Selamat Jarin! We return with more to tell you! Over the past few weeks, the last dark cabal has been forced to make a number of concessions. These open the way to new monetary policies, a new financial system, and a much-needed series of regime changes. At present, we are working in step with our Earth allies to manifest what has been agreed to by the dark cabalists, who continue to squabble amongst themselves which further fractures what little unity remains within their ranks. As a result, we can report that the process of transforming your world is once more back on track, and we are expecting the appearance of those events that have taken so long to come about. Our Earth allies are in the process of assembling the various individuals who are to head the numerous departments of the new US government and are putting the final touches to the long-awaited announcements. Barring sudden delays, we expect the changes to begin at any moment and have consequently increased the number of our ships presently flying over several capital cities.
The reason for this is to secure these areas from rogue craft belonging to the secret government. We are on full alert status and have put cloaked defense ships on constant patrol above their bases. So far, our units’ patrol schedule has been undisturbed. The last thing we want is for any ‘incidents’ to mar the smooth procession of the announcements that are to be made by the new caretaker governments. These new regimes have enough to do without contending with a premature display of any of the new technologies that are weeks away from being formally presented to the world. Our role is to keep the lid on any preemptive use of esoteric devices before they are unveiled. These formal unveilings are to include the range of technologies that we wish to provide you with. Until then, our Earth allies wish to concentrate on the more immediate global issues: introducing the new hard currencies; debt forgiveness; abolishing income tax and disbursing income-tax refunds; the reformation of the banking industry and related financial services; and the restructuring of all corporations.
Then there is the introduction of Common Law and, in most cases, reestablishing true de jure constitutional government. These diverse operations are expected to be among the first matters to be tackled by the new governments. Also at the top of the agenda are the cessation of conflict in Iraq and Afghanistan and the signing of agreements enabling the return of armies to their respective homelands. The restoration of many foreign military bases to their original owners also comes under this heading. This is a time to emphasize global peace and cooperation, and in pursuance of this, a full-blown nuclear disarmament is expected of all nations. Once this is in place, we intend to neutralize all nuclear weapons and reactors. This will dovetail with the deployment and activation of regional zero-point energy generators which will replace all nuclear reactors currently serving electrical power grids. In a matter of months you are to move along your path to full consciousness in a series of great leaps!
Moving your world quickly from its present state to something rather more civilized is a truly gargantuan undertaking. Your society is characterized by illiteracy, dogmatism, xenophobia, and a general disinclination to accept new concepts. As we watch this, we see just how challenging our task really is. We have sent observation groups into your myriad cultures and are well aware of the differences and entrenched hostilities that will need to be overcome. Our medical teams have observed the damage and violence that have been imposed on most of you, and these traumas are used to engender a whole range of perceptions that your former ‘masters’ have used to control and manipulate you. One of our jobs is to help you heal these assorted wounds as you prepare for the final stages of full consciousness. The Earth’s Spiritual Hierarchy, too, envelops you with messages of Grace and Love in order to quicken this transformational process. We greatly look forward to the potential of the post-mass-landing world.
After the mass landings, we can easily work with you one-on-one and get you to focus on those areas that need it. Our counselors are well trained in the special requirements that will get you to full consciousness quickly. The procedures are complex and designed to open your perception to new realities. Right now, a very small number of you exhibit some of the characteristics that are dormant in most of you. We intend to fully explain these abilities to you and then help you bring out similar capabilities that you have long suppressed. The purpose of all this is to begin an awakening that will allow you to at least glimpse what you are capable of. We wish to peel away the layers of suppression that were imposed on you in early childhood, which can hopefully put you on a level where we can begin a dialogue that is to end with your return to full consciousness and the abilities that you abandoned long ago.
Returning to full consciousness is of course the primary reason for first contact. Everything else we do is simply to aid and abet this necessary transformation. In the same vein, Mother Earth wishes to progress beyond the reality she now occupies, and this desire was made clear to us before we formed this special first-contact mission. Spirit, too, dearly wishes to manifest the stipulations of the Divine Plan. For all this to happen, two components are required, of which we are the physical branch. Our task is to use all the resources at our command to get this mission completed successfully within the timeframe given to us. So far, we have achieved most of the protocols required. Everything is in place and we have kept meticulously abreast of the changes each of you is going through. Now what remains is an official contact with you.
We are waiting for the next steps planned by our Earth allies. As stated in last week’s message, we have informed them that we are prepared to complete on their behalf whatever is necessary to get new regimes into power and to deliver the prosperity programs to each of you. To this end, moves are being executed according to the stipulations of our Earth allies and us. We wholly intend to carry out whatever can accelerate the necessary changes. Many of the dark-controlled regimes are still cooperating with the dark cabal, and we are expecting some degree of mischief on their part as our plans begin to manifest. This is why we are monitoring their secret underground bases and associated surface facilities so closely. These dark ones still persist in their recalcitrance, but any form of delaying tactics on their side will be preempted by us.
