My dear friends, we love you so very much.

There is a tendencey upon your planet earth to label and divide your activities and thoughts into what you consider to be “spiritual” and what you consider to be “mundane.” Your mind decides something is “important” and therefore requires more attention than something “unimportant,” and while these labels are human and we certainly do not judge them, we see things so very differently up here in the heavens. All your activities can be spiritual dear friends, or all can be mundane. If you sit in church out of a sense of duty, with no feeling of connection to God, that is less spiritual than the times when you view a single flower with a prayer of gratitude within your hearts, and a sense of wonder for the majesty of creation. If you perform acts of charity out of a sense of duty, that is less spiritual than quietly smiling at the clerk in your local convenience store as you buy your gas. It is never the outer activity that dictates the movement within. Rather it is the quality of love that exists within your hearts that dictates the merit of the outer works.

This month many of you are having an urge to clear out and clean out. And while sorting through your posessions may not feel so spiritual, and while you might feel there are more important things to do, consider the fact that laying the foundation of a house is certainly more tedious and less exciting than putting up the walls or enjoying the decor. Tilling the rocky soil of a garden patch is certainly hard work and yet it is necessary before you can weed, feed, fertilize, and harvest the beautiful vegetables that grow there. There are times for tilling the soil of your life. You are indeed digging and laying new foundations when you do so. If you want a job, you must prepare a resume. If you want to enjoy order, you have to clear chaos. If you want to enjoy a relationship, you have to throw away old beliefs that no longer serve you.

For every dream you have dear friends, there are soils that must be tilled, and foundations that must be laid. And so this week, we urge you to look at your dreams, and say to yourself, “What beliefs must I embrace to be consistent with those dreams?” “What do I need to change in my home or life to be consistent with those dreams?” What can I do right now, within my means, time, and energy levels to lay the foundations for the future I desire? Think about these things dear friends and then get busy because you are the ones who set the wheels in motion for your dreams to come true!

Stick: OMG, there are so many similarities between you and my son Sage. You remind me of him, and he reminds me of you. Would you be willing to tell me when you were born? I have wanted to ask you this for so dang long… and I finally got the courage to do so. If you decline to share, of course I will understand… I haven’t seen my Sage for almost 2 years, but he will be coming up here in late August. He is divorcing, and I am missing him something fierce! I need a big hug from my “tall drink of water” which I always lovingly call him. He is an Aries, born March 28, 1974. His eyes are green with a golden ring around the pupils—over 6 ft. tall loved the woods as a child and named himself “Leaf” back then. Thus, the Holy See was the first born, as the first “fully Christian” JOINT BUSINESS VENTURE BETWEEN THE ROMAN CULT, THE VENETIANS, AND THE CROWN OF ENGLAND.

Pope Boniface declared that “EVERY CREATURE IS SUBJECT TO THE AUTHORITY OF THE POPE. In 1302, he issued the Papal Bull, Unun Sanctum, stating “We declare, say, define, and pronounce that it is absolutely necessary for the salvation of every human creature to be subject to the Roman Pontiff.” The Legal Personality of the Holy See became instrumental in the Catholic Church, establishing one of the most PROFITABLE BUSINESSES OF THE MIDDLE AGES – THE INTERNATIONAL SLAVE TRADE. This industry, initially controlled by Portugal and Spain, was only made possible because of the unique claimed attributes of the Holy See.

When Spain sponsored a Papal navy expedition to claim the New World under the command of Christopher Colon (Columbus), Pope Innocent VIII (1484-1492) extended the concept of the Holy See, now to be literally the entire oceans, as well as all the land.

Under Pope Innocent VIII, the role of Inquisition and Inquisitor changed to increase their legal and spiritual authority when “DESPATCHING HERETICS”. Around 1483, Thomas de Torquemada was named Inquisitor General of Aragon, Valencia and Catalonia. His torturers and special militia were then blessed with being sworn into the highest order of the Roman Cult – the SS, or Knights of the Sedes Sacrorum.

