Here in the divine, eternal present all are awake and living with exhilarating enthusiasm, and we know, therefore, with absolute certainty that your awakening will occur, bringing you unimaginable happiness, and we rejoice in the glory of God’s constant and limitless Love for all of His creation. Despite your doubts, anxieties, and skepticism, that is where you too have your existence in every moment, even though in your unawakened state you are refusing to acknowledge this divine Truth.

You are, however, aware of living consciously in the illusion, and therefore you must be alive, as consciousness demands it. Being alive, you get to make choices, but frequently you make them without full awareness of what they mean or how you will actually experience them. This can be very confusing — all of you have at times exclaimed “I never expected that to happen” — and the reason for this is that you see yourselves as separate, independent individuals. You are almost completely unaware of the energy field in which you have your existence. You are also unaware that each of you affects it continuously, and therefore everyone else as well.

We continually nudge you towards wakefulness by bringing to your attention coincidences and synchronicities that demonstrate to you that all is interconnected, that nothing is separate, even though it does not appear to you that this is so. Most of the time you are skeptical and unaccepting of these incidents and convince yourselves they are just chance occurrences that are quite unrelated to each other and that have no meaning. And yet you wonder . . . and find it hard to dismiss them out of hand. So instead, you recount them to friends, but with an air of tolerant skepticism. You want to believe in your divine destiny, although you would not label it that clearly, but you are afraid that you will be disappointed because in the illusion disappointment is endemic. And so we keep on drawing to your attention evidence of your true nature — your unbreakable spiritual connection to God.

You are coming to realize that there is more to life than your physical existence in the illusion seems to suggest. And this intrigues you and gives rise to hope because you desperately want this to be the case, for if it is not, and existence is as meaningless as it often appears to be, then your loneliness overwhelms you. If you did not manage to distract yourselves from these depressing thoughts, despair would set in.

We are with you to make sure that does not happen, and we shall continue to nudge you and bring to your attention events and occurrences that demonstrate to you that God, your loving Father, exists and wants you to experience the Love in which He embraces you and the absolute bliss that awareness of that Love will bring you. Oh Yeah I almost forgot. As I was walking to the train this morning I was doing my usual anchoring of light into Gaia. It is awesome as I call on the new energies coming in and God and goddess and I instantly feel the presence of love in my entire body. Well anyway as I was doing this, something flew right in fromt of me. It was dark so it was hard to tell exactly what it was. It was only an inch big and at first I thought it may be a moth. But the wings were going as fast as a bee would where you could hardly see them. Now this happened as I was anchoring the light. Now this thing stayed flying in circles right in fromt of me for about 30 seconds. Remember when disney movies were on every week and you would see tinkerbell flying. That is how it seemed but like I said it was only around an inch long. Maybe it was a fairy. YES!!!!DOGHOUSE!!!!WHAT!!!!FAIRYHOUSE!!!!WHAT!!!!

Gunner- we watched a video on how to catch orbs on camera and the best time to do it is at dusk or dawn. So we went to the back yard at dusk and took tons of pics and we got quite a few orbs in them. They say play some soothing music as you do it and also the orbs really like coming out for kids and dogs which I had both in the pics. It was really cool. I think orbs are fairies on film.

Sassy, I seen an orb on James Gilliands website that actually had a face in it. Awesome. Man, falling off the truck happens more than people would think. That is a lot of height to get up and down and then if you have to inspect the container. Well another way you could have a big fall. Down the terminal one time a trucker was picking up an empty in the field and you know those machines with wheels 6 feet high. Well the trucker got out of his truck(which he was not supposed to do) and somehow fell and was crushed by one of those wheels. The only thing left was his head. Talk about a bad day at work.
We also had a guy working at the ship, while the containers were being off loaded, a twist lock on the chassis was not in the proper position. So he went to fix it and at that time a loaded container was coming down and too late, the container took off his head. Cancel Christmas.
BTW Admiral how do you get to sleep so early. Is it the pot? For me it is but I usually go around 10 to 11 and fall asleep while watching TV. I should try to get a prescription for some pot to help me sleep. If my insurance covers it it would only be 5 dollar an ounce.

