Have no fears because much can happen from just one week to another, and the plan for your release from the dark Ones is progressing along very nicely. As we have already suggested, keep aware of the developments around the world as your wishes for change are coming true. It is a matter of finding a reliable news sources from which you can get a feel of what is taking place. You know that time is racing by, and that is welcome as you have waited long for the end times to get underway. Believe us they are just as we would have them, with our allies succeeding in creating the conditions that will enable us to come closer to you. All that has been promised will come to you, even if it is not quite as you would have imagined, and in fact in some ways it well may prove to be more exciting and fulfilling.
Remember that everything is in the hands of Higher Beings, who have followed your pathway to Ascension from the very beginning which was a very long ago. You knew it when you started out, but with the degeneration in your levels of consciousness you became separated from the Source and each other. However, that was expected although it did come about by you misusing the freewill that you had been given. You now know that you went through the Dark Ages, that showed how far down you can go when you lose touch with your true self. This present cycle has been the most testing one since you came into physical incarnations, and it was preceded by lives in earlier civilizations that you know very little about. You may have little memory of them, but be assured that every single experience has taken you to where you are now. You have grown immensely in your understanding of physicality, and it has also helped speed up your evolution.
Ascension and beyond will continue to be planned experiences with the guidance of your Guides and Higher Self. However, you will be in a position to have a greater input as to what they will be when you journey onwards as a Galactic Being. As you will understand, life will take on a completely new look, and have little bearing to how you see it now in your present dimension. You have yet to realize what it will be like to be totally free, but when you are it will be when you have risen to a new level of consciousness that will ensure you are fully aware of your responsibilities. The Laws of the Universe are quite simple and require that you respect the sovereignty of all other souls, and intend no harm or interference with them. Indeed your inclination will be to share your Love and Light with all life forms, having understood and accepted the Oneness of All That Is. All life is on the path of evolution and has the powerful urge to return to the Source from whence it came.
Life on Earth can seem very lonely and you meet souls all types, at very different levels of advancement and understanding which adds to your experiences. Your challenge has been to master them and learn whatever lessons they had for you. You of the Light have succeeded and you are ready to move on but will always benefit from them, as the lessons are held at a subconscious level. You have every right to be pleased with yourselves for having come through duality and moved into the Light. Now you can return to a level of consciousness that you are really familiar with and once lived by in the higher dimensions, never to have need to return to the lower dimensions.
In the higher dimensions you still face challenges but they are more acceptable, and best looked upon as missions that often involve souls that could benefit from your experience. Remember that at this stage you will have committed yourself in service to others, and practically every ascended one naturally follows this course. All of the time you are still ascending but progress is much slower, as you rarely have to face negative situations. It does of course depend upon where you elect to go, as you may be one who desires to return to the lower dimensions. The rate at which you desire to rise up is very much your decision, and no one is forced to go any faster than they wish. Hence, in your present dimension not every soul will feel ready to ascend, and will stay in it where they feel more at ease.
It is during this time that karma comes and goes very quickly, and for some it will seem that one thing rapidly follows another without any respite. Dear Ones, it is according to your needs and the necessity to clear your karma before you ascend. Some of it will be a legacy of times past, as it does not necessarily follow that it comes back to you in exactly the same lifetime. Often it is when you are best able to handle it, and be successful in clearing it. In the final reckoning some karma may be released according to the Law of Grace.
You can understand why you are discouraged from making a judgment about another soul, if we tell you that you have no way of knowing what has brought about their experiences. Also, where you perceive one appearing to be punished bear in mind that it is not always as it seems. Sometimes a soul will accept another ones karma as a way of service to them, and it is usually where there is already a strong link or bond between them. One of the greatest deeds you can do for another is to sacrifice yourself for them. Also remember that there is karma that is in the way of a reward, and is earnt through your love and service to others. It is you who creates your path and experiences, and there is no one else to blame when they are undesirable, at least not as you would think of them.
Learn your lessons well, and you will never have to come back to them again, although there are occasions when you might be tested again to ensure that you would not let yourself down. If you have an experience that clearly has a lesson in it for you, think about it honestly and without any bias and you are sure to understand the reason. It all works out divinely and fair, because as we have often stressed there is no sense of punishment involved. God is All Love and has unending patience with his Godsparks that will always be connected to God, and held in God’s Love.