The military order of the Roman Catholic Church, the Knights of the Sedes Serorum (SS), were bestowed by the legal orders of the Roman Pontiff on behalf of the Mother Church, to wage constant Holy Inquisition against all heretics: including assassinations, torture and counter-intelligence, to protect the name of the Holy Roman Catholic Church and directly represent the interests of the Holy See as its primary order of Holy Knights – the SS (Sedes Sacrorum or Holy See).

As a spiritual order of the Roman Catholic Church, the SS were bestowed with the extraordinary Roman Catholic grace of being forgiven for all their mortal sins (thus enabling them admission to heaven) that “unfortunately” must be done in order to observe its temporal orders. In other words, the troops of the Grand Inquisitor, Thomas de Torquemada, were the first religious military corp to be granted immunity from hell by the Pope, despite its acts of torture, terror and evil.

The last open satanic ritual sacrifices under the Holy Inquisition were in the early 19th century. By the beginning of the 20th century, there were less than a few hundred SS soldiers still assigned to the Holy Inquisition. However, upon the appointment of FR HEINRICH HIMMLER SJ IN 1929, TO THE NSDAP IN GERMANY, a new NAZI SS Army (Knights of the Sedes Sacorum) of several hundred thousand, was created by 1939 to wage the single greatest Inquisition ever undertaken by the Roman Cult, with over 18 Million innocent people BURNED ALIVE IN RUSSIA AND POLAND.

The German SS were disbanded at the end of World War II, and the Roman Scroll of the SS was handed to the United States SS (Secret Service/Sedes Sacrorum) by 1945. The United States SS was officially created as a military/spiritual force. It has the absolute protection of the President of the United States, but holds the President as a virtual prisoner of the State, under the guise of official protection.

Again, I point out that nothing is as it seems. The forthcoming Transition requires you to look at your history and all that you had accepted as truth. This is a painful process but it leads to a reconnection with your spirituality and to a world where love, truth and respect for all men is awaiting you.

The corrupt must step back. It is time for change. We are making it easy for the truth to be revealed. Be brave and seek it. Love is being generated from all corners of the world. This assists the Transition.

The reason for this is to enlighten you, similar to how a zen master will hit his students with a stick. It is a voluntary act of chaos that creates enlightenment. Unfortunately for the students, this act is sometimes missing a key ingredient… love.

This I feel is why love is a key ingredient of many of these messages.

The informational aspect is another “facet” to the messages; the repetition also serves a specific purpose (but to assume a negative purpose is I believe incorrect).

Hi Everyone,
Horus tapped me on the shoulder today in the midst of my preparations for my trip to Maine. I’m flying to Maine tomorrow for two weeks to be with my mother, who has circled the sun almost 91times in this lifetime. I look forward to our family reunion.

What Horus told me I am happy to bring to you. I know that in many places the chemtails continue. However, here over Tucson we have seen only one chemtrail in over two months, and that one was on the horizon over the area of the wildfire in the Huachucha Mtns at the time. It didn’t stay around long.

Wake up Call: Horus July 18, 11

Dear ones on the surface, I Horus am here today to tell you of an advancing movement that is going to interrupt the ideas that the illuminati have implemented on the moon. It is well known through certain channels that there is life on the moon and that there has been for eons. In fact once it was created from the splitting of Tiamat it has had some form of habitation.

One of the things that are taking place on the moon as I speak is the continuation of the intervention that began 50 years ago by the Galactic Federation and other members of our cosmic family. There has been much intervention in place on the moon that the illuminati from earth have been implementing in order to assure their power place on the planet and to seek control over weather patterns and cosmic affects on earth.

This is coming to an end dear ones, because through their haste in the past few years to bring to their ideal the effects they are having on earth, they have become lax and have caused some leakage of a multitude of chemicals and dangerous energies to filter out into the cosmos beyond the atmosphere of earth. Because of the effect this can potentially have on the rest of the universe our family in space has been intervening and stopping the leakage. They are not only stopping it, they are keeping a close eye on what is being done and as they see that measures are needed to shut down the equipment that has been being used, they do so.

