Drawn – Master Gardener! Sweet! Great tips about the tomatoes! thanks for that, I’m gonna try the marigolds thing next year. Right now I have close to 10 pounds of tomatoes wrapped in newspaper in hopes that they will ripen. A magazine article my wife found said that was the thing to do….Seems to be working so far.

Sassy – A lady down the street has a rain barrel with no lid and quite a few catapillars fell in to it in the spring. Well she never bothered to clean out the dead sludge and as a result her garden has kicked ass! I geusse the dead bug juice was the best food for her garden in years!

Melissa – Cool that you are noticing a mass response on Facebook! bring on the ASS! Is’nt this so exciting!

…Sassy, glad you posted the news about the quake because my boys live in Cookson, Oklahoma which is 1 hour from Tulsa. I’m hearing now that it was felt all the way down to Dallas/Ft.Worth area. Sassy – I’m in Terrace B.C. Canada, ABout four hours drive south of the Alaska border. Yeah I bought these Tomatoe plants from the local farmers market and made a little poly shelter(I dont have a green house) for them and they grew like crazy. Problem is a large number of them are still green. But the newspaper thing seems to be working. I think the fact that I bought them from a local producer and not walmart probably helped.

I’m using Explorer on this computer but it’s a company issue so I dont have much choice. Anyways it never crashes. And also too at home I’m using Google Chrome and it seems to do really well too……noticable difference in speed aswell.

Admiral your 2 sides of your brain is merging. LOL I could just picture it. Actually, yesterday I was reading a message that said to feel the 2 sides and when I did this I could actually feel the L/S and R/S as if they were seperate.
Man I ordered 2 Mc doubles from mickey d’s with no onions and extra pickles. Get back to work to eat and DOGHOUSE!!!!WHAT!!!! They gave me extra onions with no pickles. My manager was laughing at me and he was like “What are you doing” as I was scraping every visible onion off of those burgers.
BTW I had not heard of anyone saying there would be sightings today except for that one guy that is a scientists or some other professional. But his predicition didnot feel in the least bit right to me. My predicition is june 15 2011. I just predicted that because I looked at my mega lottery while thinking of this and the only visible numbers were 6 and 15.
Sassy 13 so funny with the ADD. That is probably why I hated school so much. I just could not pay attention for any long periods. Especially english class. I would be in a totally different world and when the teacher would call on me I would say to myself, what is her problem as I didnot even raise my hane. Then I would have to ask her to repeat the question and my answer would usually be “I DONT KNOW”

Interesting that Amanda used to talk to clouds – It was a long time ago when I read it but I came across some stuff about Sylphs (I think that is the right spelling) living in clouds. Maybe she was talking to them – who knows!

I hope she is not suffering too much with her finger now. Manuka honey is great for clearing up infections if she gets one. Just put it on a dressing and cover the wound with it. (I am also happy to share beauty tips if she is interested ) Send her my love wont you.

I have had little time to post over the last few days so I am catching up now. It will do me good because I am feeling well angry at this tosser who walks his dog in the woods. He has this annoying dog who continually tries to attack Max. The bloody dog is possessed and tonight I nearly lost it. I squirted a load of water at her and made caveman like “ugg” noises to scare her off. The dogs owner has more testicals than brain cells and all he does is wimply call her, though she doesnt listen. He never apologises either which gets my back up. I shouted at him to sort her out and he said all she is doing is barking. I said you are the one that is barking! She wsent back at Max again and I am like shouting my head off at it. It has happened many times before and enough is enough. I am calling the dog warden tomorrow to complain.

I am a massive animal over but I could quite happily smack its head in with an iron pole! (I think I may regret saying that lol)

Matthew good to hear from ya man. Caveman like noises, oh man that must of been hilarious. Some guy in New Jersey actually killed another man last week over their 2 dogs that got tangled with their leaches. When it comes to our dogs man I guess I would give my life. Around 2 to 3 years ago while I was living with my nephew and the 2 dogs my nephew and his girl had a fight and the police came. I answered and right away they told me I better lock those dogs up or we will shoot them. My adrenaline soared (not to mention the alcohol) and I yelled and stood in front of them that you gotta shoot me first before you do anything to my dogs. They calmed down and I put the dogs in the bathroom. they actually told Ashley (her uncle is a cop) that they respected what i did for the dogs the next day. Well it is break time and I got that lottery fever again.

This dog is crazy. She will literally bark and snarl and have this evil look in her face when she comes across Max. She is horrible. I love all animals but not this one.

