From Suzzann Carol, Our ascension is drawing near and I, along with many others, am receiving many communications that
I feel need to be shared. Therefore, I am beginning Multidimensional Bulletins to present short
messages that I have received from beyond about our process of ascension.

Message From El Morya

I AM the Ascended Master El Morya, and I wish to leave a message for the many ascending AND
Ascended Masters holding an earth vessel. There are three things that I wish to share with you,
our Planetary Ascension Team:

1. Release ALL the fear that is still embedded in your physical earth vessel.
2. KNOW that there is ALWAYS Enough.
3. Maintain your earth vessel for as long as Gaia needs you to.

It is NO sacrifice to maintain your earth vessel because your Spirit is forever FREE. Your earth
vessel merely represents that YOU are the planet Earth. Therefore, as you release your residues of
fear that are in the molecules and atoms of your earth vessel, you are serving to release all fear
in your planetary vessel, as well. Furthermore, your fear of not having enough, which is an innate
“fear of survival,” can be released when you realize YOU are the planet. As the planet returns to
Galactic Consciousness, the humans will return to their true Planetary Consciousness.

You, the members of humanity, have reached critical mass regarding multidimensional consciousness,
but only because the awakened ones hold so much more light than the masses. However, many of you
awakened ones are still holding a form in fulfillment of your pre-birth contract to partner with
Gaia. Also, the physical form that you hold is a representation of your Planetary SELF. Humans,
who are the Keepers of the Land and the cetaceans who are the Keepers of the Water are sworn to
release ALL attachments to their third dimensional illusions while they retain their earth
vessels.

Your detachment from illusion while maintaining an earth vessel facilitates the release of ALL
fear embedded within your earth vessel, so that you can better assist in releasing all the fear
embedded in your collective planetary vessel. It is the knowing that there is always ENOUGH that
expedites the release of embedded planetary fear/darkness. While watching a scary movie you may
say, “It’s just a movie. It isn’t real.” You can now make the same comment while observing the
many frightening third dimensional illusions.

Because you know these illusions are not real, you can maintain your earth vessel and continue to
play the 3D Game while you also move through your process of ascension. The ascension personal and
planetary processes are accelerating more and more each day. Things may look the same on the
outside, except that you are finding that things that were once essential to you are no longer
important. Competition, wealth, fame and success carry less weight once you realize that the Game
of 3D Life is not real. What is REAL is inside.

Inside, you are becoming more and more transformed with every breath. Just as thought precedes
action, changing your state of consciousness precedes changing your reality. Believing that you
are changing your reality places you in a state of consciousness in which you can change your
reality. In fact, you are not just changing your reality. You are creating your reality with your
every thought. Therefore, remember to maintain your Mastery over your every thought and emotion.
You have great power now, and with that power comes the responsibility to maintain your
multidimensional consciousness.

I, El Morya, serve as the Ascended Master of the First Ray, the Blue Ray of the Power of God’s
Will. To avoid religious discriminations, as different religions have different names for the
energy they perceive as God, I will speak of the Will of ONE. Dear ascending ones, we Ascended
Masters understand how difficult it is for you to forgo your return to SELF in order to remain in
service to Planetary Ascension. However, I proudly remind you that YOU are not “remaining” on
Earth. You ARE Gaia.

You are the portals through which the multidimensional light and unconditional love of the higher
dimensions can enter Gaia’s body of Earth. In return, Gaia shares Her expanding light and love
through the glory of Her Nature. I will return to speak more of being an Ascended Master while
still maintaining a third dimensional earth vessel. We, the Ascended Masters of Earth, remind you
that if you have found yourself reading this communiqué, you are an Ascended Master who is still
wearing an earth vessel.

You may wonder how we could make such a sweeping statement, but you must remember that we are in
full possession of our multidimensional perceptions. Therefore, we know you are an Ascended Master
because you are ALL Ascended Masters. You did not leave the fifth dimension and beyond to enter
third dimensional Earth. No, you expanded your consciousness into the third dimension so that you
could participate in this cosmic moment. It is just that you forgot that your earth vessel was
actually a puppet, an avatar in a video game.

As you awaken to your Multidimensional SELF, you realize that YOU are the puppeteer, the one who
chose to log into this reality during this auspicious moment of transmutation. In fact, you spent
eons of lives training for this particular reality. One of the worst indoctrinations of this 3D
Game was that “You are NOT Good Enough.” We say to you, “YOU are precious!” YOU are necessary and
vital for the completion of a great plan that went into motion long before the establishment of
Lemuria and Atlantis.

YOU are the final chapter in the book of third dimensional Earth. YOU are Gaia, the consciousness
of Earth.

Those of you who have awakened, have done so because you refused to totally forget your SELF. You
may have seemed to forget, but there was always a glimmer of a memory of your true SELF. That
memory that was implanted into your Soul during all your lives in which you prepared for this
moment of HERE and NOW. You are, indeed, HERE NOW in the process of ascending your personal and
planetary SELF.

I AM El Morya. It is the Will of the ONE that you succeed. Therefore, you shall! All of us in the
higher dimensions know that you will succeed, for in the NOW of the ONE you have already ascended!

(I have served with El Morya since the late 1970s. When I had my first inner meeting with him, I
was terrified of his power, the Power of God’s Will. In fact, I believed for quite awhile that he
was angry with me. Fortunately, like an adult would love a frightened child, he comforted me and
assisted me to find my own inner power. I have come to know his loving heart and quick humor. He
does not mince words and speaks powerfully with utmost authority. In other words, he is a role
model for us all!)

INTO THE MOON

I am El Morya, here today to take you through the portal into the Moon. The Moon was once a
spacecraft, but is now inhabited by the higher fourth dimensionals who wish to be protectors of
Earth.