Fergie, I am with you 100 percent on your comment. The energy has been unbelievably higher than ever before and time is really speeding up more and more as the days go by. I just need to figure out how I can put the slow motion button on time on the weekends.

Hey Fergie – glad you dropped in! Been awhile; just the other day I was wondering if you were still ‘out there’ (aren’t we all!).

Malps- I am fine. On the oct. 25 post I was telling Admiral that I got a sleep number bed a couple of years ago because I fell out of my truck onto my back. That bed was the only thing that helped me since our workers comp sucks so bad here in the US. My husband has been here for like 10 days. His truck was broke down so that’s why I haven’t been on here much. He is finally gone now. He doesn’t make money sitting here, but we started watching all of the SG1′s from the beginning while he was here. I like Teal’c. Anyway, they said something with the word MALP and I told him, “that’s my friend, on the ET website”
That’s what I call this to everybody else, the ET website, anyway I still don’t know what a MALP is, so could you explain? The last episode we watched before he left was something to do with Thor. They got stuck in a cave and O’neil and Teal’c had to escape. Sorry if I am not spelling their names right.

Got up early today and put on a pot of coffee. Our goat co-owner from down the road is here today, so no need to milk the goats this morning. Started a fire to get the chill off, then booted up the computer and read SaLuSa’s latest. Here I am in the US of A, the seat of the Dark Ones. But also, the seat of the Light. Here is where the showdown is happening. Once more, reassurance about the galactics help. Yes, we are subject to despair. I hear it all the time. Global warming, we have to cut back, cut down our resource use. But it will not be enough. War, injustice, child slavery, the drug war, the economic crisis, unemployment, etc., etc. But I am excited about the sightings that have clearly ramped up, now in the U.S. Someone really is out there. I can believe that they are preparing to arrive and I feel that in our desperate state, their arrival could not be soon enough.

The wild card is, how are the masses going to react. Interesting to read Blue Star’s message yesterday about that. SaLuSa says the atheists and the religious will be assisted alike. But some will not choose to prepare for ascension. When I imagine the population of this country, especially those loud voices that hate everything, I can only imagine the outpouring of outrage that we will soon hear. They will denounce these beings with insane fervor, perhaps violently. I can only hope that the “average person” knows better. These are same people that have been denouncing health care as socialism… what will they think about economic reforms that empower individuals, and the restoration of our rights as sovereign beings? But I guess those loud angry voices will just amount to a lot of hot air, as we all know the Light will carry the day.

Gunner, well it’s just a small farm. I work at a regular job during the day. I’m in Washington State, near Seattle. Yeah, I guess it would take a while to get here by bike! But if you make it we’ll pour you a glass of fresh goat milk.

Jim, I can’t believe you think so negatively about Obama. I think there is a lot of propaganda put out to try to take down Obama, because he is a threat to the dark hats’ plans. From my viewpoint, the anti-Obama folks are going to be the same negative folks who will reject the ETs when they do come onto the scene.

I think if anything Obama has not gone far enough, but since it has only been 18 months since he came into power, I say give him time. Guantanamo Bay has not been closed, that I understand, well getting us extricated from these situations that Bush created is not as easy as it may have seemed at first.

There are a lot of people in this country who will benefit from the health care plan. I and many other progressives would have liked to see much more, but government works incrementally. Obama did promise to try to govern from the center, and support bipartisan ideas. That was one of his defining characteristics. His national career started with the speech at the 2004 Democratic Convention in which he said that he did not believe in a “Red America” or a “Blue America” but in a “United States of America”. Now you don’t unite by pushing exclusively for one side, you work to find the middle ground. That is what he is doing.

