Much catching up to do here – haven’t even read the new message yet, but this is an URGENT request to all to please beam streams of love and light and comfort to all the terrified animals (and small children) during this madness that is known as Guy Fawkes and Diwali – which is supposed to be the festival of LIGHTS!!!

I feel as if i’m in a war zone right now – and god only knows how the animals are feeling. One friend has already lost his dog…

would appreciate whatever you can do – I know it’s not just here, it’s happening all around the world.

Matt – if someone could answer that question for me, I would be very interested… it’s something I have never understood. Other than we have a pretty cosmopolitan society here – and the brits were some of the main “founding fathers” but, regardless – why would anyone in the UK wish to celebrate such a weird thing??? I don’t know – it has always been quite beyond me

There just seems to be a general pre-occupation with the “drama” of pretending to fire guns or set off bombs – that’s all over the world… some people get great pleasure out of scaring others, even to giving other people a fright for no reason. Maybe I’m just weird, but I truly don’t get it.

In saying it’s like a war zone, that is a major UNDER-statement – I cannot believe what is going on – the noise is unbearable. One of our cats has gone missing too – hopefully she is hiding somewhere. The other one is old and totally deaf, but she is very uneasy and unhappy – she can feel it. As I see it, Time ‘exists’ here but in linear format. It is one ‘now’ after another, in a long line from year zero to this now!

5D time is not linear but ‘spherical’ and quantum.. visualise yourself at the ‘centre’ and have access to any ‘now’ past, present or future.

Time-ING is not ‘time’ as such, but the moment when sequential and suitable ‘nows’ all coalesce into the (politically, spiritually & logistically) ‘correct now’ for mass contact to take place, for example.

So from a 5D perspective this mass contact ‘now’ already exists.. they can ‘see’ it, it’s a no-brainer, it’s GONNA happen!
Exactly WHEN in our linear time however, is impossible for ‘them’ to predict, largely because the TIMING depends upon what WE do and when, with and in our ‘nows’ now!!

National elections; divisiveness of duality; global warming; truths, reforms to come rapidly; spacecraft sightings; rescue of Chile’s miners; balance; feminine and masculine energy make-up, effects; karma; two types of density-soul status and form; Nirvana-composition, residents

1. This is Matthew, with loving greetings from all souls at this station. We begin by answering questions that may not seem to be directly related to your ascension and Earth’s; however, everything happening in your world is inextricably connected during this universally unique time. And, as promised in our last message, we also shall respond to “leftover” questions about ascension.

2. Now then, in recent months several national elections have taken place, and while those within each country may appear to have greatest relevance to its citizens, the larger picture is that the outcome extends far beyond that country’s borders. In a third density world, governing bodies are a hot bed of duality that energetically affects everyone everywhere.

3. An essential aspect of any civilization’s progress out of third density is experiencing duality; realizing that its divisiveness prevents living peacefully; and ultimately reconciling differences harmoniously within communities, countries and internationally. By so doing, the peoples advance in soul growth sufficiently to enter fourth density. The intensifying light has been bringing about this realization—conscious-raising and spiritual renewal—and it will continue to do so until the last vestiges of duality end in global reconciliation.

4. Speaking further about elections, it is natural that proponents of the winning candidates are elated and all who favored their opponents are dismayed—a prime example of how duality divides people in mind and heart. Because there is no consensus among political parties as to what will most benefit the citizenry—or themselves—rancorous arguing precludes cooperative action and prevents sound resolution to your world’s serious problems.

5. That divisiveness must evolve into reconciliation, and as the light increases in intensity on the planet, it shall. Officeholders worldwide, from village level to national, will continue to influence the course of their respective domains only if they serve wisely with spiritual and moral integrity. Those who are motivated by ego, power or greed—and often knowingly are abetting the Illuminati—will not last long because they are bereft of light.

6. That separation of the wheat from the chaff will come about during Earth’s steady progress out of third density. Leaders who remain in position and their adherents will want to and shall bring about changes to benefit all peoples throughout your world. All wars and conflicts and cruelty will cease, unjust laws will be struck down as will all unfair policies and other negative activities, and freedom will come to those who are in bondage.

7. Let us give you another prime example of duality, the controversial issue you call global warming. Those who believe this is a natural occurrence cite Earth’s ice ages as proof that humankind has no hand in today’s record temperatures, the melting of glaciers and the harsh climate anomalies. They believe that there is no need to change manufacturing operations or turn to alternative energy sources because doing so would be cost-prohibitive. Then there are those who believe that science proves climate change is manmade. They point to industrial pollution and the use of biofuels as the cause, and they maintain that unless action is taken to end those practices, the cost will be total destruction of the environment. With the two sides at loggerheads, no large scale efforts are underway to change business as usual.

8. The truth is, both sides have validity even though neither knows that Earth herself is in the process of restoring the moderate climate of Eden times, when her body was pristine and healthy. And pollution, a product of humanity, must stop because it is harming the planet and all of its life forms. Eventually the two sides of the global warming issue will realize that protecting and repairing the environment is essential, and formerly extreme views will be reconciled into effective methods to remedy the present critical state.

9. Earth’s swift pace toward the window of entry into fourth density means that the end of duality will be coming quite rapidly. The fierce tenacity of the dark ones has kept under wraps the truths that must become known, and the lack of public awareness about these truths has prevented major changes of reform nature. Therefore, instead of happening in spaced increments that could be more easily experienced by all the peoples, profound truths and resultant changes will be coming forth like pieces in a kaleidoscope that tumble all over each other to form a new design.

10. You knew this was one of the potential scenarios when you eagerly asked to play a part in this unprecedented time on the planet. You knew that your cumulative lifetimes well prepared you to fearlessly weather the turbulence. The universal high council that designed the Golden Age master plan knew that too—that is why you were chosen and many others with lesser experience who also wanted to participate were not selected. The energy of your calm steadfastness in the light will touch those around you and the ripple effect will circle the globe, so welcome the challenges ahead as the darkness is totally uprooted and Earth continues spot on target to take you into fourth density.

11. The decloaking of a spacecraft in the skies above New York City a few weeks ago is but one of numerous similar events that have been occurring in different areas at various times around your world. While a mother ship or a vast fleet of ships could have appeared during a more recent event in Washington, DC, doing so would not have been prudent. Rather than offering proof that civilizations are nearby to assist you, such a display would have played into the hands of the dark ones, whose entertainment venues have indoctrinated the public to react with fear to any alien presence. Although a growing number of the populace believe that other intelligent beings are “out there,” comparatively few know that only those who are spiritually evolved are close by because the light is far too intense now for any darkly-inclined civilization to approach your part of the galaxy.

