He also advises on how to overcome things in your life such as when he stated about people attacking you and judging you are desperately seeking love for themselves so we should all have compassion for that person. cool sassy just read your 161 post from last message. if you did it by accident then you can do it again. some tips… for me it’s just like how ya start meditating get relaxed maybe some soft music that stays steady or one of those rain sound machines people use to sleep with. night is the best time for me also and if possible being alone helps. let your mind wander into visuals don’t think about them just let the pictures flow. its different than just visions for me cause i’ll start to see space and stars and then a wormhole opens up and i just jump in basically. the energy feeling is awesome i can feel the rush of it going through me and just go wherever it takes me. i know i make it sound easy but i’m sure it’s not for a lot of people . thing is to never give up. we all have this ability how could we not. were spiritual beings. if all practice this then we can all meet up one day i’m sure of it. oh which is somethin i was wanting to ask everyone. if we could all try to connect once a week mybe everyone put up a time that would be good for them to try and go from there. we are a soul family here i have no doubt about that. so connecting together shouldnt take long to make happen plus it would be so much fun connecting spiritually with all of yall.

Laura, God also had a good point by something else he/she mentioned. If the abuse is allowed to continue, the abuser now becomes the abused. Remember the wisdom is not to have people just abuse you for if you truly love yourself then you would not let the abuse continue. It drives me crazy to see women going through abuse and to keep on returning to that man because he loves me. That is not love that is only an immitation of love. give sassy credit for stepping away from those who abused her and now she seems so happy and content with her husband.

SaLuSa and I have a big difference of opinion when it comes to money. I think money should have no real value. If it continues to be used at all, it should be as a tally marker to keep track of transactions, which some people believe was its original purpose. Money should be like newspaper and supermarket coupons. No intrinsic value. It is when money became valuable in and of itself that we started having the problems that ballooned into the mess we have now.

You have heard the phrase, “They’re in business to make money.” That applies to businesses in all industries and it is a major problem because to “make money” you will do things like stint on safety (BP) or exploit workers (outsourcing) or rip off the consumer (Ponzi scheme investors like Madoff) or trash the environment (our disposable society) or all of the above (modern day corporate capitalism).

Tying the value of money to precious metals will do one of two things, neither of which are any good or mutually exclusive. Certain people/institutions will want to hoard the metals to make their money more valuable, and hoarding will strangle economic activity because there won’t be enough money to go around. There may even be wars to get a country to disgorge its wealth, which is an old, old process. The other possibility is that mining will intensify to extract more metals from the earth, a process that is bad for the earth, usually bad for indigenous peoples on whose land these mines are located (Africa, watch out!) and unsafe for the miners as we saw in Chile recently writ large.

I thought the Golden Age was supposed to be a time of renewal for the earth. The best way to give the planet a break is for humans to stop needing/wanting money.

Why must we pay to live on the planet we’re born on?

I expected Star People to have better answers than the End the Fed folks whose rally I covered a couple of years ago. Ask them about the environmental harm and human exploitation of mining and they shrug their shoulders, admitting it’s a problem but not having any solutions.

Hapless Senator Admits Obvious: Political Process a Rigged Game……..
December 1, 2010 Colorado Democrat Senator Michael Bennet made the mistake of admitting what many of us already know – the political process in the district of criminals is a rigged game.
“It’s all rigged. The whole conversation is rigged,” said Bennet over an open C-Span mic during debate on the Food Safety Act. “The fact that we don’t get to a discussion before the break about what we’re going to do in the lame duck. It’s just rigged.”

Soon after Bennet made his comment, an aide realized the C-Span microphone was open and switched it off. Senate floor microphones are usually turned off during debate.

Bennet Chief of Staff Guy Cecil154 told The Daily Caller that the senator stands by his comments. “The whole process being rigged against having a real conversation about tax cuts, the estate tax and the defense authorization. We’re not having a lot of those conversations. It’s just a symptom of Washington being broken,” Cecil said outside the Senate chamber.

The political process is not broken. It is working exactly as the elite want. Taxes, defense authorization, and virtually every other political issue taken up by Congress is decided by the financial elite well before it is discussed on the Senate floor. Congress is a dog and pony show designed to make the plebs believe they live in a democracy where they actually have a say.