As for the war in Afghanistan, the morality of war is complex. It can be a terrible betrayal to just pull out, regardless of the destabilizing consequences. He is doing what can be done and is supporting the forces of law and order there.

As for the flag pin, surely there are more significant concerns than someone’s sartorial choices? I think the reflexive suspicion of anyone who doesn’t follow a very narrow idea of patriotism is a poor way of judging Presidential candidates. I would rather see a real patriot who defends the Bill of Rights and fights for justice for the downtrodden, than a fascist who wraps himself in the flag and sticks a hundred lapel pins on, and maybe thumps a Bible or two for good measure.

Gunner, if you want to visit Steffie and myself on your bike, this is how you should travel: you get on the turn pike first, then go south on the interstate, past Wash.DC, make sure to keep going. If you stop anywhere near there, they might grab you and put you in the White House. So keep going south, through Tennessee, Mississippi, then turn left near the Gulf coast, stop to eat prawns (unless they are still oiled), go all the way to Miami, then take the ferry across to Atlantis.
You have to make your way to the south eastern corner of the island, the city of Antipolinos. You can only travel in the dark though, because during daytime the danger is just too great. You dont want to be harvested by the ecclesians or recruited by Ramtha’s forces. So once you’ve made it all the way to Antipolinos, you go to the harbour and catch the ferry to Luanda in Angola. Make sure to have a few $100 bills on you, because you need to bribe a few people there in order to enter the country. Then you travel south again, past the presidential palace of the richest man in Africa (no it is not Mugabe), past Exxon and Texaco installations. Make sure to stay on the road because of landmines. The scenery is very picturesque though. The people are friendly, sadly many have missing limbs. (The cabal left their mark here).
So, then you get to the Namibian border, no bribing this time, otherwise you get arrested. Follow the road south on the B1 all the way to the South African border. Along the way you will see Kudu antelope, warthogs, baboons and puff adders. Nothing to worry about, and the few people that live there are very friendly. Again at the SA border no bribing. Keep going south once more on the N7, you will see rocks, beautiful flowers, cape cobras and oranges. When you start seeing a flat topped mountain, you need to turn left, that is where I live, my doghouse is next to the wind charger. You can stay with me for a few days to recuperate. I will have some cane spirit and local weed and organic veggies for you, and oyster mushrooms. When you are well rested you can continue on your journey on the N2 going east. You will see whales, good surf, bushbuck, elephants and people, donkeys, goats and cattle. Just keep going until you see bananas, Durban poison, pineapples, Zulus, sharks and finally Steffie. Only thing is, you might not want to go back.

**The Grasdorf Pictogram Plates**

Farmer Werner Harenberg woke up early in the morning of July 23, 1991 to discover Germany’s first spectacular crop circle near the village of Grasdorf, Lower Saxony in the historic Teutoburger Wald Area, not far from Hannover. This location is not far from the prehistoric site of Externsteine, part natural rock, part carvings, caves and bearing various signs of what seems like long and varied religious practices. After noticing that the straws were unbroken, merely bent, Harenberg stated that it could not have been made by amateurs such as had recently allegedly been at play further north in Schleswig-Holstein.

A visitor to the farm, a man wearing a house painter’s outfit and a hanging moustache, turned up nine days later bringing along his metal detector. He searched all nine parts of the pictogram dropping a handkerchief in three spots as mark…all of them had a spherical symbol, less than a semi-circle attached to it. Then he went to his car to pick up a digging tool and a bucket unearthing a bronze, silver and gold plates at the three areas he marked.

The visitor’s whereabouts and identity have not been disclosed. After cleaning the plates, on impulse or with selling in mind, he split the gold plate in half. At least that’s what he told the man who bought the two and a half plates, a man who prefers anonymity. The buyer is described as a man of considerable wealth and of high position, as an industrialist; nevertheless he had two of the plates, the bronze and the silver ones. The plates were analyzed on a number of occasions, first at a private jeweler’s, then at the German Technical Institute’s department for research in metallurgy in Berlin.