In the 6th paragraph SaLuSa speaks of service to another. This can be a walking the razor’s edge though sometimes. Here is where we are offered yet again the lesson of discernment, and we need to contemplate further. I am speaking primarily about when we serve another and mistakenly hope for a certain outcome. I am NOT however speaking about knowing what is right, and stepping up to help another. Humans are wired to be compassionate, loving and giving. There is a new movie out called “I AM” and it is of the same caliber as the movie “Thrive”. Having seen both,(and I recommend them to you all wholeheartedly), I think you will also see that humankind is learning to shine ever-more brightly! There is hope Bravehearts, THERE IS HOPE!!!

Opportunities on the event horizon
1. Oil companies realize they are liquid transportation companies and start to move fresh water to needy places on the planet.
2. Major engineering companies respond to rising seas and create canals that take the excess water into barren lowlands inside the continents where it is needed.
3. The national military forces of the planet merge to form natural security teams and restore their respective parts of the earth’s forests, plant life, watersheds, wildlife and the biosphere above all that.
4. That schools recognize that content is already available on line and change their courses to life skills, learning based pursuits, and a new partnership with nature.
5. That Universities build upon the science of conscious evolution, a visionary mindset, and life force living intelligence and then structure their experience based curricula to that end.
6. That government decentralizes into bioregions and organizes military units, school kids, fire departments and others to generate food foraging forests in all available sites for complete global food security.
7. That neighborhoods take on a wide variety of energy producing solutions to become fully independent but not totally separate from the power grid.
8. That web-based democracies attend to their regionally based constituents and use the global web intelligence system to optimize local living.
9. That railheads, airports, and warehouses converge to be able to launch global air rescue missions that deliver major emergency living villages to all peoples globally within hours of a disaster.
10. That the global public achieves a clear unifying identity and the pre-emptive political power to defang the nuclear arsenal and its fear based factions while offering alternative product lines for the military industrial complex.
11. That we accept the notion that life is more likely to exist in the galaxy than not and prepare for the real benefits of new connections.
12. That we embrace a new level of profound simplicity and reintroduce creativity as a replacement for things and mindless entertainment.

**Ashtar – Much is Happening Now**

Greetings my Dear Angelica and my Dear children of the Light, it is I Ashtar who is here to say a few words that can be seen as timely right now. As you have noticed much is happening all around you now, both on a personal level with you and so also with your closest fellow man and woman, and further out in the world that is your reality right now on Mother Earth. I wish to tenderly caress your cheek and tell you that you shall not be afraid, My Dear Ones. It is as it should be, hard as it might sound at first, as the changes, transformations and the outer and inner “mess” that you are going through and observe are necessary. Know now that this is what we talked about, which ever more is gaining strength and form, it is also that which you are equipped to handle and so much more. You shall thus hold your gaze high, the heart brave and burning plus a clear and focused mind. Now more than ever should you reflect on and integrate with these words, for it has started, My Dear Ones. Oh, Oh, do not now get afraid. You are walking in the Light and in Truth that rests in Love. This is your path to walk and you shall thus not fear and harbor doubt. Mark my words, children of the Light – you are born for this time and many of you have also so been equipped for eons of time, I would like to add.
From our vantage point everything is at is should be. We hold respect for the feelings that you are going through, but we also know that it is as it should be. You follow the flow and so does Mother Earth’s Ascension process. In the higher vibrations and energies that now practically flood over you and over Mother Earth the things that are of lower vibrational character and energy cannot continue to exist. It could with a simple analogy be likened to a wound that gets corrosive acid poured on it, the reaction will hardly then wait, correct? Compare it to a child who cannot swim without a floating ring and air cushions, and definitely does not have the ability or courage to venture out into the deep part of the pool. There is then bound to be reactions of dramatic kinds at all different levels with facts and scenarios described above. Even if this is very much expressed in a simplified way to give you an easy to understand understanding of the bigger picture, it is thus this that you can witness around you now, both on an individual, group and societal level.
