Dear ones we are here next to you and as you begin to let go and allow the new to begin
healing and balancing you we are here holding you in the LOVE that IS. We are here to
guide and to support as you move through this process and begin to TRUST and have
FAITH in SELF. All of that transpires after you make the decision to remember is down to
you, the speed of your unfolding path always at a rate that you control and allow to happen.
Each human BEing on the planet is in charge of their own destiny and experiences and the
awakening of the light within, the remembrance of who you are and why you are here
begins to show you this.
Many are now beginning to TRUST that deep part of themselves and are now being shown
the beauty they are and that is all around them. We are honoured to guide and support all
at this time of profound and lasting change across the planet earth. The solar activity of the
past 48hours has shown many the work that they are proposing to do but illuminating the
teachings of distortion that are running deep within them. Where you find resistance dear
ones, where you find frustration and where you find any lower level emotion there is always
a teaching of distortion. Those who are able to view this teaching and to allow it to dissolve
will find their lives enriched beyond dreams, for in the dissolving is the claiming of the
freedom that is your birthright.
Many are now crying out for the pain to stop, the freedom to be granted all the while blind
to the fact that this is completely under their control. No one can grant freedom of mind to
you except you, for YOU are the only one that allows the thoughts to rampage through your
mind. No one else can control this stream of information but you. To put a hold on the
thoughts that cause you pain allows a window for you to rest, to see the problem and then
to allow it to dissolve. All pain is internal and is caused by the teachings of distortion that
showed you to follow your mind and not listen to your heart.
For many the heart is now full, bursting at the seams with people, places and events yet
these humans cry out for the new to unfold for them. It is not possible dear ones to fill an
overflowing heart with more LOVE until that which no longer serves is dissolved from the
heart. The heart was created to allow light to shine, it was not created to store anything yet
the teachings of distortion taught you to place the people, places and events that
traumatised you into the heart lest you forget. Once you are touched by the energy
signature of another human BEing then it can never be forgotten. The heart remembers in
ways the mind cannot fathom and is has always been so. To remember a loved one simply
allow the energy that is them to flow around you, within you and through you. The
memories will always be there, they are eternal. If you do not allow the energy signature of
those you love to flow freely then you wrap them in the veils of the teachings of distortion
and they become hidden from you. For the heart is the organ that processes emotion, the
mind is not able to do this.
For those who have stored their loved ones within their hearts we ask you to set them free,
set them free so that they may once more visit you in the etheric, they may once more
allow the energy that is them to pour around you, through you and within you for you lose
no one. The physical may transmute back to the dust that it came from but the energy
signature lives on. We ask that you allow this healing to take place and reap the rewards of
this by the FEELing that washes over you. The ability restored to connect to all that is
around you, the connection to those you love deepened and restored once more.
We are here for each one of you, we pour the LOVE that IS around you, the more we do
this and the more you allow the old to dissolve the more you heighten the energy signature
that is you. What do we mean by the energy signature, let us explain. Your energy
signature is what tells the universe who you are. It is akin to a signature on a piece of
paper, when your energy signature is strong and heightened then the universe sees you
clearly, it can respond instantly to you for you are a shining light pouring your light across
the planet earth. For those who are now building and heightening their energy signature are
finding that all is now increasing. The increase in FEELing leading to an increase in
memories resurfacing and the peace within growing. For once you begin to remember who
you are you are able to find and anchor the peace that is within and has always been
within.
Nothing that is asked of you is beyond you for you are seeded with all the tools that you
need for this life experience on incarnation onto this planet. Many tools may be hidden
deep within and forgotten but they are still there. To pour love and compassion through
your very being, to forge the TRUST and FAITH in SELF is to remember where the tools
are hidden within. These worked with allow more memories to surface and the connections
to all around you deepen and strengthen.