The silver plate consisted of almost 100% pure silver, which is highly unusual. Artifacts from Roman times, about 2.000 years old, may contain as much. The bronze plate did contain bronze and tin in the usual nine to one relation.

Where are the plates currently? Probably in the possession of this industrialist, one must assume. Photos do exist…something he did not object to, especially of the bronze and silver pieces. The gold plate remains the biggest mystery of the three; it has not been analyzed and a photo shows only half of it.

The mystery being that all three plates, including the gold plate, as far as photos show, bear engravings…elevations representing miniatures of the actual crop circle. The bronze and silver plates are both 23 cm in circumference weighing three and half and five kilos respectively.

The bronze plate furthermore has several hollows placed in distances clearly suggesting a heaven of fixed stars.

The gold plate is 18 cm and weighs seven or eight kilos, according to Markus Schlottig, who has written a book dealing largely with the Grasdorf crop circle “Der Schlüssel zum Garten Eden” on a speculative-mythological basis.

The industrialist is quoted as saying he would pay any price, and, it is said, he has paid more than the estimated value. If the plates are a fraud, it’s an expensive one. If the plates were made by artisans before, during and after the nine days between the formation of the crop circle and the seemingly accidental finding of the plates, it could be an ambitious project to verify extraterrestrial origin of crop circles while at the same time creating a long-missing link from a glorious but largely unknown German prehistory to the present day.

Malps, thanks for the SG1 info. I saw the 1st season on DVD about 7 years ago but I don’t remember it much. So when you were new to the website you sent out your MALP to test the waters here. Cool. I was looking at Google Earth and I typed in Cork Ireland to see what it looked like and I think I was on Cork st. It looked like a bunch of cute shops. Then I looked at some houses. Everything looked so bright and clean and happy there. I was bored but Google Earth is so neat.

I just heard on the news something about some volcanoes going off where there were like 5000 people living? I’m not sure where though.

The symptoms of both Awakening and Ascension, along with their ensuing “gifts” are listed below for your awareness and understanding.

———————Spiritual Awakening Symptoms

1. Body aches and pains, especially in the neck, shoulder and back. This is the result of intense changes at your DNA level as the “Christ seed” awakens within. This too shall pass.

2. Feeling of deep inner sadness for no apparent reason. You are releasing your past (this lifetime and others) and this causes the feeling of sadness. This is similar to the experience of moving from a house where you lived in for many, many years into a new house. As much as you want to move into the new house, there is a sadness of leaving behind the memories, energy and experiences of the old house. This too shall pass.

3. Crying for no apparent reason. Similar to #2 above. It’s good and healthy to let the tears flow. It helps to release the old energy within. This too shall pass.

4. Sudden change in job or career. A very common symptom. As you change, things around you will change as well. Don’t worry about finding the “perfect” job or career right now. This too shall pass. You’re in transition and you may make several job changes before you settle into one that fits your passion.

5. Withdrawal from family relationships. You are connected to your biological family via old karma. When you get off the karmic cycle, the bonds of the old relationships are released. It will appear as though you are drifting away from your family and friends. This too shall pass. After a period of time, you may develop a new relationship with them if it is appropriate. However, the relationship will be based in the new energy without the karmic attachments.

6. Unusual sleep patterns. It’s likely that you’ll awaken many nights between 2:00 and 4:00 AM. There’s a lot of work going on within you, and it often causes you to wake up for a “breather.” Not to worry. If you can’t go back to sleep, get up and do something rather than lay in bed and worry about humanly things. This too shall pass.

7. Intense dreams. These might include war and battle dreams, chase dreams or monster dreams. You are literally releasing the old energy within, and these energies of the past are often symbolized as wars, running to escape and boogiemen. This too shall pass.

