House Extends Key Provisions of Patriot Act.

WASHINGTON.

The House on Monday agreed to a 10-month extension of three key law enforcement powers in the fight against terrorism that some privacy advocates from both the right and left regard as infringements on civil liberties.

The House measure, passed 275-144, would extend authority for the USA Patriot Act-related provisions until Dec. 8. Common ground must be found with the Senate before the provisions expire on Feb. 28.

At issue are two provisions of the post-Sept. 11 law that give counterterrorism offices roving wiretap authority to monitor multiple electronic devices and court-approved access to business records relating to a terrorist investigation.

The third “lone wolf” provision of a 2004 law permits secret intelligence surveillance of non-U.S. individuals not known to be linked to a specific terrorist organization.

Last week the House, in an embarrassment for the new GOP leadership, failed to pass the same bill under an expedited procedure requiring a two-thirds majority. Twenty-six Republicans joined 122 Democrats in voting against it. Monday’s vote drew 27 Republican no votes.

The main objections are to what critics see as unconstitutional search and seize authority and big government intrusions into private lives.

“I believe the American people have a legitimate fear of out-of-control government,” said conservative Republican Dana Rohrabacher, one of the GOP no votes. “And yes, they have a legitimate fear of out-of-control prosecutors and out-of-control spy networks.”

But House Judiciary Committee Chairman Lamar Smith, R-Texas, argued that the courts had consistently upheld the constitutionality of the provisions and that if Congress fails to extend them, “we will forfeit our ability to prevent terrorist attacks.” He said a temporary extension “is the only way to provide House members the time to study the law” and consider possible changes.

This time the bill was brought up under a procedure requiring only a simple majority for passage. Democrats got only one chance at changing the bill: an amendment stating that investigations must comply with the Constitution and that courts must give expedited consideration when a U.S. citizen argues that his or her constitutional rights have been violated. It was defeated on a party-line vote.

In the Senate, Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., on Thursday plans to bring before his committee a bill that would extend the three provisions through 2013 while tightening disclosure procedures. Republicans have countered with a proposal to make the three measures permanent.

There’s pressure on the two chambers to reach agreement this week because next week, leading up to the Feb. 28 deadline, Congress will not be in session.

The White House has said it “does not object” to the 10-month extension proposed by the House but would prefer stretching the provisions through the end of 2013 because “longer duration provides the necessary certainty and predictability that our nation’s intelligence and law enforcement agencies require.”

Laura Murphy, director of the American Civil Liberties Union’s Washington legislative office, said it was a mistake to renew the three provisions without added safeguards for privacy. “We urge the Senate to reject this bill and instead make the necessary changes that will bring the Patriot Act in line with the Constitution.”

The bill is H.R. 514.

Admiral, LMAO. We have a lot of stray cats in Bayonne. I think it must have been Devo protecting the home. You know how dogs get. One day Devo escdaped from the yard. When I went to find him he was at a house a block and a half away getting ready th jump this fence. The house he was at is some old lady who takes in all the stray cats. So if he ever runs away again,I will know where to find him.
Oh man my brother just called and said one of Ian Andersons flutes is on the international space station. Some lady Colnel bought it up with her. Hey maybe one of the ETs on that ship likes Jethro Tull and now wants to play the flute. Tull is coming back to America in november december and this time I will not miss the concert. I mean who knows how many more years they can tour as most of them are 60 plus. Well back to work.

For the future, when I had staffies I learned that their jaws actually LOCK and the only way to make them open their mouths is literally to stop them from breathing… you can get your hands on the throat and cover the nose, or spray a hosepipe down their mouth — i know there isn’t usually time to do this when crisis hits, so you just have to try the choking/suffocation route. It doesn’t do them any harm, but they have to let go to take a deep breath through their throats…. we have had to separate two staffies fighting in the past and it is quite horrific.

**LUNAR LIGHTS ON A HOLLOW MOON?** by JEREMY MAUNEY

If the music behind the moon gave you the creeps, I don’t blame you – but, I doubt it would have been the single reason for NASA not returning to the moon in over 40 years. After all, 12 men actually walked on it’s surface following that.