John, Its good to be here again! You know I have been feeling a bit bad since that episode earlier because it was the first time in a long time I experienced the feeling of hate. Hate towards the stupid dog and hate towards this *ucking idiot who I judged as nothing more than a wet fart. I made this judgement based on the fact he is a window cleaner!!

Max is placid and even he is so pissed off with this dog, you can see it in his face. When this dog came flying around at 100 miles an hour and went straight to Max’s face, the protective mother in me came out in droves. I would have literally smacked a pole around this dogs head without thinking. I had my bottle of water and I squirted her right in the face (not quite a pole lol) which stopped her. She came back for more a few seconds later and I did the same. She was quite frightened of me and I am not used to animals being scared of me. Lots of new feelings and thoughts experienced down those woods tonight!

I think I better go to confession tomorrow!

Finally I got back on. I could not get to this sight all morning as when I clicked to read more, nothing would come up. I didnot think this was for real in NYC as I said this morning, I didnot think this was for real as the witness reports were very poor and non descriptive.The only good thing is it puts ET’S in the open and on peoples minds. Plus i am sure they would have dropped by the doghouse for some tea.
When I went on break 2 maintenance guys were asking me about this. These 2 always joke around this issue and I also joke back and laugh. Then I told them there were over 70 UFO’S this weekend spotted in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. I joked with them that the ET’s stopped in Amsterdam for that good weed. We all had a good laugh. That is how I handle the sleepers and those that would try to humiliate you. It is actually fun. Well almost lunch time.

Jim – #70 I’m with ya on that, WTF is up with our Government. It’s becoming harder and harder to be a proud Canadian these days. Did you hear about Harper and his little speech about Arctic soveirgnty up in Nunavut(i think)? It was something about a couple of Russian bomber planes flying around up north and how we had to chase them out of our airspace. And then Mr. Hooper gets up there and starts talking about how we need these jets to defend our borders from the likes of the Russians. He is such a knob! It eventually came out that these bombers were part of a drill and it was perfectly normal for them to be there.

Manta are you kidding, no offense at all. One day i want to take it to the streets as Admiral has done with his flyers. I want to type like a 3 page essay on ascension and ET contace. I would start this by letting people know the truth of who we are, (spiritual beings havin a physical experience) and then how Mother earth is a live sentiment being. Been out today and yesterday…

I had some family medical stuff happening and I’m relieved that the ‘end of the world as we know it’ didn’t happen while I was in the Medical Center 100 miles from home.

Sassy – Tomatoes take lots of nutrients out of the soil, so if you’ve already had them growing in that spot, change locations or amend your soil as much as possible. Any kind of compost is good. That mushroom stuff sounds cool… I’ve never seen that. We like to burn a fire every spring to clean up our property and the ashes left behind super-charge the dirt! Give ‘em some fertilizer specifically for tomatoes. Make sure they’re getting plenty of sun.

Gunner – I would imagine you’d be better off with an artificially-created environment for your ‘special’ crop!

I have some old Sedona magazines given to me from a friend and I found a channeling from 2007 that is so fantastic! I’ll post it later.

I have used FireFox for years, and have never ever had a crash on this site(or that many on other sites for that matter). The only nuisance I’ve had here was the chat room that removed all my usual shortcut keys like <CTRL> + <END> to go to the end of the page, but I removed that by simply installing the NoScript plugin and put this site on the black list so no Java code would ever be allowed to run (maybe that is why I haven’t seen any problems).

I think you have other problems not related to this site. Perhaps you have installed too many plugins? Or is it time to upgrade your Firefox installation and maybe re-install your Flash Player? Most of the time it is an old plugin that is causing the problems.

Thanks a lot Spedman. I was just talking to this girl from India about the NYC sightings. I told her at first I thought maybe they are just balloons but upon further research I dont think they were balloons. I told her not to believe the media and especially donot believe the government. She kind of came to the conclusion that they may not be balloons after all. I didnt even see the videos yet. Well it certainly has put the UFO subject on the forefront and I know people are thinking deeply of the omplications of this event. YES!!!! Hey imagine if one of the reporters knew what went down but behind the scenes they were told to tell everyone they are balloons. In this article he states this is the first time this is to happen to prepare us for contact. There are daily sightings around the world. THE SCIENCE OF ASCENSION SYMPTOMS……..

