True on the surface yes.. but intrinsically the more Light we absorb.. the more of our internal baggage MUST ‘float to the surface’ for recognition, clearing and healing etc.

On another note, I am recovering from two days of audiotaping boring meetings at the California Public Utilities Commission on how to finance energy efficiency programs. I get home to see the lights on in my house. I guess that is normal, right? When i walk in there is Ashley and Samantha cleaning the whole house. It was great and they are good cleaners. They did the whole kitchen, bathroom, dishes. i got to relax for once after work.

I got a good laugh here…funny but true, I will direct some positive vibes to your bowels for some relief, hehe! but I’m sure with all the energies swirling around this is probably common and part of ascension (everyone seems to be going through something whether it be vertigo, imbalance of some sort, etc)…at least in my case I have to stay away from caffeine as it doesn’t agree with me so there goes my coffee & chocolate for the day which is hard to give up! aIso might want to check your diet as your body might be needing more lighter higher, vibrational foods…I avoid certain foods like beans & too much rich foods since they give me similar gassy symptoms, but do drink lots of spring water and eat plenty of fresh fruits!

**Scientists claim breakthrough in ‘antimatter’ hunt**

Scientists claimed a breakthrough Thursday in solving one of the biggest riddles of physics, successfully trapping the first “anti-atom” in a quest to understand what happened to all the antimatter that has vanished since the Big Bang.

An international team of physicists at the European Organization for Nuclear Research, or CERN, managed to create an atom of anti-hydrogen and then hold onto it for long enough to demonstrate that it can be studied in the lab.

“For us it’s a big breakthrough because it means we can take the next step, which is to try to compare matter and antimatter,” the team’s spokesman, American scientist Jeffrey Hangst, told The Associated Press.

“This field is 20 years old and has been making incremental progress toward exactly this all along the way,” he added. “We really think that this was the most difficult step.”

For decades, researchers have puzzled over why antimatter seems to have disappeared from the universe.

Theory posits that matter and antimatter were created in equal amounts at the moment of the Big Bang, which spawned the universe some 13.7 billion years ago. But while matter – defined as having mass and taking up space – went on to become the building block of everything that exists, antimatter has all but disappeared except in the lab.

Hangst and his colleagues, who included scientists from Britain, Brazil, Canada, Israel and the United States, trapped 38 anti-hydrogen for about one tenth of a second, according to a paper submitted to the respected science journal Nature.

Since their first success, the team has managed to hold the anti-atoms even longer.

“Unfortunately I can’t tell you how long, because we haven’t published the number yet,” Hangst told the AP. “But I can tell you that it’s much, much longer than a tenth of a second. Within human comprehension on a real clock.”

Scientists have long been able to create individual particles of antimatter such as anti-protons, anti-neutrons and positrons – the opposite of electrons. Since 2002, they have also managed to lump these particles together to form anti-atoms, but until recently none could be trapped for long enough to study them, because atoms made of antimatter and matter annihilate each other in a burst of energy upon contact.

“It doesn’t help if they disappear immediately upon their creation,” said Hangst. “So the big goal has been to hold onto them.”

Two teams had been competing for that goal at CERN, the world’s largest physics lab best known for its $10 billion smasher, the Large Hadron Collider. The collider, built deep under the Swiss-French border, wasn’t used for this experiment.

Hangst’s ALPHA team got there first, beating the rival ATRAP team led by Harvard physicist Gerald Gabrielse, who nevertheless welcomed the result.

“The atoms that were trapped were not yet trapped very long and in a very usable number, but one has to crawl before you sprint,” he told the AP.

Many new techniques painstakingly developed over five years of experimental trial and error preceded the successful capture of anti-hydrogen.

To trap the anti-atoms inside an electromagnetic field and to stop them from annihilating atoms, researchers had to create anti-hydrogen at temperatures less than half a degree above absolute zero.

“Think of it as a marble rolling back and forth in a bowl,” said Hangst. “If the marble is rolling too fast (i.e. the anti-atom is too hot) it just goes over the edge.”

Next, scientists plan to conduct basic experiments on the anti-atom, such as shining a laser onto it and seeing how it behaves, he said.

“We have a chance to make a really precise comparison between a matter system and an antimatter system,” he said, “That’s unique, that’s never been done. That’s where we’re headed now.”

Hangst downplayed speculation that antimatter might someday be harnessed as a source of energy, or to create a powerful weapon, an idea popularized in Dan Brown’s best-selling novel “Angels and Demons.”

“It would take longer than the age of the universe to make one gram of antimatter,” he said, calling the process “a losing proposition because it takes much more energy to make antimatter than you get out of it.”

It is with great pleasure that I welcome back Moraine & Justine from the Altair star system:

Greetings to our brothers and sisters of Earth. The one thing that served us well during our transition on Supsten was walking in the light, remaining in a state of higher vibration. We looked about and saw others who were also of a lighter frequency; they stood out from the crowd as if they were standing taller than all the rest.

All about us was chaos. All of the carefully constructed structures of our lives, all that gave us comfort, and all our beliefs were crumbling. We were unable to reach out in any direction to find a piece of the old paradigm upon which we could rely. It was like dealing with a plate of jelly, nothing solid, and nothing stable; there was nothing you could grasp.