In order to effect the birthing of the New Age and all that it entails it is necessary and unavoidable that this happens. We who are here to assist and guide you have spoken about this many, many times, but I still think it needs to be mentioned again. In the current confusion, pain, challenges and in the coming chaos that might play itself out it is paramount to keep one self calm, focused, unafraid and warm in the Heart. We tell you this over and over again My Dear Ones, it contains great Truth, and you will have to read these lines many times when it appears to be hard to breath and to see the road clearly in front of you. And, above all to see where the road is taking you. This is new for you, you are in the process of waking up to the world you thought only existed in the world of Fairy tales and you are thus still battling with doubt, since the 3D illusion is still strong in its structure and surface. But, poke a bit on these badly built houses of cards and they will fall. See behind, see over, see ahead and on the side. What do you see? What do you feel? Can you hear? Good. Believe in it and KNOW that you now walk more and more in the Light of Truth.
Many of you are now in old or new groups of Brother or Sisterhood in service to the Light. Here, I Ashtar, want to say to you all who know you are on an important mission, both as individuals and as a group, that now during the emerging times it is important that you now more than ever turn to each other in your groups and help each other. Remember that when one is weak then the other one will carry and when one is loosing speed then the other one can help to shift into a higher speed again. You shall now more than ever be there for your Brothers and Sisters who walk in Truth and you will help each other to discern the Truth. As a matter of fact this will not be very easy during the coming times that wait for you, My Dear Ones. Then it is important that you help each other with exactly this. Discuss and be open for that which you never thought could happen, be or exist. Let go now forever of your ideas about right and wrong, of old frames that belong to the old belief systems. Let go of these and try to make yourself to unwritten pages, but discern with the Heart and develop an humble and warm integrity. This is very important and something that will be discussed more going forward.
You must become your own Masters. You must find your own Truth in the swarm of information and messages that now circulate. It is ok to be different, yet similar. Where the Light and the Love, the simple, is that which holds the largest Truth and that which leads the Army of the Light forward and up.
Till we meet again, walk in Love and be this Light for others that you were born to become and be. But to fully be able to manifest this, work first with the inner flame that is yours. Then you can put the world, Mother Earth and the Universe ablaze – Love’s untouchable flame. It is like a warm, beautiful bonfire in the spring – unquenchable and eternal in its beauty.

UFO FOUND IN BALTIC SEA? w/
On June 19th the Swedish-based diving company Ocean Explorer discovered something they’ve never quite seen before. They were exploring in the Baltic Sea between Sweden and Finland looking for sunken treasures when a very unusual image suddenly appeared on the sonar.
A 197 feet diameter cylinder shaped object was discovered at the depth of approximately 275 feet which resembles the Millennium Falcon from the movie Star Wars.

Mission statement: I am consciously connecting to my purpose here at this time. I intend to fulfill my duties as outlined in my pre-incarnation blueprint. My assignments were clearly discussed with me, and I agreed to undertake these tasks in a timely and efficient manner when it was deemed the appropriate time. It is now the appropriate time. You are being called to your positions. You are being signaled to begin your assignments that you have agreed to and that you have trained for, to be of service to humanity at this time. Your talents are special ones, and each of you has your own unique gifts to share with the beings of this world. Many souls incarnate here can benefit from your experience in the upcoming events, and they will come to you seeking guidance and answers to their specific questions. Each soul that comes to you, comes to you not by chance or by accident, but has been directed to you by forces of your reality that many at this time do not fully understand. The details of this process are not of importance at this time, but what is important is that you recognize when a soul is sent to you and understand that you are being required to act in service to this individual. How you handle your assignment from that moment on is up to you, but we ask you to be kind, be patient, and fall back on your knowledge, experience, and intuition when offering guidance.
Many of you have done this work before, and your tasks are not any more difficult at this time. You knew you could successfully accomplish this mission, and we of the higher realms also shared your confidence in yourselves and your abilities. You are not being asked to wait for further developments in your world around you at this time to begin your work. You are being called to begin your assignments now. The tools are at your disposal. Your workload is assuredly to grow in the near days ahead. Events are about to commence, and we wish you to be up and running for ‘business’ before the floodgates open. The dam is about to burst. It is time for you to be a pillar of your society, to strengthen it at its foundation and keep it strong throughout the changes that will be quite profound for many.