There has been use of the equipment on the moon to further the poisonous effect that the chemtrails have had on the earth. This is being shut down as I speak. The illuminati are no longer able to monitor what takes place, for many of their people have been taken off the moon and delivered to a planet that is being readied for all of the ones who refuse to acknowledge what they are doing and how far they have strayed from source.

As you realize dear ones, we have been unable from within the earth and from out in the cosmos to do all we are capable of doing to stop what the illuminati has been doing. That is because of the directives that have been in place since time began. Now these directives are being compromised, and we are beginning our process of shutting the destructive forces down, due to their inability to be able to control that which they have created. It is beginning to backfire on them, and we are in place to see to it that nothing adverse happens to the universe because of it.

There is a beautiful loving universal home out there awaiting your release from the bounds of duality. We are monitoring from inside the earth and from throughout the universe these last crucial times of the duality of humanity. We are seeing more and more that you are awakening to the powers that you have. We see that within a very short time you will be a majority on earth who are able to realize that life as you have known it is not the reality that is necessary to lead a wonderful, empowered, free life. As this intervention by our cosmic family takes place you will find more and more that you are experiencing the release of all that cellular memory that has been holding you back. As that happens I suggest that you tune in to the wonderful music, energies, and Truth that is available to you all over the globe. #29 Great question Laurinda! Not an “inside track” but more of a revelation.

Back several months ago I noticed myself getting really ticked off about all this SOON stuff. Every message was the same, and I was getting more and more pissed off at them. I reflected on the fact, as Robin says, that many of us have devoted a great deal of time to a cause based on empty promises. And yet we still hold the faith!

At the same time I was reflecting on the dreams I have had that are really violent. These are typically dreams with a powerful message, or come bearing some “gift” – for example, acquiring a spirit helper (if you recall, Jacob had one of these awhile back, with spiders in it).

And it dawned on me that there is something in common here, between this type of dream and SalUsa’s messages. We get pissed off when someone does something we don’t like. Something repeated over and over again, for example, or an empty promise, is kind of like harassment.

In the case of SalUsa, we know that the messages have a loving feel to them, and they are intended to be a loving message. Loving harassment? Sure, why not? “Can you please take out the trash honey?” Yeah, something like that.

So there is a subtle yet “violent” aspect to these messages. Why? As I said, I believe it is intended to trigger the process of enlightenment, or perhaps bestow another kind of “gift” similar to enlightenment.

Looking back I have seen this in play in many other areas of my life. I also know that this has been used in both Zen Buddhism and in the Native American ceremony called the Sundance.

And I’ve mentioned this several times before. The “gambit” that this is working off of is:

I KNOW this to be true because of my personal experience, my knowledge, and my intuition.

Good afternoon Laurinda @ 14. From my perspective, part of why this group is so beneficial for those that show up is that the information shared is really meant for all. I am constantly learning something about myself, about relationships, about old beliefs, and new possibilities by observing what triggers me and what brings me joy as I read through and experience the comments and links. Living with open hearts filled with light, and the courage to persevere through this transition feels easier as we come together and share. Thanks for being you and sharing your truth along the way.

Yeah!!!! People iz trippin’!! I don’t see how people don’t speak out. I do! LoL!! …but I’m hilarious when I do it ’cause I say exactly whats on my mind/heart at the time. Maybe people don’t speak out because they don’t know that they need to. They are used to being lied to and controlled. So used to it that they think that all is peachy.

Now, I think I’d have a hard time spending money on something that SHOULD be free, but IMHO any leg up is still a leg up. Those experiences pay off in other ways later in life.

So the question is should he wait or go for it. Well, if it involves taking on debt or not, I suppose it doesn’t really matter, does it?

RETURN OF THE GOLD STANDARD AS WORLD ORDER UNRAVELS: An Opinion

What is the point of the gold standard? Gold has some minor electronics applications but mostly its use is decorative. It is precious because we say it is (that sounds like fiat money to me, only the fiat was decreed thousands of years ago). What are we saying when we talk of pinning our medium of exchange to a decoration?

One good point about gold or anything else that is a real resource in nature is that it is not representative of a liability of one person or corporation to another. It just is.