To begin this journey, find the Moon inside your self, for that is the True Reality. Can you see
it? Each of you may carry the Moon in a different area of your body. In fact, your Inner Moon,
which is the Portal to Gaia’s Moon, can change locations with your emotions.

I ask you to close your eyes for a moment of the NOW and feel the power of your Inner Moon. Do you
feel how the power of your Inner Moon is different than the power of your Inner Sun? It is calmer
and subtler. It is not as steady as your Inner Sun, but waxes and wanes with your state of
consciousness.

In fact, your Inner Moon IS your state of consciousness. When your consciousness is expanded, your
Inner Moon is huge and fills your entire body with its peace and truth. Then, when your
consciousness is trapped in the mire of physical life, you Inner Moon can feel dense and far away.

Therefore, take a moment to take some slow breaths to connect with your Inner Moon:

Once you have connected with your Inner Moon, allow your right hand to slowing rise and touch the
place on your body where it is at NOW:

As you connect with your Inner Moon, allow its light to project the Path into Gaia’s Moon:

Slowly, you float upon the Path as you allow the Moon the pull you into Her embrace. As the Moon
approaches, you know that you will easily move past its surface via the Portal of your Inner Moon.
In a flash, you are inside the Moon.

The beauty inside the Moon is indescribable, and looks like a combination of Lemuria and the Land
of Faerie in their peak expression. Floating above what appeared to be the grounded area (as the
“ground” is inside of an orb), are many magnificent beings of the higher fourth dimension. In the
very center of this reality is the Moon’s Violet Temple of Transmutation.

I, El Morya, must tell you that now you are on my own, for only those who can resonate to the
fifth dimension and beyond could find their way to enter the Temple. Therefore, just relax into
the unconditional love that you have felt for your self and for others. It is through the energy
of your unconditional love that you shall find your Way.

As you relax into the flow of your unconditional love, you easily float up to the three stairs
before the Temple entrance. You feel the innocence of purity of your Divine Child and know that
state of consciousness will grant you the ability to climb these three stairs. You can see now
that this Temple is made of pure violet light, and that its shape can change with your
expectations. It is you state of innocence and purity that allows you to hear the manner in which
you can climb these stairs.

Your consciousness is free of fear, or you would not be approaching this step. However, to climb
the first stair, you must release ALL fear from every cell and atom of your physical form. Inside,
you hear the Mantra:

I NOW release ALL fear from every cell and atom of my physical form And replace it with
Unconditional Love.

Say this Mantra three times, or as many times as you need to until you can believe it is true. Is
it not a glorious feeling to experience your body completely free of fear?

To step upon the second stair, know and fully believe that YOU are the creator of your reality.
Knowing that all you need is “enough” frees you from the toils of the third dimension. In the
fifth dimension, you create only what you need for the NOW and allow it to return to the ONE for
redistribution once you withdraw your attention from it. As you use this fifth dimensional
thinking in your grounded life, it grants you complete independence from third dimensional
worries. This independence comes from your total believe in the next Mantra:

“I ALWAYS have Enough.”

As you move toward the third step, you hear, “What will you forget?” To your surprise you answer,
“I will forget nothing. I carry with me the memory of every life, every experience, every sorrow,
joy, fear, anger, love and lost love that I have ever experienced in any of my third dimensional
incarnations. I, a speck of the ONE, entered the individuality of the third dimension to gain
experiences, which I vowed to share with the ONE. Therefore, I now place every earthly experience
I have ever had upon the Threshold of this Temple, so that I may share all that I have known.”

As you place your earthly experiences on the Threshold, you hear the third Mantra:

“I now place every earthly experience I have ever had on the Threshold of Ascension, so that I may
share them with the ONE.”

With the last Mantra, you float into the Temple and are instantly surrounded by every higher
dimensional Being you have known during your many sojourns on third dimensional Earth. You listen
calmly as they tell you that you are now, and have always been, an Ascended Master.

As you return to your mundane life, you hold the memory of being surrounded by my many Guides and
higher expressions of your SELF who are bathing you in their unconditional love. You vow to Gaia
that you will retain an earth vessel for as long as necessary, so that you can contribute your
Light to Her Planetary Ascension. You know that something important is happening, and you will
maintain your presence on the body of Gaia for as long as she needs you!

You are not yet aware how this process will influence your life, but you vow to remember the three
stairs:

I NOW release ALL fear from my earth vessel.
I KNOW that I AM creating “enough.”
I share all my physical experiences with the ONE.

Gordon, I dont know if this is good for the hips but I was just reading a story from someone yesterday about her agonizing arthritis. She rubbed peanut oil in her skin at tha joint pain areas and within 4 weeks the arthritis was completely gone. Her doctor wash shocked as he dignosed her with a very severe form of arthritis with no cures.
I look at the drug and smoking thing this way. Whenever I have a great dream, especially my favorite one where I must have been in the 5th dimension, I notice i dont even think about smoking drinking or my good friend mary Jane. I know I will drop these habits but now it is so nice to go home have a few shots and hang with MJ. Maybe it is time for me to re-evaluate my priorities and it would save me a lot of money.

Gunner, I know just what you mean. My use is pretty moderate, but I recognize some of the negative effects. For me, loss of sleep that then means I am less productive the next day. It’s easy to convince oneself that you need to treat yourself with something after a long day at the office, as “compensation.”

On the other hand some of the most beautiful and moving experiences of my life have been with psychedelics, LSD, mushrooms, ayahuasca. I have come to appreciate the gifts these substances are, but also there were some significant negatives. The shamans who developed relationships with these substances as part of their culture had a respect and cultural context that we in the West struggle to rediscover.