Then there were the others who also were standing in their higher, lighter vibrations. We were able to reach out to them and find some comfort amidst the turmoil. The others helped in myriad ways from supplying food and water to lighting a fire in the darkness and chill. We banded together for comfort and warmth.

When we talk of assuming a frequency of the light, we mean walking in love. The chaos is very fear-filled. Many people, the vast majority on Supsten, succumbed to fear. Those of who were of a lighter frequency banded together and moved away from the chaos. We found a location many miles away from any major city before the worst of the chaos swept the land. We established ourselves in a smaller settlement. It was here we planned to ride out the turmoil. What we found was that even in this relatively sheltered place, there were many who succumb to fear, to walking in the lower vibration.

There are several techniques by which you may learn to assume the lighter frequency of love. They have been told to the wayshowers on your planet, Earth. Search them out. They are not difficult to learn. They are available for anyone who earnestly seeks them, anyone, anywhere on your planet.

The basic idea we wish to convey is to assume an attitude of unconditional love. The closer you can approach that wondrous state the higher will be your frequency. Walking in love, walking in the lighter vibrations is what it is all about.

See the chaos for what it is, a fear based lower frequency. Some people are trapped in that lower frequency. See the chaos as part of the play that was specifically written for these moments. See those of the lower frequencies as the actors and actresses in that play. Stay detached and see all as a wondrous unfolding for your learning. Remember all for it will serve you in future times, remember for the entire universe is watching as you walk tall amidst the turmoil.

This does not mean you will be untouched by aspects of the turmoil. You will be touched! It is unavoidable. You will have loved ones who choose to vibrate in fear. You will have instances where you will be challenged to dip into the familiar and comfortable of the old paradigm. By relying on the frequency of love you will be able to discern what is in your best interests. Rely on your heart, on the guidance of your soul, and rely on those of us who will come to nurture and mentor you.

The great separation is just around the corner. Prepare yourself today to live at the highest frequency you can attain. Do not worry that you are not being perfect. No one in your circumstances is perfect. Prepare yourself by practicing to walk in the light, in love. Practice and remove yourself as far as you are able from the enticements of the lower frequencies. Monitor what is coming into your mind, into your emotions, your body, and your soul. Now is the moment to be vigilant. Practice living in the light, and walking tall among those of the lower vibrations.

One additional thought we would leave you with: Be like a young tree that flexes in the wind; bend with the coming changes. We do not totally foresee the route to your final ascension, when we do we will so inform you. In the meantime, remain flexible.

Has Noam Chomsky gone sane?

Chomsky spent the first nine years after 9/11 alternately ignoring and attacking the 9/11 truth movement. Had he instead chosen to champion 9/11 truth, and had the rest of the left joined him as it surely would have, more than one million murdered people would be alive today, and tens of millions would not have had their lives ruined.

Now Chomsky is stating the obvious: There is no evidence whatsoever supporting the official version of 9/11. None.

Is this the same Chomsky who wrote two years ago:

Psychology Today recently published an article called “Have Scientists Finally Discovered Evidence for Psychic Phenomena?!” an unfortunately minor exegesis regarding the large amount of “psychic” data that has appeared recently in peer-reviewed publications.

The article highlights Dr. Daryl Bem’s research into “seeing into the future” and “retrograde priming study” which appropriately echoes Dr. Rupert Sheldrake’s work for the last few decades (morphogenetic field theory). Regarding telepathy, Sheldrake has said, “I think all social animals have such fields…I think it’s a normal means of communication…I don’t think it’s paranormal, I think it’s normal. I don’t think it’s supernatural, I think it’s natural. I think it’s essentially a form of animal communication within groups.”

We all know the feeling of falling in love with an individual or being close with a friend or family member or group; and when separated from each other we find each other thinking or feeling the exact same thing. How many times have you answered the phone and exclaimed, “I was just thinking of you—hard!” This “entangled minds” phenomena is the basis of one of Dr. Dean Radin’s book of the same title.

Rumors of psychic abilities have steadily been bleeding in from the fringes and into the mainstream culture for the past century. From Princeton’s Engineering Anomalies Research laboratories, to government funded remote viewing projects at Stamford Research Institute, to the models of Campbell, Sheldrake, Wolf, and Radin to name a few, science (“the religion of the west”) is under pressure, now more than ever, to address the problem of consciousness—the measurer of all measurements.

Though it may be in the word “psychic” that loses the oldest or most bigoted of the intelligencia. One can almost sense the swelling venom among some at the very utterance of the word when used in a legitimate context. Military docs reveal that the term “unconventional human intelligence support” rings better for our boys in fatigues. “Psychic” could also be just as easily and accurately be referred to as “nonlocal data interaction” or NDI. Likewise, “extra-sensory perception” seems misleading in that it’s suggestion is that it is “outside,” “enhanced,” or “non-usual” and the like, yet it very well could be that all of our sensory inputs actually feed into an awareness that is essentially nonlocal and nonphysical; ergo the system of consciousness is fundamentally NDI at it’s core.

Nonlocality, probability distributions, and nonphysical qualities have all been observed, documented, and part of mainstream science of many decades (entanglement, superposition, and more recently teleportation in China). If the mind exhibits features that are also nonlocal, probable, self-organizing, and nonphysical it would be congruent with not only findings in quantum physics but also open us up to the “psychic” evidence as well. Though we do see that damaging the brain results in cognitive, perceptual, behavioral, memory, thought problems and biological death; there is still little that can explain how individuals can recognize nonlocal information to a degree far beyond chance, repeatedly.