12. However, sightings will keep increasing in frequency and in more locations until our universal family is officially recognized. Because that recognition will bring to an end all Illuminati activities—yes, including chemtrails, genetically modified foods, proposed actions that are against your well being, and even nuisance insect infestations—they will continue to do everything possible to prevent such an announcement. So it is reasonable to anticipate more silly explanations about sightings; stepped-up “entertainment” about sinister civilizations; and possibly as last resort, an attempt to fabricate an invading force by one means or another. Be assured that if such an attempt is undertaken, it would be quashed before it could achieve its goal of creating mass fear and a reason to impose military control.

13. Even if our space family did use their technologies to prevent manmade storms and earthquakes, Mother Nature would generate these events as long as they are needed to release negativity. Please remember that those advanced technologies permit the fullness of negativity release even as they reduce the dark ones’ intended high death toll and massive destruction.

14. The significance of rescuing Chile’s trapped miners extends beyond the courage, endurance, perseverance and cooperation that gave rise to deep emotional investment throughout your world during that suspenseful time prior to the triumphant outcome and the exultation that followed. By raising the bar for Earth humankind in those respects, the rescue stunningly shows the effects of the higher vibrations Earth has reached in her ascension pathway. The collective efforts and emotional reactions from the moment of the mine’s collapse until the last man reached the surface could not have occurred a few years ago, before the feminine, or goddess, energies started coming in to balance the masculine energies that for long ages dominated life on your planet.

15. We shall say more about those energies, but let us digress a moment to speak about balance, which is essential to soul evolvement. You need to understand that balance is not a permanent condition once attained—the universe is in constant balancing motion and so is every soul. Let us say that you are enjoying an interesting book during a rare time of solitude and leisure, and a solicitor calls. You feel annoyed about this interruption and for the next few minutes you juggle thoughts and feelings about that intrusion along with trying to resume your concentration on the book and happy feelings about your leisure time.

16. Of course that is a miniscule balancing act, but it serves to show that even without your being consciously aware, always you are in one or another kind of emotional balancing motion. The more serious your encounters with unpleasant situations or relationships, the more difficult it is to bring your system out of turmoil and back into the balance that is the foundation of your well being in body, mind and heart.

17. And now, back to the energies that need to be balanced for that reason as well as for soul evolvement. The dark ones who instigated and perpetuated widespread suffering throughout millennia are totally masculine in energy make-up—strong, unyielding, ruthless, conflictive, combative, determined to succeed, control others and dominate all situations. Feminine energy is equally powerful in other ways—nurturing, compassionate, gentle, sensitive, cooperative, communicative, artistic in what you call “the fine arts,” and at one with Nature.

18. These two categories of universal energy have nothing whatsoever to do with gender or sexual orientation—masculine energy may be dominant in a woman and feminine energy in a man. Achieving androgyny, the perfect balance of the two energies, is the goal of every soul throughout its journey back to Source, and pre-birth selections for each physical lifetime are made with that goal in mind.

19. It is easier to make those selections during a lifetime in spirit than it is to activate them once incarnate in a third density world with all the external influences that can muffle or completely drown out messages from your soul to your consciousness, messages intended to guide your free will decisions in line with your soul contract. That is why often physical lifetime choices differ greatly from the contract. Once back in a spirit world, the soul reviews its past life, realizes that once again it veered from its contract and chooses the same learning experiences during the next embodiment. That can go on for hundreds or more physical lifetimes in a third density world before balance is achieved and the soul can move on to fourth density.

20. Another way to think of this repetitive process in soul evolution is karma, which often is misperceived. Karma is not a reward or a punishment, it is not something decided by a “divine judge” or your peers in a spirit world or any other external source. Nor is it either positive or negative; like energy, karma is neutral—both get their direction from thoughts, feelings and actions, and those collectively determine subsequent experiences. What karma is then, is boundless opportunities to experience both sides of the coin, so to speak, and to strengthen areas that are weak in positive aspects regarding behavior choices. In all cases, the ultimate objective is to obtain the balanced experiencing that will complete all the learning offered in a third density world.

21. For the ages that Earth has been in that density, it has been an ideal place for providing the elements and circumstances of duality that souls need to experience and master so they can evolve. However, by no means is Earth the only third density world in form and whose human residents are mainly at third density spiritual and intellectual attainment level. Many, many other worlds meet those criteria, and some of you have returned from them specifically because this unique time in the universe offers exceptional grace to all of Earth’s residents.

22. Individuals are being helped to swiftly complete their karmic choices via the light that is pouring in from myriad sources to assist in consciousness-raising and spiritual clarity. All who absorb the light will advance in those ways, and depending upon their soul contract longevity choice, will either accompany the planet into the Golden Age or continue soul evolvement in Nirvana or another spirit world. Those who do not absorb the light will have other chances to do so in the cycle of lifetimes in a spirit world, then in a physical world, and all of those worlds will be appropriate for the peoples’ personal needs for spiritual growth.

23. Do families stay together during and after ascension? Because of the variables involved, the answer can only be “maybe.” Considerations include the longevity clause in each family member’s contract; soul level choices to exit rather than accept the truth about religious dogmas; a person from an advanced civilization who has completed a specific mission and returns to his or her homeland; and the strength of love bonds, not only legal or blood relationships.

24. After Earth reaches fourth density, will Nirvana remain in fourth or will it rise into fifth, etc. and always be one density higher than Earth? This begs a concise explanation, “connecting the dots” you could say, about the two types of density, and our response will answer many of the issues you have asked to be addressed in these messages.

25. Density indicates the level of a soul’s spiritual attainment status and also the energy level, or vibratory rate, of everything that has form, body, substance. For your understanding, we speak of the varying levels numerically, with higher numbers denoting advancement. Bodies are only the containment forms, if you will, that the souls manifest to best suit their purposes for the chosen incarnation experiences. Both uses of the word density are applicable to all souls and their forms, and the numbers may differ depending upon the degree of light within the souls and the density of their bodies.

26. For instance, at some point in deep antiquity the soul you call Earth chose to reside in a planetary body, and she and God co-created that in fifth density. Her soul remained there throughout the countless ages that her body spiraled down in density due to the negativity produced by the actions of her successive civilizations. Although most of the peoples living during the millennia Earth was mired in deep third density were also third density beings spiritually and intellectually, some among them were at lower densities and a handful at higher.