Let me attempt with some words as best as I will be guided:

Ascension as we all know is a business of Energy Integration, Shifts, Vibration and Frequency (constant movement – periodic pulse of energy) – the transition/graduation into a higher vibrating frequency version or rather band of Earth; in simple terms ascension is changing our frequency band so to speak, and can be assimilated to a transition from AM to FM band (3D to 5D). It is in effect the critical mass conversion of the Earths receival capacity template from analog to digital, black and white to color – It is the Crystalline Age (Crystals are indispensable in our modern setup: Frequency generation/stabilization, All Electronics, Clocks, Radios, TV, Phones, Instrumentation,……).

Quantum physics has now proven beyond all doubt that everything in the Universe is ultimately comprised of energy (matter is all energy – frozen light). Every subatomic particle of matter – energy in the Universe is connected to every other particle by a kind of holographic energetic matrix and we can change the behavior of these quantum particles by directing our attention, feelings and thoughts.

Ascension is not an isolated event – it is a unified, synchronized whole; it is intricately tied to the karmic grid – they are complementary; karma being the determining circumstance – soul mission/contract, the aspects of our lives we need to resolve on the journey to reconnection. At the moment of our incarnation here together with our Guides/ Angels agreed and programmed our records to what would best suit our growth and evolution. This running soft ware and the ascension undertaking together determine our new working point – platform; so the extent to which we experience these upheavals will depend on these parameters. The karmic process could in a sense function without ascension as conceived – ascension therefore is a subset of karma so to speak; previous civilizations ascended without necessarily going through our present configuration. Ascension as we know it is a different method/approach to accomplish the karmic cycle without passing through physical death. Ascension symptoms therefore would vary (number, type, magnitude, frequency) in sympathy with our karmic loads. Life would supposedly become unbearable were it not for this kind of harmonization. We all experience this process and symptoms in divers ways, modes, intensity as they vary from person to person. We are all unique, ascending and shifting in a multitude of ways – scenarios. As this cycle speedily draws to a close the repercussions of these purifications and symptoms would accelerate in order to clear our slates, our pending karmic balance.

Ascension Symptoms

The ascension project is a dynamic process constantly progressing with respect to the planetary Light Quotient (collective/mass consciousness) serving as the barometer; operating in harmony with the Cosmic calendar – the periodicity of the energy flow – exchanges (full/new moon, equinox, eclipse, solstice, T/Vcross, 09.09.09, 10.10.10, galactic alignment, etc) and at the same time modulated by divine dispensation – Grace. This complex process can be very demanding as a result of the continuous flooding from the massive influx of energy – harboring divers and unpredictable variables.

Our human framework is designed to accommodate these energies in a manner that can be likened to a lightning protection network primarily comprising of a lightning arrestor – antenna, conducting wire mesh – circuit or conduit and an excellent Earth or Ground. The idea behind a lightning protection system is to rapidly and efficiently conduct heavy currents from lightning discharges to ground without damaging existing equipment or infrastructure. So in a similar manner, our body comprises an antenna system – primarily our hair (this is the reason why most Masters/Sages kept long hair), our energy centers – Chakras as conduit and the Earth as our Ground (the reason why we are often advised to stay grounded – meditate outside and better bare footed). Drinking lots of water is also highly recommended – water being a good conductor of electricity would facilitate current circulation analogous to a car radiator – preventing over-heating – engine protection. Deep (Soul) Breathing will in turn super charge our accumulators/energy centers/chakras with life energy – Adamantine/God particles to further reinforce our protection system. All electrical networks or systems must be grounded to close the circuit to let current flow: Source (Generator) – Subject – Ground – Source (the human Aura is the appellation ascribed to the electric field associated to the body current flow).

Let us keep in mind that the principal objective of this endeavor is to raise our vibrations – consciousness, reconnect, awaken the dormant life current in us which has atrophied for so long; this awakening of the Kundalini is the gate way to divine consciousness, oneness – our original status.

Our body elements under normal working life, repeatedly suffer from a variety of dis-ease partially due to the inflicted conditions of the etheric body (unforgiveness, judgment, resentment, stress……); so the passage then of currents associated to these energy shifts depending on the magnitude would further affect our fragile bodies thereby manifesting as symptoms. This implies that if our physical, astral, mental, etheric bodies were whole, we would be transparent to these symptoms but for the inherent energy anatomy – carbon to crystal metamorphosis (the carbon to crystal conversion involves just the carbon particle structure and not the element itself) and the constant upgrading of our running system/software with an adapted version to accommodate our new template (a window of experimentation – the wonder and beauty of a new Toy). It would be interesting to mention here that these current passage configurations and their corresponding symptoms present theoretically an in exhaustive list in sympathy with these energy centers – chakra positions – areas being worked on.

