beseech you to look within in order to unfold matters that seem conflicting and of confusion. Your entire universal knowledge is locked away within you. And yet how many times does one say ‘oh I don’t know’ about so many many things? We say to you that you DO know. You KNOW everything about everything. It’s just that you do not know it!!

Yes, many of us can accept this, but what we don’t know is how to access that knowledge. With all respect, you ask us to tap into these things, to return to the Truth of who we are … to remember … to recall … and well, I, for one, just don’t know how to do it. HOW? How do we find the answers we are looking for? You say we KNOW everything. Great! Truly … I KNOW we do … so what is stopping us from accessing those halls of knowledge. I personally feel I am nowhere near the entrance.

Dearest souls. You accept that you are of greatness do you not? You can comprehend the vastness of all that is.

Actually before you go on … nope … I can’t. How can I? Trying to understand how big our planet is , is mind boggling , let alone space, galaxies , universes etc, so not really sure why you would suggest that we are able to understand how big the ‘allness’ is.

This entire creation of absolutely EVERYTHING … IS … Only ever ONE THING … LOVE. Everything that IS … Everything that exists, every thought, action, that ever was and that ever will be … every knowing of everything … is ONE. And you therefore ARE THAT ONE. PART OF THAT EVERYTHING THAT IS. This is what we try to explain about the ISness. EVERYTHING … IS.

You are doing well here … I am following you … but still no further forward in ‘knowing’ how one taps into that ‘all knowing ‘ISness’. I get that we are part of the Oneness … an ocean wouldn’t be an ocean without every drop of water in it … and I get what you are saying that because we are part of that everything … we KNOW EVERYTHING … but it seems to me , that from where I reside as a human Being on planet earth … that I do not know how to find my …

I then knew to stop writing and to assume position in the chair I was sitting. I knew to put pressure on my finger tips. And I felt myself ‘shift’. Yes. I had an experience … short and sweet, because I didn’t fully allow myself to go with it due to ‘questioning’ this whole procedure and wondering to be honest … how many people reading this will either try it or unsubscribe!! Also I know when the ‘activation channelling’ was given, because I had given my experience, others were expecting the same. So if I don’t say what happened to me (and it was nothing huge … but maybe could have been, if I’d have gone with it) there won’t be any expectations and each individual can simply go with the flow.

Oh dear! I feel this is one where it’s a bit all over the place. Not really sure where to go from here. Although I have to say I do feel very spacey.

Well, I have to say I am going to feel a little concerned about posting this channel. And yet … I know you are with me … so do I simply … once again … lay myself on the line and do what I have to do.

The world would not end. We suggest you read over that which is given this day and your heart will know instantly what to do. We ask you too, to think about the fact that there were many who were able to have a wonderful experience through the ‘activation process’ that was given, and yet some felt nothing or very little. Perhaps you would be depriving many of having a wonderful experience, because this day, your mind was in a place of being unable to recognise the Truth of what we were asking of you.

If … I had actually been sitting in a chair with metallic plates … maybe it would have been different.

And yet have you not been taught that visualisation is your most powerful tool? What is real and what is not? What do you chose to create for yourself? You create your reality. It matters not to us wether that chair is of your material energy or of your minds energy. For everything that is materialised cannot be done so unless it is created in thought first and foremost. Therefore, from where we are sitting … the chair exists … whether it is in the mind or in your so called reality.

Yep. I understand. Perhaps when I read this back I will ‘accept’ the concept of ‘plugging in’. And perhaps I will give it a more serious attempt later on. Please know I do not underestimate that which can be accomplished. It’s just now and then it all seems a bit ‘unreal’. A bit farfetched. And it’s me that has to send these messages out there. And … If I feel a message is a bit ‘extraordinary’ when I’m the one who speaks with you … my ego wonders what everyone else may think.

We do not have these concerns.

We are only concerned with the upliftment of your planet and assisting the souls upon it. This is our mission. This is our joy. We would not offer information on such matters unless we KNEW your world was ready for them. May we say, with respect Blossom , we thought we would see how you felt regarding our offering today as it was prearranged. Perhaps a little premature to be accepted.

**The dissolution of the illusion is at hand**

Humanity is becoming impatient. Much has been promised, but it seems that little has been delivered. This is most certainly not the case. God offers you the infinite abundance of His Love in every moment of your existence, but you do not respond. The illusion is like a prison, but one without doors, walls, cells, or fences. You can leave it whenever you wish, as there is nothing to prevent you from doing so except your own fear. The apparent restrictions in which you have entangled yourselves are as unreal as the illusion, but the idea of unrestricted freedom terrifies you because you have become so immersed in the belief that its limits and boundaries keep you safe.

But what is that you fear so terribly and need protection from? Nothing!

An infant in the womb is mightily restricted, but everything she needs for her existence is provided there in the moment. She can sense light and darkness, and beyond the beating of her mother’s heart she can hear external sounds. She is effectively one with her mother, and so her mother’s emotions and sensations are felt by her almost instantaneously. Consequently, even in the womb she experiences pain and fear, and as the moment of birth approaches and her ability to feel and sense grows, these experiences intensify. The womb, which was basically safe and comfortable, becomes increasingly tight and restrictive, and she needs to get out, but not knowing what that entails she is fearful. The squeezing, crushing sensation of being born out into the cold air is not enjoyable, however comfort and security is partially recovered when she is held close to her mother’s breast, where she is warm once more, hears the familiar heartbeat, and is fed. But it takes time for her to adjust to the freedom of being able to stretch out and unfold herself unrestrictedly as she chooses.