“While people have recognized for more than 150 years that the rich and powerful often corrupt individual officials, or exert undue influence to get legislation passed that favors their interests, most Americans still cling to the naive belief that such corruption is exceptional, and that most of the institutions of society, the courts, the press, and law enforcement agencies, still largely comply with the Constitution and the law in important matters,” the Constitution Society155 noted in 1994.

They expect that these corrupting forces are disunited and in competition with one another, so that they tend to balance one another…. Mounting evidence makes it clear that the situation is far worse than most people think, that during the last several decades the U.S. Constitution has been effectively overthrown, and that it is now observed only as a façade to deceive and placate the masses. What has replaced it is what many call the Shadow Government. It still, for the most part, operates in secret, because its control is not secure.

The latest case of TSA tyranny to hit the headlines comes in the form of a young mother who was subjected to enhanced groping and then shut inside a screening box for almost an hour by agents after she refused to allow them to put her breast milk through an x-ray device, a legitimate request that is even written into the TSA’s own guidelines.

The ordeal, which took place at Phoenix airport earlier this year, was captured on security cameras, which Stacey Armato, who is also a lawyer, gained access to, but only after repeated requests and careful editing by the TSA had taken place.

After being told that her breast milk might have to be put through an x-ray scanner, Ms Armato attempted to show the TSA agents a print out of their own guidelines allowing non x-ray screening for breast milk. This act of serious disobedience resulted in the agent pushing Ms Armato into a glass cage, telling her “to be quiet if you know what’s good for you”, while calling for “back up”.

The time has come! … For many people, the following assertions will be a reason of disbelief, or even indignation, activating within the self feelings of defiance and revolt, which need to be transmuted.

The coming up takes place as a larger number of contacted by the Light spheres occurs. The dense cloaks that cover the Light Body of men are being dissipated, providing an elevation on the energy vibration, achieving a higher quantum frequency, adjusting itself perfectly to the resonating pattern that the planet reaches. It’s all a question of frequencies, it’s the veils going down, opening the perception channels, penetrating in the new dimension, in accordance to a Law of the spirit in which “the similar attract themselves”.
Soon, the divergences will be dissipated and everyone, moved by the same hopes, will get together on one purpose: the so dreamed Freedom and Fraternity among the peoples and races of the Universe.

The theme for December is MAINTENANCE.

This is a month of putting time and energy into all those aspects of your life that require maintenance at this time. Maintenance is not only about changing the oil in your vehicle or drain opener51 in your pipes, although that may be right on target for some of you. Maintenance also refers to your physical and emotional health, your home, your spiritual life, your relationships, your car, your things, your work environment, your routines, practices and disciplines. This is an excellent time to review what is out of balance or has been neglected and to take action or make a plan to take action. It is a good time to scrutinize your environment to notice what is broken or in need of cleaning, elimination or an upgrade.

December is characterized by an energy that is local, ordinary, somewhat inward and close to home. Keep good boundaries against putting too much expansion on your plate, as this is not the month for it. Look to what needs doing in your own back yard. Fix or upgrade the things you already have rather than expanding into new territory. The influences are pulling the energy inward and some of you may feel restricted or confined by it. Beware of impatience and becoming agitated or antsy around the illusion of limitation. Think instead of this time as catching up to yourself through the process of maintenance in the areas that need it.

Things in your life that do not function are an energy leak. If you have a broken toaster that is waiting to be fixed, either fix it or get rid of it. We learn to live with things around us that do not function. They get stuffed into a closet or put into the garage. Part of maintaining balance in your life is to address these items that are not functioning or are no longer useful and to do something about them. They create dead weight and take up valuable psychic space. It does not matter what you paid for something or who gave it to you. The price of having these things around holding energy is not worth it. Either fix them and put them back into service or give them to charity or to someone who can fix and use them. A good formula if this task feels overwhelming is to take one thing every day and either fix it, take action to fix it or decide to eliminate it. How many items of clothing do you have waiting to be mended or waiting for a button to be sewn on? Do it or get rid of it. Look in your closets and junk drawers and basements, attics and garages and just pick one thing every day.