I just thought that God poll was funny. God must be LHAO.

@Laurinda, well maybe it’s time for ME to dust off my energy healing skills. I was involved with a church many years ago that did energy/aura healings, and I did hundreds of them. I loved it when on days when we had psychic fairs or healing festivals, doing healing after healing after healing, I’d start to really feel the vibrations and energy quite clearly.

@Gunner, Robutissin DM, never tried that. I would think that would make you pretty sick. My most beautiful experience was like being at the center of a whirlpool and connecting with the universal beingness, then when I came down from that, I was seeing mandalas, small circles with celtic-like patterns, here and there hovering in the air.

I had some very negative experiences as well. The most negative landed me in the hospital after not sleeping or eating much for three days. I wrecked my room at the house I lived in and had to repair the sheetrock later.

I dont recommend it Gordon but it is almost, not exactly, but almost like an acid trip., Lets get robitized we used to say but the last and final time I did it i had a bad trip.

Gunner: my apologies, I addressed my #17 to you instead of Gordon. BUT, since there are no accidents—get your self out there too—with your close association to the angelics, imagine what you ARE capable of doing in healing work!!!

Another great message today. Parting with good ol’ mary jane will be the most difficult discipline to enact, as a couple others on here said it is nice to unwind after a long day with some cannabis. I have also noticed that meditation and Lightwork make you feel so much better than cannabis, and have none of the negative side effects that can be experienced with cannabis.

I have always thought cannabis was meant to expose the unawakened to the beauty of the psychic thresholds of the fourth dimension, but now that we are all ascending past such levels, cannabis has and will continue to become unnecessary! Still, it will be my hardest vice to give up. I know it was my last ‘crutch’ I was meant to shake off of myself in this life, as I dont drink or smoke ciggarettes or do any hard drugs. I would like to try a couple of the more spiritual psychedelics, such as dmt, but hey maybe they are now unnecessary as well!

Sorry if I offended someone, but it just doesn’t seem right to be blaming Goerge Bush for such a horrific tragedy. There is the possibility that it was an inside act, but we dont know that. The Truth can be revealed soon, and we’ll know everything about it. But until then, Goerge Bush is just a human being to me.

The machine was self-replicating, basically printing the same parts that it was made out of (except for the circuit boards). I was also looking into prices on 3d printer manufacturer websites. I saw one for about $14,000.

We come to guide and support as many are struggling to absorb TRUTH and detach from illusion. Many humans across the planet are cycling between the TRUTH in their heart and the illusion and all that it teaches. Many are locked in a cycle within themselves that sees vast amounts of frustration and effectively blinds them from the true power that they are. We are here to guide the way through and to help end the cycle of TRUTH, illusion, TRUTH that many have been going round and round for some months.

We note how easy it is to believe the illusion and how deceptive the illusion has become over the past few weeks. The money illusion is one that has many humans locked in a battle of wills with themselves. How many of you reading our words do not believe that you financial situation will get any better as you do not SEE a way forward? That dear ones is the crux of it all, many humans confuse the need to SEE with the need to FEEL. For many the teachings of illusion have been very strong, humans have been trained for so long to SEE only with their eyes and hear only with their ears. The world of multi media has also begun to train humans once again that the eyes are the only way to absorb information. Images are bombarded out to the population of earth at an astonishing and ever increasing rate. How many of you reading our words take regular time out to be still and to enter the silence that exists within? How many of you refuse to take in the teachings of the illusion?

Many will answer our questions with belief that they are wary of the media, that they can SEE what the media is up to and we guide dear ones this is but half the way to detaching. As long as you spend a good proportion of your day immersed in the images from the internet and the advertising that you see around you on your journey to work then you will be in the realm of illusion. Many of you use social networking sites and we guide you to be aware of the depth of illusion that is taught around them. In these sites you can be whoever you want to be, putting up the smoke and mirrors for all around to hide who you are in essence. For many this is a but a fun way to be and takes them out of their “ordinary” lives. But be aware dear ones that the illusion has also sought to teach via this platform. Companies who use advertising whether it be to sell you the latest soft drink or to fill your mind with ideas of consipiracy will also use smoke and mirrors. Many spend hours of their day interacting with a media that is created to keep them from their true power. You will not find enlightenment by spending hours growing crops dear ones in a virtual world. YOU will find enlightenment by going into the silence.

We guide now on silence as this is something that many humans dislike and will not seek out. How many of you reading our words are truly aware of the noise of the illusion? How many live in a place where they can hear bird song and the sounds of nature and that is all? How many work in places of employment where there is constant background noise? How many travel to work plugged into the latest sounds on their headphones? Do you see how illusion uses sound to distract YOU from YOU? Many humans across the planet fear silence, for many the thought of sitting in a room with other humans and there being silence is a nightmare for them. Many would try to fill that silence to keep the noise going. WHY?

Why would silence be an issue for a human BEing? The silence is where the answers are found dear ones. It is within the silence of the mind that all becomes visible. The illusion seeks to keep all busy, whether that be over celebrity gossip or world events and keeps all plugged into some kind of device as a way of overloading the mind. When the mind is busy with the latest tune, the latest video game it is escaping into illusion. Many humans across the planet interact with video games that allow them to create worlds, to create cities and invent new identities as a way of escaping the hum drum life they currently have. This is illusion robbing you of YOUr power dear ones. To find that silence within and to reveal TRUTH is to live the life that you fantasise. Only by DREAMING the life can you make the life real. Illusion teaches you to use dreaming as a means of escape, covering up the TRUTH that dreaming is how to create.

