Dear Ones, all of the time your war games continue, the world is never going to be a safe place. It can only come about when real peace is established and the war machine dismantled. On many occasions going back a very long way, the Galactic Federation has tried unsuccessfully to broker peace, but the dark Ones have refused to give up their power. Having exercised their freewill and ignored yours, they have continued with their plan to totally enslave you. That has failed because you have awakened just in time, and now you have another alternative path to follow. This time your future is in your own hands, and you have chosen to create a new paradigm that embraces all that will bring a Golden Age into being. Knowing that it is indeed your destiny to rise up, you have set your sights upon a peaceful co-existence where every thought and action is in the best interest of all souls. No more shall selfishness and greed deny you what is yours, and in the immediate future you shall experience a great time of Abundance. It will be just one happening of many that will lift you into the Light.
Do not settle for anything less than absolute sharing, as that is your entitlement. Forget the dark Ones who will leave the Earth to go their own way, where they can continue to learn their lessons so that they too may one day also return to the Light. The Creator loves all creations and welcomes every soul that seeks to rise up out the darkness they have created. There is not a single soul that is lost forever, no matter how far they slip into the dark abyss that is almost devoid of the Light. As long as there is a glimmer of Light they can still overcome all obstacles, and as with any soul that desires to do so, immense help is given. The greater glory comes from saving a soul so that it can eventually return to the Source. Time has no place and plays no part in such circumstances, as each soul has the whole of eternity to lift up.
You will leave duality behind having allowed yourselves to experience it in its entirety. There is not one of you that have not played your part for both sides. It will of course have followed a trend that you yourself created, as no one is forced to experience the dark side. Some of you have dropped to deeper depths than others, and are applauded when you discover your true self and return to the Light. It is what duality is all about, and it is a challenge that tests you to the limits. As you rise up so you realise that All Is One, and it becomes easier to find compassion in your hearts for those who have gone astray. You have a saying that “but for the Grace of God go I” and it applies to all of you, so please lift yourselves up beyond the point of judgment and criticism. Make allowances for each soul to find its own pathway, and know that for some it will be extremely difficult. It is not given for you to know another souls life plan, so you cannot know what has prompted their actions, anymore than they know yours.
From our vantage point we see your Light, and we know that it has risen exponentially since the Millennium. It has taken you beyond the point of no return, and consequently your Ascension is assured. Encourage others to search with an open mind as too many are reluctant to seek another path. If they refuse and cling to the old ways it is accepted as their freewill choice. It means that they will continue in the same dimension, until they too may one day open up to the truth. The expression “Let go and Let God” comes to mind, as no soul is without help or guidance. Be inspired by your Godself or as some may prefer your Higher Self, that has remained in the higher dimensions while you have moved down into the lower vibrations. Remember also that you have several Guides that would be delighted if you shared your thoughts with them. Not least of all there are certain to be Angelic Beings with you, so you are never alone even in your darkest moment.
We are busier now than of recent times, because as Mother Earth proceeds with her cleansing it will inevitably affect some of you. We cannot interfere with your karma, but if circumstances permit we will save you from death or injury if it would go against your life plan. So-called miracles are often due to our presence and actions, which are not recognised for what they are. We seek no glory from it but delight in helping you, as part of our service to humankind. You too may well join us in the future, and it will be a time when you have risen up to full consciousness. Your levels are increasing so quickly now that you should become self aware of such an expansion. It will enable you to handle the chaotic conditions that may impinge upon you, because your understanding will be so much more in tune with what is happening.
Our craft continue to reveal themselves, and the sightings are so positive that the old explanations for them are no longer accepted. It is time for disclosure and our allies are working hard to bring it about. Once it takes place it will allow information to be revealed that has been hidden. It will also put an end to the disinformation about us, and confirm our contact with high officials for many years. Most importantly we will get the opportunity to address you, and prepare you for the remaining months that lead to Ascension. By then there should be changes in your world policies that will agree to withdraw military personnel from foreign countries. It will be a prelude to worldwide peace and allow your resources to be used for positive changes that will be of benefit to all.
Each week that goes by we are moving towards the final events that shall change people’s perception of why they are here and the future that lies in store for them. It will enable them to make a final informed choice as to whether they desire to ascend, and what is necessary for them to embark upon Ascension if that is their choice. Time is short, yet it is possible to achieve upliftment with the right approach and dedication. In some ways it will never be more easier than it is now, as such immense help is being given to all those who have placed their feet on the Ascension path. The incoming energies are unceasing and becoming more powerful with a high point to come at the years end.