Then take one thing everyday in your physical environment that simply needs maintenance like cleaning the fridge or your oven, or weeding out a bookcase or changing the oil in your car, and do it or take action to do it (like calling the housecleaners or making an appointment with your mechanic). Then take one thing that could use an upgrade and take an action step towards that upgrade. This could be buying a higher quality food52 item or something inspirational such as flowers for the table, or something to support your health. It could also include refreshing the paint on a wall or replacing a ratty piece of furniture. All of this activity sends a message to the quantum field that you are taking Maintenance seriously and you will definitely be rewarded for it.

An equally important part of the Maintenance theme this month is to look at the aspects in your life that need more from you at this time. If you have neglected your health due to a busy work schedule, this would be the time to do something about that. Whatever it is that you require for more balance should be included in your daily routine and program this month. Whatever you need more of, whether it be rest, exercise, healthy diet, a hair cut, teeth cleaning, body work, etc., work it into your schedule this month and make it a priority. Many of you have a tendency to put yourselves last. This is a month where you need to put yourselves first on the list of things to maintain. Since the influences of December are consolidating the energy towards self and the home front, always think of what is best for you and resist the tendency to want to please others. There will always be someone who is disappointed in your choices. Don’t take it personally and avoid reacting to the projections of others. Beware of your energy leaks. Identify them, eliminate them and focus on re charging yourself.

Some of the less obvious and more intangible areas requiring maintenance are the areas of relationships, personal growth, spirituality and intentions. Regarding relationships, this is a good time to make note of what relationships need some attention and to do what is required. If you have not been spending enough time with your family, pets, employees or good friends, this would be the time to remedy that. If unimportant people are unreasonably demanding of your time and energy, you may have to set some boundaries in order to maintain a balance. Pay attention to old relationships that cycle back into your life with unfinished business or karmic history. Do what it takes to get things back into balance. Be honest with yourself and others regarding where your responsibility lies and where it doesn’t. You can’t fix it for someone else, only for yourself.

The area of personal growth and spirituality has to do with your relationship to self. Only you53 know where you are in this area and what it means to you. Maintenance may include professional emotional help, the support of putting into practice bits and pieces you have collected over the years in the area of personal growth, and perhaps some discernment of what you do and where you go from here. Most of all it is important to pay attention to your emotional and spiritual well being, to practice good spiritual and emotional hygiene, and to do whatever you can to stay connected to spirit and to follow your own intuition. Don’t worry if you don’t feel like you are making any progress this month. This is not about feeling expansive and higher centered but rather about getting all your ducks in a row in preparation for what’s to come. All the work that is being done under the surface is creating a stronger and deeper foundation that will carry you through future times. And it does require attention, discipline and maintenance.

Your dreams, plans, intentions and desires also have to be maintained. If you have a practice of visualizing or affirming your intentions or setting goal or wish lists, this practice also needs maintenance and attention. Anything that becomes too much of a routine where you are no longer present with the process needs to be re evaluated. Try going over your practices in this area and re inventing them just slightly so they become more meaningful to you. Whenever you make a change, you are likely to be more present with the process until it becomes routine again. This is also a good month to re evaluate your current goals, intentions, dreams and plans to see if they are presently viable54, appropriate or something you still really desire. Remember to make sure they are yours and not in consideration of someone else. You can never set goals and intentions for someone else, only for yourself.

The downside of this month is that you may feel overwhelmed with how far you have let things go in the area of maintenance. Don’t be hard on yourself. Take it one step at a time, do one thing at a time. Watch the tendency for procrastinating and make a little sign for yourself that says DO IT NOW. Watch self-deprecation as it wants to judge you for being so neglectful. It does not serve to wallow, complain or be depressed. These are energy leaks. Just do one thing at a time that does not feel overwhelming to you, like polishing a pair of shoes or doing your laundry. Remember that part of this practice of maintenance is symbolic therefore polishing a pair of shoes has an energetic ripple effect that will begin to form a pattern of momentum around other maintenance tasks. The other challenge this month could be a tendency to feel flat, bored, impatient, and like nothing significant is happening in your life despite the numerous activities of the day. You may feel like you are spinning your wheels especially if you are person somewhat addicted to the drama of high level activity. Relax, there is a lot happening in the mundane day to day and this is an important time to regroup, recharge, maintain and rebalance.