In mainstream culture and science it is an unknown as to whether or not the brain is in communion with a nonphysical, computational, self-organizing system (ergo physical reality is a byproduct) but very little else could argue the NDI evidence. Though argument is strong from such power players in the emerging field of digital physics, computational math, and information theory. These groups often end up solving the problems string thing has not been handling well at all (eg. self-organization, the cosmological constant, the big bang, nearly all of the problems created in the last century) and rarely do they include a conscience, through account of consciousness. As the now fringe scientists can no doubt attest, out-of-date models that dismiss consciousness entirely will only perish with their there propagators, regardless of any new repeatable discovery or phenomenological evidence offers.

Despite being behind “fringe” science, credit must be given to Psychology Today for catching up with the data. An extra gas can added to the nonphysical inferno is roundly welcomed by truth seekers world wide.

Yes, I’m sure we’ve all had our share of ‘rough’.. but as we are so often told.. ALL experiences and interactions in this duality are pre-chosen at the Soul level in order that Soul learns from the experience, whether we percieve it to be a ‘positive’ or a ‘negative’ one!!

I feel that one of the major factors that draws us ALL to this and other similar sites too, IS the very strength of our beliefs.. and our desire to ‘stand up’ for them unwaveringly!

We are all Warriors in this sense.. Yes!

It is therefore up to the individual to decide whether to post here or not! Those that decide not to, for whatever reason, must also be respected for that choice.. and that choice should be observed and allowed by all, at least with ‘emotional’ impartiality, I believe! If this is not done then it is possible to allow any sense of ‘loss’ or ‘gain’ to cloud the unconditionality of one’s perspective!

So Jim is watching, reading, thinking and now it seems ‘responding’.. even if somewhat ‘emotionally’ on occaision still! Understandably it is, as previously mentioned, but also on occasion regrettably, that our very desire to ‘fight’ for our beliefs still allows this!

I dont think anyone can give you the answers you are looking for. I guess the only thing we as a group can give you is support.

Its funny really that we all post and read posts and then every now and again someone (you in this case) writes from the heart and gives us some “real” info about yourself. It is at that point one realises that behind the username is a real person with real struggles and issues.

My heart goes out to you and I truly mean that. The more I learn and experience on this journey, the more questions I have. If these experiences are what we chose to go through, then what now if we change our mind? Isnt that a violation of our own free will to be stuck with our lot with no chance of changing our minds?

I come here daily to feel the love from my fellow galactic members and I am rarely let down. What I find amazing is that every day I feel I get to know you fine folk more and more and one thing that unites us is no matter where we are in the world, no matter how much we are suffering personally, we all have that incredible spark of humanity in all of us which NOTHING can put out no matter how hard the going gets.

Contact from our galactic neighbours cannot come soon enough but I am also grounded enough to know that there is also a chance it may never happen. Thats not being negative but I just cannot put all of my eggs in one basket – been let down too many times to do that.

Whilst I absolutely LOVE the messages from Mike and co, I would much rather see action and less channelled chat. It is all very well to keep repeating “soon” and “you have made amazing headway” but come on guys when will enough be enough. Are there more sightings now than ever? Or is it that we have just focused more attention to them and they have always been there.

Keep a positive stance, dont give up as it is well known that the last key in the bunch is often the one that opens the lock!

Now look what you have made me do, I have gone all serious!!!

It is interesting indeed to observe the ‘Obama Game’ unfold. Many ‘caught on’ very early in his race for Presidency, to the immense potential he has to really ‘change the dynamics’ here on Earth and to my mind, ever since he moved into the Whitehouse, these ‘dynamics’ have indeed almost never ceased to change, fluctuate and even to confuse!

The ‘will’ exists in the mind, so although Soul is always ‘whispering’ guidance, should we ‘choose’ to hear it, we are not OBLIGED to follow it!

The very definition of Freewill means that we can even also CHANGE our Soul Contract if we so choose!! Our Guides can assist with this too.. if it is seen to be for our higher good!

But also because of the aspects of Karma and a natural tendancy for the Universe to balance itself this way, some ‘freewill decisions’ may need to be re-addressed by Soul, in order to ensure that the ‘lesson’ IS learned!

Soul is Light, therfore if one freely chooses to continually ‘ignore’ it’s promtings, then there is a likelyhood that one is essentially ‘moving away’ from that Light!

FREE CHOICE indeed.. this is THE ‘Experiment’ here I believe! We can continue to repeat the same ‘mistakes’.. or learn from them and move on in Love!

Greetings benevolent hearts,

It is with the joy of service in my heart that I greet you on this most auspicious of days. You may say well what makes today so special? It is simply that the time you are now in with the earth’s progress is so blessed that your earth is never the same again. It is true that there is yet much negativity to be cleansed from the planet’s core and from the surface matrix of your world. However be assured that a new high dimensional99 influence is now in play.

Your world is overseen by the highest on high and what has transpired previous to this is never to be seen again on your world. New Earth is calling to you all. Can you hear this call? It is in the silence as you greet the day. It is in the faces of all who come your way. The great change now sweeping the planet alters this earth’s history and course for all time to come. Challenge still abounds for this is energy yet to be cleared from the planet’s matrix however it is a far cry from what has been on your planet all this time.

