Good morning Everybody,
I just wanted to mention that I watched Diane Sawyer interview the husband of the congresswoman that was shot last week. It was really eye-opening. What a story of love and dedication.

What is truly amazing is that for all the apparent crooks and liars in the congress…she was the complete opposite. She is truly a servant of the people…and her husband laughed when Diane Sawyer asked if he wanted to run for office. He said, “No way, I just can’t work that hard” and he is a Space Shuttle Commander!!

I think it showed that there are people in our government who actually care about THE PEOPLE and they work very hard to make sure that life is improved for all. How many there actually are that are like this…I don’t know. But I believe that this woman Gabby Giffords…is honest, forthwright, and genuinely good human being.

So, just my two cents, but yeah…voting does matter! Sure the system is broken. Although, the power of the people is in that VOTE. I have been so disillusioned in the past, but progress is never easy, and you have to keep fighting for truth and justice. Just like Superman!

Laura, with all the time off for snow and me taking off i am swamped in work. Sill trying to get the years end invoices done. Even if I dont comment my heart and soul is with you all. Now I might have friday off due to the snow and i am already taking off monday. I know, what a life. Talking of all the horses, I had a dream of many horses last night. One, I was trying to take for a walk like you do with a dog but this horse didnot want any part of the collar and kept pulling at it. I just figured if I let the collar go the horse would run away. There were like 6 horses in my dream. It felt so natural to me to be with them. OI think my future work will be with the animal and cteacean community.

Joyous hello’s to you my friends. In this world of mine that seems to be struggling on so many levels, it would be great if you could offer some upliftment to our souls, and some wisdom to assist us in these challenging times. Thank you.

This is most fortunate wording from you as indeed this is our every intention always. It would not be appropriate for us to do otherwise , for we desire only to serve and allow those of you on the Earth plane who so choose to advance in retrieving the memories of the True soulself, which in turn of course, allows each soul to serve the whole.

There appears to be concern over matters regarding all sorts of oddities that are taking place upon your world. Again we would ask only that you focus on that which we have offered. To concentrate your thoughts, via your heart, and let Love guide you through every moment of your living. We are aware of our continual backup in this vein and yet WE FEEL it so absolutely imperative for you all to understand that it is THIS LOVE OF YOURS that is changing the very vibration of your planet NOW … And therefore, one must surely recognize that what is happening NOW is what is creating your days ahead. May we reiterate a few pointers?

By all means.

There are so many choosing to remain in fear, even though they are given alternatives. One thing we cannot do is make choices for an individual. That would never do. We can only persevere with that which we know will assist greatly. This is why we have come. To help you understand about LOVE. There are so many that have questions of what may or may not occur within the next few years of your time, and yet have we not said that the way of your world in your future days is entirely up to you? Yet still many ask what will happen to them. Is the sky to fall? Is the world to end? Is black black? And is white yellow?

What is to take place for each soul is what they choose to accomplish within their minds creation. Do you see? It is YOU, ALL OF YOU, by creating thoughts of Love …. By putting into action these thoughts … By BEING these thoughts … That shall confirm the pathway that your world is to walk. This is why so many from other spheres have chosen to be a part of this glorious change. To show to you that THE LIGHT THAT YOU ARE is what is to be the GUIDING INFLUENCE upon your NEW WORLD. We cannot and shall not create it for you. Yet it is through the purest of LOVE for our family that we have taken it upon ourselves to continue to influence your BEINGS in a manner that serves the entire ISNESS of what IS.

Let go of these man made fears. For so many of you are now aware enough to see that is what they are. You are more than manmade are you not? You are so much more than who you believe yourselves to be. You chose to embark upon a journey of such magnitude in order to bring into BEING a world that is of the brightest future. You, who have endured much in order to bring this about, must recognize that NOW in your finest hours, you are aligning the new vibration with it’s fellow assistants and through this the New Dawn is indeed arising. The promises made to the soul self are being fulfilled. The accomplishments that are occurring within yourselves on a soul level are astounding the core of your BEING. For you are awakening to your Truth.

YOU KNOW IT. YOU CAN FEEL IT. Yet it is now at this crucial time, that you must also recognize that there is a devious plot to counteract all that is taking place by those of Light. Many are aware of such matters. Indeed we do not desire to give it energy and focus, for as you have learned, by doing so you are merely feeding the egotistical energy of these lost souls. They sadly survive on the spreading of fear and darkness, and for everyone of you that allows for even just one moment to fall into their trap, you are undoing so much good that has been accomplished. This is why we continue to reiterate the importance of remaining steadfast in your Light and your TRUTH at all times. You know better now than to think for even a second, of matters that will bring down your vibration. Be vigilant dearest friends. Be alert. STOP … PLEASE STOP recharging energies that do not serve.

We cannot understand, we find it difficult to know why you do so, when you have grown within your own understanding. WHY? Why would you continue to feed this darkness when you KNOW that is only LIGHT that shall see you through into this New World. This does not resonate well for us. Yet, we are not of human form. This we do appreciate and therefore, what may seem entirely plausible to us, may not seem the same to you, for you are working within energies that we cannot be affected by. This is why we are speaking this way at this time. For we so desire our words to get through to you.

FEED ONLY THE LIGHT. BE ONLY THE LIGHT. Let go of every atom of that which does not shine out in LOVE. You wish to move into a world that is of the finest dreams. You wish all wars to cease. You pray that those who leave your planet due to lack of food shall never have to return to such a circumstance. You ask for so many things from the deepest wounds of your heart to change. We say to you …. ‘Then make it change. Make this world of your desires come about’.

IT IS YOU … YOU WHO MUST DO THIS. THROUGH THOUGHT… THROUGH LOVING THOUGHT.

If you want a world full of laughter, then laugh more. If you want to be peaceful as you walk along in nature then … be peaceful as you walk along in nature. If you want a world that does not have guns , then do not under any circumstances give thought or energy to guns. To not concentrate on that which you DO NOT WANT. Give intense thought only to that which you do. Behave in the fashion of how your New World should be.

