I have been asking my guides about their views on ascension.

My main guide (Zel) says that things in nirvana are pretty hectic – i can see an ant colony in my minds eye when i think of this. Ascension has a big impact there i guess.
Last time i had the pleasure to visit nirvana there was a huge party going on – did not know why at the time. (this was about seven years ago.)

In my inbetween incarnation life i work with the akashic scrolls. The hall of records in nirvana has been busier than ever ; As you all may know, in nirvana, one can access a scroll of a human lifetime(with correct permissions and experience it in its full 3D gloriousness!

I feel a completeness here now with Gaias and humanities 3D contribution to the creators plan.

As everything in the universe has a purpose, so this purpose has been fulfilled – We should all feel proud of what we have accomplished here!

The last time i remember being stood in the hall of records i could see many scrolls all around – even behind me which is unnerving. We are truly living in exciting times. The challenges and crises facing the world today are portents of imminent change in civilization. We are on the threshold of an incredible global evolutionary shift.

The current panoply of global crises collectively reveals we are facing our own extinction. Scientists acknowledge that the current degradation of the environment and the massive loss of species are evidence that we are deep into the sixth mass extinction to hit Earth since the origin of life. Unlike the first five massive die-offs, attributed to physical causes such as life-destroying geological upheavals and the impact of comets and asteroids, the current wave of extinctions is due to a source much closer to home: human behavior. Our way of life is wreaking havoc in the global community and our survival is now in question.

Crises are harbingers of evolution. Albert Einstein wisely proffered, “We cannot solve the problems with the same thinking that created them.” Consequently, the planet’s hope and salvation lies in the adoption of revolutionary new knowledge being revealed at the frontiers of science. This new awareness is shattering old myths and rewriting the “truths” that shape the character of human civilization.

New science revises four fundamental beliefs that shape civilization. These flawed assumptions include:
1) The Newtonian vision of the primacy of a physical, mechanical Universe;
2) Genes control biology;
3) Evolution resulted from random genetic mutations; and
4) Evolution is driven by a struggle for the survival-of-the-fittest. These failed beliefs represent the “Four Assumptions of the Apocalypse,” for they are driving human civilization to the brink of extinction.

Modern science is predicated on “truths” verified through accurate observation and measurements of physical world phenomena. Science ignores the spiritual realm because it is not amenable to scientific analysis. As importantly, the predictive success of Newtonian theory, emphasizing the primacy of a physical Universe, made the existence of spirit and God an extraneous hypothesis that offered no explanatory principles needed by science.

In the wake of Newtonian theory, with the Hand of God out of the way, society has been preoccupied with dominating and controlling Nature. Darwin’s theory further exacerbates the situation by suggesting that humans evolved through the happenstance of random genetic mutations. Accordingly, we evolved by pure “chance,” which by extension means: without an underlying purpose for our existence. Darwinian theory removed the last link between God, spirit and the human experience.

Additionally, Darwinism emphasizes that evolution is based on “the survival of the fittest in the struggle for existence.” For science, the end of the evolution struggle is simply represented by “survival.” As for the means to that end, apparently anything goes. Darwinism leaves humanity without a moral compass.

A mechanical Newtonian Universe in combination with Darwin’s theory of random evolution disconnects us from Nature and spirit, while legitimizing the exploitation and degradation of our fellow humans and the environment.

Modern science has led the world to shift from spiritual aspirations to a war for material accumulation. In addition to terrorizing the world’s human population, scientific “progress” has terrorized Mother Nature herself. Our credo, “Better Living Through Chemistry,” has led to our efforts to control Nature with toxic petrochemicals. As a result, we have polluted the environment, undermined the harmony of the biosphere and are rapidly driving ourselves toward extinction.

All is not lost. Advances from science’s frontier offer new insights that provide a bright light at the end of this dark tunnel. Firstly, in contrast to the emphasis on the Newtonian material realm, the newer science of quantum mechanics reveals that the Universe and all of its physical matter are actually made out of immaterial energy. Atoms are not physical particles; they are made of energy vortices resembling nano-tornadoes.