Your great manifesting is creating new parallel realities where planet earth is now making contact with many dimensions and realities where planets are evolving and also returning to their wholeness. Like attracts like. Many of these more gentle densities have not been felt on your earth since times like Atlantis and Lemuria. Earth is freeing from old pent up pressure and this now opens the door for the influence of some like minded energy to now be added to the planetary mix.

Be in your heart with all who cross your path for you have put them there to learn and grow from. The new world is taking shape across your planet. This new world is in it’s infancy and grows forever taking the shape of your new earth100 that already rests in the fifth world of your planet. So much is now taking shape that is altering the planet’s course. Yield to the growth that you feel taking shape from within you for it has a message for you that contains infinite possibilities.

This is the nature of growth. It is a neverending road of diversity and new opportunity. The earth is maturing into her full role of keeper of this sector of creation. The new earth is the culmination of a long cycle of growth and earth’s role has been one of the greatest acts of service ever to be undertaken by a consciousness that spans all of creation. Look with fondness, respect and regard to your earth for she has been in her plan for much time now and potential reached is now beginning to take shape on her form.

What a joy it is for all hearts who are a part of her growing heart. A return to wholeness as Mark’s friend has taught him. Learn from your world. Feel the brush of it’s consciousness reaching into your essence and allow yourself to be carried on wings of love throughout your day. Greetings from the galactic centre102. The Earth’s progress is right on course. Almost over night the earth has now begun to move through higher dimensional hyperspace. This is due to the phenomenonal growth and development that is now flowering all over the earth. Now you may ask is this anything to do with the incredibly successful experiment of the 11:11. We say yes it is. Earth has recently graduated out of an incredible amount of negativity and shadow that has dominated the planet’s growth for millenia.

With the 11:11 success Earth is taking her place now in correspondence with the great galactic home which is the galactic centre. This means from now on rapid shifting and growth for the planet and all essences on this blessed earth. The buildup to this incredible new shift has been also the success of all planetary alignments and activations that are flowering the planet earth into a whole new expression of her wholeness. It opens hearts of lightservers the world over and gives them unlimited oppurtunity to express themselves in new ways.

Hearts the world over will be glad to hear that all negativity, shadow or darkness has been placed in a cocoon and this swamp of outdated energy is now under the spotlight to some very new attention from the multiverse. Your earth is never the same again now that this has transpired. This gives benevolent world leaders breathing space103 to step into their true roles and gives heart centred politicians the unprecendented oppurtunity to begin fearlessly acting from the spurring of heaven from within.

All the tireless work of light servers the world over is paying off. We mentioned momentarily ago that mother father earth is under the spotlight from some new very high dimensional essences who have always watched the earth’s progress but were not involved directly for their time had not yet come. The earth is in a new grid. Lightservers successfully plugged earth into the will of the great central sun with the 11:11 activation of more than a million partaking of one of the most successful experiments ever.

It is what you are familiar with as people power and the essences of creation all throughout the multiverse heartily congratulate hearts the world over for a job infinitely well done. There is now an avenue created whereby heaven can become more directly involved in the planet’s affairs. Not only did the recent activation stir the planet with a positive breeze but the passion of so many lightservers was firmly imprinted on the existing world matrix and subsequently it magnetised the new earth matrix directly into being with our existing earth.

Our friends in the higher dimensions are still rejoicing for the entire universe expanded infinitely with passion and the sheer capacity of vibration with each singular intent cast into a new high dimensional104 mix for the earth and the flowering earth as is what you can call your world from this point on. Be not anxious about first contact or be caught in the waiting game. Continue to expand your heart and allow it to flower. As we have said and as so many of the galactics have said before this; First contact does transpire with your world it is simply a case of divine timing in this case.

Your ascension is assured. Your planet is currently recovering from a long history of abuse inflicted on her being for much time and it is now time to flow with your heart and passion and allow your spiritual instinct to guide you now in all your affairs. There is an overpowering goodness behind your world now that completely overshadows any remaining discordance. Do not think for an instance that the malady is not well in hand.

This opening occurs by combining the physical energies of your first through sixth chakras with the multidimensional energy entering the pineal gland of the crown chakra. You have all taken myriad inter-dimensional journeys through out your life, especially when you were a child. However, you have forgotten most of them because you could not incorporate these experiences into your daily life. Now, more and more children are being born with opened Third Eyes, and fully activated pineal67 glands. Since your reality is more “awake,” these children will not have to “shut down,” as many adults needed to do in order to continue with daily survival.

Dearest ones, we wish to remind you that “survival” is a term that will soon be deleted from your vocabulary, for you all will remember that you cannot die. You are on the cusp68 of fully remembering that you ALL are Infinite Beings of the ONE. Your pineal gland is the inner vortex that allows you to travel inter-dimensionally while still maintaining a physical earth vessel. At the time of planetary ascension, your physical body will be replaced by your light body and inter-dimensional travel will be considered “normal.”

In the meantime, your pineal gland serves as your Personal Portal70 through which your Multidimensional SELF enters your earth reality. It is also the Portal through which you return to the myriad realities of your SELF. Your Pineal Portal is filled with a liquid light and micro-crystals of calcite71. A crystal is a solid substance in which the atoms, molecules or ions are arranged in an orderly, repeating pattern.