Fix, Eliminate, Upgrade, Clean
How the theme affects:

YOU PERSONALLY

Don’t underestimate how the whole of you (physical, emotional, and spiritual) will react with a little attention. A little bit goes a long way and you know where your personal maintenance areas of need are. Even though this month is very personal, internal and close to home, you will still need the support and help of others whether you are dealing with your physical health and well-being or other aspects of your life. One of the more personal disciplines is to address the energy leaks you may have. From wasting time in the wrong areas or with the wrong people, to giving your power away to addictions and bad habits, this is an area to be truthful about. If you make changes with the intention of maintaining a better balance in your life, you can make a lot of progress. Watch that the negative aspects of impatience or self-deprecation don’t derail your good intentions. Make reasonable lists of “fix, clean, eliminate or upgrade”, pay attention to your environment, to how you feel, and to what needs attention and maintenance that is personal to you. The opportunity this month is for a stronger, healthier, happier, and more balanced “you”.

RELATIONSHIPS

This will be a tricky month for relationships. You will need to use your intuition and discernment to determine which relationships need attention and what kind of attention. Last month we had opportunities for deep healing that affected relationships. Some of the healed relationships now need to be maintained if they are keepers. If not, they need to be released. Take an inventory of the important relationships in your life and ask yourself what they need at this time for maintenance. Beware of your dreams and people showing up from your past. Fix, clean, eliminate or upgrade. You will know if something needs to be fixed. Remember you can only fix it for yourself. Cleaning up miscommunication and misunderstandings is also a good thing to do this month for the maintenance of important or necessary relationships. Sometimes maintenance requires elimination especially if a relationship has become an energy leak. Upgrading can take many forms depending on the nature of the relationship. The main thing is to upgrade the quality of exchange, time spent, and energy given and received.

Watch becoming irritated, impatient or intolerant. This reaction probably means you are due for a break and some protected time with self. Also be careful what you commit to this month. Always ask yourself first if it is something you wish to participate in. Is it a distraction? Is it an energy leak? Or is it a great opportunity for exchange and maintaining connections that are important to you. Put yourself and what is best for you first. The personal rewards should far outweigh any compromises.

THE ENVIRONMENT

There are not a whole lot of new things to say about the environment except to remind you that the “environment” this month should also refer to your personal environment. To the extent that you focus on your personal environment and fix, upgrade, clean or eliminate, the greater environment will respond. Don’t fixate too much on what is happening “out there” but rather on what is happening in your own home and back yard. Maintenance of your own environment sends the message of responsibility and intention to the quantum field and will have a ripple effect on the greater “environment”. On the other hand there is certainly a focus globally on maintenance and sustainability and what that means. The theme of sustainability in the environment is not a new one and is a long-term theme that will continue to be present with us for some time.

In terms of weather patterns55 and earth phenomena, it is unlikely for anything earth shattering to happen in the first part of the month. However, some weaknesses in manmade controls such as dams, mud slide retaining walls, water diversions, roads etc. may become apparent as needing maintenance. There may even be events that happen to bring attention to what needs fixing or an upgrade. On a more spiritual level, the maintenance of a shamanic appreciation of earth and sky and all the elements is an important practice that will always help keep the planet in balance. This is part of the maintenance theme that relates to the environment that everyone should consider adding to a daily practice.

HEALTH AND THE PHYSICAL BODY

This is a great month to get your physical health on an upgraded maintenance routine. Any effort you put into this area will give your body the message that you are paying attention. It is a good month to do a cleanse, to clean up your diet, and to raise the quality of what you use to support your physical health. It is also recommended that you address certain areas of maintenance such as hair, skin, nails, skeletal alignment and general getting into shape. The areas of digestion, hormonal balance and glandular health are the hot points this month and could use some extra attention and support. The opportunity is excellent for being in the best physical health ever provided you pay attention to the maintenance and “fix, clean, eliminate and upgrade”.