Quantum physics stresses that the invisible energy realm, collectively referred to as the field, is the primary governing force of the material realm. It is more than interesting that the term field is defined as “invisible moving forces that influence the physical realm,” for the same definition is used to describe spirit. The new physics provides a modern version of ancient spirituality. In a Universe made out of energy, everything is entangled, everything is one.

Biomedical research has recently toppled the widespread belief that organisms are genetically controlled robots and that evolution is driven by a random, survival-of-the-fittest mechanism. As genetically controlled “robots,” we are led to perceive of ourselves as “victims” of heredity. Genes control our lives yet we did not pick our genes, nor can we change them if we don’t like our traits. The perception of genetic victimization inevitably leads to irresponsibility, for we believe we have no power over our lives.

The exciting new science of epigenetics emphasizes that genes are controlled by the environment, and more importantly, by our perception of the environment. Epigenetics acknowledges that we are not victims, but masters, for we can change our environment or perceptions, and create up to 30,000 variations for each of our genes.

Quantum physics and epigenetics provide amazing insight into the mystery of the mind-body-spirit connection. While Newtonian physics and genetic theory dismiss the power of our minds, the new science recognizes that consciousness endows us with powerful creative abilities to shape our lives and the world in which we live. Our thoughts, attitudes and beliefs control behavior, regulate gene expression and provide for our life experiences.

Hello Troy yes I did. I wanted to talk about ego.

>What can you tell me about Ego?

Ego is like the control surfaces on an airplane. It maintains stability. An airplane has dynamic stability in that if you alter course, it will try to correct itself.

So, when you modify those control surfaces, the plane might descend, ascend, bank right, bank left. Turn right/turn left. If you let go of the controls while the plane is in stable flight, the aircraft flies itself.

So too is the scheme of the ego. It is “programmed” to maintain equilibrium. It controls bodily functions, but also controls your perception of reality. You can change direction with your ego, but your ego carries your reality with it. A good example of how this comes into play is when you go to a movie theater and watch a movie. You start to feel like one of the characters in the movie.

Another example is when you become nostalgic for something, and you not only remember what that time looked like, but also the sounds, smells, and feelings that went along with it. This is not just your memory – it is your ego trying to “stabilize” your reality.

You have been struggling with ego – you can now feel the separation between your higher self and ego self – your higher self wants to do one thing, and your ego constantly tries to “stabilize” reality and prevent that from happening.

When you feel this happening, all you need to do is center/ root yourself to maintain your connection to your higher self. This will switch off your ego so that it doesn’t always try to correct itself.

The ego is in play all the time; it’s like a compass always pointing north. You cannot completely switch it off unless you die since it needs to maintain certain parts of your reality in order to function.

This is in fact part of the genetic engineering that took place thousands of years ago – those responsible tapped into this automatic function and developed it to become hyper-active. If external forces attempt to change your reality, your ego kicks in and tries to compensate. And just as in an airplane, the further removed from your reality that external influence is, the stronger your ego will react to counterbalance that external force. For each action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

PTSD is an example of how the ego has over-compensated from external influences. There is also a simple solution there in training soldiers to connect to their higher self, which would help them to “reset” their ego and its hyper-active stability/control mechanism. Connecting to their higher selves is not desirable from the military standpoint since this also makes them less controllable. And so it is preferred to discharge them from the military rather than offer a cure.

The same is true with any other event – external influences will have the effect of causing your hyper-active ego to overcompensate. This is why many messages coming from the Galactic Federation suggest “remain calm”, because if you let events get to you, your ego will try to compensate, and then you become more malleable and controllable.

Maintaining centering and your connection to your higher self helps override your ego, and also helps you then take action rather than “locking up”. It is essentially taking control of your ego rather than letting your ego control YOU.

Whether you are at a chaotic node or at a void point (the opposite of a chaotic node), maintaining centering and connecting with your higher self through love and gratitude will prevent this control from taking place.

>can you tell me something about chaotic node vs. void point?