Money, especially as banks worldwide create it, is an instrument of debt. And therein lies one of the fundamental issues: interest. Major world religions used to forbid interest. Islam still does, although political entities that are close to the West in Islamic nations like Saudi Arabia forget this, at their peril, I think. Interest is part of what is wrong with money because to repay loans with interest you have to have growth. But you cannot have infinite growth on a finite planet.

Another problem with money is that it has become a desired commodity in and of itself. A whole industry has grown up around the handling of money: the entire financial services industry, with its various kinds of banks, credit issuing and rating companies, and hedge funds, among other things. This will not stop by going on the gold standard. There are industries around handling gold as money also.

Money is a unit of account. Yet people go to war over it.

Step back a moment and really think about it. People kill and die, are wounded body and soul, and real things such as homes and farms and the general environment of places are destroyed, for control of a unit of account. What is wrong with this picture?

A gold standard won’t change that. In fact, it might make things worse because there is less gold in the world than there is paper money. Humans, unlike other species on this planet, have a perverse desire to expend much energy in many forms, especially the forms of money and war machines, in pursuit of what is rare.

Go anywhere in the Americas and find indigenous peoples whose ancestors possessed gold or were thought to possess it. They can tell you a bloody story about what happened when the white man came looking for gold. That is, if there are any of the descendants left.

The true answer to our economic woes is to abolish money. We must learn to share the resources of the earth with each other and the other species.

We must make things as we need them for use, not just to keep markets active. This way we will conserve resources rather than expend them in a vain effort to make money.

We must honor the diversity of people. Letting people work in a way that expresses who they are, not what a “market” wants them to be.

We must abandon the idea of jobs, which are rationed goods in the economy. Work is all around us and we can all have some, according to our interests and skills, if we let go of working “for a living”, which depends, not on your willingness to work, but on someone else’s willingness to LET you work.

We must think of economic activity as a convenience, not as the pinnacle of human achievement, and certainly not something to which we should sacrifice our lives and our planet. We must make our economic systems our servants, and not continue to believe that such systems, and the people who run them, are our masters.

NASA’s shuttle program ends when Atlantis comes back to Earth this week. It’s not the end of American space exploration, however; it’s the beginning of a new phase in commercial space travel.

For now, American astronauts will be hitching rides to the International Space Station on Russian Soyuz capsules. NASA and President Obama hope that won’t be for long; they’re counting on America’s private sector to come up with a new way to get people, equipment and supplies into space.

That means there’s a lot of money to be made in shuttling back and forth to the space station, and several companies are competing in a new race to space. The energy that you will be within … the emotion that you choose to FEEL … during that time … will be greatly heightened. Therefore … imagine … if you choose to focus on the deepest LOVE … will this not be the most three – five incredible days that you have ever experienced?
With respect we would say … that you in your innocence are automatically perceiving this time to be one of fear because you cannot imagine what living without any form of Light will be like … for such a lengthy time. Yet we stress to you … there will be Light … YOURS!!! Each and everyone of you who allow yourself to turn inwards will be uniting with the energy of Light that is coming in ‘through the portal’. This will be the most exhilarating experience you have yet encountered upon your earth … and we say to you also that by the time this happens … much to exhilarate the senses will have taken place. Which will have allowed many more souls to awaken by the time this ‘wonder’ occurs. What takes place within you, blending with the energy coming through and by ‘sending out your bottles of LOVE’ to the very air you breath … will ascertain as to what vantage point your Golden Age will present itself to you when ‘The sun comes up’.

Blossom: What about those who spend the entire time in fear? What will happen to them during that time and when the sun rises?

FOL: Different scenarios for different cases. As you say in your world ‘horses for courses’. For want of a better way to explain what we desire. There will be some who become so afraid of their own shadow … by that we mean … afraid of who they are and the way in which they have chosen to ‘live/exist’ … that they will chose to leave the planet either by ‘natural’ means or otherwise. There will be those who through living actually within their deepest fear … that they then awaken from it. Words, words, words, words … so much that we are unable to divulge because it simply cannot be explained in your understanding.
Yet we would state that ‘YOU ARE ONE’. This is a world of great LOVE that you are moving into. Those souls who have chosen to live in it … will live in it … and be of it. Those who still have learning to do before they can enter will be elsewhere … until such time when they KNOW they are worthy of it and understand who they are. DW You reminded me to tell people to be careful walking their dogs and cats. So many people use these pesticides and dogs, I dont know about cats, like to eat the grass. My 2 dogs do but only in my yard in which we dont use any chemicals. Also, some of the pesticides could be absorbed through the dogs paws, so ya gotta watch out in the summer.