Dear ones the teachings of distortion may seek to make it look like that to remember you
have to walk a path of harshness, of painful emotions and of lack yet the path you walk to
remember is filled with light and has gifts that are beyond measure. How do you walk the
path of remembrance ? you place TRUST and FAITH within your heart and you find the
balance and the peace within. TRUSTING of SELF is the major key to all of this dear ones,
many of you have walked this path before in other lifetimes are here to remember and to
show your fellow humans how to do as you do. Remember at all times there is a unique
path to be walked by each human, you may walk the path alongside a fellow human but no
two humans ever walk the same exact path, such is the individual and unique nature of
each human BEing alive on the planet earth.
When you feel triggered by events and news that swirls around you we guide for you to
seek shelter within. That shelter will provide you with all the nutrients that you need for your
journey, the LOVE is found within, the tools are found within and the memories are found
within. Do not seek shelter in your history for it is distorted, do not seek shelter in another
human BEing for they are not you and have not got your experience nor memories. Learn
to have FAITH and TRUST in SELF and allow all else to flow.
More and more will be revealed across the planet earth in the coming days, weeks and
months, all designed to allow the new to be unveiled slowly to allow your eyes to adjust to
the ever increasing brightness that is planet earth. We guide for you to anchor the new
slowly and to take time to adjust to the new vibrations that flowing across and within mother
earth for you are energy and that energy is changing and shifting as your thoughts and
feelings begin to change and shift. Many of the shifts are subtle and are barely noticed but
other energetic changes will begin to appear more rapidly and more deeply and it is these
we guide around now.
For many of you the changes to your dietary intake are what will perplex you the most. Fed
on a diet literally sometimes of constrained and contained nutrients all designed to keep
your energy signature low and within control by those who have now left the planet. The
change in your energy signature will naturally allow for a change in your diet and we guide
you to allow this to be shown to you. The use of sugars and chemicals in your diet have
soared and this will begin to impact on the foods of choice. We guide for pure clear water to
drink regularly. On a planet that is made up of water and BEings who are predominantly
water we are surprised by the lack of water that is drunk by you. It is needed to nourish
and to rebalance the energy signature that is you. Energy fluctuations and moon phases
will see the need for the water increase and we guide for all to honour this. YOU know your
body better than anyone else on the planet for you chose it in incarnation and you live
within in. Be wary of others who try to teach you they know more than you do, how can
they, for they are not you?
The foods that you eat will help to strengthen your energy signature, we guide to detach
from those who are now trying to reverse the process but choosing high vibrational foods to
try to heighten energy signatures and vibrations. This does not work and may have the
opposite effect dear ones. It is a natural process, one that begins to unfold when it is
interacted with, you cannot get this wrong for there is no wrong and no right, there just is.
As you are unique then no two humans will eat the same diet and have the same reaction
to it. Please detach from those who are now trying to lead in this field. There is no leading
to be done, for all are equal and all are unique. Each human BEing having slightly different
requirements and reactions. This is where TRUST and FAITH of SELF come in dear ones,
you know your body, TRUST and have FAITH that that body will show you what it needs.
We are here to guide and support and never to lead for that is not our role. We guide for
you to detach from the gurus that are now trying to lead you into the new, for there is no
leading in a universe that is equal, can you anchor this? Can you allow the teachings of
distortion around this to dissolve for you? There is no hierarchy, there are no levels of
knowledge in the sense of one above the other, for the levels of learning that are
experienced are available in all timelines and all dimensions, the holographic nature of the
universe making hierarchy impossible. Can you allow yourself to anchor this TRUTH?
We will guide further on the human energy signature in due course, many are now
searching to find out more as the memories return yet are on the edge of these memories.
Frustration will see you push those memories back down again, allow all to flow and relax
dear ones, for there is no rush and no test. This is YOUr human life experience and you are
free to choose what to experience at will. Dream the dream and watch all change dear
ones.
We are the Shimmering Ones and we are here to guide you at all times. All that is hidden is
in plain view, you need only allow your vision to clear to see it. Embrace the new for it
holds the magic that is needed to allow your dreams to come into this dimension. If you can
dream it you can be it dear ones let none tell you differently. We are here for you, if you

journey filled with magic and adventure. Many of you set sail to that adventure now and we
are here to guide you around the storms and help you sail smooth, calm seas on that