FINANCE, PROJECTS, PARTNERSHIPS, BUSINESS

This is not a month for expansion or risk taking. This is also not a month to hold on to what is no longer working. It is a month to be practical, conservative, responsible, and hard working. It is also a month to pay attention to the details of your business, finances, partnerships and projects, and put some energy into maintaining balance. If you are behind in any area, put some effort into catching up. You do not want to be caught with a lot of loose ends as you enter this next year. Instead it would be important to feel that all your projects are manageable and viable. You should see very clearly this month what can be maintained and what needs to be cut loose. Is more going out than coming in? This is not always about money but about energy.

Identify the energy leaks and ask yourself if what you are putting your energy into is that of an old idea, ideal or dream that no longer has relevance to you in the present. These may be hard decisions especially when you have to eliminate. Pay attention to your partnerships and how they support you or don’t support you. The personal relationships will be one of the most important things that will make or break a project or a business. You cannot afford to carry dead weight or keep something going to avoid disappointing someone. You may need to delegate details to others and trust that they will be managed and maintained according to what is necessary so make sure you have the right people on board with you. Maintaining cooperation and good working relationships will be key to building strong supportive and sustainable communities56. There is an opportunity this month to build solid and strong foundations and to get projects, partnerships, finances and your business on the right track.

POLITICS AND GLOBAL ISSUES

Everything mentioned before always applies to this category. Maintenance of good intentions, peace talks, cooperative efforts, new policies, progress on important global issues will require choices in the areas of either fixing, eliminating, cleaning or upgrading. This will take an effort and not everyone will be happy with the results. Remember that where we are as a planet is a work in progress and any decisions that get made or laws that get passed or people that come into power are all temporary in the larger scheme of things. Remember that we created and continue to create everything that we experience to accommodate the collective intention and agreement. Acceptance and neutrality are always the best way to hold where the planet is at this time. Since this is a month of looking to your own environment, work on maintaining balance on your own home front.

DATES AND TIME FRAMES

December 1-7: A time possibly characterized by a bit of scatter and low energy. It is useful to make lists and to start tackling the maintenance of your environment and person one step at a time. Eliminate what isn’t useful or important. Assess your energy leaks and begin to do something about them. Make an inventory in each category of what needs attention: relationships, physical body, emotional health, spiritual life, home environment, place of work or business, personal possessions. Do something every day to fix, eliminate, clean and upgrade. This is a focused time of doing these mundane tasks and staying away from risks, impulsive behaviors, and impatience. Remember that self-care is at the top of the list.

December 5: New Moon is at 10:36 AM Mountain Standard Time. Certainly a day to take making an inventory of what needs maintenance seriously. Spend some time on that inventory and the intentions to fix, eliminate, clean and upgrade. Do something just for yourself, something that addresses an upgrade in personal maintenance. Take a break from responsibilities that include others.

December 8-15: This is a time of lots of emotional movement, ups and downs, impatience and futility one day and satisfaction and joy the next. You will reap huge benefits from any work you do around the theme of maintenance during this time. Clean up relationships, your diet, and your practices. Be responsible, conservative and practical without compromising your higher ideals and connection to spirit. Enjoy the little mundane things in life especially where you are putting energy into maintaining your person and your environment. If you have upgraded the kind of soap you use, then appreciate the upgrade every time you use the soap. It is that simple.

December 16-22: The time seems to accelerate here as we move towards the winter solstice57 that comes with a full moon and a total lunar eclipse on the same day. You may experience non-specific anxiety or agitation as if you don’t know where to put your energy. Having your lists and things to fix and maintain will be very important as a way to mark the days and feel accomplishment. Watch distractions, projections, and energy leaks. People may surface from the past and you may need to deal with unfinished business. Remember to be discerning about where your responsibilities lie and where they don’t. Beware of the impatient feeling that there is not enough time as well as the self-deprecation that says you don’t have what it takes. Rely heavily on your spiritual practices to carry you through this next period of time.

