A member of our accountability structure, Dorothy Dart, reports that a Canadian investigator into New Age globalism, SERGE MONAST, has died of a “heart attack.” This man has faithfully exposed the New World Order for the last decade. His children were home-schooled, so the authorities took his eight year old daughter away, then his seven year old son was taken, as they said the parents were abusing them emotionally by stopping the children going to a State school. The father was then arrested, and spent the night in jail. Next day at home, he had a “heart attack.” He was 46 years old. This brave man has left a wife, who now has no family. NASA’s Project Blue Beam

The infamous NASA [National Aeronautics and Space Administration] Blue Beam Project has four different steps in order to implement the new age religion with the Antichrist at its head. We must remember that the new age religion is the very foundation for the new world government, without which religion the dictatorship of the new world order is completely impossible. The first step in the NASA Blue Beam Project concerns the breakdown [re-evaluation] of all archaeological knowledge. It deals with the set-up, with artificially created earthquakes at certain precise locations on the planet, of supposedly new discoveries which will finally explain to all people the “error” of all fundamental religious doctrines. Psychological preparations for that first step have already been implemented with the film, ’2001: A Space Odyssey;’ the StarTrek series, and ‘Independence Day;’ all of which deal with invasions from space and the coming together of all nations to repel the invaders. Hoaxed “Discoveries’
What is important to understand in the first step is that those earthquakes will hit at different parts of the world where scientific and archaeological teachings have indicated that arcane mysteries have been buried. By those types of earthquakes, it will be possible for scientists to rediscover those arcane mysteries which will be used to discredit all fundamental religious doctrines. This is the first preparation for the plan for humanity because what they want to do is destroy the beliefs of all Christians and Muslims on the planet. To do that, they need some false ‘proof’ from the far past that will prove to all nations that their religions have all been misinterpreted and misunderstood.

The Big Space Show in the Sky
The second step in the NASA Blue Beam Project involves a gigantic ‘space show’ with three-dimensional optical holograms and sounds, laser projection of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving a different image according to predominating regional national religious faith. This new ‘god’s’ voice will be speaking in all languages. In order to understand that, we must study various secret services’ research done in the last 25 years. The Soviet’s have perfected an advanced computer, even exported them, and fed them with the minute physio-psychological particulars based on their studies of the anatomy and electromechanical composition of the human body, and the studies of the electrical, chemical and biological properties of the human brain. These computers were fed, as well, with the languages of all human cultures and their meanings. The dialects of all cultures have been fed into the computers from satellite transmissions. The Soviets began to feed the computers with objective programs like the ones of the new messiah. It also seems that the Soviets – the new world order people – have resorted to suicidal methods with the human society by allocating electronic wavelengths for every person and every society and culture to induce suicidal thoughts if the person doesn’t comply with the dictates of the new world order.

There are two different aspects of step two.

The first is the ‘space show.’ Where does the space show come from? The space show, the holographic images will be used in a simulation of the ending during which all nations will be shown scenes that will be the fulfillment of that which they desire to verify the prophecies and adversary events.

These will be projected from satellites onto the sodium layer about 60 miles above the earth. We see tests every once in a while, but they are called UFOs and “flying saucers” sightings.

The result of these deliberately staged events will be to show the world the new ‘christ,’ the new messiah, Matraia (Maitreya), for the immediate implementation of the new world religion. Enough truth will be foisted upon an unsuspecting world to hook them into the lie. “Even the most learned will be deceived.”

The project has perfected the ability for some device [referred to as "tractor beams" by ufologists].to lift up an enormous number of people, as in a Rapture, and whisk the entire group into a never-never land We see tests of this device in the abduction of humans by those mysterious little alien greys who snatch people out of their beds and through windows into waiting “mother ships.” The calculated resistance to the universal religion and the new messiah and the ensuing holy wars will result in the loss of human life on a scale never imagined before in all of human history.

The Blue Beam Project will pretend to be the universal fulfillment of the prophecies of old, as major an event as that which occurred 2,000 years ago. In principle, it will make use of the skies as a movie screen (on the sodium layer at about 60 miles) as space-based laser-generating satellites project simultaneous images to the four corners of the planet in every language and dialect according to the region. It deals with the religious aspect of the new world order and is deception and seduction on a massive scale.

Computers will coordinate the satellites and software already in place will run the sky show. Holographic images are based on nearly identical signals combining to produce an image or hologram with deep perspective which is equally applicable to acoustic ELF, VLF and LF waves and optical phenomena. Specifically, the show will consist of multiple holographic images to different parts of the world, each receiving a different image according to the specific national, regional religion. Not a single area will be excluded. With computer animation and sounds appearing to emanate from the very depths of space, astonished ardent followers of the various creeds will witness their own returned messiahs in convincing lifelike reality.