When you were children, you would play. You would create a world of make believe. If you liked a particular fantasy, you would return to that same ‘place’ over and over. The place and story would expand as one gave more time to it. This is all that is required of you now. Go back to the child that you are. Be one that plays and becomes enwrapped within that world of playfulness. Make that world a place that you choose to reside in more and more. Write down if you feel it necessary, all that you would like your New World to be. Write the script. Draw the scenery. And most of all FEEL the reality of this world you are creating. Use your imaginations. Imagine how you would FEEL in this NEW WORLD … and hold on to that FEELING …. ALL THE TIME . Catch yourself when you are focusing on that which does not serve you or anyone else and MAKE SURE that you turn it around to FEELING LOVE. … AT ALL TIMES. If you want a world full of LOVING BEINGS then you must become one … AT ALL TIMES.

Move on from FEELING sorry for yourself and your world. You are finding these words confronting are you not dearest Blossom?

If you continue in these last days of the old world to have your heart broken by all that you see around you, then you will continue to have your heart broken by all that you see around you. When your BEing is seized by sadness from a particular ‘disaster’ then BECOME aware that feeding that sadness out to those involved does not assist. Find in that moment of recognition your strength. Take a few deep breathes and change your thoughts to sunshine and laughter and imagine those souls affected by any particular disaster, laughing and Loving once again. Bring about the change through thought. This is so important. We desire that you see through that which is going on … that which is taking place.

BE UPLIFTING … to all those around you … everywhere.

BRING IN THE LOVING THOUGHTS in times when you would find it much easier to break down and shed tears for all those who are suffering in many ways.

BRING IN THE LIGHT to that circumstance or situation. Shower YOUR LIGHT upon the places and the people that are suffering.

DO YOU SEE … DO YOU SEE … DO YOU SEE? It is your Light that will make the difference to them. If you cry along with them, you are ‘giving in’ to that which is not of use. That which does not serve. We are not asking of you to lose all sense of compassion. The very opposite. It is by being of strength and giving of Light that you are BEing compassionate.

There feels to be an urgency with in this wisdom.

Dearest souls who have become so very close to us. We Love each and everyone of you …. WITH A PASSION. We know that under ALL circumstances, the very most …. the very utmost we can do is offer our LOVE to you. All we are asking is for you to do the same to each other.

What may appear ahead may confuse and bewilder those who do not choose to see through it. LISTEN to your heart beat. Within its rhythm your Truth will speak. If it falls out of rhythm then listen to its FEELING …. NOT your mind … NOT your fear … for have you not just decided as you read these words of today … that fear is no longer to be part of your makeup? Did we not just FEEL that so many … if not all …. just made a decision to only EVER BE OF A LOVING DISPOSITION and to concentrate soulely/solely on bringing about the world of LOVE that lies ahead for each one?

Greetings beloved one we are here we are angels of the light we are guides of the light who join you in this now moment in unconditional love and peace and serenity. We invite you to join in raising your vibration to experience the higher realms the spiritual realms which you exist in. You are more than a physical body, you are a spiritual being and we invite you to tune into your feelings, relax your mind, open your heart and allow the energy of love all around you to flow into your being to lift your vibration and to assist you in raising your frequency to the realm of love, the realm in which the spiritual multidimensional light being, that is your higher self exists and dwells and patiently awaits your connection. You, are infinitely knowledgeable, wise, and powerful in the light. When you are connected to your higher self your psychic abilities, your joy level your love and your ability to understand and excel in your world are increased and are opened with this connection . Let your mind be still, and open your heart and feel your vibration begin to raise as you tune into the spiritual realm.

Release your conscious thoughts, and open your heart wider and as you do we are able to assist you in raising your vibration. The love flowing all around you is able to pour in through your heart filling your body, raising your vibration so that your physical body no longer resonates with pain or suffering but can fully enter into this now, this now moment where you are surrounded with light. And with your open heart, your calm mind… we invite your higher self to come in and to connect with you now. You may Feel your posture adjust, your breathing slow. Or quicken allow this connection and simply sit in this magnificent presence, this diving love that is your higher self and feel your physical being merging with your spiritual body just breathe feel tune into your perceptions beyond your physical senses tune into your imagination, and the impressions your higher self gives you now . What can your higher self communicate with you now that you most need to know? Focus on your heart, clearing your mind and notice that there is some sort of message… there is either an imagery, a word, a feeling. What does your higher right self communicate with you now? Feel your self connecting with your spiritualness, feel your self vibrating at a high rate, magnetizing love, abundance and happiness towards you, open your heart and raise your vibration even more imagine you are sitting in a circle of light beings with outstretched arms and hands, grab the hands of the light beings next to complete this circle, and as you do this in your minds eye and in your imagination, you are cleansed and lifted even more. This, is your rightful place, a light being, joined with other masters in a circle of light, a spiritual circle… some call this medicine wheel, a sacred space of divine energy and love where the limitations and restrictions of your world no longer apply. Understand that now as you are a part of this divine circle of light anything is possible in your life.

Let your mind become calm once again and ask your higher self… What are my next steps to accomplish my purpose? Drop into your heat and feel , notice an answer does appear, this may be simple or it may be specific and pointed. Whatever you receive thank your higher self

And return your awareness once more to the circle of light you are apart of. Imagine now that inside this circle you can fill it with whatever vibrations you choose we will add love, peace, compassion, understanding, abundance and happiness, well being, love, authentic connection…. Any traits and attributes you desire in your life now, add these to the circle… and when you are ready imagine yourself dropping the hands of those light beings next to you, noticing that as you do, the circle before you is now a sphere of positive energy, of good vibrations, conscious intentions of what you want to create and who you are ultimately are, who you are becoming in the light, confident, loving, joy filled.

When you are ready, imagine you are stepping forward into this sphere of light energy so that this energy encompasses your entire physical body… more than that your auric body, your emotional body your etheric body your light body. And feel now, as you stand now in the middle of this energetic circle these positive attributes, feelings of well being, spiritual energy of the light joining with your energy merging with your light and raising you to a vibration of love.

You are love, feel this love radiating through your being, flowing all around you… in you, through you.