27. During the past half century and more, the planet has been rising out of deep third density by releasing negativity and absorbing light, and during this process, its vibratory has become higher. As the planet has been ascending, it is absorbing the light that will enable it to survive in those higher frequencies.

28. Earth’s current population ranges from seventh density in soul evolvement to second and first, those among you whose dark deeds have caused them to devolve. And although all bodies appear to be identical in form density, bodies of individuals who are higher than third density spiritually contain more light and the bodies of those lower than third density spiritually contain less. However, auras distinctly show the abundance or lack of light in people, and those who can see auras can clearly discern who is who in that respect.

29. Now then, Nirvana. Although you consider your spirit realm to be a discarnate world with discarnate residents—a nonphysical place where souls live without bodies—Nirvana does have form and all of its residents do have bodies. Everything throughout this universe is energy fluctuating at one frequency, or vibratory rate, or another, and forms in lower densities appear more solid than those in the higher densities. That is why Nirvana residents can see your third density bodies but you cannot see their fourth density bodies.

30. And, the spiritual attainment level of Nirvana’s population is in accordance with the levels of Earth’s residents. As the spirit world serving Earth, it is her residents’ first stop after physical death regardless of their “good,” “mediocre,” or “bad” lives. The energy of each person’s thoughts, motives, and deeds is registered in the Akashic records instant by instant throughout the lifetime, and the composite energy automatically draws each person to the part of Nirvana that corresponds with their lifetime energy registration.

31. Nirvana is a meandering, flexible, multilayered placement that can accommodate all of Earth’s residents from second to seventh density soul evolvement status. The souls in first density go to the only part of Nirvana that is separate, a tiny orb whose form is as dense as its inhabitants are spiritually—their aligned energies are the densest in your solar system’s area in the galaxy. Light is constantly beamed to those souls, and if they accept it, they move from that tiny orb to Nirvana’s lowest layer. Light also is continuously beamed to souls in the lower layers—levels of varying energy registration—and when they accept the light, they move into the next higher layer where they are offered advanced learning appropriate for their needs.

32. Most of Nirvana’s typical residents are third density spiritually. After preparing to overcome self-acknowledged shortcomings in the past physical lifetime, they make soul contract selections to put their remedial learning into practice in another lifetime on Earth or a different third density world. The spiritually advanced either quickly move on to their next destination choice or they stay remarkably long to serve in the council or as master teachers or healers.

33. Light permeates the higher layers of Nirvana, and because of their exceptional beauty and diversity, they are vacation spots for people from fourth and higher densities spiritually and in form. Those layers also serve as a refuge for people from distant civilizations who have had a series of very difficult experiences and know Nirvana’s reputation for custom-healing of traumatized psyches.

34. Now then, to end our message we return to third density worlds to mention another evolutionary service they offer: All have subsistence worlds within them where first and second density souls start their way back up the ladder. For instance, Earth has slugs, roaches, flies, worms, minute marine life and other forms with consciousness at survival instinct level. This is not punishment for the souls’ human lifetimes of evil-doing—it is divine grace that eliminates all cellular memories so that subsequent incarnations start with a clean slate and a place in the balance of Nature. Whatever its station, every soul is a part of the pure love-light essence of Creator Source and is provided with exactly what it needs in every stage of soul evolution.

35. All lighted souls have been with you throughout your life’s journey and so it shall be forevermore.

Hi, I think that time is very hard for our friends to communicate with us about, since they do not use it. But,
they try because they know that this is how we live in the 3rd D.. I go to listen to a channeler who channels the Centaurians, and they don’t like to give times being they don’t want to be unbelievable. They very much want us to trust them. Though, they have broken their own rule lately, and have been wrong. They seem to be waiting more for certain events to happen, but they know we are impatient……and want to know right now. I’ve got a question. My grandma collects social security and has been getting the same amount for a long time now, this month the government decided to drop her payment by 200$. Why is this? So instead of taking money from somewhere else they decide to take it from the elderly? I just don’t get it.
Many of these people can barely afford their medication much less a 200$ hit to their tiny checks. My grandma worked her ass off all of her life until she couldn’t anymore and this is what happens? Maybe it was a mistake or something. I just wondered if this happened to anyone else. Thanks. NESARA NOW!

I picked up a book on sale today Does it Rain in Other Dimensions – a true story of Alien Encounters by Mike Oram. Never heard of him, but the book looks quite interesting. The back cover says We have neighbours in the universe. This book describes one man’s experience of communicating and working with other-dimensional and extra-terrestrial beings over a 50-year period. It shows how he worked through the fear some experiences engendered to find a new spiritual perspective

I see Linear Time as a direct ‘product’ of 3D.
As the constraints that limit linear time to 3D lift with the frequency of Earth, so does the ‘density’ of time here. The less 3 the D, the less cohesive is the fabric of ‘time’ therein. Therefore there is ‘less’ of it. Therefore it appears to take up less ‘space’, therefore it appears to go ‘past’ more quickly! This would apply to all beings, whatever their frequency or age.

Greg Braden & Carl Calleman theorise that ‘time’ will continue to collapse exponentially as such, until it reaches a ‘zero point’.. quite possibly around 2012.. when ‘now’ will essentially be the only location in ‘time’ left in which to comfortably exist!

Geez Admiral, I think I lost my appetite after watching that 1st one. Yeah, that looks about right. I knew some people that said their uncle got bit by one of those and never got treatment and died. I guess the good Lord was watching out for me.

Steffie- I read the Keepers by Jim Sparks. He is an american from Florida that was abducted by the grey’s. It did have a positive ending though. Shasta area is like none other, that is for dang sure….lovely, yet intense!!! Even the crystal/metaphysical store there is glorious! We were in the ciy of Mt. Shasta and that is where the lady who channels Adama for Telos’s publishing company is too. I walked into the shop and immediately to my right was a rack of gorgeous channeled pictures of several Ascended Masters. As I stood there, I actually felt faint, until my body acclimated to the vibration in that store. Holy Moly, NEVER have I had such a reaction to a place. I have always felt an intense connection to Mt. Shasta and the Agarthan city of Telos. The picture I purchased of an artist’s rendition of Adama himself is breathtaking. We ate dinner at sunset with the mountain in full view, then breakfast early the next morning at sunrise, again with the mountain in full view. This area always feels like sanctuary to me, and it was much-needed after my dad’s passing on Weds…

The Nature of Time -
Changing the Past.

Greetings, I am Metatron, Lord of Light and I greet you all within this precise vector of timeless space. I embrace you in unconditional love.