Then the projections of Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, Krishna, etc., will merge into one after correct explanations of the mysteries and revelations will have been disclosed. This one god will, in fact, be the Antichrist, who will explain that the various scriptures have been misunderstood and misinterpreted, and that the religions of old are responsible for turning brother against brother, and nation against nation, therefore old religions must be abolished to make way for the new age new world religion, representing the one god Antichrist they see before them.

Naturally, this superbly staged falsification will result in dissolved social and religious disorder on a grand scale, each nation blaming the other for the deception, setting loose millions of programmed religious fanatics through demonic possession on a scale never witnessed before. In addition, this event will occur at a time of profound worldwide political anarchy and general tumult created by some worldwide catastrophe. The United Nation even now plans to use Beethovan’s ‘Song of Joy’ as the anthem for the introduction for the new age one world religion. If we put this space show in parallel with the star wars program we get this: combination of electromagnetic radiation and hypnosis which have also been the subject of intensive research. In 1974, for instance, researcher G. F. Shapits, said of one of the research proposals that, ‘…in this investigation it will be shown that the spoken words of the hypnotist may also be converted by electromagnetic energy directly and to the subconscious part of the human brain without employing any mechanical device for receiving or transcording the message, and without the person exposed to such influence having a chance to control the information input consciously. It may be expected that the rationalized behavior will be considered to have been taken out of their own free will.’

Anyone investigating so-called ‘channelling’ phenomena right now would be wise to take this area of research into consideration. It will be noted that those who think of themselves as ‘channellers’ has escalated rapidly since this type of research was conducted. It is uncanny how similar their messages are, despite which entity they claim to be their source of divine guidance. It would suggest any individual considering the credibility of channelled information should be discerning and critically evaluate where the message they are receiving originates, and if the messages are specifically beneficial to the new world order.

The Sydney Morning newspaper published an item on March 21st, 1983 which announced that the Soviets were invading the human mind, the article having been submitted to the foreign editor by Doctor Nathan Abnuengy, assistant professor in the faculty of agriculture in Asia. It is worth quoting the article at length even though his grammar is a little old. This article relates to the Soviets who created the supercomputer we were discussing earlier and which is really important because these types of computers can be run through satellites and through space. The computers were fed with all the different languages and their meanings, the dialect of all peoples were fed to the computers with objective programs. But we are no longer talking about the Soviets; we are talking about the United Nations, the minions of the new world order, who are feeding the computers with the necessary information.

The editor of the column in which the article appeared even states that the piece made points too important to ignore. I think it is possible that the persons who have created this mega-mind-control-program could sell the software to an organization and not be aware that the client might use the program and data to enslave all of humankind. Just imagine how far they have advanced since that article was published!

Artificial Thought & Communication
The advancement of techniques propel us toward the third step in the Blue Beam Project that goes along with the telepathic and electronically augmented two-way communication where ELF, VLF and LF waves will reach each person from within his or her own mind, convincing each of them that their own god is speaking to them from the very depths of their own soul. Such rays from satellites are fed from the memories of computers that have stored massive data about every human on earth, and their languages. The rays will then interlace with their natural thinking to form what we call diffuse artificial thought.

That kind of technology goes into the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s research where the human brain has been compared to a computer. Information is fed in, processed, integrated and then a response is formulated and acted upon. Mind controllers manipulate information the same way a computer for grammar manipulates information. In January 1991, the University of Arizona hosted a conference entitled, ‘The NATO Advanced Research Workshop on Current and Emergent Phenomena and Biomolecular Systems.’ What does that mean exactly? It means this: We refer to one paper that was delivered at the conference which stands out for its different attitude towards the development under discussion at that time. It was, in effect, a protest and chilling warning to the attending scientists about the potential abuse of their research findings.

Their findings, of course, stated that the United States has already developed communications equipment which can make the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk. It can relieve the terminally ill from pain without the use of drugs or surgery. I’m not talking about science fiction. A man might retain the use of all his faculties right up to the moment of his death. This communications equipment depends upon a completely new way of looking at the human brain and neuromuscular systems and radiation pulses at ultra-low frequencies. Some of this equipment is now operational within the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). It will never be used to make the blind see, the deaf hear and the lame walk because it is central to the domestic political agenda and foreign policy of George Bush and his puppet-masters of the new world order.