I suppose I am having two reactions to the Osama Bin Laden news. One is very Human and very Emotional. Another is very Spiritual and very Logical. Both reactions are equally as valid, but I am beginning to see that I might be one of the very few individuals that have recognized these two reactions.
I say reactions, and the Human Emotional (can I coin Homo Emo???) effect is definitely that. On the other hand, the Spiritual Logical effect is more a response than a reaction. I fall short too, I guess.
The Human Emotional reaction begs me to bring my voice into this battlefield of voices. I feel therefore I speak… about how I feel. My mouth or my fingers then act as the vehicle for my words. My Voice, so to speak, is heard.
And I have hardy opinions as a Human that I could voice to you all, but that would not help a single Soul in their search for Truth.
The Truth, at least the one I subscribe to, understands that those who CHOOSE to hold on to the illusion will follow the illusion. Those who CHOOSE to see Truth will Ascend to the higher vibrations of Love and Light.
With that said, I love to mingle in the madness that the masses manifest. Call it intuition, but I do not feel any threat from the GLOBAL Financial Fascist Families’ failing efforts to convince the World that they can save us through media manipulation or any other meaningless mind control means, much less, their attempts to try and restore We the People’s faith in ANY fiat currency.
The FEAR tactics will, unfortunately, work their magic on some. But we must remember, FREEWILL is not just offered in Life, but in death as well. If you believe you have a Soul, (and you do, regardless of what you may think) then it should be understood that FREEWILL existed within your Soul before you CHOSE to incarnate the flesh as such-and-such or so-and-so.
In other words, if you think you are the flesh and blood you see in the mirror, chances are, you will follow the illusion. If, however, you have faint memories of leaving the place-before-here, you are more likely to Ascend. I am NOT stating that Ascension will only be offered to a select few. I AM stating that those who have had certain experiences will readily receive the Revelation of Truth.
The Light of Truth is upon our Earth Mother. This is a time of Change and Transition. Chaos before the Calm, if you will. Freedom, Peace, and Love are our birthrights as Sovereign Souls.
I used to think that I was here to dispel myths and knock down walls for truth. I have come to understand that speaking Truth is our Nature.
Now more than ever, it is evident that Mankind is Awakening. The question is:
What will we awaken to?
What WILL we awaken to? I would imagine there are multiple valid answers to this question. Where has your mind been? What reality do you subscribe to? What are your fears?
What if I were to tell you that your mind’s focus is your afterlife? That maybe, just maybe you do have an opportunity to progress Spiritually, but only in so far as you have Spiritually progressed on Earth.
And I’m not talking about some blind alignment with some religious establishment. I’m talking about YOUR body. YOUR temple. YOUR mind. What have you been putting in there? What thoughts do you subscribe to? What actions do you enlist? What lessons will you need to learn before your Soul is able to properly enter into Paradise? How many lifetimes has it already been?
Can we now, in this pivotal hour, unify our thoughts on one thing?
I’m not talking about Love, although that is needed. That movement already came. I’m talking about Truth. Can we collectively focus on Truth while practicing Love, Compassion, and Forgiveness?
The only way for us to Heal is to shine Light into the dark and witness with compassionate heart the horrors ignorance can foster. As we peel back these atrocious layers, can we, without judgment, vengeance, revenge, retribution, or any other malevolent emotion, face that which we have inflicted upon one another? Can we face these Truths together, as one people on one planet, and embrace forgiveness as we move forward into the infinite potential that awaits?

Wow, what a powerful and loving message. The Arcturians are a very highly spiritually evolved civilization. They are also here with many other star nations to assist in the healing of our planet and all sentiment life upon her. After reading this, I closed my eyes to send love, honor and respect to them and bam, I could instantly feel their energy. I once gave the Arcturian children a 20 minute class on fear but that is a story for another day. Enjoy their message but more important enjoy their love.