Dr. Marcel Joseph Vogel (http://www.vogelcrystals.net/legacy_of_marcel_vogel.htm72)demonstrated that crystalline growth could be modified by patterns of human thought waves because humans think in patterns. These patterns of thought travel energetically and have certain frequencies. Fear-filled patterns of thought carry a low frequency, whereas love-filled patterns of thought carry a higher frequency.

Because thought waves travel energetically at a certain frequency, they can be picked up, stored and transmitted by crystal, such as the micro-crystals in the pineal gland. Furthermore, crystals have a memory. Therefore, just as crystals can be used to hold a computer software program, they can be used to hold a pattern of thought. In this manner, the habit of fearful or loving patterns of thought is stored within the “hard drive” of your brain to encourage you to repeat that pattern. Therefore, a history of fearful thinking creates a habit of living in fear, whereas a history of loving thinking creates a habit of living in love.

The micro-crystals of your pineal gland serve in much the same way as an old-fashioned crystal radio. However, most of the frequencies received via your pineal gland are outside of the human perceptual range. Therefore, they can be perceived as colors and sounds. Because of this, many of the messages you receive from the higher dimensions are colors and tones. Also, if your thought patterns are fearful, they carry a low frequency73, which calibrates your Pineal Portal to a lower frequency of light. On the other hand, when your thoughts resonate to the frequency of love, you calibrate your Pineal Portal to the higher frequencies. As you gain Mastery over your thoughts, your Pineal Portal will be calibrated to the higher frequencies of loving thoughts. Then you will be able to translate more of these light and sound messages into Light Language.

When you first open your Pineal Portal, you may primarily receive auditory messages. If you wish to convert these messages into light, actually Light Language, you would need to raise the frequency of sound by forty octaves. How can this be accomplished? The answer is that as you expand, you surrender to your Soul. Since all energy is related to the speed of light, Einstein’s E=mc squared, when two frequencies meet, the higher frequency will raise the resonance of the lower.

Therefore, when you surrender to your Soul/SELF you allow the cosmic light and unconditional love74 to enter your Pineal Portal, and this energy will raise the resonance of your brainwaves, consciousness, thought patterns and perceptions. Hence, by surrendering to your Soul, you will raise your consciousness enough to perceive the higher octaves of Light Language. In fact, it is common to experience a download of Light Language once you have fully opened and activated your Pineal Portal.

Another important point regarding your Personal Portal’s ability to receive light messages is that your pineal gland’s micro-crystals have piezoelectric properties. Piezoelectricity is the charge which accumulates in certain solid materials, such as crystals, some ceramics, bones, DNA and various proteins. It is because of this property that certain crystals are used for pressure gauges, oscillators, resonators and wave stabilizers. Crystals also have the ability to rotate the plane of polarization of light into the higher frequency of ultraviolet. Ultraviolet is the highest frequency of the third dimensional light spectrum75. Therefore, it serves as a gateway into higher dimensions.

Scientists have theorized that the Global System for Mobile Telecommunications (GSM) waves constitute a new mechanism of transduction on the pineal membrane via the micro-crystals. GSM is a digital technology that enables up to eight simultaneous telephone conversations to be held on the same channel. This indicates the potential of your Pineal Portal to receive multiple messages within the NOW. In fact, your pineal gland controls your focus of attention on the inner worlds of sleep and meditation or the outer worlds of physical reality. Therefore, this ability to perceive multiple messages can assist you in tuning into your inner SELF while you simultaneously maintain a connection with your physical life.

The cerebrum of your brain is your personal “sleeping giant,” as it the center of your earth vessel’s electro-magnetic resonating power. The pineal gland is the positive contact point and acts as the neuro-endocrine transducer, which transmits its multidimensional information to the pituitary gland. Then, your pituitary gland acts as the negative contact point to receive the information and distribute it throughout the cerebrum. Next, the cerebral cortex76 gathers the various frequencies of information into the brain cells that are designated to convert electro-magnet frequencies into electrical currents. These electrical currents dictate your thoughts, actions and behaviors and are projected out into your reality via your intentions.

When this transmuted cosmic energy collides with the current Earth grid, it is re-absorbed by your pineal gland in such a way as to create the illusion of the linear space/time of third dimensional reality. However, a new Earth grid77 will be activated in 2012 that will allow your brain to absorb at least two more octaves of light waves through your pineal gland. A new receptor will then grow in order to accommodate the added frequencies of light waves. This will produce an additional dimensional experience and dramatically transform our reality. To assure a higher state of consciousness, the hormones of your pineal gland create a sense of peace, calm and even bliss. The hormone melatonin collects the light into the “eye” within your Pineal Portal. It is this light that you see within when you are meditating or in states of bliss. Serotonin, the hormone that makes you feel calm and centered, is also found in the pineal gland. Metatonin assists you in being “awake” to your dream state, and DMT (dimethyltryptamine) also found in the Ayahuasca plant used for Shamanistic journeys, allows you to “see” other dimensions and realities during sleep and/or meditation.

As your pineal gland shares the incoming light messages your pituitary gland, your pituitary gland (Master Gland), shares that gift with your entire body via the ductless glands81 of your endocrine system. As this cycle of multidimensional light and unconditional love produces higher consciousness, and thus loving thoughts and emotions, the resonance of the matter of your earth vessel continually raises. In this manner, you are gradually transmuting your physical body into a light body.