Where will these changes begin? News of our presence will soon make ‘primetime’. Many families with no idea as to our existence will be shown our ships and our people through their television sets. This will certainly be quite a shock for many that have never even considered the possibility of extraterrestrial life before. This limited vision may be quite hard to understand for many of you of greater expanded consciousness, but there are many worlds that have been cut off from the truth just as your world has. All civilizations eventually reach a point when it is time for them to understand a greater truth, and we, the Galactic Federation of Light, are very experienced with assisting these worlds facilitate the immense changes associated with such revelation.
Today is humanity’s moment, and we are here in service to again assist a people in the many areas that will be affected by our presence, and we are also here to offer you gifts that will advance your world greatly. Lessening your daily burdens in the name of survival is one of the gifts we offer you, and this will allow so many of you to freely pursue greater wisdom and creative endeavors. With so many more of your great minds free from their daily toils and also free from the limitations of censorship, your world will be free to blossom through the brilliant visions of those of your own race, the human race. We feel so many of you will be quite surprised to learn just how intelligent and visionary so many of your people are, and this includes yourselves as well.
Many of you have never experienced the freedom to pursue your wildest dreams and innovative desires, and we know you will so enjoy this newfound liberty. Your new world will be a world virtually without limit, with no restrictions of information whatsoever. All of your planet’s hidden secrets of your past will be revealed to you immediately and completely, leaving no mystery or questions about any subject of any kind. What a wonderful experience this will be for you. You will be like children again, seated among countless books that reveal every secret you have ever wanted to learn, and your library will be an endless labyrinth of book lined shelves for as far as the eyes can see. This is your new world. Prepare for it and expect wonderful things. This is only a small part of what you can expect. Take a close look at your lives today, as you will soon not recognize them from your new existence.
Keep your eyes focused on each task before you. Do not lose your center. Remain balanced for others to steady themselves. Be a pillar for them, as you have for many before. We have described many wonderful things for you to look forward to, and the moment of unveiling is at hand. The changes will be swift, and will continue in rapid succession as we begin the next phase of our campaign. We will not stop or slow as there will be no call for this.
The cabal will be completely obliterated in due time, and will present no problems for us from this moment forward. Many lanes of progress will be newly opened at an almost daily rate, and the changes to your society will take place from many different angles and locations. Some of these changes will take place from the inside, and some from the outside, of your institutions. We have all bases covered. We will leave no stone uncovered as your civilization experiences a complete and thorough overhaul from top to bottom. No one of your world will be ignored and left without. All will share in the new wealth and prosperity of a Galactic society. We will see to that.
You have many friends, some off planet and some from within. You will meet these friends from both of these locations. Humanity has seen many peoples that have migrated throughout many parts of your planet, and each of these migratory families has taken on their own culture and their own personality. These migrations have been well documented by your historians and researchers, yet some of this history has been purposely kept from you in the name of control. Some of these migrations were from one continent to another, and some of these migrations were from your surface world to your inner planetary locations. The details of this piece of your history will come as quite a shock to many of you, even to many of your experts in the fields of geology, geography, history, and science. You will soon be reintroduced to your inner Earth cousins, and we see a very joyful reunion indeed.
As you have been divided for so many eons, you will, of course, have grown somewhat apart in your natures and your cultures, but what remains inside of you all will never change under any circumstances, and it is this that joins you in common bond, as one, forever.

The Human Race is proving to be one that is capable of experiencing the depth of darkness, and yet can still find its Light and raise itself up. The experience was indeed meant to strongly test your abilities, and you have been subjected to the most extreme conditions imposed upon you by the dark Ones. If you had not won this battle, you could today be looking at another catastrophic end to the cycle, and the prospect of having to do it all again. However, it must be said that you were expected to succeed, but with freewill the outcome was not taken for granted. You have had immense help and the plan to awaken you has been successful beyond expectations. As you are finding out, the dark Ones fight to the end but whatever they do it will not alter the outcome. The die has been set and Ascension will come with all of its glory and majesty. It truly is a great occasion that has stirred the interest of life throughout the Universe, who watch on to be part of the inevitable and welcome celebrations.