Nevertheless, official NASA transcripts and blatant censorship of audio transmissions don’t get any more ominous.

Over the past year, I discovered that there are many mysteries in which NASA and the moon share. I’ve already provided some evidence of NASA obscuring certain elements during the Apollo Missions (more below) – but were they already aware and prepared for spooky things being seen or heard on the moon before the Apollo missions were even launched?

Strange lights and objects have been recorded on our moon for hundreds of years. In 1787, legendary astronomer, Sir William Herschel, recorded strange lights traveling across the dark lunar surface. On one particular occasion of that same year, he spotted 3 red lights in the darkness of the lunar surface, describing the brightest one as being brighter than a recently discovered comet. He also believed there to be large “lunar cities” within the moon’s craters and strongly believed in extraterrestrial life – something almost laughable during the 18th century.

The classical Greek philosopher, mathematician and scientist Plato also reported anomalous lights on the moon sometime around 400 BC. There is even a crater named after him which experiences high volumes of ‘transient lunar phenomenon’ – a term that NASA uses to describe these spooky lunar lights. Between the years of 1540 and 1967, over 570+ lights and flashes were recorded over the moon’s face. While NASA and other lunar scientists attribute these moving and flashing lights to outgassing and impacts – few reports concerning these phenomena are ever published in peer reviewed scientific journals and are rarely ever discussed among the scientific community.

So could great historical minds like Sir William Herschel have been correct? Could it really be possible for a race of extraterrestrials to have been living on our moon for hundreds or thousands of years without public knowledge on Earth?

There are several official NASA photos taken throughout it’s lunar expeditions which often depict some extremely large, artificial-looking, structures on the lunar surface. Some of these structures have been estimated to be several miles tall.

However, NASA has tried their best over the years to blur and obscure many of these structures. Often their attempts are extremely blatant.

So now we’ve got some evidence of moving luminous objects and large structures on the moon’s surface, and furthermore, that NASA is trying very hard to hide and explain away these things. But what else can we look at? How about the moon’s interior? If an extraterrestrial race is hiding on the moon, wouldn’t the interior would be the safest and most reclusive spot to hide?

In 1962, NASA scientist Dr. Gordon McDonald stated in Astronautics magazine;

“…according to an analysis of the moon’s motion, it appears that the moon is hollow: if the astronomical data are reduced, it is found that the data require that the interior of the moon is less dense than the outer parts. Indeed, it would seem that the moon is more like a hollow than a homogeneous sphere.”

In a March 1970 article of Popular Science titled ‘How APOLLO 13 Will Probe the Moon’s Interior’, former SS Nazi & director of NASA, Dr. Wernher von Braun wrote, concerning the crash of Apollo 12′s 2.5 ton Lunar Module into the lunar surface;

“The astounding result of that crash: The moon rang like a bell for nearly and hour, indicating some strange and unearthly underground structure.”

In that same article, published a month before Apollo 13′s failed lunar landing, von Braun goes on to say;

“An Apollo 13 “spectacular” will be the meteor-like crash on the moon of the great Saturn V rocket’s whole top stage and instrument unit, totaling more than 15 tons…

…This will be a dramatic scale-up of the Apollo 12 experiment.”

Indeed it was. Despite technical malfunctions preventing the Apollo 13 crew from landing on the moon, they still managed to carry out the task of crashing the Saturn V third stage rocket (S-IV B) into it.

This time the moon rang out for over 3 hours!

Back at NASA headquarters in Houston, CAPCOM made this remark to the Apollo 13 astronauts after impact;

“Aquarius, we see the results now from 12′s seismometer. Looks like your booster just hit the Moon, and it’s rocking a little bit.”

However more recently, based on new ‘state-of-the-art’ seismological analysis of the same Apollo-era data, NASA has concluded that the moon is not hollow – but rather has an ‘Earth-like core’ made up of mostly mantle with a solid inner core surrounded by a fluid outer core.

So why then, did it ring like a bell for over 3 hours!?

Many scientists opposed to the idea of a hollow moon argue that the lunar crust would have to be extremely dense in order to support the theory – based on the behavior of objects interacting with the moon’s gravitational field.