8. Physical disorientation. At times you’ll feel very ungrounded. You’ll be “spatially challenged” with the feeling like you can’t put two feet on the ground, or that you’re walking between two worlds. As your consciousness transitions into the new energy, you body sometimes lags behind. Spend more time in nature to help ground the new energy within. This too shall pass.

9. Increased “self talk.” You’ll find yourself talking to your Self more often. You’ll suddenly realize you’ve been chattering away with yourself for the past 30 minutes. There is a new level of communication taking place within your being, and you’re experiencing the tip of the iceberg with the self talk. The conversations will increase, and they will become more fluid, more coherent and more insightful. You’re not going crazy, you’re just Shaumbra moving into the new energy.

10. Feelings of loneliness, even when in the company of others. You may feel alone and removed from others. You may feel the desire to “flee” groups and crowds. As Shaumbra, you are walking a sacred and lonely path. As much as the feelings of loneliness cause you anxiety, it is difficult to relate to others at this time. The feelings of loneliness are also associated with the fact that your Guides have departed. They have been with you on all of your journeys in all of your lifetimes. It was time for them to back away so you could fill your space with your own divinity. This too shall pass. The void within will be filled with the love and energy of your own Christ consciousness.

11. Loss of passion. You may feel totally disimpassioned, with little or no desire to do anything. That’s OK, and it’s just part of the process. Take this time to “do no-thing.” Don’t fight yourself on this, because this too shall pass. It’s similar to rebooting a computer. You need to shut down for a brief period of time in order to load the sophisticated new software, or in this case, the new Christ-seed energy.

12. A deep longing to go Home. This is perhaps the most difficult and challenging of any of the conditions. You may experience a deep and overwhelming desire to leave the planet and return to Home. This is not a “suicidal” feeling. It is not based in anger or frustration. You don’t want to make a big deal of it or cause drama for yourself or other. There is a quiet part of you that wants to go Home. The root cause for this is quite simple. You have completed your karmic cycles. You have completed your contract for this lifetime. You are ready to begin a new lifetime while still in this physical body. During this transition process, you have an inner remembrance of what it is like to be on the other side. Are you ready to enlist for another tour of duty here on Earth? Are you ready to take on the challenges of moving into the New Energy? Yes, indeed you could go Home right now. But you’ve come this far, and after many, many lifetimes it would be a shame to leave before the end of the movie. Besides, Spirit needs you here to help others transition into the new energy. They will need a human guide, just like you, who has taken the journey from the old energy into the new. The path you’re walking right now provides the experiences to enable you to become a Teacher of the New Divine Human. As lonely and dark as your journey can be at times, remember that you are never alone.

1. Feeling as though you are in a pressure cooker or in intense energy; feeling stress. Remember, you are adjusting to a higher vibration and you will eventually adjust. Old patterns, behaviours and beliefs are also being pushed to the surface. There is a lot going on inside of you.

2. A feeling of disorientation; not knowing where you are; a loss of a sense of place. You are not in 3D anymore, as you have moved or in the process of moving into the higher realms.

3. Unusual aches and pains throughout different parts of your body. You are purifying and releasing blocked energy vibrating at 3D, while you are vibrating in a higher dimension.

4. Waking at night between 2 and 4 a.m. Much is going on in your dream state. You can’t be there for long lengths of time and need a break. This is also the ‘cleansing and releasing’ hour.

5. Memory loss. A great abundance of short term memory loss and only vague remembrances of your past. You are in more than one dimension at a time, and going back and forth as part of the transition, you are experiencing a ‘disconnect’. Also, your past is part of the Old, and the Old is forever gone. Being in the Now is the way of the New World.

6. ‘Seeing’ and ‘hearing’ things. You are experiencing different dimensions as you transition, all according to how sensitive you are and how you are wired.

7. Loss of identity. You try to access the Old you, but it is no longer there. You may not know who you are looking at in the mirror. You have cleared much of your old patterns and are now embodying much more light and a simpler, more purified divine you. All is in order, You are okay.