We know that some of you still find it hard to grasp that duality in spite of its seriousness, is still a game. It is a little like entering the Holodeck and enacting your role, knowing that whatever happens you can all leave the scene and return to your normal life. It is an experience that you have chosen that has a serious content as it counts towards your evolutionary upliftment. Since there is no such thing as death, you can repeatedly take on different lives and live to tell the tale. However, the taking of life is a serious offence that carries karmic penalties, although there can be certain circumstances that can evoke a more lenient understanding. Again we stress it is not a punishment, but specific experiences that may enable a soul to understand the full consequences of what they have done, so as not to repeat them again.
Since we are on the subject of your succession of lives we will state what should be obvious, that you come into them with nothing and you leave with nothing, that is apart from your experience which is all that matters. As part of an evolutionary plan you take on all types of lives, and in some you may be one who has great wealth and power, but it will all be gone when that life is finished. As you cannot take it with you perhaps the pursuit of wealth may be seen as rather pointless. In time you may well learn that having sufficient is all you need, and that greed is simply taking away an opportunity from someone else. If you aspire to ascend you will no doubt have already come to the conclusion, that sharing is the best way to keep a happy and balanced society. It also encourages an approach where all work for the good of all, and not individuals.
Dear One, you have learnt so much through experiencing duality, and your strength of character will stand you good in the future. In fact once you reach a certain high level of consciousness, you will not even have to think about how to lead your life. You will have reached such a great understanding, that you will see All As One and act accordingly. That understanding is one that is slowly being accepted by people, and in consequence there is much more concern about the plight and well-being of all people. Without a doubt you are coming together and bonding, as you are beginning to see yourself in others. The energy being created is out of love for your fellow Being, and the barriers that previously separated you are being broken down.
We of the Galactic Federation cannot help but admire and applaud your tenacity and determination, to ride out the remaining months of this year to bring about the changes you desire to claim back your sovereignty. In doing that you have our support for everything you do that is intended to restore the Light. We are like your referees making sure all is played to the rules, which is why we can intervene to protect those who are of the Light. The rules are specific where duality is concerned and include Universal Law. It is the latter that prohibits other Space Beings from approaching you or Mother Earth, and we enforce the law. Again there are exceptions in circumstances where they are actually invited to Earth, and that was the case where the Greys were concerned.
Look back at your history and even although the evidence has not always been written up, there is nevertheless much to indicate our interest in your affairs. We would therefore say that it is perfectly natural that at such an important time for you, that we should come close to you. After all, as any family would where their offspring were concerned, we have always followed your progress. The majority of you are family to the different members of the Galactic Federation, and that mainly relates to the Sirians and Pleiadians. Usually those of you who are extraterrestrials know it deep down, because you find it so hard to settle down to Earth life, with its heavy vibrations.
Europe still struggles with saving the Euro, and we see little chance of that if any at all. The Dollar is weak and being released by some countries in favor of safer currencies, so financially the world waits to see the outcome. This is all calculated to force changes into being, with acceptable and necessary changes to the banking groups. The whole area has been manipulated by the few who must accept that their gravy train has ground to a halt. You are to experience what it is like to live in circumstances where money is a real commodity that has real value. You are also to have abundance and enjoy life without your present worries and stress. It will carry you through Ascension and set the pattern for the time when money will no longer be used.
I am SaLuSa from Sirius, and happy to share my thoughts with you as support is so necessary at a time when so much is happening. I would say keep pushing onwards as the finishing line is in sight, and help bring the end about by spreading your Light as much as possible. Wherever you are imagine yourself as a great beacon of Light, and visual it touching the people around you. It really does make a difference and when you imagine thousands upon thousands all doing the same thing, it is a powerful source of Light that is lifting people up. After all you are Light Beings and what would be more natural than giving of your Light to others, and it can also be for healing as so many of you carry around conditions that would benefit from it.