I don’t get why so many people dislike dandelions. Sure, these little ones are “adventurous” and will grow everywhere even if “uninvited”… but they are colorful, add diversity to the land, and like you said are edible. My girlfriend keeps reminding me this fact… but I have yet to eat a dandelions salad I’m sure it is delicious.

I’m tired to see people literally fighting on their yard just to have the “perfect” grass. Some of my neighbors want to control everything. They will prune their cedar tree so it look like an ugly sphere or cone. Maybe they think the tree looks more “civilized” that way… I don’t know. Nature never has the right to surprise them. If only they knew how nature loves to bring surprises into our lives. Each year I will have a tomato plant or a flower i never saw before that will grow on my backyard on a spot I didn’t sow anything on. I think it’s fantastic! Each time it happens I laugh and remember why spending quality time with nature is wonderful and empowering. It is trying to speak with us, always. It’s a sad fact that so few listen.

Hello Carl. I’ve been doing some digging today and came across this Youtube video by Sheldan Nidle:

Apparently, we first have to have a change in governments. This phase will be called the ‘announcements.’ In 2009, when this video was made, Sheldan states that this is very close to happening. He then goes on to describe a ‘prosperity’ period, with technological advancement, abolishment of the IRS, etc. All this will take approximately 8 – 9 months and only towards the end of this 8 – 9 month period, will we have first contact.

This was videotaped almost two years ago. After reading Salusa’s last message on July 18th, and there being some indication that it will be several months yet before we are well underway, we are looking at first contact to be no less than approximately a year from now.

I hope this helps to clarify things for others as it did for me. We are not ‘close’ nor will it be anytime ‘soon.’

Humanity has arrived at a very important stage of its spiritual evolution, as it moves from attitudes of distrust and defense against one another to a profound and permanent realization that loving cooperation is the only practical way to live together on the jewel that is Planet Earth. As you look around at the damage that has been done and that continues to be done to the whole ecosystem, including humanity, for self-centered personal gain, it is difficult for you to believe that major changes in perspective and behavior are already in progress worldwide. Nevertheless, they are.

A very large number of you have been working for lifetimes to bring the ideas for these essential, wonderful, and enlightened changes to your human sisters and brothers in order that they may be put into effect to enable all to live in peace and abundance. There is no need for poverty, deprivation, or repression to be endured anywhere, and the work that is being done to bring an end to endemic worldwide privation will ensure that no one is left in need.

The changes that will occur to bring in peace and abundance for all are very complex, and the preparations necessary to bring them about are approaching completion. But there will be some confusion initially as the changes start to occur, because they are quite unprecedented – nothing like them has ever been undertaken during Earth’s long history.

Many of you are having or have friends or relatives who are having severe personal relationship difficulties in which it seems impossible to find any meeting point between the myriad differing perceptions you have of one another. At this time all the issues that you individually need to address in your lives, so that love and forgiveness can replace the many negative and damaging attitudes to which you have been so attached for so long, are coming to the surface of your conscious awareness in a very emphatic manner, as part of these necessary changes in perspective and behavior. This is, to say the least, very unsettling for you, especially if they are issues with which you thought you had already dealt satisfactorily, or even issues which may seem to you not to be your issues at all!

This is a time for great patience and compassion as you are not alone in your emotional turmoil. Everyone with whom you interact is going through his or her own previously unaddressed personal issues, indicated by physical and/or emotional discomfort or pain. Being a human is very demanding because your egos are constantly striving to get you to focus your attention on your worries and fears, and when this occurs it is very difficult for you to focus on the lesson that the discomfort is attempting to draw to your attention. Even when you are aware that there is a lesson that you are meant to be learning, it can still be extremely difficult for you to understand what the lesson is.

