i dont thing anything with a material form would be able to survive earth.

Dear Leolady
In many of the Galactic Feds posts they have outlined that ALL animals will be taken with earth when she ascends. However our Pets will be taken with us (if we request this) and will reside with us as they do now. SOME will be allowed to become HUMAN and posses a human form. All animals will be able to converse with us in any tongue that we speak. In other word they will be able to tell you what they are thinking.
I believe that this will also be the way for SOME sea life like Whales and Dolphins. I hope that this has been some comfort for you.