Dear friends, just a quick note, I am attending a Vipassana meditation retreat for the next 10 days. I will be meditating 10 or more hours every day for 10 full days. I am taking into this practice the intention that I do this not just for myself but for the whole of humanity, and all sentient beings. May the Light shine ever more brightly and finally break through the dark clouds. Many blessings.

Surrender, Flow and Three Bean Salad? Channeled January 28, 2012
Greetings, Dear Ones! How pleased and honored we are to be in your presence today. We are honored to be in your presence because you have made the commitment to be part of the group to anchor the energies that will be enjoyed now and in the future through those who may enjoy the energies of the group and the channel on your internet at a later time.
So here we sit, Dear Ones, well into the energies of 2012, that pivotal year that has dangled in front of your humanity for so very long. We have spoken in the past of how transitioning into the energies of a new year can be challenging and indeed many of you have found it to be so. It will be an incredibly busy year. There will be many shifts, twists and turns on the ride, if you will. As you can see, the activity has already begun in earnest with your recent solar flares. What an amazing system! The earth is releasing and the sun is releasing. They are both, in turn, assisting you in releasing whatever you may not wish to carry as you are firmly on your enlightenment path and intending to create the New Earth.
Many of you worry that you are not doing enough. Many of you worry that you are not on the right path. We are hoping to soothe your fears today.
There is no “one size fits all” path to enlightenment, Dear Ones. Each and every individual path is a distinctly unique path. Your unique path is yours and yours alone. There is no one as qualified as you are to navigate your unique path. You are not qualified to tell anyone else how to navigate their own unique path. You are simply not privy to all of the information that would be required in order to do so.
Many of you have probably experienced working on your boundaries. It has been a major theme that was brought to the forefront in 2011. The importance of working on your boundaries was pivotal in order for you to stay in your truth, in your integrity and standing firmly on your own path. There will be many voices shouting loudly what they think you should be doing in the energies of now. You must be in your truth, in your integrity, and you must have the confidence in yourself to stay firmly on your own path and to shut those voices out.
There will be a cacophony of noise, Dear Ones, from those who will profess that the world will end (which it will not). There will be those who tell you that in order to ascend you must follow steps a,b,c and d. There will be some that swear up and down that reiki is the path to enlightenment or that this other form of energy healing is what you need, that you must meditate x amounts of hours every single day, you must follow these teachings, you must be this religion, that you must repent, Dear Ones, oh, how you must repent! (laughter)
The only thing that is required to ascend into the New Earth is surrender and flow.
That is it. There is no knowledge necessary of the ascension process in order for someone to ascend. All that is required is surrender and flow. If meditating helps you surrender and flow, then wonderful, it is a great modality for you. If yoga helps you surrender and flow, that’s wonderful, too! If walking in nature, if spending time with a beloved child or animal, or doing reiki or whatever it may be helps you stay in surrender and flow, it is perfect for you. Do you see? Do not allow others opinions to sway from what you know to be true for you.
Oh people say, “Gabriel, how do I know?” We would say to you that your body will let you know. Does your heart feel good in an activity? Do you feel empowered? Does it feel good? Does it bring you joy? When you are in joy, you are in your highest alignment and feeling your connection to Source. Could there be a better position to navigate shifting energies from? If what you are doing is a chore and you are forcing yourself to do it, Dear Ones, it is not helping you one bit do you see? Give yourselves permission to be the masters of your own unique path that you really are.
We find it interesting to say the least, from our perspective, that there are those who are saying that it must be done a certain way. If you step back and realize how much the planetary alignments are helping you, how the sun is helping you, how Gaia is helping, can you not see that the system is taking care of itself? All the elements that you need are there. Of course, it’s wonderful to have assistance along the way. If there are people who bring you joy and buoy you and help you with your process, then absolutely, embrace those members of your soul group. If they empower you, feel free to engage in those activities with them but do not feel like you need to be doing things that do not suit you.
This is going to be a major theme throughout the year. People will be shouting loudly that they know the way and that their way is the only way. Listen to what you know to be true within your own bodies, within your own hearts and within your own souls. You have everything you need in this moment to navigate these energies beautifully. It is all there. We have reached the point of no return, Dear Ones. Ascension is happening, it is happening now! You are creating the New Earth. It is happening. It is not going to be halted or stopped in any way if you don’t do certain things. It is a ridiculous idea to think that that is so. Do not fall for it.