To summarize, you were you born with your Pineal Portal opened, but life in the third dimension has all but closed it. However, many of you have re-opened your Personal Portal by raising your resonance through meditation, spiritual practice and healthy living. Furthermore, due to Gaia’s higher frequency, many children born today are far more likely to be able to maintain a fully functional pineal gland and opened Pineal Portal.

This opened portal sets their baseline brainwaves, not on the 3D beta brainwaves, but on the multidimensional theta84 brainwaves and above. If you had a choice of traveling through the cosmos and speaking with your Soul, would you want to clean your room, do your homework or get ready for school? The Universe is the school for these awakened ones, and few members of your educational system are awake enough to connect with these children in a meaningful way. Parents also struggle with this challeng.

However, this issue will soon change as more and more “adults” awaken and awakened children grow into adults. These awakened adults will also prefer to soar the higher dimensions and visit with their Galactic Families. Going to work, driving in traffic, paying bills and cleaning the house will not hold the same attraction as traveling inter-dimensionally and multidimensionally creating a new reality. Thus, what are you, the conscientious parents and workers of Earth do? The answer is, YOU change reality, which you are doing NOW.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE OF YOUR PERSONAL PORTAL

You care for your pineal portal in the same way that you care for your physical body by choosing good nutrition, exercise, meditation, adequate sleep, stress management and time under the Sun. Time under the Moon is good, too. Try moon bathing. Your pineal gland85 is your inter-dimensional portal to your Multidimensional SELF, and it takes a healthy body to integrate the changes in your life when you open that portal.

A fully opened pineal gland creates a state of deep meditation (theta brain waves) during ordinary waking hours. This is why you may feel “spacey” and “disorientated” as you adjust to ordinary life at this higher resonance of consciousness. The greatest challenge is to stay grounded in your physical reality while living a “normal life” with theta wave86 consciousness. Fortunately, theta consciousness can create everyday miracles by shaping energy with positive intention and unconditional love.

The “fuel” to keep this portal open is the body’s Endocrine, or Hormonal, System. The hormones of the Endocrine system transmit the multidimensional light and unconditional love throughout your entire body by entering the cerebrospinal fluid and bloodstream. These hormones regulate the energy and functioning of the physical body. If the Endocrine system is over stimulated, it produces energy surges and imbalances.

Many of you are experiencing “power surges” in your pineal gland because of the myriad electromagnetic emissions from the Galactic Center. These power surges can easily over-stimulate your Endocrine System, which creates stress, anxiety and diminishment of your immune system. The pineal and the pituitary glands work together as the bio-energetic “circuit board” for your biological computer brain. The pineal gland receives the torsion waves from the Galactic Center and then transmits them to the pituitary gland.

The pituitary gland regulates the secretion of hormones for the entire Endocrine System. When it receives the cosmic light from the pineal gland, it distributes it throughout the entire body to maintain hormonal balance. If the pituitary is over stimulated, it can temporarily over stimulate the thyroid gland (throat chakra) and the adrenals (root chakra), producing surges of energy and the feeling of being on a “high.” This energy surge imbalances the body, and if this continues for too long it can produce adrenal burn-out or stress exhaustion.

Over-stimulation of the Endocrine System can also produce extreme physical exhaustion as the thyroid moves between over activity and under activity, in an attempt to regulate the energetic fluctuations of the body. It can also produce depression and anxiety, as brain chemicals such as serotonin87 are also put out of balance. As a result, the individual can experience extreme physical and emotional symptoms as the body seeks to cope with this new surge of evolutionary energy.

The thymus gland rules your immune system88, and is the energy portal of the High Heart where the multidimensional light can be experienced as unconditional love. It is because of this connection that “love heals.” The heart chakra also rules the lungs. Hence, the act of physical breathing through your High Heart elicits the feeling of unconditional love and activates your immune chakra. In other words, Love Heals. In fact, the best way to calm your entire body is through your breath.

When you breathe IN through your opened Third Eye, you pull in the cosmic torsion waves interlaced with serotonin to calm you, Metatonin and DMT to enlighten you. Then, when you breathe OUT through your High Heart, you expand your experience with unconditional love, as you share your gift with all of life. This type of breathing also courses multidimensional light and unconditional love through out your entire body.

This feeling counter-balances the excess electrical stimulation at the Pineal by providing a feeling of calmness, peace and love. The more you learn to breathe deeply, to become a “conscious breather”, the more you will activate the function of the Thymus, which not only enhances feelings of unconditional love, it also supports your physical immune system.

Remember, your Pineal Portal goes two ways. It takes in the torsion waves flowing from the Galactic Center89, and it takes you Home for a visit with your SELF. To best care for your portal, visualize your self, not as a human who visits the higher dimensions, but as a light who visits your earth vessel. In other words, see yourself as an individual photon in the unified ONE of Multidimensional Light.

I have been traveling through the Galactic Center and have come to assist the Earthlings in their awakening. In fact, I am seeking a human who will allow me entrance through his or her Crown Chakra. Yes, there appears to be a human who is ready to open their Third Eye.

Perhaps I can be of assistance. I enter through the pineal portal and wait just inside the human’s brain. I wish to enter this human’s consciousness so that I can share my gift of multidimensional light and unconditional love. However, Free Will Earth rules state that I can’t do so without an invitation. Therefore, I will wait.