The cabalists know what the consequences of their dirty deeds will be and they do not like what is to happen to them. We have seen signs of their apprehension when discussing certain issues with them. We are constantly scanning their inner thoughts and predilections, and understand just how fractured their formerly solid bulwark has become. This last remaining obstacle is crumbling fast and everything else is pretty much in place. Our Earth allies and their friends have done great work in setting up the structures needed to implement Heaven’s decrees. Now we are literally on the brink of realizing something wonderful for you, and within this context we hope that our presence will be seen by you as truly beneficent. This next period in your history will see the revealing of who and what you really are!
Today, we talked about how close you now are to achieving your true destiny. First contact is just one of the ‘vehicles’ being used to get you there. We are most proud of you and look forward to celebrating this magnificent future with you. When does the spirit or soul enter the body during gestation?
What is the life lesson for the spirit or soul attached to the fetus that is miscarried or aborted?
It varies. Some souls wish to have the physical experience of being embodied through every embryonic stage. They will enter right away and stay in the body through the entire process from conception onward. Other souls are not interested at all in the embryonic experience and so they enter the body sometime during the second trimester. Most souls enter the body and then leave it over and over again throughout the course of gestation. We are using these terms enter and leave as if they were distinct actions but they are not. Your soul is not a singular unit. Your souls are holographic. That means that even as you exist as your human self, your soul also exists in other places and other times.
Parts of your soul, most of you, have parts of your soul walking around other parts of the planet right now as angels or as spirit guides for other people. Parts of your soul drift off and go to connect with worldwide events or to connect with and be of service to other parts of the world or universe. There is never a moment when your entire soul is fully intact inside your body as part of who you are. You always exist as yourself and as a whole bunch of other things too. To what degree that occurs depends on who you are and what your soul is up to. When we say that a soul or spirit has entered the body of an embryo or a fetus, we mean that the energy of the soul who will inhabit that human life, has committed itself to that human life and appeared as a form of vibration in the cells that compose the body. Truthfully, nearly every soul has committed itself to its human lifetime before conception even occurs.
At some level, there is the energy of the upcoming person already resides in those cells as they are first beginning to grow, but there is not an entire intact soul. There is not a single soul, or spirit, who relies upon that one body for their life, for any fetus or embryo. Any human being who wishes to live a full human lifetime, chooses to be conceived within a mother whose sole intention and soul plan and soul path will lead her to full gestation and childbirth. Your souls agree with each other and you line up your experiences so they match. If there is a person or a family who will benefit by going through a miscarriage, who has something to learn, something to resolve or something to open up to through the experience of miscarriage, then a soul who wants to experience what it is like to be miscarried will align itself with that embryo so that it can go through miscarriage. If a soul wants to get into a human lifetime as quickly as possible, with no delay, it simply will not commit itself to the embryonic cells within a woman whose life path will lead her to miscarriage or abortion.
Ultimately, as with everything, your souls know exactly what they are doing. Your souls are constantly in contact with everyone in your life at that higher level deciding where everyone is going, what everyone is planning to do and how your needs will line up with the plans of those souls around you. The life path or the life lesson for the spirit or soul attached to the fetus that is miscarried or aborted, also varies. Some people, or some people’s souls, choose to inhabit a fetus that will be aborted or miscarried because they want to experience that because it is interesting. They want to feel what it is to have third-dimensional body, but they really do not have an interest in living through an entire human lifetime. This is probably at least fifty percent of miscarriages and abortions are souls who do not want to live an entire human lifetime, but the do for one reason or another, they have something to learn or something they want to experience by being embodied. This is a quick and easy way to be embodied and to experience physicality without having to go through an entire human lifetime.
There are also many other souls who have karmic reasons to be miscarried or aborted. Perhaps they need to come into embodiment to resolve some karma. Perhaps somehow whatever they have done in their past lives will be resolved or brought back in balance through the experience of going through a miscarriage or abortion. Perhaps they offer that as a gift for the family who needs to experience miscarriage or abortion. It varies; it is different.
Ultimately, as with everything, your souls know what they are doing, they choose their experiences and choreograph themselves with everyone around you. Something will say that has not been said yet, from the perspective of the Akashic Records, it is very clear that the human experience is always available for those who wish to have it. That means that if one soul has gone through the experience of being miscarried or aborted and they truly want to live a human lifetime, they will simply incarnate again into a new human body. Human life is not a one shot opportunity. As most of you have recognized, many of you have done it hundreds, or even thousands, of times before. It all depends on what your soul wants to do from that higher perspective.