Let your higher self draw your awareness now, to an event, to a person, to a situation in your life that could use light… a situation that could be raised in vibration to bring you a more enjoyable, more light filled experience. What area of your life needs a little bit of light now or perhaps a lot of light? Let this come to your awareness through a picture, through a thought, an idea, an image, a sound… where in your life is light needed? Remember that as you are in the circle, light is all around you and indeed within you. Since you are filled with light you are able to send this out light now. Raise your hands up and feel the light now flowing out of your from your heart from your hands and going flowing to where it is needed in your body, in your life. Raising the vibration, bringing this circumstance or situation into alignment with your divine path.

Take a deep breathe, and give thanks now to the beings of light around you, give thanks to your higher self, and indeed know that this light… you can now carry with you throughout your day, knowing that at anytime your higher self can guide you back to this place of love, and can guide you… to ultimate fulfillment in life, but it takes tuning in, opening your heart your mind… your body allowing light and love to flow in… allowing yourself to go with the flow, to trust in the process of life, believing that your desires are possible. Believing that you are safe and loved and supported. Your beliefs create your thoughts, which create your emotions which create your physical reality. Re identify who you are as a light being and refocus the beliefs about how your world operates in a loving and positive way .

Connect with your higher self to open your psychic and spiritual centers and gifts. Love yourself. Flow with the universe, and beloved know… that you truly are on course. Keep looking inward, keep seeking and searching for truth in you… and you will find the full reunion of spiritual self and physical self and this combination, this union is your ultimate purpose now.