Domestically, the new communications equipment is being used to torture and murder persons who match profiles imagined to be able to screen a given population for terrorists; to torture and murder citizens who belong to organizations which promote tolerance and peace and development in Central America; to torture and murder citizens who belong to organizations who oppose the development and deployment of nuclear weapons, and to create a race of slave cult automatons, or what is popularly called ‘the Manchurian Candidates.’ Overseas experimentation is taking place on hostages held by the United States and Canada, Great Britain, Australia, Germany, Finland and France. Additionally, there has been a long series of bizarre suicides among British computer scientists, all of whom have had some connection to the United States Navy.

What is possible to ask before such a psychology of terror is this: would any government, corporation or psychiatrist wilfully promote such horror today? The answer is quite obviously, ‘Yes.’

Government agencies and the corporations that work with them toward a new world order are prepared to promote anything that will help them achieve their objective of total social control. As for the question of why: For one thing, if you terrify the public and make them fear for their safety, they will allow you to implement draconian law enforcement practice, disarm them and keep extensive records on them, and they only have to tell you that it is all to protect you, of course. Secondly, it promotes the decay of the present democratic forms of political systems, and leads societies to search for alternative methods of political ideology. Of course, the alternative has already been planned. It is called the New World Order and it will not have your safety or interests at heart. As George Bush said: ‘Read my lips.’ Fear has always been used by powerful elite to control and subjugate the masses.

The old maxim, ‘divide and conquer’, is being played out to the limit worldwide to ensure that everyone is frightened for their personal safety, and to be suspicious of everyone else. This, too, is mind-control. To go further in regard to the new technology which is at the base of the NASA Blue Beam Project, we have to consider this statement by psychologist James V. McConnell which was published in a 1970s issue of Psychology Today. He said, ‘The day has come when we can combine sensory deprivation with drug hypnosis and astute manipulation of reward and punishment to gain almost absolute control over an individual’s behavior. It should then be possible to achieve a very rapid and highly effective type of positive brainwashing that would allow us to make dramatic changes in a person’s behavior and personality.’

Now, when we talked before about that kind of ray and the telepathic and electronically augmented communication, the kind of rays that are fed from the memories of computers which store massive data about humans, human language and dialects, and we said that the people will be reached from within, making each person to believe that his own god is speaking directly from within his or her own soul, we refer to that kind of technology and that kind of thinking that same psychologist was espousing, that is: we should be trained from birth that we should all do what society wants us to do rather than what we want to do for ourselves; that because they have the technology to do it, no one should now be allowed to have their own individual personality. This statement and these ideas are important because it is the basic teaching of the United Nations that no one owns his or her own personality. And that same psychologist claims that no one has any say-so about the kind of personality they acquire and there is no reason to believe you have the right to refuse to acquire a new personality if your old personality is considered ‘antisocial.’

What is important in this declaration is that the new world order will be set up over the current system, meaning the old way of thinking and behavior and religion will be considered the ‘old’ and incorrect way of thinking and that they can change it at one of the eradication camps of the United Nations to make sure that anyone with this ‘antisocial’ behavior will be disposed of quickly so that other modified individuals will be able to fulfill the needs and agendas of the new world order without being distracted by the truth.

I have a problem with this We all create our own reality theory because, while I think that is partially true, it disregards context. If 7 billion people on this planet are creating their own realities, what happens on this finite planet when realities conflict?

One of the points I made in my September speech was that the very nature of competition was to create losers as well as winners, regardless of effort. And that is why the competitive job market will never provide a job for everyone.

**Judgment adds to the pain and confusion of the illusion**

The awareness that something big is shortly to occur is rising into the consciousness of nearly everyone on Earth. And so it should! You have been praying and intending to awaken for a very long time, and now the progress you have made is becoming visible all over the world in the form of people’s concern for the well-being of others. It has been a long journey to arrive at this point in your spiritual evolution, and from here there is no going back. You are all set to continue, and your progress is accelerating as you become ever more aware of your divine spiritual essence and of your desire to be truly Yourself – the being of infinite value and integrity that God created eons ago.

Life on earth has been traumatic, stimulating, confusing, and painful, and by experiencing it you have been presented with the lessons that you chose to learn as part of your spiritual evolution. You have now reached a stage where you can learn the remaining lessons far more quickly because you are far more willing to let go of grudges and judgments as you realize that they serve no useful purpose in your lives. They merely add to the confusion and pain of the illusion. This realization is a massive step forward after eons in which judgment, condemnation, and revenge were generally considered to be not only the natural retaliatory response to any offense committed against you, but also your duty in order to regain your honor.