It is exactly like a weather system where you have high and low pressure areas. Except the chaotic node vs. void point is more of a property of space time, caused by your planet’s rotation through the universe. This rotation creates its own reality, and that reality has “high” and “low” pressure areas around the planet that have an impact on space/time. So a “chaotic node” is like a storm system, associated with “low” pressure, a “void point” is like a high pressure system with calm weather. This is as much a part of your planet as the weather; it’s just another property of it. And this system on a map resembles weather systems as well.

This can be influenced to some degree with electro-magnetic devices, but your governments do not have the technology to change this on a planetary scale. This can only be done on a very small level, and the effects are still unpredictable. They have been experimenting with seeding these chaotic nodes and void points in a similar way to how you would seed a weather system; you might get a bit more rain, for example. In fact this does also have an impact on the weather to some degree because it has an electro-magnetic property to it. Rain and clouds also contain electrons, so a symptom of chaos/void points is also reflected in weather patterns. They are connected phenomenon rather than being separate constructs.

Your expression “when it rains it pours” has double meaning when applied to chaos, and is in fact evidence that your collective consciousness already understands that both of these things are closely connected.

It’s not happening on a big enough scale to be truly dangerous, although the advice I provided about ego will help you “weather the storm” of these chaos nodes and void points to some degree. When you feel it at its height, simply center and remain calm. You will start to feel the chaos drop away as you override your ego.

Centering can also be meditation, but as you know meditation is not required for centering.

Another way of looking at it is that centering is like opening an umbrella. The rain seems a lot easier to deal with when you have some kind of covering. Centering acts just like an umbrella – it provides clarity and reduces the effects of the chaos.

I’d like to say that this is a really easy but important practice right now. Practice this as much as you can because it will come in handy as you move through these chaos nodes and void points. You should try and get to the point where you can pop it open, just like an umbrella, and you will be protected. Connect to your higher self with gratitude and it becomes your umbrella.

There was a movie that was created recently called “Avatar” which is part of the truth of what Earth is. It is indeed a perfect simulation, a video-game, if you will. It was created as a venue of entertainment for other beings. Your physical form is but a shell, but in some ways your reality is more real than the reality you originally came from. It’s a perfect world from a simulation point of view. Like the Avatar movie your physical form will take on characteristics of the “real you” – this is why you noticed a physical resemblance between your friend Laurinda today and the “Laurinda” (I believe her name was “Cassie” then) back in the chariot races.

And so what’s going on now is that your technology and point of reference, your consciousness, is “catching up” to where you left off thousands of years ago – the simulation is almost complete from that perspective.

The difficulty is that your “soul” is trapped in the simulation so it limits your free will in this respect. Your friends made a pact to wake each other up; this is how you escape the simulation.

From a physical perspective, you can retain the body you have now since this is in all respects the real you. Others may want another form completely, or they may decide to play the game again. Your current form can be healed or upgraded as you wish; eventually you may want a new form too. Most choose a balance that gives them a physical form that allows them to live and thrive without too much effort to maintain it. For example if you create a lot of muscle mass then you have to maintain it. And frankly spending hours in a gym is boring!

The 3-d world is very real, and you can of course cause yourself harm in this reality, in this dimension. Escape is not necessarily through death, although you can escape to the 4-d holding dimension to return to the 3rd dimension when another form is ready.

This reality is why it’s the perfect simulation – as I said in some ways it is more “real” from a perception point of view because there are stricter rules that govern it.

>So how do you know that this is not the reality, and you’re not the simulation?

Well there’s the other problem – some, if not many entities, have trouble with this. It’s one of the pitfalls of creating a perfect simulation. And it is really up to your point of reference. But I can tell you that your dimension, as perfect as it is, is in fact a simulation that other beings use for entertainment purposes.

>So our souls are being used to maintain the simulation for them?

Exactly – you have to have “free agents” within the simulation to make it interesting, don’t you? NPCs are a similar concept. So what ascension is, is essentially you’ll be trading places with the gamers, for those who want to assume the roles of the NPCs.

Well you know that I am bound to tell you the truth. This is the truth. They/you agreed to play the role of the NPCs, for better or for worse. The concept of Karma – that you are reincarnated based on your life choices – is not really accurate. You can reincarnate as anything you wish. If you decide to spend a life as a salamander, that’s fine. But you’re still an NPC within this world.