We of the Arcturian Group say to you all that you are doing a fine job of the shift, in spite of the chaos many of you are experiencing and seeing. We tell you that although these experiences are very difficult, it is the only way in which consciousness is able to shift for many. There are those who would never shift their awareness from what they have always known; from that which is comfortable, and which still serves them.
The chaos of the storms is serving to break up energy that was stagnant and old. Energy that needed to be removed and transmuted. As a result, many are being forced to adjust rigid belief systems and ways of thinking. Although this may seem very harsh (and it is), we see those involved quickly moving into new states of consciousness. It is a “kick out of the box” so to speak.
Gaia is using these methods to transmute and shift her energy, bringing herself into alignment with that which is new and higher in order for the coming changes to manifest.
Understand that the issues in the middle east as well as the weather related chaos are all about shifting energies. Many simply would not chose to shift. It is comfortable to remain in that which is familiar, however much of what is familiar in most instances has now been outgrown, is old, and is untrue.
All who are on earth at this time chose to be here and experience this shift while on earth; choosing to experience whatever lessons were necessary in order to evolve into a new state of consciousness. All have been given the choice as to whether to leave or stay for the shift. This was done on a deeper level, so many who are leaving at this time do not understand or remember that they chose to leave. This is usually because on a deeper level, they do not feel they can be where they need to be in time. They will come back into the new energy. There are no accidents, all is on track for you the people of earth and Gaia herself to move into a higher, lighter frequency energy. This is what is happening now, not the end of the world, but the end of the world as you have known it.
You are doing a fine job, dear ones, we just wish for you to understand that many simply cannot do this journey without a “boot”. All will soon balance out and you will see how the world is moving into a new and better place. The word “soon” is one that the channel does not like. We understand that our ideas of “soon” may be different than yours, but we can say that all is on track for each of you to fulfill the desired destination as set up by you before entering into this life experience. Many of you came in with a whole sheet of lessons needing to be learned and that is why life has been so intense for many of you. In past lifetimes you brought with you perhaps one or two lessons chosen; however this time, you came in with all lessons needing to be finished in time for the massive shifting now in progress. You see, you knew before coming in that things would be difficult, but you chose to come anyway. You are brave, hardworking, spiritual beings of light who will rejoice and high five each other when this is finally finished and you are able to see the bigger picture.
Many of the children being born now have no lessons to learn; they have already finished their three dimensional lessons, but chose to be on earth at this important time simply to add their Light to the planet. That is why so many of them do not fit into “the box” so to speak, they are functioning beyond many of the adults who are their teachers. These children do not understand why three dimensional issues they see as irrelevant, are important to so many around them. Be patient with these children; they do need structure and love, but most of all need you to understand that they see the world from a whole different perspective than those who have not yet evolved to their level.
There will be more earth changes, there will be more chaos, and there will be more of that you wish not to have. However, keep in mind that this is serving Gaia to shift and clear as well as serving mankind to move out of third dimensional duality/separation consciousness and into Oneness. It is serving to move the world into a whole new way of seeing. It is pushing mankind to finally understand the futility of war and destruction in the face of a reality of Oneness. It is moving the current world view more deeply into truth, and those who move with it will find their way becomes easier. Those who do not, will find that living continues to be more and more difficult because the energy that would support the old is rapidly leaving.
Be open and be ready to feel, hear, and see changes within yourselves and within your personal world. Trust your intuition, and begin to see a bigger picture based upon the realization that you are all in and of the One Divine consciousness. There is no separation, individuality yes, but no separation. Those who would war and kill and want you to believe that this is somehow connected to your innate freedom and peace, see all life as separate. This is the old energy-that which cannot survive in the higher dimensional energies.

In the context of what is due to take place in the remaining period leading up to Ascension, your upliftment is really the most important issue. The preparations for a quantum leap into the future are necessary to introduce you to an almost entirely different life style. There is a gap that needs to be bridged resulting from the deliberate actions of the Illuminati to hold you back. It has left you in a perpetual state of need, and prevented you from experiencing the advantages that new technological advances would have given you. Consequently most of you have struggled to exist, and almost all Third World countries have lived in continual poverty.
How can people focus on Ascension amidst economic deprivation and political repression?

Hi All,
I sat down last Sunday night to prepare this newsletter, because I really like to get them done ahead of time. “Ok Angels,” can we channel this one quickly, please?” I asked. I had no idea they’d take me so literally and give me such a short but important message!
It is easy to find love in the things and people we love. When I am out in nature I see God’s love everywhere. In the mirror of the unfurling fern I remember that all potential for everything we can become likes waiting to expand within each of us. In each blossom I see a ripened fruit, a seed dropped to the ground once again and a new tree. In the grasses that grow in the springtime, I see the fertilizer for next years fields.
It is harder to see God’s love in the difficult people in life. I was cut off in traffic several times while driving home from my hike. It seemed that so many people on the road were impatient to get ahead of one another. “See love,” I heard the angels say. Hmmmm. They are excited about something, eager to get where they are going, and enthusiasm is love. Hmm… maybe that’s the most love I can see in them in those situations, but it is a start. Certainly I just got out of the way and sent them love. No need for me to get upset over their urgency.
What about the people who have hurt you? Can you see love there? That is a bigger challenge, but certainly a worthy one. I woke up in the middle of the night thinking about a former boyfriend that I had in my early thirties. He slept with every woman he could get, the minute I drove out of town. I’d forgiven him years ago, but this time I realized I wanted more for myself. I wanted to see him as God sees him. I no sooner prayed than the prayer was answered. I saw a little boy reaching out for love in the only way he knew how. “Hold me,” his inner child was pleading. Make me feel good about myself. I sent his soul love, even though we haven’t talked in years and hopefully never will. I’m done with that dance, but it feels good to see only love, and to see as God sees.
It is hard to put into words how deeply every being, every single facet of creation is loved by God and the angels, no matter what. God does not look at us as if we are flawed. God sees all unkind actions as misunderstandings. God knows every being is deserving of love from every other being, no matter what. “Love the soul,” the angels clarify for us, “but you don’t have to like or even stick around for bad behaviors!” That bit of wisdom has changed my life.
You can love the so-called unlovable people, by asking to see as God sees. You can love yourself enough to change the situation or move on. You can love the so-called unlovable situations by blessing them for the lessons learned. The sooner you do, the quicker things change. You can love yourself even when you don’t feel so perfect, because in reality we are all created beautiful souls who are perfect in God’s eyes.
As the Beatles sang so many years ago, “All You Need is Love!”

What an Angel message. I mean see the love, see God even in the people you hate. This is big time yet not so easy for most of us to do. But then again, me thinking it is not so easy can make it not so easy because i create through thoughts. OK Time to shut my brain down for a few and go on my break. Yes, I am an over thinker. Sounds like a lot of us are on this site.