The ineffectiveness of these attitudes – well demonstrated by the never-ending series of wars between nations and feuds within families – has at last been properly recognized. New methods of dealing with disagreements and conflicts are now being successfully developed to ensure that, in the new age that is approaching, all will have access to impartial mediation to enable all disputes to be resolved amicably for the benefit of all concerned. Peace on Earth is most definitely possible, and it will be achieved.

The satisfaction that these new, and initially unusual, ways of interacting with one another provides will lead to an increase in humanity’s communicative abilities, as the previous apparent need for obfuscation and confusion to protect one’s interests fades away and is replaced by honesty and transparency. Consequently, everyone will be heard and their needs taken into consideration as decisions are made for the benefit of all. Because of the transparency in discussion and negotiation everyone will understand why decisions have been made and it will be quite clear that no one has been disadvantaged for the benefit of another. What a different world you are building!

These changes are now coming into effect very widely as humanity makes the transition from living independently and self-centeredly to living generously with awareness and concern for all life. They are profound changes to make, and they will beneficially assist all to live graciously in the cleansed and renewed earthly environment that your new ways of behaving are going to bring to fruition. It is indeed a most exciting time to be living on Earth because you will see with amazement what can be achieved when all cooperate to provide a stable, friendly, and beautiful living environment for all to enjoy.

Your different cultures and ethnicities, which previously seemed only capable of dividing you into diffuse warring factions, will now come together to share and honor their diversity, and to create new and beautiful ways of interacting in art, dance, literature, and music. There is indeed much to look forward to in the times ahead. As you move forwards on your path to awakening, allow your anxieties to fall away. Do not focus on them; just remind yourselves that the divine Will is always achieved and that it is the divine Will that you awaken. There will be moments, or days, when you feel dispirited, enervated, depressed; this is part of the illusion, and like the weather they will pass, because the illusion is ephemeral and insubstantial. Reality is eternal, everlasting, and that is where you truly have your existence, and it is into Reality that you are scheduled to awaken. Deep within yourselves you know this. Focus on it and bring it about – it is your inevitable destiny.

WHAT’s YOUR PERSONAL OPINION ON WHO MIBs ARE?

My personal conclusion is that there are at least two things going on. There are the government-originated MIB, and there are the weirder MIB. As for the former, I prove in the book that some can be traced back to official agencies of at least several governments.

As for those stranger MIB, my personal view is that they are paranormal. Of course, much of this depends on how we define the paranormal! My personal view is that the MIB may be the inhabitants of multi-dimensions or extra-dimensions that co-exist with ours, and whose role it is to keep us away from the truth about not just UFOs, but a whole range of strange phenomena too. But as for why, that is the big question still eluding us!

The way we all know each other and recognize each other throughout the universe is through a process known as frequency signature recognition. Every being throughout the universe possesses their own unique frequency signature, not unlike the uniqueness of your fingerprints today. We are able to read another’s frequency signature, that is the frequency emanation from another’s essence, and we are able to make an immediate identification based on this information alone. Beings from throughout the multi- versus possess this ability and so shall you in the coming days ahead. Many new attributes such as this will be yours as you graduate to higher dimensions after the culmination of the great shift. Today, each human bases their identification on another by appearance and by the characteristics of one’s voice. These methods of identification are quite limited, but suited you adequately here in the 3D world. How many and before which events are to take place before the extraterrestrial unveiling, how long until “soon” becomes “now”? You want to know. We are in your world now, unseen to many, and are amassing the thousands upon thousands of final details into a diamond-point fineness in infinite expressions of Hello. How long is not relevant. It simply is a matter of when the iron is hot to strike it. That time is afore ye now, and even though those who wield the hammer of power now are in the game of wiring for destruction, we are busy too. You understand that to give away the whole plan would not negate the outcome in favor of humanity’s eventual rise in realizing the truth of who they are? It would not thwart the eventual end of story insofar as your ability to tell your descendants that once you were merely human without access to divine memory and interaction, but it would thwart the optimal working of world tracks in creating a better reality sooner for more people. In the interest of you telling your cosmic tale sooner rather than later, in the interest of the most benefit not only to the individuals reading this but as well to the incalculably multitudinous affairs of which there can be no early dismissal but there can be the most opportune timing, for these reasons we share with you this framework of how to come to terms with the reality you are entering and not be out of balance without the presence of extraterrestrial intervention in front of your noses. It’s just a matter of time before the iron is red-hot. That is the moment of transformation for the world’s iron giant into a new bauble for the human consciousness to adore as a hard-won jewel of love’s inevitable triumph. Not before.