Many have guided on the use of dreams and once more we guide you to look at the concept and find the TRUTH. If you harbour grand visions of living a life where you are happy, content and do what brings you pleasure then you are half way there to creating it. What will stop the process is the FEELing that you are not worthy, that it is but a dream. The illusion has taught at various levels about dreams and has taught humans to dismiss them. How often does one human turn to another and accuse them of being in a dream world? Why would that phrase come up so often dear ones?

Dream worlds are where the life experience is created prior to bringing into creation in the reality that your physical is present. ALL starts in the etheric dear ones, that is the way of creation. Once more we guide strongly that if you can DREAM it YOU can BE it. Do not allow illusion to rob you of your power. Many young adults start off with a dream and that dream is usually crushed by the time they leave school. The adults around them will crush the dreams as their dreams were crushed under the banner of love. They will state that they will not be able to earn a living and point them into the “normal” way of earning a living. This will plant seeds of fear at a deep level and harbour resentment which again will feed the seeds of fear.

If you look around you and see the life you lead is not the life you envisaged when younger then only YOU can change this. It is not done overnight dear ones and it is this instant fix that will again plunge you into illusion. For illusion teaches that you live in an instant world, young adults now expect instant results. This is a product of living in a dream via electronic devices, where within the dream world presented on screen something invented appears instantly. Humans now expect their dreams to manifest instantly and the seeds of fear are instantly sprouted when this does not happen. The universe works with timing, diving timing, in order for a dream to come to creation any number of people, places and events have to be brought in to create this. Diving timing will see the correct people, the correct place and the correct event come into creation. Many give up the dream before they have breathed life into the dream.

It is consciously and subconsciously created dear ones, understand that merely holding a positive thought in your mind all day will not breathe life into the dream. On an unconscious level if you harbour doubt and are steeped in the illusion of not being worthy then this will slow down or prevent the dream from coming alive. That is why we guide the importance of weeding out of fear and of going into the silence regularly. It is important to have all parts of self on the same page. Many of the seeds of fear are buried at such a deep level that it takes a great deal of work to uncover them. They can of course be uncovered when you are triggered, such is the teaching of illusion that it can be worked with. If you are triggered by an event, a person or by words then please look at this, these are the seeds of fear breaking their shell and beginning to sprout.

The feelings of negative emotion are the keys to finding these seeds. Perhaps we use the wrong words in using the words seed, perhaps this does not convey exactly what they are but we have no wish to plunge you back into the fear that is taught by illusion. Perhaps our words do not have enough impact but seeds they are and they can grow deep and wide within your BEing. At this time of heightened energies many seek to hold on to illusion whilst also denouncing it. Illusion can only be detached from individually, it teaches on such a level that each human will absorb the teaching at a different rate. Be aware dear ones that something that is obvious to YOU may not be obvious or even visible to those around YOU. Make no assumptions as to other humans, do not assume that a human in the role of a very visible lightworker has seen through the illusion as YOU do. That again is the trick of the smoke and mirrors. It is relatively easy to hide fear behind smoke and mirrors but impossible to hide the FEELing that fear gives off. YOU will know fear in another when YOU find it dear ones. They will trigger at your words and in some cases just your vibration. It is not unusual for lightworkers to trigger others by merely standing in their energy field.

Know dear ones that the human mind has infinite capacity for creating scenarios that will never come into BEing. YOU as a race are currently dreaming, it is up to each individual human to detach from the illusions dream and start to create their own. It CAN BE DONE dear ones, illusion will teach you that you are up against the masses, this is smoke and mirrors. YOU cannot know how many humans across the world are awake as illusion has sought to teach that to stand up and show you are a lightworker is somehow a dangerous thing to do. Many are silent believing they are the only ones and they are not. UNITY dear ones is the way forward. It is time for each lightworker upon the planet to join in the light of those around them, to create the bigger dream by pouring more light across the planet.

Do not fall into the illusion of competition, illusion teaches that every human is in competition to prevent humans from joining together in UNITY. For there is strength in UNITY, the combined light of many humans together is vast. It is time for the light across the planet earth to join up, to link up and shine brightly in UNITY.

Detach dear ones from the end of the world scenarios, that is the dream of the illusion, what is YOUr dream? It is only by pouring your light and love through YOUr dream that you can breathe life into it. We are the Galactic Council and we guide you with our words at this time to help you move into who YOU are. ALL ARE ONE. All across planet earth must now detach from the illusion of singularity and move together as ONE. The illusion has you cowering from the institutions of the world having all your money, it has you cowering from the dangerous humans who are out to kill and maim other humans, it has you reaching for various vitamin supplements and drinking and eating the latest foods all to distract you from the simple TRUTH. If the TRUTH was not so simple dear ones why the huge illusion and smoke and mirrors? Many humans will believe the illusion is not falling such is the smoke and mirrors used at the moment. As long as there are humans who believe that the illusion is “winning” then there will be that chance. For YOU ALL dream in this dream dear ones, ALL take part whether consciously or not. Those asleep will dream along with others but not at the rate that those awake can dream their way out. Hey Laurinda, I’m not a big fan of Kerry Lynn Cassidy… although I do have a great deal of respect for the ‘Intent’ behind Project Camelot. I’ll try and get through the article before the weekend is out, but I have a feeling the lead in pretty much sums up her limited perspective:

The sequence of events leading to ultimate Planetary ascension will be along these lines…..

Initial arrests, of all primary accused parties within the Illuminoid families and their cohorts….completed on an international scale…They are already contained and trapped on earth, so currently denied the freedom to travel off-world to escape justice. The arrested will be sent to prison or jail, to await trial, in any country they are detained in. International legal processes are in place and primed to act.