The physical system in duality is a purposeful illusion. You are dreaming the dream of humanity. You are powerful spiritual beings wearing filters. You are Divine sparks of Creator source attending the University of Earth. And so you must accept this axiom, and from your viewpoint try to understand the greater realities that exist beyond your physical perceptions, and they are many. And LOVE is the building block, the core ‘DNA’ of everything.

The Nature of Time

And so we speak of Time.

Time and space are aspects of the same mechanism. Space, in a manner of speaking is congealed time held in a matrixial kinetic format within duality that allows for the separation and program of the purposed programmed illusion of sequential time metrics. Accordingly time is the inverse of space, in dynamic free flow. Both occur though the harmonic flash of consciousness units, through the mechanisms of the inward and outward pulse of matter to antimatter via black holes and white holes. The inward -outward Harmonic Flash is not only the point in which space and time merge into a homogenous foam , it is also the rate of consciousness unit perception that strobes attention of awareness into each simultaneous lifetime. This occurs at a magical rate called the Planck Number, occurring precisely at 10 to the power of -43 of one second. At this point time and space merge and become nonlinear and the Torus aspect comes into play. Space is inversed, turned back upon itself, and time units float in a nonlinear discontinuous quantized pool of what you term past, present and future. The space-time continuum dissolves, in a manner of speaking and become conscious energy units that are reformed into matter and antimatter, as they are pulled in and projected out in the harmonic flash via black holes & white holes respectively.

The Omni-Earth

The separation of your ‘lifetimes’, in your vernacular, are anchored to the Omni Earth in hologramic inserts or ‘Time-Separation’ programs. Through various mechanisms, the advanced human can enter into these and through Mer-Ka-Na enter the center of the over-soul where each time sequenced ‘lifetime’ is anchored like fiber-optic spokes. From this center point, you indeed are at the control panel to explore and change any aspect of any and all lifetimes in the nonlinear NOW.

While these time-programs are anchored to the Omni-Earth at specific points which often display multi-dimensional anomalies, one does not need to visit such earthen nodes to enter. Rather they are entered via Quantum Consciousness. This process is taught in the Metatronic Keys.

Question to Metatron: Are there areas within the Earth that naturally create time distortions?

Metatron: There are indeed. And we have spoken about this is previous assays. Time can be compared in certain ways to a computer program. Often your ‘Windows’ programs on your laptop and desktops can go into distortions of their programming and the desired separation of sub programs can intermingle creating mixes that twist and deform the conceived order. In this analogy we can say that both time and space as you perceive it are linear sub-programs of the earth grid reality projection. Time and Space can be said to be hologramic program insertions that allow the Quantum Omni-Earth to be tidily separated from simultaneous NOW reality into your focal, seemingly independent ‘lifetime sojourns’.

So we tell you that just as your Windows can produce occasional anomalies in its desired separations of programs, so does the program of the Hologramic Earth Matrix of linear time have a flux that creates intermingle and distortion. That distortion occurs on several levels. The first is due to a gravitational flux that can rhythmically occur in the specific area or come in as a surge or rogue wave. When this occurs the very gravity distortion also affects the space-time continuum in the area, and creates a dimensional aperture field very similar to what occurs in the poles.

Points of Time Continuum Anomaly

All versions of the Omni-Earth coexist above the linear programming. But this axiom of Truth is initially very difficult for you humans to perceive or truly completely comprehend from the stance of the third dimension.

That is because the 3d density aspect of the human physical structure in duality manifestation operates within and as a result of the linear time ‘program’ that enables the Earthplane experience. You are therefore pre-indoctrinated to linear perception in Earthplane existence. This linear perception program determines to a great extent the ‘normal’ resonance patterns for the kinds of experiential probabilities that mankind selects, projects and perceives while ‘growing’ into greater consciousness from the base point of dense physicality. But we tell you that the source reality of which all lifetimes emerge is not ‘written in stone’, thus your experience is truly never predestined. You chose from an assortment of potentials the experiences you want to have. Both the Cosmos and all life contained within and without are always being created in the NOW moment.

And although your 3d preconditioning is linear, you not only have the ability to reach beyond physical programming, you also have the ultimate goal of doing so. While inhabited by human consciousness, the living physical body operates as an intense focus point for Earthplane experience. The aggregation of consciousness within the physical body on all levels focuses its own myriad network of sensory perception and communication, both on levels of the ordinary, and the extraordinary. In terms of the latter, you are therefore constantly perceiving in ways that you do not recognize with the ‘ordinary’ physical senses. There are vast arrays of colors, sounds, electromagnetic codes, and sensory feelings that you see & apperceive both on a cellular and crystalline level of chakric networks sourced in Quantum Consciousness that are geometrically and frequencially influencing you. This network is connected in harmonic oscillation to all others like it. But humanity is at this time vastly unaware of these extraordinary levels of interaction that take place between all spectra of bodies, crysto-electromagnetically and materially within biology. This interface occurs in Crysto Mer-Ka-Na light body and is more far reaching than humanity in masse realize. Yet the physical cells in biology can and do respond to each other, and their activity triggers even higher centers of crystalline light body consciousness that ties into and above linear time. Rather into multidimensionality.

Multi-Dimensional Time Holograms

So in this assay we are going to speak of Time and its nature in more than one context. We will speak of human perception of time as it relates to your lifetime-sojourn experiences and your ability to script and re-script both future and past. We will also touch lightly upon separation mechanics of hologramic time program inserts onto the earth, and their anchoring to certain points on the Omni-Earth.

Now, many points upon the earth contain magnetic and gravitational oscillations that create a time anomaly. Some are recognized, others are not. None are understood much less accepted as possible by your main stream academics as yet. Time is a sub program of light physics, and is in essence a created illusion. It can and is effected somewhat at anchor points by gravity, earth spin ratio, electromagnetics and celestial alignments. All of which are mechanisms of this phenomena.

Now, time as you perceive it, is simply that, a perception. We assure you that time truly does not exist in the linear manner that you believe, beyond duality. And even within the filtered lens of duality, there are certain areas of dimensional overlay that occur on your planet in which striking time anomalies can and do occur. You see there are many Earths that concentrically occur within the space that mankind perceives physical earth to occupy. There are frequencial mechanisms that connect these overlays of parallel dimension, and these create gateways to other timeframe subprograms and realities that coexist differently and more tangibly within these unique areas.

Simultaneous Time

To explain it in your present day computer analogy, Space and Time are sub-programs of digital-dimensional light. Space-Time then is a hologramic server that can simultaneously store many different files and sub files within its storage capacity. Just as there are locations within the stages of computer access that allow you to see all of the programs and files and navigate from one to the other, so there are locational vectors on the Earth program that anchor the hologramic dimensional gateways that allow access into other metric/matrix files of reality and time formats.