This is something that makes sense – if you are thinking in context of the moon being a 100% natural body. One thing you have to take into account though, is that scientist to this day still have no solid claims as to where the moon actually came from.

Is it possible that it was once a natural celestial body that was hollowed out into various cavities with massive tunneling systems? Could that help to explain the highly anomalous mass concentrations of gravity (mascons) throughout the moon?

New evidence discovered in 2009, confirmed a network of underground tunnel systems, which would be ideal for human habitation. Arizona State University’s lead researcher on the topic, Mark Robinson, had this to say;

“They could be entrances to a geologic wonderland… The tunnels offer a perfect radiation shield and a very benign thermal environment…”

In 2010, NASA released a series of images taken by their Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) which displayed the moon’s topography in never before seen clarity and detail.

I can’t help but notice how similar our moon looks in comparison to a metal-plated ball covered in dust that’s been sprinkled with water. Not much variation of crater depth – as if something below the dusty surface is preventing much impact damage to the inner-exterior & interior.

Does all of this truly indicate that the moon is a partially artificial object inhabited by an extraterrestrial civilization? I would once again like to point out that we haven’t been back there in over 40 years.

Even after the Bush administration announced a return to the moon by 2020 (which could very well have just been a cover), many have criticized a return to the moon. It was only too soon before President Obama cancelled the entire project.

So where does this leave us?

It’s becoming increasingly obvious that someone doesn’t want us to know the whole truth. But why? What does NASA know about the moon that we don’t? For starters, NASA knows, at the very least, that extraterrestrials are visiting Earth.

Once again only from my own personal knowing. The potency of that time was that it was our second go at 5D. Our emotional complex at that time was as complete as it is now save for our former activated dna. I believe that this is our THIRD time to 5D however we have had all through this an 11D soul and emotional complex. There is NO galactic that can claim this. This year is to be one of great upliftment for all people in general, as they will see major changes commencing with the promise of more to come. Groups will serve the needs best, and it is time to use whatever skills you have to direct people’s energies in the right direction. There will be plenty of volunteers once the goal for Mankind is understood, as it will be seen that you are all involved in what is taking place. It will be a pleasure to be of service to others, and the spirit of Oneness will prevail. It will continue to grow and the differences because of color, culture and religion will be of no consequence. In fact people will realize that at heart they are all souls on the same journey, and will go forward as One in harmony with each other.

There is not one problem that cannot be solved, no matter how big, and the tasks ahead will be dealt with quite speedily. We naturally wish to commence our operations as soon as possible, and must have the right people at the helm. That means bringing our allies into prominence, and they will step forward once the way is clear. We cannot have the dark Ones meddling in our work, so they will have to be first removed. We already know exactly who they are and they will be shown for what they stand, and there is no way that they will escape justice. By that time there will be a free exchange of information, and the media will have become a true expression of events that take place.

The Creator has never left you at the total mercy of the dark Ones, and regardless of what has taken place has surrounded you with Beings of Light to protect you. The Creator also decreed that this cycle should now end, and so it shall. So you can continue with your life, knowing that nothing can prevent you moving into the higher dimensions through Ascension. Allow yourselves to indulge in fantasies about the life you are about to move into, and you will not be far wrong if at all. Think of the most wondrous surroundings, the beauty and harmony beyond your present experience, the energies that speak of everlasting peace, and the iridescent light that permeates everything around you. Such visions will lift you up so that you never forget what is to be your destiny.

My dear friends, we love you so very much.

So many of you have “suffered losses” over the past few years, whether it be loss of a home, loss of a job, loss of a relationship, loss of a loved one, or any other type of loss. And yet dear ones when you look at it from our perspective, in the big picture, there is never any loss at all, because when you let go of life as you know it, you are making room for an even more miraculous life.

Nonetheless, we understand that as human beings it is hard to let go. It is hard to trust that there are gifts and magical experiences that will come to you as a result of what you perceive as loss. If you let go of a house, God is waiting to help you embrace a simpler and richer existence. If you let go of a job, perhaps it is because more meaningful work with kinder souls and a healthier environment is in your future, or perhaps it is time to soul search and see what you really want to do with your life. If you let go of a relationship, you are learning to accept yourself more fully and therefore will attract more appropriate ones in the future. If you let go of a loved one in physical form, you are on the brink of a new adventure with their expanded understanding of themselves as a soul.