Humans are at present like infants about to be born. The environment that surrounds them is far too small, and yet they fear leaving it because they do not know what awaits them outside it. The difference is that outside the illusion there is infinite Love, peace, and contentment, unlike the environment which the infant enters at the moment of birth. But due to the familiarity of the illusion, despite its woeful inadequacies, and because of the lack of memory of the blissful state beyond it, there is great reluctance to leave it.

Nevertheless the dissolution of the illusion is at hand. It has served its purpose and you will awaken from it into Reality, where you belong and where you have always existed. Your return to wakefulness is eagerly awaited and will be celebrated most magnificently.

Many of you presently experiencing life as humans were fully aware of the difficulty of the task you were undertaking when you chose once more to come and offer help and guidance to those who seem to be lost and completely disoriented within the illusion. Your achievement in providing light, love, and guidance to them in abundance is without precedent during the eons of the illusion’s apparent existence, and you are greatly honored and respected. Your Father’s Love for you is boundless. What you are doing could only be done by you, and you are doing it with immense skill and compassion.

The joy of all those souls whom you are helping to awaken will enfold you and be added to your own joy as you all awaken together into the wondrous realization of your essentiality to the divine Whole, the Godhead, from which you could never be separated. All are indeed One with God in every moment, and the eternal ecstasy of that state of existence cannot be resisted for very much longer. ~With so very much love, Saul

“The Way Of One Who Achieves Greatness”

Dear Ones,

At this time many of you are at a crossroads. You have opportunities to raise your consciousness, to raise your vibrations to new heights, or you may stay with the status quo you have achieved and continue on in this way. There is no right or wrong Dear Ones; it is a personal choice which each one of you must make. It is a personal choice for each one of you as to how long you choose to remain in the lower vibrations. There comes a time in your spiritual growth when you will reach a plateau, and it is easiest to take the path of least resistance, in this case remaining at the plateau which you have spent much time, much dedication and perseverance, in achieving, and reaching this level of growth. We tell you, Dear Ones, that you must keep on reaching for the higher level. You must polarize the higher level, you must begin to magnetize the next higher lever to you, even as you are achieving, integrating and bringing into balance and harmony, the level at which you now reside. These levels also coincide with the initiations you must pass to continue to new levels of spiritual growth.

There is a time of integration, balancing, and harmonious acceptance as you settle at a new level of spiritual growth. As you integrate new concepts, new truth, the old truth which was yours, is replaced with a new and higher truth. This is the path of spiritual attainment. One may call it climbing the spiritual ladder; one may call it climbing a spiritual mountain. It matters not, the words used for description. You must understand that you will rise up the path, and you will fall back on the path, you will rise up on the path and fall back. It is as if there is an ebb and flow in your integration, and you must stay focused as you experience the ebb and flow, so that you ultimately move up the path. You must remain in your dedication and your truth and your diligence.

We ask you now that as you achieve a new level of spiritual growth that you do not “rest on your laurels.” We know you are weary, we know you are tired, but we ask you, Dear Ones, to be the greatest and highest version of your Selves that you can possibly be. We ask you to persevere, to stand in your light, and to raise your light quotient to the highest level that you are capable of holding with ease and grace. We ask you to continue on the path, once you have integrated the last segment of truth and wisdom and growth that you have attained.

Move forward once again, Dear Ones, reach up the spiritual ladder to the next step. The rungs of the spiritual ladder are not linear. You may be on one step of the ladder, yet reaching up into the higher steps, the higher rungs of the ladder for much greater truth and wisdom. Allow yourselves this great movement, Dear Ones. Allow yourselves to step out of linear time, as you see it. Allow your Selves to continue your path, expanding and ever increasing your wisdom and your truth. You must go within your heart center as you become comfortable at a level of attainment. Your will know when this time is. You will instinctively know that you have achieved a new level. You must go within your heart center and be within the love of your Sacred Heart. You must ask for the strength, the courage, the wisdom, and the vigilance, and the dedication to continue on.

Each level you achieve is as if you have polished yourself, as you are a shining diamond and you now shine just that much more brightly. You are a jewel whose light has been dimmed, and now this light is being refined, and polished to the brilliant light that it shone upon its inception.

This is the way of the spiritual warrior, Dear Ones. This is the way of one who achieves greatness; it is the way of the one who achieves ascension, liberation, and integrated ascended mastery. It is the path of wholeness, the path of completeness. It is the path leading to the All That Is, the God Source within you. Each level you achieve brings you into a deeper connection with your inner wisdom and your inner Divine Self. Each new level of growth you achieve brings you into a stronger and deeper integration of your God Self. Each new level you achieve brings you into greater balance and harmony within your four bodies. You must seek and you must ask for integrated ascension. This is the way of the great ones who have kept on the path, never giving up, in the face of all adversities.

As you continue to lift yourselves up on your spiritual path the rewards become greater and greater, even as more is expected of you. You are expected to light the path for others, as others have shown the way for you. You are all teachers, and you each have been given gifts which are unique to you, to share with others. As you awaken to your spiritual potential, you awaken to your gifts. We ask you to share your gifts, radiate your light out to all humanity and the planet, and be the bright, beautiful, God Selves, which you came here to be, in all your glory.

We of the higher realms are here to assist you on your path to self mastery and your return to the higher realms. You are never alone, we are here by your side in love and in joy.