Stretch and move, do yoga, meditate, breathe and play. Have fun as this process unfolds, it is divine… and you are so deeply loved. It is Lord Sananda at your service. It is a pleasure to be here once again with each of you, with Meleriessee and bringing forth the energies of the Christ Consciousness that each of you are embodying in these moments. Let’s take a deep breath as Christine as opened up your Thymus chakra.
Allow the Thymus to be more fully open as the entryway comes to you of the Christ Consciousness of the Golden Flame. Breathe deeply as you receive the Golden Flame within you. This energy is a direct activity of what is already in your Soul’s level of continuance. All we are doing right now is allowing you to fully receive this activation fully within you. Allow your Higher Self and I Am Presence to be fully activated within the body. Feel this frequency of the Golden Flame to go deep within inside of you. Allow it to go to your physical structure of all the organs, and all the interworkings of the systems within the body, moving into the spinal column and fluid levels of the organs, the muscle, the bloodstream, glandular system, circulatory system, and all frequencies within the physical. If there are any physical ailments or issues that need to be energized or released, allow the Golden Flame to go in there now. We now move into the Etheric Level which is the level you feel this activations, the changes going on within you, and the way we travel in our soul body, we ask the Etheric Level to be clear and clean with the Golden Flame. We now move into the Emotional level and allow all the emotions to be balanced with the intuition to be flowing, the aspect of the female energies to be fully balanced in order to activate your ideas within the Emotional level. We now move into the Mental level; in this level we fully activate in the frequency of the male energy, that logic. Many have a hard time letting go of the logic. Allow the female to assist; allow the gentleness of the female to bring forth in the male as this Golden flame is incorporated within you. Feel it in Heart Center as the Male and Female become more in balance as pellets of Golden Balls are filtered through your Heart area. Take a sigh of relief as these aspects of your Being are fully activated in the same level of frequency. Not one is any stronger than the other; not one is any weaker than the other. There is a complete balance. Let us now bring forth that four-body system into one body as we integrate the Spiritual body of your Higher Sense, of your Light Body to be fully activated within the Physical. Allow those energies to be incorporated within you in this moment. Just breathe through that and feel the essence that you are. This is your Wisdom and your Knowledge, it’s your activity, your ability to work through desires and manifestations that you have been actualizing within you ~ possibly for eons of time.
Now is the time to fully feel that activation within you. Some of you are working with receiving more love in your life. As you intuit this energy within you, you will receive the love. It cannot help be received as each of you are mirrors for each other, allowing that receiving process to occur for you. Allow the synchronization of your lives to be enfolded. This is a very powerful week for the manifestation. We are going to working with you this evening to help you bring forth those manifestations more fully within your physical life. Some of you are transitioning at rates beyond your mind’s ability to understand. Some of you have been letting go of the ego formulations that have been tucked away inside of you for eons of time. Some of you have been emotional, and some are feeling alone because the focus of your soul family has not quite come together yet. Be patient with yourself, because the train is about to leave the station. Make sure you get on the train and into your seat; once you do so, you will see all the others that are coming together for you in bringing forth different aspects. The work, this Spring, is going to transpire into elements you never thought possible. Let’s take this time together and remember the Divinity that we all are.
I, as Lord Sananda, am only your guide. Each of you are aspiring to what my life was like as Jeshua in the highest formulation. We are honored to be able to work with you in this manner because we walk alongside of you, not in front of you, or behind you, we all walk together. We are here in the integration of Divine Mother and Father God to assist you in the frequency of what is occurring for you this week. The power of the energies are beyond the thoughts within your brainwaves. It is not possible to really configure what is occurring. This is the year of the great change. This is the year of beauty, this is a wonderful year to fully activate everything you desire to have. People are going to be coming together in the acceptance of Whom You Are and now what we need for each of you to realize is to bring forth these activations within you internally, individually so that you can share with others but do not share until you are ready to fully activate all these frequencies within you. Each of you are transitioning in a different state of being and within this state of being you fully have not been activated on these levels on a physical realm. Yet you have been activated on the higher planes. Yes, you have been working through these elements in the previous energies of the Innerplane activity; yes, you are ready to receive. You would not be opened up to these energies right now, because in this moment you are receiving the Cosmic energies. Not everyone on this Earthplane can handle the frequencies. You are a very, very small percentage that are able to handle these energies to bring in these frequencies into your Being because you are the ones that are going to show others and you may not understand how you are going to do so but it is not for you to understand. It is just for you to Receive; when you fully access into your Higher Mind you will be able to understand the processes that are going on within you. It will be an understanding that you may not be able to put into words but there will be a concept within your level of frequency that says, “Oh, my Gosh, now I am able to understand. I understand everything that I have been going through.” This week is the week to fully integrate the activations of these manifestations you have been working with. It may not be of a physical nature, it maybe manifestations centered within your heart. It may be manifestations within your relationships, it may be manifestations centering within your soul family, within your genetic family, whatever it is, we ask that each of you receive right now this frequency that we are going to be sending to you.
Take a deep breath as your Seat of your Soul is fully open allowing your Higher Self to fully bring forth these frequencies and allow it to filter into your four-body system that we are bringing the Light Body activation for you. We ask that every person that is listening to this recording or is here in this moment, to fully accept this Light Quotient to allow that frequency to be within you, whatever it is that you need. Allow the balance the occur; allow the movement to occur; allow the joy to occur; allow the higher consciousness to occur. Whatever it is that each individual needs in this moment, it will be your gift.
We allow this Divinity to be fully within you; accept the fact that it is happening right now. We bring it into the Thymus, allowing it to move into the Heart, and then to the Solar Plexus. Three activations within the Solar Plexus, Heart, and then the Thymus are the major focalizations within your body. The Solar Plexus of being in your Power, the Heart being the capacity to Give and Receive, the Thymus of Vibratory Communication. As we bring forth these three forces together, allow it to be in one centered energies; allow that frequency to be balanced. As you bring forth this frequency and allow it to be within you, you will start to see a change in each of the other chakras. Those of you that need to work with the lower chakras, must do so in order to fully integrate the higher chakras, moving into the 22 Chakras and the Rays that is the compensation of your Light body, the 5th dimensional frequency. Do not be afraid ~ Allow it to be. Do not worry about the circumstances that may happen. Some of you question and some of you are trying to work in the Mental level in such a state, that you are not allowing it to Be. So in this moment I give to you, We give to you, Mother and Father God, to our children, to our children that are listening in this moment, to bring forth your Spirit, your Soul, the Light frequency that is deserving in your body.
We bring it forth into your Earth Star and allow it to spin. We extend the crystalline colors of all colors and frequencies in all the Rays and the Silvers, Blues, Oranges, Pinks, Goldens, Lavenders, Violets, and the luminosity of all frequencies starting in your Earth Star. We start within the Earth Star to bring forth balancing energies. Bring it from the Earth Star up your limbs into your knees, up through hips, into the body of the Root, down and out, allow all the frustrations and the fears and those lower emotions to be fully transformed in this moment. Allowing it to go into the Sacral, the sexual energies to be activated in a healthy and functional manner, allow the Creativity to flow. Moving up into the Solar Plexus of the Will and the Power as the lower energies of the lower chakras of the Sacral and the Root become more balanced. Then the Will and Power is activated in a functional manner. It is not dysfunctional and not dis-eased. It is integrating those energies and you feel it in your Heart. As you bring it in your Heart, you start to embellish within you these elements from the lower chakras, moving it up into the Thymus with the Vibratory Communication. You start to feel the energies differently than you ever have before. You will be able to receive the messages that are necessary. You won’t have to depend upon others to do the work for you. You will find yourself to be in balance and an integrated Light Being in this physical body. You move it up into the Throat and you start to feel the communication that you do with others is of a Heart-centered focus within your Will and Power. Then you move it up into your Third eye as it is expanding completely with all the other elements that are being focused and balanced from the lower levels as it moves up into the Crown. The Crown is now ready to receive.
As the spirituality you are is being more focalized than it has ever been before, you start to feel the embellishment that is occurring within you. We now open up our arms wide. Feel yourself standing there underneath the sky, the moon, and the stars. The vibrancy of the stars are coming down upon you as you receive the sparkles of crystalline light fully within your activation, fully within your body, fully within your essence. Allow that to be activated Now within you ~ your wishes and desires in this moment ~ Let’s take a breath and receive these wishes and desires. As you receive these wishes and desires, you start to feel the essence coming through you. It is the same feeling as the trickle of your blood through your veins. It will become part of you. There can be no other energies, as it is not possible at this moment. We bring forth this activation; we ask for this activation to occur right now on this date of January 16th and we want it to continue through January 21st ~ through the Full Moon of the Manifestation and the three-day period of the moon you will be activated. Do your ceremonies, do the activations for this to happen. Write down exactly what it is you want to occur, if it has not already occurred, reach out to another that you have been thinking about. Allow those elements to be fully activated. No longer hold yourself back, because as you do so, you are not allowing the Divinity Within You to flow. Allow it to be in a Heart centered capacity and you cannot do any wrong. Allow yourself now to feel these energies of the Crystalline colors; of the Golds, Blues, Greens, Yellows, Lavenders, Violets, and the Luminosity of all colors together in that frequency of All That Is.
Feel that now in your Heart Center and your Solar Plexus ~ Feel the balance and feel the existence ~ That You Are. Feel the purity and divinity that you have for yourself. As you bring forth this Divinity and Love, you cannot fail. There is no failing; only success. Success of every avenue of your life and it may change from hour-to-hour for what you want to be doing. This is exactly what the energies are creating right now. There are opportunities that are coming in many different levels of existence. What is deep within your Heart? Take a deep breath within the deepness within your heart ~ the vibratory energy that You Are. What is it you desire? Is it another? Is it someone you know? Is it activation? Is it a possibility for your work? Is it a relocation? Whatever it is, it is coming. And those fifth dimensional relationships that are still going on and not being activated, now is the time for you fully command that activation to occur. Allow the fear to subside. The beauty of these relationships will be able to be balanced within your body, within your lives, ~ it doesn’t matter where each of you live, what the locations are. If the synchronicity and the element of you to walk together, work together, and be together, it is now the time. It is now the time for the activation because the male and the female of the Beloveds are coming together, as the male and female of each person is being balanced and intertwined. You cannot help but receive those elements within your lives.
Take a deep breath and allow all of these elements to be fully within you. Allow yourself to fully activate yourself in a way you never thought possible. You are the maker of your destiny; all we are doing is allowing you to receive the activation that you already have commanded. Your soul has commanded it,but now your physical body is receiving it. Allow this receiving to occur. We, of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God, is our great pleasure to be here with you in this moment to assist you with this process of the Divinity that is occurring of the pure manifestation upon this planet. This manifestation is not just for each of you that are listening in this moment, it is for all sentinent beings, all commanding elements for each person to receive the beauty of the Light and the Love that they are. As they mirror that out into the world, you cannot help but receive. It is your time; you have worked very hard to get to this point. We ask for you to Receive. We are with you in this walk as so many others are of the Spiritual Hierarchy. Please know that we walk with you, we are so happy that each of you are in this awakened state so that you can help others to awaken. It is a great movement that is happening upon this planet and each of you are the way-showers.
Take a deep breath and allow this movement to occur within you. Know that this week is going to be very magical and very beautiful for each of you in the Divinity that You Are. It is our blessing to each of you to expand your consciousness to fully receive these activations to help yourself in the changes you are going through.