Mostly it is simply to accept. To accept whatever state it is that you are experiencing, rather than trying to work out the reason for it and correct it. Because as soon as you start to reason your ego becomes involved, making judgments, and suggesting to you that you have already done the work and learnt your lessons. It reminds you of previous suffering you experienced when dealing with the ongoing issues of being human, and tells you that you have surely been through enough already. This leaves you feeling rather helpless because it seems that there is no solution, and this seems very unfair. You may even feel “Well, what on earth does God want me to do? Can’t He see that I am doing my best? Doesn’t He see how much I am hurting?”

Well, God only wants you to open your hearts and accept the abundance of Love that He is offering you. Nothing else! But as long as you believe that you have issues to resolve, lessons to learn, and are attempting to resolve them with your mind, you effectively close your hearts to the Love that is constantly offered to you. Acceptance of your situation just as it is, without trying to figure out the reasons for it, will decrease your stress levels and start encouraging your hearts to open to receive God’s Love. This will lead you towards awakening from the nightmare, the illusion in which it seems that you have your existence.

Welcome beloveds, once more we come to guide and support you at this time of massive and unending change and heightening vibration. We realise that many are now able to resonate with our words of guidance and we wish to guide the deeper changes that are happening at a cellular level across the planet.

Many of you are now beginning to experience the physical changes that are occuring as you move towards the heart centred life experience and we are here to guide on these experiences so that you are able to stay out of illusion and you begin to question what you are experiencing. For many the most obvious change is the ability to connect to other realms at a deeper level, for many of you this will be an experience that you will try to check and try out over and over as you begin to absorb how straight forward and easy that it is. It was never difficult dear ones, the level of trust and faith in your BEing was such that you were not a level that would permit that connection previously. We cannot guide strongly enough about the trust and faith in the process of heightening vibration and the clearing of the heart centre.

For many it will be the clearing of the heart centre that poses the greates hurdle yet dear ones it is not the mountain that many fear that it is. The mountain is born out of illusion, illusion has taught the lesson that everything has to be striven for , worked hard for and is difficult to achieve. How can it be difficult for a human BEing to BE, for that is what you were designed for dear ones, that is in essence WHAT YOU are. We guide strongly to detach from the illusion of difficult or hard as the journey into the heart is just that a journey. It is not difficult nor easy it just IS.

We guide that many of you are now beginning to experience connections are a more rapid rate than ever before and we guide you to absorb and have faith and trust in your abilities. As we have guided before many are now able to channel other realms and it is vital that you allow this to be fully absorbed at heart centre. ALL is connected to ALL dear ones and the channels chosen by the different realms previously were done so out the need to communicate across the planet. As more and more humans are heightening their vibration more and more will be able to connect and as ALL are ONE the choice of channel will be many. We guide that at present many who channel are being connected to other realms but are not allowing the realm a voice. We guide strongly that if you channel Angelic realms and are connected to a star system to honour that connection. ALL are ONE. ALL realms are moving from channel to channel to prove this to those across the planet. There is no other way to show more rapidly just how connected ALL are than do this.

Many humans have made the conscious decision that they are not allied to any particular star system and will only accept the connection to various realms. We guide you dear ones to take this into the silence within and ask the question why? Why does it feel safer to connect to the angelic realms than the dragon realms? Illusion has taught that there is nothing outside of what human eyes and ears see and hear and we guide you strongly to detach. Many humans will have a stronger connection to a specific realm but have connections to ALL realms. It can be no other way dear ones for ALL ARE ONE. Do you understand our guidance? Do you understand our analogy?

ALL are connected dear ones. Illusion has taught that humans can belong to one star system and not another and once more we guide this is illusion of separation. ALL ARE ONE. Many humans have spent lifetimes on various planets, an affiliation for one star system may indicate that was the most recent memory but ALL are ONE. Do you understand our guidance dear ones? The universe is multi dimensional therefore at any point you can connect to YOU exist for YOU cannot not exist. Energy is eternal. We fully appreciate that many will not resonate with our guidance at this time and we guide for you to let it sit within the silence and allow the truth to be revealed to you.