So as you live this ‘present’ life in the perceived time of today, you also live all your existences at once. Time ‘programs’ are hologramic and these programs are manifolded and coded in certain areas, especially the polar regions. Gateways or multi program access occurs in them.

The area of the Crystal Vortex of Arkansas contains many overlays of myriad space-time energy dynamics. It is indeed a Crystalline Portal, but we will say an open-ended portal that is not just a wormhole in space to other points in the Cosmos, but indeed (and especially) a unique gateway to other dimensional aspects of what may be termed the hologramic Omni-Earth program. It may be termed a time-gate vector. It is one of many coordinate points on your planet that contain within it time code scripting. Such coordinate points are anchors that peg each reality to the physical worlds, the Omni-Earth. And so then, within this concentric overlay vector other time programs; other dimensional realms can be frequencially accessed more easily. The ancient adepts knew this, and certainly experienced to varying degrees by many of what you term as the indigenous.

Time Gate Vectors are not the only means to access other realities. Indeed this can be done myriad ways, including the crystalline energies of the phi resonance, in deep meditative states. But what is different in the Time- Gate Vector coordinate-points is that the Omni-Earth Time program itself is anchored, to use a simplified explanation, to certain aligned points that occur on your planet, within certain frequencial matrixes. These are very unique in purpose, and differ from areas such as Titicaca, Arkansas, Grand Tetons, Shasta and Roslyn that are primary Celestial Star Gates. In the former one access other realms, other epochs, other programs of terrestrial time, whereas in the latter one travels to other dimensions in Space. Do you see the difference?

Question to Metatron: Are you saying that Arkansas and other such ‘Time-Gate Vectors’ allow for or enhance the ability to travel in time?

Metatron: Yes. But let us be clear, it is better to say that all programs of hologramic times programs coexist more clearly, more tangibly within such points. That does not mean that when one walks into the Crystalline Vortex of Arkansas that you will disappear from the present and materialize into a future or past program, rather it means windows into other time-sequence frames are (more) accessible here. But we will indeed tell you that materializations can and do occur here quite intentionally and occasional by accident. We will tell you those more technological civilizations, both from the future and past in your terms, which understand the very real science of time travel chose such time gate vectors for entering other epochs for various purposes. Indeed this can has and does occur.

Time Travel

Time travel has occurred in both your future and past. Although there are instances in which people have temporarily passed into different time holograms, there are very few cases where the transition was permanent. Your Admiral Byrd did in fact temporarily view a very real passing into a different time epoch during his polar flight. [Admiral Byrd has been tied with the Hollow Earth theory. T] Most of the flight disappearances that are so publicized over the Bermuda Triangle were not permanent transferals. Time disruption did occur, but the airplanes did not fully disappear into another epoch of time. Rather were they caused by related instrument malfunctions that created misdirection and radio silence, and the disappearances were simply crashes into the sea.

Certain of your governments working in classified tandem with covert corporations have already developed crude mechanisms of time travel. These are not yet at a truly manageable level, and the stress that results on the human ‘tempornaut’ is considerable, stress-aging the human body approximately 7 to 10 years on each journey. At present they are only able to move forward in time about 20 years, and are unable to navigate into the past. In time, when the apparatus utilized is converted from magnetic forces to crystalline bioplasmic field this will be improved considerably, and time navigation will be deliberate and not by random mishap. Optimal time navigation occurs Mer-Ka-Nically through a consciousness refined Bio Plasmic field, and while certainly aided in terms of time vector by crystalline apparatus, it is primarily operated by the light-consciousness quotient of the traveler. Many of you time travel in dream state quite often, and therein is the key to how it will be optimally done when you learn to be more lucid in expansive conscious states.

There are indeed Laws of Physics that apply to how time and space are navigated interdimensionally. Eventually mankind will rediscover these laws. And when this takes place, the seeming boundaries between past, present and future will be better understood. As we have already explained duality experience in the third dimension contains programmed parameters that limit mankind’s greater dimensionality perception.

It is indeed these 3d single lens filters that create the linear illusion of sequential unfolding of time. This then is precisely the reason mankind believes that one moment exists and is gone forever, and the next moment comes and like the one before also evaporates into the great elusive mist of the past. We tell you that everything in and on the Omni-Earth and indeed the Multiverse exists at once, simultaneously. The past, present and future only appear to those who exist within three-dimensional reality. And the programs that separate time-epoch files on the Omni-Earth can be navigated.

The Past is Not Fixed

The past and future as you ‘believe it to be’ exists as a series of electromagnetic receptors held in the crystalline portion of the physical brain and in the nonphysical mind within the ultra violet field. These electromagnetic codlings can be changed, and in fact are in constant flux. You script your destiny, and your destiny is not a linear one- way dynamic. Your creation of your past is just as important as the creation of your present and future. The past then, is quite malleable and no more fixed than your future. Now, your mental process and beliefs create your past, and there are as many valid versions of the past as there are of the future. We tell you that if the next generation were all to be taught from an early age that the Roman Empire ruled the world until the 17th century, indeed that past would become a reality, and evidence would be found to confirm it. Yet it would be a completely different past from which the older generation constructed. But BOTH would be true. Both would be separate yet valid files within the hologramic programs of time.

As humans in duality, you take it for granted that present action can change the future, but present actions can and do change the past as well. The past is no more detached or uninvolved from your present than the decisions you make today. We share a great truth for you to ponder, and that is that everything you do effects your past, and you can accordingly remove what you may term traumas and misactions that occurred years ago or lifetimes ago from your present stance. Furthermore, all of you are required to do so! The electromagnetic crystallographic portals within the human brain are forged and mantled totally and completely by each of you, and uniquely so. The probable past can be changed, and such changes are far from uncommon. These changes do happen spontaneously on a subconscious basis. You can now learn to do this consciously by entering Quantum Consciousness via Mer-Ka-Na.

The linear aspect of the past is rarely what you remember it to be. In fact you constantly rearrange your memory of the past with the experience of each new moment, each new occurrence. It is a constant metamorphosis from the instant of any given experiential event. Your hypnotherapists are aware that pseudo-memories of fictitious or altered past events can be implanted in the brains of humans through deep state inducement, and in a very real sense these memories and they way they effect the subjects present become quite real. So, it follows to reason that the future, present and past are always re-created by each individual as beliefs, attitudes and associations evolve and change. And take note that what occurs is a real-time actual recreation, not a metaphoric one. The changes you make are quite real. The small inner child is indeed still within the adult human as you progress in years. But that inner child is also dynamic, not molded into a permanent version that remains as it was. The child within the human constantly changes every day, as does the teenager, young adult and elderly you in your future.