December 21: Full Moon and Total Lunar Eclipse58 is at 1:13 AM Mountain Standard Time. The Eclipse should be visible in North and South America after midnight. Winter Solstice is exact at 4:39 AM Mountain Standard Time. Needless to say, this is an extremely powerful day that sets the stage for the next period of time. It is imperative that you stay away from any situations where conflict, violence, argument or disagreement is anywhere present. Keep your energy focused and clean. If you have your ducks in a row and have managed to maintain balance and focus, you could experience a higher centered breakthrough with a lot of insights, clarity, intention and a great sense of rightness to your life and direction. If not, you could be in for a breakdown. Breakdowns will happen in the aftermath of this day and will affect anything that should have been dealt with beforehand. Make sure to do something special to honor this day, set your intentions, write your wish lists and treat this solstice as the true beginning of a new year. If you are still dealing with situations that do not have closure, do something symbolic such as a burning ceremony around the issues to acknowledge your intention of completion.

December 23-31: Despite the holidays and the imprint for celebration, this may in fact be a difficult time for some. Seeing the truth of something difficult to accept, feeling discouraged regarding things needing maintenance, disappointed expectations especially regarding the behavior or reactions of others, and a general feeling of life being difficult with no rewards could be what some of you struggle with. Also watch for breakdowns in others as the overwhelm and intensity of the solstice, full moon and eclipse continue to work on situations that need change. On the other hand, a feeling of peace and resignation (in a good way) and almost a relief could be the experience of others of you who have navigated this month with less judgment and expectation but with hard work and focus. It is the time of the void and keeping a “don’t know mind” with regards to the future. Take care of your health and the things in your personal environment you can do something about. It is important to simply take stock of where everything is, give it a nod, trust that things are exactly where they need to be, and then get back to work, chopping wood59 and carrying water!

Greetings. This is Lord Metatron49. All of you reading this are Members of the Ground Crew of the Ashtar Command. You are witnessing the vast wide sweeping Ascension of Planet Earth. It is unfolding before your eyes.

Each One of you are experiencing that which you call to yourself to expand with the Ascension. Your Guides work closely with you. They watch your conversations, your choices and where you repeatedly place your energy. You may receive a nudge that you should move in a different direction. If you are asking for Guidance everyday, you will receive more than a nudge, maybe a situation which seems like a coincidence or a long waited for dream comes true. These are signs you are listening, have right relationships and are following your Guidance. There is a Divine Law which is working on you at all times, whether you are aware of it or not. If you do not use the gifts, the nudges, your talent, as it has been shared by the Universe, then it will all be taken away from you. As you focus bliss into your energy, creativity, and generosity to the World, so the same and more is returned to you.

It is seen in the western world50 that many have difficulty connecting with their Heart Mission. Some feel there will be a job description and company manual. They wait, wait, wait, for this western model to show up. Many of you have multiple incarnations on other Planets and you will pull yourself off the smart phone just as Ashtar ushers in your Shuttlecraft, and not concern yourself too much with spiritual pursuits before then.
It is the downfall of the imbalance of spiritual teaching, predominantly in the west, which has many asking questions about turning things around in the abundance realm; when will I have a job, how can I generate more money, should I pursue that which has not worked making money before?

These are traps of the programming which is a cost of living in the western world51. It is a very important part of the Earth experience to come up through the matrix programming and clear it for the rest of the Planet.

Many of you, if you did not have a job you HAD to show up for, if you did not live in the cement jungle, these questions would not be your burning questions.

Much has been taught in the spiritual circles about the flower of life, the seed of life, the tree of life52. These are all fractals one over the other of the Great Divine Blueprint. There is a specific spiritual pattern to accomplishing abundance of all forms. There is a recipe for the cookbook. It is Indivisible. It is Universal. Gratitude, Forgiveness, Focus, Intensity, Truth, Pure Consciousness, Bliss and Love are key ingredients. Not much time is devoted to these, in the combinations and forms needed to move ahead, to have abundance, to anchor in the siddhas. Many of the questions of WHEN and HOW could be answered if more time were taken to encourage and nurture these ingredients into your life recipe for happiness.

Magic and Alchemy require the secrets be unlocked of these Greater Understandings. It is not easy to allow magic in if you never take a walk outside, stretch your body, gaze at the sun, sit next to a tree….even the most expert spiritual person is given to forget these things in the western world53.