You see the reason for this agreement is that the soul is one thing that cannot be simulated. It has its own personality and makes its own choices. Only god can create the soul. But what that soul does and what form it takes on is really a free will choice, and it always has been thus. But a device was devised to trap the soul in one location on earth. Ghosts are one of the flaws of the simulation. It’s replaying something that already happened. The akashic records are the “log files” of the simulation.

a letter to james from his contact at Oak Ridge National Laboratory who has accessed mine and james’ cia/nsa files. this is about new information that turned up when the contact found out that he was on file to have been in a top secret government black project together with james

James, …I wrote you while digging through some stuff at work. I can not be specific about how I found these, but I was able to gain access to some files that a friend of mine located while doing some research. It is amazing James. It seems you and I have been in contact as children. During the early 1980s in British Columbia, Canada (Above the US state of Washington on the Northwest Pacific Coast), there was a genetic lab. There is also another lab located near Lake Minnewanka, Alberta. The children (and some adults were flown in to Nelson, BC on small charter flights funded by the CIA. These children were then taken to Banff National Park (Lake Minnewanka). There is a DUMB entrance near the lake up and old logging access road. I checked this against the database and that DUMB was closed and relocated to a larger base further north. The base that was used in the 80s is now used for records storage and reserve emergency parts (generators, tools, etc). It is a small service base, but was used because of its location near a CIA training station as well as a genetics lab in Nelson. I think the site record said it was 150,000 square feet…not large for a DUMB by todays standards. like I said before there ae small ones and large ones. Anyway, they sequenced our DNA there. The documents stated (which were old CIA and NSA briefing documents) that the children were “blue bloods”, and used for “Project Ibis genetic sequencing”. We were selected as small children due to our lineages and genetics. We were either abducted, kidnapped, or maybe our parents were brainwashed in to letting us go there or taken there by them. I have no memory of my parents doing his. My parents have no knowledge of any of this. My parents never travelled to Canada, but I do have vague recollections of floating from my bed, out the window, and down into a space ship that reminded me of the Appolo spacecraft on the moon (at least that is the way I remember it). I also recall small “monsters” who treated me very nice and took me to a very pretty place in the mountains. I distinctly remember seeing the gate of the base entrance and walking out of this craft. These are old paper files and not within a database. These are Ibis files only and related to transfer, work done on us as kids, and then monitoring. I apologize, my computer took a shit right in the middle of me trying to type. Anyway, I was saying to gunner, your experience sent chills down my spine, partly because it is extremely similar to a part of a story i’m writing, where the main characters are taken aboard a light ship in their dreams. I wrote it like a week ago, and then I read Gunner’s experience. If nobody minds, read how similar they are;

I slowly laid down and closed my eyes. Consciousness faded, dark took over my sight. I fell down into a blissful, comfortable state of sleep. Darkness, nothingness. Like always, I had zero sense of time, zero sense of space, zero sense of anything accept blissful existence. Then, almost instantly, my sight and senses were flooded with the image of being back at the lake, with Marcus and Reggie. Reggie was holding his pipe and smiling, and Marcus was standing next to him and pointing to the pipe, also smiling. We weren’t in the woods, but at the shore of the lake, just a few feet away from the water. We are simple in nature, Reggie began saying to me, but we are introducing you to your new life. Follow the herb, and you will begin to unlock mysteries about life you would’ve never thought true.
Just as had happened earlier in the day, as Reggie was talking I saw a silver craft floating above his head. Him and Marcus turned to look at it, and Marcus simply remarked, It’s 3:00 man. I was going to ask him what in the world possessed him to just randomly say that, when a bright, beautiful light began to shine and emanate from the ufo. Reggie, Marcus and I were naturally drawn to the light like moths to a lamp, and we began floating towards it. As we floated closer towards it, the light consumed us and calmly and lovingly transported us into the spacecraft. Once in the spacecraft, we found we were in the presence of three beings, all about 13 feet in height, all glowing. The calming effect coming off of these beings was immense, and their love consumed all of us on a deeper level that we had not previously had access to feeling. They communicated with us not by speaking, but by telepathy.