Re-Scripting the Past

Accordingly, it is now incumbent on you as you enter the Ascension energies, to grasp the power of NOW, and realize that you can and must change the past, your individual past, from the stance of Now.. Within the NOW, you can convert to the Mer-Ka-Na and as such gain the controls of all within your multidimensionality. That is a sacred Universal Truth, and that Truth expands when you enter into it. It expands into power that allows you the fulcrum of co creation in the singular moment of NOW, above linear time and hologramic sojourns within time in the Omni Earth.

We tell you that personal issues and blockages can and do arise when appropriate evolvement of the past are stymied and not allowed to spontaneously take place. In some scenarios serious neurosis occurs precisely because an individual has not changed his or her past. For example, a lifetime may be chosen in which you a part of a catastrophic event that results in a traumatic loss of life. This may have been chosen for myriad reasons of growth. Perhaps, as one example, in sequential lifetimes the entity is far more appreciative of time spent with love ones because of having learned that life can seemingly end unexpectedly.

Yet such powerful traumas that were chosen for lesson in one life time are often so emotionally over-charged that they can and do bleed over and negatively affect other lifetime programs. This untoward over-bleed may express itself as an intense fear of flying or perhaps a fear of water from drowning, and such. Masters, you can enter into Quantum Consciousness and remove the negative, retain the growth lesson, and replace the event entirely with a positive alternative. You can change the past!

While it is incumbent upon you to truly understand that there was indeed a reason, that you have chosen to experience any trauma, it is also true that some of the traumatic or less desirable experiences simply have the purpose of showing you what can occur if you do not consciously create your own realities. If you hold a mental state of belief that the world is evil, or that you are undeserving, that very individualized mental projection will faithfully draw untoward experience into the physical reality in which your mindset manifested it. In all cases, however, you have the ability and need to draw the lesson, and then change, dissolve the past experience into a more positive one. This is requisite, and can be done consciously in Mer-Ka-Va and Mer-Ka-Na levels of consciousness.

The key again, is understanding that all realities are in flux. All can be altered.

Quantum Consciousness

Masters, Your realities in all sojourns are constantly in a state of fluidity. Nothing you have experienced is written in stone, but humanity has in large forgotten this truth. So we tell you that each scenario you experience is but one of many potentials from an immense menu of possibility. The ones you do not experience, in your terms, are just as valid as the ones you do. Accordingly you have the ability to go back at any vector thru Mer-Ka-Na Quantum Consciousness, to change any reality. If you have chosen (and all of you have) a particularly traumatic experience, you can alter it to one that is of your choosing. Always remember that the world is indeed formed holographically by your thought processes in actual image reflection of your own creation. When you truly understand that your physical experiences and environs are fully the materialization of your own structured mental creation and beliefs, then you hold the key to unlocking the door to scripting the future and indeed rescripting what you think of as the past.

This is manifested through intent and optimal use of your divine will. But this requires concentrated deliberation and focal effort. In the course of realizing your true power, free will is a double edged sword until wisdom and enlightenment is re-acquired. Using your free will haphazardly in less conscious lifetimes can and does make physical reality into something quite less than what it can optimally be in your sojourns. But again from over view, this also has the ultimate result through cause and effect of your greater growth. You are attending the ‘University of Duality’ on the Earth-Plane to learn how to responsibly create, and that involves the process of working out problems and challenges.

On a higher level, humanity remains aware of its true inner nature and divinity, and of its spiritual purpose and nonphysical source. But most of mankind has lost contact with this wisdom in 3d. You have focused so strongly upon the density of physical reality that it has become the only reality that you consider and thus empower.

Positive Process – The Multidimensional ‘Law of Attraction’

In the present moment of awareness you can proactively program the mind to focus on positive. If you image positive visualizations about any difficult or untoward scenario your mind will project telepathic waves of energy for positive transition. As such you can learn to dissolve a negative thought or picture by replacing it with its opposite.

It is not sufficient however to merely repress negative thoughts, such as self-loathing, fears, angers, guilts, or resentment. Rather these must be recognized, confronted and replaced. By deep inward auditing of thoughts and feelings, you can take an inventory of your emotional field and tie it to erroneous belief systems. In fact the trial and error nature of cause and effect will ultimately lead you to such a clearing. Better sooner than later.

So through intent, learn to recognize negative patterns when dense or negative feelings occur. Then immediately replace these with a happier, joyful positive feeling. But herein, it is easy to misunderstand, and simply repress negativity in a wide sweeping dismissal. It is a far more complex scope to resolve, but none the less, can be resolved.

You see in some scenarios, the natural reaction to one who may attempt to dominate you is not inappropriate. It is wrong in certain cases to allow another’s will to control you. You should not apologize when someone steps on your foot. In time you will learn that you can retain your integral integrity by reacting from a state of dis-passioned non-emotional reaction. And thus not become engrossed in a game of negative thought-form ping-pong. Your Mahatma Ghandi taught this through example. Becoming involved in duals of aggressive anger can quickly create energy fields so dynamically charged and enormous that they bleed into other lifetimes as well as negatively impact the present one. And accordingly these can and must be eventually cleared.

Now, your multidimensionality of simultaneous lives comes into an interesting dynamic here. In multidimensional overview, what each ‘lifetime version of you’ projects in terms of desires and system of belief is projected forward and that energy can and does bleed over into the full array of your multidimensional quantum field. This influences to varying degrees the ‘Law of Attraction’.

For example, let’s imagine that you are in a ‘present’ lifetime in which you are trying to create abundance. But in a dozen or so ‘previous’ lifetimes you were a monk or priest who took poverty vows and disassociated with ‘materialism’. You believe in these other lifetimes that ‘money is the root of all evil’. And so you have one aspect of you trying to create abundance, and a dozen versions rejecting it. The quantum physics of mass energy projection are clear. In this example there is a greater energy rejecting ‘abundance’ than there is trying to attract it. So the ‘past’ belief system must be changed from the soul level. The past lives must be re-entered in a state of Quantum Consciousness and replaced with a belief that ‘money is not evil, it is energy and we can use it for positive sustenance. The monk lifetimes can still choose to live in simplicity but no longer believe that money is evil.