Next, the sequence of events requires the political changes, in the form of the global regime changes we are expecting, including the UK & US, those most powerful pillars that support the dark empire that spans earth…It is particularly important that the USA Corporation is dis-assembled by the caretaker regime, that wins back constitutional power over a restored republic…As the regime announces the restored rights, freedoms and liberties of citizens, it will also align the new policy with a global rollout, sharing the United States bill of rights, with the whole world, politically…

Peace is declared, as well as a new financial system, based on sound money and precious metals-backed currencies….The dollar, backed by gold-silver-platinum-paladium will be catapulted into such a high value, that all other nations will likewise have to back their currencies, to level the playing field, fiscally…(or, all companies would relocate to America.)

New education programmes are announced and unveiled using a co-operative international media, operating under new mandates and without the former restrictions on what they report, the press too…

The history books are formally re-written and science is also corrected by learned scientists….religion will be required to reflect upon it’s many errors over the centuries.

Then new programmes of achieving zero taxation, neutralising the Federal Reserve bank and IRS, will be put in place….only sales tax will be permitted, and no income tax for individuals…again this very US constitutional policy will be mirrored in other countries, including my own, in which a reformed Bank of England, with co-operative links to the new Treasury bank in the US, as well as central banks globally…

All financial debts, both national and individual, are cancelled and the old banking order placed under bankruptcy proceedings….the stock markets will be dismantled and corporations will be re-chartered as servants of the people of the World. The competitive motive will be replaced by the co-operative motive…announced formally.

Then, the prosperity programmes will be announced, which will be massive financial injections into economies from the Saint Germain World Trust and former Illuminoid trusts…Monies for charities, a well as basic infrastructure projects, to massively redress the imbalance between the small number of “haves,” and the vast numbers of “have nots.” Lord Maitreya’s call for SHARING, will become state policy…

Then the Day of Declaration and the Ascended Masters will officially externalise the Spiritual Hierarchy…The “World Teacher” (his title) will be revealed and exposed to full publicity and he will introduce the other Masters, initially including Master Jesus, Master Koothumi and Master Racoczi (Saint Germain.)

Then the secrecy and “national security” restrictions will be lifted on aetheric energy devices…..and many such devices will be marketed and sold over the counter to people all over the globe…and even the charity organisations will be distributing such devices to the needy in the most remote regions on earth…power for homes, but drawn independently of the electric grid, for example…

Many Lightworkers will be involved in obtaining, training, applying and teaching others how to use the aetheric energy based techology of Light. Then special environmental clean-up technologies will also be unvelied and purchased (with people’s great abundance) by teams of world anti-pollution project members…many will volunteer, as the spirit of altruism, joy of service and deep dedication to helping others, as well as mother earth, takes hold in hearts and minds…

Nobody will need payment, as all will be extremely wealthy and comfortable…with no debts, no taxes, no lack and no worries…In spite of this, others will still work for a wage, as they prefer to and are used to that lifestyle…

THEN GOVERNMENTS WORLDWIDE WILL ANNOUNCE UFO DISCLOSURE…the media and science will be onboard with this and the reformed governments….the “national security” blocks having been lifted….First Contact will be officially announced, before the mass landings are allowed…(we do have an emergency alternative plan, though.)

After several mass fly-overs, each getting vaster and vaster…the GFL will also station the motherships in orbit and decloak…so ALL WILL SEE THEM WITHOUT FAIL….The press will report the “cities in the sky.” They will be seen by all and also on TV and in the papers, clearly.

In response, the people and governments will invite the Mass landings with joy…MASS LANDINGS using millions of scout ships, globally, landing in every open space, national parks, rural fields, public greens, etc….Not in city centres, though, unless parkland. They will be met by officials and the people will surround their craft.

The ascension process for the Earth and humanity cannot be realized without all of you Bearers of Creator Light.

We encourage you to visit often and spend time in the various Pyramids of Light we have told you about over the years and to also visit the Celestial City of Light that OverLights your area / country. In your work pyramid, you may envision and create anything your heart desires which is in harmony with your Divine Blueprint and for the good of all. Here also is where you can join with your Higher Self to gain assistance in resolving the troublesome problems in your daily life that you are seeking to return to harmony.

We strongly suggest that you go into your personal pyramid of Light before your sleep time or, occasionally, into the City of Light, where you will receive assistance in purifying, rejuvenating and healing your physical vessel. Before going to sleep, through your intention, go into one of the Light Cities Ascension Accelerator Chambers located within the entry level of the sixth dimension. This is a most beneficial way to assist in balancing and harmonizing your physical vessel. Beloveds, we encourage you to seek understanding and to trust that it is our greatest desire to assist you in establishing an environment of great harmony, beauty and wholeness (holiness) on Earth, right where you live. Your mission is to bring the peace, abundance and harmony of Heaven to the earthly plane, thereby creating a safe and sacred environment around you and then sharing this wondrous gift with others via your example and service.

You, the vanguard, have spent years taming your emotional nature, gaining knowledge and wisdom via your mental body and endeavoring to unify and fine-tune your major chakra system so that your physical vessel can integrate, absorb and convey the rarified frequencies of Creator Light. Now it is time to focus on your Sacred Heart and Mind as you endeavor to harmonize the right and left hemispheres of the brain and to open your crown chakra more fully so that the column of Light which connects you to your Divine I AM Presence becomes as wide as the Crown of your head (as it was in the beginning). FIRE BY FRICTION * FIRE OF BODY: While in the physical body, you are subject to and influenced by the powerful forces of nature. Forceful action is necessary to create and manifest objects in a material form. You must draw forth the “Fire of Spirit,” the Divine Will and Power of our Father God, into your physical vessel in order to use the “Fire by Friction.” Intention, focused thought, clear vision and forceful action are necessary to successfully live on the material / physical plane of existence.