So dear ones, when you feel you have “lost” someone or something, look again. Pray, search your hearts, and ask God to reveal to you what is there to be found in this situation. For there are always gifts for your spirit. There are always presents of love when you embrace the present rather than trying to cling to the past. There are always manifestations in your physical world that will result from allowing this new love into your lives in its many forms.

A caterpillar dies unto itself, only to be reborn in the most magnificent form as a beautifully butterfly. A rosebush is cut back in the winter only to be reborn in glorious bloom. The cells in your skin die and are released to make way for a new and healthy shield for your spirit. Everything dear ones, is lost, and then found once again in a greater and more magnificent reality, for that is indeed the nature of God’s love as it travels through the material universe in its myriad of different and beautiful forms.

Hi All,

First of all a huge thank you to all the love you showed me last week after Bruno left his body. That dog has been such an amazing soul that I’m still finding it hard to feel a huge “loss” because his spirit is so strong and he’s around so much, I no sooner have a wave of grief, than a wave of laughter hits as his spirit shows me some funny picture, or simply wraps me in a blanket of angel love so strong I feel like a child cradled in the womb once again. It has been profound and beautiful.

He’s even been giving me license plate messages. “Ok hunky boy, we’re going for a ride,” I said the other day. I felt him sit in the passenger seat next to me – something he was never allowed to do in the physical since he would have liked to climb in my lap! Within seconds I was cut off by a van with the license plate K9TAXI!!! “I bet you’re having a blast today,” I said as I walked through a parking lot. Something turned my head to the right where a car was parked with the plates, “K9DANCE!” I laughed so hard. God knows the coordination in the universe never ceases to amazing me! I’m seeing “Wolf” signs everywhere. He is not a subtle spirit. My favorite form of contact is simply sitting still looking at his pictures or shutting my eyes and thinking of all our happy times. I feel his huge spirit around me in an embrace so sweet and tender and loving that my heart expands from the inside out and I suddenly feel warm and wonderful all over. I feel truly blessed. He even gave me a gift in his passing that I did not realize until the following week. When his spirit passed through me on the way out, it must have ben some form of initiation. Now when I touch people their loved ones in heaven, if willing, have been bringing the most amazing and comforting heat through my hands. I know Bruno’s “exit” somehow facilitated this new gift. What a joy!

And while I am still human and have had a few rounds of wracking sobs, I feel so blessed to also know that endings are beginnings, and that “now” is what we have to live with joy. I do look back and enjoy the love, but I don’t want to pretend it is gone. I still love the being that was my dog and he still loves me. I don’t want to feel sad thinking he is gone because he isn’t. I don’t want to cling to what was. I want to be open to what is to come. And so I set about cleaning my house vigorously, eating very healthy foods to help my body recuperate from a year of little sleep and furry elder care, and starting to do the exercises and stretches I know I need to feel amazing again.

Lucy, my female furball and I are starting to have a new and more beautiful relationship as well. Years ago, she came to my house with such a horrid attitude I’ve never seen the likes of it! My friends can’t believe this dog who is now sweet as sugar was ever such a pouty miserable creature! I have to pull out the photos. Years of love and popcorn made all the difference. I’m bringing her to the groomer for the “Spa Day” I promised her after she was so ignored for months of Bruno’s care. She is very excited about that. Already the increased attention and treats are convincing her that having me all to herself isn’t such a bad thing after all!

And so when you go through a loss, do let yourself feel your feelings. I’m not about to stop the grief when it hits. Don’t look back and beat yourself up for what you did or didn’t do. Half of grief is missing the physical form and often sadly, the other half is guilt and shame over the “coulda woulda shoulda’s.” What is done is done. What matters is that you feel the love now, your loved ones know it, and they’re most likely sending you more than they ever could on earth.