Past Life Trauma

As an example of past life traumas over bleeding, we share with you this example. The channel has some close associates who at times sense a great panic of claustrophobia and paranoia in large crowds. He is aware that this is due to the associates having a traumatic past life bleed of escaping the chaotic rampage of Athens with children in hand hours before the invading Turks destroyed the city. Literally leaving all behind and running in terror for their lives, with children in tow.

Now we tell you that many of the souls that were drawn into this experience in Athens, were pulled into the re-enactment because the trauma they felt when desperately attempting to escape the shaking earth of Atlantis along the land bridge that connected to the Yucatan created such an electrical charge in their multidimensional self that it became a recurring energy. Such is the power of extreme emotion and fear. The Law of Attraction works in all of your Earthly sojourns. Any event can bleed over into another, and attract by its intensity, similar experience. This occurs both on an individual level and en masse. A mass trauma of negative charged emotion is exemplified by your world wars. Your WWII was indeed a recurring bleed-over of the Atlantean conflict between the Aryans and Poseidons. Your current wars in the Middle East are a recurrence of the Crusades.

At some point mankind will simply realize the waste and futility of such conflict. You will in time learn that war will never end by hating war. Rather war will end by loving peace. Such is the power of love, it is far far more potent than hate.

This is a perfect example of past life trauma occurring and osmotically effecting the present in the simultaneous NOW. If that probable past is faced and deliberately changed, it can and will eliminate the panic disorder and the resulting neurosis. It does so by changing the past. When you rescript your past and change the experience of the past, the fear behind it is eliminated. It is as if the trauma never occurred, and that is exactly what happens. This is but one example. So irregardless of the specific details, all of you have traumas in the past that can and will be altered in order for you to gain the perfection required in enlightened co creation within Quantum Consciousness. Do not be dismayed, this is quite do-able, and in a subconscious level you have done it many times in dream state. We assure you it can consciously be done in the Mer-Ka-Na within the NOW state of Quantum Consciousness.

And precisely because the past, present and future exist simultaneously, there is no reason why you cannot react to an event and alter it whether or not it happens to fall within the limited scope of reality in which you normally participate. You have the ability to remove trauma from the past, and from an over view that is the final completing portion of the lesson and a part of why you chose the experience in the first place.

Time – Dimensional Portals

Now, the LeMurians who escaped the islands of Mu going into the inner realms of the Earth did not simply do so by spelunking. They did not suddenly find a cave and venture deeper and deeper into it until they stumbled upon a vast inner world chasm. Rather they entered into a different program of the Omni Earth precisely by gathering in a Dimensional-Time Gate coordinate portal and raising their frequency through intent and self-mastery in order to shift into another hologram. We wish to speak to you about the energies of the now. We understand that there has been much talk of the importance of the now and the importance of being fully present. Many teachings will have you believe that you must obtain stillness in order to experience the vast beauty of the now. While it is certainly true that stillness can indeed allow you to access the beauty of the now, it is not the only way. Many enlightening human beings get frustrated because they are not able to shut off their very busy brains long enough to access that moment.

Dear Ones, your brains are not your enemy! They are only problematic if they are being used in a way that is not moving you forward. You are aware that you are creators and you understand that you create your reality through your thoughts and emotions. If your thoughts are frequently going to the energies of the past or the unknown of the future, it opens the door for you to indulge in the energies of fear, doubt, resistance and guilt. As you are manifesting in record time, these are definitely not energies that are supportive to the enlightening human being. Many of you understand this concept and have done a very good job in moving into mastery of your thoughts in your desire to move forward on your paths.

And though there is great improvement in the thought processes in general, many still profess to having a hard time just staying in the now. They see it as a skill that they do not have. Dear Ones, in reality it is a skill that you have already honed. You just don’t realize it yet!

Any human being on the planet who has taken a vacation has experienced the energies of being in the now. When you are on a vacation, you are instantly enjoying each and every moment, each and every new opportunity, adventure and landscape you experience. You do not worry about the past or the future. You wholeheartedly surrender into the experience you are having in each and every moment.

While on vacation, each and every day is approached like a grand adventure, moving into whatever experience will bring you the most joy. It is allowing your soul to sing with delight in every moment. Sadly, for some human beings, this is the only time they experience the bliss of being in the now. They understand that vacations are integral to their wellbeing, in fact, many human beings will live their lives every year around those one or two weeks of bliss, and the rest of their year is spent plodding along. How very sad this is to us because you clearly get that being in vacation mode is rejuvenating and vital to your wellbeing.

Dear Ones, if you can embody those energies during a vacation, you can embody them any time! It is a skill you already possess. What would your day to day life look like if you treated it with the same sense of joy and wondrous anticipation? Your life would be most joyful indeed! We find it interesting that many will refer to their enlightenment as a journey and yet treat it so differently than any other travels they may enjoy.

Vacation means I am removing myself from the density. You can choose to do that any time you like. You do not need to physically remove yourself from your location in order to give yourself balance and relief. You can create it wherever you are by simply employing the same behaviors and energies that you would while on vacation in your day to day life.

In reality, your path to enlightenment is the grandest vacation you will ever experience. It is your journey to the promised land. So we encourage you to see it in the same light, to turn each and every one of your days into days of enjoyment, anticipation, adventure, gratitude and wonderment. If you do this, you will not be experiencing these energies only one or two weeks a year, you will be living fully every single day. This is what we have for you today.

Have any of you looked into Elizabeth Klarer’s information that I posted a while back? She wrote the book, Beyond the Light Barrier, late 50′s/early 60′s – there is some hugely fascinating stuff there. Being a scientist and a pilot herself, it is not romanticised at all. Her experiences with Akon happened about 300km from where I live! I had huge resonance when I read that book…

It is not easy to be a human, not easy at all. You have come here to learn all there is to learn of human life, all aspects of it, the good and the bad. It is a journey into true humanhood.

You are given breathers every now and then, to make an inventory and to gather your strength, and then you continue.

If this is your last life on Earth, you are probably testing yourself throughly, because this is the life where you choose the values to bring to Oneness, to the Book of Human Wisdom. Then you ascend.

The learnings are simple in the beginning, they get more challenging through life times. When one lesson is learnt, another one commences. Even when you have learnt a lesson, you may want to re-test yourself, to show your mastery. Master of Human Life. Even if we are not able to appreciate it’s full value, because we are still living it, we will after we go back Home.

We come from many places. Many of us are like quilts, we carry energies from many Homes. Many of us have been experiencing here from the Lemurian times onwards, and now, after hundreds and thousands of lives, we are free to return Home.

What will it be like?