Great transitions have been sliding into place in the background of what you see in your world. If as you say, you keep your ear to the ground, you will realize that matters are heading for a resounding victory for the Light. There is such a strong momentum towards it that it is going to be unstoppable, and means that positive signs of it will be there for all to see. You only get know of a small fraction of the developments that are taking place, and the dark Ones would naturally prefer that you were kept in the dark. However, brave souls continue to step forward at some risk to themselves, and are prepared to inform you of the hidden activities of the Illuminati. They are in fact helping to get the truth out in such a way that it does not immediately overwhelm people. That will create the right circumstances so that when the media can fully report the news, it will not cause too much of a shock which would otherwise surely be the case. You can for example look at the way that the truth about 9/11 has slowly been released, and has now reached a time when few people would not have come across it. The truth is ready to fully come out and it is no longer questionable, as it is supported by hundreds of experts whose evidence is professionally given.

Dear Ones, just bide your time as much has been prepared in advance that will allow the revelations to come pouring out. Lies and half truths will be easily revealed and those responsible will have no hiding place, although they prepare for their escape. It will be quite futile for them to imagine that with our advanced technology, we would be unable to track them down. Their fate is not the most important matter to us, as that is sealed anyway. Our first concern is the announcement to you of our presence, as that will allow us to freely contact you. Mass landings will clearly follow but do not expect it to be that quickly, but be assured that they will take place. We stand by for any eventuality, with a view to pushing forward to achieve a substantial gain for the Lightworkers.

There are so many people directly involved in your affairs, that it is not immediately apparent how much progress is being made. We are however pressing our allies to speed up their preparations, for the final actions that will remove the leading players of the dark Ones. As you will no doubt understand, it is all of you on Earth who have sufficient awareness to work with us who are essential to the outcome. We cannot just appear and “take over the Earth”, as it would be taken as a violation of your responsibility to forge your own future, but we know that some of you cannot understand why we do not. Dear Ones, when the time is right we will have a big part to play in the final months of this year, and until then we stay mainly in the background working with you to achieve success. We have been granted certain privileges that allow us a bigger input in some matters, and vitally important to the future is the Middle East. We have for quite along time been given authority to do whatever is necessary to keep the peace and prevent another war.

World peace is coming and the governmental changes that are near to occurring, will ensure that they bring peaceful and lasting changes around the world. The energies of the old paradigm will be dissolved or funneled into more positive channels, and the armed forces changed into those that are peace keeping. Any form of weaponry will be destroyed except for that which is purely used for defense purposes only. This will bring you into line with us, and in accordance with our creed that is based on peace and love. Our delight will be greatly increased when it is established that all nuclear devices have been disarmed. Your dark Ones intended to take such weapons into Space, and to your Moon but we informed them it was not allowed. They ignored this order and still tried to establish a Space Weapons Program, but it was prevented.

As your people have learnt, you cannot just fly off into Space and interfere with other life forms. That type of Universal freedom existed in the past and would fill many chapters in your history, but with the gradual elimination of warring or rebel groups virtual peace now exists. Until the changes are completed and you ascend, you are for the time being the only races that still wage war upon each other. Realization of the stupidity of war that benefits no one not even the so-called winners, eventually comes to souls after their unending experiences over many lives. Understand that like everything else you get involved in, you will between lives fully understand the consequences of your actions. There is nothing like actual experience to open your eyes to the truth, and it is why the Earth has been such a wonderful playground for you to play out your fantasies and desires.

Now many of you can look back upon your life and realize that your level of consciousness has grown out of your experiences. It has now reached a stage where the ways of the old no longer fulfill your personal desires, and you seek the higher life where Love and Light exist in abundance. It is exactly where you are expected to be after so many lives throughout duality, that have tested your ability to find and retain your Light once more. With the help you are now getting you are passing through a period of intense awakening, and it is a wonderful time for those who aspire to lift themselves up. There will not be another opportunity ascend such as the one you are about to experience, for a long time. So grasp it with both hands and focus your energy upon it and it will be yours, as it is not intended to be difficult for you to succeed. In fact we would view it as being a simple challenge that Light workers can overcome. Make your intent clear and put your energy into all that you do, ensuring that it is wholesome and going to lift up your vibrations. You are a being of Love and Light and live as one as far as possible, and you will undoubtedly notice the changes taking place in yourself.

Good morning Addie, and thank you for the link for the Tolec interview. I like him because he is so spiritually matter-of-fact! I think he will begin to appeal to more and more folks as the ascension process gathers greater momentum. I think people will easily relate to him and he doesn’t come off all holier than thou like some ET’s do. I mean really, the average person may not be interested in flowery speech and conversation.