8. Feeling ‘out of body’. You may feel as though someone is talking, but it is not you. This is our natural defence mechanism of survival when we are under acute stress or feeling traumatized or out of control. Your body is going through a lot and you may not want to be in it. My ascension guide told me that this was a way of easing the transition process, and that I did not need to experience what my body was going through. This only lasted a short time. It passes.

9. Periods of deep sleeping. You are resting from all the acclimating and are integrating, as well as building up for the next phase.

10. Heightened sensitivities to your surroundings. Crowds, noise, foods, TV, other human voices and various other stimulations are barely tolerable. You also overwhelm very easily and become easily overstimulated. You are tuning up. Know that this will eventually pass.

11. You don’t feel like doing anything. You are in a rest period, ‘rebooting’. Your body knows what it needs. In addition, when you begin reaching the higher realms, ‘doing’ and ‘making things happen’ becomes obsolete as the New energies support the feminine of basking, receiving, creating, self-care and nurturing. Ask the Universe to ‘bring’ you what you want while you are enjoying yourself and having fun.

12. An intolerance for lower vibrational things of the 3D, reflected in conversations, attitudes, societal structures, healing modalities, etc. They literally make you feel ‘sick’ inside. You are in a higher vibration and your energies are no longer in alignment. You are being ‘pushed, to move forward; to ‘be’ and create the New.

13. A loss of desire for food. Your body is adjusting to a new, higher state of being. Also, part of you does not want to be here anymore in the Old.

14. A sudden disappearance of friends, activities, habits, jobs and residences. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these people and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better.

15. You absolutely cannot do certain things anymore. When you try to do your usual routine and activities, it feels downright awful. You are evolving beyond what you used to be, and these people and surroundings no longer match your vibration. The New will soon arrive and feel so-o-o-o much better.

16. Days of extreme fatigue. Your body is losing density and going through intense restructuring.

17. A need to eat often along with what feels like attacks of low blood sugar. Weight gain, especially in the abdominal area. A craving for protein. You are requiring an enormous amount of fuel for this ascension process. Weight gain with an inability to loose it no matter what you do is one of the most typical experiences. Trust that your body knows what it is doing.

18. Experiencing emotional ups and downs; weeping. Our emotions are our outlet for release, and we are releasing a lot.

19. A wanting to go Home, as if everything is over and you don’t belong here anymore. We are returning to Source. Everything is over, but many of us are staying to experience and create the New World. Also, our old plans for coming have been completed.

20. Feeling you are going insane, or must be developing a mental illness of some sort. You are rapidly experiencing several dimensions and greatly opening. Much is available to you now. You are just not used to it. Your awareness has been heightened and your barriers are gone. This will pass and you will eventually feel very at Home like you have never felt before, as Home is now here.

21. Anxiety and panic. Your ego is losing much of itself and is afraid. Your system is also on overload. Things are happening to you that you may not understand. You are also losing behaviour patterns of a lower vibration that you developed for survival in 3D. This may make you feel vulnerable and powerless. These patterns and behaviours you are losing are not needed in the higher realms. This will pass and you will eventually feel so much love, safety and unity. Just wait.

22. Depression. The outer world may not be in alignment with the New, higher vibrational you. It doesn’t feel so good out there. You are also releasing lower, darker energies and you are ‘seeing’ through them. Hang in there.

23. Vivid, wild and sometimes violent dreams. You are releasing many, many lifetimes of lower vibrational energy. Many are now reporting that they are experiencing beautiful dreams. Your dream state will eventually improve and you will enjoy it again. Some experience this releasing while awake. My mother commented one day that she believed I was having nightmares in the daytime.

24. Night sweats and hot flashes. Your body is ‘heating’ up as it burns off residue.

25. Your plans suddenly change in mid-stream and go in a completely different direction. Your soul is balancing out your energy. It usually feels great in this new direction, as your soul knows more than you do. It is breaking your ‘rut’ choices and vibration.