Pretty wild Azzey and I feel anyone could call upon them by setting their intentions to do so. I still cannot believe how quickly it happened when I called on Lord Arcturus and anyone who knows me , know that I dont need to tell BS stories. Also, since like 10 days ago when I do my daily anchoring of love, I close my eyes and the light color of like a green pastel comes into my vision. It is almost like the green you see in the oceans down south. Up north here our oceans are always gray. We never get that green and blue turquoise up here. Some if the fresh water springs in florida have that blue turquoise color. Gotta check out the itcheetucknee river near gainsville. 15 miles of snorkeling crystal clear water. Make sure to rent a inflatable boat. My brother and I did it one year just in the skin and halfway through he was going into hypothermia. We got our for 40 minutes and he got better so we finished the other half of our snorkeling trip.

It is time to throw yourself fully into your efforts to bring Light to the Earth. There is clearly not far to go now, and you face the most exciting times as duality closes down. It will depend on how you see the end-times taking place, as they bring you to the point of Ascension. There has never been a better opportunity to really rise up into the higher vibrations, and move with the beneficial changes that are occurring. The distractions will still there that could take your focus away from your goal, but know that they will be short lived. Whatever is placed in front of you for the purpose of creating fear and confusion, will have no affect on you unless you empower them. It is no longer possible for anything that Man can do, to prevent the envisaged end of this cycle and Ascension.

Your immediate concern should be about Self by ensuring that you are approaching Ascension in the right way. That does not mean ignoring help to those around you, as indeed it is expected that those who are awakened help to spread the Light. It can be done in many different ways, and the more evolved you are the better equipped you are to be a mentor to your Brothers and Sisters. You are at the hub of all activity and who but you can appreciate what others are experiencing. You are the ones who in all likelihood came to Earth at this special time to offer your love and services to your fellow travellers. Outside of your family links are friends and acquaintances that may well have been closer to you in previous lives. They too may come to you for advice sensing that you are at One with all else around you. There is not only safety in numbers, but coming together exponentially increases the Light between you.

The final months before the end time will add so much more to your consciousness levels, and it is certainly a period in which an open mind is essential. Many beliefs will be exposed so that the truth can be understood, and many revelations will take people’s breath away. Some will be shocking and others absolutely uplifting, but all in all they will clear the way for the final changes. Almost every soul carries some baggage that has accumulated over many, many lives. It will be thrown up at you for cleansing, and you will know what exactly needs your attention. What was normal or acceptable hundreds of years ago may be seen entirely different today. The basis for change centres on your thoughts and actions that are harmful to others. Control of your emotions is a major player in such circumstances, and being non-judgmental is also extremely important. Test yourself and see if you remain calm and peaceful, when you in the centre of fear and aggression. If you can you will know you are winning the battle to lift yourself up. At the same time as setting a good example to others, you will find that where you lead they will follow.

The confidence that you will gain in lifting yourself up will give you even greater power that will put you firmly on the path to Ascension. You will find that possessions will become less important and transient, as you realise that materialism is largely a symptom of greed rather than necessity. Of course you are all entitled to live comfortably, but that line is often crossed by those who see the acquisition of wealth as a sign of success. With Ascension comes a completely different mindset, which focuses on everything that is for the good of all. There is no lack experienced in the higher dimensions, and there is much more sharing than ownership. You can have whatever you want, and change it whenever you want, so possessions are not seen as necessary. Nothing is valued in monetary terms as you do now, and in fact money does not change hands at all. Doors do not have locks and land is not owned but shared. Dear Ones you will have a number of new concepts to get used to in due course. Bear in mind that in your new bodies you will not experience the frailties you do on Earth, and if ever in need of healing will receive sound, light and colour. Therefore, medicines and drugs that are used now will have no place or indeed be necessary.