Bren-Ton of Andromeda, Athabantian, a starship from Andromeda. The galaxy Andromeda, with over a trillion star systems, many of which contain planets nurturing various forms of sentient life, is the galaxy nearest your Milky Way galaxy. Our galaxy is of approximately the same age as your own, and embraces beings in many stages of evolvement.

Aboard Athabantian are quasi-physical beings whose planets have recently transitioned from the influence of the dark energy, plus beings who have progressed along the path of evolvement to where they no longer occupy any type of physical bodies, and celestials from around the universe. All aboard Athabantian are at One with the God of this universe and the many other beings who are focused on the transformation of Earth and her humans.

Athabantian is a gigantic vessel, many miles in diameter. She was materialized by the collective energies of over a million Andromedans working in harmony with all. Athabantian is a living being who communicates with everyone and everything on-board. Athabantian has a soul. She also has free will and volunteered for her current undertaking.

Athabantian is currently positioned in geosynchronous orbit about your planet, but one quite different from that occupied by your communications satellites. When we lower our cloaking shield, you may glimpse us as a very bright object in the night sky — more about that another time.

We wish to thank Mark Kimmel for his dedication these past months to receiving and publishing our messages, and for agreeing to post these new messages. Words such as Athabantian have been provided to Mark, as have our names; all are a close approximation to the way in which we might pronounce them for your ears were we to communicate face-to-face with you. Events are moving very fast, so we have changed our format of communicating with you.

One purpose of the messages at this site is to keep you appraised of events as we see them unfolding from our vantage point high above you, and from intelligence gleaned by our space brothers and sisters who walk among you. We will have more to say about these and other important disclosures in future messages.

When I say we, I refer to the more than 7,900 Andromedans aboard this starship, and am not including the numerous celestials and other beings aboard. This number fluctuates with the comings and goings of people from our galaxy as well as celestials and the other beings. Our starship, along with some of us who are aboard, has been in your star system for over 70 years. Our major function had been to beam light and love energies to Earth, and to you, Earth’s humans.

Along with other starships we have driven the last remnants of the dark energy from your planet and raised the intrinsic energy of Earth from a darkness borne of fear to an acceptable level of light. We are now focusing our energies more specifically on you, Earth’s human inhabitants, as you undergo your personal transformations. This is a cooperative endeavor along with the many starships from around this universe. The energies of our starships are combined with those of the celestials and with energies, both physical and spiritual, directed to your star system from other sources.

When we came to this star system many years ago, it immediately became apparent that we would not be able of our own accord to provide all the energies that Earth required for her resuscitation. Our brothers and sisters from other star systems who had arrived at about the same time awakened to this same realization. Therefore we called on the God of this universe for assistance.

Enormous energies of light and love were provided; we in turn became receivers, broadcasters, and living examples of living in the light, and directed the energies toward Earth. Thus Athabantian, along with other star ships, became anchors for the light and love. Our active participation as anchors ensured that the energies would be most effectively received and utilized. Without our participation, Earth would not have recovered to where she is now — transitioning to a sphere of light and love. It was because we unconditionally love you, as sisters and brothers, and because we volunteered to become anchors, that we have been here carrying out this mission.

We, your brothers and sisters from around the galaxy, are now, in turn, seeking anchors among you, anchors who will perform a similar task for your brothers and sisters on the surface of your planet. We will reach more and with greater intensity if we have a ground crew to receive and redistribute the energies we are transmitting. By performing this love-based task, you will also help to further transform your own physical bodies into ascended beings of light.

This is a request that we have held out ever since we came to your star system, but as yet, only a few Earth humans have grasped it. So we repeat our request. Tell us if you are willing to work with us to anchor the energies of light and love. In a quiet moment respond to us by saying, “I am willing to work with you in love and Oneness to help transform my brothers and sisters of this planet.” Each response, whether directed toward those aboard Athabantian, or any of the over one thousand starships, will be graciously accepted. Please, for the sake of your brothers and sisters who inhabit Earth, let us know of your willingness to partner with us to assist this grand transformation of humanity.

Be aware that it is necessary to have a high level of heart consciousness in order to receive and transmit these energies of love and light. There are a number of ways you may prepare yourself for this. We would encourage you to achieve this state as soon as possible, if you have not already done so. We will have more to say to those of you who volunteer to become receivers, broadcasters, and living examples of the light.

When I say “we” I refer to the Andromedan collective that functions as one aboard this vessel, and is in close cooperation with the over one thousand other starships in this star system. When I say we I refer to those of us who are the spokespersons for the Andromedan collective. When I say spokespersons I refer to myself, Bren-Ton, and to Moraine, Justine and Ro-Tan, all from Andromeda — who have communicated with you in the past. I also refer to Adrial, a celestial of this universe, and others who have previously communicated with you. In the future we will be even more involved with the transformation from your current density to the lighter densitiy

As you experience your transformation to inhabitants of a planet of light and love, please remember that we hold you, each of you, in unconditional love — for we recognize that you volunteered to come to Earth to experience this lower density, and to be a vital participant in this the unique transformation of humanity. You are indeed precious in our eyes and in the eyes of the entire universe.

Vibrational Sickness, Part 2: An Energy-Rich Meditation………

Greetings dear friends! This one, our Human Presence, took a bit of a break in order to incorporate a large surge of new energy that was downloaded into her on Thursday and Friday. She struggled as she experienced extreme low energy, shakiness, the inability to sleep more than a two or three hours at a time, and the inability to be present enough to spend the time required to channel us for this blog. It is an occurrence that many of you have experienced and we feel you can empathize with her plight.