26. You have created a situation that seems like your worst nightmare, with many ‘worst nightmare’ aspects to it. Your soul is guiding you into ‘stretching’ into aspects of yourself where you were lacking, or into ‘toning down’ aspects where you had an overabundance. Your energy is just balancing itself. Finding your way to peace through this situation is the test you have set up for yourself. This is your journey, and your soul would not have set it up if you weren’t ready. You are the one who finds your way out and you will. Looking back, you will have gratitude for the experience and be a different person.

The Awakening, Movement – The Still Point of a Tornado……(ben-arion) I choosed the short “slogan” – “AWAKENING MOVEMENT” because we are in constant movement and within this lifetime we will awaken to Love and our True Cosmic Self.

I thought about tornados yesterday, and within the center of the tornado there is a “Still point or center” that is sourounded by “chaos”. This is a good example of how we can be in this world but not of it.

Chaos and confusion is a common thing in Larger transformations. We talk about a Giant shift in perception without boundries or rules. Your influence is so Big that
Small changes in your perception and thoughts can Vibrate through thick layers
Of “hate” and help people around you to release their fears.

There are many levels of Energy work, much of what you do cannot be seen with your physical eyes, but it grows like a beautiful garden and will be “used” at the right moment.

Things will change in an instant.

Your power lies within the stillness of your being, in this state every “intent” will echo
Within the “hearts of many”.

There is No right or wrong in this universe, just variations of Vibrations/energy.
We can change Hate into Love. We are masters of our own Self.

No Entity or being can “control” our Soul or being if we know who we are.
Walk in your life as you had “100 Guardians by your side” and invite
Love into your life, simply by Acknowledge that is already there.

Don’t fear the Fear, because it isnt there to harm you or frighten you, its
There because Light will Attract fear. Try once to Dive into your Fear,
How does it feel, is it uncomfortable, is it a Heavy vibration?
Go even deeper into the fear, the Feeling of fear will eventually
Disolve into a deep calmness. Remember that your Heart is like a

That is a “past chapter”. You should focus on what you want to do in life
And Follow the Love. When you follow your Truth, doors will be opened

But you transform everything.

Life’s blessed pathway is decorated by endless blossoms and flowers along the ever winding road and the avenue or direction weaves this way and then the next, leading all of a mind so to do, into the horizon of current now times. That new dawning is fast approaching as these timely earthly years ebb past at quitesome pace and so the now time is surely all that matters, for already are we at one with the prospect of ‘no time, for the speed of passing negates truly any time at all. We are slowly coming into our greater memory and then also into a greater harmony, as past and present flow effortlessly into the new clock – the one that is activating from within our very own beings as it suffers no loss nor seeks to create a future that is no longer of great necessity to us.

Two thousand and twelve will arrive on a crisp and even dawning as the 21st day of December is heralded in to comply with the near obsolete man created calendar. New times will most surely bring new measurements of that illusory
Commodity but it will appear to be the same as the ascension process carries on being measured in similar manner for the convenience and practicality of Hu-man kind as these stages of unwinding evolution seemingly continue at a pace unchanged. Greater energetic forces are still coming into play as the ‘on’ switch is hypothetically actioned as the many more inputs and outputs occur. ‘Time’ will continue in the acceptable or adopted manner, and will be further utilised in the continuance of same. ‘Now’ time will be transiently measured.

The earth year of 2012 is indeed a worthy bookmark in a book of ‘time’ as the awakening and ever continuing life moves ever onwards and invariably ever inwards. Seemingly will the utilising of the same earthly calendar add more to an obvious acceptance and understanding of the suggestion, from one of our higher dimensional off planet kin.He suggests a time frame of between 2012 to perhaps 2017/18 containing first movements off planet, and then possibly a further period to around 2024 /25, thereby allowing for ALL the don’t knows, or stragglers so to speak, to have finally chosen which pathway they really need, so accommodating them to continue their respective journeys in the energies most suitable.Time in all truth has no definition, these possible estimations are suggested zones within the time frame related to.