Gunner- My daughter called me yesterday from some airport on their layover back to Texas
from California. She was out there visiting her sister and new niece. Anyway, she was flying back with her dad and he was getting drunk on the plane so she asked if I’d come get her so she didn’t have to ride with him. This is my Ex husband BTW. Anyway, so I showed up at the airport at 10:00 at night and he was pissed and just started throwing things out of his suitcase at her. So, we got home late and now I have a crick in my kneck that won’t go away. At least she is home safe.
I read Sheldan’s message and Salusa’s so that brightened my day. Thanks for asking.

Braveheart Clan: I am asking any of you that would care to reply for your “take” on what I am about to share with all of you. Yes, you know that I have been a substitute teacher for at least a decade. An odd thing is happening lately. Bill and I will be out and about running errands, it may be Home Depot, Walmart, restaurants, etc. I will pass a child, especially the really young ones and they say to me, “You were my teacher!” They light up as I pass them, I light all up when they speak to me—and we have never seen each other in this life before. They are not school age children. I am NOT talking about all the kids that greet me, that I know at the schools I sub at…These are usually pre-schoolers!!!! Do they recognize my energy? Do they recognize me from a past life? What do you think? Its just the oddest yet most wonderful encounter…

Laurinda- When my daughter was 3 or 4 she had a whole family of Native Americans that used to visit her in her room and she said they were her family. I couldn’t see them. We did a past life regression on her at age 12 and she remembers dying in a coal mine.

#13 Laurinda, may2 message – past, present and future are all one.
My take on this experience is that they are remembering the near future.
I have several experiences like this, but these dreams and feelings are as I say mostly brief moments in time. But they are very real.
Perhaps these children are just remembering more.
BTW, spent the afternoon in son’s preschool. Such wonderful kids but am now exhausted from doing his bday party too!

I agree with Dreamwalker, they recognize you from the past and future. One of my main soul purposes is to work with children past, present, and future. I think the same applies to you. The kids remember you! I also get that same reaction with many kids that I pass by. However, they are not school aged with me either. Preschool maybe. Last week a little one ran up to me at the park and said, “I remember you!”. He talked and talked and was very excited to see me. So we teamed up in the game of catch. I had never seen this kid before in this life. But he remembers. Same applies to the children who you meet! I Love it when that happens!

So we do exist in our Third Dimensional body forms which we can now move in and out of at will. We have evolved to the point where we can raise and lower our energy fields and move in and out of embodiment. So if you were in Telos in your Third Dimensional form, you would see us. However, when we come up to the outside of the Mountain, we modify our energy field and move up to the Fifth Dimension and are “shielded” from your physical eyes, unless you can see into the Fifth Dimension. If you can perceive the Fifth Dimension energy, then you would see us. And yes, we look exactly like you.
There are no differences in our physical bodies, except for the fact that we now have more DNA strands as a result of our long lives of being able to evolve in peace and harmony and brotherhood. As the antics of the latest ‘mega-ritual’ continue, one thing should be clear. While bin Laden was NOT the head of the snake, make no mistake about it, he was part of the body. Whether he transcended from this dimension a couple of days ago, or five years ago, may never be revealed… at least not to the satisfaction of the masses. -As I’ve always said, the notion that ‘reality is an illusion’ does not mean that our experiences are unreal. As a human being, Bin Laden may have deserved compassion and even forgiveness, the Dalai Lama said in answer to a question about the assassination of the Al Qaeda leader. But, he said, “Forgiveness doesn’t mean forget what happened. … If something is serious and it is necessary to take counter-measures, you have to take counter-measures.”
It was, perhaps, an example of the Dalai Lama confounding expectations, something he appears to relish doing. The 75-year-old leader spoke on the first day of what was to have been a four-day trip to Southern California; he was delayed by two days when he fell ill in Japan.
Aides said he was forced to cancel appearances in Long Beach on Sunday and at UCLA on Monday because doctors had advised him not to attempt the long flight from Tokyo until he felt better. He had been in Japan offering condolences and support after the March 11 earthquake and Tsunami.
He showed no ill effects when he took the stage at USC’s Galen Center on Tuesday morning. Appearing robust and in good humor, he told the audience that he had suffered first from a sore Throatthen from side effects of medication that made him “very faint.”
“Today, I feel terrific,” he said before putting on a red and gold USC baseball cap that fortuitously matched the colors of his traditional robes.
This was the Dalai Lama’s first U.S. visit since stepping down recently as the day-to-day political leader of Tibet’s government in exile, and his focus was largely on spiritual matters. He fled Tibet in 1959 as Chinese forces consolidated control over the country, and has lived in India ever since, frequently traveling the world in support of the Tibetan cause.
His speech at USC was titled, “Secular Ethics, Human Values and Society,” a topic that was sufficiently broad to allow him to range over matters as diverse as the consciousness of animals, the strengths of India’s multicultural society and the nature of happiness.
The Dalai Lama spoke about the importance of religious tolerance, and about the shared values of all major religions. But he said that people could not attain happiness through prayer, and that “this happy life is not a religious concept.” Happiness, he said, is a secular concept, so “our aim is secular.”
“I’m Buddhist,” he said. “I respect religion. But I talk always about secularism.”
The audience, which included some 3,000 USC students, responded to his message respectfully, even adoringly. Good Morning Everybody! It’s 7:02am and I just got off from work. People were angry at work and they expressed that anger to other people in the form of frustration. I found it rather funny but at the same time I felt for these angry people even when they expressed their anger to me…like I did something wrong. Hmp! That’s weird. I used to be so tough…now I’m feeling for people!!?? It seems the more you raise your vibration…the more compassionate you get. I used to never get watery eyes while watching a movie. Now almost every movie I watch does it to me! Geesh! Anyways, those people’s anger did not affect me in a negative way. It was quite a fun experience. I laughed…
…and ah…the best part of work…clocking out…the beauty of it.