How did she cope? Through attention to her diet—increase in her protein and greens intake as well as an increase in the amount of water she had been drinking–exercise through walking upon the Earth alongside a gurgling stream of water in a lovely area here in Ashland, Oregon, known as Lithia Park, as well as being good to herself by allowing herself to rest and regain her equilibrium.

How do you honor yourself during these intense and sometimes turbulent energetic times? How do you take care of your personal needs?

In our last transmission to you, we gave you suggestions on how to cope with Vibrational Sickness. Many of you have written to say that you were touched and helped by this information. We are truly glad for it is our greatest wish and purpose to be of assistance during these times of Awakening.

We wish to continue along these lines for a bit longer since it seems to be a topic on the minds of many who are currently reading this blog as well as those who will read it in the future. We believe it is of upmost importance that the 100s of thousands of you who are negatively impacted by Vibrational Sickness, Environmental Illness and Sensitivity, as well as stressed Adrenals begin to come back into alignment with the truth of who you truly are—whole, perfect beings having an experience of physical challenge in this moment in time.

Dear friends, first know that you are loved and supported beyond measure. We see you for the light you truly are. We know you as the masters you truly are. We hear you and applaud the brilliance of your beingness. We hold the vibration of you for you. It is time to begin to accept who you truly are and to come into alignment with your wholeness.

A Special, Energy-Rich Meditation

Be in this moment within your physical presence. Breathe deeply into your physical body at this time. Allow your focus and your breath to be in your physical body where you sit or lay at this time. Breathe and come fully into your physical body. Feel your body. If you are experiencing pain in your muscles, joints, organs, or other areas of your body, send love to those aches and pain. Breathe light and love into every part of your physical body. Keep breathing and focusing on your breathing and on truly coming into your body until you feel the connection and the solidness of your body. As you continue to breathe, allow your breath to fill your body and to continue down your legs, into your feet, and out the bottom of your feet.

Allow your energy to flow into Mother Earth; connect her energy with your energy and truly feel how you agreed to be here in physicality at this time. Remember that you stood in the front of the line and said, “Choose me! I wish more than anything to be of assistance to the planet and to humanity at this pivotal time. Choose me!” Do you remember? Mother Earth remembers. She remembers your excitement and dedication. She welcomes your energy now.

If you are willing, Mother Earth will combine her energy with yours and send you her love, support, and nourishment in the co-mingling of your energies. Allow this co-mingled energy to flow back up through the chakras in the bottom of your feet, up through your legs, and throughout your body and into your field, your aura. Visualize this wonderful energy as a rich dark green, a life-giving and life-nourishing Earth energy that is the Mother’s gift to you.

Know that you may access this energy any time you desire its nourishing support. Know that it is here for you in such a way as to assist you in acclimating the new energies and beginning the healing process in your body. Think of it as high-energy greens in an energetic form that nourish every cell in your body. This is Mother Earth’s gift to you. If it is your choice, receive it, and allow it to assist you at this very important time.

17 January 2011 There are two types of manifestation. One is to create from an idea, and the other is to form the idea. We have been locked inside of a world of beliefs that make us think that only the ideas that we can see here in this finite spectrum are the ideas that we can create from.
That means all of the world’s beliefs, including what is in the textbooks and the religious doctrines, and EVERYTHING ELSE that is in this world of beliefs. That might seem like enough ideas for most of those who believe that they are a mortal.

For those of us who believe that me are immortal – we would prefer to go to the place before the WORLD BEGAN. We would like to go back into the Mind of God to form the ideas that we want our Reality to be formed from.

Those who want to keep the world and manifest things that are already in the world in a little different creativity than the last idea are NOT thinking outside of the box. They are clearly INSIDE OF THE BOX. They are creating from the Mortal Mind in the Yellow Upper Cerebellum, which has conveniently stored all of the world’s beliefs inside of one sided DNA strands.

When we Truly begin to think outside of the box, we will form an absolutely new idea through the MIND OF GOD. How do we know that God is forming the idea? First, we must take the idea that we want to form clear up to Zero Point where Primary Consciousness is viewing ITSELF. Everything that Source creates is in Primary Consciousness of Source or God’s Mind. That Primary Consciousness forms an idea by creating a spark and then breathing on the Spark of Source to form a brand new Idea. In order for Primary Consciousness to experience the Idea that is formed, this GRAND ENTITY created Secondary Consciousness.

So, in order to create an idea there must always be two sides to the idea. There is the point of creation at Zero point and the point where the ideas are being viewed from. That point can be at any distance from Zero point. However, the idea must flow completely down from the highest frequency of zero point energy into the form of cosmic energy, universal energy and galactic energy before the idea can take form into a web-like blue body. Therefore, that idea within the blue body is the exact same perfectly formed idea that was created in Zero Point Mind of God, but it is now in ultra violet blue frequency.

Those of us who are not completely inside of the ultra violet blue frequency can’t see that idea yet. However if the idea comes on down to the infrared frequency we can see the parallel reality or the back side of that idea. We aren’t seeing the entire idea, we are only seeing the back side of the idea.

We can take this idea that is created from the highest frequency of the Mind of God into its blue body form in the Mid Brain. We can stand inside of this idea as we stand inside of the Mid Brain. We can see the idea forming around us as we stand inside of the Mid Brain. If we view out from the mid brain to the frontal lobe through the pituitary gland we can see the back side of that idea being printed on the film of that movie screen of our third eye or frontal lobe.

Once that idea has been created by the Mind of God, formed into the blue body in the mid brain and projected onto the frontal lobe, our eyes may then become the eyes of God. We can open our eyes and see the new idea that God has formed. Now we are beginning to see the entire reality – the front and the back- the spiritual coming down and the physical coming up are joined into ONE NEW PICTURE.

This reality that we see around us now is only a half reality. We are only seeing the front side. In the new reality we will learn to see the front and the back sides at the same time. We will gain a 360 view of everything. This is a BRAND NEW REALITY.