You develop a fever or increased bodily temperature or bodily fire in order to “fight off” invasive low frequency germs or viruses. Also, some of the symptoms of ascension entail the use of Fire by Friction. At times you may feel as though you are in a pressure cooker of intense energy as lower frequency energies are pushed to the surface and you are confronted with the negative manifestations of your past thoughts and actions. Your body will sometimes heat up to a “fevered pitch” when you are in the process of “burning off old destructive, impacted energy.” You may also feel as though your spinal column is a “rod of fire” when your Higher Self is downloading a series of higher frequency vibrational patterns. While in deep meditation, AA Michael told me that there are historical / scientific / memory SEED CRYSTALS stored within great subterranean caverns in strategic places around the world. These etheric SEED CRYSTALS are in the same caverns as the Eternal Violet Flames, and both have an integral part to play in our present ascension process.

The various Sacred Sites and holy places around the world have most often been built over or near one of these great caverns or where there is one of the great crystal spires / obelisks. The Big Shift is happening, my dear. Some are able to connect to their inner light. They are using this Love to connect with Spirit. You must help those who are willing to listen and face the facts of what is actually happening. Fear will be used to try to keep you under control. Do not buy into this. Know that you are part of the New Beginning. You are the co-creators, chosen to reclaim your planet and return it to the Light. You will know instinctively what you must do to help those who are still hooked into the illusion they believe to be real. As your consciousness expands, you will connect with higher frequencies. Your understanding of the Universe and the importance of Earth reconnecting with it, will become clear. Illness will become a thing of the past – a distant memory. They preached love, but controlled by fear. They are now under scrutiny. The facts emerging are shocking and upsetting for those who had trusted them. Truth has to be faced before the next steps can be taken. The Vatican is the umbrella organisation that is in control of everything. It will not survive once the truth emerges. The defiling of helpless, innocent children, will never again be tolerated anywhere in the world. The Vatican needs to step up to the plate and admit that it condoned and facilitated such crimes against humanity.

We are preparing the portals through which we will re-enter your world to guide you forward into the Light. The new reality will alter how you see the planet and all human life, plus your fellow beings from other planets who will be happy to reconnect with you and assist you through this great Transition. You are making history. Keep records of everything as it happens, so that future generations will learn and understand what had to happen so that they could live in peace and love.

You will notice that some may “disappear”. Some may be replaced by Spirits who may resemble them. Many will be exposed as evil: they will be dealt with as seen fit. Expect much change and ask for guidance from those you trust.

My wife is finding it difficult to stay awake and concentrate. She has been very ill for a few weeks. She is on strong medication and she needs to rest and recover. **Preparation for Ascension**

I’d like to say a few words more on the discussion that took place yesterday about matters like smoking, drugs, and Ascension.

Were this not the end of the cycle and were Ascension not a Divine Plan for all people who are able to take in and assimilate sufficient light to enjoy it, I daresay that none of the billions of people who will be ascending – well, perhaps a very, very small number – would be.

To ascend in earlier times, when it was an individual matter, was very difficult and required lifetimes of preparation and testing for fitness. Of the possibility, SaLuSa said in 2009: “Whilst individual Ascension is possible at any time, it is an unusual event only achieved by greater Beings who have dedicated themselves to rising up into the Light.”

But in this end-of-cycle period we’re not expected to ascend by our own efforts, as SaLuSa reminds us.

“The task of returning to the Light is not one that you are expected to achieve single-handed. Although it is possible for an individual soul to ascend at any given time. The difference now is that you are benefiting because of the Divine decree that this Universe shall lift up, and enter a new area in the Cosmos.”

To ascend, we need to undergo a major cleansing, as Archangel Michael told us in February of this year.

“In these extraordinary times, to one degree or another, there is a major internal, transformational process occurring within every Soul on Earth. Individually, you are experiencing a clearing and cleansing process as well as modification and expansion in various areas of your physical, mental, emotional and etheric bodies, changes which are necessary if you are to hold up under and integrate the ever-increasing vibrational frequencies which are bombarding your Earth at this time.”

We’ve been told many times that, as the light energies rise, we’ll probably be re-experiencing major upsets and issues in our life. Many of these upsets and issues reside as memories to which muscular tension – or holding – patterns are attached. Think of a situation the memory of which causes you to grimace. The grimace can be said to be attached to the memory and exerts tension on the body.

The combined stresses and tensions of all issues and upsets Wilhelm Reich called “character armoring” and Eckhart Tolle calls “the pain body.” We are now beginning to re-experience the buried memories contained in our character armoring or pain bodies.

This isn’t going to be the most enjoyable period in our lives. But re-experiencing our old issues and upsets is unavoidable if we want to clear them from our memories.

I’ve written numerous articles in the section called “Preparing for Ascension,” which can be found under the breakout page called “Ascension,” in the righthand column, on how to complete our issues and upsets at this time. What I recommend we not do is to become our issues. If we do that, we simply perpetuate them.

We need to allow them to rise, be with them, observe them, and follow the other steps of the upset clearing process discussed in the articles at that location, or follow another procedure (Vipassana meditation, Byron Katie’s work, etc.) that allows us to complete and release these memory/tension bundles.

Most upsets come from us not being able to do what we want or being obliged to do what we don’t want, or finding that we can’t have something we want or must accept something we don’t want, and so on. We either see an expectation of ours not being fulfilled or an intention being thwarted. But it’s imperative that we not simply project our anger or disappointment onto others, but instead experience these upsets through to their natural completion, at which point they disappear.