lucid dream/OBE last night. well this makes twice for me now. for some reason i was on stage at american idol doing a heavy metal version of the song “fever” about halfway through the song i did a guitar solo. on stage i started spinning around and at the end of the solo i hit the final bend notes of a kick ass lead and i felt myself leave my body… i was at home then and saw and felt me rise to the ceiling once again. this time though for some reason i could not go through the roof. i wasn’t unhappy about it so i just said F it and thought well if i can’t go up maybe i can walk around. so i turned over and pushed myself down. i bounced off the bed and was able to get to my feet. i reckon it to how the astronauts walk/bounced on the moon. anyways i walked down the hallway followed by my dog “buddy” a rat terrier and “shark bait” our mini chihuahua… we stopped in the kitchen and they both looked up at me smiling and waggin their tails. i thought to myself where i could go from there? so i decided i would go see my oldest daughter who likes to sleep on the sofa. on the way there i past by the front door.. and stopped and thought . maybe i could go outside that way. as soon as i tried to walk through the door i found/felt myself go back into my body. if anyone has ever had an OBE you know that when you first leave or come back your 3d body is like paralyzed… i felt this on reentering mine but was not afraid.. i laid there smiling until i regained control of my functions. i got up and used the bathroom and came back to bed and went off to sleep feeling wonderful. on a side note i have been feeling a tingling sensation all over my head off and on the past week. like waves of energy flowing through me. i also have been practicing a lot of different chakra meditations of late also.. which i recommend to anyone who hasn’t. i would also recommend an audio meditation called “sacred ground” it’s four different audio tacks that you listen to one week at a time. it’s for dna activation and things like that. if no one can get this i could try to e mail each part to you if you would like. anyways have a blessed day…. in Fluff

ray i wish there was a manual for it lol. all i can say is practice deep meditation as much as you can. i never intended for the OBE’s but feel in my heart their a result of practicing meditation. we have sooooooo much more power than we think. i know anyone can do this if i can. most important is…. DO NOT PANIC if you feel it coming on. i can tell you the energy feeling is nuthin like anything else i have ever experienced. closest thing to actually being in 5D is what i liken it too. oh i forgot to mention also that this time i had way more control over my movement than the first time. people say they cant control themselves in these they feel like they kinda just float around with no control but just like in my astral traveling after awhile you can get control. honestly i think it’s mainly getting over the fear of the situation. which for some reason i seem to not have ever had a problem with.

@Manta – sounds like you were on fire yesterday and doing exactly what you were meant to do. The solutions you are coming up with are just great! I think any kind of quartz would do for starters. Some suggestions -
New age stores have lots of varieties but tend to charge top dollar for this stuff. You can find clear quartz, but smoky quartz, rose quartz, and citrine are all types of quartz. There is also the “run of the mill” quartz you find in your driveway. Also not sure how many of these you have in northern BC (Dawson Creek?). If I were in Victoria now I’d have many options at my disposal…
You may have better luck with a quarry. In addition to mining granite and quartz, they also run across fairly large crystal samples that are too small to have any commercial interest to them. So they’ll sell those samples at a pretty decent rate.
I would guess there would be a fairly good rockhound club of some kind up your way. They’ll be your best source for cheap good quality material. They tend to have a ton of samples in their collection and usually need to “make room” for better samples.
Try the local university geology/physical sciences dept. – they may also be able to point you in the right direction, or give you contact names and numbers for some of the above.
The idea is that we’re going to be making that quartz vibrate with magnetic force, creating an electrical charge. You can try this out by hooking up the test leads of a voltmeter to a piece of quartz and hitting it (the quartz!) with a hammer.
So each quartz will need some wire connected to it somehow. Speaker wire would probably do but the lower the gauge the better i.e. 12, 10 or 8 – these get thicker as you go down; for this purpose the thicker the better. The magnet wire is usually fairly thin stuff so you can get lots of wraps out of it, as John said.
I’m not sure if you would connect the quartz in series or parallel. (does a chunk of quartz have + and – ends to it?) What I’m seeing is a series connection – maybe this is where the frequency comes in since the magnets are creating electricity by applying force to the quartz, and then you’re also running electrical current through the quartz, which causes vibration.
The magnets probably only need to be a parallel connection.
I think you do this for both the inner and outer rings.
Weight may play a role in overcoming inertia if you’re using weak magnets, although george green was able to get something going with fairly low-grade fridge magnets.
All I can say is, keep this puppy away from your electronic equipment…
I know you know much of this already but this info is also for those who don’t.