Coming home will be like ascending to heaven. For any soul that has experienced human life, Home is Heaven. It is freedom. It is Love. It is abundance in the richest forms you can imagine. It is rest, and joy, and wonderful remembering.

Beloved Lightworkers,

There is a great feeling of excitement and anticipation being felt at our dimensional levels that is coming from the Earth plane as you take part or prepare to take part in the momentous massive Worldwide meditations that are scheduled to begin taking place this week. Truly, the energies are high! How wonderful it is to see people of all faiths from all over the World get together in common purpose to bring about a positive and lasting change upon the Earth. We applaud you all for the efforts that are being made and for taking action at the time of these events. Your Light radiates outwards in ever greater and greater waves of loving energy.

Many are now Awakening to the realization that there is more to life than the continuous and relentless distractions that keep them ever chained to the same old scenarios, day after day and they are realizing that they have the power to change their World by becoming more conscious of their thoughts, words, deeds and actions. All over the World, the consciousness of Humanity is rising to higher and higher octaves and this is creating change in a peaceful manner.

Most of you are now fully cognizant that there has been a great purging taking place within all aspects of your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies and you are aware that this is a requirement in order for you to keep climbing the ladder of your ascension into greater Light and consciousness. We see you all so valiantly proclaiming the Light that you are and your intention to manifest your Christ Self in you and through you, even when you have just finished releasing all that is not in alignment with it. This is good, for it means that you understand the need for self forgiveness as you release these from your every cell. As you do this, remember to invocate and ask for more Light to come in and replace what has just been released.

It is time to relax into the knowledge that you are a Being of Light and that you are firmly on the path of restoring your innocence, your goodness and greatness. Much of what you are releasing has been planted within the cells of your bodies by the constant barrage of thoughts, words and images that have been constantly influencing you through your television shows and the movies that you watch until it has become acceptable to speak to one another using low vibrational words. As you continue to uplift yourselves, these will fall away from you easily and will no longer affect you or those around you with lower vibrations. The gross is falling away as you lift yourselves higher and higher into the octaves of joy, peace, harmony, wisdom and aliveness.

As this occurs within you more and more, you will experience greater and longer periods of the feelings of lightness, of joy and good will towards those around you and this will ignite in those with whom you come in contact and they in turn will ignite others. This is what a Peace Ambassador does by just being who they really are without any of the masks that they used to wear in order to protect and shield themselves and their vulnerable hearts. It is now time to blaze these wonderful hearts and the Light that they radiate out to all around you. Radiate your Light, for more than any other time in the history of your Planet, it is what is most needed in order to bring stability and order to the chaos around you. The chaos only means that the Light comes, Beloved Ones. It only means that all that does not align with the Light must fall away.

Continue your decrees, visualizations, and meditations each day, and join together in Oneness when you can, for this helps you to remain grounded and fully experiencing life as the Creator in your physical body. What a joyful time this is! Live, laugh, and love, you most wonderful and amazing Beings of Light!

Energy Report – November 8TH 2010…….
As we move into November a number of significant shifts will occur. The first is a shift within the Mayan Calendar, the dawn of the Seventh Day of the Galactic Underworld, beginning on the 3rd November. With this dawn we enter into a year-long period during which our ego-driven dominance will begin to disintegrate, making it possible for us to actively follow the guidance of our hearts and intuition, bringing us ever closer to Unity Consciousness.

The second shift will occur with the New Moon gateway on November 5th/6th. During this New Moon period the transformational energies we have been working with since June will reach a peak amplifying our healing processes. This is a powerful opportunity for us to release and bury the past, set important intentions, and welcome in new life. That which we intend during this period will have a life changing effect on us that will be felt within the next year.

As the energy of transformation and change continues to expand an abundance of light constantly streams into our world bringing a period of transition that can be challenging as we purge the past and welcome in the new. Resistance is futile and will only bring suffering. Embracing the light will awaken your heart bringing control over your thoughts and actions and birthing profound changes within.

Money and support seem to be a recurring theme and many issues relating to these concerns are coming strongly into focus. As we move through this high energy period you are given the opportunity to release your deepest fears held within poverty consciousness. Venus is almost half way through her retrograde period. She turns direct on the 18th November. For those who are battling with internal struggles and seeing no outward result of past intentions will see things begin to turn by mid to end November. Your internal work will begin to show results especially relating to finances, relationships and well-being.

As we enter into the New Moon a time of releasing and letting go is set in motion. All that you no longer need, that which you are attached or addicted to, is released allowing that which you choose to become a part of your life. What, how and when is your choice. This is a good time to eliminate old hurts and wounds existing from past memories and old relationships. This is a unique moment in which you are able to use the energies to retrieve your Divine Power to release the past and integrate your inner life with your outer experience.

As November progresses our inner, mental and emotional aspects are expanding to encompass our deeper more Spiritual facets. Concerns arising from deep within your heart and mind will empower you to re-pattern your life. As new patterns emerge your Spiritual growth and development will encourage you to pause and re-examine your life situations and experiences from a different, higher perspective. As you examine your lives, realize that each and every action has merit. Each and every word you utter can be uttered with love and consciousness, or uttered carelessly. Like the leaves drift on the wind to land in places the tree may never see, so too your words, deeds, and actions will land in various ways that you cannot imagine. Send beauty out into the world dear friends. Send love.

It is not the scale of your actions that is measured when you look back on your life, but rather the authenticity with which you act. If you give huge sums of money and yet hate your neighbor, you are missing an opportunity for love. If you teach the masses, and yet forget to live in balance, you are missing the point of your own life. If you serve your family tirelessly and yet do not give yourself the courtesy of some care as well, there is no balance.

Dear ones, include yourselves and your own hearts in the equation of life. Realize that a simple act done with love is grander than a public display done for other reasons. Do not judge your lives by their scale but rather by their sincerity. For the smallest act, done with great love and sincerity is greater than the most magnificent sum of money donated to the masses if not given with a sincere heart.

This week take time to acknowledge yourself for the “small” acts of love and kindness that you perform, often without ever taking time to acknowledge yourselves. And then ponder, imagine, the ripple effect of that one action as it spirals out into the world. You may never truly know the gifts you have given until you are able to witness them through the eyes of God.

SURVIVING EVERYTHING

As I analyzed how I would like to experience life in the event of food shortages and chaos, I choose a life with a little spice. This means I’m putting together a slightly different kind of food supply than the military style rations you hear advertised on Coast-to-Coast. Survival isn’t enough for me. I want to live while I’m riding out any potential storm