The effect of these energies on our system is twofold – the physical and the etheric (emotional) components which eventually manifest in the symptoms we experience being dislodged. The way our bodies will respond to these energy shifts, downloads or what we sometimes call rebooting will be determined by the resistance presented, resistance here meaning how much clearing, cleansing, balancing… we have to effectuate. This is the reason why on some days we rise up booming with vitality and on others we just feel like going for the power off switch – a see-saw ride. Our experiences of these body symptoms vary extensively depending on some of these aspects: our karmic load, mission/contract, environment – nutrition, air, exercise, etc. Bloating in all its colors is for example an expansion of our system in order to accommodate more current – energy (the bigger the capacity of a battery accumulator, the more energy it can store – manipulate), heat/cold flashes is due to an abrupt rise and fall of vital current – current waves, disruptive sleep patterns is caused by the high energy flow into our brains for processing and ringing in the ears is the result of an extended band of frequencies resulting from Intermodulation products between this new frequency band/standing waves – blocked/stagnant/stray energy thereby yielding lots of harmonics and side bands previously inaudible but now featuring because of our improved range of audible sounds (colors, smell, etc).

In closing ……., We should strive to integrate these energies with ease, peace, balance and harmony at all times thereby promoting clarity within our heart, mind and reality; it is therefore recommended to stay focused on our primary goal – light integration (unconditional love – oneness), practicing total surrender, detachment – the key phrase here is: let go. And in the same light, Ego trips: fear, anger, resentment, worries… generates interference/standing waves – contrary signals which obstruct this smooth flow. In so doing we would be able to transform the ascension journey from a scary and detested engagement into a joyful completion.

A CONSCIOUS MIND

In order to choose our thoughts we must have a conscious mind. What does it mean to be conscious? Does it mean simply to be alive or does it mean also to be aware? And of what are we aware? Actually, the more precise question is to which of the myriad perceptions do we choose to consciously attend? Having a conscious mind does not mean that we are just aware of our daily life. It also means to be conscious of what we have hidden deep inside ourselves. We all have many memories hidden in our unconscious mind, as well as in our superconscious mind.

To be truly conscious in our mundane life, we must also be aware of these hidden portions of our total consciousness. Otherwise, we will not have access to all of our possible choices of perception. While we are limited to the logical, sequential processing of our third-dimensional consciousness, we cannot attend to the constant bombardment of multidimensional stimuli. Therefore, we must filter out most of what we perceive and remain aware of only a small portion of our total experience of life. All that we have chosen to ignore is then stored in our unconscious and superconscious minds.

These perceptual filters are created by our beliefs. Our beliefs influence our expectations, and in turn our expectations influence our perceptions. For example, if we believe that the world is a hostile place, we will expect to see an enemy around every corner. Then, since we believe that the world is hostile, when someone comes around that corner—a normal someone with a vast and paradoxical range of thoughts and emotions—we expect to see an angry threatening person.

Therefore, we are aware of only the portions of that complex person that are expressing anger, as we have filtered out the portions of that person that are kind and loving. Then, because we have chosen to perceive this complex person as being angry, we feel a need to defend ourselves against this “angry” person. With our fear and anger, we amplify the fear and anger in this stranger. Voila! We have created an enemy, and we have also reaffirmed our belief that the world is a hostile place.

On the other hand, let us say that our belief is that the world is generally a loving place and that most people are of good nature. Now on the very same day, at the very same time, we walk around the same corner and meet that same complex person. Because we believe the world is generally a loving place, we expect the approaching person to be friendly. Therefore, we smile warmly and say hello.

Since we are warm and friendly, we amplify the portion of this stranger that is also warm and friendly. Also, we expect a friendly reply, so we filter out the portion of this person that is frightened or angry and choose to perceive the portion that is friendly. In this scenario, it is likely that the person will respond in the same manner in which he or she was addressed. Again, we have affirmed our belief by unconsciously choosing to perceive that which is consistent with the expectations of that belief.

CREATION OF BELIEF FILTERS

How were the belief filters formed? Belief filters are custom-made based on a hierarchical system. In other words, what is most important comes first. And, what is most important of all is survival. Inherent in all species is the fear for survival. Once this fear is activated, we create systems that provide a primary coping mechanism so that we can survive. For example, if we believe that the world is a hostile place, we were likely raised in a frightening environment. In order to survive to adulthood, we learned to believe that everyone and everything was a possible threat.