@sunray – I’ve never been into meditation either and like me it may be something you can do with your mind while you’re doing other things.
The “classic” idea is to find a spot with no distractions, and simply focus on an idea in your head. This can make it easier to get started, since the initial goal is to completely clear your head of anything other than what you are focusing on.
For me, I use a piece of paper with nothing on it.
Jay recommends using a 3-d number and slowly spinning it in your mind so you can see all sides of it.
As you get better at clearing your head you can do this without “meditating” and go about your daily activities, or your job, or driving down the road, while you keep that thing in your head. I would guess that while the Dalai Lama is giving his talks, there’s a lot more going on inside his head than just the thing he’s doing at the moment. Oddly enough, he recently expressed a similar distaste for meditation – not something you would expect from the head of the Buddhist religion!

well sorry if i’m reading into what your saying dreamwalker but meditation is way crucial. in fact we get told too a lot in channelings as a way to connect with our higher selves. i recommend everyone to meditate as much as they can. if you don’t need to i understand just like i really don’t need a manual for astral travel or OBE’s apparently. everyone has their natural gifts that are at a higher level but still meditation is fantastic and crucial for anyone starting off with all of this. in Fluff

#48 Agreed, sped – I’m not saying it’s not important either, I’m just saying it’s not a big deal if you’re not into it. I think some people get turned off of it because it sounds really boring, and I understand that. So sometimes we need to take another approach and learn how to think and feel first, and meditate when the time is right. In this 3-d world we’re “trained” to multitask, so why not take advantage of that?
But I have to say one of the most amazing meditation experiences I had was in this church in Quebec City. Over there, there’s a church on every other block, and the sounds and bustle of the city were getting to me. So I just stepped into this church at random, and sat down in one of the pews. And the coolness, quiet, calm of the surroundings was a total contrast – it was just what I needed! I just closed my eyes and meditated for a few minutes, listening to the creak of the pews and the quiet shuffle of the patrons – a completely energizing experience!

Thank Yall for the advice!
I understand that there are some sages in the Himalayan mountains who do not meditate because they are meditation. Their daily life…how they speak, walk, act, and stand is meditation. Some of those sages have reached a level where they don’t have to meditate. Sure meditation is a way to connect with your higher selves but what if we just not meditate…but connect to our higher selves anyway? I think it’s that simple. I do it all the time. Do you need to ask meditation for permission to connect with your higher self? No.
…smiley face.
Now when I do meditate, I do it just to see how differently I would feel after the meditation. Sometimes I do it just to do it…or just when I want to listen to nothing…or simply to witness both worlds inside and out simultaneously.
As far as the powers…I have the powers I need when I need them. We are indeed very powerful!

Morning All – My work has taken a turn for the worse, My counter part has retired and I am supposed to now be doing the work that both of us used to…..grrr. So Anyways the phone is ringing off the hook and I’m runnin around like crazy. I wont be able to be around here that much for a few days.
But I am slowly going to plug away on the device in the evenings as time allows. I was sizing up the ring I had cut and I think with the crystals mounted to the inside the space in the center is going to be quite small. So I’m going to have to find Small uniformly shaped crystals or else use a bigger ring and more magnets. the other angle is mounting the crystals on the outside of the ring, but that would mean that there will be about 1/4 inch of PVC between the magnet and the crystal. Still bound with wire mind you…..hmmmmm Any thoughts? Marine Goop will work fine to glue the magnets I figure and it’ll probably look better that a bunch of tape. So the Wire is wrapped around the crystals and magnets and then the wire is joined to each other in series around the ring?
I went to see a massage therapist for my shoulder yesterday and he worked wonderful magic….it feels much better today!
Also it turns out that long ago he suffered somesort of late night injury at a bar and had his back broken. the doctors said he would never walk again. So he had one of his buddies drop him off at the airport bound for Thailand or some country like that and he was worked on by a phsycic surgeon and he returned a year or so later fit as a fiddle! He is devoted to the teachings of Sai Baba and has gone to see him many times throughout his life. We had a wonderful talk and made plans to meet again. I want to see if he can help me/coach me in energy work. He seemed interested and a bit excited that I was talking to him about the things I was. Very Cool evening for me. the appointment was supposed to be 45mins but Iended up being there for almost 2 hours. I had met him before and touched on some of this same subject matter but this visit was much deeper and we were able to set the intention to meet up again and figure out how to proceed. He also teache syoga here but says he would like to start a group that would’nt mind going deeper down the rabbit hole. I said I was in and wanted to be a part of it…..sooo ….we’ll see. Sounds like he spent a quite a bit of time in India learning the ways, And has I get the feeling he is full of knowledge that he would’nt mind sharing.
One day it would be nice to get out of this current field of work and make a change in my life as far as work is concerned. I’m getting a bit tired and bored of what I do. I used to love this work but now I find it a bit silly and the Shareholder, marketshare, competition, part of the company is getting a bit sickening. I would’nt mind helping people open chakras, or start comunity gardens or something natural and beneficial for the world.
I’m tired of making sure that buddy @ 300Lbs down the street has 15MB dsl service to his house so that he can sit on his ass and play world of warcraft all day long. I’m tried of being a part of that.