When you can start to project your thoughts and live in the future as understood from the various messages you read, you will be cutting your links with the past and creating your new paradigm. Of course it will not only just be you but also include all those souls who have started to stand with one foot in the higher dimensions. There is nothing like the present time to firmly establish where you are going, and be co-creators in manifesting the New Age. It will not stop there, as you will acquire greater powers of creation and eventually become a Galactic Being. With that also comes an even higher degree of responsibility, but you will be pleased to learn that it presents no problems at that level of evolution.

Unlike Man we do not have the impetus to rush into things, as you will have noticed. This is why we are quite prepared to wait for the right time before we implement the first stage of First Contact. Our goal is perfection in whatever we do on behalf of other civilisations, and our plans are accordingly carried out with it in mind. We allow for delays but even so have our deadlines to meet. So you can be sure that you will experience what we have promised you, and you could say that it will be all the better for having waited. Consciousness levels are speeding ahead and that will make our arrival much more easy. There is truly a phenomenal difference to what existed a mere 50 years ago. Minds have been opening and the awakening has accelerated, particularly since the Millennium.

Together we are the forces Light that use nothing more than the weapon of love to defeat our adversaries. They have no answer to it which is why they try to confuse you and instil fear. Of course the dark energies cannot be eliminated overnight, but your positive energies weaken their power to continue and transmute the lower vibrations.

Evolution of The Soul
Life Lessons through Reincarnation

Often we reincarnate on earth with our soul family and often our most intense relationships are with our soul family.

You meet someone for the first time and feel as if you know them already. You’re in a town that you’ve never been to before, yet you recognize streets and buildings. You start playing a new sport and amaze everyone, including yourself, at your natural abilities and intuitive knowing of the rules. We often describe such experiences as déjà vu: the experience or feeling that a new situation has happened to us before. Then again, the possibility does exist that we have actually lived these experiences in the past or, rather, in another lifetime.

Many spiritual practices believe that reincarnation is real: Our souls return to this earth over a series of lifetimes to evolve, learn, grow, transform, and become more spiritually attuned through the course of each life. When we reincarnate, it is believed that we tend to cycle through our different lives with many of the same people. Often these traveling “soul” companions are the ones we enter into relationships with; we work through our unresolved issues together so that we may heal.

When we struggle or keep encountering blocks that keep us from reaching our goals, there may be a specific lesson that we are supposed to learn in this lifetime. Being naturally blessed with a musical talent or another gift can be a special ability that you worked hard to develop in a past life. You may even have lived before as another gender or as part of a different social or economic class. Each lifetime brings with it specific lessons that are necessary for our spiritual evolution.

Past life recall can give us valuable insights into our past, present, and future lives. The knowledge of how we lived before can help us overcome present obstacles, understand phobias, and resolve relationship issues. There are workshops you can take to learn about past lives, and past life regression therapists can guide you on your journey backward in time.

You can learn to visit your past lives through your dreams, meditation, and trance work. It is even possible to see full scenes of a former lifetime flash before you in your mind’s eye as if you were watching a movie. While looking back at your past lives can be exciting and enlightening, it is important to remember that the answers you are seeking to this life can only truly be found by living this one. Look to your past to see where you’ve been, but remember that the life that matters most is the one that you are living now.

@babajij – NPC is a video game term, meaning non-player character. In the gaming world this typically means a computer-generated character not controlled by other players. It might also be a character you receive quests from. These characters can be programmed with fairly high intelligence.

I used to be an avid online gaming player, not world of warcraft, but a few others. I love dungeons and dragons type games, mostly.

Gamer eliticism turned me off of it.

Laura #122: Yes, I agree with this material, as I “view” my past lives and those of others when I do Reiki sessions,—as if it is a movie. I have always called it “mind pictures”. Fortunately, when I have viewed for others during these sessions, I was emotionally detached—other than feeling a powerful sense of compassion and love for my client. These pictures of the past are clear, in color, and as clear as day! I rather imagine that I am tapping into the Akashic Records. This skill is evolving as now I am able to do it with the connection of a simple email…or a photo that someone sends me in an email. I am NOT HOWEVER allowed to use this gift for my own entertainment purposes, or out of a sense of sheer curiosity. That is a big NO-NO for me!