As you sit quietly, take a few cleansing deep breaths. Feel the energy of your third eye open and expand. Know this is raising the chemicals in your brain. The Throne of the 20 plus 4 ignite releasing the gold dust which can transport you out of your crown, out to outer Space and beyond, just with a few breaths. Now feel joy and bliss flooding your cells. This is the meaning behind the Divine Blueprint which is formula in the Adam Kadmon54 electromagnetic and crystalline harmonic called the Human Body. It is designed to be an instant connection to HOME. You must unplug from the news cycles, the chatter of Internet, programming of buy buy buy, the constant pull of a schedule which is always over scheduled. As you tune into Bliss with a few deep breaths, as your Perfect Body is a Multidimensional Travel Unit into Itself, then some of the other questions will have little importance to you. If you are asking these questions today, I challenge you to examine your life and ask yourself, Where am I putting my FOCUS, one of the key ingredients of the recipe?

I would like to share a story. There was a Mother who was out of town on Saturday and went to the Cathedral for her weekly confession with the priest. She had her young daughter along. She was nervous realizing in this larger church she was confessing to the Bishop. She said her prayers and confessed as a Mother of 4 children, all under the age of 5 she sometimes lost her temper and snapped at the kids. That was her main transgression she struggled with. Just then, her little girl, clicking the heels of her shiny shoes repeatedly against the wooden pew, yelled, ‘Mommy, What Are You Doing In That Closet’? The Holy Man said, ‘I wouldn’t worry about it.’ This old man-made outdated programming of western traditions which are called religion no longer serve Earth Ascension. Some of you are experiencing constant impatience and you snap easily. Some are the little girl who has no idea about the deeper meanings of spirit and constantly feels we should just hurry up and get over it. These thought patterns born of societies’ programming of you since birth stand between you and Ascension.

Earth needs you now. The Star Fleet Academy55 is calling for Volunteers. It is not enough to stay up-to-date on the computer and walk around Awake. It is necessary that you pursue BLISS. Until you have integrated BLISS into all parts of your life, you truly have nothing. No abundance in any area of life will come without BLISS. You are looking for a job, money, better relationships…find Bliss, all you are looking for is one second behind Bliss. Bliss grows more Bliss. Man-made religions of the west, designed for programming war, tend to leave out that tiny detail.

Where to begin? Why are you here? Look for that answer as your beginning. What gifts do you have to share with humanity? If being there for your children every single day with a warm meal and a hug is your greatest gift, it will last for generations to come. It CAN BE as simple as that. What is it that burns in your heart everyday which you desire doing more than anything else? Do It, repeatedly. It CAN BE as simple as that.

I am really tired of hearing about NASA annoucements. I have no repect for that agency at all and who cares what they announce as they continue to lie and be deceitful.Why dont they come out with the truth and show us all the photos they manipulated.They have3 threatened the lives of many and ther families. Hey thie ASS could be heavy at times but I got to buckle down before it catches up with me. A couple of months ago I had asked for the angels help at work. I first began to think of the possibility of life on other planets; in many galaxies and the existence of extraterrestrials, actually at a very young age.

I have always been somewhat of a duck of a different quack; since the age of 5. When I got older, I began to feel a pull in a direction that took me away from conventional thinking and placed me firmly on a path towards broadening my horizons.

The et presence became more adult for me, about three years ago, when my oldest son asked me to look up and see the white lines in the sky. I did and the rest is history or herstory!!!

Great question!

P.S. I don’t have a fixation that ets are my saviours, that they will solve all the worlds ills. I beleive we all have a hand in that; what I do think of the ets is that they are here for many reasons, some of which include monitoring us and some helping us help ourselves. We are the ones, we have been waiting for!!

Admiral, I always thank you for bringing Steve Beckow’s posts to us. Good for him for contacting NASA with requests for real disclosure! Hi family of light.

Thanks SaluSa and Mike for the latest message. I’m interested to understand more about the shape of the spaceships. Last week, I was driving home through the country lanes with my children and we saw a really bright light in the sky. It was totally stationary for ages. Then it moved across the field away from us. There was a really bright white light and red and green lights. I thought it was a search helicopter or something, although it made no sound that we could hear, but when we got home, my daughter drew a picture of it. She drew it as a sort of “V” shape.