Therefore, we expected an enemy everywhere and were constantly prepared for battle. This preparation for battle became a primary coping mechanism, and even though the external danger eventually left, our preparation for war was stored in our unconscious self. This unconscious belief system then directs our expectations and eventual perceptions. Hence, we are now recreating our childhood environment.

On the other hand, if we believe that the world is a loving place, we were likely raised in a safe and caring environment. Or perhaps we worked through our early fear and anger and have found a way to believe in love. Either way, we have learned to believe that the world is a loving place or, at least, we have learned to believe in the power of love. Therefore, we are now able to filter out the surrounding negativity and be aware of the positive.

The fact is, not many of us are able to come into adulthood without some fear, anger, loss, or pain. However, if we are somehow able to find love, we can use our past trauma to recognize real, not perceived, danger so that we can protect ourselves. All of us are now experiencing or have experienced a reality that was created for us by our families, our past, and our society. These realities are based on beliefs that were programmed into our consciousness.

Some of these beliefs have assisted us, but some of them have created great limitations in our ability to expect, and perceive, the positive and loving aspects of our third-dimensional life. Our beliefs can be changed, but habit is powerful. The reality that is familiar brings comfort, even if it hurts. Therefore, how can we break out of the habitual beliefs of the familiar and dare to step into an unknown and unfamiliar reality?

CHANGING OUR REALITY

To change our reality, we must transmute our belief in fear and limitation into a belief in love and freedom. When our belief system is based on fear, we feel separate from the world around us because our view is that everyone and everything may try to harm us. However, when we learn to believe in love, we feel united with the world. Everyone and everything can then be viewed as a new opportunity to experience love.

Belief in fear and limitation creates a self-image of being a victim: “The world is my enemy, and I am its victim.” On the other hand, belief in love and freedom creates a self-image of empowerment: “Somehow I created my reality and since I created it, I can change it.” It is in switching from living in fear to living in love that we can alter the basis of our belief systems. Only then can we begin to change the reality that we experience. This change takes time and understanding, but if we can recognize that our experiences are lessons, we can begin our transformation from a dependent victim to a dependable leader.

This transformation has three phases: being dependent, being independent, and being dependable. Everyone moves through these stages of consciousness. Since we are all complex people, we often move through these phases more quickly in some areas of our life and more slowly in others. Usually, it is in the areas of our life where we have known love that we can transform quickly, and the areas that have caused us fear that transform more slowly. Unfortunately, these fear-filled areas of our life often become our personal nemeses, and we return again and again to address the same old issues in a new way. Fortunately, we each have only a few of these stuck places. These areas of our life are our greatest challenge, yet they also provide the greatest opportunity for personal growth.

CHOOSING OUR THOUGHTS

We can move through our stuck places by realizing that thought precedes action. Therefore, every one of our actions that have caused or prolonged yet another descent into our stuck place, began with a thought. The best way to determine how to get out of our familiar drama is to go backwards in our thinking until we can remember the thought that initiated that causal action.

For example, perhaps we have problems with money, and a check has bounced again. We could likely think backwards to the thought that said something like, “Oh, I am sure that check will come in to cover this.” Once we discover our faulty thinking, we can rewrite that thought to be, “I will NOT send out the payment for this bill until I look at my bank balance and make sure I have enough money right now.”

Many of our actions that make our life more difficult begin with thoughts such as, “I am not good enough.”
“This will never work for me.”
“I can’t do this.”
“I will never be successful.”
All of these thoughts, and thoughts like them, are based on fear.

It is helpful to, at some point, heal the cause of this kind of thinking. However, even once we have done that, we still have the power of our habit. If we have spent our life wallowing in negative thinking, it is a big shift to catch ourselves and replace that thought with a positive, empowering, loving thought. A mantra can be of great assistance in deflecting our old, negative, fear-thought and replacing it with a positive thought.

A mantra is an inner or outer visual picture and/or a positive sentence that can be used to filter out fear and habitual, negative thinking. For example, a visual mantra may be a symbolic picture of a favorite place, a loved one, or a pet that evokes a positive feeling of peace and love. Verbal mantras work best if they are in first person, present tense. For example: I am successfully fulfilling my goal. If the mantra is in the future tense (I will successfully fulfill my goal), it is like a carrot on a stick that is never obtained.