Moreover, whether we experience an upset or re-experience it for the purpose of completion, the situation will look the same: we’ll feel upset. It won’t be possible to tell the difference between being in a genuine upset and simply re-experiencing one to completion.

So we may be fooled into thinking, in the latter case, that we’re actually experiencing an upset and the temptation will be to look around for someone to blame it on of project it onto. No, don’t do that. You’ll just re-energize the upset and cause more tension in the body.

The difference between the two is that the first situation adds to our stock of upsets and tension and the second subtracts from it. But they both will feel the same.

To add to our difficulties, when SaLuSa or Matthew advises us that we may need to give up smoking, drugs, or pornography, they may be asking us to give up something which itself brings us, or aids in bringing us, pleasure. That in itself may be an upset for us. I wonder if they did not wait until a time when we had tested them and decided that their voices were worth supporting before they issued their call for us to give these up?

I’ve said earlier that I don’t think our upsets and issues, addictions and preferences will prevent our Ascension. Not in the case of most lightworkers, I believe, whose “vices” are probably not deep or extensive. I rather think that what they may do is make our Ascension rockier than it need be.

Some people, not lightworkers, may have to drop their vices if we want to ascend at all, but I don’t think we’ll find ourselves in that camp. Scarface, yes. Us, probably not. Our vices, I imagine, are rather small, though enticing because pleasurable.

But we need to remember, I think, that SaLuSa and Matthew saying what they say about drugs, smoking, pornography, and similar things are not them being Puritanical, but being factual. These practices and substances may very well lower our vibrations at precisely a time when we want to raise them.

We can hear their words as bringing us what we don’t want and thwarting our intention. But we simply put an obstacle in our own way if we do. In my view, the fact of the matter is that we may be asked to drop even more practices and pleasures to have a smooth ride.

In my opinion, we need to ask ourselves: Do we want Ascension to be smooth or are we willing to risk a rocky ride? If not the latter, then we may have to accept that some pleasures and practices may need to go.

The door for change is opening wider and as you are beginning to realise, there cannot be a return to the old ways. It is becoming even more apparent than ever, that a civilisation on the verge of Ascension must move into a new level of vibration. The Light beckons you to lift up and leave behind anything that no longer serves your purpose. It is so obvious that the old ways have failed, but not because of you as individuals as you have not held the power. It failed because the system could not sustain a money set up, which placed so much wealth in the hands of so few people. There are moves taking place that may soon enable the necessary steps to be taken that will put the situation right, and it will feature an entirely new financial system. One that is fair and just, and protects your money from unfair laws and taxes. Everything is ready to go ahead and its introduction cannot wait much longer.

In fact you are assured of having a very interesting time in the months immediately ahead. Chaos continues and because of it people look for the answers, and they are demanding action from their governments who seem incapable of responding. The reason is because they cling to old methods to mend a system that is broken and beyond repair. They have little or no idea how to cope, and the time has arrived for new governments to appear. That too is well in hand, and although you have not seen any action so far it is not far away. For some years we have little by little laid down our plans, which will grow so rapidly that you will be astonished at how quickly things will fall into place. You are very special souls who have all but done their time in duality, and you are entitled to a quantum leap forward that will lift you up into the higher vibrations. With 11.11.11 drawing so near you will realise that it is one such occasion when you shall experience a sudden upliftment.

Checking your consciousness levels we know that this year has seen a dramatic rise in them, inasmuch that it has reflected your ability to more easily handle the lower vibrations. You are much better at maintaining your focus on the Light, and in consequence are unaffected by them. In fact, you are now consciously spreading the Light, and that is helping to lift other souls up. Simply being in the presence of someone else is sufficient to make an impression upon them. Also many of the Indigo children are now old enough to bring their talents into play, and they have a very high level of wisdom to share. However, such advanced souls rarely speak of their abilities, but go about their work with hardly being noticed. Many are amongst them who have a big part to play in the immediate future, and their leadership qualities will be most welcome.

We of the Galactic Federation clearly have a big part to play in the immediate future, and now there seems to be a general acceptance of our existence. It is essential to your success, and we have the responsibility to ensure that those who desire to be part of Ascension are ready in time. There is little risk of it being otherwise, and in fact even we are in turn part of a bigger confederation that is available if necessary. Your dark Ones may harbour thoughts of stalling our progress, but quite frankly they have no idea what they are really up against. They can be stopped in their tracks in the face of our far superior technology, so there is no fear whatsoever of anything other than a victory for the Light.

We regularly meet in conclaves for meetings to discuss your position, and our plan is adjusted if required. It may have taken a long time to get to this particular point, but there is overall satisfaction with the plans to move you on. There is a lot happening just now, and the dark Ones are beginning to tire of their lack of success. Where once they felt invincible, in many ways they have been the architects of their own downfall. The so obvious plots against you such as 9/11 have showed up their arrogance, and disregard for human life. It beggars belief that they thought their lies and attempts to cover up their acts, would be swallowed by the professional people who could see through them. It only remains for a legal stance to be taken against the Illuminati to remove them from their positions of power. That will come and our allies are well ahead with their intent to take such action.

We have commenced our plan to get even more people acquainted with seeing us in your skies. That means more flyovers, and a concentration on areas where we are not seen quite so frequently. There are times now when you hardly take any notice of us at all, and that shows how familiar you are with our craft. We have become much more acceptable as friendly visitors to your Earth, and outright fear is now most unusual. Since there are campaigns to paint us evil aliens, that is quite an achievement and all credit to those of you who work to put that into balance. It is quite important for people to bear in mind that when they hear of the Greys, that they are not members of the Galactic Federation. They are on Earth at the invitation of the US who has been working with them for many years in a technology exchange.