I respect humans, for they have survived the third dimension and are in the process of Awakening. They have been cut off from the ONE for eons. Yet, somehow, they are now awakening. Fortunately, my wait is short because my presence in the pineal gland has stimulated the pineal gland to produce DMT, which is creating a sense of euphoria and consciousness expansion for the human. Serotonin is also being released in response to the positive sensations.

In response to these sensations, the human is welcoming more. Therefore, I have been invited to enter the expanding consciousness and rush into what appears to be a dark cave. Shortly, I enter a huge cavern in the shape of an inverted triangle92. The entire cavern is filled with a liquid glimmering with crystals, and I calmly enter it. Instantly, my great Light illuminates the formerly dark cave. On the long roof of the cavern I see myriad lights that are flashing to a frequency far lower than mine.

I contain my Light so as not to harm this person. At what appears to be the front of the cave, a circular vortex seems to be hanging from the ceiling. This vortex appears to be a dispenser of powerful chemicals and hormones. Behind me, another cone-shaped vortex hangs from the ceiling. This, too, appears to be a hormone factory. Yet, whereas the other vortex seems to dispense, this one appears to receive. It is this second vortex, at the back of the cavern, that is my destination, for it appears to be the receptor of higher dimensional Light. As I approach it, I realize that it was also my entry point.

First, however, I feel a need to enter the other gland, at the inverted peak of the cavern, as I know it is the main control center of this vessel. As I approach the vortex, I discover that this person can accept a only few amps of my Light at this time. Therefore, after a speedy run through this vortex, I return to my former destination at the rear of the cavern.

I find that my brief visit, to what I now know is the pituitary gland, was enough to give me all the information I need about this person. I now know exactly how much light this person can accept without overloading the vessel’s life support. Hence, I slowly integrate my photon SELF into what I now know is the pineal gland.

As I integrate into the Pineal Gland, I am a bit surprised to find that I drift back into the fluid of the cavern as a changed photon. I float through the cavern and, then, through a small circular tunnel to enter yet another smaller cavern. I do not linger here, as I am instantly integrated again into the humans vascular system93.

Within a flash of light, I AM the blood flow as I enter every cell and atom of this biological vessel. It is a unique feeling for me to experience gravity and density. I know that even though this person may not realize what has happened, I have initiated an extreme change in his/her consciousness. This expansion of consciousness will, in turn, initiate a great transformation of the earth vessel.

I feel sorry that my higher vibration is causing discomfort, as the person now appears to be quite uncomfortable in his/her body, mind and emotions. However, I know that these symptoms are temporary and that the person will soon adapt to their accelerated vibration.

Now that I have toured the entire vessel via the blood flow, I decide that I will “set up camp” just inside the, soon-to-be opened, Third Eye. From here, I can gradually and safely increase the frequency rate of this earth vessel. I settle in and relax. Yes, this will be a great show. I will get to watch this person, as well as the entire planet, raise their vibration into the fifth dimension94.

I feel good that I might have been of some small assistance. Perhaps more of my photon friends will also enter this person. What a party you will all have as we look out at Earth through this person’s Third Eye! I wonder if this grounded one will ever know that I am HERE.
95A HUMAN’S STORY

I have been feeling as though something is sitting inside my head, making things spin, and slowly turning up the volume. When this happens I get snappy with any one who distracts me from finding out what is going on in my head. Then, of course, I feel sorry, as I also know that there is a ME that no longer needs to “get snappy.”

At least my heart is feeling fine now. In fact, it feels as though something is growing or blooming inside of it. It sounds kind of crazy, but it feels as though I am starting to love myself. Actually, I am starting to love myself unconditionally. Suddenly all the things that I should do, all the ways I should be, or should know or get, are NOT important. I am fine, right now, exactly as I am. Wow, what a difference.

Now, if I can just do something about that fuzzy feeling in my forehead, the cotton in my ears and the blurry vision96, I will be fine. No, I am already fine!! I will just feel better. I wonder if the new love in my heart has something to do with my head. Could it be that because I love myself now and no longer care what “they” think, that I am becoming a higher version of myself?

I don’t know if I should say this, but I have been hearing voices lately. Oddly enough, I hear the voices in my heart. No, actually, I hear them in my mind, but I understand them in my heart. The voices are saying that I am more than I thought I was. They are saying that a light is coming into me that is opening a portal at the top of my head. They say, if I can continue to love myself, I can follow the “feel” of that unconditional love97 to find the portal of light into another version of reality.

All right, now that the cat is out of the bag, I might as well tell you that I actually did it. I actually followed the feeling of love to find a portal at the top of my head, or was it the center of my brain? Once I got close to the portal, I lost all sense of time and space and didn’t really know where I was, but it was wonderful. However, first I followed the love that expanded beyond my heart space down into the Earth. The voices told me to be sure to get grounded, so I thought about my favorite place in nature and shared my love with it. That part was easy.

The difficult part was surrendering to the flow of the love as it carried me98 upwards into the unknown. At first I resisted and became very nervous, even a little scared. Then I thought, “what do I have to lose? I want a new life, and I am willing to even face my fear to get it.” It was then that the voices reminded me that I won’t “get” it, I will “create” it. Yes, that did sound much more empowering. I am pretty new to loving myself, so my thinking process needs a rebooting.

With a sense of inner power, I continue my journey. Once I let go of my fear and surrendered to the love, I felt a beam of light (that almost seemed to be waiting for me) carry me into what looked like outer space. The voice told me it was inner space for all inter-dimensional travel occurs within my SELF. Somehow, that gave me comfort, and I was able to completely relax and enjoy the ride.