The Mind of God or Primary Consciousness sits at the back of our brain in the lower cerebellum area. Of course this existence is in the Omni particle form – an etheric level that is light years beyond what is seen as the brain itself. However, in the Divine Template of Etheric Form, the Mind of God sits in the lower cerebellum.

Those MORTAL IDEAS that are created from Old Ideas that are already sitting in the Upper Cerebellum, are just over used, out dated ideas that we have been re-processing over and over again into different forms of old ideas. That Upper Cerebellum contains all of the BACKGROUND KNOWLEDGE of all of the OLD NEWS.

The Mortal Mind is like an archive of old historical ideas that are held by the government of the eternally mediocre creations. This is the exact same way our newspapers are written, our news channels are programmed. The information isn’t allowed to be given to the public until the MORTAL MIND locks it into the three seals of control.

So, what happens when we begin creating with and through the MIND OF GOD? The Mortal Mind FIGHTS BACK. IT fights long and it fights hard. That Upper Cerebellum does not want to give up being the editor and chief of your daily newspaper. It wants you to keep turning on the T.V., reading the newspapers, going to church, reading those outdated textbooks that the schools give you.

The Mortal Mind will even begin creating horror stories in your mind that make you want to run as far away from God’s Mind as you can get. This is what is happening to those of you who are having multiple fears arising in your consciousness that weren’t there before. It is the last war of Armageddon. That war is between staying in the Upper Cerebellum or moving to the Lower Cerebellum where the Zero Point of Primary Consciousness enters in to form a brand new reality of your heart’s desires.

How do we get Mortal Mind to back off and allow IMMORTAL MIND to come forth? This is the process of RAISING FREQUENCIES. There is a process of raising frequencies so that the zero point frequencies of Primary Consciousness absorb and transmute all of the lower frequencies into Oneness. The Mortal Mind must become transmuted into higher frequencies of Zero Point.

When we create frequency wave files, Crystalai oscillates her consciousness into the Full Spectrum of Light at Zero Point. That Frequency of Consciousness is obtained by riding my crystal star merkaba vehicle, which is a hierophant or symbol of the beyond speed of light travel – the speed of Love travel – where all becomes One with Source. Using the Crystal Star Merkaba allows Crystalai to connect her Consciousness into the Christic 12th dimensional frequency, and bring that frequency into the Brain, into the Heart and Soul, and into the Tail Bone to open the three seals. This activation begins the process of beginning the Crystal Flow of all dimensional frequencies. Crystalai uses the Crystal Star Merkaba to ride down into the Cosmic Core of Mother Earth and absorb the frequencies of Cosmic Consciousness. Next, the Merkaba brings those frequencies together with the Christic Frequencies and the Merkaba spins into the Crystal Heart to ignite the Spark of Source deep within the most etheric point of each cell of the body.

This zero point of the spark of Source inside of each cell is the point where Source Frequency can ignite the flame deep within each cell that connects the mortal DNA to the immortal DNA. This is what begins the process of transforming the DNA into 12 DNA strands. Each of the 3 mortal DNA strands connect with 4 immortal DNA strands. Those DNA strands are etheric and invisible. The three low frequency bands transmute into 12 bands of cosmic consciousness. This represents the connection back to the original 12 ideas of Source or the 12 Angelic Tribes of Consciousness. There is no doctor on Earth who can photograph or prove how many spiritual DNA strands a child has. When God’s Mind transforms the upper cerebellum, that old reality just won’t be there any longer.

This is the beginning of how our Frequency Music is created. It is all created from the Mind of God at the Zero Point Frequency. It is taken from the highest and used to transmute and transform the frequencies of each cell in the body to connect with the full spectrum of light and sound from deep within the zero point.

The raised frequencies are personally transforming every cell from the inside to the outside. The doctors will keep diagnosing your mortal body from the mortal mind through his mortal microscope. The doctor knows nothing of your immortal self. Your immortal self will put the doctors out of business. The doctor does not have any understanding of how the body is transforming from the zero point of the Mind of God.

If you keep returning to your doctor for the diagnosis of repeating illness and disease, you will be receiving that old re-processed information that never goes outside of the box. The doctor is just reprocessing old information that is stuck in the upper cerebellum. There is only one way to move out of the third dimensional upper cerebellum that is locked in the third seal. It is time to move completely out of that part of the brain and move into the God Mind at the lower cerebellum which views reality through the mid brain and process it through the frontal lobe.

If you have a labeled form of a disease that is re-occurring over and over in different parts of the body it is because that is what the mortal mind does. Once the mortal mind sees that you have taken its recycled idea out of one form it just recreates it in another form. The mortal mind will just keep the war going within your cells.

Speculation that Barack Obama51 has a mandate (or an inherited legacy) to be the ET Disclosure President is already fueling new rumors of an extraterrestrial disclosure by the U.S. Commander in Chief in 2011.

One news source states:

“All News Web has received information from government insiders close to the US President that Barack Obama has been given the go ahead to make an important “off the cuff” announcement regarding UFO visits and US contact with aliens.

“Allegedly DARPA has given this move the green light. The comments by the President will be made within the next month.

“Our sources claim this will not be outright admittance of UFO visits and contact with aliens, however the comments will come as close to admittance as any President has to date and will be made in the context of a speech on an entirely different matter.

“From what we understand The President will concede that there is ‘some evidence’ to suggest aliens might have attempted to contact Earthlings.

“All of this is said to be part of a warm up program leading to eventual outright admittance of knowledge of UFO and alien visitation by major world governments within three years.”

There are multiple reasons why 2011 (or 2012 or beyond) might be the year the U.S. Government finally confesses to a more than 60-year-old working relationship with many species of intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse.

Reason #1 – The U.S. Will disclose because the ETs are forcing it to do so

As a reporter, I am investigating the existence and information about the reported council of alien civilizations as a ‘working hypothesis’ based on evidence presented initially by the now deceased Stanley A Fulham, and now also by other apparent communication channels of this same regional galactic governance council.

Here is a recent article and video interview I completed about reported communications between the regional galactic governance council and a former NATO-Spanish intelligence agent, who is also a contactee of the council in addition to Mr. Fulham52.