I’m intending to just test the idea of a single quartz crystal attached to the magnet. How does that differ from no quartz at all?
With regards to your question regarding connections, I think it’s probably parallel (you’re just creating a bunch of electromagnets). A series connection will increase the voltage with each magnet. Once you have the wrap in place it shouldn’t be too difficult to try both configurations.
I can try doing another session and see if I can get any more info from him. Are there any other questions you guys think I should ask?

Actually it’s interesting the layers mentioned there in Gunner’s vid (there are 4 of them) combined with the mercury gas chamber is actually similar to the 4-layered thing in the wall carvings from ancient egypt. Hm, how did they build the pyramids? Bingo!
It sounds like the one in this video includes the property of anti-gravity, which would be very helpful in many different situations, but not easy to develop by your average plumber (i.e. joe the plumber!)
The thing we’re looking at is more of a grassroots way of “sticking it to the man” in a way that doesn’t hurt the average person in any significant way. I just want to give them some basic instructions, and then they can start selling energy back to the electric company. What happens then is that corporations become dependent on society for its power. And all the infrastructure is already there!
This also helps 3rd world countries. If one guy, in the process of starving to death, can build a windmill to pump water for his town, we can certainly take this to the next level. I heard this story on NPR – very inspiring story.

Well what has changed.
Loving creator father Knows best.
I for one asked all the Guardian angels to help us out. If no one is asking them to I asked all of them in the name of peace and love to help remove the dark ones. And help who they are here to help then waiting for them to ask.
I been doing the shield Of light around the planet and every one for protections. I think I shield the dark ones in to not escape. They can go down with the ship. No exceptions bedsides one. If they choose to do the path of the light in the final hours they get their pass but only if true of hart. and the rest are Now mortal striped of any power they had. And the remaining that choose the light can dice up the bad ones that Refuse to ever give up and be mortal and take the track of life on earth with the blind folds on.

I believe the creator is hear making changes.. I personally like I stated before the energy I feel flowing threw me like a river but with no water he can as I gave full permission for Divine intervention in any part of my life. Unlike more short-sighted studies, Caldicott’s calculations track high radiation exposure through the many avenues it travels throughout the ecosystem.
We, as a global culture, need to stand up for our home and use our abilities as co-creators of our world to consciously adapt to a different way of operating that doesn’t destroy our environment or poison our children in the generations to come. It is becoming very obvious that the Human Race is at a key point in its evolution. The collapse of the old ways confirms that they are no longer suitable for the new Human that is emerging. However many only see an uncertain future offering more chaos and catastrophes. It is therefore important for our mission to commence upon Earth without delay. Our acknowledged presence will allay many fears and give hope, whereas often at present only despair and desperation exist. You do have a wonderful future waiting to unfold that is only held back by the last gasp antics of the dark Ones. We shall therefore exalt our allies to forge ahead and start a sequence of events that will end in Ascension. If we do not get the response we desire, we shall be allowed to force the issue in the interests of all of you.
As you will know by now, when we refer to using force it is by way of persuasion or through the application of Universal Laws. We wish that your civilisation had taken the opportunity offered many years ago, to bring peace to your world. However, it was not to be and you were lured into thinking that you were free citizens and that your lives were normal. Yet you were gradually having your freedom taken away from you, and it was done by such subtle means you were unaware as to what was happening. To your credit many souls started to understand what was taking place, and movements grew that sought the changes that would lift you up and bring peace.
That was a signal duly noted by the Spiritual Hierarchy, who extended the time period to enable more souls to awaken to the truth. That decision has proved to be successful, as a great surge in your consciousness levels has been recorded. It is a sad fact that many are called, but some souls are too set in their ways and beliefs to respond. We still interact with them as with any other soul, as we see the true potential of all of you. Great care and love is given unconditionally, as we know that it is only a matter of time before a group of souls is ready to ascend. By your reckoning it will be a long, long time, but it will come with the cyclic nature of all that exists.
If you hold onto your faith in us, you will deflect the negative energies that are inevitably levelled at us by those who do not understand the Light. We represent change and it does not come easily to those who are beholden to the material world. Their fascination with it will often only last whilst they are successful, but it cannot bring true fulfilment and the inner peace that brings joy and happiness. Many already enjoy such peaceful levels of existence, and they are able to walk tall through any discord or confusion because they are no longer affected. Such Beings are the beacons of Light that bring calmness wherever it is needed. Their high energies also have a healing affect on people around them. This level can be achieved by anyone who lives their life in Love and Light and gives no place to the lower vibrations.
Whatever effort you need to put in to achieve Ascension, will be more than worth it and should not be looked upon as having been a sacrifice on your part. To live in the Love and Light is your natural demeanour, as you return to levels that were once your home. Have we not told you that you are gods in the making, in which case you have a natural urge to return to them. Duality is a game that upon completion you leave behind, having gained immense experience that you take with you. No experience is without some value, and you will forever evolve until you again return to the Source. Perhaps you can now understand why you need to release attachments to the lower vibrations. Think into the future and hold that image, and know it is vastly superior to anything that you presently experience.
Things are building up to the grand finale, and as you know it will come good. There is no other ending this time round, and the Divine Plan will ensure a happy ending. It was different in bygone times when you yourselves created your future. Now however the line has been drawn and this cycle of duality must come to an end. Ultimately every soul will find itself exactly where it should be, and there is no place for error. Be glad and look forward to a heavenly existence knowing that you will never again enter the duality cycle. From hereon life will be idyllic and fulfilling while you enjoy the beauty and comforts of the higher dimensions. You will need for nothing at all, and have everything that makes life an absolute pleasure. Words cannot describe the bliss you will experience and the Light that permeates all that exists.
We really are in a waiting scenario, as the final acts are about to be played out. So much is near fruition, and tremendous effort has been put into bringing the result we expect. Your input is till vital and we need you to focus your Light upon any issue or person that stands in the way of our success. Together we have to continue transmuting the dark energies, and thus weaken their ability to interfere with the process of change. It is you the people who hold the real power so we encourage you to put out positive thoughts, and never give in to the fear factor. There will continue to be terrorists all of the time there is inequality in the world, and a country’s sovereignty is interfered with. They will however withdraw from their activities in the near future, when it is understood that a peaceful conclusion can be achieved. It will be backed by our presence and assurance that peace will be restored everywhere in the world.
Peace is the answer to almost all of your problems. At a stroke it will remove fear and replace it with hope, joy and peaceful co-operation between all people. We are therefore laying down the plans for a great leap forward, and await the opportunity to first clear the decks. Much preparation has already been made and you will find that once we achieve our first objective, the rest will follow quite rapidly.