A mantra is used to edit out negative thoughts and feelings by believing in our self enough to remember that we can choose to shift our attention from fear to love. It is best if we choose a mantra that is based on self love and is correlated enough to the specific fear we are experiencing. In this manner, the mantra would be the most effective antidote for the “dis—ease” we are suffering due to our thoughts. For example, if the fear is that we will not achieve our goal, our visual mantra is an imaginary or real picture of us achieving a goal; the verbal mantra is, “I am achieving my goal;” and the feeling is one that is associated with the fulfillment of that goal.

If we can identify the fear before it is amplified by our attention, we can take a moment to close our eyes (limit our focus), take a deep breath (breathe through the fear), and visualize a picture that is the antidote for our fear, while we say our verbal mantra and allow the positive feelings of love, hope and inner power to override the feelings of fear and defeat. Once we have regained our footing in positive thinking, we can look again at the fear from our objective self. Does this fear carry a warning? If it does, then we can listen to the warning, act appropriately, and release the fear.

It is helpful to set aside some time, from five minutes to an hour, at least three to five days a week to spend inside our SELF. If we can set aside that special time, we can learn to gain conscious mastery over our consciousness and realize that we choose our consciousness by choosing the thoughts we allow to take residence in our mind and the emotions we allow to linger in our heart.

If we allow the habit of fearful thinking to dictate our overall thinking and give in to fearful emotions, our consciousness will be overwhelmed by the myriad stimuli supporting our choice to focus on fear. We have the ability to hear a negative thought and choose to edit it out by taking a few deep breaths and choosing to say, think or visualize our mantra. Our mantras will change as our challenges change, but whatever the mantra or positive thought we choose, it will be based on love, confidence and courage.

The most recent ascension symptoms are happening around your head and neck. These include headaches, TMJ (jaw tension, pain and clicking), sore teeth, sore facial bones, tension, pain or a feeling of fullness (something’s in there!) in your throat, sinus congestion and painful and very crunchy neck and shoulders. Our brains are changing and there is a lot of energy transforming and moving around in our heads. It seems that our bones are being reshaped.

Another symptom that is going around is fluctuating body temperature. Most common are periods of heating up, but also possible are times when you are suddenly cold. You can feel tired but at the same time you can’t relax. And last but not least, being really, really thirsty!

I have found that forceful or deep massage/manipulation can aggravate the symptoms, even bringing on powerful headaches. What helps is gentle energy work like cranial sacral technique. The pressure seems to ease a bit if you open your mouth as wide as is comfortable and breath out forcefully while making a sound (HAAA!). If the area feels inflamed (and it probably will) then using an ice pack is beneficial. Another thing is to get lots of rest, including naps if you can. When lying down to rest or sleep, do some deep breaths (as deep as you can). Try using the Quantum Pause Breath.

1) Breathe in through your nose for a count of about 4.
2) Hold the breath in for a count of about 4.
3) Breathe out through your mouth for about a count of 4.
4) Hold the breath out for a count of about 4.

I find that this will often triggers yawns, which is a releasing of tension.

Going into the wave and using the Golden Mesh to remove what DOESN’T SERVE you is really helpful also.

After that, let the part of you that knows what energy your body needs to flow that energy in and through your body. Notice the color or colors and imagine that color moving through your cells, then molecules, then atoms and finally joining with your waves of light.

Another good thing is to listen to music that you love. Really listen and sing or dance or just breathe with it.

Drink lots of water with a little bit of juice in it. This helps you body absorb the water. Calcium/magnesium supplements and GABA are also helpful.

We are still in a period of waiting and letting our bodies adjust to the New Energy Template. Let yourself rest as much as possible. This is not a time to push hard. Gentle, slow movement is good. Fast hard exercise is not so good. Remember, it is already done! You don’t have to hurry up and make it happen.

Admiral- in regards to 208# I saw two lights over Austin Last night. It looked like those lights in El Paso. I kept showing them to my friend and she doesn’t believe in UFO’s so she just kept driving away from them until I couldn’t see them any more.
We went to a sports bar where we sat outside so she could smoke and watch the Texas-NY baseball game. I looked in the sky and the dang lights had followed me. There 1 minute and {poof} gone the next. Sped- I just feel bad now. I am on an emotional roller coaster from Hell. Lot’s of family problems. I tried telling my friend to drive toward the UFO’s and she said no. She acted as if I was crazy.