In the interview, the former NATO-Spanish intelligence agent states that he was contacted interdimensionally on Nov. 9, 2010 by a source claiming to represent the council that that summarized much of the reported extraterrestrial council plan that Stanley Fulham reported in his book Challenges of Change.

The source then stated that there would be UFO sightings over New York City (Manhattan) on Nov. 24, 2010 to as a confirmation of the validity of this information. The NATO-Spanish intelligence agent recorded this prediction publicly before Nov. 24, 2010.

As can be seen in the above article, there were in fact large-scale UFO sightings video-taped over New York on Nov. 24, 2010.

Since Stanley A. Fulham had accelerating pancreatic cancer in Nov. 2010, what seems to have occurred is that this interdimensional source stating it is representing the galactic53 governance council is now coming through other individuals with new information and predicted, confirmed UFO sightings.

The essence of the council’s message is that in an extraordinary meeting around Jan 2010 (Earth time), members of the council met and determined to set aside the law of non-intervention, as it made a factual determination that the ecology of the Earth was on the verge of collapse and beyond the capability of human technology to forestall collapse and species extinction.

Accordingly, the council indicated it had made a decision to intervene with advanced technology54 (probably Pleiadean) by 2015 (if not before) and clean the atmosphere of the Earth. The council is also seeking to make a world speech explaining their ecological plan in 2014 (if not before). Both Mr. Fulham and the NATO-Spanish intelligence officer mentioned that their interdimensional sources indicated large-scale social, financial, governmental, etc changes would take place on the planet 2011-14.

From the available evidence, it would seem that the galactic governance council has the ability to identify and create credible sources for further information and updates (should all of this scenario be in fact true and authentic).

I would note the Mr. Fulham’s book is the product of 10 years of research and interaction with a council-connected source, and contains a blueprint of the council plan 2010-2015.

In his last communiqué on Dec. 6, 2010 before his untimely death, Stanley A. Fulham emphasized that breaking the conspiracy of silence55 by the U.S. And Russia on the extraterrestrial presence was a major goal of the galactic governance council.

Mr. Fulham wrote, “The UFO ‘intervention process’ will have a major impact on the U.S. and Russian governments. This will be the catalyst that will break the ‘conspiracy of silence.’

The NATO-Spanish intelligence agent also stated that he was told the galactic governance council would be sending communications to the U.S. government in December 2010 urging them to join in the extraterrestrial intervention and ecology-cleaning process.

What I find really interesting in all this is that, for decades, the so-called “skeptics” have insisted that all this talk about weather control is pure conspiracy theory123. If you tell a typical conventional doctor that “weather124 control technology can make it rain125 in the desert,” they’ll look at you as if you were some kind of nut.

(NaturalNews) By the day, more people are becoming aware of the dangers of a traditional diet and have taken responsibility for their diets. They do so only to be told by well-intentioned peers and “people in the know” that abstaining from meat while being an athlete is not wise. The story has been told over and over again, “Humans are meat eaters- that’s what we do!” Well, we’re just going to set these facts straight and put these myths to rest once and for all.

YOU CAN’T HAVE ENOUGH PROTEIN IF YOU DON’T EAT MEAT
This myth tops them all. Many believe that 1-gram of protein53 is needed per pound! Well, 5-8% of fruits’ calories are protein; vegetables and darker greens contain 20-50%; and sprouted seeds/nuts contain 10-25%. So, Lettuce gets 34%, while Broccoli and Spinach get 45% and 49% respectfully. Beams range from 23-54%. Most people on a standard meat54 diet are actually protein deficient. Hemp seeds55, macca56 powder, quinoa, flax, spirulina, greens and sprouts- all super foods are high in protein.

YOU CAN’T GAIN MUSCLE BEING ON A VEGAN/VEGETARIAN DIET
Wrong again. Actually, eating57 meats can slow down your metabolism because they take lots of energy to digest. Suffering will end. For many this process is not happening quick enough. However it is the small steps being taken currently in your world that are making the biggest impact and change upon your earth. Fleeting moments that are barely noticeable are the ones making greatest stride towards peace. These small feats will soon all come together culminating in a massive global integration of light vibration. It is hard however for many to feel any excitement for these happenings since it appears nothing is moving forward for many. Rest assured much change is happening below the surface. Many many people are coming together creating change silently behind the scenes. Before you know it there will be great changes upon the earth.

Many are distracted from this process by news and television in general. The media glorifies the suffering and pain on earth with out ever touching upon the great strides being taken by millions of fellow brothers and sisters on earth not per day or per hour but every second. There is a very massive awakening occurring on earth. Many of the changes occurring are not publicized. Suffering on earth is over emphasized for the very purpose of promoting powerlessness. If they can promote poverty, hunger, disease globally it will appear as if it is something irreparable. However while there is much suffering on earth there is also great change happening. The lightworkers, starseeds, walk-ins and crystal/indigo children have assisted Gaia in the integration of love energy and light vibration on earth. These energies and vibrations are embedding themselves within the light bodies of our earth brothers and sisters on earth.

This then causes them to act, to create change and be examples which then causes others to be as well. Creating an ongoing eternal cycle of higher frequencies reverberating upon mother Earth removing fear from the equation. Your planet dear ones is not lost, is not doomed and is not falling in to a periode of eternal darkness. It is wise however to watch what you believe and what you focus on for it is you that will create the outcome of the coming end of this cycle.

It is up to you however to determine where this change will lead you. For you are the only leader of your own destiny. No one can tell you what is going to occur in the times ahead because it is only you who can create your own future ahead. You can chose to see the changes or ignore them. But there are changes. See with your heart not your mind. Let your head lead you in seeing the progress of the world. There is much love happening on earth, much action and there is a light shinning brightly upon your earth. We can not show you this however it is you who must pear through the veil. Laura: I know you have mentioned your electric blanket a few times before, and everytime I cringe–(and yes I grew up with one). They emit the extra-low frequency waves “ELF” and they are very bad for Indie too… Didn’t know if you were even aware of this…..You are exposing yourself and Indie to this for as many hours as you sleep on a daily basis!!!