Made a bit of a rendering of what I saw as I was thinking about this motor thingie….

I think that “invite only” will be necessary, but we’ll see. Have a look… it’s set up right now so that anyone can go and look, but not be able to change things.
So far, the rendering is based on
6″ inside pvc for the big ring
1″dia x 1/4 NeBFe magnets (I have a bunch already)
roughly 1/4″ x 1″ quartz crystals
24 gauge magnet wire
3″ speaker magnet
1/8″ thick pie sectors (cut from original magnet backing plate)
shaft… not sure of yet.
Can I ask that Nikki is asked if this configuration of wire wrap and orientation of quartz is ont he right track? Please?? Pretty please??? with sugar and stuff…???
Oh, and the magnetic field orientation… the guy says it is unimportant but I have my doubts. What I picture as the field lines requires some order to the field. Could we ask about that as well?

Good morning Sunray. Do you feel the energy today. It is so strong and feels so good. I am all sorts of hyper this morning but in a good way.
Good morning to all the gm people here and a happy TGIF to everyone. Gonna go sneak out for a smoke right now.
My method is this sunray, the others already know. I go smoke and then on my way back, I stop at the bathroom to get a tissue. Now on my way back to the desk. I make sure my manager sees me wiping my hands as if I just got out of the bathroom. DOGHOUSE!!!! WHAT!!!!

I was all hype the other morning. This morning I’m not that hype but I can get HYPE!!!! DogHouze!!! LoL!
I do all kinds of sneaky stuff at work! I have a few methods! For example, last night during overnight stocking at a grocery store, I accidentally broke a pickle jar…so I just started eating the pickles! Couldn’t stock it so I ate it! And throughout the night I would sneak to the bakery and the lady who bakes overnight gives me cookies and donuts. I’d stay back there and eat them. Then go back to my work with sticky incing all over my hands. I also eat gummy worms out of the candy jar thing on the candy aisle. LoL! Work is fun!

Gunner posted an interesting video yesterday that is worth watching. Steffie also posted something. Both were dealing with Anti-gravity. I thought this was unrelated, but looking at it, I’m not so sure. The principle uses harmonics, and apparently Tesla made the statement around 1880 that he already knew how to do this.

I agree, John – I think we’re at the point where we need further guidance. I will ask once I’ve had a chance to see your diagrams…
One of the magnet “slots” on the outer ring is missing to get the magnet in the middle rotating. Magnet poles on the outer ring should be facing into the center, but these should be the same polarity as the speaker magnet so that they repel it… this gets it spinning. If I remember correctly the speaker magnet is “south” on the flat end, so the magnets should also have “south” pointing in. At this point you don’t need any wire – the thing in the middle should spin by itself.
So once all this is working, if you “tie” a crystal to a magnet on the outer ring (with tape or string or whatever), can you get a small charge from it with the magnet in the middle spinning? (i.e. even if you have to spin it with your hand…)
I’m thinking a rheostat might come in handy down the road to help “tune” the frequency/rpm. This is the dimmer switch on your dining room lighting. No idea where this would go in the circuit, though.
My gut feeling is that all this is just a big series connection, to amplify the voltage as much as possible.
There are no wrong answers here, so don’t feel bad if we make a mistake or three along the way. I find I learn more from my mistakes than I do from doing something the right way the first time.