I’m confused about what SaLuSa is saying about the shape and lights on their ships. Are they saying all their ships are round or some are triangular in shape too ? Also, are they saying they don’t use red, green and white lights like our aeroplanes ?

I wonder if someone could enlighten me and also comment on what we may have seen last week.

@Malpy, thanks for your comments yesterday I was really surprised that you mentioned about my job hunt. I didn’t even remember mentioned that on here…haha. Interviews went well but no bites yet. Thanks for posting Salusa today…I thought it was a good message. It definately feels like the tone has changed. The main focus now seems to be on staying centered, balanced, and in our truth as we go through this big shift. Good advice and I think it will be challenging for us all. I pray that we will all find the inner strengh to be there as support for others.

I have really stopped trying to explain it all to people that are unaware. Like Salusa says it will be difficult for those who “had little or no interest in life beyond earth”.

I also really liked your comments about Atlantis. I think that Salusa has mentioned Atlantis in the past but I could be wrong. Either way…he has not focused on it a great deal. I read a story back during the summer…I don’t remember who wrote it but it was fairly lenghty and it gave a good description of the history and fall of Atlantis.

It seemed to resonate with me but how much was true…I certainly have no idea. It seemed to say that we crossed into this “dark age” and as humanity became corrupted we just went over the cliff. Why couldn’t the “good guys” intervene? I don’t know.

There seems to be a lot of confusion about who/what/where/how much interaction is allowed b/t earthlings and ET’s. You watch ancient aliens and it seems like they were constantly interfering. Even Salusa today says that they helped advance with technology and there was certainly genetic tinkering going on? So, I guess we will just have to wait and see.

Okay, got to get a move on. No job definately translates to way too much time on the computer

Hi Admiral and it was not a quiet night at the doghouse at all.
First I get home and went to take out the garbage cans on the side of the house. Well all I could hear from inside my house was woo hoo woo hoo. It reminded me of the Spedman. Then as I was putting a can on the curb I hear chris screaming to me. hey John, I am so drunk and he seemed so happy while giving me a high 5. I was like Oh no I wonder how my house looks. So I go inside and right away ashley jumps on me. She could barely talk. They found some of those 4-loko drinks. They call them blackout in a can. She could not even sit straight up on the couch. she was talking incoherently. I guess if was drunk I would have understood her. She then saids i got to see Samantha. So I go to see where samantha was and she is in my bathroom witting on the toilet, Cover down, but sitting with her legs criss crossed. Now she was in the worst shape of them all. She wouldnt get out of there even afterChris pleaded with her that he has to go to the bathroom. I could not understand one word she was saying over the phone. It was hilarious. I told chris to just lift her up . She must have heard and then finally left the bathroom. Meanwhile I keep hearing Ashley scream from the parlor that she has to talk to Samantha.
At this point I need a shot of vodka.
samantha had to go to work at the trump towers where she covers the front desk overnight. she actually made it to work but saids she dont remember going to work. Then we get a surprise visit from richie the homeless guy. He was bringing me 2 – 24 oz beers. I tried to decline as I dont want him spending money on me but he insisted.He was also wasted but more in control. Samantha finnally fell asleep on my couch and that is good as maybe she straightened up enough to go to work. Mary jane also stopped by and then we called it a night and ordered pizza. I was shot by then also as I drank fast to catch up to them. one good thing was they cleaned my house really nice before they got wasted . I mean they even mopped the hardwood floors and organized my clutter. Wild ass night indeed. Gotta go manager on the loose and I dont know where but he always sneaks behind me to check my computer screen. Lunchtime.

That is good I would say he picked up the dog poo and pee on the newpapers. UGH! is right.

Laurinda I just watched the Jesse Ventura “police state” show again and I noticed something I missed the first time. The one congressman he gets to talk to about the fema camps mentions “aliens” twice in the conversation. I mean there was no mention of them anywhere else in the show. I find that a bit strange! Why is he bring them into the conversation?