What you have determined will be beneficial for your soul path and what you have determined will be beneficial to all of humanity based on what you would like to offer. The ethical or moral question around the choice to have an abortion, really resides on the question of integrity. It resides on the question for any given individual, man or woman, who chooses to enact an abortion is that you must do it out of love. The fundamental grounding for ethics and morality is love. The fundamental grounding for all human experience is love. If you act out of love and behave according to what you feel is right from a place of love within yourself, then you are following your own moral compass. You are following your own moral code. If you do something out of fear, if you react out of fear, hatred or judgment of yourself or anyone else, then you have fallen out of integrity. That is when it becomes less clear to you and everyone around you, what is moral or what is ethical. When it comes to the question of abortion, for any given human being making the choice to have an abortion, you can do it from a place of love. Love and respect for yourself, love and respect for your family, love and respect for the truth of your situation and even it is possible to do it out of love and respect for the potential human being who would be born and recognizing the circumstances they would come into. You can do it out of love, releasing that soul and that potential clearing way for a different soul and a different potential in your future and a different potential for that fetus to grow into a different human family under a different set of circumstances.
You can choose to have an abortion out of fear. Fear that you will be judged, fear that you will not be loved, and fear that you are not good enough to be a parent. There are endless potential fears that can lead one to have an abortion. As most people who have gone through abortion recognize, there is probably a mix of both love and fear. It is a very intense experience to make that choice. As with everything, human beings are always making choices that end the potential for some paths and open the way for new paths. Ultimately, when one chooses to have an abortion, just as one chooses to go to one college or another college, you create the death of a potential. You create the death. You close off the potential for all that might have happened if you had made one choice. When you make the second choice, whatever the second choice is, when you make whatever your choice is, you open the door to a set of new potentials.
All of human life is moving forward through small deaths and small goodbyes to whatever potentials lie before the choice is made and to a new commitment and to an open doorway to the new set of potentials that arises after a choice is made. This is true about choosing to have an abortion, it is true about choosing to go to college, it is even true about deciding what to wear every day. Some of these things have stronger emotions attached and others do not. All of them are part of life; making choices that open you to new potentials. The best you can do is to follow your own moral code doing what feels authentic and true based on your best effort to move toward love and away from fear.

Who can make a difference in anything man desires? Man. Man can move the clouds, and make the heavens bring forth moisture. Man also can make wind move, crops grow, and fields flower. Man can act on his consciousness that he can make a natural channel for healing in his own body. Man can create the New Earth with the mastery of his natural way of being. Before negative attitudes of mind convinced man to not be the co-creator of beauty, man did all he could to find natural ways to bring gifts to the world.
With the advent of high technology, beginning during WWI, man abdicated his basic control of creativity to machines. Military might was more important than heart led creations. So a new kind of control came with corporate development. Corporations made the necessities, and controlled their consumer, by making control their doctrine. Control of the man’s dinner, and his medication, controlled man’s continuity and creativity. Most doses of medicine, today, are more about mental depletion than they are for improving health.
Ample food is available to feed 100% of the countries that need it. Nothing is considered more welcome than this commodity. Can the big countries bring food to the little ones? No, they cannot. Why? Because companies control the distribution of their products, and do not allow free gifts of food to governments that are not allies to the country they have allegiance to. Politics controls food.
Never before has the world needed more distribution of food. Pakistan and China, and any country that has made a dent in their communities’ needs, also need more donations to feed their citizens during a crisis.
Capitalism is not being caring. Children die because food doesn’t come. Money doesn’t get donated when contact between hearts has been diminished by media, doing its best to control attitudes. Politics of man’s mind game demands allegiance to goals that are divisive, not caring goals. Politics can be changed. Caring can come out of the ashes, and delete all of man’s control games.
Freedom of man’s controllers begins in the heart. Caring about others can make a new statement. Politicians who are not caring can be eliminated, and more caring ones elected. All political parties are controlled by big business. Corporations donate money to politicians to control their decisions. Money from corporations dictates how food is distributed and controls politicians. Can you see the mockery this makes of man’s control of life? A complete joke!
Another method of control comes from defeat of the current one. New constitutions need to be developed with caring for the needy as a priority. Contracts to build apartments for the needy need to be made, to take the place of corrupt domiciles that allow cheating one’s neighbor to go on. Actual living, as a commitment to humanity, needs more attention. Children must get an answer to poverty. No company will do this. Making man address man’s needs comes from more than my comments. It comes from a group of open hearts. My comments are only suggestions for those hearts to consider.
Caring hearts do more than think about how they can help. Caring hearts take action. Find ways to help others and give the gift of caring out to the world. Giving accelerates the door opening of the heart of mass consciousness. Change will depend on giving. No dependent of a corporation will give the way an open heart can. No politician cares as much for the needy as he does for a company’s money. No doors are opening in mass consciousness by actions of these contributors. We need more contributions of caring from Oneness consciousness. My chelas can demonstrate their consciousness by contributing whatever they can to those in need. Help can be contributed by making a trip to the corner to talk to an out of luck man who hangs out there. Or, take a child out for a new day of fun, or be a friend to a contained one with dis-ease. Many opportunities exist for this kind of caring. Bring your hearts to those who need more love. All can do this. No man should need a friend. Begin now!