When we arrive on Earth, it will also be by invitation because we have spoken with your President, and the need to press ahead with the Ascension plan has been understood and accepted. We will be open about our intentions, and you will know exactly what we are doing where you are concerned. In fact we shall talk to the nation so that they know why we are here, and it is plainly understood. We will get media coverage and there will be freedom of journalism to report truthfully without any censorship. In this respect you are at present, very much in the hands of the Illuminati who still control almost all news outlets. You have been fooled, lied to and as you say, led up the garden path for many, many years. You will have open government, and open reporting to restore your trust in free speech.

Hi My Amazing Friend,

There is a great sense of anticipation and electricity in the air. We are right on the cusp of major global revelations that will make it even clearer we are moving towards a more open and united society. This means the old out-dated structures that have operated from a place of dishonesty and domination are quickly losing their grip over humanity. What we have and will continue to witness is the final efforts of systems trying to hold on to the ways of the past through fear. It’s imperative at this time that we look beyond the fear tactics constantly bombarding us. A great deal of these tactics comes from media outlets, and often seeps into our local communities (friends, family, colleagues) where the fear could seem very convincing to us. The key is to remember that all is unfolding in Divine perfect order. Soon, if it hasn’t already, it will become absolutely clear to the masses that all the current changes are playing their role as precursors to the new emerging heart-centered reality.

On a personal level, the anticipation we are experiencing right now is showing up in a few different ways. One of these ways may include feeling overwhelmed as a direct result of having so many things to do from little daily tasks to big projects we have chosen to accomplish. It could definitely feel a bit chaotic if we are not centering ourselves. In others, it could also show up as feeling restless to the point we think we’re not doing enough. Whichever we may be feeling, the best thing to do right now is to connect with the energy of ease and grace through our daily walks, meditation, playing, journaling, or anything else that helps to relax our mind, body, and spirit. The current energy of anticipation can make us feel a little ungrounded, so by choosing an activity that connects us with ease and grace we are sure to feel more settled.

Compassion

What will continue to assist us in moving through the current and upcoming changes is to operate with compassion. True compassion is all inclusive. When we are able to show true compassion even to the structures, systems, and people that may have appeared to not have humanity’s highest interest at heart, we instantly remove our own personal resistance to allowing the new heart-centered reality to emerge more quickly.

True compassion instantly moves us out of victim consciousness and into Creator consciousness. Showing true compassion is being able to look past the stories we or others have created. When we are showing others compassion, we are recognizing them for who they really are. We are looking past the illusions and connecting with their Divine Self.

In order to show true compassion, it’s important to know and understand who we are. I share often that each one of us is a beautiful expression of the Omni Universe (also known as Source, Creator, Spirit, Love Energy) here to experience more of Itself in physical form. So, we are the micro of the macro. When we can remember this especially during those times we may want to quickly react from the old patterns of victim consciousness, we are showing true compassion. By showing compassion, we are holding a sacred space of true self remembrance for others to step into.

Revitalizing the Fire Within

Are you someone who may have been feeling exhausted and uninspired for awhile? Well, then you will welcome the fact that the current astrological energies are fully revitalizing the fire within us. How this manifests itself in our lives is through inspiration, drive, and renewed zest for life. In the coming days and weeks, we may notice that we’re receiving downloads of new ideas and insights contributing to the fulfillment of our deepest desires. It could show up in areas of creativity, career, relationships, personal development, or health. A simple process we can do at this time is to journal. Journaling allows us to create a simple outline of our thoughts, so that we can refer to them later on when we are ready to put these ideas into action.

Inspired Action

Due to the high amount of electric energy in the air at this time, we may feel an inner pull to take action towards bringing our visions into fruition. Before taking action, it’s important to understand which action to take.

There are two kinds of action: Inspired action and forced action. Forced action usually has the energy of control attached to it, which stems from a fear we may not be doing enough or lack of trust. So, what ends up happening is we put a great deal of pressure on ourselves to achieve which ends up pushing away the very thing we are trying to attract more of into our lives. Inspired action happens when we are in the flow, and it feels good and effortless. By taking inspired action, we are open and receptive to the opportunities around us affirming to Universe a resounding “Yes! We are willing to do our part in making our greatest life vision a reality.”

The Gift of Your Presence

Although there may appear to be a great deal of chaos all around the planet on many levels, our Spirit knew it could easily handle and transmute all of it into the highest vibrations of love. We’ve been gifted with an opportunity to be front and center to assist in Mother Earth’s transition into the higher realms. Every act of kindness that we show her and all her children elevates the process more quickly. The thing is, there were many Spirits waiting in the wings to have the rare opportunity we have right now of helping our beautiful Earth ascend, but we were the ones chosen. How blessed are we to be of service in such a monumental way? I’d say we are very blessed.

Sure.. it’s easy to picture that scenario indeed!

In fact ‘The New World Order’ and ‘The New Century’ etc. were also probably designed to appeal to our innate knowledge that (when operated on a peaceful and co-operative basis) this was the only way forward!

The same old ‘mix a bit of truth with a bunch of Horsesh*t’ and they’ll believe it tactic!

Well, this time around it’s gonna backfire fully on them.. in fact the New World will be SO ‘New’ that there won’t even BE a place for that methodology within it any longer!

Yes.. I like to think of the Hierarchic as Pyramidal and the Holographic as Lateral (systems of governance).

The ’5D’ message I got from Obama’s recent quick Press update was that as NOVEMBER is the date by when this ALL has to be sorted out.. The Divine Deadline therefore could be 11:11:11..!! Would that make sense?

Sure!! Next such Unity-date isn’t for another hundred years?