If you have lost stuff, embrace the lessons then move forward with your manifestations. Years ago I got divorced and left a man, two dogs, and a home that I loved. Our paths had separated as I realized I had a calling other than the traditional life. It was ok, but it was hard. I moved into a small apartment that I ended up loving for its simplicity. It gave me time to grow, travel, and become the angel communicator I am today. Then when I was ready for a home, guess what! I found the exact same model I had lived in before, only with the improvements I had once visualized! The angels say that everything we’ve ever created exists within us and when the time is right we can bring it to the surface again in our lives.

So when you lose someone or something, as the angels say, look also for what is to be found, for gifts await in every circumstance. No matter how hard, how sad, how scary… there is always love waiting to be discovered in every situation.

ya know there is something i have noticed lately about “aliens” and our interaction with them,

up until the last ten years most alien encounters were of the uncomfortable abduction kind, now all of a sudden there are no more abductions but the “aliens” are still working on us at night, and they say dont be afraid its all good, and since we are told to ASK to be worked on we have not had them violate our freewill, because salusa told you to ask to be worked on they can come and work on you at night without fear of breaking freewill, since you asked to be worked on

i simply find it odd that 90% of alien encounters used to be “bad” and then all of a sudden the nearly same encounters happen except now you ask for it instead of it being taken

The alien encounters that were bad were done by the malovelent greys. They signed a treaty with President Eisenhower back someshere in the 50′s to give us technology for our war machines and in exchange we would allow them underground bases and also to allow them to abduct our citizens. Things quickly got out of control ( the greys never honor their treaties they sign) and the US didnot know how they would handle this situation.
Now the greys have been stopped from abducting our citizens from the benevolent ET’S so that is why you dont hear an anymore abductions. This info came from good inside whistleblowers who are very reliable. I for one beleive it to be true.
Admiral, I have never read this book but there is a book out with the RA. I think you should do some research. It might be called the RA messages or something similar.
I always ask to be worked on in my sleep time but I also state that only beings of the highest christed consciousness may enter my realm. One night( I told this story before) But they ( I am pretty sure they were the Arcturians) they cured a golf size cyst on my elbow. It was cured overnight after being ther for over a month without any changes. It may have been Lord Arcturus because that is who I called upon.

also your historical account of the US and greys is also one sided, there HAVE been posts made here showing the other side of the story, that the US broke treaty first and the greys just started doing what they wanted

MAYBE since the ACTUAL galactic groups are interested in earth the greys COULDNT break freewill treaties any longer, thus they change the stories so that since you ask to be worked on you get worked on, the groups watching us are making sure no one interferes, so since you asked they arent interfering anymore

so they cured you of something, big deal, farmers cure cattle of disease so they can have good herds

just because someone else said that asking for only beings of the light to work on you doesnt make it so, AND to top that off we ARE ALL ONE and ALL BEINGS OF LIGHT, so yeah good or bad their soul still comes from a place of light as all souls do, therefore you asked for only beings of light to work on you which they still are good or bad, ask and ye shall recieve right lol

I don’t see why all the fuss with the ETs and such, I mean people see what they want to see and therefore they believe what they want to believe. Lets not forget that truth is always relative as it depends on the perspective.
Whether Nidle and Quinsey are frauds or whether the ETs’ intentions are exactly as they say I honestly don’t worry much. So far they’ve helped me immensely by giving me some serenity and confidence towards the future and keeping my hopes high when I started to “wake up”. Which honestly is not always easy when you start seeing that nothing really works as you’ve been thought, plus all the doom & gloom out there.

From what I’ve seen from Robert Morning Sky, there were some things that didn’t resonate at all with me. Does that make him wrong? Not at all. But he says for instance that when we die, we’re “taught” to “go to the light”, well he defends that you should not do this, you should search for your own light otherwise you’ll be brainwashed (soul washed maybe?)and sent back once more to work. If I were to consider this then I would be accepting that we’re being screwed even AFTER we die! and that, I find very hard to believe… or maybe that’s just a self defence mechanism that stopped me from allowing a possibility that scared me. I still think he got it a bit wrong.

So if we’re destined to be screwed both here and in the afterlife, sorry, I’ll stick with Nidle and Quinsey.