Grand it is to be, when we need only to think something – and it is! Grand it is surely going to be when the heaviness and duress that many are now feeling will be no more! Grand will it inevitably be when we feel our lightness – and ever greater freedom will be the menu of the day! Grand will it surely be as we so integrate this physical vibration into the fifth/six density! Grand it surely IS for we know within our hearts and souls that we are very near that finishing line! Grand once more will it be as we perceive with such a clarity that then will the journey just be beginning, as all the wondrous and amazing gifts and blessings are there before us, as we reclaim our heritage and walk our truths in harmonic unity and accord.

These days are inching forwards into uncharted waters and the tide is now on the swell and the waves are beginning to break onto shores of new horizons and goals. They seemed for so long endless ages away, yet now are we most surely on the magical cusp of these exciting new beginnings of the new earth, bathing in her crystalline and pristine beauty, regaining her star status in the mighty heavens, with her magnificent crew aboard her, saluting her prowess and unrivalled magnificence. Those whom decide to stay aboard will indeed realise that which they had come here at this now time to do, as is their divine mission, so to speak. All will be in perfect divine order as the universe and all within it, will migrate to the rightful place so to be.The law of attraction will yet again express it’s perfect and unbiased power as all will locate to where best to be.

Now is the time for greater self analysis as once again we gaze into the mirror of our souls, seeing clearly those ‘bits and pieces’ that are still in need of just a little more attention perhaps. The secret is merely to honour and accept all that is being regurgitated thro’ our beings, allowing it and not admonishing it as it rears it’s presence perhaps for one last time or so. Recognise it, do not beat your self up over it, it’s OK. Simply accept it, love it and then finally let it freely go… Amen. So be it! The final clearing and cleansing is taking place where, on an inner level, have you agreed to allow the very last layers of the onion to be peeled away.The very last layers about to be released and you have the time and the strength, and the ‘where with all’ to this achieve, because you are an invincible ‘Lght Being’ of highest integrity and truly unquestionable honour and might! This you are and the whole universe has their eyes on you, yes, ON YOU!

Powerful compound in broccoli, cruciferous vegetables proven to prevent cancer……? New research out of the University of Illinois (U of I) has proven that sulforaphane, an organosulfur compound found in broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables, is transferred directly from the digestive system into the body through the “good” bacteria that live in the gut. When operating at optimal capacity, the body is able to absorb the most sulforaphane and gain considerable anti-cancer benefits from it.

Sulforaphane is known to have anti-cancer, anti-diabetic, and anti-microbial properties, but researchers have wondered exactly how, and how well, the compound is assimilated into the body159. According to their inquiry, intestinal microbiota actually consume and break down glucoraphanin, the parent compound of sulforaphane160, and deliver it into the bloodstream where it provides a direct anti-cancer effect.

“The presence of sulforaphane in measurable amounts shows that it’s being converted in the lower intestine and is available for absorption in the body,” explained Elizabeth Jeffery, a U of I professor of human nutrition. “It’s also comforting because many people overcook their broccoli161, unwittingly destroying the plant enzyme that gives us sulforaphane. Now we know the microbiota in our digestive tract can salvage some of this important cancer-preventive agent even if that happens.”

Since broccoli and other cruciferous vegetables162 are rich in sulforaphane, it does not take very much of them to achieve a substantial anti-cancer benefit. Sulforaphane is so potent that even minimal amounts are capable of staving off the disease.

“The amount that you get in three to five servings a week — that’s less than one daily serving of broccoli — is enough to have an anti-cancer effect,” said Jeffery. “With many of the other bioactive foods you hear about, vast amounts are required for a measurable outcome.”

But having a healthy digestive system163 with well-functioning gut164 microbiota is vital for obtaining the most benefits165, which is why Jeffery stresses the importance of eating plenty of prebiotics166 and probiotics as part of a healthy diet.