Sometimes it is easier for you to assimilate things through analogy so we have one that we would like to share with you today that should make things quite clear for you.
Imagine that spirituality is a salad buffet and you all have your own plates. It is up to you what you wish to pile high on your plate and you will choose what you want on your plate by listening to what your body needs. If your body is craving certain ingredients you will put more of those ingredients on your plate. After a while you might get sick of certain foods and try new things. Now can you imagine how ridiculous it would be if you saw someone else at the buffet and you didn’t like what they had on their plate so you started yelling loudly at them, “Oh, for the love of God, not tomatoes!”
Do you see how ridiculous that would be? You would never do such a thing. People would look at you like you were mad. So if people can respect someone’s choices at a buffet, why will you not respect their choices when it comes to something as incredibly personal as their spirituality, Dear Ones? Maybe that person desperately needs tomatoes because they are lacking certain vitamins and nutrients. Maybe they need to have the experience of trying tomatoes. Perhaps you are allergic to tomatoes so that would be a bad choice for you. It is quite fine to allow people to put whatever they want on their own plates, you see.
If you try to tell someone to put certain things on their plate and it’s not what they want or need at that time they are not going to listen to you, are they? But if someone does ask you what you might recommend from the buffet because you’ve experienced it before, feel free to share what you know, but then don’t have attachment to what they do. So, if you recommend the three bean salad to someone and they choose not to put it on their plate, please do not lose sleep at the end of the day, gnashing your teeth over why, oh why, didn’t they choose the three bean salad! It is not your responsibility, you see? Down the road, when they are sick of what they’ve been piling on their plate, they may feel adventurous and remember you recommended it. They may say, “Someone said it was good, let’s try that today.” Or perhaps they will go thru their entire incarnation and never experience three bean salad, which would be divinely perfect for them. Your spirituality is the same. Listen to what you know. Listen to your bodies. Allow other people to be where they are. Give yourself permission to treat something as sacred as your spirituality with the same respect as you would give a salad buffet.
If you do this, you will do just fine. Now, we are not here to sugar coat things, Dear Ones. There will be times throughout the year that will be quite uncomfortable for many of you because everything is being pushed and squeezed. You are being reborn. You are being pushed thru the birth canal and that can be uncomfortable. The way to navigate such wildly shifting energies is to really embrace the flow. It is the resistance that causes you the most discomfort. It is so simple, do not make it more complicated than it needs to be. Stand in your truth, stay in your integrity, do what you know is right for you and surrender to the flow. If you do that, you will find yourself being more supported energetically than you ever have been before. It is the people who are most in resistance that will be finding the year very difficult indeed.
You are not here to save anyone. Just as your guides have assisted you through the door to enjoy this channel or navigated you to the website that you are reading it on, just as your guides have led the way to your level of enlightenment that you are enjoying at this very moment, each and every person on the planet has the same access to the same systems. They have their own guides and their soul is leading them seamlessly to have the experiences that they need to have in order to truly move forward in earnest into the new energies. So, for some people that may mean experiencing crisis. If you get in and try to save people from their experiences you may very well be interfering. You may be blocking them from having experiences that they very much need to have. We understand that you do it from a loving heart but you must love people enough to allow the process to work for them.
It is about practicing acceptance and allowing. It is about offering support and love and encouragement, if asked. It is about teaching through your example, how to navigate these energies in ways that are working beautifully for you. And by being that example, people will come and ask when they are ready to hear. Of course, you can have compassion and empathy because you know what it is like to have suffered. You know what it is like to have struggled but you can also understand that it is through those struggles that you have landed where you are today. They are what have honed you. Those experiences that your soul set up for you to have were for your highest good.
So trust that the system works equally well for each and every person on the planet. Love people for where they are and resist the need to rescue. It is not your job to rescue, Dear Ones, it is your job to hold the highest energy possible by applying what you know. If you follow that plan you will come out the other side of this year shining brightly in the highest expressions of yourselves that you have ever experienced on the planet and that truly is something to be celebrated. This is what we wanted to share with you today.