We are aware that many are triggered by our guidance and once more we guide that any negative emotion that is triggered is done so by the seeds of fear. At this moment across planet earth the illusion is planting seeds of fear at a very deep level within those who are still asleep. We guide you to be fully aware of this and to check regularly for seeds that may have been planted. It is vital through these times of vast energetic changes that meditation and the connection to the heart is made reguarly to keep the connection strong. Those who are asleep will try to pull many back into illusion as the vibrations of humans across the planet heighten.

Many humans are now beginning to experience dietary changes and the way that their body is now processing fuel and we guide you honour the changes. Many humans are now forgoing foodstuffs that once they would consume in favour of competely different ones. Be aware dear ones that as you begin to harmonise the heart with the rest of the body you will be drawn to the foodstuffs that are correct for your body. This is a process that will be ongoing for some time and may cause some confusion in the early stages as those who have gotten into “routine” and who have been in illusion with regard to the fuel for their body will be snapped out into truth. For those who carry a heightening vibration we guide plenty of rest and pure, clear water. To drink fuel that is not pure, clear and as natural as possible may lead to various symtpoms that are unpleasant. We guide you to honour your body, do not fall into illusion and believe the teachings of another over YOU. YOU are the expert at your own fuel needs and they may be completely different to the human next to you. That does not make YOUr choice wrong nor their choice right. This is about the individual needs of each human body. Each will differ as no two humans are exactly the same.

Once more we guide you dear ones to honour the need of sleep for the human body. Many of you will struggle with the new vibration as it adjusts and levels out, the easiest way to harmonise the vibration is through rest and sleep. We guide you strongly not to force any changes, there is no rush dear ones , this is a process.

We step back now to allow you to absorb out guidance, we are the high council of orion and we are your brothers and sisters from the stars. ALL ARE ONE. We are honoured and blessed to connect to you at this time in human evolution. We love you dear ones, we have never not loved you. Please process all our guidance through your hearts.

#119 with regards to sleep I have been getting very little and there has been something in my head that keeps saying “you don’t need sleep”. But clearly I do because if I don’t get sleep I’m a wreak the next day.

Help?

Here’s something I wrote a long time ago, without much awareness as to what it meant.

September 12, 1991

I thought I knew so well this life,
and all the windings of the road,
so well prepared I thought that I,
without surprises would unfold,
towards the vision that I saw,
so clearly in my conscious mind,
where fate would never find a flaw,
and love would never be unkind,
and all the things I wanted so,
were surely waiting fo be found,
and so determined I did go,
for years to come, not slowing down.

When failures came, I paused a while,
but stubbornly persisted still,
and brought myself again to trial,
and battled to enforce my will,
pursuing yet another dream,
that seemed far better than the last,
until the calm and gentle stream,
became a river deep and fast,
where disaster followed hard,
upon my heels at every turn,
until I felt so lost and far,
and wondered; How can I return?

But when the dreams I had were spent,
I woke to where I first began,
from where I had been Heaven sent,
I slowly walked, where first I ran,
and face to face I stood to see,
the demons which had plagued my years,
yet self-created there by me;
impatience, doubt, and childhood fears,
which hold the veil before our eyes,
and never set the true self free,
forever searching for the light,
in darkness, where it cannot be.

But to the lost will come a day,
and to the ones who straggle late,
and for the ones like me who stray,
time saves a place, and there it waits.
Behold the path, now suddenly kind,
the golden way of open doors,
not the ones we searched to find,
but the one that offered more.

The bridges burned, we look ahead,
but only one dream do we see,
and hearing what the voice has said,
we know that it must come to be,
when Heaven hears our silent prayers,
familiar eyes will look our way,
however long, we’re waiting there,
our friends so far away….

#128 IMHO Coffee has been given a bad rap. It’s true that it does have some effect on folks with high blood pressure but it does have tons of benefits too. I actually wouldn’t mind too much if Starbucks touted it as a health drink… except for the fact that a double caramel mocha latte could hardly be considered a health drink hehe