And what a ride it was! There is more than I can remember and much more than I can put into words, but I left. I left who I had become and returned to who I really was all along. The final scene in 2001: A Space Odyssey where the astronaut became an infant finally made sense. I became an infant to my new SELF, and the beginning of my new life began.

IN CLOSING

Dear Grounded Ones, we the Arcturians, know what great fortitude it takes to maintain faith and hope as you watch the world around you collapse bit by bit. Every day there is a new story in the news or on your Internet, which speaks of the downfall of yet another system that you once thought would last your entire life. Fortunately, because of your awakening, you are aware that this change is actually a sign that you are correct in your knowing that Gaia is ascending, for where else is She to go? Her holographic matrix has been tainted with the virus of fear for too long, and the third dimensional systems cannot tolerate the frequency and speed of the new energy that is constantly coursing through Her planetary body99.

That’s why there are many new “diseases” occurring which baffle your medical practitioners and scientists. They are confused because there is not an explanation for these “diseases” in their third dimensional paradigm. This is, of course, true. Your reality no longer resonates to only the third dimensional hologram100, which is upsetting the hologram, creating flickers of disruption through the entire planet. We wish to remind you that these “disruptions” are actually Portals into your new world.

When you catch a glimpse of a portal, you may think, “Is this real?,” which leaves you with the age-old question. “What is real?” Our dearest ones, we say that YOU are real. Whatever you hold in your heart and mind is REAL for YOU created it. Yes, we know that our statement rattles the remains of your Third Dimensional Operating System. Good! For it is within this NOW that you release the shackles of the old paradigm and accept, integrate, ground and live the true reality of your SELF.

SWITCHING CHANNELS

We wish to give you a technique that will assist in adapting to your “download” of cosmic light. As the greater love and light enters your consciousness and form, old habits and memories of fear and darkness are pushed to the surface to be released. Most of this fear is ancient, but it loves to attach itself to anything in today’s life that is vaguely similar. Therefore, it is best to deal with the fear as an energy field. To assist you in releasing this ancient fear, imagine two channels of reality in your brain.

One channel is on the left side of your forehead, which is symbolic of the old third dimensional thinking of duty, guilt, worry and stress. The other channel is on the right side of your forehead, which is symbolic of peace, calm, flow and unconditional love101.

Your opened Third Eye is in-between the two, and it monitors your myriad mental messages. As a fearful message invades the left side of your forehead (the left/fear channel), simply switch channels over to the right side of your forehead (the right/love channel). Don’t try to analyze the fear at all, just switch channels! Try it…

The long-term goal102 is to stay in-between the two channels, for that is the Path of the Flow of the ONE. You can practice finding that center when you are in the process of releasing fear.

Won’t it be glorious when you don’t have to release fear? Won’t it be wonderful when you KNOW you are safe, loved and guided in every moment of your life? When you are fully centered, you feel connected with your SELF. However, when you are stressed and forging your way through daily life, you feel disconnected from your SELF, others and the planet. That is when you can change emotions/resonance by taking a quick moment to switch over to the love channel.

Yes, emotions and resonance are the same. Take a moment to feel your stress, anxiety, depression or whatever face Fear is choosing right now…
Remember that much of this fear is from the Collective and/or Planetary Consciousness.

Next, indulge in your fear and feel how the resonance of your body lowers…

Now SWITCH CHANNELS to love…

Feel how the resonance of your body rises and your consciousness expands…

With this higher state of consciousness, your inter-dimensional travels will exceed your greatest hopes.

Robin #160, you read my mind. It was the first thing I thought of when I clicked on that link to that woman. Salusa just wednesday is mentioning Obama by name and today is directing us to a woman who names him specifically as the reason why the ET ship was fired upon. Strange…

I actually got a strange feeling when I started reading the Salusa message today b/c it seemed out of character. First, Salusa mentions this woman and then mentioned “Michael”. It took me a second to realize he was talking about Mike Quinsey. After reading the first few lines of the message today, I stopped briefly because I thought maybe I was confused. It just seemed altogether different.

I will continue to tow the line for Obama. Although, it does seem like an exceedingly difficult task. Why are they giving the “Medal of Freedom” to George HW Bush? Like Gunner said yesterday, “WTF”?

My only explanation at this point is that when people say, “Obama did this” or “Obama did that” what they are really saying is that the US Government did something. The president is the Chief Executive of the largest government bureauacracy the world has ever known!

I worked for a company with a little over 400 employees and the CEO there was still woefully unaware of what was really going on day to day. I am not excusing Obama and I certainly don’t think of him as “the One” or as an “Almighty” being! My goodness…what is wrong with people?

Obama is the person we elected to be President at this time and I don’t think that was by accident. Salusa and Matthew have said it many times. My support and spiritual light energy is with him, if and only if, he is of the light. However, he is just a man and if he is not working for the betterment of humankind than I will not support him. In the meantime, my thoughts will be with him so that he does make will and foresight to make these positive choices.

It not’s about Obama…it’s about having one of the good guys at the wheel! haha. I just had the image of Sandra Bullock in Speed Obama is Sandra Bullock, Salusa is Keanu Reeves, and the Iluminati is Dennis Hopper. I just want to get off this damn bus!!
